✂ July Favourites - Best Concealer for Acne, Naked Palette, Thrift Finds & Netflix - Duration: 10:24.
Hi everybody, it's Letitia from lookunderhere. Today we're doing a July favorite,
but kind of on the go. I have to head out the door very quickly, and so I thought I
would do and on the go kind of favorite. My favorite video of this month was
definitely my thrift with me in New York. But this month has been a lot of great
videos coming out. It's back-to-school season in full swing, and then it's fall,
and then it's Halloween, and then it's December and then it's 2018.
It's like oh my god. With makeup I've been loving - I used up all of my Tarte
concealer and I realized that, it's a great concealer because of the
ingredients, but it's just a stick and it's such a creamy formula that it lasts
like nothing. So I went budget-friendly and I got a whole pot of this NYX full
coverage concealer. So usually I'll take a q-tip and then put it on the back of
my hand. And this stuff is so buildable. If I'm not happy with one area I just
keep adding it on and it lasts all day. I was nervous about it because I don't
really like the idea of pot concealers. It's just, the chances of spreading
germs is high, whereas with a stick concealer I can just you know wipe it
with alcohol and then move on with my day. It's very effective.
For eyeshadow the new naked heat palette has been just
all-around really good for me and I made a tutorial about it where I did two
looks. I did a day look and a night look. And what I like to do, is because the
Urban Decay palette is kind of warm toned it's more of a burnt oranges and
reds - Naked 3 is a bit pinkish. And whenever I'm going for like a more
peachy or slightly cooler tone if I want to mix it up a little, I'll just pop in a
little bit of pink on top. I love to use the rose gold color trick
and I use that usually on the inner corners and then the remainder just on
the center of the eyelid. Easy! For mascara I am not picky about mascara. I
can use really any mascara. Right now I'm using the Urban Decay perversion it's
good, but it's smudgy because it's not waterproof. So then what I do is I found
this is the most amazing thing this is a NYX proof it. It's a clear coat
mascara and it turns any mascara that you put on into waterproof. It pretty
much just seals it in. I'm able to even put mascara on my lower lashes, and that
never happens. But thanks to this I can. Now on to fashion, but before we do that
since I have them here...I have these earrings and I've been wearing these a
lot especially with my little pony tail. I got them randomly at Aldo on sale,
with like a pack of other six earring that I'm not crazy about. For shoes, I
have been wearing these. And I thrifted these when I was in New York and they
took a bit to break in. They're just easy to put on, they go well with
everything. These are my summer go to shoes. And then for my Zara haul, that Zara sale,
I'm so glad that I kept this even though I saw it on reduced price
at Zara afterwards, but because it didn't come in my size I couldn't return it and
price adjust it. For skincare this month I used up all of my Innisfree green tea
cleansing oil, which was one of my favorites. A couple of months ago there's
this new one that I've been trying: purete thermale. In terms of texture how
it differs from the innisfree one, it's a
little runnier, but it it does its job perfectly. Now we're going to hop into
the shower. This was sent to me like months ago and it's so cool. You fill
out a quiz, selecting the types of hair types and hair concerns that you have,
and those generate a shampoo and conditioner. I've only opened the shampoo.
And then they send you a bottle with your name on it. It's a great gift idea
as well. Because of the amount of hair that I have, sometimes I have these areas
where even though I rinse as much as I can and I really pay attention to
rinsing there are just patches of hair that sometimes I just miss. You run your
fingers through your hair and you feel the greasiest patch because it's the
residual shampoo that didn't wash off and you're like ah! It smells amazing and
it's been able to rinse out all of my hair with no issue no residue and it
suds up nicely. My hyperpigmentation thanks to - hold on. The Banish acne scar
microneedling. My last video, you guys have to watch it. You guys have to see
the before and after it's crazy, insane! That of course is one of my favorites.
And these are the sheet masks of the month for me. And I love the brand for
beloved girl. So the ones that I've been loving right now are the oil control
mask, as well as the clouds silk brightening mask. If before the end of
the year I can stop wearing a full-face of foundation on top of concealer, and if
I can reach over 100k I would just be the happiest girl in the world. Am I
asking for too much? I don't know but I mean a girl can dream right? For geeky
stuff like Netflix, and tech stuff I actually made an order
on B&H recently, bought a ton of stuff. My friend recommended this book to me it's
called snot girl and here it's about a fashion blogger who has severe allergies.
It's so beautiful. I haven't been reading, I haven't been
finishing books even though I always say I love to. So this is a great like
transition to go back into reading, to go back into books because it's so easy to
digest. What have I been watching, I started watching Breaking Bad which I'm
not I'm not crazy about it, but I heard that it gets better in the
later seasons. Maybe it's because I'm such a comedy person. Movies that I
watched on Netflix i watch Okja, oh my god it fucked me up. Like I watched what
else, I watched Moonlight and I watched Okja,
and Moonlight is equally as beautiful, but I didn't cry in Moonlight surprisingly,
even though everybody says that you cry. In Okja I was crying from the beginning
to the end. It affected me to the point where I am really actively trying to cut
back on meat. I'm not trying to be vegetarian, but I'm really trying to
reduce my personal footprint as a human being. I think it's the Hufflepuff in me
which is why Okja affected me so deeply. And I'm through and through a
Hufflepuff. And you you have to watch it. I finally watched the last season of
Orange is the New Black which is also really good. and you know what I'm really
glad about I'm really glad that this season they didn't focus on Piper as
much and Piper is the most annoying character of all time. In TV usually I see
starring characters that maybe really irk me or that are generally just
written to be unlovable. The people that are supporting actors are normally
, they're oblivious to it. So like okay yeah you're a
terrible person but we don't know that. We think that you're so great. Like
Carrie Bradshaw. She was the worst character but her friends never called
her out on it. In orange is the new black even though Piper is just terrible
and super annoying, people actually call her out on it which is amazing and I'm
super happy that they do that which is why I can continue to watch the show
and not get mad all the time. Somebody recommended me to watch glow
last month so I watched glow, and I also watched friends from college which has
keegan-michael key and like a pretty big cast. I think I actually liked friends
from college more. I thought it was really funny. Glow is not really humor
but it's very inspiring. I really loved it anyways, it's not my favorite but
friends from college is definitely my favorite from this month. I am running
out of things to watch on Netflix and I need your help. So that's it for my July
favorites. I hope you guys really enjoyed this video I promise you guys that I'm

For Iron & Calcium, 2 glass of Milk is very much necessary to be included in their diet.
Which will be very beneficial for their growth and to maintain their body well.
Along with this giving green leafy vegetables like Spinach is very beneficial.
In nuts raisins and apricots are also good as they are rich in calcium content.
Apart from this beans, peas, seafood and yogurt fulfils their Iron & Calcium related requirements.
Here I would like to share that boys requires more Iron as compare to girls.
Whereas proteins are requires minutely more to girls as compares to boys.
There are also some more points to be taken care while planning their diet i.e
They should be given 5 meals pattern
