ARGUABLY THE BEST WAY TO START & END EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE
How do you start a typical day in your life?
Do you slowly roll over in bed, reach for your phone, and take a casual peruse through
the news feeds of your favourite social media platforms to see what you missed overnight?
Or do you wake up in a frenzy, somehow managing to always get yourself, your spouse, and your
kids ready and where they need to be by the time they need to be there?
Whether either of these scenarios describes a morning in the life of you, or you fall
somewhere in between, I�m willing to bet that you could be starting your morning off
better than you currently are.
That�s a bold statement, I know. But as someone who has been adamant about having
a morning routine for close to a decade now, and has tweaked and fine-tuned it a hundred
ways over that timespan, I�d like to think I know a thing or two about how to start your
day optimally.
But in this article I�d like to focus on one element of my morning routine that has
been there from the beginning and will be there until the day that I die. Why? Because
not only has it had the most profound and consistent impact on me, but it is also the
easiest to do.
Ten to Start, Ten to End
For me, my magic number is 10.
I start and end every single day of my life by listing off a minimum of 10 things that
I am currently grateful for. Do these things often repeat? Yes. And is that okay? Absolutely!
I�ll never forget the first day I tried this out. Coming up with three seemed like
an arduous task for my regularly pessimistic mind. Now, coming up with 10 is effortless.
Try listing off 10 right now! Be as broad or as specific as you need to be.
Broad Example: I am thankful to be alive. Specific Example: I am thankful that my cat
Snowy loves to sleep next to me every night. I don�t care how challenging your life has
been or currently is, we all always have things to be grateful for, and there is great power
to be found in regularly reminding ourselves of them.
Ain�t Nobody Got Time For That!
I know that some of you (especially those who felt the second scenario to start this
article accurately reflected your life) are currently doubting your ability to ever commit
to adding even more to the already overflowing plate that you call life, but it�s a matter
of priorities.
Just as you are able to make time to watch every episode of your favourite show, or even
read this article, you can always make time for what you see as important. And thankfully,
in the case of gratitude twice a day, it�s something that should never take longer than
a few minutes, and on most days now takes me under 30 seconds.
The Key to Happiness?
Is daily gratitude the key happiness? I have no idea. But it certainly doesn�t hurt,
and I�ve found it to be incredibly helpful in overwriting a lot of the negative thought
patterns and belief systems so many of us regularly lock ourselves into.
While I admittedly have no science to back this up, I personally believe that starting
your day with gratitude creates a solid foundation upon which to develop a better perspective
on everything the day has to offer. While ending your day with it, is a much healthier
frame of mind to doze off to, especially when compared to the stressful thoughts our suddenly
overactive minds seem to love to dwell upon when our exhausted bodies try to rest.

My WORST to BEST Palindrome GOD Rolls [2nd May Palindrome day] - Duration: 9:09.
The Palindrome is your best bet to get a well rolled readily available Hand Cannon, and
over the year I have collected several of them and I will show you my personal worst
to best rolls in this video.
Hi Guardians, the palindrome is probably your go to hand cannon because it is so easy to
obtain.
You can just visit the Crucible Quartermaster to buy one and last years vendor roll was
pretty good, it had Spray and Play, Rifled barrel and Rangefinder.
But unfortunately you can not get this roll anymore because with the introduction of the
Age of Triumph the Palindrome roll is now rotating on a weekly basis.
Other great legendary hand cannons are the Eyasluna and the Finnala's Peril however
they are both very hard to get.
The drop rates for the Eyasluna is famously low and the Iron Banner Finnala's Peril
is not obtainable anymore in the current Iron Banner because this is a year 2 Iron Banner
weapon.
You can increase your chances though to get a Palindrome, Eyasluna or Finnala's Peril
by completing a Hand Cannon Bounty when there is one available at the tower.
So the Palindrome is probably your best bet on getting a good Hand Cannon and over the
year I have collected a lot of them, but due to RNG a lot of them were really crap so those
got sharded for legendary marks.
And I have kept in total 8 Palindromes which I will rank from the worst to the best rolls.
Before I showcase you my Palindromes let's talk about what you will be looking for in
terms of perks for a hand cannon.
Hand cannons are so popular because it has a lot of damage per bullet, you can easily
peek in and out of cover, and normally you only need 2 headshots and one body shot to
kill a guardian.
But a hand cannon also comes with a disadvantage, nowadays hand cannon suffers from a steep
damage drop off so range is king, and the high damage per bullet also means that the
time to kill is drastically lowered when you miss one bullet.
So you want to make sure that every shot counts, so you will be looking for perks that can
maximize your range and increase your consistency.
So let's go through my top 8 Palindrome rolls that I have and at the end of the video
I will summarize everything with a top tier list of perks that you will be looking for
in your Palindrome!
In the number 8 spot we have the palindrome with Truesight IS, Hot Swap, Hammer forged,
and Rangefinder.
Truesight IS is a great sight, the most popular two sights on a hand cannon is Truesight and
sureshot IS.
Having either one of them on any hand cannon is great.
Both sights gives bonus aim assist, handling, reload speed and stability.
See also the precise stats that will be displayed in this video.
As mentioned before Rang is king on a hand cannon so having Rangefinder and hammer forged
is great.
This unfortunately does not max out the range stat of 62, instead with hammer forged the
range is 51 and that is at the edge of being useful, I would not recommend to use any hand
cannon with a range value lower than 50.
Hot swap rounds of the weapon where it gives you that extra stability when you ready the
weapon.
This is an OK roll, but there are definitely better perks that you can get so let's move
on to number 7.
This roll has Truesight IS, Outlaw, Reinforced Barrel and Hidden Hand.
I won't talk about the sights anymore.. if it is either Truesight or sureshot, both
of them are great.
What makes this gun better than the previous one is that this is a max range gun hitting
the max range stat of 62 with reinforced barrel however it does so by reducing your stability
though, in addition it has Hidden Hand to also maximize the aim assist, and outlaw tops
it off where it can give you that fast reload upon a precision kill.
This is a great roll but unfortunately it is not yet perfect, ideally you do not want
to reduce the stability of this gun, in this case it would be better to have Rifled barrel
instead of Reinforced barrel so it can keep the stability stat and still increase the
range but now at the expense of reload speed.
This will then couple very well with outlaw which can negate the loss in reload speed
by giving you a fast reload upon precision kill.
So again a very useable roll here but it can still be better.
The number 6 is the last years vendor roll Palindrome which has Truesight IS, Spray and
Play, Rifled Barrel and rangefinder.
The combination of Rifled Barrel and Rangefinder is so good, it maxes out your range and rangefinder
adds a bit of zoom which as a result improves damage drop off, aim assist and accuracy.
We can talk in a whole separate video about what rangefinder exactly does but for the
sake of this video we keep it simple by saying that it improves damage drop off, aim assist
and accuracy.
Spray and play is a great perk to improve your reload speed when the mag is empty, but
in crucible you should always have bullets in your mag so you do not want to be in a
state where your mag is empty.
So we are getting closer to the perfect roll.
Let's continue with my other Palindrome in the number 5 spot which has Sureshot IS, Hot
Swap, Rifled Barrel, and Hidden Hand.
This is a very good roll, we have here the top tier perk Rifled barrel again to max out
the range only at the expense of reload speed.
In addition this gun is an aim assist machine with Truesight that increases aim assist with
5 points , but it also has hidden hand to give it another aim assist boost and hot swap
also gives you increased accuracy when you ready the weapon.
So this roll is very accurate and it is great for the player that switch to their secondary
and primary back and forth a lot which can benefit from the hot swap perk every time
they do that.
Now we are getting closer to those god rolls , the next one up, is my number 4 spot Palindrome
with Truesight IS, relentless tracker, Rifled Barrel and luck in the chamber.
Oh the famous luck in the chamber, it can potentially 2 shot headshot a guardian with
low body armour and when it happens that is so satisfying.
Rifled barrel is again a top tier perk to max out the range.
And relentless tracker is great so you can easily track your next victim with an enhanced
radar after a kill.
The following roll in the number 3 spot is similar but it has steadyhand IS, Icarus , Smallbore
and luck in the chamber.
This is my only palindrome without sureshot or truesight IS so instead I use steadyhand
IS for that extra stability because we want consistency in a hand cannon and this couples
very well with Icarus which improves accuracy when you are in the air, this is perfect for
hunters with bones of eao who can jump around to approach their enemies from a different
angle that they won't expect.
Smallbore and luck in the chamber is another great combo, Smallbore increase the range
and stability slightly at the expense of mag size which is usually a bad tradeoff but in
this case it is exactly what we want so we can have a higher chance of proccing that
lucky shot.
So this gun is great it has fantastic combination of perks that works so well together, the
only disadvantage is that the range stat is not maxed out in favor of increasing your
chance of having that lucky bullet.
But if that lucky bullet is not proccing for you , you will be at a disadvantage against
other max range hand cannons.
So in the number 2 spot we have the God Roll Luck in the chamber Palindrome with Truesight
IS, Icarus and Rifled Barrel.
So this time we have that favorite truesight scope, and we still have icarus for that in-air
accuracy but what is more important is that we have rifled barrel to max out that range.
This is truly the god roll luck in the chamber palindrome which is effective at max range,
accurate due to icarus and truesight, and you can benefit from the luck in the chamber
perk which can be a lot of fun when it procs for you in the crucible.
So in the number 1 spot we have the other God Roll Palindrome which has Truesight IS,
Icarus, Rifled Barrel and Rangefinder.
This baby dropped in the week of 2nd to 9th of May as part of the weekly vendor roll.
This was such a good day for all the guardians out there, finally everyone was able to get
a god roll palindrome and enjoy this magnificent gun in the crucible.
It has all the top tier perks that you want in a hand cannon.
The holy trinity of Icarus, Rifled Barrel and Rangefinder means that this gun is as
consistent as possible among its effective range.
And it also has the great scope the truesight IS.
Mark your calendar next year on 2nd of May we will celebrate the day as Palindrome day!
Personally I switch between these two God Roll Palindromes.
I use the luck in the chamber god roll when I want to have a fun time and the God Roll
with Rangefinder is part of my sweaty loadout.
For those who did not managed to get to buy the god roll rangefinder, rifled barrel , icarus
palindrome here is a list of the top tier perks that you will be looking for if you
get a Palindrome dropped.
Obviously this top tier list consists of Rangefinder, Rifled Barrel and Icarus, but Hidden hand,
and luck in the chamber are great as well.
In the Middle Tier Perks we have Reinforced Barrel, Third eye, outlaw, relentless tracker,
hot swap and spray and play.
I would not recommend any other perks.

all right any of these foods here in this salad bar are probably good but talking
about weight loss, let's have a heart to heart if you have your favorite salad and you know
it's like a thousand calories good stuff it's still a lot of calories so when
you're looking at topic what is the base any lot of greens yep so let it yeah I
do that but it's like all kinds of greens that's your fate
load it up then you want to pick and choose when you're feeling that day all
of these could be great options a lot of these are raw we have some roasted over
here what about the pre-made salad you don't know well you don't know what's in
so I would look and that would be your smaller portion size stuff I would say
stay more to the food like to have one ingredient like that's like so bell
pepper scent that's what it is so you know I had a serving the bell
peppers when we start to deviate gets harder to keep track and also we don't
know what other things are in it good news is they will list what's in it so
you can check but we want to base it on a lot of those greens but
vinegar yeah love vinegar well certain vinegars are going to be better and
actually the Sicilian is that we open because we just like take over Isles
that's good vinegar let's check it out anybody here apple cider vinegar
yes vinegars here guys come on yeah yeah baby come on down this is actually a
cool area right here so we haven't gone deep into a lot of the aisles because a
lot of the like packaged stuff it can get a little tricky I would say
complicates your diet and your the foods that you're taking in a lot of snacking
so we tend to want to stay on the outskirts like we've been doing and then
you can work in some aisle stuff maybe some treats
right here though all this stuff is in a jar of some sort but actually it's
minimal ingredients which is good we got hot sauces down there which my brother I
know is a huge fan actually got quite a pallet for it so just want to watch out
for any of those sauces use a lot of sugar added sugar but hot sauce like I
will say this like this is the cool brand I like this one Tallulah but a lot
of them they're they're just like a high in sodium so you want to look at you
like yes good bread you want to just look out for like there free high in
sodium so if you're like you're facing like the whole dish with a lot of this
sauce it's too much sodium at one but it's a good flavor option you can make
some sort of healthier chicken wings don't fry it bake it but use some soft
it's a good option just make sure no sugar and try and go with the lower
sodium option olives red peppers pickles cool good stuff it's just it's pickling
and that's a traditional food too doing it for a long time and
what's better jarred or fresh yeah we know that right so but some of those
options can be good add-ons vinegar Tara what so woody what have you heard about
the vinegar what's a good option I don't know I've got a thing

suppress your appetite so if you have a in the morning for breakfast
theoretically you're going to eat a little less maybe and that's how you
will cut some calories so that's why people are having some weight loss with
it because it is a mild it does suppress the appetite
number two it has been proven to burn two to five percent extra subcutaneous
fat with consistent use so there is so that might seem like 2% that's nothing
yeah it's not a lot but it's a little bit I'll take so so that has been proven
animal studies only so I would say but it is an appetite suppressant and the
gut health is important thing to so I would recommend take it what brand to
get any of these are going to work you want it so like I'm just looking at
these couple right here we got spectrum we got Ian Bragg's to
most stuff most well-known a lot of the ones that you'll see like for example so
this is the 365 brand again what you wanted to say is organic unfiltered and
if it says raw that's going to be the best and it's going to be like cloudy
down there you look for that so any of those so this actually organic raw
unfiltered with the mother unpasteurized so it's got everything in there lies the
lid it's like a living food so take that that's a rough shot in the morning
though right it's pretty strong so start off with like a teaspoon one to four
tablespoons per day good we're my balsamic people yeah I love it
it's like grape juice though guys so you know you have a cup of it on your style
it tastes really good but you want to look for I'm just pulling this one off
the shelf this is Colavito this is from Modena and
they are saying that this has ingredients wine vinegar concentrated
grape must caramel color and the serving is one tablespoon has 15 calories this
is a rich balsamic probably tastes really good there's another one that you
can grab that's right next door probably that is like five calories per
tablespoon so for me I'm a balsamic freak and so I got to kind of limit that
stuff next though so this has hey this has 30 calories two tablespoons but it's
even more concentrated there's double calories now how those the tablespoons
like that so you put like six tablespoons that's 200 calories almost
just vinegar then you get your olive oil going and man that salad tastes really
good we were talking about this earlier right so you just got you gotta for some
things out I'm going to find one right now that only has $5 $5

tell you to cook with olive oil Ron doesn't have a high smoking point and so
it actually oxidized when you eat it so I want you to I would recommend that
instead you use your really good olive oil for your salad 1 to 2 tablespoons
and then cook with coconut safer it's a higher smoking thing so that's gonna be
a better option they might feel max s would be a lot of calories yeah so just
gotta measure it out tablespoon or two totally good great great food safer to
cook with olive oil raw that's check it out I would say look into that further

Best Camera Settings for Mavic Pro – Walkthrough - Duration: 9:18.
When shooting great looking footage there's really no way around looking at
best camera settings for Mavic Pro. In this episode I will explain the
camera menu and include my recommendations for best settings
Welcome to this series of tips and tricks to record video with the Mavic Pro
I have covered some of the camera settings in details in previous
episodes, so make sure to check the description below for links for these
videos. If you stick with me to the end of this video I will include a pro tip
that will make sure that your object is always in focus. Before we're getting
into the menu I want to remind you that we uploading Drone and eWheel related
material weekly to help you get the best out of your equipment. So if you're new
to this channel then hit the subscribe button below and the bell notification
next to it, so you don't miss out on anything. Apart from understanding
scene specific settings like ISO and shutter speed, setting the right
resolution, white balance, color profiles, framerate and style is essential for
achieving a great result. Let's dive into it. The camera menu is
divided into three sections. The first one is scene specific, the
second is a pre-flight and the last is a general settings. The first is
direct scene specific settings that includes ISO and shutter speed and a
switch that will allow you to switch between auto and manuel mode
Manually setting of shutter speed and ISO has been covered in a previous
episode. I will make sure to leave a link in the description below. You will
primarily be adjusting these parameters during flight with the camera set to
manuel. Auto should be avoided because this is changing the shutter speed away from
the fixed one you have selected to produce a certain look and feel to
your footage. In the second tab you have the pre-flight parameters that are
normally set before takeoff
The first point you have to decide is the video size and resolution. There are
many opinions about the resolution you can choose from 4k in 24 frames per
second down to 720p in 120 frames per second. I have found that the best
resolution for me is a 2.7 K 30 frames per second as this offers the best
compromise between resolution and file size. Many like to shoot in 24 fps
I prefer 30 fps when it involves movement as this
seems to produce a smoother image during playback. You need to select NTSC as
video standard for 30 fps to be available under 2.7 K. What is your
preferred resolution and why? Please leave a comment in the comment section below
Under the video format setting you can select between MOV or MP4.
MOV tends to create bigger files, but that does not necessarily mean their
quality if higher. If you work on a Mac you should select MOV. if you work
on a PC you should select mp4. Under the setting NTSC/PAL you are
selecting the video standard. NTSC will allow you to change for most resolutions
between 24 or 30 fps. PAL will reduce these options to 25 and 24 fps
As mentioned with NTSC you have the options to go up with
some of the 4k resolution to 30 fps. I recommend shooting
some test footage for yourself and reviewed with the frame-rate you prefer
I will stick with 30 fps.
Note that 30 fps in reality is 29.97 NTSC standard. This is important to know when you import your
footage into your timeline. I have found matching the frame-rate after the drone
footage with the timeline produces and less jittery result in the final
rendered video. If you're adding 30 fps footage into a
25 fps timeline the editing software would have to skip frames to make it fit
this is what causes the jittery Under white balance you need to select
the white balance so it matches the weather. Normal for outside flying
you would have to switch between sunny or cloudy. You can set a custom
temperature if you prefer but sunny or cloudy should be sufficient for most
cases. Under the style settings you can set digital sharpness contrast and
saturation of your footage. How you find the optimum air but that requires
testing, but the recommendation is to go for something like 0, 0, +1
this means the situation has been cranked up a bit. If you prefer the
picture sharper you could use +1 for digital sharpness. One of the
previous episode covers the style settings menu in details. I will make
sure to include a link in the description below. Mavic has a big
selection of color profiles that can be used for different purposes depending on
what you want to do with your footage. If you're planning to do any post color
grading you want to select formats like dlog or D-Cinelike that leaves the
image flat but, preserves as much information as possible. If you want to
use the footage right out of the camera you want to select profile like TrueColor
or you could select one of the other profiles that add a certain mood
to your footage. Again this topic has been covered in a previous episode where you
can see how each color profiles is rendered out into a final video. The last tab is
the general settings. Some of the options under the settings is used for taking
pictures, but I will only highlight the ones that is useful for making video.
The first one is the histogram. You absolutely need the histogram to be able
to judge if the picture is underexposed. With the histogram enabled you get a
small chart inside your viewfinder and you can move it around like this. The
idea behind the histogram is to give a visual representation of the
exposure of the shot. You want to make sure that the chart always stays within
the frames so the shot is not under or overexposed
The next settings that I would mention is the overexposure warning
With this option enabled you have tiger stripes in the areas of your shot that
is overexposed. This is helpful when you're outside in the Sun where the
screen is hard to see. You need to increase the shutter speed on the dial
on the right side to compensate for the exposure or you need to add an ND filter
With this option you can enable a grid. I think it's not needed as there is enough
going on, on the screen as it is. But this is of course a personal preference.
File index mode that is a pretty nice feature to know. If you shoot a lot of videos
selecting file index mode to continues is preferred as every file name is
unique. In this way you will not alright your precious footage. A minor thing that
is worth mentioning, is this anti flicker. If you're flying in Europe or in the US
you might want to enable this one if you're flying in artificial light
because you might experience some flickering on the screen and this anti
flicker setting might help you to prevent that. If you fly in Europe you
have to choose the 50 Hertz and if you're flying the US you will need to
choose 60. In the bottom of the general settings menu you can format your SD
card. You don't need to worry about that your SD card is full before you go out flying
you can just format it on the fly. Of course you need to know that it will
delete everything that's on this SD card prior to the formatting. But
it's pretty nice that you can format it and you can get a
clean sheet when you start flying. As I promise in the beginning of this video I
have a pro tip that will help you keep your object in focus. This function is
called peak focus threshold and we basically draw red lines around the
object or area that is in focus. This makes it very easy to see what's in
focus even in bright sunlight. It's not pretty
but don't worry it will not be recorded in the final footage. Now you should be
ready to make some really great looking footage.
