Hey Cherryland members!
Today I am going to show you how to sign up for
Cherryland's auto pay program through
the SmartHub app.
Our auto pay program allows you to automatically
deduct your monthly electric bill payment from your
bank account, debit card, or credit card each month.
No need to worry about due dates and late fees.
Your bill is paid automatically!
Let's get started.
First, download the SmartHub app from
the App Store if you own an Apple device
or Play Store if you own an Android device.
Search for and select Cherryland Electric Cooperative as
your provider, and login using your email and password.
I have already done that here.
Once you are logged into your SmartHub account,
select "Bill & Pay."
On the "Bill & Pay" page, select "Auto Pay Program."
If you have multiple accounts, as shown here, you will
have to set up auto pay for each account individually.
Just repeat these steps for each account.
Be sure to read through the auto pay
terms and conditions and select "Accept."
Note: you must accept the terms and conditions
if you want to set up auto pay.
Under "Manage Auto Pay,"
select "New Payment Method."
You have four payment method options when
setting up auto pay: credit card, debit card,
checking account, or savings account.
They all require similar information.
Today, I am going to show you credit card
and checking account.
If you want your monthly bill payment to be deducted
from your credit card, select "Credit Card."
Here you will fill in all the required information,
including your name and address, card number,
and expiration date.
When you are all done, select "Continue"
and you're all set.
Now, if you want to use your checking account
for auto pay, select "Checking Account."
Go ahead and fill in the required information,
including your name and address, routing number,
and account number.
Select "Continue" and you are all finished.
There you have it.
That is how you sign up for
Cherryland's auto pay program in the SmartHub app.
