Splunk Tutorial | What Is Splunk | Splunk Tutorial For Beginners | Splunk Careers | Intellipaat - Duration: 15:10.

Hello everyone, welcome to yet another interesting session by Intellipaat.

In today's session, we will

discuss why Splunk?

What is Splunk and its components?

The working mechanism of Splunk and use case?

Hands-on exercise to input the data from local machine.

Career opportunities in Splunk?

Before moving to why we need Splunk?

Let us see, what Splunk is?

Have you heard the word Splunk?

Splunk is a software or tool that is used to analyze the machine data.

But have you ever thought that, why do we have to analyze the machine data?

You must be aware of the exponential

growth in machine data over the last decade.

This was mainly because of the growing number of machines and the usage of

IoT devices.

And analyzing the data is needed because the solution to the different problem is hidden

in machine data.

Analyzing this machine data will help us to understand the

customer behaviors and their requirement.

Which will, in turn, help us to provide better service.

This machine data will help us to alert the

system admins about any security issues and system failures.

Analyzing machine data also helps us to improve machine functionality.

However, analyzing machine data is not a simple task.

So, how do we do that?

Let us see, how to do that?

Consider that you are working as a system

administrator in some organization.

In an organization, the data can be generated from different sources, such as sensors,

network devices, cloud services, internet of things

and mobile services.

And the data generated from these resources will be in the form of unstructured machine

data.

For example, machine data looks something

like this.

Let us say, failure occurred on any of the one systems and you have to find the solution

for it.

It will be very difficult for you to find out, in which step the hardware failed the

program.

Machine data is:

Complex to understand In an unstructured format and

Not suitable for making analysis/visualization

So, what do you think, how this can be resolved?

In this case, we need a tool that understands machine data and help us in identifying where

exactly the hardware or software has failed.

Ad we discussed already, this can be resolved

by using Splunk.

Splunk is a tool in which the machine data is processed to extract the human

readable form of data.

This will help you to analyze the problems.

Whenever you are looking for state of any software or hardware, you will search for

logfile which will help us to understand the state of the software.

Splunk can be defined as a Google for log files.

That is, Splunk makes machine data available to IT infrastructure.

The Primary components of Splunk are:

forwarders, indexers and search heads.

Forwarders are responsible for collecting the data and forwarding it to other

Splunk instances or indexers.

The indexers are the place where the data is stored.

However, we cannot just access the data from indexers, we need to have search

heads which will help us to analyze, visualize and report the data.

Splunk will help the user to leverage the

machine data in: Analyzing the system performance

Identify the failure conditions in the system

Monitor the business matrix Search and investigate a reason

Helps in visualizing the data and creating dashboards of results

It can also store the data for future references

Now, let us see how Splunk works?

We have a data that is stored in machines which can be in form of logs,

databases, views or API clauses.

On the other hand, we have users who act as information dividers from various

sources.

The business operations need graphs, images, pivots, and dashboards to

make better decisions for business.

So, what you think, what acts as a bridge between data and users.

Yes, it is data indexes.

Or you can think that, it is a table of databases.

And this is how the data is stored in the machines.

Once we store the data, we can extract

the data using search processing language or SPL.

All the data in the machine will be now stored in the form of events.

Once this data is retrieved from the machine you can edit, calculate or concert according

to your needs.

This technology is not only easy to implement

but also provides a wide spectrum of services to its users.

Some of those are, Indexing data

Facilitates searching and investigating Mapping knowledge to search

Scheduling alert Prepare and share Splunk reports

All these days, we have seen storage devices

get better and better over the years, we have seen processors become more

efficient with every aging day, but not data movement.

Splunk is a handy tool to do this.

You might be wondering why organizations are

opting for Splunk.

Well here are some of the benefits of Splunk.

It started working as the "Google" for log files.

That is, you can input the data in any form Splunk Searches using simpler

terms with the help of Search Processing Language (SPL).

It does not require any backend or any database as it stores data directly

in the Splunk file system.

Not a single point of failure is encountered.

Apart from the above-mentioned highlights of this technology, there are a lot of features

such as fast installation, easy scalability, retention without losing granularity,

etc., that give this technology a distinctive competitive edge.

Major Splunk customers are Vodafone,

Dominos, ING bank and New York Air brake.

Vodafone is a telecommunication company in which a huge amount of customer data is generated.

Hence, Vodafone uses Splunk to manage this big data to optimize and provide

better customer support.

Domino's has also opted for Splunk to understand the customer behavior.

ING bank is using Splunk to troubleshoot the key apps and insights into customer behavior.

New York air brake saved almost $1 billion in a month by implementing Splunk.

Now let us move on to use case and see how

Splunk helps organizations to resolve their issues technically.

You might be aware that Domino's Pizza is an e-commerce cum fast-food giant,

but are you aware of the difficulties and challenges they were facing.

They wanted to understand their customers' needs and cater to them more effectively by

using Big Data.

Dominos database used to generate a lot of

unstructured data which leads to difficulties in maintaining them.

Such as errors in manual searches, differences in preferences and many more.

This was resolved by Splunk.

Splunk helped dominos to search the data faster, monitor the performance and get better insights.

It helped the dominos to set up the different interactive map,

real-time feedback from the customer, analyze the different payment methods,

and monitor the performance of the in-house sales team.

Splunk's widespread applications and ease of installation have made applications immensely

popular in the field of big data analytics.

From a low-profile big data company to one of the most popular technologies, it has remained

successful in creating a solid impact on the leading tech players.

Let us now look at the hands-on exercise

how to add data

in Splunk tool?

First you need to login to Splunk administration.

opportunities that come your way.

Learning this technology will ensure your success in the near future.

What are you waiting for?

Join our Intellipaat Splunk Training course today and become a Splunk professional.

This course will help you to understand the web log analysis, design reports, and charts.

You will also learn how server configuration is carried out in Splunk deployment.

Let us summarize, what we have discussed in

today's session: We started with the need of Splunk,

what are Splunk and its components.

We also discussed the working mechanism and a use case for Splunk.

Different career options available in Splunk, various organizations who use Splunk

Early Access Games 2018 | Hix | What Makes A Good Platformer? - Duration: 9:52.

Hix is an upcoming platformer being developed by Snips, I tried out the early

acces demo and wanted to share my experience in this video

Now That's Gaming!

Hey there welcome back if this is your first time here my

channel is all about discovering something new and sharing some of the

very best indie games if any of that interests you then consider subscribing

to the channel and clicking the bell notification so you don't miss anything.

When looking at a platforming game I tend to look at some concepts and to see

how it feels since Hix is an early access alpha demo

that I wanted to get my feedback to hopefully help the developer there are

things that I noticed right away so I'm going to start with things that I feel

can be improved in the game that can be adjusted or some things I can be added

and this is going to go into the things that I like so let's start off with

really what makes a really good platforming game before anything with

story graphics or anything relating to collectibles and all of that stuff and

that is definitely for me the controls when I went to Higgs I experimented with

the controls to see how the momentum felt when jumping with the character

how it felt in the air as you were able to slightly hover as the main character

that you're playing as and I would say that the controls weren't really that

well you know implemented yet I felt that when I was in the air it was kind

of hard to get over some of the lasers I felt that it was a little too slow

and at other times when I was trying to make precision jumping I felt that I had

to rely on the teleport ability which is the other ability that affects your

movement and before anything else it felt really awkward doing a lot of jumps

around different terrain and there's like some smaller jumps that you have to

make and the way that the controls are it doesn't feel like quite tight yet I

felt like the momentum it propels you too far when you're jumping I feel like

there's not control while you're in the air and that

is definitely something that needs to be nailed down because you know it's hard

to do that in a 3d platforming game or even a platformer in general so I would

say that if you wanted to work on something first I would definitely get

that controls down packed before like moving onto anything else

and that goes into some of the obstacles in a way that you know you have to

actually go through with the controls so you have lasers by the enemy that you're

like facing and getting past these lasers isn't particularly difficult you

have the horizontal lasers that you can jump over some that you can teleport

through and it tells you they can either teleport or jump over these lasers and

the jumping for the most part works fine but when I try to teleport a lot of the

times I would actually die and clip through the lasers it's really weird I

would go through the lasers but I would still have to restart and it's really

frustrating when you have to restart all the way back at the beginning after

trying to use this teleport ability which is pretty glitchy, that's to be

expected for you know an early alpha but you know still something I wanted to

point out I really wish there were more dangerous things in a way more hazards I

didn't feel particularly threatened by these lasers and most of the time you

can actually skip a lot of these lasers so it kind of didn't really have a

purpose besides being there I feel like if they were more traps more elaborate

things maybe like the horizontal ones may be moving or maybe ones on the

ground that move that you have to kind of get past in a grid style this like

more things besides the lasers really need to be implemented as I feel like it

was really quiet the whole world was quiet it's like there wasn't anything

moving besides like the water I wish the grass and the trees moved a lot more I

think that were a lot more character to the game just small details like that

can really stand out and make the game look you know even more beautiful than

it already is. Something with wildlife but you know this is happening

after humans are being eradicated so this is like your like one of the last

AI to be sent to hopefully help save humanity in some way so I can understand

if you don't want to like add humans but adding other types of Wildlife or even

AI maybe more rent that can act as enemies and these can act as obstacles

and some types of ways since you're dealing with a lot of AI you can imagine

like maybe they can act as turrets or something like that where you had to

sneak around if you're going for something like that or if you want to be

more adventurous have some puzzles put in the game to make things not feel as

barren as you explore so even if things maybe you know there's not like a lot of

things happening if you have a lot of puzzles that kind of connects to getting

different parts for your ship or trying to go and complete an objective there

will be like more stuff to do so you don't feel like you're kind of wasting

your time or the player might not get as you know bored as it I kind of feel when

I was playing through it. When it comes to the levels there's two levels

in this demo the first one is you know pretty straight for is a big area where

you collect three of these pieces that you have to bring back before taking the

portal and one of the annoying things is if you die any point you have to restart

at the back you know at the beginning and it doesn't save your progress so I

would like to see you know a progress save maybe a checkpoint somewhere around

there if you don't want to do that like at the very least the progress really

needs to be saved because people can collect these things and having to start

all the way back at the beginning is really frustrating and can't really

though people often really wanted to play the game. When it comes to the

camera I guess this went back to the controls again again they were like so

many different types of jumps that you have to make and in the second level

there's like an inside cave area and a few of the jumps you have to make it's

really hard to see things one not only because of the camera angles because the

care it's just so far so big it's so

prominent on the screen I really would like to see the camera move back a

little bit more give the option for the player to maybe go into first person to

have something different and then you can also go back more into third person

so you have a better view that way you can give different people who options in

case you know people want to play in a different way and this would definitely

make it unique as a platforming game to have options like this we can go into

first person or third person you know especially with 3d platformers you

really want yours to stand out I think definitely having something like this

would help a lot when it comes to other things to add to the game I really feel

like having the teleport ability toned down a little bit because you can really

break the levels by just warping and warping so a cool down on that or maybe

implement different upgrades that you can get alongside so it gives people an

incentive to collect something to actually upgrade your character to make

things easier and they'll also give you more movement options which makes it a

lot more fun to get around so for instance maybe the ability to hover

around for a longer periods of times having you know double jumps you can

sprint in a game but it still feels really slow to get around so maybe at

the start you're really slow and you know as you're learning with her AI this

character he builds up different powers and other collectibles that you can like

attach to your character to make him more you know unique in terms of moving

around so a faster sprint there's a lot of cool stuff you can do especially with

the way or setting up this story there's like a lot of wild stuff so please don't

you know be afraid to really go crazy with some ideas I note that the game is

set to come out in 2019 but if we really do have to push the game back to add

stuff or to really polish the game up you know don't be afraid that you have

to get the game out or you know if this is going to early access I can see that

being useful as well but I know that early access can be a hit or miss for a

lot of people so there's like so many different routes you can take so far

though I definitely liked the concept of this and you know this is being your

first really big project like this I think you're doing an awesome job so

keep up the great work and just bring things to life in the game like just

make everything just pop out and really want to make the player explore if

you're going for an exploration type game what do you think about this game

everyone is this something you would play is this something that you think

you would play if it was worked on a little bit more does it bring anything

you need to you from watching let me know in the comments below and if you

want to discover something new feel free to subscribe to the channel to stay up

to date with many of the indie games I showcase each and every week thank you

so much for watching everyone and I'll catch you in the next video.

What happens when the first seal is opened? - Duration: 1:39.

Ankerberg: Alright.

So, Ron, let's open this first seal.

What is it?

The Bible says, "And I looked, and behold, a white horse: he who sat on it had a bow;

and a crown was given to him: and he went out conquering, and to conquer" [Rev. 6:2].

What else is it?

Rhodes: Well, you know, a lot of people make an assumption that because he is riding a

white horse this must mean Jesus.

Because in Revelation 19 we see that Jesus rides a white horse.

But that doesn't work with the context at all.

In fact, the first four seal judgments involve the four horsemen of the Apocalypse.

And each of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse are involved in judgments; judgments that

unfold on planet earth.

As the first seal is opened, the first rider on the horse does his thing.

As the second seal is opened you have the second horseman of the Apocalypse.

All of them deal with judgment.

So this individual was not Jesus but is rather the Antichrist.

And he comes forth "conquering and to conquer".

He has a bow without an arrow.

It means that he hasn't started any war yet, but he's got the military power to

do it if he so chooses.

And that may relate to the fact that he's able to enforce a covenant on Israel and the

Middle East.

He's got that military power.

Ankerberg: Yes.

And so here we have the, going back to Daniel, you find the fact is that the Antichrist actually

signs a covenant with Israel, a peace treaty that's supposed to last for all seven years.

Rhodes: Right.

What is CBD Oil? CBD For Back Pain, Inflammation: Answers by a Compound Pharmacist - Duration: 25:36.

We working? all right guys, hey welcome! My name is Stephen Dunn, I'm with CORE

Therapy & Pilates and today I have a very special guest, Tom Schnorr, from Austin

Compounding Pharmacy. I'm gonna have him introduce himself... Am I saying that right?... Perfect...

and he's gonna be telling, here

to discuss all things CBD! I have been getting an onslaught of questions for

the last six months, maybe year about CBD being used for back pain, being used for

inflammation, being used for all kind of different things and I really don't know

the answers to the questions that I'm getting and I know Tom here down the

street with his compound pharmacy, knows a lot more about it than I do

so I wanted to get together with him today to have him answer some of these

questions so that my clients, my audience can get a better understanding of this

this new, this new thing that's available and is available in Texas, it is

available in other states and different with different laws that we're gonna

talk about that a little bit, but real briefly I want to tell my story of kind

of what got me interested in this from the get-go, in 2003 I had a travel

position where I was working in Sonoma Valley Hospital for about a year and in

that time of working there medical marijuana laws were legal in California

now I didn't know anything about CBD maybe CBD was allowed at the time, I had

no idea but what I noticed at the time was that I had clients that would come

in at 7, 8, 9 in the morning and they would reek of marijuana and I just, I found it

kind of odd, but they paid attention, they listened to what I said, they

participated in the treatment and then they went off to work and they did their

thing and then I had clients that would come in in the middle of the day, early

afternoon and these were the clients that were on oxycontin, they were on

vicodins, they were on different types of hard pharmaceutical narcotics and what I

noticed about these people, they kind of walked in, kind of like

a zombie, their eyes are rolled back in their head, they weren't very, they did

not participate in the therapy, they were just kind of here

they were there to sign in and get their workers comp check or whatever

they weren't participating, they didn't want to get better and I looked at that

over the course of a year and I started to change my my perceptions of what this

medicinal marijuana was, I didn't understand it, I really did think they

were just pot heads that wanted to get high, I'll be honest but I didn't understand

it and I, looking back on it now that I've been living in Texas for 14 years

it's a very interesting concept and now we've seen these laws change in certain

states, really I believe every state has some CBD availabilities or laws that

allow CBD but each state's a little different with the cannabis aspects of

it and whether you're getting your CBD from cannabis or you're getting it from

hemp... so with that said, that's kind of my story and I'm super interested in

getting all of my clients off of opiates, we all know there's a huge epidemic with

that right now and I'm very passionate about my service

which is physical therapy, which is a non-narcotic, non-invasive form of

therapy but there needs to be more for a lot of my clients and so I and my

clients are asking me the questions, so with that said here's Tom, Austin

Compounding Pharmacy... Tom tell us a little bit about your journey into this world

Thanks Stephen, good morning everybody, how are y'all doing? My name is Tom

Schnorr, I have been a pharmacist now for thirty something years, clinical nutritionist since 2001

is what I finally accept for my board examinations, the clinical nutritionist

takes supplements, nutrition, vitamins, food, everything that God gave us to

complement the prescription medications to help heal the body, so I practiced

functional pharmacy I have board-certified in pain

management since 1993 and it was using implantable

pumps, lots of opiates, lots of narcotics both topical, injectable, oral... combining it and

using medications to decrease the side effects

I've sat and watched the opiate epidemic create, I've been in the community for

years and I've lost many friends behind it, might have great sadness of how

easily is acquired and how quick it is given out and how rapidly, how rapidly

the addiction is there. When I first got boarded in pain management they actually

taught us if you have pain you cannot get addicted and that was just a marketing

lie by the manufacturers and we bought it because we were wanting to do

something, we wanted to help somehow and now fast forward 20 years we have 13

people dying every minute in the states and across Maine they lose 36 people a

month that little tiny state. Texas is phenomenal, the addiction is

crazy and we have things out there we can CBD oil and you know, Stephen's

great story about seeing his two class of clients come in

and his own personal bias that he experienced coming from his education, I

too was there, I saw the people that were using marijuana and such as just being

the slackers of the world, bless their hearts and they have come in here and taught me

different, no they're the ones that showed me that the judicious use of

marijuana extracts make the pain management work better, bring about a

healing, there's, I've seen so many examples of using functional

medicine and Chinese medicine and other other meds out there that

complement the use of Western medicine to make them work better, to decrease

side-effects, to protect the liver, to recover the kidneys, to cut down side

effects of all their meds, it's the same with the extracts were getting

from THC and hemp. Now though the sad thing is there's been there's so much

pushback from the government and law and from reefer madness, the movie of the

century, right, that taught us it's dangerous and it yes it can be, but we

cannot let it also hold us back from using it medicinally. What we are

challenged with and they come into the store often what, we have it here first

and foremost, it is here our own place I screen it, qualify it, certify that it's

exactly what's in the bottle and nothing else and help to council in the proper

use of it. People are asking me so Tom is it legal to use CBD in Texas and the

answer is yes it is, it was a hundred percent legal, it's actually even the

doctors can write a prescription in Texas for only two diseases epilepsy of

adolescent of two different very odd varieties, funny laws about how to do

it the DEA just now on the 25th of June of

2018 has been given notice by the FDA that the FDA has approved a

marijuana derived CBD oil. Tom, what's CBD? what's THC? there are

their alkaloids, they're active molecules, very cute molecules by the way, I love them, the THC creates

both CBD alkaloids and THC alkaloids there's a four to five to six in each

class and each have a different activity as we are enduring bioengineering enough

in the fields and the gardens to modify marijuana to extract, to raise different

levels of the terpenoids, were making them tailored for a particular patient, a

particular type of need one that helps me better for gut, one that helps it

better for my ligaments and joints, one that helps me

you softened myself so I can tolerate Stephen beating me up in PT, trust me, I was

with him for six months, he beats you up and it's great... so the THC can only come

from the marijuana plant, CBD cannot create any THC, well it makes a small

amount but is allowed and permitted at point zero five percent THC content per

CBD. The safest way in Texas right now is to

make sure the CBD oil product you're using is derived from hemp oil and hemp

oil only. I make sure all of mine that come into the pharmacy are only hemp derived

so it provides you safety from the law and also if you end up if you're in

business to where you do have your random urine screens you will pass with

flying colors, you will not pop positive for marijuana so that has been well

tested, we tested on among our crew here, we all did

it, took it out tested it and we had some people who were regular users of my

products and they tested negative, so it worked... I hadn't thought of that... yeah

yeah we just tested to clear that up you know the manufacturer said, well let's

just prove it you know and we did, we did and it was marvelous so my first suggestion is

if you can use a CBD, use it from hemp derived, if you're going to use it from the

marijuana derived, it is much more potent and yes there are really good

data and research showing that the CBD CBD combined with small amounts of THC

actually are better for pain, depression, anxiety, gut movement, mood elevation and

they have some great ones that don't have any of the psychotropic of the you

know of the marijuana of our College and high school days, so those are

not available here in Texas, you have to go to California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah

Massachusetts, Illinois you, so you just have to go elsewhere, lots of

clients are doing that and I always recommend starting with just pure hemp

product here specie experiment there and so so kind of as the law we are at now

people will ask me, Tom can there you can you make it into a pain Joe and hand it

to the pain yellow should make money and I go no I can't because the FDA DEA has

not yet said we can use EPO in our compound laboratory so we don't I just

say here's my compound prescription for you and here's the oil you know and I'll

show you how to go home and put the two together for Yubel and put it into a

pump and take care of it that way that's the best we can do so the next question

I get is can it help my cannon help me can I help my family can help my dogs we

just went to the fourth of July and each of the animals that I was babysitting

all got a small dose on a treat of CBD oil and they have no anxiety they were

just peaceful and calm and just happy campers I think every dog should get

some for fourth of July I'm sure either 4th of July treat

there's no stress at the fire oh yeah it just makes them calm in it and if your

dog is in the small frame and is the is the battery-powered doorbell as I love

to call that a small dose of CBD can work with some some good therapy help

them break that habit so super-safe questions are what what kind of doses

that is so big so big so big the epileptic dosing that we have studies

we're using is a hundred milligrams topically on the feet of a child in an

epileptic seizure within a minute the seizure is resolved dosing for animals I

use one and two milligrams I start there and I just keep creeping up if they're

just if they don't want to get up and go for walk you know they got too much so

that's kind of how I doze for us humans is kind of the same dose is generally

twice a day as all you need to do it anywhere from 2 milligrams to as high as

50 milligrams it's just really hurt when you get into the high high doses that's

when you have to think about might be a candidate for going to California or

Colorado and keep it out on the backside and don't tell but you will not be I had

many people go there to fly there get it come back they don't check then it's

just so take that as you can but say how do I take it pretty much when I'm

compounding medication for folks I like to ask you how would you like to take a

medication would you swallow it would you put it on an oral would you like to

rub it into a local area and it's the same for CBD it comes as an oil and we

can put it you would find it in capsules with varying strengths mixed with

tumeric is very good to make it absorb better and break down that turmeric with

it and putting it in with more oil say some ghee some butter some coconut oil

makes it absorb much better there's also topical a lot of people use

a topical pain gel mixing with menthol and eugenol of things and I love doing

that and you can rub it into local areas like a hip and knee injury

those are wonderful for kids and for adults of people with arthritis and put

it up through soap your knee and then go see Steve and get your knee work out now

it's perfect been dosing it's very wide if you if you're sitting on the couch

and you didn't want to move for a couple hours it's a little too much okay so

sort of dial it back down where do I find it I carry it either find places

get it you can buy it on the Internet you're really careful know your supplier

know where you're going there's no real inspections going on the infantry get to

know who's making it for you because you want good quality there are four normal

alkaloids found in vbe and terpenoids that are output but the popular ones the

most to common or a and B and they are the most common ones found and nearly

every product out there is just the a right there are a few out there that are

both a B and D and I only know one company with all four I do like when

it's a blend more like two or more of the terpenoids it just seems to work

better and have a broader activity for everybody myself I like to use a spray

or a drop with an oil I just drop it in the mouth great amount and has a

cinnamon flavor or spearmint flavor or an or unflavored in flavors are great

for the dogs they love it and they even have dog treats and don't mean they just

jump at it be careful your kids might like it too

they make super concentrated this one is 50 something milligrams for dropper

dropper full which is a very high dose there's topicals this mint they've added

menthol eugenol and a few other things to make it like a sports ball and so you

get this an auditory buy-in and then it absorbs in about two minutes you can

just feel whatever pain has gotten soft so they're making pumps jars full of it

a particular company out of Austin has come out with one that tastes like an

Altoid it's cinnamon it is as strong as an L so if you really like something

they make a cinnamon or mega experiment for others but this is one their my

carry 5 or 6 there's great ones out there there's some great ones on the

internet there's not so good one so be careful don't go to the head shop choose

many answers when they don't know or go to other find help function as providers

for it oh gosh question for you yes to be clear mm-hmm the CBD whether it's

coming from the cannabis plant or the hemp plant is not a psychopath

no matter what it's running from but it looks coming from candidates it is a

little stronger and has a possibly a strong Republican see stronger effect

it'll have a because they can't extract all the THC out that'd be a higher

relevancy venom THC in there and that could trigger psychoactive but it will

definitely contribute a positive drug screen if you have drug screen issues

and that's a guy that a lot of folks have their day jobs chat it's it but

those are much stronger much more potent and and as of just last or two weeks ago

the FDA's approved it and we do have one at one drug mail as a mail and now the

DEA has to reclassify hemp and marijuana from still on schedule one down to a

twos we're moving through the process I know in my lifetime we it will get legal

I don't believe Texas will legalize it directly

I believe the feds will do it got it you know we're gonna hide the money so

buying you can support it use it what I love about it I can sit tell you

multiple stories of my my patients who I've known for years on pain management

who have cut their opiate use down to a third and their primary care doctors

going thank you because they are getting such pushback from the politics of the

opiate war that that was created by the drug companies themselves you know up to

all of us to work together to help each other because there will be sadness

there will be some suffering as we all find it get a rebalance when I have a

client for me to say my doctor will not give me X Y Z because they got pushback

by an inspection and when we go what do we do I go we cry we use lower strength

stuff for a while and we had a lot of CBD and we go see Steve and we go get

everything we can we change our diet we get we change we take negative energy

out of our lives we get a little more good massage therapy

physical we do we seek out actively seek out anybody who could help raise our

healing and and I am so glad to see where we're at today it's changing with

the seat were what we've got with CVD it's a it's a big chink opening up the

rest of the rest of the world the rest of Western medicine to the reality that

we need to bring it no more natural medicines in here and

thank you thank you well last week I was in Colorado for spring break

I'm sorry not some great fourth of July and while I was there I decided to go

into one of the shops the the legal chops just ask questions there and I

asked him if I could oh yeah and what was interesting is that

what they told me was that there were quite a few different types of things

you could get some had like a 5:1 ratio THC and like that will give you a little

bit there was ten to one or twenty five to one these different ratios and I

found that interesting because that what they said and again I don't remember

exactly they said that they said if the more cannabis is its using the more THC

this and it helps deliver the CBD better for certain conditions but not

necessarily all condition right and so that was just kind of resonating bit

right that is it truly isn't as a science and it's not a mad science like

I kind of thought it was it's a truly a

we don't have all the answers and thank God we're all experimenting and I will

share with all of our with all the kids out here I have been a recovery 38 years

I do not want to take a drug that cycle I do I don't want to change my sobriety

I have been using CBD personally on my setup for the last year and a half and

it has really work to bring me a sense of peace and calm

it has really worked to aid me and growing up and doing some development

and and there's been no psychoactive activities to it I'm just as silly and

goofy I know where I leave my car keys

lethargy paranoia - yeah oil caps on my head and Cheetos

it just wasn't many fun and then when this DVD showed up I thought it'd be the

same like same structure same family you know this chemist over you know I

don't think much of it but I saw my clients of my friends skinning great

growth and then it's like Tove and I had a sat down with Stanford microbiologist

botanist - just opened my mind to what they're doing to make this into medicine

making it creating medicine from it and and people go Tom these are just plants

like yes but you know we're all right antibiotics come from molds and fungus

is along the side on the roots of trees in the Amazon forest that's our first

antibiotic was penicillin a mold growing on a piece of white tooks white bread so

this is where all our drugs were created by God

yeah and let me just clean them up packaging but make it look cute yeah

well guys this has been great to do this with Tom I can't met him a few weeks

back and we scheduled this and I just knew that I'm we need more of this

information now it's it's it's growing and we need this education out there

amongst the general population because we know the opiate epidemic is gone mad

people still need opiates I'm not saying that but it has been a choice of

long-term chronic pain treatment for way too long

and this CD revolution seems to be a new way of addressing many things on many

levels so I'm super excited about it thank you for your expertise and we're

gonna wrap it up if you have any questions type them in the comments

whenever you watch this and we'll get get some answers to you and thanks for

your time guys and we'll see y'all around and take care thank you down

alright so if y'all want I have a 70 slide ships lemony picture slideshow on

educating the science behind CBD simulate Facebook me I'm out there under

top snore and drug snore or Austin compounding pharmacy you can email me at

drugs nor this SCH and O Double R at gmail and I can send you the slideshow

to start teaching about the science behind CV and how prevalent it is in all

plants that's what I did know it there's a little bit nearly every plant out

there and don't we created an array now hi any bits we know we have the capacity

for catalyzing so it has been there with us for centuries thank you all right

don't take yeah a great day we'll see us

What to do the summer before SIXTH FORM?! - Duration: 10:11.

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel or hello if you are new here

I'm so sorry for my lack of uploads. If you don't follow me on social media

You won't know what I've been up to. But basically I have been away

Twice recently and I'm also currently interning at Vogue which is very exciting

But it means that I am basically working a nine-to-five job every day. And I know that people do that and still upload

Credits to them because I kind of didn't anticipate how tired I would be at the end of the day for filming and editing

Now I know like mic. I've done my first week basically so I can definitely get back into it properly

But I wanted to apologize because I have been slacking and I don't mean to hello to all of you who are new here

Oh my god, we hit 18,000 subscribers

So hello and welcome. Okay. I'm going to be doing a video that basically I get comments about nearly every day

I get at least a DM or a comment about every day

Which is what can you do to prepare?

In the summer before going into certain years. I've decided to make this into a couple of videos rather than one

I think it'll be way too long and rambly

Today we're going to do what to do in the summer before sick fall

Then I feel like we might do one before year 13 and then I think we might do one before uni

Maybe not in that order

But I will make sure that they are in my school slash advice playlist if you haven't checked that out

I will put it up in the card all my videos are there are related to school of advice

And basically I thought that what this video could be is a compilation

Basically of all the advice I've given in those comments in those DMS in like other videos where I've mentioned it

But I kind of want to have it like pulled together in one place so you can come here and be like, right

What do I need to do? This is what new thinks I should be doing

If you haven't already given this a thumbs up

Please do so and subscribe if you haven't if you're excited about the other videos in this series

And I think we should get on with it

like I said

we're going to be doing at the transition between year 11 and

Sick form slash college slash year 12 slash all that good stuff

Oh, I have noted myself up

But this isn't necessarily like a sick form advice video or like how to be confident going in to sit for more

Anything like that?

I have got those types of videos and I definitely plan to do more of that kind of video and

This summer but this specific one is like a to-do list

If you were going to make a to-do list of things to do in the summer before you go in to sit for more college

Or whatever you would use this video to do it. Okay, we're gonna dive right into it with the thing that I think is

Best suited at this time. It's not necessarily the most important thing to do

But I would say that if you were going to do this anytime in these years now

It's the time to do and that is get some work experience

So the summer that you get between year 11 and year 12 is really long

And for most people at least it is a lot longer than you have been experiencing in the past

I think like two maybe even three weeks longer mine was two

So what I did was I got some work experience in those two weeks by no means does this one?

I'm really wavy today by no means does this work experience the need to be in any way relevant?

To what you want to do because you probably don't really know what you want to do

I get questions again. So often multiple times a week being like what work experience

Did you get I do not to put my personal statement for biochem help kind of thing

So I know there are like a lab work experiences you can do for biochem

And that's stuff like the Nuffield ones that a lot of my friends did which are great and I would highly recommend doing that

Also gives you a taste of whether you like it or not. I actually didn't do anything related

I did a like normal sort of office II it was a small company getting that?

Experience not only is good for you to have experience and to like do something productive in your summer

but you can put it into your personal statement and say what skills you gained from it some experience whether that be

working in a cafe or

Going and working in a hospital

Like it really doesn't matter a lot and please don't stress and think that you have to do something linked

Obviously, it's good because you can work out whether you actually like it or not. But any experience is a good experience

Naturally that kind of ties in to making some money. So I personally did get paid for that job

If you don't get paid, that's fine because it's still experience

but it's a good time to make some money for sick for I don't think I would have taken like a

Full job like a Saturday job when I was in sick for I think I would have found that too much. So I

Personally would recommend trying to make some money over the summer borrows the angle change

I had to delete stuff from my memory card, right? Well moving on to some academic stuff

You can do to help yourself out now a story kind of particularly when I was going from year eleven to year 12

I got given these AQA books if I can find them I will link them and they are basically like the bridge to a s

books

It was basically a book that put all of the new terms and the new

Concepts that we were going to be like using in a level that they basically lied to us. Haha that old thing

about a GCSE in a book so like the whole

electrons electron shell thing was in there so that you basically had like an

Understanding of the basics of your subject before you went and did it

I personally had a test when I got back it wasn't like a

Do-or-die test but I think you just had to get over like a certain percentage and they were like, yeah cool

You're good enough to do the a-level, but you have to basically like revise a little bit in the summer

Which was really useful because it made me like appreciate the new concepts. I would highly recommend

Somehow sourcing something like that

even if it's just like someone you know who's older than you who has their like

Basic AAS notes that you can look over or something. I understand that is more difficult for subjects like English

I feel like there are some like new words and like ways to describe poetry and literature and stuff

so if you can somehow get your hands on those words and the definitions and like the concepts of them and have a read just

Before you get to it, it's going to make everything so much easier

The other thing that we were recommended to do was to read at least two books from each subject

So the good thing about that is you can basically find your niche

So like an area that you specifically like from reading these books. So if you're reading away a biology book about

The brain because you just randomly picked up and you decide you loved it

You might realize that you particularly want to do

Neuroscience because you've read your book and that's the way that interests you most so it's a good way of finding out what you might

Want to go and do with your subjects in the future and the other thing similar to that is to do some online courses

I get a lot of questions about this as well. I do mind on a site called futurelearn they are free if you like

Complete them quick enough kind of thing

But if you want them from a limited time, you do have to pay for them

Which wasn't the case when I did there?

but you can still go on the site and for free like do some or all of a call again might help you just like

Narrow down what you want to do? So I did a forensics course on there and I was like this isn't for me

It's not really science II enough and then I did a biochem course and there were elements of that

So like the plant related stuff, so there was this like phyto mining section and I was like, that's super interesting

I really like that which has now led me

Well, it led me to pick biochem in the first place and now it's led me to pick upon

physiology biochemistry module next year

So like just doing that course helped me realize what I enjoyed in my subjects pick the Uni fora

And it's still influencing my choices now

So not only does that look good on your personal statement and it's the perfect time to do them

But also excellent for helping you make decisions for this one. I'm like caution warning

because I don't think it's healthy to do this too much but

If you want to have a little look at you knees if you're interested in uni, that is if you're not interested in uni

We look at whatever it is else, but my experiences with uni, so I will talk about that

Let's say you're interested in uni, and you want to kind of explore?

your options

A little bit more what you can do what you can't do where you might want to do if you want to explore your options

a little bit more

I don't think there's any real harm in doing that before you go into year 12 so you don't really actually know

What you want to do until you started your a-levels which is why I caution want this

Because actually you don't need to be looking at this point

But the earlier you start having like a bit of an understanding about how the Uni thing and the you cuts thing works

Easier will be when you get to it. And the final tip I have is to just

Generally try and prepare yourself if you're suddenly going from uniform to non-uniform

think about like some clothes that you like get together your clothes and stuff get together your

Stationery get together like things that you need in advance

Because it can be a little bit daunting

Going from year 11 to year 12 and you want to kind of reduce that as much as you can it will just make you

Feel so much better in general to know that everything's sorted

So the more you can do in the summer the less you have to do the three days before you go back and then also

have fun because

You just have fun. It's summer like it shouldn't be like I'm preparing for thick form summer

It should just be an element of what you're doing

This summer is I need to get ready for sick form

But you need to have a fun summer because you've just been doing so many exams

GCSE exams go on for so long and you've worked so hard on them and like just chill out

And have a nice time because you absolutely deserve it. Thank you so much for watching this

I really hope it helped you out

And please let me know any questions you have about any of that be ready for the next videos

So the ones going into like different years and yeah, give this a thumbs up if you enjoyed it

And I will see you soon in my next video

a level results 2018 gcse university exam tips uni sixth form

Sebastian Vettel: What Ferrari star said in first interview after Lewis Hamilton win - Duration: 2:27.

Sebastian Vettel: What Ferrari star said in first interview after Lewis Hamilton win Vettel looked set to strike a hefty blow in the F1 World Drivers' Championship race after taking pole on Saturday with Hamilton only able to start 14th because of a hydraulic failure. But the Brit fought back through the field and was showing strong pace with 25 laps to go when light rain began to fall around the circuit.

And with Hamilton closing at a rate of nearly two seconds a lap, Vettel lost control of his Ferrari and crashed into the barrier, effectively giving his rival a clear track to the chequered flag. However, the German appeared relatively unperturbed by the incident that had cost him the chance to win on home soil for the first time in five years.   "I don't think it was a huge mistake," Vettel said in his post-race interview.

"It was a huge impact on the race because we retired there, but it's not like tonight I will have difficulty to fall asleep because of what I've done wrong. "I think it's disappointing because up to that point, everything was sweet… We didn't need the rain. "[Today] was just one of those moments and my mistake, so apologies to the team.

"They did everything right, I had it in my hand. Small mistake, big disappointment." The F1 circus will now head to Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix on July 29, after which the season takes its month-long summer break. Vettel currently trails Hamilton by 17 points in the title race and will be desperate to wrestle back the advantage before four weeks off.

The Mercedes one-two meant Ferrari have also lost control in the F1 World Constructors' Championship - but their No 1 driver refused to be downbeat. "We have a strong car, so I think we can be as confident as, [or more confident], than anybody else," Vettel added. "It was a very positive weekend.".

AT LAST / AT LONG LAST - What it means and how to use it - Duration: 2:25.

Hi guys, Marcilio Albuquerque speaking and... after two weeks of absence, I'm back here, back on track,

Uh...and this is one of my videos. And today I'm gonna talk about "AT LAST"

or "AT LONG LAST", you know... I'm riding (on) my bike

this morning as you can see. All right?! This is my bike

and...I'm at PARQUE DO MINDÚ, can you see this?

Right here?! Yeah, alright !? And... you know, uh... "AT LAST"

also "AT LONG LAST", means...

Finally, after a long time, after much delay, you know, and...

If you say that something has happened AT LAST or AT LONG LAST,

It means that you've been waiting and waiting for something to happen for quite some time, for quite a long time,

and...

you feel some sort of relief, I mean, you are relieved

just because it has finally happened, you know, uh...for example: Uh...

(Thinking about something to say...)

I've been waiting and waiting... for...

for the bus, at the bus station, actually, and...

AT LAST... the bus arrived,

you know,

and...After waiting and waiting

for...365 days

AT LONG LAST it's December 31st.

All right?! Or... Just in case you meet someone online, on the internet, and...

but you haven't met them personally, you know, and on the day you

you meet them

you exclaim: AT LAST, we meet !!!

or... you say... uh...

It's quite nice meeting you, AT LONG LAST, you know, and this for today

Thank you so much for watching. I really appreciate it. Thank you

Bye bye.

What is a Sales Funnel? And How To Create One that Actually Makes Money - Duration: 8:29.

hey this rustle again and today I'm excited because today but I just talking

about clickfunnels which is one of the coolest things in the world but for you

to really utilize clickfunnels and really have success from it

I think it's vitally important that you not only get good at using the software

and using the tool we actually become a marketer click photos is built by

marketers like me for marketers know the market their products and their services

and sometimes you people come in and they have a product have a service they

want to sell to throw the click phones they build a funnel and then right

nobody's buying it nobody's coming to my thing no one's give me that email I just

like why not it's because it's not just something you put up there and hope that

the best happens it's something we have to understand the marketing behind it

and so what I want to do during this walkthrough is to help you out

understand some of the core fundamental concepts of marketing that are essential

for your success inside of funnels to kind of step back because I know that a

lot of people they first get in click funnels they don't even know what a

funnel is most people obviously have heard of a website right when I got

started in this business 15 years ago websites were the thing and I was funny

because I remember back then everybody would come and they would say my god you

think I need a website everyone's talking about website should I get one

and now we kind of laugh out I could stay you know like there's no business I

don't think that doesn't have a website you have to have a website to exist and

that's kind of a funnels are today funnels are the future like they are the

evolution of websites that's where everything is going people always ask me

like well do I need a funnel for my business and I was kind of chuckle

because they don't understand the strategy when they do it's like oh wow

like there's no point to a website like the only thing I need is a funnel the

first core concept you have to understand I learned initially from one

of my very first marketing mentors name's Dan Kennedy and he said this

whoever can spend the most money to acquire customer wins and I remember

hearing that and just didn't really resonate with me but bear with me as I

share this story with you it's gonna make it's gonna even find out like this

is the key most important thing to understand in business in marketing in

funnels let me tell you my story so when I got started in this business back 15

years ago I was in high school and I'd built my very first the website selling

potato guns now I had created an information product I set up a website

I'd done my best and back then the way that everybody got traffic to the web

sites was by using a website called Google so I went to Google I started

buying my very first Google Ads now as a college student I don't have a ton of

money so I was able to invest about ten dollars a day into Google ads and the

good thing for me is I was selling this deep

for $37.00 and what happened is on average for every ten dollars I'd spend

I'd sell about one DVD so you do the math on that I was spending ten dollars

making thirty seven dollars I had $27 profit that was putting inside of my

pocket now what happened is a little while later Google shifted their

algorithm and kind of changed how how things work and the price for every

single click started going up it got bigger and bigger and bigger now what

happens is one day I woke up and the ads that I was running were the exactly the

same ice skating the same amount of clicks the amount of people my website

but now instead of spending $10 a day to do the same amount of traffic I was

spending $50 a day now if you do the math on that you spent $50 a day you

make $37 day I was losing 13 dollars every single day because of my website

now I don't know about you but I really quickly my wife and I realize we

couldn't keep doing that and stay in business so after four or five days I

had to turn off my website and it was over for me and unfortunately for me and

for so many entrepreneurs that's for most entrepreneurial dreams die is in

your spending money you can't be profitable and it just falls apart a few

months later I had a friend who was in a similar business to me and he called me

up and said hey Russell I think I figured out the secret he said I started

adding upsells to all of my products and I was like what do you mean upselling

said well it's kinda like McDonald's you've been a McDonald's Mikey I said

you know when they offer you a hamburger and I said yeah I said you know that for

them to sell that hammer could actually lose money the money for the ads and the

promotion the mark and actually lose money so silly hamburger fright 2 or 3

bucks and it costs them four or five dollars to get you there and then drive

in we said then they added this little sentence on there and said hey would you

like fries and a coke with that and the majority people say oh yeah sure throw

that in there and they did that the fries and the coke is where they make

their money so I spend you know three or four dollars to get someone there they

sell a hamburger for two dollars they lose the dog they add fries and a coke

and all sudden boom they're profitable and so he showed me his website he had

similar websites to me selling little information products and he said look

what I did is I started having upsells can I sell the next thing to someone who

need if they bought my first product and I said well how that worked for my

potato guns I don't know he said well when somebody buys a potato gun DVD

what's the next thing that they need and I was like well you know the next thing

that stood by the pipes and the glue and the barbecue igniter and all those

pieces that you have to go to the store to get he said you should make a kit and

just upsell the kit and so I was lucky I found someone up in northern Idaho who

actually sold gun kits and we did a partnership and I

started adding those as upsells and so I transitioned my my little website into

my very first funnel I didn't know that's what it was called at a time it

was a funnel so somebody would buy my DVD and then the next page would upsell

them a potato gun kit now if you look at the math on how this all worked I was

still spending $50 a day on Google that didn't change they didn't lower their

prices for me they were still charging the same amount and I was still

averaging about one sell a day of my DVDs so I was only making thirty seven

dollars so I was actually losing money but then what was cool is that one out

of every three people who bought my DVD ended up buying my upsell and buying my

kit you look kind of math on that mic it was $197 that means one out of three

means I made extra $65 for every DVD I sold that means I spent $50 a day and I

was making 102 dollars a day so we do the math on that I was actually making

52 dollars every single day now that is when the whole light bulb went off my

head I was like that that's the secret like if I can spend

more money to acquire a customer then I win and that's when I realized websites

made me broke but funnels actually made me money now as I started my career

after I did that I started getting excited I started realizing like wow

there's so many ways to do funnels and I can put funnels into any business and I

started doing that I started going into really competitive markets where there's

tons of competition and I would look and I would see these people all I had was a

website selling a product I would take that concept and I would go Matt shower

adding upsells and down cells and adding different things in there and I start

competing against these people and was crazy as they could spend you know

however many dollars a day they could spend an avatar I could spend two or

three times as much money and still make more money and very quickly I start

beating out all my competitors and every market we win into if you're a business

and your breakeven or you're losing some money a funnel is the secret that's what

gets you from breaking even to becoming profitable if you're doing well but you

want to grow a funnel is the secret it's how you start taking your business and

scaling it you make more money for every single person who comes into your into

your funnel ok the funnels are the secret to growing businesses and getting

your message your products your services out into the world

now obviously there are lots of different types of funnels as you

learned in the earlier walk through inside the cookbook we had 22 different

types and so some of the funnels are specifically for selling the product ok

like my potato gun DVD where I sold the DVD then I have sold a potato gun kit

some some funnels aren't for that some funnels are for generating lead then you

send emails to them and sell them things in the future summer

generate applications you can calm on the phone summer summer funnels to get

people into your actual location it doesn't right now there's different

funnels for different situations I think a lot of people think the funnels are

this mysterious thing yet it's happening every single day right now in fact if

you run an offline business I promise you you already have a funnel it may be

a really really bad one but you have one think about it's let's say you're a

chiropractor or a dentist or something right somebody sees an ad they drive by

to see your billboard and see your place they get a referral something right and

they come to your location and walk up to your door what's the first thing they

do they open the door right and they walk in now something's happening -

they're coming into this funnel now they're greeted by somebody could be

your front desk receptionist or whoever right and they're saying something

they're trying to get them to schedule an appointment or set up a call or

whatever the thing might be and then after that happens and they take them to

the next step and the next step and every business has it there's some kind

of funnel so then a process you're taking people through all the time

and the online funnels are the same thing people think is something

different but it's not it's if I'm driving out from Facebook they're gonna

come somewhere to a page and maybe I page I try ask for their email address

or maybe I'm selling them a product or I'm taking them down this path just like

I would if I was selling somebody face to face so cool thing about funnels it's

not something new or different they're not used to it's the same thing you're

used to it's just in an online format but I wanted you to understand that's

what a funnel is I want you understand the one cold core concept so whoever can

spend the most money to acquire a customer wins that's how you grow a

company that's how you beat your competitors let's say some more products

and say your ads more out there that's how like all the things that you want in

business all come off of that concept and the way you're able to spend more

money profitably is by having a funnel think about your existing business think

about the business in right now let's say you do have a regular website how do

you take this thing with all these things how do you restructure them into

an actual funnel and you start thinking about those things to get you excited

about funnel so with that said thanks so much and I'll see you guys on the next

training
