What's Brewing 324 - Duration: 2:46.

Hey and welcome to What's Brewing in Jax.

Every week I take a look at what's happening in the craft beer scene in the Jacksonville

area.

I'm at Really Good Beer Stop on 3rd street in Jax Beach and today I'm having a Tampa

style lager from Cigar City

It's Summer, and many of my friends have vacation right now.

But guess what.

You don't need to go anywhere to relax and have a good time, you can do that right in

your own backyard.

For you creative women out there, here's a cool idea that I thought looked awesome.

There's a Ladies Night at Wicked Barley.

This week Southern Roots is hosting a class where you get to plant your own Succulent

Wine Bottle Planter!

When you buy a ticket, everything you need for the project is included and you'll also

get a pint of beer from Wicked Barley's tap list!

That's on thursday, Aug 2nd at 7:30 at Wicked Barley.

You can get your tickets through eventbrite.

It's still time to enjoy Summer, and at Southern Swells their doing a can release

for a beer with a name that sounds like salt, beach and ocean and something for people who

are into bike riding.

It's called "Riding on bikes with really large tires".

Now, I'm not really into that, ride on large tires.

I have a road bike, but the beach is full of those fat tire bikes.

It's a thing!

"Riding on Bikes with Really Large Tires" is a double IPA, so that's not really for

me either.

But I know many of you just love the IPAs.

But Southern Swells is also releasing another beer, "Sour Peach Kids".

This is definitely something I want to try.

I love sours.

You can buy the cans on release day, and there's even special glass ware - but if you're

not into all that, both beers will be available on draft.

The can release takes place on Saturday Aug 4th starting at noon.

If you've been to one of the big box stores lately, you've probably noticed that they're

already stocked for back to school.

Many parents with young kids are looking forward to school start and the normal schedule, older

kids are not always sharing that joy.

My friends at Fun4firstcoastkids.com are planning a big celebration at Wicked Barley for both

parents and their kids.

You can let the kids play with the oversized games in the beer garden, play with sand toys

on the beach along Goodby's Creek.

Also, One free kid's meal for kids under 12 with the purchase of an adult entrée.

That sounds like an event that both adults and kids can enjoy.

The back to school celebration take place on sunday Aug 5 from 2 pm - 7pm at Wicked

Barley.

That's it for this time.

Now if you want to try a Tampa style lager from Cigar City you need to hurry here because

at really good beer stop they rotate their 20 beers on tap all the time so there's always

something new.

Why does music give us goosebumps? - Duration: 14:05.

GIRL: Absolutely.

Particular types of music.

Sometimes. When it's really, really good.

DAN: Yeah? I feel the resonance.

Depends what mood I'm in. Yeah.

Like, sad music. Maybe, like, music that reminds me of a certain...

Like a memory. Yeah.

When there's, like, a really good kick,

I really do like that feeling of... you kind of really immerse yourself.

If I'm cold, yes. (LAUGHS)

Other than that... not that I'm aware of.

Hi. I'm Dan. I'm Linda.

And welcome to What Is Music?

And in this episode,

we're gonna be looking at how music gives you goosebumps.

But first, Linda, what do we actually know about goosebumps?

Well, goosebumps happen when our hairs stand on end.

It's an ancestral connection to furrier friends of ours

who, when they were in a threatened situation,

they looked bigger and more scary.

And having the hair stand on end

also has the advantage of thermal insulation.

Now, over time, this becomes built in to how we behave.

This idea of frisson -

these very strong, intense emotions

that we connect now to shivers

and chills and thrills -

still activate this physical response.

So why is it that music can re-create

some of these physiological responses?

Goosebumps come when there's a sudden change

in our emotional state -

a kind of 'aha' moment of emotionality

where we feel suddenly connected with the music.

We especially feel connected with music

when that music is personally meaningful.

Music that we heard during an important time of our development,

which is called the reminiscence bump,

where music meant so much to our identity

and developing a sense of self.

When we hear that music, it brings back a flood of emotions

and a flood of memories.

And there are ways that we might be able

to trigger these emotional responses using music.

Other emotions, like happiness, sadness,

there are fairly definite ways and almost universal ways.

Goosebumps is far more particular.

You'd be looking at changes in the loudness of the music,

changes in the tempo,

an unexpected harmonic change.

There's also the important factor of being familiar.

So it seems like there's still a lot of research to be done on this topic.

There's a lot of theories that we should be testing out here, Dan.

Yeah. Well, actually, I've got a plan for that.

(ALARM BEEPS)

Well, welcome to the goosebumps sphere.

I love what you've done with the place, Dan.

So, we're gonna be testing what kind of music gives us goosebumps.

OK. And so we got the chair

and we've got a macro lens on this camera here right next to your arm,

so it's gonna pick up the moment any goosebumps come through,

so there'll be no faking it.

We've got the magnificent...

This is amazing! ..helmet apparatus over here...

I wanna look at this properly.

..which... This is incredible.

Oh, it does...absolutely nothing.

Oh! But it looks great.

(LAUGHS) OK!

You've always been about fashion. That's what everybody says about me.

We've each got five songs with different musical elements

to give the other person goosebumps.

We filled out some very personal surveys

to work out the best songs to use.

Winner will get bragging rights.

So, Round 1 - it's all about sudden crescendos.

When a piece of music suddenly gets louder, it often causes goosebumps.

You can hear this in Pink Floyd's The Post War Dream.

(MID-TEMPO, MELLOW MUSIC PLAYS)

(DRUM POUNDS, INTENSITY BUILDS) # Wish I could turn you

# Back into a stranger... #

I feel emotional but I don't...

I think that's one you won.

I was actually trying, though. Yeah?

I remember putting so much meaning to that song

because of the relationship that I was in,

and, like, moving in and out of.

But, yeah, I guess I'm just an unfeeling...

(LAUGHS) Yeah. And you know what?

I'm actually gonna take this off because...

Look, fair enough. Gonna throw you a bone.

I think...I think it's affecting my emotional levels.

So it DOES do something. It does.

Alright, so, Round 2. Alright.

It's all about the long, sustained note.

AKA the money note -

big, belting notes from singers like Whitney Houston and Freddie Mercury,

but also things like super-high violin melodies

and orchestral music.

(VIOLIN PLAYS SMOOTH, SUSTAINED, POIGNANT MELODY)

Alright. How'd you go?

I don't think I got goosebumps. Yeah, no.

OK. Hit me with another one. Alright.

# 'Cause you're nothing to me... #

Sometimes a chord progression or key change in a song

is really distinctive.

You might not see it coming but the unexpected harmony is a perfect fit,

and it gets you every time.

(LOW, ELECTRONIC THRUMMING)

(PITCH RAISES)

Again. Nada.

Nothin'.

I could pass a lie detector test. (LAUGHS)

Alright, new plan.

So we're none from three so far. Mm.

It's time to really up the ante on this.

What are you doing? So, this is a blindfold.

It's actually... No, it's not - it's a scarf.

Yeah. (LAUGHS)

For today, it's a blindfold. OK. (LAUGHS)

OK. Alright. Can you see anything?

Nup.

So, we're gonna try an emotional minor song.

More often than not, the type of music that gives us chills

is in a minor key.

Some people call that the sad one.

(SLOW MELODY IN MINOR KEY PLAYS, WOMAN SINGS SUSTAINED NOTE)

(LAUGHS)

(DELICATE PIANO MELODY, SWEEPING ORCHESTRAL STRING NOTES)

What is going on right now with my arm?

I think I got goosebumps. Yeah?

Could you see any? S... Yes. Absolutely. (LAUGHS)

Definitely feeling something happening here.

Yeah, I'm gonna call that. (PING!)

Oh, my God.

I can't believe you got it

using a song from the Romeo and Juliet soundtrack!

What else is gonna give you goosebumps?

I seriously... I was like, thinking about break-ups before,

thinking about other things - like, real adult stuff,

and then that one was the one.

So it's nostalgia, in a way.

It's like a memory of, like, your early teens

and you coming back to it as an adult

that's kind of tipped you over the line.

To just do it with that Des'ree song... (LAUGHS)

Yeah. Yeah. Well, a win for me.

OK. You've got one final chance, my friend.

Mm-hm. Best of luck.

Actually, wait.

Uh, we can do away with the blindfold

because I can go one better than that.

We're pulling out all stops for the final one. You ready?

(LAUGHS) Dan!

One of the most important things about music giving you goosebumps

is you.

Music that's special to you.

(IMMERSIVE TRIP-HOP JAZZ FUSION MUSIC PLAYS)

# I just want to be a woman... #

No goosebumps. No goosebumps.

So, still nothing with that one. Nothing.

Although that Portishead song is one that I love so much,

and even though I listened to that song

from when I was, like, 14 years old...

Mm.

..but I feel like I listen to it too often now

that it feels almost everyday to me.

It's not one particular... So it's no longer nostalgic?

Yeah. It's not nostalgic anymore - it's just...an omnipresent...

Yeah. Ugh. Well, my research has let me down.

Well, you got one. Yeah, one.

But we're gonna turn it. You ready to get into your...

(SIGHS) ..chair of delight?

Yep. My body is ready. (LAUGHS) OK.

(CHUCKLES) Your head's too big!

It actually... Yeah. It actually is.

Alright. So... (LAUGHS)

My turn now.

You made me get goosebumps once. Mm.

Round 1 - sudden crescendo.

(VIBRANT ORCHESTRAL MUSIC REACHES CRESCENDO)

(MUSIC QUIETENS)

(CHUCKLES) I don't know. What do you reckon?

I certainly had a strong emotional reaction.

You seemed so happy.

Yeah. I love that piece of music.

I don't think there was any goosebumps.

I definitely felt coldness in my arm, though.

Alright. Alright, alright. Alright, Round 2.

Long, sustained notes. Mm-hm.

Here we go. I'm ready.

(GENTLE, LILTING ORCHESTRAL MUSIC)

(MUSIC SWELLS)

If you didn't get that, you're never gonna see goosebumps.

That was 100% definitely. Seriously?

Seriously. Goosebumps?

Yeah. Why can't I tell?

There was a lot on the back of my neck.

Really? And some on my arm.

OK, I need to have a camera on the back of your neck.

Yeah. (LAUGHS) So, that's Star Wars.

That's the Binary Sunset, the Force Theme, by Joel Williams

in its most emotional playing,

and that hits, I reckon, musical love

and also childhood nostalgia.

Like, that's really the big musical swell of the first Star Wars film,

which I watched over and over and over.

Yep, ticking all the boxes pretty much, I think.

Yes! (LAUGHS)

Yes!

Wow! Ooh. Yeah.

(PING!) (LAUGHS)

Excellent triangle skills. So we're even.

So, if I get one more... Oh.

..I win. What? So quickly! Even.

I know. I know. Argh.

Unexpected harmonies. Alright.

Surprise.

(ETHEREAL MUSIC, GENTLE FEMALE VOCALS SING IN MINOR KEY)

Nothing. Nothing.

It's a song. OK. It's a song.

Mm-hm. Alright.

Fine. Do you remember what happened in Round 4?

I beat you? (LAUGHS)

(LAUGHS)

I got goosebumps and you put this on me.

Oh, yeah.

So it should be tighter? Yeah, I think so.

Alright. OK. So, this is minor keys. Mm-hm.

OK. Perhaps sad music.

(GRAND, INTENSE ORCHESTRAL MELODY IN MINOR KEY PLAYS)

So, that's interesting. What?

No goosebumps, but my heart beat way faster. (CHUCKLES)

Really? Yeah.

If you were measuring my pulse, you would have seen a huge spike.

I'm gonna count that as a half point.

Yeah. (LAUGHS)

Wait - that means you're in front.

No, definitely not. Round 5!

(UNEARTHLY, EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC, ETHEREAL FEMALE VOCALS)

So, what happened during that last one?

I had some reaction.

I enjoyed the soundscape of that song,

and there's a lot in there that's quite emotional and beautiful.

I don't think it really translated into full goosebumps, though.

'Cause I chose that one 'cause that's, like,

one of your favourite, you know, sentimental pieces.

From your "survey says". (CHUCKLES) From the survey, yeah.

So just to re-establish these scores - Dan got one.

I was one out of five. One ping.

And then I got one...and a half. Yeah.

One goosebump and then one raised heartbeat, which we count as a half.

I...I... So the winner is...

Finish the sentence. I think it's...I think it's you.

It's Linda. It's Carmelinda... Yeah. (LAUGHS)

..the goosebump champion. Yeah.

Isn't it so funny that the one that we responded to,

that properly got goosebumps,

was the reminiscence bump?

Yeah, absolutely. I think there's something so key about memory.

The melancholy that you feel when you listen to something

or you have that really strong visual accompaniment as well.

So, both of ours were for these movies

that we'd watched over and over again as kids.

I also think it's incredibly important that, you know,

there's images associated with the music that we're hearing in our mind.

And do you reckon that you could force goosebumps?

Nup. No way. I don't think so. I don't think you can force goosebumps.

Do you? Mmm... I was trying.

I was trying really hard, actually.

I was trying to give you a point or two.

But the more I was trying to,

the more that I found that I was forcing myself to cry.

Wow. Like, under that beautiful blindfold

that you put on me,

I was welling up. Huh.

So it's easier to cry to music, do you think?

Yeah. Yeah.

So if that had been the challenge... Right. Maybe that's next time.

Old cry-baby. Yeah. (LAUGHS)

..you might've won. Next time, crying challenge.

HomeServe What We Do - Duration: 1:50.

[MUSIC PLAYING] When things break down in your home, do you know how to fix them or

who to call?

Homeowners across the country run into home repair emergencies every day without a home

repair plan in place.

When things break down naturally over time, most homeowners don't know what's covered

by their insurance or what they are responsible for.

For example, homeowners are typically responsible for wires carrying electricity to outlets,

fixtures, and appliances; pipes that move fresh water and sewage out; and all heating

and cooling systems, including gas lines and water heaters.

Home repair emergencies often occur without warning.

Being prepared with an affordable repair plan from HomeServe can help avoid the frustration

of urgently locating contractors, juggling multiple bids, and finding the best price.

Here's how it works.

Choose from HomeServe's plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling repair plan options.

When a breakdown happens, call our 24/7 hotline, and we'll send over a local, licensed, insured

technician as soon as possible.

We'll take care of the covered repairs and pay the bill up to the benefit amount.

HomeServe has over 3.5 million customers in North America and growing.

We successfully completed 450,000 jobs in the last year.

That's 1 homeowner every 71 seconds.

Plus, over the last decade, we've saved our customers over half a billion dollars on expensive

emergency repairs.

What to Do on Campus Visits | No-Stress College Search Hacks - Duration: 1:11.

My name is Giulianna, I'm a senior here at Moravian double majoring in business management and psychology.

Today I'm going to talk to you about why it's so

important to visit a college campus and everything that you can do outside of a campus tour.

Doing a tour is great, but there's so many other things that you can do.

For example, you can meet with an admissions counselor to get to know the different stats about the school, different programs.

You might even get the opportunity to meet with the faculty

You can sit in on a class and get a feel for class size lecture styles. I've been a tour guide for four years

so on those times that you guys are zoning out a little bit and trust me, I know it happens

it's important to consider things like: Are you gonna have to walk to class or maybe ride a bike?

Is the class size a good fit?

Are you going to be just a number in a lecture hall or are you gonna have an individualized relationship with your professor?

Is the food really that good? So when you have these questions, make sure you ask your tour guide.

Ask the people that you're meeting with throughout the day. Lastly, when you leave every college visit

it's really important to make a pros and cons list write down everything that you love and things that you are a little worried about.

Best of luck with your search and stay tuned for more videos with helpful tips in your college search.

ROI Search Certification - 2.3 What is ROI Search? [Spaceboost Academy] PPC Automation - Duration: 6:41.

Before delving into why ROI is transforming the way the world does business, let's take

a moment to think about traditional paid search engine marketing.

In traditional paid search engine marketing, companies focus on getting clicks through

human-based manual management with erratic and statistically non-optimal decision making.

Generally, they use directly promoted techniques by Google.

These recommendations could be anything from increasing CPC bids to massively adding hundreds

of new potential keywords.

Obviously, Google has its own commercial interests – and we will not blame Google for that

– but just keep in mind that Google's business is about selling clicks, while what

you are really looking for are business performance results.

Unfortunately, both of those interests don't always match, am I wrong?

However, these techniques that once were enough no longer work today.

As more advertisers compete for the same keywords, their costs per click rise, and where yesterday

we could find profitability, today we're just one more out of thousands of advertisers

fighting for an expensive click.

Today, 99% of global investment in search engines is concentrated on 1% of all search

queries.

In other words: 99% of search queries do not show ads; with fewer advertisers in the competition,

their prices are lower, and for more specific queries, their conversion ratio is higher.

As a result, advertisers and agencies feel frustrated by the low scalability of this

management model, which blocks growth and gives an unintended opportunity to their competitors

to overcome them.

So what is ROI Search all about?

Well, ROI Search is a fundamental shift in the way people invest in Search Engine Marketing.

Instead of the old impression or click generation messages that do not give you profitability,

ROI Search focuses on the automation and mathematical optimization of your search campaigns.

Instead of annoying users with ads they will never click on, they might create ads that

only potential customers want to see.

Instead of increasing bids to generate more clicks, they might adjust CPC bids based on

the exact value generated by each click.

And instead of keeping active keywords that don't generate revenue, they might assume

that those are unprofitable keywords that only penalize overall ROI and therefore must

to be stopped.

ROI Search Marketing is Search Marketing focused on getting the greatest return on your investment.

It's profits-based.

It's helpful, it's scalable and intelligent.

Wouldn't you prefer to buy traffic willing to generate revenue to your business instead

of generating revenue only to Google?

You've probably come across some of your favorite brands actively practicing ROI Search

marketing.

It's the search Ad referring to your next destination with flight prices that are updated

in real time.

It is also the Ad Group of those Nike sneakers that you no longer see because the advertiser

has run out of stock and the ad is automatically paused.

It is also that incredibly attractive ad that meets the specific requirements of your specific

query, as well as that startup you didn't know about and today can't stop growing.

ROI Search marketing means not only showing the right Ad to the right audience, but also

doing so at the right price.

It's paying the CPC that maximizes your ROI.

And most of all, it's about creating ads that strictly generate profit.

So how do you actually do ROI Search?

Well, the best way to start is by understanding the ROI Search Marketing methodology:

This is the ROI Search Marketing.

It illustrates the three axes that make up the ROI Search Marketing process.

These axes are "Audience", "Ads" and "Price"".

Each of these 3 dimensions has its own characteristics, goals and optimization processes so that the

equation between them is simply perfect.

"Audience" manages everything necessary to build the global keywords audience curve for

each advertiser.

The audience curve is the graphical representation of all search queries that build your potential

audience in search engines, from generic queries to specific queries.

"Ads" manages the design of the most specific and attractive ads for each audience, those

beautiful ads that maximize your Click Through Ratios, getting higher quality scores and

cheaper costs per clicks.

Finally, "Price" management helps us understand why we should pay more or less per bid, or

even add or stop keywords depending on each audience's potential profitability.

In conjunction with these tools, "Automation" helps us manage campaigns at the speed of

light, allowing us to be more productive and achieve better business results.

Automation in ROI Search enables us to automatically create and edit campaign structures for millions

of keywords, sorted into fully-matched ad groups for each of those audiences, and being

controlled in real-time by scientific bidding algorithms, so you're always optimizing

your financial ROI.

Automation allows us to translate Cost per Click into Cost per Conversion, scaling our

investment into new audiences or new ads in an efficient, cost-effective and intelligent

way.

To be a true ROI search marketer (and a truly successful one), you need to understand what's

working, what needs to change, and how automation technologies can help you achieve success

in your search engine advertising efforts.

And that, folks, is why ROI Search marketing is changing the way the world does marketing

and sales.

Next up, you'll learn the essential best practices that make up a strong ROI Search

Marketing strategy.

The Connection Journey: What is Glenn Head? - Duration: 1:31.

Glenn head is a very predictable phenomenon after the Glenn

procedure. The big vein that drains into the heart from the

head and the arms, we're taking that off of the heart,

disconnecting it from the heart, and we're sewing it onto the

pulmonary arteries. The pressure inside the right atrium is here.

The pressure inside the pulmonary arteries is here.

Blood has to overcome that pressure in order to drain

through the lungs. Which means the pressure inside the vein

before it gets to the lungs has to be higher to drive the blood

through the lungs. So it's that increased pressure that is in

the superior vena cava that kids have that kids feel. And it

causes some swelling in the brain. It causes the veins

inside the brain and in the head to become enlarged. And that's

the phenomenon that results in Glenn head. Usually occurs

within the first seven days or so and gradually abates by about

10 to 14 days. Not every child has it, but I would say probably

at least three-quarters of kids will get some discomfort related

to having that higher pressure in the superior vena cava. We

can treat that very effectively with Motrin or ibuprofen,

sometimes low levels of narcotics are helpful. But it's

a very transient process and usually by the time kids go

home, they don't complain too much about it.

Khan al Ahmar: What's the Story? - Duration: 1:24.

Shalom, I'm Naomi, of Regavim

And this is Khan al Ahmar, an illegal outpost

one of dozens just like it throughout the Maaleh Adumim region.

It was created by the Palestinian Authority

and is supported by massive European Union funding

As you can see, it's located on a major highway

making it not only impractical and illegal, but also dangerous.

Demolition orders for the very first permanent structure at Khan al Ahmar

the school building, were issued over a decade ago

when it was first built in 2009.

Ever since, the PA has filed one petition after another

all of which were rejected by the Supreme Court.

Israel has spent years and millions creating a new

modern alternative for the residents of Khan al Ahmar

but the PA won't allow them to move.

Quite simply, this piece of land is far more important to the Palestinian "leadership"

than the quality of life of the people living there.

In May, the court announced that ten years of PA lawfare and stalling are enough.

The State was given the green light to evacuate and demolish Khan al Ahmar.

And yet, almost unbelievably

the PA was permitted to use legal petitions to stall - yet again.

We at Regavim believe that the law should be enforced equally

without prejudice and without delay.

This is the only meaningful expression of Israeli democracy

and of Israeli sovereignty.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring review: What you need to know before installing - Duration: 6:15.

In this video we talk about luxury vinyl plank flooring, what it is and its benefits,

that's starting right now.

Welcome to Homebuyer's School

brought to you by Brookfield Residential.

Hi everyone I'm Karl Yeh, welcome to another edition of Homebuyer's School,

subscription button below, hit the little notification bell so you don't miss anything.

So today I'm joined by Deborah Armstrong, a senior interior designer

from Brookfield Residential. And today we're talking about

luxury vinyl plank flooring. So Deborah, I have absolutely no clue what this is,

what is luxury vinyl plank flooring?

Luxury vinyl plank flooring is a flooring that can either look like hardwood in this

case, now we're seeing some that look like tiles or stone, but it is a solid vinyl

piece of material.

So what are the benefits of this?

People would use these in their home if they have a very busy household, they

maybe have have big dogs that do some scratching, maybe have accidents on the

floor, they want to use it in a mud room or in a bathroom where there's a tub,

whereas unlike hardwood which will not be installed because of the moisture,

and you know, hardwood would get damaged, whereas this

it's 100% waterproof.

And remember, we created a video on the best flooring if you want to have a look at

that above-- So Deborah, you were talking about-- is it completely waterproof?

This is 100% waterproof, it's solid vinyl all the way through, and it also just clicks in

like a hardwood, so it can be floated, easy to remove if you do want to change

it out in the future. Yeah so it goes together just like a hardwood but unlike--

you don't have to nail it, so you can actually float this, great in basements.

So you could actually install this yourself?

Absolutely.

So rip out your own flooring, and is just pretty much click--

Yeah.

Okay. Is there different types of this type flooring?

No it's all 100% solid vinyl. However, the look that you can get, yes the many

different colours, many different looking species of hardwood, different widths.

Sometimes you can get a floor with random width, you have wider and

narrower boards, you can like I said, get ones that look like tile, stone, yeah.

Many different options.

So it's not like when we talked about the solid vs. engineered hardwood, it's

nothing to--

Nothing like that, nope.

So wouldn't most people want to have this flooring in throughout their entire

house or it's not something that's really recommended?

Well I wouldn't say that it's not recommended, people still today percieve

real hardwood as having that luxury appeal, so for resale and things like that

if you say, "I have real hardwood in my home", there's an appeal to that.

This is a less expensive product, but it is very durable, and I have had you know,

people build 2-3 million dollar homes and put this throughout because of their

lifestyle. They might've had 3 or 4 really big dogs and have lived through real

hardwood, and the challenges, the scratching, etc.

And what's the lifespan of vinyl?

This would probably live as for long as you're in the house and passed.

It's very, very durable.

And is it scratch resistant too?

Very scratch resistant, much more than a real hardwood, a solid hardwood

or engineered.

Okay. And where would be the most typical places you'd want to install this?

Bathrooms? You mentioned bathrooms--

Yes. You'd want to-- however you don't want to have real hardwood in one room

and then switch to luxury vinyl plank, you're going to get a transition, and the

wood are going to look different, and not gonna create that beautiful flow that you

want in your house. People maybe put this in their entire basement,

wear and tear with kids and animals down there and leave upstairs because it's

separated by maybe a carpeted staircase, use the real hardwood up there.

Oh okay. And even though you can make it look like real hardwood, it's still-- like if

you put them next together, it still-- it wouldn't make any sense?

You're not gonna get the exact match, the thicknesses aren't the same so you're

gonna get transition strips and you're going to lose that luxury.

Okay. Now what's the difference between --I just did a quick research on my own,

what's the difference between luxury vinyl plank flooring and

engineered vinyl plank?

Okay, engineered vinyl plank is a vinyl that's been adhered to a high density

fiber board. They do claim that it's waterproof-- I don't know if I would really

trust it myself, I've never really suggested it because it's still a fiber board, and

you're not-- the reason why you would want to go to a luxury vinyl plank is

because of its 100% waterproof.

I don't know if I would trust engineered that has a fiber board underneath.

That's my personal thing, I would rather just stick with a solid vinyl.

Awesome. Anything else to comment on luxury vinyl plank flooring?

No, other than that the newer versions of this hardwood, when it's installed it is very

hard to tell between a real hardwood and a luxury vinyl plank.

They've come a long way and they're beautiful.

Would you be able to tell if you walked through a house?

Sometimes I have to look twice, yes absolutely.

In fact I'm actually thinking for my next home, I might go this route --so durable.

So the question I have for you is, do you use luxury vinyl plank flooring?

And what is your experience with it-- let us know in the comment section below.

What happens when you stop paying credit card bills - Duration: 2:19.

What happens when you stop paying your credit-card bills?

With overall US household debt increasing by 11% in the past decade debt is a way of life for

many Americans. While don't spend above your means will always be sound advice

it can be difficult to put into practice since household debt keeps increasing

while income just doesn't keep up. The cost of living and rapid growth in

medical and housing costs is dwarfing income growth making it challenging to

meet obligations without leaning on credit cards and loans. But, if you are

overwhelmed by credit card debt you may wonder what happens if you simply stop

paying your credit card bills? Well your minimum payments will increase because

you have to make up the payments you've missed plus late fees are added making

your balances rise even faster your interest rates can increase the penalty

rate after your account become 60 days past due each month your minimum payment

gets larger as more late fees added to your balance. When the penalty rate kicks

in your finance charges will also increase the result is that your

outstanding balance and payments you need to catch up gets larger every month

you're late it gets more expensive to catch up the more behind you are.

Even after you catch up the penalty rate will remain in effect until you've made six

consecutive payments on time. After that the interest rate must go down for your

existing balance but can remain in effect for new purchases. If you have

multiple credit cards with the same company those interest rates may

increase too, if you wind up in collections due to non-payment it will

stay in your credit reports for seven years from the date the account

originally became delinquent. Unpaid collections accounts may eventually land

you in court or at least with the court summons. Lawsuits for collection accounts

are a common and efficient way for collection agencies to get payment

never ignore of court summons about debt. These lawsuits can result in wage

garnishment a bank levy or lien on your property if you are struggling with debt

[ENG SUB] WHAT DID I DO? 내가 다이어트에 미쳐 결국 저지른 행동 ㅠㅠ - Duration: 3:10.

Hello! Welcome to BoBalance's Channel!

You can do it, Bo can do it, and We can do it! :D

Today, I am going to talk shortly about what I did due to my diet.

and I'd like to create a small section in my channel called "Diet Talk"

So, it would be basically like talking about diet tips or difficulty of diet and so on..

First is first, Let me show you What I just did due to my diet!

Then, Here I am lol

One

Two

Three

Four

Five

Six

Seven

Eight

Nine

Ten

Actually, I bought 2 more pairs of leggings lol

Yet, I ordered XS for those two pairs of leggings (I was supposed to order S)

So, I returned them.

Originally, I ordered 12 workout clothings, and I returned 2 so now I have 10 of them lol

More importantly, Those are not cheap

(Oh my money....)

The cheapest one was 14$ US

and Most expensive one was... I'd rather not to say (I am afraid of my parents to see this lol)

But there is one thing that I wanted to point out here is that.....

Actually, I usually wear medium (US clothing I meant)

When I wear medium size, they are a little bit loose on me.

But, When I wear small size, there are too tight on me.

so I am between size medium and small.

Which means that in order for me to wear the clothes that I bought I need to lose 5~8 kg (about 10~15 pounds)

(They were on sale, so I could help myself TT^TT lol)

I just wanted to try a pair of leggings that I got

I put my leg in one side of leggings, and I took it off right away.

cuz I almost ripped my leggings off (I just bought it, man lol)

so I just talked about what i did last week.

Until these workout clothing fit me,

I think I would maintain the portion of food I consume as I showed you from the last video

I am still in binge eating recovery journey.

As I showed you from last video, I will consistently be eating 3 meals, 1 or 2 times of snack in daily.

Plus, I will keep working out as well!

I am sure there are some easy and fast ways to lose weight.

Yet, I'd like to go on my precise diet.

"My precise diet means that I completely recover my issue, prevent from Yoyo diet, and do this happy diet"

When I eventually am able to wear all the workout clothes, I promise that I will do all the workout clothes review.

You can see the review if you click the subscribe button down below! so make sure you hit that subscribe button!

Then, I will see you guys next time! BYEEEEEEEE

What does "tiquismiquis" mean? - Duration: 1:35.

Tiquismiquis.

What does it mean?

It's an adjective, an adjective that is used to refer to people who complain about things that are not very important.

For example, if your kid is complaining because the rice has vegetables, you can say "don't be a tiquismiquis and eat the rice".

¿De dónde viene esta palabra? La palabra viene de una antigua expresión en latín que era "tibi, mihi".

Where does this word come from? The word comes from an old latin expression that was "tibi, mihi".

"Tibi, mihi" with the time evolved into "tichi, michi".

And "tichi, michi", is not more than "for you, for me". But well,

What does it mean for you and for me and what has to do with complaining?

It refers to the attitude of a person that hands out objects between two.

This is for you, this is for me, this is for you, this is for me,

Since is an attitude that is a bit weird, well, the person who did that ended up

being called "tiquismiquis". And well, now everyone who complains or has an attitude like that is called "tiquismiquis".

I hope that with this explanation it makes more sense and well,

that you're able to remember it better. If you liked, well, hit the "like" button, subscribe and well,

remember that if you want to learn more Spanish on "yourspanishguide.com" you have plenty of courses that start from 0, okay?

I will see you on the next video, until then, bye!
