The Prophet -peace be upon him- says ...

"The best prayer of a man when he performing it at house, except fard (obligatory) prayer"

The second, a hadith in Sahih Muslim and also other book of hadits...

The Prophet -peace be upon him- says, as narrated by Aisha

"That he performs Duha prayer 4 rakaat before goes out from his house"

The best opinion in my view...

This hadith, if we combine it with the other hadiths in this title

That Duha prayer is better performing it at Masjid for who wants to wait for Zuhr prayer

If he goes to Masjid for Duha prayer

And also to wait for Zuhr prayer, then it's better for him

But if a person wants to pray Duha prayer and intends to go out for working after that

Then performing it at house it better

Based on the combination several hadiths

There is another opinion..

Some scholars say, the point of...

The saying of the Prophet "whoever wants to perform Duha prayer in the morning", it means: at Friday

That's only at Friday

There a hadith about it, but the hadith is not valid

The hadith is very weak if we analize the sanad

 "He loved chemistry and was very into his football. He was a big Arsenal fan and played in the school football team

Zamam was very popular and well-behaved."  Mohammed Ali, known as Ali, was described by his mother as "full of life" and interested in a career as a mathematician

 Weeks before the tragedy, elder brother Zamam had written a birthday card for his father, who was away on business in Pakistan, to say: "My dad, my inspiration, my life
