[music] You know, the era of automated and connected
vehicles isn't well off in the future—it's actually happening right now.
The state of Minnesota is really exited about the autonomous shuttle project.
We've not seen a vehicle being tested in this type of harsh climate before.
Learning things about the weather, the cold, and what it does to the batteries.
Learning what blowing snow and ice conditions really do to the vehicle when they're in their
autonomous mode, we think we're one of the first testers around the world that are really
taking a good hard look at those harsh conditions.
This is going to be huge on so many levels!
The whole goal for people with disabilities is to live, work and play in the community
of their choice.
People will be able to just get up one morning, and decide where they want to go and go, just
do it!
I thought that it was a very smooth ride.
It was nice.
You look at it and it's running smooth.
It's good!
Overall, we've seen a lot of enthusiasm about the technology coming.
This is kind of a preliminary phase to get the public involved and get our stakeholders
engaged and really move this technology forward in Minnesota.
