HI crafters it's Hannah from handcrafted cards.com welcome to my channel today

I'm going to be showing you how to make this shaker card today but the fun thing

about it is we will be using some of these to make our shaker and I will

explain what they are in the video so make sure you stay tuned till the end

you very much for coming back and we will get started right I have already

done the die-cutting ahead of time what you're going to need so using the

celebrate you thing that dies out of my topper piece I have cut celebrate so

that obviously you can use for another card

then I have cut the amazing out of whisper white and again you could use

that for another card and then the you I've cut out of emerald envy cardstock

so those are the three dyes that you get in the set so move that out of the way

so that's the amazing no the celebrate you thinlit dies which you can get

for free with an order of 90 pounds or more and they're on page 17 of the

sale-a-bration brochure they're just there and they coordinate

beautifully with this stamp set as well so that so we're going to work on this

part to move these out of the way for a second and I'm just going to do some

stamping with another celebration item the beautiful at peacock these die cuts

out the way

yeah so emerald Envy and Ireland indigo ink first of all you're gonna stump off

the edge with brand new stamp set this flourish and also it's kind of leafy

there and then we'll do some of the little flowers in a minute but first I'm

gonna stump no I'll stamp this on first just because it's a little bit more I

don't know yeah I can be easier to stamp this one first

just a couple of those absolutely gorgeous aren't they

and then one down here okay therefore this guy oops

you're gonna sir fill in some of those spaces

so just anywhere there's a bit of a gap

and you can go over into the space of where the words are as well that looks

good

don't want to overlap too much obviously there's gonna be some overlap that's

fine

okay thanks those my words are gonna go um whoops

copy yeah

hmm can't really see in the white can you might do that in Island indigo in a

second okay so I'm gonna fill in with some berry burst any of the gaps and

then we'll see if we need any more so just that little flower just in some of

the gaps

awesome okay what else is in there it was another real tiny tiny one which I'm

gonna I'm gonna go and cut that in Orland indigo because I think that will

stand out better and then grab another Inc bear with okay I've caught that

violin didn't go and I think that will look better and there is also another

tiny little flower in the set that I'm gonna add just to fill in those little

spaces a little bit more tiny tiny one oops

I'm gonna do that in daffodil delight just to add a little bit more color

yeah that's what it needed

so basically we're just making the front of the shaker card so this can be

absolutely anything that you want it to be

yeah I'm happy that now close these inks because I am finished stamping so know

that that bits are done we can get on to the fun part which is what I'm going to

show you there's a little technique I've learnt to make your shaker elements for

your shaker cards really really fun so let's pop these back you can see that

one it is clean but it's stained but and that's totally normal with photopolymer

when you certain colors it is going to stain there and vote upon you but it

still works just fine okay right shake a bit of containers that the Stampin Up

embellishments coming these were buttons from a while back and I've kept them and

then I've got some of these silica gel full fingers that you get in handbags or

any kind of bag and I think they're supposed to stop whatever it is from

smelling or getting dumped or something I don't know what but I saw over on

Deana Rico's channel which if you don't know who she is you need to check out

her channel she's also she uses these to make shaker card bits so then just a

couple I'll start with one drop of reinker or two and then just shake it up

get these awesome Colored boys so that's what they like to start off with and

then that is just one one in a bit of drops of reinker so that's very burst

and then I'm gonna do this one with Island indigo so custom color shake a

bit oh wow dropping him okay so now we can finish off our shaker card and I do

also have some of the metallic sequins as well because I thought they would

look quite nice in the mix so shaker card

you've got your whatever you've stamped and you've got your hole in the middle

so you need some acetate that will fit the that will cover over whatever you've

got so it could be a circle it could be any dyes that you've got really so that

we're gonna stick down so I'm going to do some fast fuse but then I'm also

gonna use my fine tip glue pen just to go over some of these smaller areas in

the word just these bits just to make sure they're stuck I don't want any of

it popping off

and glued pop that back oh come on there we go just press it down with a block

excuse me I do that yourself and getting even pressure so it's nice and stuck so

that is the window and if you can even see no don't matter okay so now I've got

some of the long foam strips which are perfect for shaker cards because you

want to make sure when you do any kind of shaker cards that your bits are gonna

stay where you want them to so they're so giving a little bit of space around

in my case the word and then make sure the edges are stuck really well

you can just twist this you don't have to cut it

just make sure it's pressed down really well and then you grab another bit just

to close that up

and you really need to make sure that there's no opening so there's no way any

of your bits are going to fly out and then just add some up here cuz obviously

this bit is going to be popped up so the rest of it needs to be as well

a little bit in the middle okay your card base I'm just gonna stick it

straight onto the card base it's gonna get stuck on there like that just making

sure it all looks good and I think it does so now grab your shaky bits of the

berry burst close that and leave that for later on or you could just mix them

all together afterwards and then just a few secrets just for a bit of sparkle

love these sequins if you haven't seen them that absolutely stunning should be

enough maybe a couple more you never have too

much Sparkle can you really okay

and just keep that lay down nicely hopefully I'll get this straight

press it lightly then you can flip it over

darn it's too high okay let's do it the other way show our way mmm I can't

really kind of I'm just trying to think like I don't have to do it this way okay

that I'll shoot this is not happening today okay let's do it the other way and

see if it will work so the other way is oh it's such a mop it is putting the

bits on here and then hoping that it's in the right spot we'll just get these

off bear with me people will get their scoop

all my awesome Bitsy's and are flying away oh my gosh this is just not working

okay stay

pull them into the middle it's got their easy way to do this

okay bear with okay I've corralled them I used a block to sort of help me and

get them into a pile good nice and then we can just place this on top and it

will be in the right place it's really not that difficult I'm making look so

much harder than it really is

whew you've got your awesome shaker bits in there oh yeah yeah yeah

I just do celebrate you do you think yeah I think that looks better I think

the amazing gets kind of lost so we'll just do celebrate you and then I'll use

those other die-cuts on another card so

Let's see the ingredients required to make Mushroom Croquettes

200 grams of mushrooms

Black pepper powder

Lemon juice

Gram Flour

Garlic-Ginger Paste

Salt as per taste

Water and oil

To start with we will take in a bowl - mushroom, salt,

Black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well

And in another bowl put gram flour, salt

Ginger garlic paste, water and make batter

Put mushrooms one by one into the batter and then start frying them

Fry mushroom till golden- brown

Keep turning the mushrooms while frying so that they get cooked from all sides

Once cooked well remove them

Similarly fry all remaining mushrooms

Mushrooms Croquettes are ready to serve

How To Make Punched Tin Can Heart Earrings - Duration: 7:50.

We're going to show you how easy it is to transform a tin soda can into a pair

of punched tin earrings.The first thing you want to do is empty out your soda

can. We've just got a generic can from the grocery store because we picked out

the colors that we like. We looked at all the cans and we liked this red and blue

with these dots. And we rinsed out our can and there's a little bit of fluid

left in it but that's okay. We've got kitchen scissors and we're

just going to dive in and stab a hole and at the side of this can to get

started and it looks scary but really it's not I'm gonna open them up and very

carefully punch a hole right in the top of the pan like that and from there I

can just start cutting the top of my can off so there's the top of my can cut off

I'm just gonna set that aside and you can see they've got some tin edges here

that are a little bit pokey just be careful it's not actually that crazy

sharp but just be careful so you don't cut yourself and I'm gonna take a paper

towel and we're going to just sort of wipe out a little bit of the fluid here

so it doesn't get all over my work surface and I'm going to continue to cut

my can and at this point what I like to do is look for the part of the can that

I know I don't want in my earrings and I'm going to cut there I'm going to cut

a slit right up the side that and then I'm going to sneak my scissors into the

bottom edge there and cut the bottom of the can

and there's the bottom of my can and now what I can do is take my paper towel and

just wipe out a little bit of water that's left in there from when I washed

out my can and there we have a nice big piece of

decorated tin from our soda can and what we like to do now is take a craft punch

this is just a heart craft punch from the scrap booking section of the craft

store and a little trick with this is instead of using the hole punch this way

to punch my tin if I used it this way I wouldn't be able to see which part of

the can design I'm getting in my earrings so instead I'm going to use it

upside down and I'm gonna slide like the edge of my can into my punch like that

so that I can see through the little back here I can move this around to pick

out what I want my designing to be and I think I like this red and blue in my

design like that so I'm gonna then just punch it you can flip it over to punch

if you want I'm going to do it this way so you can see it and then I can just

pull my little heart that I punched out

there's my first little heart punch super cute oh the water there and then

I'm gonna look again and see if I see another spot I like and I think I want

to get up a little of this circle up here so I'm gonna cut part of this can

off cut it away so it's out of the way and I'm going to cut some of the bottom

of this off and that way I can get the heart up where I want it on on this

design on this can so again I'm just going to move it around until I until I

like my composition but that looks fun I'm gonna punch again pop my little

heart out like that and there are my two little hearts that I'm going to turn

into earrings and I like that they're a little bit different from each other and

I love that I've got a little bit of color on each one

super-fun now I'm going to take just a regular hole punch and this is just a

one that you would use from you know you're out of your office supplies and

for this design I'm going to punch a hole in the upper left of my heart

they're not in the center I want it to sort of hang from one side and again I'm

going to use the punch facing up so I can see where I'm punching the hole I

want to make sure that I've got enough of an edge all the way around my hole so

that I want to put my jump ring in it doesn't tear through the little edge and

I want it kind of centered along that edge so I'm just going to punch that and

there's my first little hole punch and I'll do that again in the upper left of

this one and again I want to make sure I've got it in the right spot punch it

again and now all I have to do is turn these into earrings and to do that I'm

going to take a jump ring and I've got kind of a large jump ring and I'm going

to hold it with some chain nose pliers just because it makes it a little bit

easier to handle and I'm going to feed that the little hole that I just made

through my jump ring and then I'm going to close the jump ring and to close the

jump ring I'm going to hold the jump ring on one side of that opening with my

chain nose pliers I'm going to grab a second pair of pliers and I'm going to

rotate this jump ring closed just like that and that'll keep that nice round

shape of my jump ring and I'll do that again with my other earring just like

that and then close it

you can always make sure that your jump ring is closed by sort of pressing

across the opening also to make sure that it's closed and now what I can do

is open the loop on my earring wire and to do that I'm just using chain nose

pliers and I'm just going to rotate that loop to the side kind of like I'm

opening a door I don't want to pull it this way because I'll lose the roundness

of my loop there and now I'm just going to hang my jump ring on that loop and

close my the loop on my earring wire and I'll do that with my other earring as

well I'll open up the earring wire the loop like that slide the jump ring over

that little loop and then close it and my earrings look fabulous but just as an

added bonus I'm going to add a bead to each of my earring wires and to do that

I'm just gonna slide the bead onto the back of the earring wire and we tested

these beads to make sure they fit over the wire so not all beads are gonna fit

nicely over the earring wire but these happen too which is nice and it just

adds a little bit of color we'll do the same thing with our other earring take

the earring wire at the back of it and our little bead slide that on and up and

over and around like that. And there are our darling punched tin heart earrings.

ANIMAL CROSSING RESETTI KUCHEN BACKEN/ HOW TO MAKE A MR RESETTI CAKE / ENGL. SUBS /SWEETS FOR GEEKS - Duration: 9:32.

Hello and welcome to a new episode of Sweets for geeks, I am Madlen and I am happy you are watching this video.

Today I am gonna show you how to make Mr Resetti from the game Animal Crossing.

He is so cute! You are familiar with Mr Resetti if you have ever resetted your game in Animal Crossing.

He will then politely inform you that you shouldn't do this.

And the more often you reset your game, the longer his speech is, and the

angrier he gets.

And now I crushed your headphones. I am sorry.

And if you would like to see how to make this cake by yourself, just keep on watching because I am gonna show you right now.

Today I am using 4 spring pans with a diameter of 11 cm, which I have greased and floured.

Alternatively you can also use a normal sized spring pan, level it in half and cut out 4 circles with circle cookie cutters.

Furthermore, I am using a baking mix. The cake is already difficult enough to make, so I wanted to have an easy recipe.

My baking mix is a marble cake and it requires 200 grams cream and 3 eggs.

Then I bake the cake according to the instructions and fill it into the 4 pans.

Once the cakes are done, let them sit in the pan and once they are chilled, remove them from their pans and let them cool off completely on a baking reck.

Et voila - our 4 finished cakes. Man these guys look perfect, I deserve a pat on my shoulder :D

Additionally you will need caramel syrup, 1 portion of my vanilla buttercream. The link for the recipe is in my description.

1 bread knife, 1 spatula, I am using bubble tea straws again for stabilizing the cake

1 brush, 1 cake board, baking mats to roll out the fondant

baking starch, yellow, white, blue fondant, grey fondant and 500 gram brown fondant.

This time I am using chocolate fondant, it is really yummy. And I am sorry if I pronounce fondant wrong (in German, I always mess it up).

And a little bit of black fondant.

Then a sharp cutting knife, a fondant smoother, fondant tools, and I wanted to use ice cream cornets for the nose first, but haven't,

grated coconut, cocoa powder and tooth picks.

Alright, so let's get started.

Firstly, cut the cakeboard about half a centimeter smaller than the average of the cake is.

Then I cut the top off 3 cakes and I soak them with some caramel syrup.

Now I put them together. For that I put some buttercream on my cakeboard and put the first cake on top.

I fill it with buttercream and put the next cake on it.

I repeat that for the rest and the top cake is the one which still has its top.

Now I stabilize the cake with 5 straws and round of the top of the cake, to make it look more like a mole.

Then I give the cake a crumb coat and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.

In the meantime, just watch a series on Netflix :D I am re-watching Gilmore Girls atm :D

Already at season 4 again.

When I watch series, I like to make perler bread motifs. If you want to see more of that, check out my instagram account.

After that I ice the cake with a thicker coat and I added more buttercream at the bottom to emphasize Mr Resetti's curves :D.

I have also put the cake on my final cake stand.

Now I put it into the fridge once more for 30 minutes.

It's also really funny, when you chill this cake in the fridge

and then he is there - starring at you!

Did you RESET your game?

I am rolling out the chocolate fondant on some baking starch. Now it is time to dress Mr Resetti, right now he looks more like naked mole rat. :D

I smooth out the fondant from the top to the bottom, press it on well and cut of the excess fondant.

I am adding Mr Resetti's white collar now. You can glue fondant on fondant with some water that you brush on. Don't use too much, otherwise the fondant will becomes mushy.

I am smoothing out the transitions with my fondant tools.

Then I am adding the blue stripes of the pants. I taper them at the bottom and round them off at the top. That makes them fit better.

Btw I am doing all of this free-handed, and if it doesn't fit - I make it fit. :D

Unfortunately, I have used too much water here, so some blue color run down on the white.

Then I am adding his yellow helmet with a circle shaped piece of fondant. I am rolling out another reel, which I attach to the helmet. I am attaching one smaller circle shaped grey fondant piece on the helmet, which also has a yellow tube around it.

Now I am rolling out 2 chocolate fondant sausages, which will be Resetti's arms.

I make them sharper at the top.

I cover the arms in white fondant. For that I am adding water onto the white fondant, roll the arm on it, and cut the excess off.

Then I position the arms onto the side of the cake and push them on.

I cut out Resetti's face of black fondant eye-balling once more, but of course sticking to my template.

I attach his eye brows, eyes and mouth with water.

For Resetti's nose I have formed a cone, which I let sit a bit to dry. I position it onto the cake with a tooth pick Please remove the tooth pick before you eat the cake.

The nose has 4 black stripes on it, which I almost forgot. I attach them with water as well.

I add a white collar to Resetti's Tshirt, made from 2 white fondant tubes.

Lastly, I put the shredded coconut into a bowl and add some cocoa powder to it. I mix it through and put it around the cake.

This makes it look like a mole hill.

For additional shine on the fondant you can brush on a tiny bit of water. But really only slightly damp otherwise the colors will bleed.

And I have never said it in my videos before, but want to now. It is important, that once you are done using the fondant make sure to wrap it tightly into plastic wrap and then seal it airtight.

Otherwise the fondant will dry out.

And that's it already for Resetti. Well "already". The whole process took about 5 hours including baking and cooling time :).

So what do you guys think? Will we get an Animal crossing on the Switch this year? I say hmmm that we will not get anything until the end of 2018. But then again I have no idea :D.

I want you guys to focus on what I am doing here rather than the products I am

using because I will be talking about the products later in this video

so I do my cream contouring after I apply my foundation and concealer so to

start off I am using a contour stick in the shade deep and starting from the

inner corner of the eyebrows aligning a vertical line on the bridge of my nose

so this is how it should look like the closer the lines are on the nose the

smaller the nose will appear it's that simple

this will create shadows on both sides of the nose to make it look slimmer from

the sides if you cannot do a straight line that is completely okay it will be

blended so just do your best from the tip I like to add a short

horizontal line you can also make a rounder tip personally with my round

face I don't like my nose tip to be super round but rather just a little

sharper if that makes any sense so I just cut it off and at the tip with by

making a horizontal line also to make the nostrils appear smaller I do like

to cut the nostrils in half from the top to create a shadow there which makes the

nostril look smaller as well and finally adding contour lines on the sides of the

nostrils also help make the nostrils look smaller so to make the bridge of

the nose look slimmer and straight I did use a highlighter stick in a matte

texture I do want to go ahead and point out here that it is very imperative

that you use a matte cream contour for a highlight such as the one that I'm using

because it's one going to give you a very very natural look and it will be

really really easy to blend out later when you're starting to blend out all

these lines on your nose so when I'm done applying my cream

contour I always blend all the lines out before I go in with my powder products

so to blend the matte cream highlighter I always use a damp beauty blender it

just makes the look your life super easy when you're blending out a cream

highlighter on top of your nose especially if you have a lot of texture

on it so I always make sure that I'm taking my time to blend everything so

that there are no harsh lines seen so give it about 30 to 50 seconds I would

say and blend everything else so it's not visible so you don't see any harsh

lines so you don't see you know verticals and horizontals brown lines on

your nose

so then using a powder matte bronzer this is in a medium brown shade this is

in matte as well with a small angled brush I'm also going to kind of like

bronze or contour my nose or add more definition to the nose you can say this

time before I blend the powder contour I am using a setting powder to bake the

side of the nose and this will just help the brown contour lines stand out and it

makes the makeup application look very clean so I use the setting powder on

both sides then I use the oval brush to blend out the powder contour lines as

well

so once everything is a nicely blended then I remove my setting powder again I

take my time because you don't want that white you know dusty powder sitting on

the side of your nose so you want to make sure using a very soft brush to

remove that powder very very nicely

the last step is to apply a very non glittery highlighter on the bridge of

the nose I hate using the super intense highlighters on my nose you guys it

makes my nose look greasy and oily I just can't stand it and a lot of texture

action shows through on the highlighter as well and that's pretty much it this

is what I do to make my nose look smaller and slimmer so now I'm going to

show you guys the products that I would highly recommend to you that are

affordable that you guys can find either online or at your local drugstore that

would be helpful and will definitely work in your contouring so I'm going to

go ahead and start off with the product that you actually saw so my first and my

number one recommendation is going to be the hard candy highlight contour stick

this is the face duo stick you can find this at Walmart

I'll have the price listed in the description box this is a two in one

so on the one end you get a contour stick like this and you can twist the

product up and then on the other side you have a highlighter which is perfect

so that's what it is this product is extremely creamy you guys hard-candy

actually went ahead and added another shade to this which is called very deep

works perfect for that sharp contour lines this product is very creamy as you

can tell from the swatch it has lasted me good three years since I've been

doing YouTube and then plus another year outside of YouTube it blends easily it's

very very pigmented and it looks really nice on the other side is the

highlighter which I absolutely love I use it to highlight the bridge of my

nose I sometimes use this highlighter underneath the brow bone as well not an

amazing swatch it's very messy but you guys get the idea it's very very

pigmented and it's really easy to work with and it doesn't give you patchiness

or drying it out this is my very first product that I would highly recommend to

you guys the second product that I love using is the powder the setting powder

that I use in the tutorial and that's the Avon true color just to give you an

idea does have a tint of yellow color to it

it's perfect for textured skin as well it's for all skin tones as well it's a

perfect powder to set your makeup and it's perfect to set the sides of the

nose that I did another product that I use for the goes hand-in-hand with

contouring is actually I did do a little bit of bronzing as well one of my

absolute favorite you know bronzing product is actually by BH Cosmetics it

is their first forever sculpt and glow nudes palette it's really really good to

bronze your nose because it has that natural feel to it it's not too heavy

it's perfect for anybody who has a medium to deep skin tone because it's

going to look extremely natural on you so what I like to do is just pick one of

the other shades with my angled brush and it just like I did in the tutorial

use it on my nose after my cream contouring has been blended and I think

it really makes the nose stand out it's not very powdery doesn't it doesn't have

any issues with blending it's very pigmented it's pigmented to an extent

where you're able to blend it out very very easily now those are the three

products that I would highly recommend to you guys and now the brushes the

brushes that I use were I wanted to keep them very very affordable as well so I

would highly recommend especially if you're doing a contouring of your nose

you keep brushes like these these are the oval brushes the bristles on this

are very very narrow they're very pointed so just await their design I

think they're perfect to contour the nose as you guys saw in the tutorial

really easy to work with these ones are believe it or not are

from dresslily.com so I would highly recommend getting your hands on some of

the affordable oval brushes like these ones and I'll have the link to these

ones down below for you guys also Beauty Blender a Beauty Blender is perfect when

you are setting the side of your nose like the one that I use this one is by

QUO this is perfect to set the side of the nose like I did just to give you a

precise when you're setting something very you

know precisely on your face I think they're perfect to set the side of your

nose another one that I used is actually by Mikasa this is the E100 small

angle brush I use this for my when I'm bronzing my nose just you know doing the

step at the very end because it's very very precise angled brush work amazing

when you're starting it out from the top of your nose I like right in between the

eyebrows like you guys saw in the tutorial so just brushes are really

really good for that of course there are dupes of angle brushes all over the

internet so I will have links to the angle brushes that are super

affordable that will be accessible to everybody out there down below in the

description box but I will highly recommend some sort of a small angle

brush to bronze your nose after you're done to cream contouring for sure and

those are all the products and the brushes that I would recommend if you

are wanting to customize and build your own cream contouring you know kit and

these are the only products you actually need but with that being said that ends

Today I'm going to show you guys how to create a HACCP plan in just 7 minutes, using Icicle

Creating a HACCP plan from scratch could be quite a lot of work if done manually

You will need to deal with 11 different HACCP forms

And chances are that a lot of people probably don't even know where to start

But with Icicle, it's really simple

All you need to do is follow the instructions

Click generate

And just like that Your HACCP plan will be ready to go!

So let's get to it

I'll start here by explaining the basics of Icicle and how it works

In Icicle,

You have all the key elements of HACCP plans such as ingredients

products packaging etc. They're all organized under different interfaces

When the comes to generate a HACCP plan

Icicle will pull all the information together

and create all the forms for you in a matter of just seconds

So let me show you how to do that in an example

Let's say that you want to create a HACCP plan

for this 10 inch pita bread here

All the product information about this bread

will be stored in the product detail as you can see on the screen here

Product name, GTin, weight, product owner, everything should be in here

To create a HACCP plan, your first step is to make sure that your product information

is recorded in here correctly

Once you've done that,

everything becomes pretty easy as you move on to the next step

Which is to make sure that the formula

or recipe as I call it

for this 10 inch pita bread here is documented under the formula list here

So click on the 10 inch pita bread there

And again in formula here, we have ingredients, materials, by-products, processing steps

and after checking that formula is all done and finished

You can move on to processing flow and make sure that one is completed

This one here is the process flow

It's basically a diagram describing our specific steps

involved in making (in this case here) the pita bread

From intake water, filtration

to proofing, sheeting

and, all the way at the end, shipping

Everything should be in here

One great thing about Icicle is that

If you're new to Icicle

All the data entry will be done with our mass import excel sheet and computer database query

Which means that

You'll have everything up and running when you sign up

That saves a lot of trouble for you so you don't have to worry about any of those

Going back to our pita bread here

There's just one more thing left to do

In the facility detail page

Complete the hazard plan analysis

for all elements to make sure that hazards are identified and controlled

for ingredients and processing steps

All you need to do is go in here

Make sure analysis status here Everything is complete and in green

If it's not complete it's going to be red

For this example, we're going to show you this metal detection process here

Using this as an example

In here, you'll see that

From facility, process, hazards

Again, everything here is pretty simple and straight forward

All you need to do is go through them one by one

Go through the all questions from yes or no

monitoring process, deviation procedures, verification procedures

Make sure all that's done

And move on to risk assessment

What we have here is likelyhood on top

and severity on the left side

Pick the one accordingly

And once you're done all that Click save

And you're good to go!

Now here comes the exciting part

Go back to your main page

Click on HACCP plan icon here

Click on the plus sign at the top left there to start a new plan

All you need to do is type in your plan name

In this case here

Not 20, we're going to type in 10 inch pita bread

And select your facility

Which we'll just select Auckland Facility for now

And create!

Assign the products and make sure you click save there

Everything is done!

All that's left to do is clicking on the icon here at the top left

And a copy of your HACCP plan should be ready to go

And you could share this with the inspectors and auditors when they come visit your facility

As you can see here 21 pages of complete hazard analysis, CCP

Everything you want

Flow chart, product information, ingredients everything should be in here

How to Make Crispy Roasted Pork Belly (Siu Yuk Cantonese Style) | Chinese Food in Chinatown Recipe - Duration: 3:50.

Hey everyone! Jimmy here. Today, we're making siu-yuk, which is traditional

Cantonese crispy pork belly. It is so delicious.

Let's get cooking. Cantonese roasted pork belly.

or Siu-Yuk, can be found hanging in many Chinatown restaurants' windows. You

can make this crispy pork belly recipe at home with these steps. Let's get

cooking. Clean the pork belly and remove its hair.

Boil for 10 minutes. Take out the pork belly and use a sharp knife/fork to poke

holes in the skin. Slice and cut the meat portion of the pork belly so the

marinade can soak in. Use a towel to dry the pork belly in a small bowl, mix one

tablespoon of rice wine, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon

of five-spice powder, then brush the marinade on the pork meat. Do not brush

it on the pork belly.

Seal the pork with aluminum foil, leave the skin out in a small bowl, add

one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of rice vinegar,

I used apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of baking soda. The vinegar and the

baking soda combination are the secret in making the skin crispy, flaky. Then,

brush the ingredients on the skin. Leave the pork belly in the fridge overnight.

The next day preheat the oven to 425 F or 218 degrees Celsius. In

a small bowl, add a handful of salt and 2 eggs, cover the pork belly skin with the

salt and eggs combination. Transfer the pork belly to open in bake mode for 40

minutes. Take out the pork belly and brush off

the salt.

Use a towel to brush off the remaining salt. Use the fork to poke more holes on

the skin. Change the oven setting to "Boil" and grill for 20 minutes. This is my oven

setup, pork belly on top. Check the oven from time to time to make sure the skin

it's not extremely burnt. The pork belly should look something like this

after it's finished. You can go ahead and cut them into large rectangular cubes

just like how they do it in the Chinatown. Serve the pork belly with a

side of rice and soy sauce. So, try this out at home, and let me know how it goes.

How to Make Potato Leek Soup | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 2:49.

today on the stay at home chef I'm

showing you how to make leek and potato

soup weekend potato soup is total

comfort food American versions usually

have a lot of cream and it's a creamier

version while European versions tend to

do without the cream and to have it be

more of a broth base today I'm going to

show you how to make a creamy American

version that I have been making for more

than 10 years in fact it was one of the

first published recipes that I did on my

now-defunct blog that was called

Rachel's kitchen it's that old we love

this soup and I think you will too start

by melting half a cup of salted butter

in a large pot over medium heat once

that's all melted we're gonna add in 2

sliced leeks when you use leeks you want

to use the bottom portion where it's

white and light green and not the top

leafy portion get the leeks in there and

you'll season them with a teaspoon of

salt and then stir to saute let the leek

saute in the butter until they're soft

which will take about 10 minutes when

the leeks are done add in 2 tablespoons

of cornstarch and stir that in to

dissolve it so that there's no more

white showing the cornstarch is going to

act as a thickening agent and thicken up

our chicken broth which is what we're

going to add in next you'll need 4 cups

or 1 quart of chicken broth and you just

want to give that a quick stir so that

the cornstarch and leek mixture can all

get incorporated into the chicken broth

once you have that stirred in we'll add

in 4 cups of diced Yukon Gold potatoes I

like to use Yukon Gold potatoes for this

because they have a thin edible skin and

they make for a really pleasant bite in

your soup give this a stir and increase

the heat and bring it to a simmer season

it in the meantime with a teaspoon of

salt and some pepper and give it a stir

once it comes to a simmer we're gonna

add in 2 cups of heavy cream you could

actually leave the cream out and replace

it with a little more chicken broth if

you

want a more european-style soup we'll

give this a stir and you can see it's

still at a simmer so we'll reduce the

heat to about a low heat and then we'll

pop the lid on and let this simmer for

about 30 minutes until the potatoes are

tender and then you're ready to eat
