Welcome to Help in English & Hindi

Hello friends, today we will tell you how to move your Android phone to safe mode

Some people will not know what safe mode is

So let us know for sure that when you move your phone to safe mode

So any third party app in your phone is disabled all the app

Third party app means the app that we download from Google Play Store or any other source, all those apps are called third party app

The advantage of this is that when you move your phone to safe mode

So all third party appeals are disabled due to which your phone's performance is quite good

You can do this trick if you are doing something important and your phone is quite slow

You can increase the performance of your phone by disabling all your third party app using this trick in that position

So do not take too much time to start the video.

Before you start the video, let us tell you

If you have not subscribed to our channel yet, you will be seeing this type of button which will be written in the subscribe, click on it, you subscribe to our channel

Once you subscribe, a bell icon will come and click on it once.

Get the latest information from you first

Let's start

First of all, press the "Power off" button

Here you can see that the power off option has come

So tap on the power off for a few seconds

Here you can see that the option of "Reboot to safe mode" has arrived, OK on it

Now you can see that our phone is rebooting and wait for a few seconds

Now you can see that our phone has been rebooted in safe mode

And in the corner is also written safe mode

And the number of third party app in our phone such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp ... That's all disabled

And what our phone had just left is just like gallery, gmail, settings, calculator, camera

As we open the calculator app for the sample, you can see that it is open up

And when we open Facebook like a third party app then it is written that this app is disabled in safe mode.

And our phone performance is quite good

Now let's talk about how to remove safe mode

For this pressing the power off button

And restart it, it will remove Safe mode.

So hopefully you would have liked this video

Because what could possibly go wrong—scientists create a BLACK H - Duration: 5:39.

Because what could possibly go wrongscientists create a BLACK HOLE on Earth

Nothing could go wrong reassure experts.

Using the worlds most powerful and advanced X-Ray laser, experts have managed to create

a MINI BLACK HOLE in a laboratory which could lead to numerous revolutionary developments

in science.

The machine used extremely bright, intense, fast flashes of light in order to capture

atomic-level snapshots of natures fastest processes known to us.

According to experts, a single pulse managed to strip away everything but a few electrons

out of one atom from the INSIDE out.

This resulted in a void that began to pull in electrons from the rest of the moleculejust

as black holes feeds on a spiraling disc of matter in space.

This new breakthrough is expected to advance the imaging of viruses and bacteria, something

that could eventually lead to the development of better medicines in the near future.

The so-called molecular Black Hole was developed by scientists from the Kansas State

University.

The results, published in Nature, give scientists fundamental insights they need to better plan

and interpret experiments using the most intense and energetic X-ray pulses from SLACs Linac

Coherent Light Source (LCLS) X-ray free-electron laser.

As reported, the laser which created the molecular black hole (LCLS), is used to image individual

biological objects, including viruses and bacteria.

For any type of experiment you do that focuses intense X-rays on a sample, you want

to understand how it reacts to the X-rays, said Daniel Rolles of Kansas State University.

This paper shows that we can understand and model the radiation damage in small molecules,

so now we can predict what damage we will get in other systems.

As explained by SLAC, the experiment, led by Rolles and Artem Rudenko, took place at

LCLSs Coherent X-ray Imaging instrument (CXI).

The device is able to deliver X-rays with the highest possible energies achievable at

LCLS, known as hard X-rays, and records data from samples in the instant before the laser

pulse destroys them.

So How intense are those X-ray pulses?

They are about a hundred times more intense than what you would get if you focused all

the sunlight that hits the Earths surface onto a thumbnail, said LCLS staff scientist

and co-author Sebastien Boutet.

Scientists used mirrors in order to focus the X-ray beam on a spot which is around 100

NANOMETERS in diameterthats around one thousand times SMALLER than the width of a

human hair.

As reported by SLAC, scientists observed three types of different samples, individual

xenon atoms, which have 54 electrons each, and two types of molecules that each contain

a single iodine atom, which has 53 electrons.

Interestingly, based on previous studies experts expected electrons from the outer parts of

the atom to drop into voids inside the atom.

While this did occur, the process did not end there.

SLAC reports that the iodine atom also sucked in electrons from neighboring carbon and hydrogen

atoms, losing a total of 54 electrons, resulting in a level of damage and disruption which

is higher than expected, and greatly different in nature.

Artem Rudenko, the co-author of the study, said: We think the effect was even more

important in the larger molecule than in the smaller one, but we dont know how to quantify

it yet.

We estimate that more than 60 electrons were kicked out, but we dont actually know where

it stopped because we could not detect all the fragments that flew off as the molecule

fell apart to see how many electrons were missing.

This is one of the open questions we need to study.

Mike Dunne, director of the LCLS, concluded: This has important benefits for scientists

wishing to achieve the highest-resolution images of biological molecules to inform the

development of better pharmaceuticals, for example.

What are Calories? - Huel Nutrition - Duration: 1:10.

Calories or Kilojoules are units of energy. It's basically what we measure

energy in. We need energy to function, to get through the day.

the BMR or the Basel Metabolic Rate sometimes called the RMR, Resting Metabolic Rate

is our amount of calories that we're burning when we're completely sedentary

so basically first thing in the morning when we wake up that is our BMR and this

is the amount of calories we need to do to the minimum, just for our bodies to

function while we're at rest. Now obviously we all do more than that so

we're all be needing more calories than that. You know if we take a few steps

we need calories, if we've got quite a busy lifestyle you'll need even more.

If you're very active in your work or you do a lot of exercise and you need even

more calories. Now we get calories from fat, proteins, carbohydrates and also a

little bit from fiber and as a rule of thumb it's 9 calories per gram of fat,

4 calories per gram of protein or carbs and 2 calories per gram fiber

What the Hell Happens in a Writer's Room? - Gabe.video - Duration: 5:47.

Alright it's 4:34 in the morning.

I'm flying to Philly to not only see Ryan and the Forge East crew,

but to go for a huge pitch for our (classified) that

we are creating called (classified).

Even though I'm tired, I want to quickly talk about our writers room at Forge.

A lot of people ask us how we come up with some of the great ideas

and how we really work a full campaign

and the really secret sauce here is the writers room.

It's where we get together a big group of people,

usually around three to seven depending the project size or

depending on how many wild ideas that we want to do.

What we do is we send the writers a

brief or we to say this is kind of what we're looking for here's some

stipulations and then we send them off on their own to come up with at least 25

if not 30 to 40 different ideas that don't have to all be flushed out but at

least top-line ideas that they can go here's this idea for

this video or like here's like a little sketch or depending on you know what the

project is each each one will be different.

But we have them write it all out beforehand, before they even get to us in the room

so by the time we get into the writers room, we will sit down around a circle.

We have a bunch of food. We warm up a little bit.

We usually laugh and then we get right into it

and usually I lead the writers room and I basically just start and say who

has a really stupid idea? Usually I like to start with those first because then everybody feels

more comfortable with their idea because if you say give me one that's really dumb

then every other one going forward is better. When I pitch I do the same thing

for me too I go here's a really dumb idea but you know most times those ideas

are the ones that actually work really well. So what I usually do is go around

the room I go either one by one or just say who wants to pitch and this is when

the magic really starts to happen. People bounce off one another.

We have a big whiteboard and we write down all the ideas that we think are

possibilities and we kind of go through everybody's pitches we say who's got

this and then you know I think because I know it will or the best for our clients

sometimes I say ok I see what you guys have does anybody have anything that is

more off the wall or something that's a little more viral-esque as opposed to like

a commercial and most people will and they throw up their ideas. Once all the

ideas are out presented, what I like to do is we'll go through like the top

let's say 15 to 20 different ideas and workshop them. So we'll just say

who's idea was this? Remind us what the idea was again and then we could walk

through any anybody who has anything to say about it can give their idea based

off of the main concept that is presented and from there we

whittle down, whittle down, whittle down, and then based off of what we've come

together with the room based off the ideas that the writers brought

themselves we then take the list ourselves between Ryan and I, we usually

whittle it down to about I think about 10 — 10 to 15 different top-line ideas. We

then work together with our team to see what are the best ideas that are here and which

ones do we want to present to the client. By the time we get these to the client, we get about

three to five different ideas that we really love. Anyway I got to find some

food here before my flight. I have about 35 minutes hopefully something will open

but thanks as always for watching if you want to ask any questions about how we

run our writers room or what's the process of getting in it the type of

people that we we bring, which are always A-plus, please comment below or find us

at our website at forgeapollo.com and don't forget to like and subscribe.

Thanks guys.

Woah, meta.

Alright I want to see this guy.

Well I have to update the firmware.

because they try to keep, oh are you calibrating it?

Yeah.

Are we taking off in here? I think we should.

Why don't we take off in the middle of the cubicles where we won't break anything.

[laughter]

Thats even better.

Probably not that much, I've just never taken off before

Plus the battery is only at 20% so.

Well we're not going far.

[singing] Ground control to Major Tom.

[laughter] You've been waiting for that one haven't you?

I do think that maybe we should pull the table and put it on the soft padding

Well, do you want to take off now, I'll just take off.

Whoa whoa whoaa buddy!

Don't give Tom a gun.

I don't think it will let me take off while...

I think it will.

My controls were backwards, My controls were backwards.

Just wing it!

F*ck it. We'll do it live.

There it goes.

This is a really smart idea.

Whoaaaa!

You took off, and you don't know how to land?

No, I know how to land.

Take it down, man

Here at Forge Apollo, we know how to fly drones.

Yessss, oh thank god, Jesus.

Give that man a round of applause [clapping]

No pressure or anything.

Learning by uh, trial by fire huh?

Teacher of the Year: Educators need to stay, fight for doing what's best for children - Duration: 6:28.

5 NEWS AT 9:00.

>> THEY'RE YOUR CHILDREN,

THEY'RE NOT YOUR STUDENTS.

AND YOU LOVE THEM WITH ALL YOUR

HEART.

THAT'S WHAT MAKES YOU AN

EFFECTIVE TEACHER, WHEN TH

CHILD KNOWS THAT YOU LOVE THEM.

MARKIE: SOME PROFOUND WORDS

THERE BUT THE PAST YEAR AND A

HALF HAS BEEN A TOUGH STRETCH

FOR OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM.

TEACHERS LEAVING FOR BETTER PA

IN NEARBY STATES.

EVEN LAST YEAR'S TEACHER OF THE

YEAR JUST LEFT US FOR TEXAS.

BUT TODAY WE ARE SITTING DOWN

WITH THE MAN YOU JUST HEARD FR

OKLAHOMA'S 2017 TEACHER OF THE

YEAR, MR. JON HAZELL.

THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE TODAY.

JON: THEY GIVE ARE HAVING ME.

MARKIE: YOU HAVE BEEN A SCIENCE

TEACHER FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS.

JON: I JUST FINISHED MY 34TH

YEAR.

MARKIE: WHAT HAS BEING A TEACHER

THERE FOR THE PAST THREE DECADES

MEANT TO YOU?

JO I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DEVELOP

RELATIONSHIPS WITH KIDS, AND

NOW, THEIR KIDS.

I HAVE SOME DEEP LONG-RUNNING

RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES.

AND ONE OF THE THINGS I TEACH

TEACHERS IS IF YOU WANT TO BE

EFFECTIVE IN THE CLASSROOM, A

LOT OF IT HAS TO DO WITH WHAT

YOU CAN DO OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM

.

WHEN THEY TRUST YOU AND KNOW

YOU, YOU CAN DO A LOT MORE IN

THE CLASSROOM.

MARKIE: IT IS A GAME CHANGER.

IN THE PAST YEAR, WE HAVE

WATCHED A BOBBY RYAN FOR THE

EDUCATION SYSTEM.

YOU HAVE BEEN WRITING THAT

ROLLER COASTER.

AS A TEACHER IN OUR STATE, WHAT

IS YOUR REACTION TO WHERE WE ARE

NOW?

JON: IT IS A BUMPY RIDE, B MY

WIFE IS IN GHANA WORKING A

MISSION YIELD IN THE JUNGLE, AND

I DON'T USE THAT AS AN EXCUS WE

SHOULD NEGLECT TEACHERS, BUT ONE

THING I TALK ABOUT IS

PERSPECTIVE.

I KNOW PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD

HAVE IT A WHOLE LOT WORSE THAN

WE DO, AND SOMETIMES WE GET

CAUGHT UP IN NEGATIVE THINGS WE

THINK ARE HUGE PROBLEMS AND THEN

WE WALK AROUND WITH A NEGATIVE

ATTITUDE.

IF WE SPEND ALL OF OUR TIMES

POINTING FINGERS AND ASSIGNING

BLAME, WE WILL NOT FIND ME

SOLUTIONS TO OUR ISSUES.

MARKIE: JUST FIND A SILVER

LINING WHEREVER YOU CAN?

JON: YES.

AND THE BIGGEST ISSUE THIS IS

CAUSING, IS OUR YOUNG KIDS ARE

NOT GOING INTO EDUCATION

ANYMORE.

WE HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM THAT

WE'RE GOING TO SEE COMING DOWN

THE ROAD A LITTLE BIT, IS YOUNG

PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER SEEING AND

FEELING EDUCATION AS A GOOD

CAREER THEY WOULD LIKE TO GO

INTO.

THE NUMBER OF KIDS GRADUATING

FROM EDUCATION PROGRAMS, ALONG

WITH THE YOUNG TEACHERS GETTING

OUT, WE'RE GOING TO SEE A

SERIOUS ISSUE.

WE THINK WE HAVE ON NOW, WE

DON'T.

IT IS GOING TO GET WORSE.

MARKIE: WHICH PUTS OUR FUTURE

CHILDREN IN JEOPARDY WHEN THERE

IS THAT LACK OF TEACHERS YOUR

TALKING ABOUT.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO CHANGE THAT?

JON: ONE OF THE THINGS I'M

WORKING ON, THE MAY SONIC LODGE

GA ME -- MASON LODGE GAVE ME

$5,000 AND SAID IT IS YOURS, DO

WHAT YOU WANT WITH IT.

I DEVELOPED AN EDUCATION

SCHOLARSHIP.

WE ARE GOING TO AWARD KIDS THAT

WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL TO BE

TEACHERS.

THEN I WENT TO MY BUSINESS

COMMUNITY AND ASKED THEM, WOULD

YOU FUND THIS SCHOLARSHIP

PERPETUALLY.

IT WILL BE THERE TO ENCOURAGE

ITS TO GO INTO EDUCATION.

AND NOW I HAVE BUSINESSPEOPLE

WANTING TO MAKE IT BIGGER.

I REALIZE IT IS JUST ONE TOWN,

AND FOR HER FIVE KIDS RIGHT NOW,

IF OTHER AMENITIES WOULD WORK ON

THIS --

BECAUSE THE KIDS -- THEY SEE THE

LACK OF MONEY, BUT THEY SEE THE

LACK OF RESPECT.

I KNOW PEOPLE DO RESPECT

TEACHERS, BUT THAT IS NOT HOW

THEY SEE IT.

THERE HAS TO BE INCENTIVE TO

ENCOURAGE KIDS TO GO INTO

EDUCATION.

MARKIE: I HOPE THAT COMES TO

FRUITION EXACTLY AS YOUR HOPING,

AND AS YOU ARE SENDING IT TO BE

--

JON: I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO

PEOPLE IN OTHER COMMUNITIES.

MARKIE: GOOD.

A COUP OF WEEKS AGO, I SAT

DOWN WITH 2016 TEACHER OF THE

YEAR, AND HE IS LEAVING FOR

TEXAS.

I WANT TO GET YOU TAKE.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

WHAT DO YOU FEEL?

DO UNDERSTAND?

JO I UNDERSTAND.

I UNDERSTAND HIS FLIGHT.

HE HAS DONE THE NUMBERS, PEOPLE

HAVE SEEN THAT AND WHAT THEY

HAVE AND WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE.

IMY MESSAGE IS -- I AM

OLDER.

WE TALK ABOUT THE INTRINSIC

REWARDS THAT EDUCATION GIVES

THAT MONEY CANNOT PAY FOR, BUT

YOU TALK TO A YOU TEACHER, AND

THEY ARE NOT WEAR THAT HAS

STARTED TO TAKE PLACE YET.

THEY ARE JUST WORRIED ABOUT

FEEDING THEIR FAMILY, WORRIED

ABOUT THE ABLE TO BUY A HOME, DO

BASIC INKS, AND -- DO BASIC

THINGS, AND A LOT OF TEAHERS

ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THAT.

I DON'T BEGRUDGE ANYBODY THAT

HAS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR

FAMILY, BUT MY MESSAGE IS -- WE

CANNOT ALL GO.

OUR KIDS ARE HERE, THEY NEED

SOMEBODY TO LOVE THEM AND HE

THERE TO EDUCATE THEM.

THE ANSWER IS YES, IT'S GOING TO

BE A STRUGGLE, WE MAY HAVE TO DO

WITHOUT HER A WHILE.

I THINK IF YOU OFFER PEOPLE A

VIAB ALTERNATIVE LIKE THE

EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP, I THINK

WE CAN TURN THINGS AROUND AND

MAKE THINGS WORK BETTER.

IT IS GOING TO BE A WHILE.

IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN OVER

NIGHT.

NOT TALKING ABOUT FIGHTING THE

LEGISLATURE, FIGHTIN THE --

TALKING ABOUT DOING WHAT IS BEST

FOR THE CHILDREN.

IF WE CAN GET PEOPLE TO SIT DOWN

What Challenges Can Arise During An Escrow? - Duration: 5:14.

Hello everybody.

Thank you for coming to our weekly video blog here at California Realty Training.

Robert Rico here hoping to share some great information with you so that your real estate career

can hopefully take off as soon as you get that real estate license.

Listen, today we're going to talk about one thing that's well not the best topic in the

world, it's not the most exciting topic in the world, but it's extremely crucial, and

it's what can possibly go wrong during an escrow.

Oh, what could possibly go wrong during an escrow?

We don't even want to think about that.

Why, because it's negativity, but sometimes, every now and then, something does go wrong

with an escrow.

We don't want that.

We want these escrows to run as smooth as possible because the smoother they run, the

more sleep you get.

The more sleep you get, the happier you are.

So this is the deal, we want to keep these escrows together, but occasionally, the keyword

here is occasionally, something does come along and puts a huge dent on this transaction,

on this escrow.

Let me first talk about escrow in general.

What is escrow?

I want you to use my definition, or think of my definition.

Escrow, if you look at a textbook escrow definition it will be this long.

My definition shorter, simpler, makes sense.

Ready?

A neutral third party that protects the integrity of the transaction.

Done.

A neutral third party that protects the integrity of the transaction.

Now here's the deal.

Everybody's working diligently.

The buyer's side, the seller's side, the escrow, the neutral third party, all three, the lender,

and all these people involved.

Inspectors, all these people involved are working diligently to keep this thing together,

an escrow together.

The neutral third party that protects the integrity of the transaction.

We're all trying to keep this transaction together.

Rolling along, rolling along, rolling along.

Everything's going good, of course trying to get to that finish line, close the deal,

get paid.

Occasionally, there's a bump in the road, and typically it's these two things that go

wrong.

Number one, the loan that the buyer was preapproved for goes haywire.

Oh, that kills me, but occasionally that happens.

The lender will preapprove the buyer.

Yup, the buyer is good to go.

The buyer can't afford a million dollars, oh I'm finding a house for a million bucks

unless that preapproval letter somehow, someway no longer has validity.

That buyer either I don't know lost his job, the buyer's FICO score, credit score, dipped

dramatically which now he no longer qualifies for the loan that we thought he would qualify.

Things can happen with that loan that will destroy his capability of buying a house.

That will kill the deal.

The second form of an escrow going south, meaning killing an escrow, or can have a substantial

effect on an escrow and give us horrible nightmares where we can't sleep at night.

We're still hoping, and hoping, and hoping that we can get to end, but it will be trouble

for some, but you can do it is occasionally ... I want you to understand this, the buyer

does have a right to have a home inspection.

So the buyer goes into this house, let's assume this room is the house, the buyer goes into

this house, no not the buyer.

The buyer hires an inspector, the inspector goes into this house and checks the house

upside down, over, goes into the house, the roof, does all of his inspection of this house,

and the buyer gets the report.

The buyer reviews the report and the report has a substantial amount of issues with the

house.

The report here, the inspector's report, says hey this house has a substantial amount of

issues.

The roof is leaking, the foundation is cracked, yada, yada, yada.

The buyer is concerned now.

Do I really want this house?

Is it worth buying this house?

Based on this inspection report the buyer has the right to back out.

To say hey, give me back my initial deposit.

We don't want that to happen.

That's the last thing we want.

The last thing we want is to cancel an escrow.

So it's your job as a realtor to think reasonable.

To say hey buyer, I understand there's issues, let's see if we can somehow come to a meeting

of the minds and fix this.

How about if the buyer requests the seller, hey seller, how are you doing, hey seller

would you mind repairing these crucial items that my inspector found wrong with the house.

That's where you as a realtor come in, you start negotiating.

Now these are the two most common things as to why an escrow would go south, or make it

very, very difficult giving us sleepless nights, and you do need your beauty sleep.

So we want to avoid lending issues.

We want to avoid inspection issues.

It's going to be your job as a realtor to think strong, to think reasonable, to think

professional, and do what, keep it together.

Ladies and gentleman, hope you learned something today.

Thank you for coming.

Hope you come next week to our video blog.

OUR BODY KNOWS WHAT'S UP (THE BODY IS INTELLIGENT) - Duration: 5:53.

Hii there thank you stopping by to share with Julie today. I hope you're all having

a fantabulous day today. In this video I just want to remind you that your health is your

responsibility. It's not the responsibility of your doctor or anybody else.

Don't give your health over to anyone.

Hold it right here, in the palm of your hand.

You know, because too often, it and... I mean people are looking to the doctor that if

they're their saviours. They're their gods and the media

portray them as such. The doctor can't do anything wrong, you can't say anything wrong.

If the doctor says it's left, it's left. If the doctor says right, it's right

and some people even ignore, you know, what their own bodies are trying to tell

them and go against that because the doctors say differently. Look man start

taking your health in your own hand you know. Don't put your doctor in some

kind of godlike status because some people - the doctor say... the doctor say... the doctor say...

So I have to...I have to...I have to, you know and that is the danger and that is why we are in such a

problem now. Your health is your responsibility. Your doctor is not more

intelligent than your body. Your body is so intelligent, if only you knew how many

processes the body does per second. The heartbeat, we don't think about it.

Breathing, we don't think about any of it, because the internal mechanism is in place

to ensure that we are staying, we stay alive as much as possible

And the body does that. Our body is intelligent. When we begin to see symptoms of what

they call 'disease' is it's when our body is really breaking down because it's doing

the best that it can. It's a sign, everything is a sign, everything is a sign, you know.

When you develop tumours, it's a sign. Why is the body locking off certain areas.

When these cells become a problem, the body has to

lock them off you know. They would you know recall those two months but it's a

way of the body protecting itself. The body is always trying to protect it the

body is always trying to keep us alive, remember that. Please remember that.

No matter what, keep it in mind - one, the body is intelligent, as the first thing.

The body's first instance the body's first instinct, not a second, not third

It's first, is to keep us alive. And we do a lot of things every day and

We don't understand what is happening, what our body has to sometimes do.

The mechanism, internal mechanism in our body to keep us balanced, to keep us alive and walking.

When some of us die of a heart attack or something, it's when the

body just basically can't do anymore because we have compromised it in such a

way that it can no longer function as it ought to. So remember that always.

Don't give your health anybody. Your doctor doesn't know your

body more than you do. They might understand where the liver, where the kidney

is, where this is or that is but understanding where your heart is

and understanding where the uterus is doesn't mean one understand the full

mechanism of how the body works, of how the body works in synchronization and so

that's just what I want to say. So you don't give your help over to anyone and

don't think that your doctor knows your body more than you do or understand

what your body is trying to tell you more than you do you know always

remember your body is intelligent one and the body is always trying to keep

alive - and the third thing that you should always keep in mind that you can

help the body to do, you know, an excellent job of keeping this running

you know as efficiently as possible by feeding it the right

nutrients in the right substances, by what we eat, what we drink, what we put on

our skin, the stresses. The stresses that we take on, you know. So always bear

that in mind. So that is my quick chat...chat...chat guys.

So I hope you found that useful

What to Do When You Feel Worthless | Answering Your Questions Part 3 - Duration: 4:34.

Welcome back friends to our series on your awesome questions that you've

written in! Because I love hearing from you all. And today we're going to pick

back up with questions number four and five. Petra says this - and by the way I

love the name Petra because I love the show Jane the Virgin, so just sayin Petra

is an awesome name.

That is such a great question! So I think for me the

biggest thing is to discern the difference between condemnation and

guilt. No that's the wrong word; between condemnation and conviction - that's what

I'm going for. So like when you feel condemned and it's

just like, "I'm a terrible person; I feel like just so judged," and like all this

stuff - usually that's not a feeling from God. And there might be some truth to the

things you feel condemned about, but that feeling itself is not from God because

the Bible says there's no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.

But if you feel convicted about something, that is the work of the Holy

Spirit. And conviction has hope in it, so it's like, "Okay this is off in my life

but God wants to redeem this and fix this and heal me."

When our friends and family give us feedback, it's good to really take that

before God and just say, "Okay God, here's what I'm hearing. What do you think about

this?" Or even if you have a friend or family member you really trust that you

can kind of talk through those things with, or a mentor, and if you don't know

how to find a mentor check out my video called "Three relationships every girl

should have," also linked below. Bringing it before God maybe bringing it

to someone you trust - that's super helpful because then you can be like, "Is

this just somebody saying stuff, or their own personal opinion, or is this really

true and something God wants to work on my life right now?" So yeah that's what I

would do with that. I hope that that helps in some way. The Queen Marshmallow -

cool name! By the way I just made rice krispies last night with marshmallows

because I'm obsessed with them and it's a great summer dessert.

Oh man! I think we all feel that way, yeah! And I

want to give you a hug - so like virtual air hug. Um that was awkward, okay. Yeah

sometimes I'll like replay things in my mind over and over that I've

already been forgiven for, like they're in the past, you can't change them, but I

like just play them on repeat and sometimes I'll even just outloud go "oh,"

because I'm like so bothered by these things. Some of the things that helped me

are having someone I trust - again like a mentor - that I can go to and talk through

those things with. Like Ephesians 5 talks about telling each other where we've

sinned so that we can pray for each other and be healed. And I think that that

confession to another person where we're saying, "I know God's already forgiven me,

but I need to get this off my chest and just share what I've done and what's

happened, and can you pray with me," and seeing how they respond and the

forgiveness they offer, and then just having them pray with you and just

having said it out loud - I think that breaks a lot of the power of that sense

of worthlessness off of us. So that's huge for me. And then the other thing is

to just remember like who God is. Like God is a recycler. He takes all our pain

and he turns it around and He uses it as something that can help someone else.

And so whenever we go through something that is really dark or hard or sinful or

anything else, if we give that to God, over time He's gonna recycle it and turn

our pain into something that can encourage other people. And also just

talk with God about it. There's this really cool story in the Old Testament -

this King, I think it was King Hezekiah, his enemies came - one of the kings came

and threatened him. He wrote out this whole letter to King Hezekiah and was like,

"You need to surrender to us, give up your kingdom to us, let us overtake you, and if

you don't I'm gonna destroy all of you." So King Hezekiah takes that letter. He

brings it straight into the temple, gets on his knees before God with it, and he

just says, "God, here's what this King is saying. But I know that you are God and I

know that what you say is true. So what do you say?" And it was - that is how we

need to respond to these feelings of worthlessness and shame - like take them

and march straight to God and just lay them out, be like, "God here's what the

enemy is telling me right now - the enemy of my soul. Here are the lies I'm hearing in

my head, like but you're God. What do you say about me?" And just let Him rewrite

the story in a sense, and give you a different perspective. If you want to

hear more about this topic, check out my video "Am I Enough," and that's also

linked below. I think that can really help. So yeah thank you for asking that,

because that's a huge question. And with all of these questions, if any of you

girls have more insight, please comment your thoughts below. That would be so

great. And tomorrow we will have our last question of this series!

Wayne Dyer - Focusing On What You Want - Duration: 11:40.

WAYNE DYER☯ just the right way at the perfect time previously I talked a great deal about

trust and about this knowing and about shifting your perceptions out of this

idea that somehow you are separate from the divine intelligence that is

universal the obvious thing to remember about a universal intelligence is that

if it's universal it is in all places therefore it is in all that you want and

all that you are and so manifesting is the ability to realign your intention

with that divine intelligence and know that it will show up but one of the

things that we have a tendency to do as individuals is to become impatient our

ego says to us I want what I want and I want it now

and we have a tendency to try to tell the universal intelligence or to tell

God or the metaphor that I used earlier as God is like the ocean and we are like

a glass and so we are really a glass of God if you will we are at peace of God

but when you separate yourself one little drop of water separated from the

ocean alone literally can't make anything happen it's very weak and so on

and it is only when you unite yourself with that ocean when that drop of water

becomes united with the ocean it can do anything it is part of the universal

when you unite yourself with this divine intelligence instead of separating

yourself from it then you know that this ocean will provide it will provide for

you in precisely the right way that it is supposed to and in exactly the right

time there's a wonderful poet that I have quoted in this program several

times and I want to quote him again his name is roomie

well Rumi wrote back in the early part of the 13th century

his poetry is still quoted today and it's something that I would recommend

you look at yellow luden Rumi and he had a poem that is called the servant who

loved his prayers and I'd like to share that with you as I talked about this

idea of detaching from the outcome and letting go of your need to make

something happen as you demand it to happen it's called the servant who loved

his prayers at dawn a certain rich man wanted to go to the steam bath

he woke his servants in quar Oh get moving get the basin and the towels and

the clay for washing and let's go to the bath SimCorp immediately collected what

was needed and they set out side by side along the road as they passed the mosque

the call to prayer sounded some choir loved his five times prayer please

master rest on this bench for a while that I may recite surah 98 which begins

you who treated your slave with kindness the master sat on the bench outside

while soon choir went in when prayers were over in the priest and all the

worshippers had left still some croire maned inside the master waited and

waited finally he yelled into the mosque soon

choir why don't you come out I can't this clever one won't let me out have a

little more patience I hear you out there seven times the

master waited and then shouted soon quas reply was always the same not yet he

won't let me come out yet but there's no one in there but you everyone else is

left who makes you sit still so long the one who keeps me in here is the one who

keeps you out there the same who will not let you in will not let me out the

ocean will not allow its fish out of itself

nor does it let land animals in with a subtle and delicate fish move the land

creatures lumber along on the ground no cleverness can change this there's

only one opener for the lock of these matters forget your figuring forget

yourself listen to your friend when you become totally obedient to that one

you'll be free roomie and this idea of knowing that that

divine intelligence will work in exactly the order and the preference and the

time that it is supposed to in the course of miracles there's this often

quoted passage that says infinite patience produces immediate results and

it sounds like it's a contradiction doesn't it it sounds like a paradox if

I'm patient infinitely patient then I will have to wait a very long time you

know I talked earlier about these tomato seeds that we used to plant and how the

essence of tomato nests was in every aspect of that tomato and yet that very

essence was something that isn't in the physical world at all the cause of

tomato as we discover and we look at those seeds and we look at the dust

that's in the seeds and then we try to find out what's in the dust and

ultimately we find out that there's just an energy in there it's just a wave

there's something that's invisible to the naked eye there's something that

doesn't even exist in a physical world there are no particles at all see when

when you're a child you think like a child as it says in Corinthians 13 and I

can remember as a child when those tomato shoots surfaced above the ground

sometimes in June back there in Mount Clemens and they would come up about

four or five inches above the ground I remember one time getting down there

and looking at those tomato suits and trying to hurry them along and I got

down on my knees and I started tugging it as a little boy maybe three or four

years old and remember mr. Scarface no no no you can't do that and I was like

trying to hurry it along and this idea of attempting to hurry along the divine

intelligence it's something that we do with our egos all the time obviously

creation reveals its secrets by and by by and by as it is supposed to as it is

ordained and when you get down there and start tugging at those shoots in sight

and I remember pulling that one and up I pulled one just a little bit too hard

because they're still not firmly in French they don't have very long roots

tomato plants you can pull them out with hardly any effort at all and I pulled

one right on into my hand and I was the end of that tomato there

was no possibility because I was attempting to do something that

interferes this principle of detaching ourselves from outcome along with having

infinite patience is really essential to your manifestation process it is

inconsistent with what we have a tendency to think is the way things

should be working because if I do everything that I'm supposed to if I

follow all of these principles and I set down all the rules and I get it all

organized then I expect that I'll have results that's the time in our lives

that I referred to earlier in the very first principle of being the warrior

going from the athlete to the warrior that's the time in our lives when we set

our goals and there's nothing wrong with setting goals I've written about it and

talked about it on many programs right here at night and elkanah

and in many of my books but the idea of thinking that

goals and then just going about and having them show up is still the

thinking that keeps us sort of stuck back at the warrior phase of our

development it inhibits us from moving to higher places higher places where and

we can we can begin to manage the coincidences of our lives which sounds

like a contradiction doesn't it if it's a coincidence you can't manage it if

you're managing it then it's not a coincidence but when you begin to

transcend some of these paradoxes when you reach a higher level so setting

goals is one thing and it's something that we do at the in the earlier stages

of our spiritual development and we continue to do it and these stages that

I talked about earlier are not things that we go into and then never go back

to we go back we come out of it we go back we're always moving in and out of

these stages the question is what is my primary emphasis is my primary emphasis

not only on setting goals but in falling in love with those goals and then

insisting that those goals show up when I want them to show up that is

inconsistent with manifestation and with spirituality and higher consciousness

what you have to do is have your goals which is what a tomato seed is it's

really a goal for tomatoes but you have to then relax and turn your thoughts and

your ideas and your consciousness and your awareness to your own purpose and

know in your heart that it will manifest you see the key to relaxing about what

it is that you would like to see manifested is the certainty of the

outcome if you have a certainty as it says in the Course in Miracles if you

have a certainty of the outcome patience is easy if you are uncertain of the

outcome if you're not sure how it's going to work out or if things are going

to fall into place the way you would like them to

if you have that uncertainty then you will not be able to be patient so

patience infinite patience is really like a trusting in God and when you

trust in God you're trusting in the wisdom that created you and when you

trust in the wisdom that created you you're trusting in yourself as well

because you can never be separate from that wisdom so patience and trust and

awareness and higher consciousness are absolutely essential

What is tapio? - The IoT Platform for the Wood Industry Explained - Duration: 3:07.

Get ready for the digital world in woodworking

with the cloud platform tapio.

This is Mr. Cass. He is the managing director of a

woodworking company. He knows that digitization is

becoming increasingly important.

His machines are already networked and

communicating with each other.

But with the aid of a cloud platform and the

IoT, Mr. Cass can take the production to a new

level. What is behind this?

IoT stands for "Internet of Things"

This means that machines and other everyday

objects are networking with the Internet and can

independently communicate with each other. The data

is exchanged through a secure storage space on the

Internet. This is called the cloud.

But how will Mr. Cass's company become part of

this? It's simple:

with tapio, the open cloud platform for the woodworking industry.

It centrally combines Mr. Cass's machine

data on an Internet server and evaluates how it can

be optimized. His anonymized data and that of

numerous other cloud users are creating the

foundation for new product developments.

These will make the production even more

efficient and transparent.

Here is an example:

Mr. Cass uses an app to get an overview of the

costs and machine utilization and this across all

company locations.

He can be confident all data are in the best hands,

because tapio uses the highest data security standards.

In the event that the data ever get lost locally

Mr. Cass easily retrieves them with a few

clicks from the cloud.

The machine operator, Mr. Barth, remotely

controls his machines.

He uses his smart watch-for example-to monitor

the production progress and the condition of the

machines.

This gives Mr. Barth flexibility and freedom, which

he can use for things such as breaks.

If a problem arises, the app notifies him with an

error message. This is accompanied by a suitable

solution based on experiences from the cloud.

The production planning and maintenance also

profit from tapio.

Thanks to a real time overview of the machine

conditions, the production is much easier to plan.

Repairs are scheduled proactively, since the

system provides current information on the

condition of a machine part. Another advantage

is that even partners and tool manufacturers are

linked through the open platform.

Mr. Cass and his team are delighted!

tapio takes the work of their company to a new

digital level. Thanks to transparent processes and

new digital products solutions, they can relax

because they know the business and the machines

are running.

You too can benefit from the global network of

the woodworking industry. More information about tapio

is available here.

Wounded veterans show what's possible - Duration: 2:20.

No matter how far, how fast, how fiercely he rides

Colonel Danny Dudek can never escape July 19, 2007, in Iraq

How much do you think about that day?

Oh it's every day. I knew that I was near a hotspot and then blam.

When the IED blast came off to our right side it kinda went right through the Stryker vehicle, through Corporal Brandon Craig.

Tell my wife I love her more. That was the thought I had.

After surgery, they go, "move your hands, move your legs, move your toes."

I'm like, "Well, my toes aren't moving. Is that going to come back in a little bit?"

But it never did. That IED blast left Danny with limited use of his legs.

I was just disappointed. Yeah I'm paralyzed, my legs aren't gonna work and this is really bad.

Despite that day, the injury, the nerve pain,

Danny isn't slowing down. Far from it, in fact.

I'm getting ready for the Warrior Games in Chicago. Tim's gonna help me do a training ride today in preparation.

Tim Bomke lost his right leg after an IED blast in 2005.

Surviving his physical injuries was only part of the recovery.

I call it the path of resurrection. And I feel that the last mile of that path is that engagement piece.

For me it was employment.

As a manager for Amazon's Military Hiring Program,

Tim's new mission is to remind wounded warriors of what's possible. It's why Amazon is sponsoring the Warrior Games.

Once you finally get all put back together, it can sometimes hit people like a ton of bricks.

Like, what am I gonna do now? At Amazon we wanna be one of those answers.

A doctor can tell you you're hurt in a certain way and they can tell you how it's going to affect your life.

But they're not gonna be able to tell you how to live with it.

So I'm very proud to be able to get out here and overcome.

I'm thankful. I'm alive!
