Step 1 : after having loosen straps and braces, adjust the waist belt

First thing to adjust your pack

Do it on yourself, not on one of your friend, it'd be useless

After it has to be laden

Not fully

But sufficiently to have a pack shape

Else it is once again useless

In fact we will adjust it from bottom to top

So, first the waist belt. It must lay on you pelvis and hips bones

So there should be no problem to feel it

And the weight do must lay on these bones

So you put the belt here

Here it goes up for me, it is normal

And after we tighten it

No need to do it too much

This way your belly is above, you won't have to worry about it

Step 2 : adjust the rear straps of the belt

After having set the waist belt

There is the straps behind it

Whose purpose is to bring the pack closer to you

The idea is : the more the weight is close to your back

The more comfy it'll be and the less you'll feel the weight

Step 3 : adjust the braces

The braces adjustement, juste below them

The idea is to do it the way you feel it

In my case it is not very symmetric

It depends a lot on your morphology

You must feel the pack getting closer to you

It moves a little bit less and it is comfortable

It is the easiest thing to fix

It takes me two seconds, even when walking

to loosen a bit

It depends on the time, it adapts

Step 4 : adjust shoulder straps

from swimsuits for all this company is amazing you guys but let's just talk

about the size range they so sizes 4 through 34 that is I believe the biggest

size range for swimsuits from any one single company so like let's give them

a round of applause! way to really truly be inclusive I love

brands where I can recommend them to anyone and everyone another thing I

really like about this brands they have a huge huge range of styles they have

very modest like sporty swimsuits and they have everything like super duper

super sexy bikinis! and I have a little bit of blend of all of us to share with you

guys today I have two bikinis and then two one pieces that are cut out that

actually have the size expose they're kind of like a bikini that's a really

good way to dip your toe in so we're just going to start out with my absolute

favorite and well I have two favorites and then I have one that I'm like I like

it I have one that I really didn't like and I'm just gonna be totally honest

about it these were sent to me by the company and I'm super grateful but that

doesn't mean that I'm not going to give you guys the truth about how I feel

about them so here we go so the first bikini that I want to show you guys

today is an itty-bitty teeny-weeny red polka dot bikini I have been wanting a

polka dot bikini for a very long time have the red polka dot something from

last year and it's awesome I love it this is so much better this is a super

high-waisted bikini and I love high-waisted bikinis because for one

they give you a little bit more coverage if you're kind of feeling self-conscious

but more importantly for me because of my body shape it's like fluttering the

USA a population me I love the way that you shop for bikinis on swimsuits for

allcom because you buy it as one unit and this bikini by the way was $43 which

is a pretty damn good price for a good bikini especially one of this caliber

with the kind of quality but when you buy the bikini you buy them as one unit

but you buy them in different sizes so my top of the 22 and my bottoms are 24

hallelujah thank you because I have a different I wear different sizes on top

and bottom so having to buy a bikini all's once at the one-piece

doesn't necessarily always work for me but you know buying separate pieces

means things can sell out and then you have a topping on the bottom and stuff

like that so definitely appreciate that I love the halter style in this it's

very like ginger from Gilligan's Island it's super sexy a little country girl

you just have like a very sweet retro vintage vibe and then the bottoms are

beautiful and high-waisted and they have a nice like wider band of like elastic

at the tops they stay up really well they're extremely high waisted I don't

think I've ever had bikini bottoms that were like quite this high-waisted the

thing it makes it really comfortable really easy to wear and I love this

bikini I also really love and this is true for all of the pieces they have

gold hardware which I think just adds like a luxe element I am just thrilled

to death this is my favorite well it sounds like a talked about one and this

one so my second favorite is this burgundy piece and this is from the Gabi

fresh line this suit is so sexy it's almost like lingerie to me it has this

vibe to it that just feels like SPECT on thick and I don't know if it's like me

right with the kimono - I don't know but the combination together is so

incredibly beautiful I feel so sexy finally fat girls can get some sexy

swimwear going I can't even tell you how grateful I am for this Gabi fresh line a

lot of the Gabi fresh juices if not maybe all of them have the ability to

have different cup sizes which is really important for me because I got some big

Tatas so to be able to find a suit that like well I can adjust the cup size as

well as the overall size of it was fantastic now in this particular student

they didn't have the G available so I think I got the F it's a little bit on

the smaller size it doesn't like really hold them in but then again my cup

runneth over so it's again it just looks kind of

SuperDuper sexy this suit is actually a one-piece but its effectively like a

two-piece oh that has the open size it's super comfortable I could really see

myself like hardcore swimming in this it doesn't feel like precious or like I'm

going to pop out or anything even though you know my cups are running over I

don't feel like I'm going to have like a nip slip or anything like that what they

I really love about the suit is it has a cutout at the back and ordinarily

showing things like my back rolls or something I get a little self-conscious

about like I'll admit it I'm a body-positive warrior,

but we all have our issues right? so it's a part of my body that I used to

reject and now I generally just feel kind of neutral about like hey there

there whatever but this suit kind of changed my mind because it was almost

like a little frame for them and they actually kind of looked sexy like it was

like kind of mind-blowing for me and I was talking to my husband about it like

this is so strange but like a swimsuit could change my perspective of how I

feel about my body and like it was such an aha moment for me yet again for the

very first time in my life when I was editing these photos and the video

footage and everything I was like hold up I actually think they look good like

I I'm like holy shit am i I started to like really embrace and love a part of

my body that in the past I've rejected and I was talking to my husband about it

and he's like it's not a cutout it's a window of confidence and I just like

holy shit sometimes you really amaze me babe so that's such a beautiful like way

to look at it and I honestly think it looks sexy as fuck and I know there's

going to be people that come along to do and are like oh girl should wear bikinis

horrible nasty thing they're thinking but I really don't care because I feel

amazing my partner thinks I look amazing that's

literally all that matters to me in a whole world

the next suit that I want to share with you is kind of sexy still but modest it

has this lace all over it and the lace gives you a little bit more coverage and

I like that it comes up a bit higher because a lot of times I swim around

kids and I don't necessarily want to be like boobalicious in front of my teenage

nephews so it's really nice to have a couple of suits on hands are a little

more conservative for those times this one is still very sexy I really like the

lace again it's kind of like lingerie and stuff that it is a one-piece that's

actually kind of like a two-piece and I was talking with my key about this again

and I was like this is cool because it's like sexy but somewhat modest still and

he was and he said I'm telling you guys he was like like the MVP of like coming

up with cool like body confidence things to say he actually said that it's like a

wading pool for dipping your toe into body confidence and getting more

comfortable your body embracing its point where you can wear a bikini so

that man I swear the final state that I want to share with you guys today last

but not least well maybe we what I like the least and that is this

cactus suit from Gabi fresh and there's so much to love about it I love the top

I think the top is beautiful I love again the gold hardware just adds like a

nice element to it this one I was able to buy my correct cup size so this one

actually fits my breasts really well there's no overflow or anything they're

nice and supported and it has molded cups which means that there's no like

nipple showing or anything like that I love the top the top is fabulous it's

wonderful love it the bottoms are a different story I don't like these at

all I got these in the same size 24 that I got the first bikini in and it fits

really tight and it cuts me off at a really weird part it's like and it's

weird tooth it's not like a true bikini so it's not like really really small and

it's not like a high waisted it's sort of like half waisted sort of in between

and it cuts me off at the worst possible spot of my stomach and it just looks bad

like I'm willing to admit this is not cute so not my thing not into it not

going to ever wear these bottoms ever again but I will wear this top with

other bottoms that I have to become communication mix and match bikinis so

three out of four three and a half actually out of four being a hit is good

enough for me you can't win them all you know we all have different body types

and stuff and also people who have slimmer hips I think that can work

really well for but because of my body type it just doesn't work for me so that

is it let me know what you guys thought of this bikini haul and maybe I'll do

more of them in the future I love bikinis I love swimming swimming

it's literally my favorite summer activity I actually like try to find

places to swim in this in the winter time as well do you have a question for

you guys because I have colored hair right and so I love swimming but it

kills my hair color every time so I'm not like kind of thinking about getting

like a swim cap I'm normally just go to like put my hair

up like in a blood at the top of my head like this and just kind of hope to gosh

it doesn't like make my hair color bleed or fade or anything but it still always

gets a little bit wet so I've been thinking about doing like a swim cap but

I'm really nervous that it would pull on my hair or be uncomfortable so what do

you guys think have you tried wearing a swim cap has it worked for you you swear

by it do you think it's like the most hideous thing

is a cute vintage or is it like gross and kind of frumpy I don't know let me
