Pull Me Under Chelsea want Man Utd target Cengiz Under to replace Eden Hazard - Duration: 2:23.
CHELSEA have reportedly earmarked Cengiz Under as Eden Hazard's replacement. Turkish Football claims the Roma star could be heading to the Premier League this summer in a mega-money move
Manchester United have been linked with a move for Under. But it's said that Chelsea will launch a bid for the 21-year-old if Hazard does the expected and joins Real Madrid
Under joined Roma for £12million from Turkish outfit Basaksehir in 2017. The winger scored eight goals in 32 appearances during his debut season, helping Roma reach the Champions League semi-finals
And he has already clocked up 23 appearances this term, scoring six goals in the process
Under is also a fully-fledged Turkey international, scoring four times in just ten matches
He is under contract at Roma until 2022, although he is one of the club's lowest-paid players
And with 25 per cent of his next transfer fee going to former club Basaksehir, Roma are reportedly demanding over £44m from interested parties
Chelsea fans sing 'F*** Sarriball' as they lose to Man Utd in the FA Cup

These video games DESERVE a REMAKE - Video Game Remakes We Gamers WANT - Duration: 17:15.
Hi and welcome to a new video my name is Wretic in today's video I want to talk
about games that deserve a remake but before we're gonna do that please make
sure that you hit the subscribe button and hit the ding dong the bell notification
that way you will always be up-to-date for my next videos and next to that
will make my day and it will make your day because you'll be one of the most
awesome people in this world who be willing to do that so for that I thank
you. I wrote down a couple of games that I would love to see a remake of and the
reason for that is it's also a part nostaligia yeah but they were good games in
a nowadays world we can make any game we can craft anything at all but it doesn't
necessarily make it a good game there could be glitches there could be bugs
the controls could be cIunky think the graphics could glitch out remember like
the Assassin's Creed Unity one with the whole face thing yeah just a name one
but these games were solid they were brought to us and you like put it into
your PlayStation or whatever other console you would have at the time and
it would work these games they just deserve it a lot and that's why I want
to name them up and it's Silent Hill and the reason why it was Silent Hill is
because just like Resident Evil 2 it was creepy and had a really interesting
mechanic were like all of a sudden the world would change from normal to hell
and they were like really interesting creatures throughout the game
like for instance pyramid head and the stories were gruesome at some points and
that had multiple endings and it's obviously unfortunate that silent hills
got cancelled but imagine the first three Silent Hill games in the type of
how silent hills was created and then instead of being first person view you will go
third-person with that type of vibe that it created you will go through
Silent Hill but I think those three games in particular they definitely
deserve a remake the next one on the list is
Metal Gear Solid and I'm talking specifically about the one that came
out for the PlayStation 1 and the reason why I chose it is because it was really
good it had a really good story and had good acting it was an interesting
setting interesting story you could deceive your enemies by like
knocking and the enemy woud come and then you would like loop around and like
kick him in the balls those kinds of things and there were some revelations in
the story as well and little puzzles little mechanics that you have to
think about especially one where you're like confronted by a ninja
Psycho Mantis that's what who it was wasn't a ninja but Psycho Mantis so
Psycho mantis would basically read your mind and if you would switch the controls he
could no longer read your mind and you would be able to take him down would
love to see Metal Gear Solid recreated from the ground up and then going
through the game I think it would be cool to do it in first person and maybe being
able to switch to third-person if need be but you know that's all open to
debate and discuss but that game really deserves it
so my next one is another horror game or a survival horror game but that one is called
alone in the dark a new nightmare now I'm not talking about the poop that came
out I think summer 2008 this game yes I even have the steel box edition I really
had so many good hopes because I remember alone in the dark a new nightmare
so fondly so terrifying yet again with the fixed camera angle but the
story was good for me at least it was creepy you had two characters you had Eileen
and Carnby and if you would choose Eileen's story you would have a
completely different sort of story and edward carnby was the police detective
you know who also went through a different route and I thought that was
always really interesting I never completed it on the PlayStation 1 but
later on I'm not going to tell you I'm not gonna tell you how I did it but
through certain ways on the Internet I was able to replay that game
a couple of times in both perspectives and seeing that game redone in that creepy
mansion with the creepy graveyard it will absolutely be fantastic I think I'm
gonna poop my pants I would need a diaper then because I always thought
that alone in the dark a new nightmare was scarier than Resident Evil
the sound effects the whole creepy story about spirits and all that
all gave me the creepy vibes and they had really good choice in sound effects and the
music thinking about that playing as Edward Carnby or Eileen as in third person
yet again just like the resident evil 2 remake and then go through that again
but with like top notch graphics I don't know if I will survive that but
it would definitely be worth it so my next one is also a game that really
terrified me and that has something to do with vampires I'm talking about legacy
of kain and specifically Soul Reaver because that's the one I played it was
terrifying it was confusing for me especially we have to like switch
between worlds but it was an interesting concept and an interesting world even
though in the beginning I really did hate Cain but later on he kind of redeems himself so I
really found it interesting and apart from that you play as a Raziel you were
like this top-notch awesome vampire dude and well he gets kind of backstabbed by
Cain and then like he goes into the underworld and he's like this little
shade of his former self basically and then he becomes the Soul Reaver and the
Soul Reaver literally says it you're like you know like reaping Souls like
you eat them up and it was terrifying as a kid like cinematics were terrifying
you know especially when he did this in-game and why he didn't have like a jaw he
only had like a little two vampire teeth and that's it , terrifying, if they would
redo this one though it will be a huge success because a lot of people would
wanna see Soul Reaver back if we just see it as a single game
it's phenomenal gameplay wise and you have to do these little puzzles seeing
that game redone/remade would be freaking fantastic so the next one on my
list is Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic one and two one I never fully
completed (But Loved Revan) I was always stuck somewhere but two I
remember very fondly what I always loved about Knights of the Old Republic was
that you could choose between like the light side and the dark side and
obviously I always went with the dark side because I like to corrupt people
backstab them because they were Jedi's I never liked Jedi's so that's why I guess
you can say that I'm a fan of Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader that type of
feeling like the backstabbing the kinds of stuff absolutely love it don't get me
wrong that's not me as a person just me as in playing games I do the same of
Fable you know just saying anyways KOTOR deserve it it had a good
storyline you were like you know literally they're like these couple of
scenes were you were like talking to Jedi's and to make these multiple choices
And like all these little things, like multiple
choices you could choose from then eventually you could see your meter
being first in the middle Blue was good bad was obviously bad or lights side
dark side whatever and then eventually I would go so many times likes make so many
wrong choices on purpose that might my meter would go down and down until like it
was completely down to the red and then you had like these these veins on your head
with these really red eyes I felt so powerful with my I think I'd had like two
lightsabers I think a yellow one and a red one I don't know like these
little customizations and stuff you could do like with the
lightsaber color and stuff it was just cool it was cool it to have like this
little group around you you know like and like whenever you were fighting you
were be able to click on certain things that you wanted them to do automatically
fight I don't know I just really loved it I loved going through different types of
places and like doing these these quest things you know even though it was was kind of linear
but there's still a little bit of you know like side quests that
you could do it was kind of like an open world sort of feeling that it gave you
but it was good it was really good seeing this game remade and like maybe
have like more choices to it maybe making it like open world that would be
so fantastic it will be kind of like Knights of Old Republic the MMO but
then as a single-player game and that will be actually fantastic
Beyond Good and Evil so we're getting Beyond Good and Evil 2 which is a prequel to Beyond
Good and Evil and judging from what I've seen it looks phenomenal and to think of
that why aren't they like remaking the original good and evil with paige
I hope they're gonna remake it and if they do then I hope they're gonna like
completely recreate the world third-person perspective knowing what
they did with Beyond Good and Evil 2 so far I think they will make it look astonishing I
think we can't judge really yet but if 2 is gonna be very good then come
back to this video and hear me talk about it because then I know that they
have to do a remake of Beyond Good and Evil 1 with those little tiny puzzles in it
And the story with the piggy I forgot its name of the pig and then paige
and you with the thing that come out of the sky and it was just
a fun game to play but then completely redone that'll be awesome
so we're getting resident evil 2 next week the remake judging from what we saw
the trailer the gameplay phenomenal absolutely phenomenal if somehow they're
able to tie that in with Resident Evil 2 remake but then obviously Resident Evil 3
remade that'll be fantastic imagine if you would be Jill and you will like go
to the RPD and somehow you will see an NPC of Leon like going over the second
floor or something that'll be so amazing that you're able to spot them or
something I don't know like I'm just my mind is going crazy what I'm trying to
say is Resident Evil 2 got the remake it deserves because it was a
really good game now I also think that resident evil 3 deserves it's remake even
though it was kinda the same compared to the original
Resident Evil 2 except with 3 you had multiple choices then you would have
some sort of different ending kinda-ish but the little bits it was little
choices but it was still different now judging from that going back to a third person
perspective view with Jill imagine if the Nemesis would somehow
charge at you you're like walking throughout the street you're killing
zombies left and right and you hear all of sudden you hear like a door open
behind you and you turn around or maybe you don't have like this quick
quick turn you go around and then all of a suden there's the Nemesis huge F*cking guy charging
at you that would be one of the scariest things and apart from that though being
scary you know having the atmosphere the puzzles it would be great it would be
great to revisit that in 4k not only that but the puzzles were harder in
RE3 than in RE2 that's all based of on my own personal opinion thinking about that
though like the Nemesis, zombies, same atmosphere as Resident Evil 2 remake
cuz you know I played the demo holy crap I will poop my pants
I'm gonna poop my pants next week when it comes out cuz i pre-ordered it so I'm
definitely gonna poop my pants judging from that though I think just
like all of you, Jill Valentine, resident evil 3 nemesis it deserves a remake I'm
gonna be very honest with you on my list there are a lot of survival horror
games and it's because I guess as a kid I used to play them I was terrified by
them but I played them a lot and so this duology also deserves to be recreated
from the ground up and that's Dino Crisis 1 and 2 I got them both
originally on the PlayStation 1 I remember as a kid I never was able to
complete the first one but the 2nd one I completed a couple of times or
numerous times even but with one I was always stuck with the
whole with the laser stuff I never figured it out until until I think last
year when I replayed it and I was like hey oh that's how it works ha
kidding funny why did I not figure that out as a kid but one had more of a
claustrophobic feeling in that facility and with the Raptors and stuff hunting
you two had a more open feeling and it had two characters but compared
to each other I liked one more than two I like the style more of one the
claustrophobic feeling and also the layout the unit interface but with one
it felt more cheaper is that a good word for it I just didn't like it with all
the mechanics and stuff I really preferred one more it was really survival
survival this was more of a action-adventure-ish in my opinion I
could be wrong so they don't really have to remake two for me but they have to
remake one because one just as much of Resident Evil 2 and Silent Hill and
alone in the dark it was a really good game story apart from that was kind of
meh but it was cool it was creepy you had Raptors hunting you had the t-rex that was
trying to bite you all in all it was just fantastic and that's why this game
deserves a remake so i'm gonna name one more and it's Prince of Persia now we already
got some sort of remake a couple of years ago which was some sort of weird
style and I didn't like it it. The story felt convoluted and weird.
the Prince looked awful it was and I was kind of drawn or so It looked really awful
and I know that the sands of time already had a 3d remake in 2002 or
something which was called Prince of Persia sands of time after that we got
the warrior within and after that we got the two Thrones I never really liked
the two thrones was kind of meh but warrior within was kind of ok but I
really loved sands of time it's kind of like how
Assassin's Creed is nowadays kind of-ish
in that sort of sense but it had more puzzles you should basically see that it's like
Assassin's Creed with more puzzles with like time trials / time limits
where you have to like press on multiple buttons run as fast as you can over some
spikes and be able to make it through the door
that's basically what Prince of Persia is to think about it
redoing that game that'll be fantastic it will look great I mean seeing the
Prince of Persia redone re-imagined going through all these puzzly levels
that would definitely make my day Prince of Persia was kind of like a predecessor of
Assassins Creed so in that way it kind of deserves it yeah I think that
game would definitely be cool in 4k because the game mechanics were clunky
but they were good for what it was so they can redo that they can easily go
with third person perspective if they really wanted to it wasn't I mean
already was third-person but there were like certain times times were you had to like
glide over a wall and then jump and then it would like change the camera to a fixed
camera angle it would like follow you so it would like focus on like so here's a
pole you got to go through over there and then jump swing around and then jump
so if they will keep that sort of style it would definitely be amazing to see so
guys that was my list do you agree with me leave a comment below leave a like or
I will highly appreciate that don't forget to subscribe and hit the dingdong Bell
notification so you will be up-to-date for the next one there's a lot of videos
coming and I'm really looking forward to doing those and I'm kind of losing my
voice so that's why I'm not really in the mood making a little bit of
jokes like the previous video that I did please check out my previous video that
that I did and hopefully I'll see you guys next time thank you and bye bye

Invite Someone to Do Something in English—Speak Confident English - Duration: 5:30.
Hey,
it's Annemarie with Speak Confident English and I'm curious,
have you ever wanted to invite a coworker to get coffee after work or a drink?
Maybe you've wanted to ask your neighbor to a movie or to go to the museum with
you,
or maybe you met someone new and you just want to practice English with them.
How do you invite them to do that?
Maybe you don't because you get so nervous and you're not sure what to say and
in the end,
you never invite your friends,
your neighbors,
your colleagues to do something with you.
And today I want to help you change that.
In this lesson,
I want to give you the language that you can use to invite someone to do
something with you,
whether it's coming to your house for a dinner,
celebrating a birthday party,
or just going out for a coffee.
So get your calendar out because you're going to start making some plans.
The good news about today is this lesson is super simple.
I'm going to share with you the two ways that we do this in English and give you
a ton of examples.
The first one is simply asking a question.
This is the most direct way to invite someone to do something and it's best in
informal situations.
So people that you really know well or you know casually.
This could be your neighbors,
someone you've just met at your Yoga Studio,
a parent that you volunteer with,
or someone that you've gotten to know really well at work.
So let's look at some common questions that we use in English to make an
invitation.
Are you free to,
are you free to get a coffee Saturday after our yoga class?
Are you doing anything?
Are you doing anything this weekend?
Maybe we could catch a movie.
Would you like to,
would you like to come over for dinner sometime?
Do you wanna,
do you wanna go to a movie on Saturday?
Now?
Let me pause there for a moment.
Do you want to,
have you ever heard that word before,
wanna?
In that example,
I'm actually using connected speech.
I'm connecting the sounds between the words want and to...
do you want to,
but native speakers don't clearly say every word.
It sounds robotic.
Instead,
we blend or connect the sounds between the words so when we say do you want to,
it sounds like,
do you wanna do you want to catch a movie this weekend?
Now before we move on to the second way that we invite someone to do something,
if you want more examples of questions that we can use,
go to the online lesson after you've watched this video.
Now the second way to invite someone to do something with us is to let them know
what we would like this.
Now this strategy is more personal but it's also a little more formal so it's a
great one to use when you're just building a friendship or a relationship with
someone and here are some examples I wanted to invite you to.
I wanted to invite you to our holiday party next month.
I was wondering if,
I was wondering if you'd like to come to our house next week for dinner.
I'd love it if you can come or I'd love it if you can join me next week.
I'm having a big birthday party at my house.
I'd love it if you can come now.
Once again,
I've given you more examples in the online lesson and I've included a sample
dialogue of how we could put these different strategies together,
but now it's your turn to practice.
Before I give you the challenge questions,
if you found this lesson useful to you,
I would love to know,
and there are three really great ways that you can tell me that.
Number one,
be sure to give this video a thumbs up on YouTube and subscribe to this channel.
Number two,
share it with friends and colleagues on Facebook.
And finally,
if you know someone who would love to know how to invite someone to do something
in English,
be sure to email them this lesson.
Now here are two situations where you can use these strategies to practice
inviting someone to do something.
In situation.
number one,
imagine that you've started to get to know someone at your gym every time you
see him you have a great conversation,
you laugh a lot and you'd really loved to
get coffee sometime.
What could you say?
Then in situation number two,
you have a colleague at work that you've gotten to know and you would love to
invite your colleague and her family to your house for dinner.
What could you say?
As always,
be sure to share your comments and your questions with me in the comments just
below this video.
It's a great way to get immediate practice,
get feedback,
and learn from others in the Confident English community.
With that,
thank you so much for joining me this week and I look forward to seeing you next
time for your Confident English lesson.

5 PRO TIPS SPAMMERS DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW! | JUMP FORCE DISCUSSION - Duration: 6:05.
I know I know the spam got you again it's okay little Jimmy I got the guide
just for you! 5 tips spammers don't want you to know let's go!
ayo guys it's your favorite kage, enigma kage bringing you yet another video if you're
new to the channel welcome, subscribe stick around. I'm almost at 1k and you
can greatly help that as for the returning clan
I got the message guys via your Twitter my last guide was a hit and if you didn't
see it I advise you to check it out anyway you are here today because of
some whack spammer dude with either Goku, a swordsman, or even a CAC. If you can
master these five tips these spammers will be beneath you. starting at number five
play chess not checkers a spammer is usually rushing you with the intent of
you using your escape which he can further the punishment it's your goal
to not touch the damn L1 or LB. a combo string from a spammer is not too crazy
it's pretty much they're gonna be spamming the square or the X button now
do not get a good player with the ability to extend their combos mixed up
with a rushing spammer you know a spammer when you see them you have to
force them to escape then I would either escape chase or block right away because
it's chess not checkers remember he has no escape so wait for the opportunity to
put the hurt on them using a rush cancer it's also pretty good simply going for a
rush and then block it cancels right away which can throw them off normally
when they used to escape they're either gonna rush back into you or hopefully
waiting for you to rush in to spam the square button if you pause for a second
you won't be matched in the square of the X button because you're staying
still and that person doesn't have an escape. number four elements matter this
one's tough I'm not gonna lie so when you start the character select you
notice that some characters have higher resistance to certain elements while
others do not you can exploit that door in combat but that requires you
memorizing everybody stats why did I mention something so difficult
right well I fought a Cell user and he had an explosion that had a fire element
which Kenshin isn't too fond of I let's just say it was a struggle. so knowing a
character weakness can give you an edge. number three chasing versus instant
transmitting the normal combo string where you attack and smash them across
the screen and you zip right over normally consists of you just keep
hitting square or you keep hitting X right yeah take it easy with that you
know a lot of players can match the square of the X button initiate a high
speed counter which is something you want to avoid at all costs by simply
switching up you can do a load of a difference to chase someone simply at
the end of the combo string you press left or right with the "A" button that will
stop the timing on the counter, not always works all the time but you have a
greater chance of extending your combo with your assist to continue the
punishment number two super armor moves I know I
know I've cried about the super armor moves in the past but let me tell you
this it's here to stay and since it's here to stay it's only right that you
learn who are your super armor mains. I often use Sabo and Rukia. Sabo has a
super armor move which is his jumping claw attack. if you're feeling overwhelmed
use it. I didn't say spam it, but I say use it use it as a defense mechanism as well
as an offensive combo extender if I'm a luffy player and the guy is spamming me
with Kenshin you best believe I'm going to use my Red Hawk to get me out of
there I'm not gonna experiment but whatever you dish out to me I'm a dish
out to you and had that mentality because you're not going against a good
player he's trying to win at all costs it's our job to make sure he gets lower
ranked. so learn which super armor moves and used them on these spammers turn up
the heat oh no now I have integrity in this gamer but I'm not a fool if you
don't use them someone will use them on you
finally ultimate cancellation yes you have a chance to counter someone's
ultimate if you're lucky enough to hit the escape in Bravo but in reality you
can use your ultimate as a defensive maneuver rather than an offensive one
some players will take the punishment knowing they have an instant all any
time it's so frustrating to be fighting someone and you're got the upper hand
and you know it's too easy right now because that person is waiting to hit
you with all the first opening big half it's a highly annoying I wished it was a
small window for it here's the biggest tip of the day
whoever ults last wins. two things can happen though you guys can either cancel
each other out which I'm counting as a win because you didn't get hit by it or
you'll have the upper hand and win the battle it's not the greatest thing to do
but it's effective anyway guys I hope you enjoyed the video don't forget to
leave a like and tell me if I miss any techniques let's help each other out
let's put a stop to these spammers guys this is Enigma, signing off, peace.

How FLUENT in English do you want to be? A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2?? - Duration: 12:52.
I was about to go outside, right?
But I tried to sit down out there and it's just too windy. It's just too much noise
so, I was worried this microphone was gonna pick that all up so, I had to come inside and
Sit down on the couch here, guys. How you going?
I wanted to chat to you today about how deep you should go when learning English.
So, I... this came up,
I recently put up a video saying that I was interested in learning Italian, Spanish and French
As well as Portuguese at the same time. Now, looking back, that was probably very, very
ambitious in fact
over-ambitious and
It really ties in with
how deep I want to go in those languages, so
For a long time I've been watching guys on YouTube who are polyglots, right?
You guys have probably seen those polyglots who
Like to learn a lot of different languages and they tend to learn them for a year or two
Intensively, and then they move on to the next language,
but something I've always wondered with these guys is how deep they get into each language, to what level they get
in each language
You know, if you were to talk about the different levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C 2
At what level can you can you get to in those languages?
when you just spend 1 or 2 years studying that in your own time, and I guess
the biggest thing is that
Every time I saw these guys speaking my assumption was always that they are a native level, right? When you've got no background in
The language that you're hearing someone else speak
It's quite easy to overestimate their abilities in that language
Right? That happens to me sometimes with Portuguese where I'll be speaking with Kel or with other Brazilians and I can speak
Moderately, well, I would consider myself basically
Fluent, very basically in that I can communicate, I can talk to people who don't speak English and I can get my ideas across
Although it's very clunky. I make a lot of errors and it's not as, it's nowhere near as good as my English, right?
But I often have people ask me
How did you get so good at Portuguese it seems like you speak like a native?
When that is so far from the case, so made me realize that a lot of these polyglots
You would imagine, and again I can't tell you, maybe they are freaks who do speak
Every single language as fluently as they speak their mother language
But I really doubt it and I would say that a lot of them tend to
Overplay it, show off a bit and
Whether or not they explicitly tell other people that their levels are very high
They allow other people to think that their levels are very high
in all of the languages that they're learning, right? Or at least more so than they probably think themselves and
So I noticed that at least with French more recently that I spent years learning at school and then I spent another few years recently
Maybe two years ago learning intensely on my own. I got it to a pretty good level, but it quickly
Diminished and I lost the ground that I had
Sort of made in that language really quickly, but I found that it
Speaking has diminished a lot
I can't express my ideas anywhere near as well as I used to be able to, but I can hear and listen to things
Incredibly well and I still understand the majority of what's going on, you know, although I need practice, obviously.
So, what am I talking to you about this today? I was reassessing my sort of plan with learning Italian,
French
Portuguese and Spanish at the same time and there were two things that I sort of came up
I was chatting to a friend, Shana, about this and she's like one; these languages are too similar and you're gonna confuse yourself and
Two; if you're learning so many at once, you may be able to sort of, you know, learn a little bit from each one
But you won't get very far with them
So, made me sit down and think what do I really want out of the languages that I'm learning?
Do I want the same thing from all of the languages that I'm learning and
When will I be happy and what level in each of these languages
Am I aiming for and I had to sit down and I was thinking ok,
Portuguese is the primary language for me. My wife speaks Portuguese, our son who is going to be born in three or so months
will hopefully be learning Portuguese from birth
Hopefully, will be learning Portuguese from birth, and I want to be able to speak to him as effortlessly as possible
I'm never going to be native
But I want to aim
To be as good as possible
So, straight off the bat. It's obvious that I need to spend the majority of my time
focusing on Portuguese and not
Focusing on the other languages that may be useful in other realms, other areas of my life at some point in the future,
but current, you know, currently they're not anywhere near as useful as
Portuguese is which I'm speaking on a daily basis, so I want to get a very, very, very, very good level of
Portuguese, alright? So
aside from that so, that's sort of shifted me to now focusing effectively 80% of my time on
Portuguese, and I dabble a little bit with the others thinking that you know
I'll just expose myself to Italian and Spanish a little bit over time
And when I have more time and when my Portuguese is at a much higher level, maybe I'll focus on them more heavily
What was I going to get on to with Portuguese? But yeah, I really
reassessed it, it's so funny, I speak with Kel every day in Portuguese and
For probably five six hours a day
But it's always the same stuff, right? So, I've really noticed recently when I catch up with other friends who are Brazilians
Especially with a group of them
Every time I do that, it's a bloody strong
reality check
Every time I feel like I'm gaining a lot of ability in Portuguese
I can speak with Kel
Naturally about the things we're always talking about which tend to be the same things, which is why I'm getting good at saying
The phrases that I'm using all the time, but whenever there's a group of them
it's like the difficulty level goes from what I'm used to, to hardcore mode and
I get a reality check and realized that my Portuguese is horrible
Compared to what
I thought it was when I was just speaking one-on-one with Kel and so, that you could go either way
Right? You could use that to be a bit
Demotivated and not feel good about yourself, but I use that to be like, alright,
I'm going to push harder, I'm gonna try and learn even more. I'm gonna try getting even deeper into
this language and
That's why I sort of wanted to make this video today. I wanted to ask you guys when you're learning English
How deep do you want to go? What level do you want to get to? And
What is your plan for getting to that level? Because I found with myself with learning Portuguese and French and Italian and Spanish
quite often
It's pretty easy to think you're doing a lot
When you're playing around with duolingo, when you're watching YouTube, when you're reading a book, you know, but you're not really
actively
studying
Right? So, it's easy to get distracted and it's easy to think you're doing a lot when you may not really be doing a lot
And it's the same. Maybe you're in Australia. Maybe you're living in Melbourne. You're from China. You're from Japan
you're from France you from Brazil and
You go out and you can sort of kind of talk with people, your levels sort of basic fluency, right?
But you know that every time you're in a group you find it incredibly difficult or every time you watch movies
You get a bit lost because there's still a lot of vocab you don't know
What is your plan to learn that stuff, right? To learn that
Vocabulary, to learn those expressions, to be able to understand when multiple people are speaking all at once in a group
what is your plan to get from where you currently are to get to the point where you can understand those people and,
I guess more importantly, is that your goal, right? Because for me in
languages like
French, Italian and Spanish, it would be cool. It'll be amazing to speak them close to natively,
but I'm pretty aware of the the chances of that happening are incredibly, incredibly small
Right? So, I have to sort of decide, ok
I have to give myself a reality check and say I'm just gonna study those languages to try and get a bit of exposure
Because I just want the ability to sort of be able to communicate if I'm on holiday
Right? So, I know, I don't want to go too deep in those languages because it would mean sacrificing
How deep I can go in Portuguese and that is my primary goal, right?
So, if you're learning English, I want you to be thinking about how deep do you want to go?
Do you want to get to the point where you speak like a native speaker? You know, if that, if that is the
Highest goal possible, whether or not the average person can do it, if you imagine that is the extreme and
say at the bottom of that the
The basic ability is being able to ask for directions, you know, basic, basic, basic fluency, communicate when you're on holiday
Where between those two extremes do you want to go?
Firstly, how deep do you want to go in the language? And
Secondly, how are you going to get there?
Ok?
So, that's basically why I wanted to do this video today
To chat you about that and get you thinking about these things in English because maybe you don't
Want to get to a point where you sound
Like a native speaker when you're speaking English, right? Maybe that's not your interest at all
Maybe your basic,
your basic fluency in that language is all that you're after, you just want to be able to travel and
communicate with people even if you can't understand conversations about
Astrophysics with ten people talking in a group. Maybe that's not what you want, right?
And so, if that's not what you want, you shouldn't give yourself a hard time for not achieving that, right?
But if it is something that you want, you should also, you know,
pull your thumb out, pull your finger out, get off your ass and
work out a plan of how to
Approach that goal, that sort of destination, whether or not you'll ever get there
You need to be aiming for it and at least moving in that direction as quickly and as efficiently
As possible. Ok, so that's probably enough from me rabbiting on today,
But it's what I'm thinking about with Portuguese at the moment. I want to get deep in the language
I want to reach as higher level of fluency,
Of proficiency as I can as soon as I can so it means doing more, more, more, more more
Every day listening to podcasts, watching movies with subtitles on without subtitles
multiple times
Going to parties with brazilians, speaking for eight hours. I did that last weekend
We had four people come over to have dinner with us, have lunch with us. They stayed from 12 until 8 or 9 p.m
And we just spoke Portuguese the whole time
I was so exhausted after that, but it was such a good experience
And every time I noticed how much my Portuguese jumps up a little bit, right? It's it's that
Those little gains where you've learned a bunch of vocab. You've done a lot of exercise, right?
And so yeah, I don't know where I was going with that point
But that happened to me recently and that's kind of what's motivated me and shown me how much I still have to learn
It's made me want to work out a plan to get to that
That goal
And it's also made me see that I want to get to that goal
Ok? And how I need to treat the other languages that I'm also interested in learning
In the future. Ok. Anyway, thank you so much for joining me, guys!

Wealthy Democrats Meet In DC To Discuss Which Candidates They Want To Buy - Duration: 4:25.
There was a very interesting article in the New York Times that came out this week that
talked about the fact that Barack Obama may not be endorsing anyone for president in 2020
but that's not the interesting part.
I honest to God, could not care less about that part of the story.
What was interesting where the first two paragraphs of the story that actually told an important
story that the New York Times then totally dismissed and moved on from to talk about,
we'll Obama endorsed anybody who knows, maybe you won't even endorse Joe Biden.
And here's the real story that the New York Times buried in the first two paragraphs,
a secret meeting of former president Barack Obama's financial backers convened in Washington
early this month.
Uh, the group interviewed and array of 2020 presidential candidates and debated whether
to throw their wealth behind one or two of them.
All right?
That's the first paragraph of this story.
So we have a bunch of wealthy donors, people who had given to Barack Obama, which is kind
of irrelevant.
That sentence didn't need to be in there, but sure.
Why not throw it in?
Um, they met in DC, I'm in a secret meeting.
They interviewed 20, 20 Democratic presidential candidates and then talk to monks themselves
about which one of those candidates do we want to buy?
Ah, who seems like a good investment?
Who are we going to throw our millions of dollars behind to try to buy them off?
And then the rest of the article just goes into Obama.
Well, he's staying pretty silent in this 20, 20 election.
He's not endorsing anybody.
You miss the story here.
We have wealthy American citizens with more money than they know what to do with sitting
around at a little secret meeting in DC, meeting with Democratic presidential candidates, including
Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar and Sharon Brown interviewing them to see
if they're going to be their candidate.
You know, like this is some really creeped out version of American idol.
You know, I guess they had to stand up on a stage and do a little audition saying, I,
I'm not going to raise taxes on corporations.
I, I, I'm not going to institute a marginal tax rate.
Please pick me.
Give me that golden ticket to go to the White House.
That's what's happening in the New York Times.
100% missed the damn story here.
It is infuriating.
I want to know more about this secret cabal of wealthy democratic donors who are out there
acting like they're the gatekeepers.
They're not, I don't know exactly who all of these wealthy donors were not.
It's unfortunate, but again, that's a failure of the New York Times right here.
We need to know who these people are.
We need to know if any other candidates joined into these meetings.
We need to know what was discussed and we need to know what kind of promises these candidates
are making to their donors and if they're different than the promises they're making
to the American public.
This is why people don't trust the Democratic Party.
You know?
It's pretty much a guarantee that it, Republican politicians are going to be paid off and at
this point it's pretty much a guarantee.
The democratic politicians are going to be paid off, but we have seen some candidates
openly reject any corporate PAC money.
The DNC itself wouldn't do that.
They'll still take the money, but we have seen candidates and now Bernie Sanders enters
the fray.
How's that going to work out with these other candidates?
Meeting behind closed doors with these wealthy donors whose names we don't even know?
We don't even know what industries they're from.
This is going to be a disgusting and ugly primary process, folks, I think.
I think that's something we can all agree on because if we do have people like Harris
and Booker and Klobuchar and Brown meeting behind closed doors with wealthy people trying
to buy them off, then yeah, we're in for a very ugly year and a half until we get to
the 2020 elections.

Desus and Mero Want to Take Howard Schultz Back to the Projects - Duration: 5:04.
-Will you have other politicians on the show,
how do you think you'll deal with politicians as guests?
-We're just gonna get in their face! You know what I'm sayin'?
Like, no softball questions.
You know what I mean? Like, just, like, you know...
And people come to our show for, like, humor.
So it's like -- We're gonna talk policy and stuff like that,
but it's not gonna be, like, super-duper --
It's not gonna [bleep] "Charlie Rose."
You know what I mean? Oh, I just cursed.
-Wow. Keeping the record going, by the way.
-Yeah! -The new record is that is
by far the longest you guys have gone without cursing.
[ Laughter ] By far.
-Showtime was getting worried like, "Did they lose it?"
-"That Mero missed a step, man."
-No, it's gonna be fun to have politicians on,
because, like, we're not that invested
in the political process, so we're not really doing research.
So it's just like, "Oh, so...
Bernie Sanders, you're old as [bleep]."
-"Why you talking to us?
What was your bar mitzvah like in 18-oh-12?"
-One good thing -- We're gonna take Howard Schultz, because he's always running --
You know, he said he's from the projects.
We're gonna take him back to the projects.
-You are? You're gonna take Howard Schultz back to the projects.
-And see what his hood rep is like.
See if he's really out there, hanging with the gang.
-It seems like he maybe, over the years,
has lost a little hood rep.
-Maybe, possibly. I mean, you move to Seattle,
you start making coffee, maybe people start
looking at you different in the projects.
-So we got to find out. We got to go to Brooklyn and find out if they're afraid --
Does Howard Schultz's name bang in these streets?
-Does your name ring bells in the hood?
-If you say, "Yo, Howard Schultz is coming,"
are people are tucking in their chains?
"Yo, he's coming? [Bleep]."
-"Yo, they call me Big Bean!"
-"Chill, chill, chill." -Big Bean.
-"I'll turn your house into a Starbucks."
You're like, "No, no, no."
-"Yo, you tryin' to get roasted?!"
Like, "Chill, Howie." -"Keep that venti on me."
-You know, one of these days, Obama's gonna have a book.
He's gonna want to do the rounds.
Would you guys like to have Obama on your show?
-Absolutely. -We would love to have Obama on,
but we don't want to ruin his legacy.
Because Obama on our show would be wildin'.
Like, could you American people
imagine if Obama comes out in, like, a do-rag?
-You know what I'm saying? Like, a Nike Tech suit.
-Brushing like, his waves, the whole time he's talking to us.
We're playing spades.
"-Lookit. My waves are spinning."
-He's like, "Yo, your chain ain't on that book, my guy."
He has a legacy. We'll keep it there.
-So that's -- As a service to him,
you will not have him on the show.
-Imagine you get Obama on there freaking a Black & Mild.
-You know what I mean? -Getting the tobacco out of it.
Like, "This is how you get the cancer out."
-We're shooting dice with Obama in between takes.
-"You got a studio? I want to drop a verse."
-"Get me in the booth. I got fire."
-You guys -- You know, I want to ask about this, if this is true.
I have heard tell that "Bodega Boys,"
your podcast, which is great --
[ Cheers and applause ]
There were people in the Obama administration --
-Yeah! Ah-ah-ah! -Shout-out to the Hive.
-People in the Obama administration
supposedly listened to it in the White House.
Have you heard that? -Yes, we heard.
Someone that worked on staff
used to play the "Bodega Boys" podcast out loud,
which I don't know why --
It's one of the worst podcasts I've ever heard.
But Obama comes in, and he's like, "These guys are funny."
-Which is wild to me.
Because it's like, yo, if you play this podcast out loud,
that's, like, gonna get you in HR's office in 20 minutes.
-Yeah. -Yeah. Like, there's no way.
-It also bothers me because I'm like,
"Damn, like, Donald Trump would love
the [bleep] out of this podcast."
-Yeah, man. It kind of makes me sad. It's like, "Damn."
He's like, "I like those guys. -"I like them. They're nasty.
-They're very New York. Very nasty.
-They say what they want."
-Yo. I also love to pee on things."
[ Laughter ]
-Did you ever think of trying to --
You know, with Obama saying you're funny,
that's pretty high praise.
Did you ever try to reach out and get him
to maybe give you guys a quote for something,
you know, that'd look good on a poster?
-Yeah, we did, and then the letter from Secret Service
was like, "Don't ever [bleep]."
[ Laughter ]
Then they also put my mother's home address at the bottom.
I don't know what that was about.
I was like, "I get the message." -They know things.
-Yeah, they did the same thing with my mother-in-law's,
but they put crosses over it, and I was just like, "Eh."
-Do you guys -- How do you -- How has the adjustment been?
I mean, obviously, you've been working together forever.
Doing a new show, getting it up on your feet.
I can't wait to watch on Thursday.
But has it felt natural being at a new place?
-Yeah. -You know what?
At this point, it feels like muscle memory.
And, also, it's like, we also
feel like we're perpetrating a scam on Showtime.
Like we're just taking money from them.
They're not getting a show next Thursday.
We're going to Africa, baby. -Yeah.
Catch me in D.R. in a compound, bro.
-I'll be like, "Yo, remember when we scammed Showtime?"
[ Both chortling ]
-Via Skype like... [ Both chortling ]
[ Applause ]
-And what about -- Are hours the same?
You guys working any harder? -It's weird.
We do one show a week, but we have to work more now.
-It's so bizarre. -This is our 1% complaint.
You know? Like, "Oh, my God."
Oh, I got to get in a luxury SUV at 10:00 a.m.
Woe is me.
-"Oh, my God. I have to wake up at 10:00 a.m."
-I don't know what I want from Seamless. Just order anything."
[ Laughter ]
-Well, I can't wait to see it.
It is just so great to have you guys on TV.
It's so great to have you here, as always.
-Thanks for having us. -Thanks for coming back.
-And you're gonna be on our show.
-I'm gonna be there. All you have to do is ask.

Where You Want To Be: Kaila and Tyler Oakley | McDonald's - Duration: 2:01.
[Kaila] My name is Kaila.
I'm from Lansing, Michigan and I work at McDonald's.
McDonald's has a program called "Where You Want To Be,"
and it connects restaurant employees like me
with a mentor like Tyler Oakley.
I actually met Tyler last year when he showed up to film at my McDonald's.
He was an alumni from McDonald's.
He knows all about social media and content creation and that's what I want to do.
Today, I get to flip the script and spend a day with him at his job.
[Both] * Screams * [Tyler] How are you?!
[Kaila] Good! How are you?!
[Tyler] I am so good!
I have a YouTube channel. I have a weekly podcast.
It's been the best career I could ever imagine.
[Kaila] You are my mentor today.
[Tyler] Which is perfect cause what are we doing today on the podcast?
[Korey] Today we are actually doing an episode based all about careers and jobs.
[Kaila] McDonald's was both our first jobs so… - [Tyler] I feel like it all makes sense then.
[Kaila] It's' the connection - [Tyler] Let's do it!
[Tyler] When I was working at McDonald's I was also learning these skills that were really integral to what I do now.
Whether it's working on a team and understanding like what you each bring to the table to make something bigger than just yourself.
Those things are things that I use every single day in my job today.
Everything that I upload is really done because they're able to help me make it.
[Kaila] So you're the magic? - [All] * Laughing *
[Tyler] Truly the magic.
[Kaila] McDonald's taught me a lot about teamwork. You're working towards one goal and making it great.
Teamwork is just everything.
[Tyler] Those are the types of things that every single job really relies on
and when you learn that early on at a place like McDonald's, people realize you're an asset
and you're worthy of being on their team.
[Kaila] I wanted to make you an official teammate.
[Tyler] Oh my god! - [Kaila] I got you a lovely name tag
[Tyler] Oh my god, thank you so much! - [Kaila] As a token of my appreciation.
[Kaila] To see someone like Tyler start from McDonald's and be a star showed me that I can do anything I want to do.

Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar on if the US can have Medicare for all: It could be a possibility in the future. Im just looking at something that will work now.
What we need is to expand coverage so people can have a choice for a public option. And thats a start. And you can do it with Medicare. You can do it many ways. But you can also do it with Medicaid, something I dont think were talking about enough as a potential solution. This is a bill that I am one of the original sponsors of, Sen. Sanders is also sponsoring it, its a bill by Brian Schatz, who is a senator from the state of Hawaii, and what it basically says is Lets expand Medicaid so you can buy into Medicaid, and itll bring the prices down, and we can cover more people.

Gefeliciteerd! Schuinsmarcheerder Pechtold is papa geworden, want Penthouse-babe Anne Lok is bevalle - Duration: 2:54.
Alexander Pechtold is enkele weken geleden opnieuw vader geworden.
