Gentlemen, this is Mantelligence.

Today we're showing you exactly what to do when a beautiful girl looks at you.

And because reacting to a girl's look is actually much easier to get wrong than it

is to get right, we're also showing you the #1 thing that

almost all guys do to kill their chances when a girl looks their way

So...to make sure you keep your cool, here are the 7 steps to responding with extreme

confidence when a woman looks at you + the number 1 thing you NEED to avoid.

#1. Win The Eye Contact Game

While the game may be simple, unfortunately,

it's also one that most guys lose.

Here's how it works: When a girl looks at you,

acknowledge her gaze for as long as you can.

But, instead of looking for too long ... be the one to look away first.

Not only does playing this game help you to t to confidently return eye contact,

but winning also means that you don't intimidate her into looking away first.

#2. Smile Deliberately

There's no way around it.

If she looks at you and you don't smile, the chances of her looking at you again the

same way are slim to none.

And even if you don't end up talking to her, smiling more can be a life-changing habit.

So the second thing you're going to want to do when a girl looks at you,

is give her a warm, confident smile that lets her know you won't bite if she wanted to

talk..

#3. Break the Voice Barrier by Saying Hi

Even if you're attractive to her, before

she can envision you as a guy she really wants, she needs to first envision you as a guy she

can talk to.

And that first step towards that, is breaking the voice barrier.

Think about it: before you say anything, you're really just

some guy to her.

But even if all you say is hi, you get placed in a different category compared

to everyone else.

#4. Decide if You Actually Want to Talk

Guys often forget this one.

But just because a girl is looking at you, doesn't mean you need to drop what you're

doing and immediately talk to her.

So after you've made that initial eye contact, smiled and maybe said something to her,

...take a moment to ask yourself if you actually want to pursue this girl.

Does she really interest you?

Or is it just that you think you have a chance with her?

If you find out you don't really want to talk, no big deal.

just get back to what you were doing in the first place.

And if you do?

Well now you've got to start planning on trying to talk to her

#5.Wait for 2nd Eye Contact

At this point, if you've decided you definitely

do want to talk to her, but still aren't totally sure that she actually

wants to talk to you, ...the next thing you've got to do is wait

to get that second eye contact.

Now, if you played it right, your initial eye contact was a great start,

but it's the 2nd eye contact that really lets you know if you've actually got a chance

with a girl.

So without looking too obvious, just sit back, relax and see if you can catch her looking

again.

#6.Set the Stage with Your Body Language

Now that you know she's looking, you've

got one thing to do, ...and it begins with your body language.

Here's what you do: If you're not already, turn your body towards

her direction, feet, face and all, and then without doing anything else, just

get back to what you were doing.

That's it.

Seem too good to be true?

Well here's how it works: First, by turning your body towards her, you're

subconsciously telling her that she has your attention.

and second: By getting back to what you were doing,

you silently engineer a pleasant, low-pressure atmosphere

...that's absolutely perfect for a fun, flirtatious conversation.

#7. Go Talk To Her

From start to finish, the whole exchange really

shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

So if you feel good about it, there's only one thing left to do.

Start talking to her!

Because if she's making repeated eye contact, smiling and (most of all), seems relaxed around

you...what have you got to lose?

If there's one thing that can immediately make a girl stop looking and never look again,

it's to look away as soon as your eyes meet.

Guys look, among the many things a girl is looking for

confidence is usually at the top of the list.

So when she looks at you, one of the things she's probably really

hoping to see is that you're not totally afraid of her.

Now just so we're clear, that does NOT mean stare her down to show her you aren't scared,

All it means is to try not to do the one big turn-off that 99.9% of shy guys are automatically

going to do: ...which is to pretend they weren't looking

when she obviously knows they were.

That's 7 things to do when a girl looks at you, and the 1 thing you never want to

get caught doing.

hi everybody I'm Paula and I'm in Roblox. No just kidding I know you know that

I'm at my house right so anyway I have a question for you well first of all how

are you doing what's going on in your life are you in school and how is school

if you are in it but anyway what I made this video mainly for is I wanted to

find out what type of roblox game is your favorite okay now I put them into

five types and you correct me if I miss something I can only put five things in

the poll and make sure you take the poll please because I want to see what

everybody's favorite type is also I have one more thing to ask you when you pick

your favorite type do me a favor and in the comments let me know what your

favorite type is and what your favorite game is seriously because there's a lot

of games I don't know on roblox I was looking around the other night and I was

overwhelmed seriously it's amazing oh my gosh there is so much up there so these

are the types that I see just by looking at them and filming one you know kind of

looking around to see what everybody's made okay number one survival games

there are a lot of them seriously and you know this because you play roblox

but um some types like I guess I would put

Prison Break into that category I'm not sure because it's kind of hard to know

where to put that one because they don't like uh I mean you're escaping right so

I guess that's kind of survival maybe or at least somebody's gonna catch you so I

didn't know what to call this whole thing but okay like survived the

disaster that kind of thing and I know there's natural disasters there's mega

disasters there are all kinds of disaster games and those are amazing I

love all those of course I'm sure there's some I haven't played coz

there's a lot but also there are a lot of fighting games like I've noticed all

the simulator games those are so cool oh my gosh like I played the junk-food

simulator which people were like getting huge and fighting and boxing simulator I

saw that and I know there's other ones but you know there's a lot in this okay

like stop it slender that's where slender is after you obviously or

wouldn't be called that right yeah that was stupid okay there is okay what was

the other one there's like creepypasta creepypasta games where they like you

try to attack you the horror elevators things like that

okay the next type roleplay there are tons of role play games up there on

roblox oh my gosh that's amazing there's mermaids oh the neverland lagoon

I think I've been in that one a Miep city all kinds of things that are really

super cool what about roblox high school that would be under that category right

I mean that's kind of role-playing I know there's a lot of five nights at

freddy's role plays undertale things like that bendy they have everything

even tattletale oh my gosh so there's a lot of roleplay places and I bet you

guys love that I did not have that when I was a kid I would have loved robots I

mean I would have been a super big fan of roblox seriously okay all B's that is

a big one and I love those oh my goodness I love all B's I'm not very

good at them okay so if you look at any of my videos on top you'll see that I

die a lot I mean I'm not good at all so I don't even want to say I'm a little

bit good but there's so much fun even when you like fail at them there's so

much fun and you can always come back and try again

right but there's all kinds of things like escape grandpa escape

who knows what dentist there's escape er I even saw an escape the toilet I mean

con there's all kinds and the aquarium hobby I know there's somebody cut fat

paps that makes a lot of Abhi's and I see other people that I kind of see

their name in Abhi's but I can't remember what they all were but you let

me know if you have like a favorite hobby or maybe one that I just haven't

seen yet and there's a lot of stuff I haven't

seen you know I mean a lot number for designing games oh my I love those too I

think I like everything about roblox seriously but when I think of designing

I think of fashion frenzy things like that you know where you dress up and

you've got like a time limit and you got to have people vote on you that was so

much fun I love that game there are things like

salons where you can kind of dress up and all that stuff there's all kinds of

them I don't know what all goes under designing but you know let me know if

you know a really good one I'm sure I've missed a lot but I think that is a neat

idea that they have stuff up there next one number five some roblox tycoon games

like I see everything like five nights at Freddy's tycoon millionaire tycoon I

don't know if that's really one but all kinds of tycoon games I've never played

one seriously I got in one once and it got so confused I didn't know what was

going on but I need to try one I really do because I'd probably like it but

please take the poll and let me know which one you like the best which type

of roblox games here are the ones that I came up with

I have survival games roleplay and if you wonder why I'm looking down I have

them written down here because I was afraid I forget it look like a total

idiot like I don't already Bobby's designing games and roblox

tycoon games so let me know in the comments to you know like if there's a

really favorite game cuz I want to write all these down I want to keep them I

want to try them of course I can't try them all but I want to try to try them

What The Most Famous TV Nerds Look Like In Real Life - Duration: 6:12.

Nerds on TV tend to be caricatures of their real life geeky counterparts — all in the

name of comedy.

And it's not enough to just act the part.

The performers behind TV's most famous nerds have to look the part as well, and it's often

a radical departure from their actual looks.

Here's what these fictional geeks are like in real life.

Jaleel White as Urkel

For most of us, Jaleel White will always be Steve Urkel from Family Matters.

"I guess I do have a healthy does of the ole animal magnetism"

And that's been a problem for White's acting career.

People see the iconic Urkel every time they look at White, even though he tells TV Guide,

"I wasn't a nerd by any stretch of the imagination and [I was] decidedly more a jock."

Urkel was famous for his suspenders and high-waisted pants while White preferred Jordans and Nike

jumpsuits in those days.

Urkel geeked out over polka music while White opted for gangsta rap toward the end of the

show's run.

Now a goateed father in his 40s, White, who has landed lower-profile roles over the years,

learned to embrace his past.

And according to the Hollywood Reporter, he's even open to a Family Matters reboot.

"You did good."

"You love me don't ya"

Alfonso Ribeiro as Carlton

It didn't take much to get Carlton Banks to break out into dance on The Fresh Prince of

Bel-Air.

"But Carlton, he's not exactly our type"

The actor who portrayed Banks, Alfonso Ribeiro, on the other hand, isn't as enthusiastic about

his trademark "Carlton dance," especially since it has come up every time he's appeared

in public for over two decades.

He told ABC News,

"I get asked to do the dance every day I leave the house.

I never want to take away their enjoyment of the moment.

But […] I'm not a dancing puppet."

Ribeiro — who shares Banks' wholesome reputation as the host of the family-friendly America's

Funniest Home Videos — is a former Dancing with the Stars champion.

And yes, he served up what his fans really wanted.

Rainn Wilson as Dwight

Because he was so believable in the role of Dwight Schrute, Rainn Wilson often has to

convince fans of The Office that he and his character are not the same person.

"I am not a hero, I'm a mere defender of the office.

You know who is a real hero?

Hero from Heroes"

He told Big Think,

"[Everyone] thinks I'm Dwight […] That I'm this kind of annoying, difficult, nerdy, creepy

guy.

[...] Although I'm a little bit nerdy, annoying and creepy, I'm not as much as Dwight Schrute."

Wilson's the first to admit he used to be a nerd in school.

He played Dungeons and Dragons and the bassoon, and was part of the chess team, computer club,

and marching band.

He told Seattle's KUOW,

"It was this weird little stinky petri dish of nerd-dom where we could just express our

humor and our weirdness.

And I'm really grateful for that."

Wilson has since gotten married and had a son.

He's a vegan and devoted follower of the Baha'i Faith.

Alison Brie as Annie

Alison Brie isn't a goody two-shoes.

She just plays them on TV — including Community overachiever Annie Edison.

"No!

I've never gotten a zero before"

She dished the truth to The New York Post, saying,

"The biggest misconception about me is that I'm very wholesome.

[...] And I'm really not.

I had a very wild 20s.

If I was going out with you, it was going to be a crazy night."

Not as crazy: Brie's teen years.

Like Edison, who ran for class president, Brie also got involved in extracurriculars,

telling the Daily Beast,

"I was kind of nerdy and by senior year was President of the Drama Club.

[...] And because I was in drama, I had to have good grades so I could do the plays."

She admitted to the Post she once rebelled and got her tongue pierced, but that only

lasted a week.

She said,

"I was too nerdy to have a tongue ring, and everybody knew it."

"You know the Charleston is like, my dance."

Jim Parsons as Sheldon

Sheldon Cooper wears his geekdom on his sleeve ...

"If I may use a superhero analogy."

"You may not."

OK I'll use real people"

The boy genius-turned-theoretical physicist— played by Emmy-winner Jim Parsons — likes

to flaunt his Star Trek fandom, spouting Klingon on occasion.

Just don't expect him to perfectly execute the Vulcan salute.

Parsons told Canadian media that a Big Bang Theory viewer once wrote an angry letter after

he attempted Mr. Spock's trademark hand gesture in an episode because his form wasn't up to

snuff.

But that's because Parsons isn't the sci-fi fanatic that he plays on TV.

He told Time,

"I'm very forthcoming.

I've never seen Star Trek.

I don't know Doctor Who."

Parsons isn't as studious as Cooper either.

He told Vanity Fair he failed meteorology in college, mostly because he skipped class

and was focused on theater.

"Science is everything, but I'm not watching more NOVA."

Melissa Rauch as Bernadette

The first thing you'll probably notice about Melissa Rauch is that she sounds nothing like

the character she plays on The Big Bang Theory.

"Damn.

All I got for Valentines day was a postcard saying my Vermont teddy bear was backordered."

Rauch told the Rubin Report some fans are caught off guard by her real voice, revealing,

"Sometimes I'll get recognized and then they'll hear my voice and be like 'Oh, that's not

you.

That's not you.'"

Rauch isn't the science geek that Bernadette is either.

She's a life-long stand up comedy fan who studied acting in college — not microbiology,

like her character.

She told the HuffPost,

"There's science information that's given to me in every script that are things I never

thought I would learn.

[...] My character did experiments with rhesus monkeys.

I didn't even know rhesus monkeys existed."

America Ferrera as Betty

Ugly Betty protagonist Betty Suarez isn't your classic beauty.

The clumsy fashion journalist played by America Ferrera started off the series with braces,

thick-rimmed glasses, unkempt eyebrows, and a wardrobe that constantly clashed.

"I know most of your magazines inside out I try to devour as much as I can."

"...clearly"

But Ferrera told Redbook that she could relate to Betty's "go-getter" spirit.

She revealed that friends and family used to tell her,

"You're Latino.

That's not really what they want in Hollywood.

You're short.

You're not the image, you know, of what a beautiful Hollywood star is."

Thankfully, she persevered.

Now that she's landed a starring role on Superstore, where she looks a little more like herself,

Ferrera admits she misses her Ugly Betty wardrobe.

She told Loose Women,

"As crazy as she looked, she was always wearing designer clothes.

I tried to take some of her clothes when the show was over actually."

WHAT THE HELL? (What is hell like?) - Contemplate This - Dr. Michelle Medrano - Episode 11 - [ CSL ] - Duration: 4:06.

Hi, this is Michelle Medrano.

Welcome to another episode of 'Contemplate This' where we contemplate you questions

and spiritual issues.

Today's episode is entitled 'What the Hell?'

And I love this title.

I didn't make it up, my friend, Bobby who is filming this; it was his idea.

So, thank you Bobby.

And I love this idea because so many of us struggle with hell.

With the concept of hell and the afterlife and with the feeling that we are afraid we

might end up there and with the feeling of life just being kind of hellish at times.

So, what is this all about?

And I love what our founder, Ernest Holmes, had to say about this.

Dr. Holmes said that heaven and hell are states of mind.

And they're states of mind that we can experience at any point in our journey of living here

and in the next life.

Heaven is any state of mind where we feel connected.

Where we feel that feeling of awe and awesome connection to the universal life that is pouring

through us and where we're seeing life through that lens - through that beautiful, open hearted

space of being-ness, that's heaven.

And, conversely, hell is a state of mind where we are seeing the opposite, where we're

feeling disconnected, separate, disenfranchised.

We don't feel that connection within us or around us.

And so, in these definitions then, I suspect that everyone of us in this life have experienced

heaven and have experienced hell.

You may be experiencing on or the other right this very moment.

And so, what we honor and recognize is that when we're going through hell, and we all

will in this lifetime, have those moments of disconnect that Terry Cole-Whittaker said

"If you're walking through the valley of the shadow of death, don't pitch a tent."

So it's an understanding that if we're going through hell to remember that we're

moving through it, that its a state of mind that is a feeling state, and that we continue

to work with ourselves and work with our ideas and work with our thoughts and work with our

emotions and stay present to it such that we can shift our awareness because then something

beautiful happens; and i've seen this many times in my life and the life of other people:

they're going through hell, the conditions are hellish but they're experiencing heaven.

I think that people have talked about this who've gone through some of the worst scenarios

we could imagine.

Being in a concentration camp but recognizing that no one could take away the freedom of

mind and thought to think beautiful and expansive thoughts; to be in hell, but to chose heaven.

That, really then, becomes on of the greatest, sometimes joyful, sometimes puzzling challenges

of being human.

And we don't believe there is a place called 'Hell' where people go after they die.

There may or may not be these states available to us after we die.

But in this teaching, in this belief and in many of the mystical teachings throughout

the ages, we believe and accept that there is a loving, unconditionally loving God that

embraces all of us all the time.

Let yourself be embraced by heaven today.

What Seminary Didn't Teach Don Carson - Duration: 3:58.

- [Don Carson] I don't think I could mention just one thing,

that's ducking a little bit. One of the most important things is what

might be called people smarts, people relationships.

Some of those things are learned by experience, by years, by patience,

by dealing with people of different sorts. I tend to be quick in the judgments

I make, quick in my assessments of situations, and to take time to let people

get there to be themselves, to listen, to know how to handle

different situations. I've still got a lot to learn,

but a lot of that is not learnable in a course. There are some things that can be

taught in a course, but a lot of that is learned with more birthdays where you're

committed to building up the people of God. I was with John Stott on one occasion

when some of us were asking him, "What do you do after you've spoken at a

large meeting and somebody comes up to you and you're tired, you want to get back

to your hotel and they want to talk, and to talk, and talk,

and talk about themselves, talk about what they're doing,

corner you on your time, probe into your life and you basically

want to excuse yourself and go to bed. Well, what do you do?

How do you handle that?" And he said very quietly,

"I pray for them." And there have been many times since hearing that when I've

wanted to push people away and on some occasions you have to.

Sometimes they are emotionally deficient and until somebody moves them away,

they're going to stay with you. There have to be escape routes.

I understand that. But I've learned much better to pray for people who are awkward

than merely to push them away. There is, in the second place,

a kind of creative element, an entrepreneurial element.

Instead of viewing the ministry as merely keeping the machinery going,

preparing for the next sermon, preparing for the next Bible study,

preparing for the next elders meeting, that's part of it, but part of good

pastoral leadership is trying to think strategically about what we should be

doing in evangelism or what we should be doing in discipleship in the church,

to analyze what we have been doing wrongly. And that takes a certain kind

of creative energy and entrepreneurial spirit of responsibility to be not only

a shepherd, a pastor, and an elder, but an overseer. And all three words

in the New Testament refer to one person, one office. And this ministry of oversight

that requires superintending care and creative thought to see where we go as a

body in this place, some of that is learned in experience,

talking with other people, being mentored by somebody who is a

little older, and so forth. Those are things that you can talk

about in a seminary, probably they were talked about at the

seminary that I went to, but I doubt that I picked any of it

up until I got into the ministry myself.

What Is Unity ECS? - Duration: 6:46.

If you've been keeping up with Unity's feature roadmap or the beta program, then you

already know that there are a ton of exciting features planned for Unity in 2018.

But the one feature that I'm personally really excited for is the new implementation of ECS.

If aren't sure what that is, or you'd like to learn more about it, then this is the video for you.

Let's start things off with a formal definition.

ECS stands for "Entity-Component-System".

Entity-Component-System is a design pattern consisting of, you guessed it, entities, components, and systems

An entity is a collection of components.

Entities are usually implemented as barebones objects

consisting of nothing more than a unique ID.

A component is a data container.

Components contain one or more value fields that relate to one aspect of an entity.

A system operates on a collection of entities that are made up of a specific subset of components.

They define your game's behavior, and are the only objects the actually contain logic.

Let's take a look at a high level example.

Here's a diagram containing the components for an entity that I've decided to call

"Player".

But it isn't this entity's name that makes it function as the player's avatar.

Rather, it's the player entity's components, and the systems that act on those components,

that give it that functionality.

For instance, player has a view component.

Well, if we added a render system to our game, whose job it was to draw any entities that

contained a view component, then we'd be able to see our player and other entities

on the screen.

And if we added another system, called input system, that acted on entities with a physics

and input component, then we could actually begin to control the player entity.

T hat's basically how Entity-Component-Systems work.

Your logic lives in systems that define behaviour for entities that contain only the components

that those systems care about.

This is just as true for a system that operates on a single entity as it is for one that iterates

over hundreds of entities.

It's definitely an interesting approach to architecting your game code.

And so far, game code is actually all we've really focused on.

But one of the coolest things about Unity ECS is that systems are eventually going to be

used for every aspect of Unity's life cycle.

Game code, editor code, asset pipeline code, and engine code will alI utilize ECS.

And that's insane because it means that one day we'll have control over almost every aspect

of Unity.

Don't like the rendering engine?

Replace Unity's rendering system with your own!

Want to implement your own custom physics simulations?

Add your own physics system on top of Unity's.

Need to support plugins for your game?

Hook into Unity's asset pipeline system, and give it that functionality.

Now that would be a pretty big change for Unity.

Which leads us to an important question that you may already be asking yourself.

How performant is Unity ECS?

Well, believe it or not, performance is actually one of the the biggest driving forces behind

all of these changes.

So much so that the creators have gone as far as to promise performance by default.

But what does that actually mean?

The idea is to make it incredibly simple to write efficient machine code for all platforms.

Unity ECS makes this possible through a few key features.

The first is an optimized data layout.

When you write your code using pure Unity ECS, your component data is guaranteed to

be stored in memory linearly.

This means that your systems will access entity components in the most optimal way possible.

Data access just doesn't get much faster than that.

The second is multithreaded code.

Systems in pure Unity ECS are implemented as jobs, and are ran by Unity's new C# job

system.

If you aren't familiar with the C# job system, let's just say that it allows you to write

multithreaded code in a safe and simple way.

With very little effort, all of your systems will run in parallel and utilize all of the

cores in your processor.

The third and final feature is Unity's new Burst compiler.

The Burst compiler was designed to compile C# job code in the most optimized way possible.

It's so powerful that some demo ECS code compiled using Burst has almost reached the

theoretical limit of performance, instantiating 100,000 entities in only 10 milliseconds.

If that wasn't impressive enough, check out this demo created for Unite Austin 2017,

that showcases just how powerful Unity ECS can be.

You're looking at a massive battle simulation consisting of 100,000 individual units.

It's running in realtime at 60 frames per second.

I mean just look at that.

Really impressive stuff.

Unity ECS is currently still in beta, and won't be production ready for some time.

But that doesn't mean you can't get a head start.

As of the filming of this video, Unity's C# Job System is available in the latest beta

build of the Unity editor.

And Unity ECS is available to those who have signed up for the technical preview.
