How to have a better life and relationship - Duration: 3:56.

Hi This is Dr. Sharon Cohen.

Have you ever thought you needed a coach for anything?

To improve your life in any way?

I just recently got back from eWomen network The big conference they have in Dallas Texas

and wow - what an experience that was.

Sandra Yancey is on FIRE.

It was so much fun to listen to her drop truth bombs left and right about business, becoming

a better entrepreneur, becoming a better person, becoming a better woman.

She gave some great marriage advice that she and her husband had gone through some really

tough times back when they first got married.

I write about that in one of my newsletters and if you're reading that right now you'll

get to read a little more about that or it's on my blog which you can look at drsharoncohen.com/blog.

First of all, I read books all the time, it's one of my passions to further my self-development

and one of the books I'm reading right now is a book by Steve Sims called Bluefishing

and he talks about how the word FAIL is not in his vocabulary.

Instead, he uses the word discovery.

And so I saw this cartoon where one man is burdened by a whole bunch of bricks that are

on top of his head with the word fail on them.

And the next cartoon character next to him is a man who has a staircase of the word with

bricks on them with the word fail and he's going up the staircase of those failures because

he sees the failures kind of like Steves Sims does as an opportunity to move forward in

life and isn't that really how life is.

That we learn from each one of those supposed failures or as Steve Sims says discoveries.

And that's how I work with my clients is that we learn through every single date that we

go on, since I'm a Love and Relationship Consultant, we learn through all the dates that we go

on what it is that we don't want.

We learn so much from every experience what we are looking for in our life partner and

through every single relationship we go through we get closer and closer it is we ultimately

want in our long-term, ever-lasting love relationship.

And so what is it that you're looking for in your life?

Maybe it's love, but maybe it's something else entirely.

Maybe it's that you're looking for the most fit body that you can have or a healthier

lifestyle or energetic healing or spiritual mentoring or whatever it is.

Whatever it is that you want, are you ready to put some time, energy, resources, something

into it so that you can be the best you that you can be, the best life that you can have.

Whatever it is, find that person for you who can help you live the best life you you're

wanting because this is it.

This is it.

This is all we have.

And life is way too long and way too short to not be living the best life that you want.

So I encourage you to really sit down and think about it today.

What can you be doing to live the life that you really desire?

Because this isn't a dress rehearsal.

It's an old saying but it's really true.

I hope you're having a great weekend.

A great week.

If you want to look into talking to me you can look me up on my website https://drsharoncohen.com

or write me at sharon@drsharoncohen.com I'd love to have a chat with you.

Or check me out on Facebook.

Have a great one.

Take care.

Intermittent Fasting: A Day In My Life With OMAD - Duration: 5:30.

you do OMAD like so what do you do all day I've been asked a lot what my normal

everyday routine looks like and to me it's really simple but you know enough

people have asked this question that I really wanted to do a whole video just

to kind of run down my day so that you can see what I do all day so the first

thing I do is I wake up about five o'clock in the morning and of course the

first thing I do is I use the restroom but the second thing I do every single

morning is weigh myself I'd then take that number and I put it immediately

into my Fitbit app and the reason I do it that way is because if I wait until

later in the day I will forget to weigh and also if I go ahead and just put the

number in right then then it's recorded and you may think that you'll remember

but I can't I just you know my brain I can't tell you what I weighed this

morning but I can look back on my Fitbit app and tell you the next thing I do is

have my morning cup of coffee which does have half and half and I sit there and I

read the Bible and since I'm in Florida and I'm full-time RVing and it's really

hot outside I also then go get my six miles in first thing in the morning I go

ahead and get my steps in because it is very hot out here and it gets

progressively harder the hotter it gets the harder it gets and the longer it

seems to take and I enjoy it less if it's really hot outside so go ahead and

get those done in my early part of the day after I come in from getting my

steps in and then I sit down and I do my morning pages which is an a relatively

recent thing I started doing I started doing at the beginning of this year so

know throughout my whole weight loss journey however I would encourage you

it's something to at least experiment with it's three pages long handwriting

of just your stream-of-consciousness and even though I didn't do this particular

exercise when I was losing weight initially I did do a lot of journaling

in the beginning and what I noticed was when I could really write down my

thoughts I started to notice some patterns of my

thinking that I needed to improve on and and so I'd encourage you if you're going

through weight loss journey try some sort of journaling either morning pages

or just you know any kind of journaling technique after that my day begins I

homeschool my three kids I draw I write I

you know love to read I basically keep myself busy all day long I take full

advantage of the fact that I do not eat during the day until supper so I make

those hours as productive as possible and somewhere during the day I have

coffee usually two more times so a total of three cups a day and then of course

supper time is my one meal so here's how that looks

I generally speaking will make the meal from scratch I love to cook and so

that's generally how I do it I mean I do use some ingredients like canned soups and

things like that but generally speaking I am making the thing from scratch I eat

whatever I want so the there's never a meal plan it's just whatever we have on

hand you know it can be anything from like spaghetti and meatballs to you know

biscuits and gravy or you know beans and rice or chili

I just basically eat anything that I want and then we all sit down together

as a family and enjoy our meal we do not watch TV we have just the meal in front

of us we sit there and we talk about our day now a lot of people ask me how long

does your window open and basically it's just as long as it takes to eat the one

meal so it's not like my window opens at 6:30 and is open for several hours it's

just for the one meal so I sit there and eat and as far as desserts go we generally

don't have dessert but I do eat them whenever I crave them and that was a

very important thing for me to learn is to just you know when I crave it eat it

but then what I found is I don't crave it very often anymore and then when I

get full and the conversation has ended then we stand up from the table and

that's when my fasting window begins again now in the early days I did have

some times where I would stand up from the table I made me walk around a little

bit and I'd realize like oh I'm still hungry so I would sit back down nowadays

I've done it so much I know how much I need to eat so that I won't feel hungry

until supper the next day so so I don't really have to do that anymore but it is

something I did in the beginning and then I get in bed around 9:00 and that's

really the only time I watch television and sometimes will put on an episode of

Psych or something but I don't watch television during the day I just try to

focus on being really productive and so that's generally how my day goes

there are a couple of things that happen weekly Friday night is our date night

and sometimes that means that we pick up food from a restaurant and then other

times that just means that we get food from the grocery store and generally

that night does have a dessert and then on Saturday night my family does sleep

on the couch night so it's like our family night where we you know either

we'll watch a movie generally or maybe we'll go somewhere and do something fun

but we usually have some sort of food you know fast food or food from a

restaurant but other times we you know pick up food from the grocery store and

make it at home and then of course for Sunday my life is totally different

because that's cheat day that's where I just eat whatever I want whatever I want

however many times during the day that I want and I do walk six miles so that's

what my daily life looks like as someone who does OMAD so I'm curious to know

what does your life look like as an intermittent faster have you found that

there's a lot of freedom with your time or you know is that maybe something

that's worrisome to you or do you find it to be a very productive time I know I

certainly find it to be very productive okay well thank you for watching be sure

From Olympic glory to ROYALTY: Princess Charlene of Monaco's life BEFORE she was ROYALTY - Duration: 4:02.

Although she came from a sporting background, she would go on to fill the royal shoes of a former famous Monacoian Princess Grace Kelly, who was married to Prince Ranier III before she tragically died in 1982 in a car accident

The Princess has become a world-famous figure, drawing comparisons to Diana, Princess of Wales for her stylish fashion sense

Princess Charlene was born in Zimbabwe, then known as Rhodesia, to parents Michael and Lynette Wittstock in Bulawayo

She moved with her Protestant family to South Africa aged 11-years old. The Wittstock family had strong roots in the country, after Charlene's great-great-grandparents emigrated there from Germany to escape hardship in 1861

Her mother Lynette had a strong background in sports, having been a professional diver and swimming coach, which lay the foundations for Charlene's succssful sporting career

Following medal wins at the Commonwealth Games in 1998, the All African Games in 1999 and a further Commonwealth placement in 2002, she placed 5th as part of the South African Medley team

After a sixth-place win at the FINA championships in 2002, she left her team, the Seagulls, in Durban and joined with the Tuks Swimming Club at the University of Pretoria

In April 2007, after a short hiatus, she became South African swimming champion in the 50 metre backstroke and came in third place behind Australia and Brazil

However, in 2008 – during the run up to the Beijing Summer Games, she suffered serious injury that looked to finish her blossoming career

She would not qualify to take part at the Beijing Games that year - but she had her sights set on a much bigger prize

In among the highs and lows of sporting glory, she met her future husband Prince Albert II, when he watched her swimming in 2000

The couple shared passions in the areas of environment preservation and Olympic pride

Following the public announcement of their relationship at the Olympic opening ceremony of 2006, the couple moved in together and would eventually announce their engagement June 2010

The Prince had earned himself a reputation as something of a Playboy and in the run up to their engagement, rumours of a fraught relationship circulated

The media drew comparisons to the Prince's chequered past and claimed that she was looking to "escape" back to her native homeland of South Africa

But the Princess was undeterred and proceeded to marry into royalty, with the couple officially wedding on July 1, 2011

She even changed from Protestant to Catholic faith, even though this was not required of her to be a member of Monaco's royal family, and even learnt to speak French

The royal couple have been happily married for seven years. Since making the jump from sport to royalty, Charlene also became a mother, giving birth to four-year-old twins Princess Gabriella and heir to the throne, Prince Jacques, on December 10, 2014

10 Time Management Tips For EXTREMELY Busy Men (That Actually Work!) | RMRS - Duration: 9:03.

10 Time Management Tips That Actually Work [0:00:00]

In today's video, we're talking about ten time management tips that actually work.

[Music] Tip number one.

Make time to think.

Notice I didn't say find time to think.

No, you've got to make it a party.

You've got to know what do I want to get out of this life, where am I going, what is

my purpose, what do I stand for.

So many people go through life like zombies.

They're not even thinking that they're sleepwalking through life and they haven't

thought about what they want to get out of it.

Now, where to find time and when to find time to think?

For me, it is the early mornings.

Wake up at 5:00 AM.

I actually just put out a video on this.

I will link to it down in the description.

I've got this time for myself and I can read.

I can actually go on and do things which are about self-development.

I can go to the gym and exercise and not feel guilty, but that me time that time for me

to dedicate to myself development for me to think about where I'm going in life is so

important.

Tip two.

Understand you cannot have it al.

You can't do everything.

And whoever told you that, I'm sorry they – they were lying to you.

They're – I mean because there's just no way to do everything.

So, if you know you cannot do everything, then take the path of the essentialist and

actually just spend a little bit more time looking at the landscape.

Look at what else is out there and then decide what do you really want.

What is it you really want to go after in your life that's going to make you happy

and then go deep.

There's a great book by Cal Newport called Deep Work and he talks about, you know, identify

what is important and work on that.

The book Essentialism by Greg McKeown.

I've talked about this before.

Understand that most things in life are noise.

If you are getting too many people wanting to take your time, make your default answer

no.

It's very, very rare that something is, oh, yeah, I want to jump on this.

And when it is, I am able to go do it with enthusiasm because I freed myself up by saying

no to most things.

Tip three.

Identify what's important to you and be honest with yourself.

And let me be straight here.

Most of you are lying to yourselves about what's important.

Don't believe me?

Okay.

What do you not have time for?

I don't have time to play with my kids.

I don't have time to have coffee with my wife in the morning.

I don't have time to spend with my friends.

Say it's not important.

It's not something that is a priority for me.

And if not playing with your kids isn't a priority, well, let's be honest with yourself

or ask yourself the hard questions, why aren't they more important?

Yeah, you're spending all that time at work.

You're spending all that time on maybe a hobby.

I don't know what is the real problem here, but let's face the truth which is that you're

not spending time on what's important in your life.

And, if you're spending a lot of time at work, you may have to actually say, hey, I

need to cut back my hours and that takes a lot of courage.

But, what are you working for?

Aren't you working to spend and have a quality relationship with that person in your life?

With those around you that depend on you?

Guys, think about what's truly important in your life and be honest to what it is.

Tip four.

Cut out the fat.

There was so much non-essential things in our life.

Go to and do an audit of how you spend your time.

Actually, track your time.

Yes, measure your time and you're going to be amazed at how much time you are wasting,

I don't know, maybe playing video games.

But maybe video games are important.

Now, I'm not – I don't want to hit on that.

Maybe you're spending, again, two hours commuting and you need to find a job that

maybe pays a little bit less, but is actually right around the corner and is going to allow

you to spend more time with those that are important, but identify and measure your time

so that you can identify those areas that are just sucking your life away.

My next tip, have a routine.

Have a morning routine, have an evening routine, have a day routine.

Have a set of systems that you follow.

When you measure when you have a process you can improve upon that system and process.

But if you have no routine if you just do things haphazardly, you can't improve them.

And this is key if you want to figure out, okay, how can I sleep better?

I wake up every morning and I'm groggy, I don't feel great.

Well, maybe you need to adjust your routine in the evening, so you're spending less

time on social media.

Because, again, if you have no routine here, then you can't actually measure what's

happening, you can't see ways to improve it.

Tip number six.

Get started.

Guys, just like many of you I am a procrastinator.

You've got to find something that's going to motivate you to take action.

Sometimes setting an artificial deadline, that's going to work.

Guys, a Pomodore Technique, if you haven't heard of this, this is basically when you

use a timer.

You set it maybe to like twenty five minutes.

You work intensely for twenty five minutes.

The timer goes off, you can take a break.

I find this kitchen timer, cost $5.

It works pretty well.

But, guys, you can set your phone, you can find something that, again, gets you started

on what you want to do.

Tip seven.

An accountability partner.

I find that someone holding you accountable to what you say you're going to do is incredibly

powerful, much more powerful than any other app out there and, it can be something like

a phone call.

For me, I've got a gentleman, a trainer who meets me at the gym every morning and

he is there whether – and I paid him in advance.

I will lose my money if I don't show up.

He will call me if I don't show up.

I don't want to let him down.

I don't want to waste my money.

And so, I go to the gym. [0:05:01]

Guys, find a way for someone to hold you accountable.

There are masterminds that you can put together in which other people who are maybe peers

they can hold you accountable to things that you say you're going to do.

And when you put it out there for everyone to see, you'd be surprised to how much action

you're going to take.

Tip number eight.

Schedule everything both your personal and professional events.

For me, I found that I was always showing up to the meetings that I had scheduled, but

what's funny is I was missing dinner.

I was showing up late to things I promised my wife I would be at.

So, getting back to one of my earlier points, obviously, I wasn't making her important

in my life and so, I said you know what?

I need to schedule dinner, I need to schedule bedtime, I need to schedule these things.

Do I always follow them?

No.

But, they're in my calendar, I get that reminder.

I see these notifications, I'm like, okay, I need to – I need to stay on track.

But, again, when it's in my scheduler, I find it gets done.

Tip number nine to improve your time management skills.

Ditch a lot of your bad time timing estimates.

And what I mean is when you think it takes you twenty five minutes to get to work, understand

that oftentimes that is your best case scenario and normally though it takes you thirty minutes,

it takes you thirty five minutes, forty minutes if you hit a little bit of traffic and that's

when the problem happens because you start showing up late when you run into traffic.

Oh, it's not my fault.

I didn't, you know, expect traffic.

Well, here's the deal is that you've got your timing messed up and we do this all,

as human beings, we go for the best time estimates.

So, you need to say, okay, does it really take me five minutes to get ready?

No, it really takes me twenty five minutes.

Just be honest with those time estimates and get rid of those false estimates that oftentimes

just stick in our head.

Now, this next time management tip, I alluded to earlier but I want to go into a lot more

detail and that is the use of deadlines especially artificial deadlines because most things in

life they really don't have a deadline, we could get them done here or there and so

we dilly dally we procrastinate we don't get it done.

And oftentimes in life we need deadlines So, I know for me if I got a meeting with

somebody, I always set a deadline.

You know they're coming in to meet with me, we've got a twenty-minute, it fits right

there in twenty minutes.

We're able to get what is needed to be done in twenty minutes.

If we need longer and really do need longer, I'll extend it, but for most times you can

talk about what needs to be talked about in that twenty-minute.

Now, when you're talking with someone and you're starting to engage with them and

you don't have much time, set the expectation, set a deadline.

Sorry, I've only got five minutes to talk about this, is that cool or should we set

up another time later so I can get this my full attention?

But when you set that deadline, you set the expectation.

All right.

So, this next time management tip is a bonus.

It is especially useful if you're a sought after expert in your industry or you're

a popular guy, a lot of people are trying to reach out to you.

Guys, set up barriers.

So, find a way to become hard to reach because most people are going to be distracted by

a barrier.

They're going to say, oh, it's not worth it, my contact form at Real Men Real Style.

I'm actually pretty proud of this, I ask people first up did you actually search Google

for ten minutes to try to answer that question you're about to submit to me because for

me if you are actually going to – go out there and look for the answer yourself, why

are you going to waste my time if you don't want to spend a little bit of time yourself.

So, by setting up these barriers, you can protect your time and you can better manage

it.

All right, guys, now it's your turn.

I want to hear from you down in the comments.

What did you find useful?

What would you have added to this video to make it better?

What time management tip am I missing?

Let me know down in the comments.

I love to hear from you guys.

And if you like this video, if you find it useful, please pass it around to a man that

can use this information.

[Bleeping sound] You're still here.

Okay.

This one is a double secret bonus to time management and that is, wear and use a watch.

I know it seems obvious, but if you wear and use a watch, there are studies that show that

you're more conscientious about time not only how you spend your time, you're more

likely to be on time and you care about the time of others.

When you don't wear a watch, well, you're just not tracking time.

Yes, you may have it on your phone, but you are less likely to check it.

So, have a nice wristwatch.

Boom!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BASIC WHITE GIRL - Duration: 11:36.

*MICHUUL. by Duckworth plays for like 4 seconds*

*Summertime Magic by Childish Gambino plays in the background*

*Feels Like Summer by Childish Gambino plays*

*there's literally no noise other than pouring cereal and milk , this part of the video is pretty boring tbh*

*mouth full of porridge* this is really hot

(no sh*t Ellbat)

My forehead looks so big right now ... wow.. That's uh .. that's beautiful

so today we're gonna do a little bit of a

day in the life vlog kinda thing

um...

I've got a hair on my hand

delicious

I'm not really sure what my plan is today

I should do something other than watch anime all day

Like I've been doing for the past ... four days *slurping sound intensifies as the zoom increases because I'm a comedic genius*

*asking Shaz* You're going to Chippenham? Right now?

Shall I come for the vlog but can we wait till I finish my porridge

*Shazza sighs so dramatically she could've been a drama school graduate*

I've got nothing else to vlog, I've got no - I don't do anything with my life so ...

We're going Chippenham now

Shazza's order is in the shop. I have no idea what order it is or

what shop it is but where we're gonna go

cause content

SHAZZA: holiday clothes!

To be fair, you've

done well this summer

SHAZZA: have I?

Yeah because you're going on two different

holidays after saying we won't even go on one

*sarcasm thicker than Nicki Minaj* You know it's really nice to spend time with my family this summer

*Shazza cackles* SHAZZA: We keep deserting you, so sad

Essentially we decided we weren't gonna have a family holiday this year because

we're just, I don't know, I guess the weather is so nice in England we're just like

there's no point and everyone's kind of doing their anything anyway so

we won't get have a family holiday and then my parents went to Tuscany for one

of their friends birthdays - Happy Birthday Steven!

Shout out Steven he's a legend. Everyone say hi to Steven

and then my dad decided he want to go to Oshkosh,

and there's an airshow that's kind of like near Chicago

And my mom and my little brother are going and they're leaving tomorrow

and so little old Ellbat is *laughs* has not done very well out of this

so they said they're not going on a family holiday and then proceeded to go on a holiday twice

*slurping intensely*

*sings/shouts in robotic cowboy voice* my hair is greasy

You know my hair so greasy I'm just gonna wear a hat and then no one's gonna know

it's gonna be fine

let's.. let's go to NEXT ladies and gentlemen; after this I'm gonna probably

go to the gym because I need to sort my life out

but yeah people are now looking

at me funny because there aren't many vloggers where I come from because

you know, I live in a place where people come to die

Everyone here is old ... and boring so ..

SHAZZA: rude

*laughing* It's true though

yEy .... also I don't know what it is but today I can't stop

looking at the um... the monitor rather than the actual camera which is weird I

think it's because I look like a thumb *laughs* and I just keep staring

SHAZZA: come on then Thumb let's go

I'm hurt

Ooooh Shaz do you know what's near NEXT?

SHAZZA: TKMAXX

I was actually gonna say M&S

because Percy pigs but yes there was also a TKMAXX here

did you forget that I'm no longer - I'm no longer healthy shares I eat my own

bodyweight twice a day maybe three times

SHAZZA: That's just not true is it

it is truth

SHAZZA: doesn't count if it's Percy Pigs

*whispers* that's so true

meanwhile Sharon's purchased the

entirety of NEXT

so I have a TK Maxx problem which is basically anytime we

come into TK Maxx I end up buying stuff um ... so I'm poor

if you're American TK Maxx is TJ Maxx

I don't know why it's a 'K' in this country

*has no clue but is about to chat rubbish* it stands for knowledge

Cause we're a knowledgeable ... *remembers Brexit happened and realises that we are not a knowledgeable place we are sTuPiD* ... place

I saw this amazing pair of like Balenciaga

sunglasses and I really wanted them but they were very expensive so I didn't

So we're gonna try and find a cheaper alternative cause I'm poor

SHAZZA: you don't need sunglasses so maybe don't bother looking at all

I .. uh .. maybe. We'll see *knows full well she will buy a pair*

*random techno music plays like duddadudaa dum*

*mocking voice* its not a phase mum

HI EVERYBODDYYYYYYY

as you can see I have a lot of will power and I didn't buy anything. Not a

single thing ... that I bought ... at all

Oh can we get vegan ice-cream from um ...

SHAZZA: you can go in and get it, I'm not gonna get out I'm too hot

SHAZZA: you go - I'll give you money to get it

OK she's giving me money so it's fine

ANY VEGANYAYS ... VEGANIOS ... VIGAANS out there

hit up the the naked posh bites - NO posh bits, I got it wrong

You gonna bite the bits

ah that sounds like a euphemism never mind

DUDADADAAAAAAADUDUDUDUDDAAAAA

I'm so excited for this

Oh my god this amazing ... this is beautiful ... this is heavenly ... I'm so happy

if you're a VEGANYAY, a VIGIYAN - hit this up - or if you can't have dairy or

if you don't like dairy, try this ice cream it's so good

not even sponsored I just dish out the compliments

I'm supposed to be going to

the gym now and instead I am literally eating a whole tub of ice cream

Know what? I don't even care I don't even care!

Do you care? NO

Do I care? NO

I don't even have lunch I'm just literally going straight in with the ice cream

Which is my life advice for all of you - ice cream before the rest

I watched a film once and it taught me a very important lesson and the

lesson was is that you should always eat dessert first because you might die and

if you die during your main course you're never gonna have dessert and

dessert is the only reason people go out for dinner so eat your dessert first

I feel like I'm gonna go and have a party at the discotheque I don't know I said discotheque

they're like bibliotheca which is the- bibliothèque - library

that means library

Did you know that? bibliothèque

look at that cultural knowledge. Who says Brits have no class?

I look so ridiculous right now! I'm enjoying myself though so who cares? who cares?

I don't care! I'm living my best life, what are you doing?

Not living your best life because you're not doing me

....*realises the crucial mistake*

I'm now eating on some raspberries and

after these raspberries I'm gonna go to the gym to sort my life out

sound like a plan everyone? We all agree this is a good idea?

Yeah me too

although I might need to leave it for a lil minute because the ice cream

feels like it's kind of pooled my stomach and I may be sick if I go now

So now I am going to edit my videos and I got a punnet of blueberries because

ya girl loves blueberries and I also have these from earlier *hums*

And WAHTER

because you thirsty girl um and my phone obvs

It's really weird edit whilst this is filming me

... feels a bit like Inception

*that song Liza Koshy always uses called Brazil for 2.5 seconds*

* drops blueberry* ahhhhhhh

Don't run away Mr Blueberry

Nom

cause you're delicious

*that song Liza Koshy always uses called Brazil for like 3 seconds*

so me and Ash have made a plan to go to the gym but my mom's just made me an

iced coffee so I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to like down this in the time it

takes for Ash to drive to my house so HMMM

*singing terribly Summertime Magic by Childish Gambino* I LOVEEE YAAAA

*stops singing bc awful and hums*

Just been watching Hope on the Street

Classic J-Hope; I feel like he's kind of killed the challenge now though because

I don't think anyone can top it (talking about the KeKe car dance challenge ting)

*GROWLS IN SIBERIAN* right

let's go GymGym

Question of the day

Shall I bring my camera to the gym - yay or nay

YAY OR NAY

My hair is so dutty

it's literally disgustingly gross oh it's a bobby pin in my hair didn't even know

if you ever wanted to know how you could get your white girl license eh

you just you get yourself a Starbucks tumbler you fill it with iced coffee

and you sip it pretentiously eh - you get yourself some some basic boujee

sunglasses which is just the staple of the white girl look

you put your hair in a in a high ponytail like your name's Ariana Grande

and you're good to go babes

yes taking the camera to the gym is a great idea

that's what we're gonna do

just want to point out that you got the littlest car

and you still can't fu *BEEP* ng park - good job

ASH: PeAk

*Laughing* LITERALLY

*more techno music plays like DudadudadadaDUHDADUHDa*

I'm just gonna do it this way and we'll just hope there's no boobs

*Back to the techno music*

you should all be so proud of me I finally had a shower and washed my

nasty-ass hair

*weird voice* Spaghetti Bolognese - I'm excited to eat this deliciousness

okay so bolognese successfully demolished um I am going to edit this video

and then I'm going to post this video and that is that is the plan for the

rest of the evening I hope you have enjoyed this video is I don't really- it's

been it's been a weird one hasn't it? Because I didn't really achieve much at all

to be honest with you. It's just- this video has been a glorious collection of

my face contorted in the worst of ways um

it's basically a Museum of mug shots

this video and I hope you enjoy it

You know what I always say if you're

If you're gonna be ugly. you may as well be entertainingly ugly

so ... here I am

Thank you for watching as always if you like this video give it a

thumbs up if you didn't like it give it a thumbs down! It's a free world, you do you boo

and I will see you probably at some point in a week because I have

filmed a backlog of videos. I know, I was as shocked as you are

so I will see you at some point in the week

I've touched my hair far too many times but ...

....

Glorious

Call yaself Serena Williams because that's game, set and match

7 Signs Of Liver Damage Caused By Unhealthy Lifestyle & It's Cure!! - Duration: 6:37.

7 Signs Of Liver Damage Caused By Unhealthy Lifestyle & It's Cure!!

Apart from being the largest organ of our body, liver also got some crucial roles to

play!

It is responsible for a ton of functioning essential to keep us alive.

Keeping this in mind, it's essential to take proper care of it if you wanna be healthy

in a long run.

The good news is you can easily trace any signs of liver damage & can also stop the

damage.

Below are the 6 easy to trace signs of liver damage due to unhealthy lifestyle.

1.

Bloody stool poop.

Cirrhosis is a condition in which scarring of liver takes place.

Well, as you may know our body has the ability to replace harmed cells by healthy one so

in this case also our body helps replace scar tissue by healthy tissue and thus prevents

the liver damage.

But this protection is only upto a limit!

The damage caused by cirrhosis can't be completely reversed and in long term can become

so extensive that your liver can stop functioning.

This is called liver failure.

The early symptoms of cirrhosis can be determined by many ways like jaundice or oedema.

But the most easy is by stool characteristics.

A bloody, dark, tarry-looking stools is a sign of liver cirrhosis.

So if you are seeing this you have to be careful but don't worry it can be prevented.

Cirrhosis occurs due to excessive alcohol consumption & sometimes due to hepatitis C

infection.

If you're a alcohol addict you have to focus on the amount you consume.

Men should drink no more than 3-4 units of alcohol a day.

Women should drink no more than 2-3 units a day.

2.

Itchy skin.

A flaky rash is another telltale sign of liver damage.

If you suffer from any sort of liver damage you will have itchy skin over certain small

areas, such as on an arm or leg, or over your whole body.

You may ask, 'An itchy skin can occur by a ton of ways, how to trace if it's a signal

for liver damage?'

So here's the thing, if it lasts more than two weeks and doesn't improve with self-care

measures, then you can guess it as a symptom of liver damage!

The reason for this itching is related to bile salts.

These salts get deposited in your skin when bilirubin levels rise and have been thought

to be the primary cause of itching.

The quick fix to it is related to alcohol consumption & water intake!

Alcohol is a beverage which has a big role in reducing water in our body & in scarcity

of water these bile salts gets deposited in skin causing rashes.

3.

Yellowish eyes & skin (Jaundice).

Jaundice includes yellowing of skin and eyeballs, actually it's a bit way dirty disease then

it sounds!

The pigment bilirubin responsible for the yellow color of our faeces when gets deposited

in our body causes yellowness of skin & eye whites.

Do it sounds dirty, well maybe but the main thing is it's not good for our health.

Our liver is the source of bilirubin, it produces a limited quantity of it regularly but the

thing that leads to jaundice like condition is when it's not properly eliminated by

our body.

The reason is same, water scarcity & excess alcohol consumption & you know what to do!

Just make a habit of drinking 8 ounces of water daily & reducing your alcohol consumption

so you're good to go.

4.

Loss of appetite.

There are several factors and conditions that can trigger loss of appetite including physical,

biological, mental and emotional factors.

Also I wanna tell you, it's a symptom of bad health & not a disease!

It's a condition when a person eat less than what he or she normally consumes.

The person may also not eat at all lasting anywhere from one meal to several days.

I think we all have suffered this at least once in our lives maybe not due to any liver

issues but due to some other cause.

And you'll agree it's way more bad that what it looks like!

The feeling is indescribable.

It is also known as anorexia.

The main question here is what causes it & how to deal with it.

As I said earlier, it can be due to any of the physical, biological, mental and emotional

factors.

But the treatment can be physical therapy or relaxation (Meditation).

It will improve hormone levels leading to improvement in appetite!

Relieving internal stress and doing meditation to enhance mood and mental wellness will be

amazingly helpful in boosting appetite.

5.

Swelling & abdominal pain.

The organs of our abdomen are contained in a sac like membrane called the Peritoneum.

Normally this cavity contains only a small amount of fluid but due to our great efforts

in drinking alcohol beyond limits, we become able to guide our liver to accumulate some

more amount of it!

This condition when the fluid increases in amount causes an excess accumulation of water

and sodium in the body.

This fluid then further leak into the peritoneal cavity which leads to extra pressure on our

abdomen & other body parts causing that pain & swelling.

As every liver related problems can be effectively solved by more water intake & less alcohol

consumption, this can also be treated by that!

But if you can also focus on maintaining a healthy weight & eat a balanced diet for excellent

results.

6.

Swelling in other body parts like legs.

This swelling in your joints or any other part of body is not different from abdominal

one.

These are also due to accumulation of extra fluid!

But there's one thing uncommon.

Joint swelling also contains bile salts which makes it more painful.

You can go for regular exercises to avoid accumulation of these salts & can also have

healthy diet for proper nourishment of your liver.
