NBA After Dark? Lakers & Warriors Here to Ruin Your Sleep | Heavy.com

DeMarcus Cousins and LeBron James will be squaring off in new jerseys next season.

Like someone that is jealous when they see their ex is out on a date, the Warriors could not even give the Lakers a full 24 hours to celebrate their massive signing of LeBron James.

Golden State shocked the NBA by agreeing to terms with DeMarcus Cousins for next season.

James signing with the Lakers not only shifts the balance of power even more in the favor of the West, it may also change your sleep schedule.

The NBA is taking its cue from the Pac-12 who have boasted their exciting brand of college football that kicks off when most fans on the east coast are getting ready for bed.

The majority of west coast NBA games tip-off at 10:30 p.m., leaving fans with the dilemma of deciding just how badly you want a good night's rest.

Golden State was able to sign Cousins, who was once considered to be a candidate for a max contract, on a prove-it deal partially because he is still recovering from an Achilles injury.

There is a wide debate as to whether Cousins will be ready for training camp, but safe estimates have Cousins out until January.

Cousins has tried to assure fans he plans to be ready for the season, but the Warriors have plenty of talent to survive Cousins' absence for a few months.

The bigger question is whether the Lakers can contend next season.

Most seasons, James had an easier path to the finals in the East.

With his move out West, James' streak of eight straight finals appearances is in serious danger.

Since the James signing was announced, the Lakers have made a series of moves that the the front office hopes gives James enough help.

Quality is always preferable over quantity, and the Lakers moves provide a similar feeling to finishing an all-you-can eat meal at Golden Corral.

Sure, the Lakers have plenty of time to continue adding players, but Los Angeles no longer has cap space to be in play to sign another marquee player.

The good news is all the new players are on one-year deals, allowing the Lakers to be major players in 2019 free agency.

Los Angeles could still trade for Kawhi Leonard, but the longer time goes on it makes you wonder how willing the Spurs are to trade Leonard to his preferred destination.

Boogie Nights in the Bay Area.

As Bleacher Report's Tom Haberstroh pointed out, the Warriors now have the 2016 Western All-Stars starting lineup with the addition of Cousins.

Golden State already had the most talented team in the league.

The Warriors just added an All-Star center, a position that was the only real weakness on the Warriors roster.

It is worth noting there is a reason why Cousins was not flooded with offers at the start of free agency, and found himself calling Warriors GM Bob Meyers after hearing crickets through two days of the process.

Cousins is recovering from an Achilles injury that players do not have a strong track record of returning to the same player post-injury.

A legacy of losing, fairly or unfairly, has also followed Cousins wherever he has gone.

The Pelicans went on a hot streak after Cousins sustained his season-ending injury.

Angry fans would be wise to wait to see how this plays out before we hand Golden State the trophy.

The Warriors roster closely resembles what you get when you turn on the trade override function on NBA 2K.

While that may work in video games, team chemistry can be a fragile thing.

If an All-Star player calls and is willing to take less money, what team is going to turn him down? It may be a risk, but it is a calculated risk.

Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green all played with Cousins on Team USA.

Everything coming out of the Bay Area indicates all the players signed off on the deal.

The Warriors may be risking too much of a good thing, but Cousins' livelihood is on the line.

Cousins is betting on himself to come back from injury and play at a high level so he can sign the mega-deal he planned to have, just one summer later than expected.

If Cousins fails on the Warriors, it is hard to imagine NBA teams, who were already skeptical, lining up in 2019 to throw wads of cash at the big man.

The NBA Has Rolled Out the Red Carpet for the Celtics or Sixers to Reach the 2019 NBA Finals.

The majority of the fun may be going west, but Celtics fans still have plenty to cheer for next season.

Gordon Hayward is expected to be back after missing all but a few minutes of the 2017-18 season.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown now have a year of big-time NBA minutes under their belt.

Kyrie Irving will hopefully be healthy for a full season.

Did we mention King James is now in the Western Conference?.

Both the Celtics and Sixers have been oddly quiet in free agency.

All signs point to another Celtics-Sixers clash in the playoffs, but this time it will likely be in the Eastern Conference Finals.

James did not "Trust the Process", but the Sixers return their dynamic duo despite Bryan Colangelo's burner accounts doing its best attempt to self-sabotage.

The Lakers have won NBA free agency so far, but the NBA appears to be a four team race for next season.

The Warriors are the favorites with the Rockets, Celtics and Sixers running as fast as they can after the champs.

The next few weeks will be telling to see if the Lakers make additional moves to give the team a chance next season, or whether they are relying on James' long-term commitment to find another star player in the 2019 free agency.

While there are plenty of fans that have sworn off the NBA based on these recent signings, it is important to remember that the Warriors have the draft to thank for the majority of their success.

Durant and now Cousins joined an already successful roster that was built on strong talent evaluation.

Just like they could have selected Curry, opposing GM's had an opportunity to make more compelling pitches to lure Cousins away from Golden State, rather than it being a product of some NBA conspiracy.

There are plenty of reasons to watch the NBA next season, you just might have to hit the snooze button the next morning.

- If you want to know which portals you can use to find out information about properties in Dubai, ...

- watch this video.

- Hi guys, my name is Denis and I'm a real estate agent in Dubai.

- Today, in this video I will highlight for you several portals ...

- that you can use to find out information about properties in Dubai.

- So, if you are looking to buy something over here ...

- or if you are looking to rent a property ...

- you can go over there and you can check the details of the units,

- find there the pictures, check the prices, do your market research ...

- and obviously, you can get in touch as well with the agents.

- There are quite a few of them over here ...

- and I will name, we can say, Top 3 of the portals in my opinion.

- So, it's a dubizzle.com ... it's a propertyfinder.ae ...

- and it's a bayut.com

- On all of them, you can find listings for the sale and for the rent.

- And I can mention that basically real estate companies in Dubai ...

- they are focused on dubizzel.com and on propertyfinder.ae

- So these two guys they are the biggest on the market.

- My favorite portal is propertyfinder.ae ...

- because propertyfinder.ae is focused on the real estate only.

- Like on dubizzle.com you can find ads that are related to the cars.

- If you want to sell your sofa you can as well make a listing over there.

- I'm not saying that dubizzle.com is bad.

- Still, you can find there a relevant information ...

- but I prefer a porpertyfinder.ae

- And I think that the propertyfinder.ae is doing a quite good job ...

- by providing a better experience for the customers.

- They are checking the quality of the listings ...

- and they motivate agents to reply quickly the inquiries ...

- and to do proper listings as well.

- So this was a quick information about the web portals.

- I will leave the links to them in the description ...

- so you can go over there and you can start your market research.

- In the end, I want to mention that over there you can find a good information ...

- that is related to the ready property.

- If you are looking for the off plan units ...

- you might get confused with the prices on these portals ...

- because quite often it gets outdated.

- So if you are looking for the ready property use the portals ...

- and if you are looking for the off plan units try to get in touch with professionals ...

- and they will guide you on this.

- Thank you for watching this video ...

- And I'll see you in a next one.

Skeptical about World Cup excitement? Here's what to watch - Duration: 6:03.

JUDY WOODRUFF: The men's World Cup is in full swing in Russia, and the field of 32 nations

has now been whittled down to eight.

The early rounds produced penalty shoot-outs and late-game dramas, while underdogs have

eliminated some of the tournament's favorites.

William Brangham has more on the action from soccer's biggest stage.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: That's right, Judy.

It has been an incredibly exciting World Cup thus far.

Today, Sweden beat Switzerland and England knocked off Colombia to solidify the final

eight in the quarterfinals.

To take a quick look at this point in the tournament, I'm joined by Sebastian Abbot.

He's the author of "The Away Game: The Epic Search for Soccer's Next Superstars," which

is all about talent scouting and development of young players in Africa.

So, Sebastian Abbot, thanks for being here.

This has been such an exciting World Cup so far.

What stands out to you?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT, Author, "The Away Game: The Epic Search for Soccer's Next Superstars":

I mean, it's been one of the best World Cups I can remember.

There have been so many last-minute goals, so many big upsets, Germany out in the first

round, you know, Spain beaten by Russia, the lowest ranked team in the tournament.

And so it's just -- it's been exciting, and I think everyone who's watching has been on

the edge of their seat.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: You mentioned Germany getting knocked out.

A lot of the heavy favorites have been taking it on the chin.

Of the favorites who are left, who is considered the likeliest to make it to the end?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: I think Brazil right now is considered the favorite by most people,

with their big star Neymar, the most expensive player in the world.

And sort of behind them I think would be France, which also has a really star-studded team,

but they're both on the same side of the bracket, so only one of them is going to make it to

the final.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: We saw also two really of the most talented players in the entire game

get knocked out, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Great players often don't make it to the World Cup, but how do you explain that those two

weren't able to carry their teams the way people expected?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: I think it just shows how much soccer really is a team sport.

Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are absolutely amazing and are considered in the

conversation of the best players ever to play the game, but they're just one of 11 players.

So, at the end of the day, if you don't have the support around you, you are not really

going to be able to make it through such a long tournament like the World Cup.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Your book details the search for young stars across the continent of Africa.

And it's hard to not notice that no African nation made it to today.

How do you explain that?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: I think one of the things Africa lacks -- it definitely doesn't lack

passion for the sport.

It doesn't population.

There's a billion people on the continent of Africa.

But what it does lack is the kind of infrastructure to train and develop young players like you

have in Europe and increasingly in the U.S.

And so that's one of the things that has really held Africa back.

You're seeing a bit more of it now.

But they haven't been able to train their young talent in the same way that European

teams have.

It's very important for development of national teams to be able to identify your best players

at a very young age, train them from a very young age.

You do, of course, have a lot of the best African players who are going on and playing

in Europe.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: As I mentioned, your book is about the search for young stars.

We are seeing some of them emerge in this World Cup.

Who has stood out to you?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: I think probably the biggest young star who's emerged in the World Cup

is Kylian Mbappe, who is a striker for France.

He's only 19 years old, has already scored a few goals and impressed pretty much everyone.

And the interesting thing about Kylian Mbappe is that, even though none of the African teams

have made it to the World Cup, you have a lot of players from Europe of African descent,

like Mbappe, like Romelu Lukaku, who plays for Belgium.

And so even though the African teams themselves have not done so well, a lot of the immigrants

who move to Europe end up having children who become stars for their new European countries.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: So, for the soccer skeptics who are out there, we have some quarterfinals

and then semifinals.

What's the one match that you would point to, to say, OK, if you're skeptical about

the excitement about this game, watch this match and get a taste of what World Cup soccer

is all about?

What would you tell them to watch?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: So, I think, in the next round, Brazil-Belgium is going to be a very,

very good match.

Both of those teams have a chance of winning the whole thing.

Both have just an array of stars that play for the top clubs in the world.

So that would be good.

In the next phase, I would say, if France and Brazil both make it through, they're going

to be matched up in the semifinals, and that's a game of absolute heavyweights.

So that -- for me, I hope it happens, because it would probably be one of the most exciting

games of the tournament.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Are there any other particular storylines that have emerged for you over

the last couple of weeks?

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: I think Russia is an interesting one.

Nobody thought they'd do very much at all in the World Cup.

They're the lowest-ranked team at the tournament, and they managed to knock off Spain, who won

the World Cup in 2010 and is one of the top-ranked teams in the world.

And so, you know, that may be upsetting for some American fans, because, obviously, there's

been a lot of consternation over Russia for a lot of reasons in the U.S., but it's caused

a lot of joy in Russia, where the tournament is being held.

So it will be interesting to see if they can keep that Cinderella story running.

So, of course, one of the disappointing things for American fans is the U.S. didn't make

the World Cup.

The U.S. really should qualify, given the growth of soccer in the United States and

the group that the U.S. qualifies from.

And definitely the audience of Americans that are watching, the World Cup is down by about

half from the 2014 tournaments, since the U.S. isn't in it.

But I would encourage American fans to tune in, because it really has been one of the

most entertaining World Cups in recent history, and I think it will continue to be.

WILLIAM BRANGHAM: All right, the book is "The Away Game: The Epic Search for Soccer's Next

Superstars,"

Sebastian Abbot, thank you so much.

SEBASTIAN ABBOT: Thanks for having me.

The Moment Trey Gowdy Has Been Waiting For Is Here And The Deep State Is Terrified - Duration: 17:32.

The Moment Trey Gowdy Has Been Waiting For Is Here And The Deep State Is Terrified

The Deep State's cover up is collapsing.Devin Nunes and Trey Gowdy have been leading the

charge to dig at the real truth behind the FBI's spying and sabotage campaign against

Donald Trump.

And now the moment Gowdy has been waiting for is here and the Deep State is terrified.

The revelation that the FBI sicced a spy on the Trump campaign rocked Washington.

Upon learning the news, Republicans like Devin Nunes insisted the FBI turn over the documents

pertaining to this spy ring to Congress.

But FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein fought tooth-and-nail

to protect their Deep State secrets.

That led to Donald Trump siding with Congress and the Constitution, and the FBI and DOJ

eventually yielding.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee – including Nunes and Gowdy – will meet

with Wray and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats to review the documents about the

FBI's scheme to implant a spy in the Trump campaign.

The New York Post reports: "SHE CONFIRMED THAT HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

CHAIRMAN TREY GOWDY (R-S.C.) AND HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN DEVIN NUNES (R-CALIF.)

WOULD MEET WITH WRAY AND COATS ON THURSDAY.

ED O'CALLAGHAN FROM THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT IS ALSO SLATED TO ATTEND.

THE PRESS SECRETARY SAID NOBODY FROM THE WHITE HOUSE WILL BE ON HAND.

THE THURSDAY MEETING CAME ABOUT AFTER WRAY, COATS AND DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL ROD ROSENSTEIN

MET PRESIDENT TRUMP AT THE WHITE HOUSE MONDAY.

NUNES HAD REQUESTED THAT THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT GIVE HIM "SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS" ABOUT AN

ALLEGED FBI INFORMANT WHO INTERACTED WITH MEMBERS OF TRUMP'S 2016 PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN.

"THEY CONTINUE TO LEAK OUT THINGS ABOUT THIS INFORMANT AND WE DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S

ONE INFORMANT OR MORE INFORMANTS, BECAUSE THERE'S SO MUCH OUT THERE NOW, IT'S REALLY

TOUGH TO FOLLOW, AND ALL WE'RE ASKING IS, GIVING US THE DOCUMENTATION THAT YOU USED

TO START THIS INVESTIGATION," NUNES SAID ON MARIA BARTIROMO'S FOX NEWS CHANNEL SHOW

ON SUNDAY."

Congress has every right to review these documents.

The FBI and DOJ are not independent agencies.

The Attorney General and FBI Director report to the President, and the Constitution gives

Congress oversight power over their activities.

And new questions are being raised about this spy that makes the DOJ and FBI's cover up

laughable.

The FBI claims the counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign began on July 31st.

But James Comey testified before the House Intelligence Committee that he briefed the

National Security Council Principles meeting on the "Page problem" in late spring.

And Page says his first interactions with the spy came when he was invited to a conference

in July 2016.

There is clear and mounting evidence that the FBI began spying on the Trump campaign

before the documented start date of the Russia investigation.

Now Gowdy and Nunes are going to get their hands on the documents that could blow the

Deep State's scandal wide open.

Color Street Fast Application Tips: Here is my fastest method for applying Color Street nail strips. - Duration: 5:04.

hey guys it's me Melissa Haole and today is Mani Monday which means that I'm

putting on a new set of Color Street and I wanted to film that for you guys.

So... I had a really hard time coming up with which set to wear because I have

all these different amazing choices to pick from so that was really hard but I

decided to come up with this one and you can probably guess it's gonna be a

glitter because I'm all about the glitters as you are aware so the one

I've chosen is this one right here plus this one's called Capitol Hill and it's

really really pretty it's got this gray background and then this really pretty

kind of medium sized glitter chunks that are in pink if you've never tried Color

Street before and would like a sample head on over my Facebook group as soon

as you request to join I will tag you to where you can get your free sample so

anyway if you want to see me applying this set on then keep watching all right

so let's dive in so here's our package so when I love about color straight-as

it's basically mobile you can do your nails stuff anywhere because everything

you need is right inside of this little package so when you take things out

you'll see your nail strips to prep pads and a nail file now step one which I did

off-screen was actually to push back your cuticles and to shape the nails so

that the shape that you like but then this step is really important make sure

you clean up all your nail beds with that pet pad alright well let's open up

our strips now what's great is when you open them up you will see there's

actually two full sets so you have eight strips per hand to figure out your

sizing and once you know your sizing it's very easy because they are all

pretty standard and you just kind of go with those same strips all the time if

your strips to have a clear cover that you just want to remove just easily pull

that away and then there's also a backing or that silver and the white

meat you just also pull that to reveal your actual nail polish strip now

today's demo is for those of you that are basically really pressed for time

you just want to get those nail strips on looking great but as quickly as

possible so we're not going to be trying to save extras for other nails if you

want to see how I do that watch some of my other videos because I do show you

how do you can use one strip to cover two nails if your nails aren't super

long okay so I placed it down as close to my

cuticle line as possible you don't want to on the skin though make sure it's not

on the skin and then you just smooth it left and right to the bottom and then up

the center and out to the sides now for Speed I'm doing the pinch method which

means I'm just gathering it right over the nail and then underneath the nail

I'm using my thumb to just remove the excess sorry we're a little off camera

here but I'll show you a better view on the next nail I promise okay so that

peach tab is where you find the cover just take that off and then remove where

the silver and the white meat there's your nail strip placing it as close to

the cuticle line as possible if you don't like your placement you can

actually lift it up and put it back down so don't feel like wherever you put it

first is where it has to go but once you're ready to commit you just smooth

it back and forth at the base then I like to go up the center and out towards

the sides to make sure there's no air bubbles then using that pinch method I'm

just going gathering it right behind the nail and then removing the excess with

my son now also if you ever have any overhang on your side so you need to

make sure that's not on your skin either so I just use my thumbs for that too now

when I first started I really relied a lot on like a cuticle stick or an pusher

but I just use my thumb for pretty much everything now it's really easy and very

quick to do it that way all right the rest I'm gonna show you guys in a fast

forward motion get ready

so once again color Street has given me a nail set that I absolutely love this

one's called Capitol Hill and it's no wonder that this is one of the sets that

sold out pretty quickly when we had our spring launch anyway I hope you enjoyed

this video if you have any questions on color Street don't hesitate to contact

me I'm always here to help also if you have any suggestions for future videos

that you'd like me to create let me know and if you like this video please give

it a like and don't forget to subscribe to my channel I hope you guys have a

great day and I will see you next time bye

New to Kettlebell Sport? Here's some advice from the pros! - Duration: 3:48.

I think if you're getting into the competitive side, it's realizing the importance of technique

over strength.

So maybe up to know if you've been training kettlebells just for fitness

your focus has been on cardio and strength work

As soon as you take away the multiple hand switch and you have to last for time

then the focus should really shift

on making sure you conserve your efficiency and technique.

First of all, have patience.

And secondly, drill the most fundamental technique and drills.

Don''t get too technical. Do the simple things right.

And keep drilling and drilling and drilling the simple things.

When you're struggling in a set, you're struggling in training.

You got to reset your mind. You got to go back to what you learned at the beginning.

And drill it and drill it and drill it until it

just feels natural.

We get too complicated sometimes or we get frustrated.

And I think when we

go right back to the basics, it'll help you get through your sets

and have a more complete understanding

of kettlebell sport.

I would look at technique

as my #1 thing.

And then a close 2nd would be your physicality

your background

what potential chronic conditions you may have versus advantages.

So if somebody is stronger

do they really need strength assistance work?

They're probably going to need more endurance work.

One big tip I can give you is light is good.

Especially when you're starting out and you're learning proper technique

you want to grab those big heavy green and red bells

Don't. Light is good. Learn your technique

Move up gradually.

We're naturally competitive people but then also with kettlebell sport

Kettlebell in general is working grip strength

Put that competitive aspect to something that's incredibly beneficial

to how we live our everyday life

improving grip strength, and we've seen

successes in other

lifting and fitness-based activities

so, kettlebell sport

is only just a natural progression of what to do with kettlebell lifting.

Work on your grip

fingertip push ups, the grippers, powerball

anything to do to get that muscle in the forearm built up.

Stretching! You find that you're using muscles that

you may not have been using for other

sports. Especially

hip flexors, hamstrings

upper body mobility

So, really get into stretching

It'll really help you with your sets.

Anybody wanting to get into kettlebell,

my #1 tip would be

consistency.

You need to be consistent in your training

and be able to give the time.

My #1 tip is find a good coach.

Somebody that can

help you along with the lifts, to give you feedback

to give you some good programming

and to really help you progress.

Know that it's a long journey, this is not something that is going to come overnight.

So it'll take time and a coach will be there to help mentor you and bring you along

and make the journey fun.

If there's one thing I can definitely recommend to a beginner

lifter it is to get a coach, because the

importance of programming and learning technique

in the very beginning is going to be critical to your success.

She released multiple people from their positions as she would not allow taxpayers to be ripped

off for jobs that were simply not needed – quite contrary to the former first lady, Michelle

Obama.

While Melania Trump takes on bigger roles and a more active schedule, she has proven

herself to spend a lot less than what Obama did.

This news comes about as Melania Trump runs one of the lightest East Wings in recent history.

Michelle Obama was reported to have 16 people working under her, being paid a combined $1.24

million.

Melania Trump's staff is only four people who earn a combined $486,700, much less in

comparison to Obama.

Knowing that Melania Trump refuses to hire 12 extra people to do jobs that can be handled

by herself and four others is a wonderful bit of information as it reduces wasteful

spending of the taxpayer money.

Not carrying the extra staff for jobs that can be handled by fewer people is a step in

the right direction towards reducing the amount of money spent by the administration and shows

that Melania cares to be mindful in her position as the first lady.

That's an enjoyable quality for a first lady to have as it spreads a message about

being responsible and not overspending.

Fox News reported more on Melania's smaller staff: "The details are contained in an

annual report the White House sends to Congress showing the names, positions and salaries

of all its personnel.

Both the Obama and Trump administrations acknowledged several additional staffers beyond those listed

in the report with the term "first lady" in their titles.

But even counting all those employees — 24 for Michelle Obama and nine for the current

first lady — Melania Trump's office is relatively small.

It's an approach her spokeswoman says is intentional.

"As with all things that she does, she is being very deliberate in her hiring, focusing

on quality over quantity," communications director Stephanie Grisham said in an email.

"It is important to her that the team is a good fit for what she wants to accomplish

as first lady, and that everyone works well together.

She also wants to be mindful and responsible when it comes to taxpayer money."

While the 2009 annual report listed 16 staffers for Michelle Obama, her press secretary said

at the time the staff actually included 24 people.

A 2009 FactCheck.org story said Obama's 24 aides might have broken records.

"That may indeed be the largest of any first lady, but Hillary Clinton, with 19 staffers,

and Laura Bush with at least 18 and perhaps more, weren't far behind," FactCheck.org

said.

Grisham told Fox News this week there are nine people working in the East Wing under

Melania Trump, a few more than listed in the annual report.

According to those personnel reports, Melania Trump's staffers include a chief of staff,

a communications director, a deputy chief of staff and a deputy director of advance.

Michelle Obama's staff included those same positions and a slew of others: additional

press aides, a director of policy and projects, a personal aide, a traveling aide and a director

of correspondence.

Michelle Obama's office did not return a request for comment."

Melania and Donald Trump will surely be criticized for this one way or another.

The critics will say that Melania fired people instead of being resourceful and saving money

for the White House and their Presidency.

While every President and first lady face critics, there has surely been an insufferable

and increased amount of criticism has been levied towards the Trump family, with even

Barron facing his own fierce barrage of harsh commentary from spiteful people who dislike

the Trump family living in the White House.

Donald and Melania work through the criticism, doing things to make many Americans in hopes

that they're constantly doing right by the citizens.

They will always face criticism from those who oppose their leadership, even though Trump

won the Presidency in a fair election well over one year ago.

THE BABIES ARE HERE!!! (7.2.18) - Duration: 12:06.

We are happy parents.

Of baby birdies

♬ Don't you think we're better together ♬

♬ Oh Honey ♬

♬ I think we are ♬

[both] Good Morning!

Should we come up with something new to say?

Mm-hmm.

No?

I love saying "Good Morning".

Okay, you can say it then.

Good Morning!

Happy Monday.

Oh.

Is today Monday?

Well not for them.

Okay.

Happy Tuesday for you. Happy Monday for us.

We are on our way to horseback riding.

I think it's our seventh lesson.

Is that what we decided?

I think so.

Seventh lesson.

And this morning, well, all day it's been really hot.

So we tried to stay hydrated and

thankfully, our lesson is only a half hour.

Yeah. He was like...

I don't know if you should do this. I don't know.

I don't know.

We're gonna give it a go.

Yeah, if my body says no, I will stop but we have a new teacher because our current teacher's

doing something else the rest of the summer. So she's gonna be training the new teacher or like, I don't know.

So we kind of didn't want to like cancel on that and

whatever. We'll see how it goes. I had a particularly rough morning.

Maybe that's also why you were saying that.

Like you didn't know if I should do it, but I'm not coughing up blood.

I feel like that's pretty great.

Success.

Success in that realm,

but I did have like a low-grade fever and

I took headache meds and everything I needed to take so that I could function like a human.

So hopefully that'll like I don't know. I don't know but whatever, rough morning.

Time to

go horseback riding and

hopefully

uh...

Turn this frown upside down.

Let's do it.

[chuckles]

♬ upbeat music ♬

[Peter] Wow, it's a hot one.

[Peter] Just putting...

There she is.

[Peter] Yup. Sweet addiction.

[smooching sound]

[Peter] Good job. You cantered today!

Do you think the camera shut off?

[Peter] Uh, probably. But it was awesome and hot.

[Peter] Yeah, me too.

It worked.

I lived through it.

Yes, and we are covered in sweat.

Just covered and covered and nastiness.

But I feel like even though it's the hottest day that we've ridden,

I don't feel physically as bad as most days when I'm done.

I don't know, maybe sweating out all the toxins was good for me.

But um, I cantered for just a little bit

but it was a good feeling and I just feel like I'm starting to

understand more of the steps of like

heels down, squeeze your legs, keep your shoulders back, whatever, like all the different little

fundamentals.

Yeah, it feels like okay, I think I can, I think I'm learning and

I'm thankful for the opportunity and

I'm thankful for

the body that's letting me do it. What do you think?

I think the air conditioning on my sweaty shirt feels really good.

There's always something to be thankful for.

Oh, I like this song.

We haven't listened to this CD in a while.

Alright, we have recovered.

Showered all the layers of sweat off.

Yes.

And...

I'm feeling, I'm feeling much better.

I'm so glad.

I'm a couple shades lighter of tomato face.

So that's good.

Tomato face?

Like red as a tomato.

You never said that.

No, I've never said that but I did, in my Instagram I said that my face is as red as a tomato.

And it was.

Although that picture actually didn't show it as truly red as it was, and there is more good news for the day.

Not only are we

much cleaner people than the last time we picked up the camera, but as we walked out today

just now, I

went to take my photo of the bird's nest because whenever momma bird flies away she...

stays on her nest at night when we are around but during the day she flies away.

And so sometimes I take a picture and

there are baby birds and I am so excited!

I was just googling yesterday like, how many days until baby birds hatch and I

calculated, I thought that they wouldn't hatch for another,

I don't know.

[Peter] But you don't know when they were laid.

That's true. I really don't. I only know the first day that I noticed.

So anyway, all of that to say we are, we are happy parents.

Of baby birdies.

Although, they did it all. We didn't do anything.

Good job mama bird.

Yeah, good job mama bird. And I literally have a picture on my phone.

I think this might be like crazy bird status like bird lady status.

Don't you have a video?

Well, okay when Mama and Papa bird flew up into that tree over there

I took a picture and then I drew a red heart around mama bird and a blue heart around papa.

But I did take a video so here are our first couple baby birds.

[Peter] Alright, everybody unload out the front door because we're still waiting on the insurance company.

[Peter] The trucker's insurance company to figure out all the stuff to get our car fixed.

Our friend said, what happened to your car? I was like, oh, a semi truck hit it.

[Peter chuckles]

Normal, right?

[Peter] Yeah, but you know...

[Peter] We'll get there eventually.

[Peter] Hopefully.

Have you told him about this?

[Peter] What? B.GOOD?

[Mary] Yeah.

[Peter] What, that we're going there?

That you love it.

[Peter] Oh, I love B.GOOD.

Their food is so good and it's all local food and we have a buy one get one free entrees. So I'm...

We're gonna split a burger and eggplant meatballs.

♬ upbeat music ♬

[Mary] You all ready for this?

[Mary] Here's the eggplant meatball platter.

[Peter] It's got zoodles in there.

[Mary] And the powerplay.

[Mary] Delicious burger.

[Mary] Bon Appetit.

Bon Appetit.

[Mary] When did we first say that in a vlog?

Probably in Scotland. I don't know.

♬ peaceful piano music ♬

Dancing in the parking lot since 2011.

Sunset. It's worth dancing to.

Yeah, true. I guess really since 2005 we've been dancing in parking lots.

That's true. Let's try to think of the first time we danced in a parking lot.

Hmm...

Dancing in a parking lot.

Well, when your pole vault instructor gave us a ballroom dance lesson DVD.

And he was like you need to learn how to ballroom dance.

Was that because we were gonna go to homecoming?

No, it was for my pole vault. He wanted me to move my feet faster.

Oh!

Anyways.

Ah. Nice sunset.

It's actually like perfect temperature.

[Peter] Yeah.

Epic.

Epic-demic.

That music in this little plaza here is...

Awesome.

All right after dinner Mary was feeling like

uh...

needed some dessert, right?

And

so we were trying to figure out what to do

and then we were driving by Barnes and Noble and I remembered when I was studying in here one night

and I saw someone ordered a slice of cheesecake and it was Cheesecake Factory

and I was like, oh, yeah. They serve Cheesecake Factory slices there. We go in

and they're on sale for 2 dollars.

2 dollars! That's a good deal.

So we got, it's like much smaller than like a, if you got it at the restaurant.

I don't know though babe.

No, no, no, no it's much bigger if you get it at the restaurant.

It's kind if gelatinous.

It's boingy.

Hey, we should take the thumbnail cuz this lighting is really good.

I'll move my hair so it doesn't look like I'm...

Here, let's put thee people in.

Wanna be in our thumb nail with us?

[Peter] This is a shot of where Mary and I part ways.

[snorting]

[Peter] We're usually together but this is one set of stores where I go to the right and Mary goes to the left.

[Mary] There's even a line in the middle of the road that's like

[Mary] separating it.

[Peter] Yeah.

[Mar] But actually we're gonna park and sit in the trunk and watch the sunset.

And drink our latte.

The sun already set though.

I know, but it's so nice out.

Okay. Should we park?

Okay, bye.

[Mary] Okay, you know what, let's just park here.

[Peter] Okay.

[Mary] Okay, park. Park!

I don't wanna park where all the cars are!

[Peter] Oh! Oh, you wanna park right here.

[laughter]

I didn't understand.

I was like, park. Park.

I didn't understand where you,

that you wanted me to park like far away.

Oh no, this is fine.

Oh, you wanna park over here?

[laughter]

♬peaceful piano music ♬

All right, that was fun.

I looked at cameras and lenses and all sorts of

electronics at Best Buy while Mary shopped at Kohl's and now we are meeting up at Target.

I need to get some painters tape and

trying to think of anything else I need while we're out.

Guess we'll see.

[Mary] Fireworks.

We're gonna watch these fireworks.

We came out of target and

fireworks were just going off in the horizon, which we didn't have any planes to watch fireworks this week. So this is perfect.

And.

[both] As always, we will see you tomorrow. Good night!

I don't want to take my eyes off the fireworks.

Good night.

Mmm. Here you go, bonesy.

Say good night to the people!

[Peter talking as Ollie] Good night everybody. See you tomorrow.

Chris Froome & Sexual Health | The GCN Show Ep. 286 - Duration: 31:55.

- From the hills of Catalonia, welcome to the GCN show.

- Welcome to the GCN show, brought to you by Wiggle.

- We'll keep this brief, because we've so much

in this show this week.

Chris Froome, yeah.

Our own Emma and Chris are at the Maratona,

Joel is in London at the launch of his Zwift Academy.

We've got loads of new tech,

including the brand-new, first-ever aero road bike,

from Cannondale, the SystemSix.

- And we are doing more science, but this time

we need your help.

More on that coming up later on.

- Yeah, Dan, I'm pretty sure we're behind

schedule already, mate.

- We are, and we haven't even said

we've got another new presenter!

(upbeat rock music)

This week in the world of cycling, we learnt

that Peter Sagan is marketing gold.

We have never been excited

about receiving a shower head before, have we?

- Nope.

- But then again, we have never received

a special edition Hansgrohe Peter Sagan

monogrammed shower head.

- Oh yeah.

Imagine Dan, when Sagan, or if Sagan wins Olympic gold.

- Golden shower. - Yeah.

Now, that wouldn't be for me, but I imagine there are

some people out there that would pay for it.

- Yeah, some people will pay for anything, won't they?

Now, we also learnt this week that the ASO weren't too happy

about the prospect of reigning champion, Chris Froome,

riding in the Tour de France.

They made an attempt on Sunday to block him

from riding in this year's event.

- They did, but then we also learned this week

that Chris Froome will be racing the Tour de France

because the UCI have dropped their proceedings against him,

clearing him to race because he's innocent.

- Yeah. Now surely we don't need to explain what this

is all about, but if you happen to have been living

under a rock for the last few months, this of course,

relates to the Salbutamol case, whereby he returned

adverse analytical findings for the drug

at last year's Vuelta Hispania.

It's not a banned drug, although it is if you

go over a certain limit.

- And Froome's sample was twice the legal limit.

He posted 2,000 nanograms as opposed

to just 1,000 nanograms.

Now, that doesn't constitute a positive test,

but nevertheless, it was a test that he had to explain.

And boy, did he try and explain it.

Apparently, Froome's legal team submitted 1,500 pages

to the UCI on the 4th of June.

And so fair play to the UCI, they've actually moved

quite quickly on this, I think.

Just under one month later, they and the World

Anti-Doping Agency have concluded that Froome

did not post an adverse analytical finding.

- So that's that.

Effectively, Froome has been cleared and he's now free

to race, as he has been, in fact, through this decision.

He left for lineup on Saturday, because ASO have got

no reason to block him from the Tour de France,

in an attempt to win his fifth Tour de France

and his fourth Grand Tour in a row.

- Yeah, but despite a line thoroughly being drawn

under this case, I suspect things are going to rumble

on and on and on, particularly because actually,

right now, as we film this, there is a frustrating

lack of detail from the UCI as to just what

in those 1,500 pages prompted to them to say that Froome

had done nothing wrong.

- Yeah, it would be interesting to see, wouldn't it?

Because logic does suggest that given the presidents

of people like Alessandro Petacchi and Diego Ulissi,

who posted Salbutamol above the limit but less than Froome's

they were served bans, and so logic would suggest

that Froome was almost inevitably gonna get a ban.

- Well yeah, a lot of people were saying that, weren't they,

the past few month, but what we didn't know,

and what we still don't know, is how many other riders,

how many other athletes have been in Froome's situation

and been exonerated, but we never knew about it,

because in Froome's case, well, the only reason we know

about Froome's case, was that it was leaked.

It should have been a process that was conducted

behind closed doors.

That was the correct and fair way of doing it.

So how many others have been--

- Well, we have heard rumors, though, haven't we?

- Oh, we have.

- That rumor is that the Froome lawyers did,

through investigations during this, find upward

of ten other athletes, who went through something

very similar to Chris Froome, except for the case

that it wasn't done with the public eye,

because it was done behind closed doors.

- Yeah, now we stress that this is very much a rumor.

We cannot confirm nor deny it,

but wouldn't it be interesting to know?

I mean, we will inevitably find out more details, I'm sure,

as time goes on.

But in the meantime, we want to know your thoughts

about this, because I'm sure for many, you're going to be

breathing a sigh of relief.

For others, I just imagine probably outright anger.

So make sure you get involved in the comments section.

Keep it civil.

After all, we're all cycling fans at the end of the day.

But also, why not, take part in the poll just up there.

Are you happy with this decision, or are you sad?

- Hm, interested to hear your thoughts.

- Pleased, angry.

- As mentioned at the top of the show,

GCN is about to do some more signs,

but this time, we need your help.

- We do, we are investigating whether or not cycling

is actually bad for your sexual health.

Now, there is a lot of research out there already.

But most of it's sort of rubbish.

- Bollocks.

- Well, that is actually a good point, yeah.

Because clearly, the issues here are going to be

distinctly different between men and women.

So in this first instance, we are gonna be asking

the male part of our audience to take part

in the questionnaire.

We will have a documentary on this subject coming up

in a few weeks.

And we're going to tackle three problem areas.

So, penile numbness, erectile dysfunction,

and prostate-related problems.

So what specifically are the issues?

What should you be concerned about?

What should you seek help with?

And indeed, is there a thing that's less important?

- Hm, so this is where you lot come in,

because to the best of our knowledge, no one has ever

really surveyed a large group of genuine cyclists,

like you lot out there.

How much do you actually ride your bike,

and have you ever had these issues, or do you

continue to have these issues that Si has just mentioned.

And is there a correlation between those two points?

Yeah, I mean, it's such an important subject, isn't it?

Because in respect to the outcome of the survey,

people do have problems in this department.

And equally, men typically, I mean, we're just a bit crap,

aren't we, at confronting our health-related issues.

So crap, in fact, that that's one of the reasons

why we live less long than women.

That's apparently one of the reasons...(crosstalk)

- Is it? - Apparently so, yeah.

- I didn't know that. - Yep.

- All right, so please do get involved in the questionnaire.

To do it, what you've got to do is follow the link

in the description below this video.

All the data we receive will be completely anonymized,

don't worry about that.

And if nothing else, you'll be helping us to do

some proper science.

- That's right.

But you say us.

We've got a proper scientist.

In this one, yeah, so actually, a top urologist,

a top surgeon, who is a super king cyclist,

and also an Iron Man, but we don't hold that against him.

- Now, if you need any extra incentive to get involved

beyond the fact that you might well be helping out

some fellow cyclists, then our friends over at Physique

have kindly offered to give away four of their saddles

to people that take this survey, who will be chosen

at random. - Yeah.

And it's a subject close to their hearts.

Although, we stress that there are no commercial ties

in this whatsoever.

- No, not at all.

So, please get involved in the link in the description

below this video.

And then we'll repeat this process a little bit further

down the line for our female audience.

Yeah, indeed.

And make sure you share this survey out

as well to your mates.

(trumpet plays "Taps")

- It's now time for Cycling Shorts.

- Cycling Shorts now, and let us take the opportunity

to remind you that we've launched a new channel,

GCN en Espanol.

Same talking thoughts, different language.

(upbeat music)

(speaking foreign language)

- Your feedback on this has been absolutely brilliant

so far, so thank you all for that.

And also, for your help in getting the word out there

to Spanish speakers of us.

And if you haven't already shared it with your

Spanish speaking friends, please do so.

- Yeah, and some brilliant comments,

overwhelmingly positive.

This one, though, Dan, did jump out for me.

From Aleksander R, he says, "Oscar looks great..."

And there's no arguing that.

I mean, he does look great, doesn't he?

Actually, that reminds me of another comment that points out

that Oscar has the best hair on GCN.

- I did see that.

Hard to argue, to be fair.

- Yeah, yeah, I'm glad you said that, Dan,

because yep, I mean...

Anyway, moving swiftly on, Aleksander R then also

goes on to say, why do we need the same videos

in a different language?

- Tough one to answer, that, isn't it?

But we've broken it down.

The reason is for people that like cycling

that speak Spanish and don't speak any English.

It's for them. - Yeah, yeah.

I suppose that makes sense when you put it like that.

- We should also stress that we're not just making

exactly the same videos in Spanish.

We're making fresh, new videos of Oscar

and any other presenters that we get on.

And so if you haven't already subscribed, and you're a

Spanish-speaker, you can subscribe now,

by clicking on the globe that's on the screen.

- [Simon] Yeah, and let's say, Dan, that the announcements

do not stop there, do they?

- No.

- We've got another one.

Please would you welcome (drum roll)

Ollie Bridgewood. (cymbal crash)

(audience cheering)

- Welcome, Ollie Bridgewood.

The addition of Ollie to our team bolsters

our presenting lineup even further.

We are clearly on a mission when it comes to

creating great cycling video, and that momentum

is gathering pace.

Ollie will, amongst other things, be creating

some in-depth features, but brings with him

a wealth of experience, and along with that,

some pretty impressive scientific credentials.

- That's right, just so you know, you lot

have been enjoying watching Emma do proper science,

basically, so much, that we've actually had to recruit

another proper scientist.

So with Ollie, we've not got our second Ph.D on the team.

- Thanks, guys.

I can't wait to get stuck in, especially seeing as this week

we're going to be going to Spain for the big

presenter challenge.

(Simon shushes)

- Just (clears throat) keep that on under wraps.

- I didn't know it was a secret.

- That's...

- Then at the weekend, it's EuroBike.

- Yeah, it's the biggest tech bonanza going.

- That's right, yeah, Ollie and I are heading out

to Germany for that one.

I can't wait.

There's going to be some gems, I can feel it now.

- Yeah, really looking forward to that.

And then, we're going to be comparing a super bike

versus a hyper bike.

Apparently, hyper bikes do exist, I can't wait for that.

And I'm also going to be doing an Everesting challenge,

an Everesting attempt as well. - You are.

Yeah, that was at the very start, really, wasn't it.

The ideas that we had that we didn't really

want to do ourselves.

Welcome, Ollie.

- Yeah, that's right, you've definitely got your work

cut out, Ollie, but yeah, great to have you aboard.

Hey, thinking cutting work, actually,

Emma and Chris have out initially, riding the Maratona,

and I believe they've got something for us.

- Cheers, guys. Welcome back to Alta Badia,

where we've just finished the Maratona.

- [Emma] We're a little bit tired, I think,

but very happy after eight beautiful days of cycling.

In the sunshine, yeah? There was sunshine?

- [Chris] Yeah, it was sunny all day.

- In fact, I think I might have toasted my forehead.

But nevermind, it was really fun.

The mountains were beautiful, the people were lovely.

- [Chris] Yeah, good food, good drinks.

- [Emma] The linzer torte was so good that I ate

too much in Pelswick.

- And the best bit was the descents, absolutely.

- Yeah, I took them a little bit more cautiously.

- Yeah, unfortunately, you didn't take the climbs

that cautiously. - I did!

They were lovely, gently rolling up.

- [Chris] There was no gentle about it.

- [Emma] It was great, chatting, we met some nice people.

- We also saw Big Meg, got to interview her.

- Yeah, he gave me a chair at one climb.

- Eddie Merckx.

- Yeah, he was not riding. - No.

- Saw Elia Viviani, who had incredibly, raced and won

the Italian National Championships yesterday,

got here at midnight, and yeah, got up at five to ride.

And you can watch the whole interview with him at the time.

- What a way to celebrate.

- Yeah, I don't have the jersey yet.

The don't do tonight.

But it's my first official...

I don't know. - Race?

- Yeah, race, with a national attempt.

- You look a bit tired.

- Got here yesterday night at midnight thirty,

so this morning, the wake up is 5:10, 5:15?

- That's quite late, I got up at 4:30.

- Uh yeah, I'm lucky, so...

I do some little bit of breakfast, then I'm here.

But I do just the short one.

- Oh, okay. - Just four climbs.

- Did we see anyone else out there today?

- Oh yeah, we did.

We saw a couple of Skyriders, although pros on the team,

I think it was Belsford and one of their riders, Ortiz.

- [Chris] Yeah, they were trying pretty hard.

- They were quiet on the climb when I passed them.

Maybe they were breathing deeply, or maybe their minds

were elsewhere with this current Froome case.

I'm a bit surprised they had time to ride this body.

- [Chris] I can never just focus on the ride.

That's a tough one.

- It was a tough one, now.

That's why I felt sick.

- That was all right, then.

- It's nice over there, yeah.

- So stay tuned, because a full video on their exploits

is going to be coming out soon.

But now we're going to see what Jon Cannings is up to

over at the Zwift Academy launch.

- Yep, that's right, I'm here in London,

and for once, it's not absolutely chucking

it down with rain.

Although it is a little bit windy.

However, why am I here?

I'm here for the launch of this year's Zwift Academy,

where riders get to train and race from the comfort,

or kind of comfort of their own home on a home trainer,

with a chance of becoming a professional bike rider.

Now, some of you will remember Lloydy last year.

He visited the Team Dimension Data training camp,

where he announced the winner of that place.

And yeah, Ollie the winner last year is here

as well as Leah, who was the inaugural winner

of the women's Zwift Academy.

And details of how you can join the Zwift Academy

trial process are in the description beneath.

Now, I'm going to go find out how those riders

have got on with becoming a professional cyclist.

So I'm here with the inaugural winner of the Zwift Academy,

Leah Torvilson.

Now Leah, do you have any tips for potential candidates

going forward if they want to become pro?

- As far as tips for the Zwift Academy?

I would say enjoy the process,

get to know the Zwift community,

just put your personality out there.

When I say that, I don't mean to be somebody you're not,

but just, everybody has their own qualities

on and off the bike, so get to know the people

and really enjoy it.

- I'm here with the winner of last year's Zwift Academy,

Ollie Jones.

And a belated congratulations.

How's the season been for you?

- The season's been great.

I mean, moving into the new house in Luca,

moving away from the family back in New Zealand.

That was a big step for me.

But I've had a couple of crashes and little injuries

here and there this season, but it's all part of racing.

On the whole, I've had a really good time,

and we're about halfway through the season at the moment.

I'm feeling really good to give the second half

of the season a really good shot.

- We should finish Cycling Shorts by sending our best wishes

to the German track star Christina Vogel,

who crashed really badly in training

and reportedly suffered spinal injuries.

- Thankfully, although she's still in intensive care,

she is now at least stable.

But like Si said, it did sound pretty nasty

what happened to her there.

So GCN send the best wishes, and we hope you have

the speediest recovery possible.

- Yep. - Yep, seconded.

Thirded. - Thirded probably, yeah.

- But I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna go now,

because I'm going to go fit a 32 cassette on ready

for the hang--

- Hey! (shushes)

Hey, we'll keep that quiet, man.

- Secret. - Bye, mate.

- If you find a level 36 for me, I'll take it.

- You check my battery's charged.

(Simon laughs)

GCN Wiggle of Fortune coming up for you right now.

Your chance to win one of four Wiggle vouchers

to spend on anything you wish over on their online shop.

Prize four, 25 pounds, prize three 50,

prize two is 75 pounds.

And the big one, which was won last week.

I watched, you were absent.

150 pounds, the prize won.

- [Simon] I thought the big one was the beer.

- [Dan] Well it is, yeah.

- The one chance Dan gets to win a beer each week.

- Yes right, who do we have as our contestant this week, Si?

- It is Gavin Dempster. (audience applause)

- Right right then. - Good luck to you.

- Best of luck, Gavin.

We are going to start in three, in two, in one.

And we are off.

Ah then, wheel of fortune.

- [Simon] Will it land for two weeks on the trots,

or will it be the second beer in three weeks?

- Oh, beer's been and gone, that was close.

- Three, two.. - It's looking good!

- Is it gonna go to... - Oh!

- [Dan] It is one again!

- 150 big ones!

Man, what a bonus!

- I was about to say, what are the chances of that,

but I think as somebody did point out in the comment

the other day, every week is exactly the same chance

of getting one of these prizes.

So there you go, 150 pounds, winging its way to you, Gav.

Make sure you let us know what you spend that money on

over on the Wiggle online shop.

You can get quite a lot over there for 150 quid.

- Crikey, yeah you can.

Tech of the week now, and albeit it's very stealth,

and Dan, I think you can attest to this,

a very effective ebike has just been pimped out

for summer 2018.

- [Dan] It has indeed.

It weighs in at just 11.31 kilograms, and it's called

Orbea Gain Carbon.

And now this bike has the motor at the rear hub.

That will provide an extra 250 watts of assistance

when you need it.

And at 250 watts, the battery allows it to last

for up to an hour.

Now let's make this clear, this isn't designed to be

at the Moped end of the spectrum when it comes to ebikes,

even if I might have made it look like one when I rode it.

- [Simon] (laughs) Did you really, Dan?

- [Dan] I did.

- [Simon] It's called Just Enough, and the idea is that

it looks like a road bike, which it does.

And it rides like a road bike, which I believe it does.

But then it just gives you a little helping hand

for when you need it.

- Yeah. - Most of the time?

- I absolutely loved it.

Being just 11.3 kilograms, though, it does kind of

feel like the new frontier of ebikes.

Although, the more traditional and familiar

style of ebike is still moving forward

at a quite rapid rate.

- [Simon] That's right, BMC just released a new one

called the Alpenchallenge AMP range.

And that is weightier; it's 14 kilos.

But you get double the torque for the motor

and double the capacity from the battery.

So that very much is on the more ebike end of spectrum,

not road bike with a helping hand.

And to be fair, the flat bars on there will probably

attest to that intended use.

- Bit of a giveaway. - Yeah.

- Yes, also last week, we, or at least Si here,

was privileged to get a first look at the brand new

Cannondale SystemSix Aero road bike.

The full bit of that is over on the tech channel,

but in the meantime, here is a quick sneak peek.

Si assures me it's incredibly fast,

even without a motor.

- Hopefully it looked quite fast.

(calm hip-hop music)

It's called the SystemSix, and Cannondale fans

might remember, there was a bike with this name

back in the mid-naughties.

But make no mistake, this one is all new.

- This week's pro racing has mainly been centered around

the remaining national championships,

most of them in Europe.

Summer has been a pretty greedy side,

Mathieu van der Poel and Jolanda Neff are not content

with winning titles off-road.

They've added the road titles in their respective

nations, too.

- Can't condone that kind of behavior, can we?

- No. Anyway, for all of the detail on those national

championships, check out our GCN racing news show.

- Yeah, please do.

In other racing news, probably the biggest news of the week,

in fact, was that Warren Barguil's team

at Fortuneo-Samsic have changed bike sponsors

just two weeks out from the Tour de France.

They've parted companies with Look and gone

with someone else.

They have; step forward, buh-ash.

Yes, BH. - B'ash!

- [Dan] BH in English.

It's the mechanics, though, that I feel sorry for here.

And it's a strange one anyway, but they now have to

build up bikes for the Tour de France.

There are eight riders.

Each one's going to have a main bike, a spare bike,

probably another spare bike, a tantra bike,

and probably a spare tantra bike.

At least five bikes each, eight riders.

That's 40 bikes.

- Great maths, Dan, but it might even be worse than that.

Because they'll probably have an aero bike

and a lightweight bike, won't they?

- True. - So, we're looking at

maybe 50, 60 bikes.

- I hope they get paid overtime.

- [Simon] Yeah, and tell you what, if anybody was trying

to buy (mumbles) group setting in France at the moment,

you'd be waiting a long, long time, wouldn't you?

And now, last week, we asked you whether or not you

would take Caleb Ewan into the Tour de France

as part of your team.

You voted, and 56% of you said you would.

So obviously, we'll forward those results over

onto the Mitchelton-Scott team.

And it probably won't do any good.

But nevertheless, small consolation there for Caleb.

- Yeah, I'll forward it to Caleb.

He'll be pleased with that.

- Yeah, he will, yeah.

Well, maybe not 56%, it's not overwhelming.

(both laugh)

- It's time for a new giveaway.

This week, we have two pairs of Raptor Smart Glasses

to give away, coming from Everysight.

Yeah, let's look at those.

Can I try on one of them?

Right now, if you haven't seen Dan's video,

a first look at the Raptor glasses from late last year,

then let me fill you in.

Because effectively, they give you a heads up display

of all your essential ride data.

They've also got a GPS function.

They've got a built in GPS in them, haven't they?

And if that's not enough, they can also take pictures

and HD video with a built in camera and built in storage.

And conveniently as well, for now, they're also acting

as an auto cue as I speak. - They're not.

- So yeah, yeah, so this is all completely scripted, Dan.

And actually, I'm just reading it off.

(crosstalk)

I know, it's weird, isn't it?

- [Dan] I could actually watch my video.

- Yeah, I have, and weird that I can predict,

like in the script what we've just talked about.

- You can also link them up with your smart phone,

and after that, you can read messages, if you want.

Also you can upload workouts through your Raptor sunglasses,

which means you can see what interval you need to do next,

whatever your coach prescribed, and also where you're

actually meeting the power demands as you go along.

As I mentioned, we've got two pairs to give away

to two lucky winners.

How to get involved and put yourself in them with a chance

of winning, simply head to the link which is in

the description below.

- Yeah now, we've also got some results for you this week.

We've got the results from the Continental Tour de France

Limited Edition Grand Prix 4000 RS Tires.

Five winners for you.

I'm going to have to take these off, because believe it

or not, they're not actually in auto cue.

I was just fibbing there.

So we're going to have to read off the winners.

First up, Graeme Carruthers from Great Britain.

- Nicole Hogue from the US.

- Gareth Davies from Great Britain as well.

- Ah, I didn't practice this beforehand.

And it's a Swedish name, it is Anders Odmyr.

- You know if you put these on, they'll tell you

how to pronounce it.

- And finally Jo Earrey from Great Britain.

Well done to all of you.

If we haven't already, we will be in contact.

Let you know that you've won and get your

continental tires straight out to you.

- Yeah, and remember as well, you've definitely got to

enter this competition, because that's a seriously

cool bit of tech, isn't it?

(screwdriver grinding)

- Next up, hack, forward slash, bodge of the week.

Now first up it is rather hot in a few places around

the world at the moment as we are finding out at the set

right now.

To combat the heat inside his Velas, James Cornelius

has wrapped tinfoil around his bottles there

top stop them from getting too hot presumably.

- [Simon] Well, I'm going to say, Dan, in respect

to whether it works or not, feels like a bit of a bodge.

- It looks like a bodge.

I would imagine you would rip that foil off as soon as

you try to remove your bottle from the cage.

There are thermal bottles out there.

- [Simon] There are indeed, yeah.

- They do keep your water or energy drink cool

for a bit longer than a normal bottle.

- Yeah okay, so first up, bodge.

Sorry about that.

Next up, we've got this from aaronterrazas.

"I've been tinkering, this tie I decided to paint

"My kedgebike mount the same color as my bike.

"Does that count as a hack?"

Uh... - It looks good.

- It does look good, but I don't know.

I don't know if this was a hack.

It's kinda cool.

- [Dan] What you need, though, is the special edition Wahoo

in red, the eminent bolts.

- [Simon] That is a very good point, Dan, you definitely do.

I think a hack's gotta improve functionality,

doesn't it really, don't you think?

You can't call a paint job a hack.

- No, we've had some custom shoes that we called hacks.

They looked great.

Confusing, huh? - Inconsistency in

my judgment, gotten called on that before.

- [Dan] You think it's Ah-ron rather than Aaron?

Leave it on.

Stooie in Northampton, daughter tore a ligament so

she's now on crutches, her handles needed a wrap,

so she used some spare bar tape.

It's an oldie but it's a goodie.

Definitely a hack. - Definitely a hack.

- I was actually on crutches myself briefly recently,

and it does start to bruise your poor hands.

All the weight on the crutches.

- A good job that you can moan about

your health problems, isn't it?

Right then, next up we've got this one from Steve Wells.

This is cool. I'm using my kid's old bed base

as a family bike stand for the garage.

Look at that! So simple but so effective.

Wheel neatly slotted in between the slats there.

I think that is cool.

- [Dan] You don't even, you just lean it against the wall.

- Genius. - Presto.

- What a hack.

- Bike rack for about five, six bikes, brilliant.

- Yeah. - Next up,

this is definitely a first.

It comes in from Ivan Valke, Val-kay.

Possibly the greatest GCN hack ever.

We'll be the judge of that,

thank you very much Ivan.

After a conversation with Emma Weston

about flappy ride numbers, she pulls out

the double sided boob tape and it works magic.

- [Simon] Well, there we go.

I never ever thought of that before.

Genius, and to be fair, it's Ivan not talking

up his own hack there.

It's clearly emmaweston1980's hack.

So congratulations, Emma.

Not quite sure that's the best hack of all time.

But it's definitely a good one, isn't it?

Ending on a high here in Hack or Bodge this week.

If you have anything, Hack or Bodge, that you would

like to submit for public judgment,

then make sure you send it into us, using the hashtag,

GCNHACK on most forms of social media.

- Yeah.

Caption Competition, your chance to win

a GCN camelback water bottle. (Simon whistles)

Last week's photo was of Si.

Quite a funny one.

You were the penny farthing there.

Brilliant comments for that picture.

- And a massive wedgie, can we say, wearing an Arrow

speed suit there.

- Did you have a big wedgie?

- Well, in order for that suit to fit properly,

it has to be like five sizes too small,

so when you try and stand up straight,

and I don't stand up that straight generally,

it give you a massive wedgie.

- Yeah, you better take that survey, mate.

- I will, after that, anyway.

- Right, well we do have a winner, and that winner is...

(drumroll)

Zak Swan, whose caption was,

"Oh look, there is a penny (farthing)."

We get that caption every time that there's

a caption photo that involves some sort of crash,

and we never give the winner to that one.

- No, but there we go, that was good.

- It does fit there, doesn't it?

- Yeah, we like what you've done there, Zak.

So yeah, congratulations, the bottle comes to you.

How about this week's photo then, Dan?

Who's that?

- That is cyclist Elia Viviani just after winning

the Italian national championships.

- Can I have a go, can I have a go?

- Go on, then.

- I'm sorry, Elia, but these shoes have got to go.

There's no way they're going to match your new

national champs kit.

- Well, if he does redo his shoes, will it be

a hack or a bodge?

- Ooh, good point. Depends on if they get it done properly,

or whether they're--

No, it's a hack, isn't it?

Custom shoes, ah man.

- Get involved in the comments below with your best caption,

and we'll pick a winner this time next week.

And Zak, don't forget to get in touch on Facebook

with the message with your address, and we'll get this

out to you ASAP.

We've picked three more of our favorite comments

from the last seven days.

Lots of brilliant ones, particularly under

the Spanish launch, got quite a lot of them.

The ones I could read.

- (laughs) Yeah.

- First off, underneath Si's interview with David Miller

about time trialing technique, Patrick Carroll wrote,

"Simon is remarkably smooth and steady on the bike."

And Patrick did, I think mean you and not David,

because there was quite a lot of thread of people

agreeing with that. - Really?

- Yeah, remarkable as it is.

- I'm waiting for the punch line.

- No, that's it.

- Oh, thanks, mate.

You picked that one out to read out.

- No you did, you put it in.

I'm joking, I did put it in.

I've been in a good mood. - Yeah, thanks mate.

Anyway, Dave was on good form, actually.

Bit of an interesting bloke to talk to.

Reny, "It feels weird seeing someone with upper body

"muscle wearing the GCN kit."

That is a good point.

- This is a mistake not to make in a small tee.

We have plenty of comments recently along those lines,

haven't we, since those new presenters have joined.

- The Love Island contestants.

- Finally this week, haxhxm, "His hair game might beat

"our all time favorite Dan Lloyd's."

Hashtag, feelsbadfordanlloyd.

This is under our launch video for GCN en Espanol.

- It's the one we mentioned earlier on.

- It is, it is, it is.

Like I said earlier, it's hard to argue with that.

Like I said Oscar is a pretty stylish little dude, isn't he?

- He looks sharp, doesn't he?

Proper sharp.

- Let's tell you what's coming up on the channel

for the next seven days.

- To start with, on Wednesday, we've got how to sprint

on a road bike.

Obviously, that's not from either of us anymore.

We've got Chris opening with that.

- Actually...

Technically, I'm in that video.

- You're not.

(crosstalk)

- We've also got our big Tour de France preview that day,

which involves all of our kisses of death.

We're giving out predictions for the winner this year.

Then on Thursday, we've got our top ten riders to watch

at the Tour de France.

I'm very forgetful today, I have to read it off

the computer here.

Friday is ask--

- Do you want some Everysight glasses?

- Yeah, Friday is Art Dieterling.

That is a Tour de France special, so we encourage

your questions all about the Tour de France

with that one, because that will be coming up on Friday.

We've also got highlights of the Douro Roso,

which is the most prestigious women's stage race,

starting on Friday, over on our Facebook watch page.

- That's right, then on Saturday.

Beating us out, isn't it, because of course,

it's the start of the Tour de France as well,

which means you've got Douro Roso to watch

and you've got GCN's Tour de France highlights package

to watch with Mr. Lloyd.

That's over on Facebook watch as well.

And if that's not enough, right here on YouTube,

we've also got the start of a new series,

Get Fit Quick, get fit in four weeks over the course

of the Tour de France.

Chris Opie takes you through it.

And he will boost your performance.

So yeah, how about that?

Then Sunday we've got talk versus cadence,

now that will be an interesting one.

And then on Monday, of course, it is the GCN

racing news show to supplement all your racing

watching as well.

And then Tuesday's the GCN show.

Oh and not only that, we're also at EuroBike as well,

so make sure you stay tuned to GCN and GCN Tech,

because Ollie and I will be bringing you tech videos

as of Sunday.

And Jon Cannings is on the ground at the Tour de France.

It's busy, busy in July, isn't it?

- Yeah.

- Is Talk Versus Cadence with Emma?

- I'm not sure, why?

- I just wanted to wager a fortune on that.

- You mean whether there's actual science involved this time

Yeah, good for nothing.

Right, that is unfortunately it from the GCN Show

for this week, but as we've just said

and what's coming up on the channel, don't worry,

because there is plenty of bike watching to be done

on GCN over the next few weeks.

Before you do leave this video, though,

please make sure you head over to the GCN shop

because we've got some super cool limited edition

merchandise for you for the month of July.

T-shirts. - Yep.

Loads of cool T-shirt designs.

So yeah, make sure you check it out.

Lots to look at over there.

- Not just T-shirts, also hoodies and sweatshirts.

- Oh, if it was the weather to wear hoodies

and sweatshirts now, Dan.

- Are you getting fed up with the hot weather?

- I'm not, but sometimes it's nice to put a

sweatshirt on, isn't it? - Yeah.

Turn the air conditioning up, man.

- Yeah, I think that must be a genetic thing,

to prepare us for the British winter,

that after awhile we get bored of summer.

- Yeah, it is so hot here.

Si has had four T-shirt changes just in this half an hour

of a GCN shirt, quite a mark already.

Right then, more content for you to watch right now.

Can aero bikes climb?

Si answers that question in the video that

is just down here.

- Yeah, and of course, if you need no further reminding,

please head over to Facebook watch to check out all of our

racing highlights as well.

And a big thumbs up, why not?

Build of the Week S9E2: DreamScythe's Explosive Embrace - Duration: 3:18.

Welcome to Build of the Week.

I'm Bex from Grinding Gear Games.

This week's build is a necromancer hell-bent on killing its minions.

It uses one of the unique items introduced with the Incursion expansion

to burn through skeletons.

Each one explodes with a satisfying pop,

and deals a pile of damage to the enemies around it.

This build relies on Earendel's Embrace,

a unique scepter designed by one of our supporters.

This sceptre grants your skeletons Avatar of Fire,

forcing them to deal only fire damage,

and causing them to cover enemies they hit in ash.

Enemies that are covered in ash

take increased fire damage and move more slowly.

Earendel's Embrace also causes your skeletons to take fire damage

based on their maximum life.

With the Minion Instability keystone,

your minions explode when they reach 35% life,

dealing damage based on their max life.

So to scale damage, you want to gather minion life and minion damage.

You can get a lot of minion life and damage on the passive tree.

You should also avoid anything

that will result in your skeletons surviving longer,

such as the resistances on the Herd the Flock notable.

Jewels and abyss jewels

are another great way to get minion life and damage.

So is the unique body armour Bloodbond.

The From Dust unique jewel

will let you summon your skeletons more quickly,

as will the Bone Sculptor Ascendancy notable.

To back up your skeletons,

a flame golem setup is quite strong.

Supporting them with Summon Phantasm on Kill

will really grow your minion army.

If you can get one, the Anima Stone is worth getting,

since a second flame golem is quite strong.

Consider getting Elemental Equilibrium, too.

An Orb of Storms setup with curse-on-hit and Flammability

will help enhance the fire damage your minions deal.

You'll just have to be careful

as sequential fire hits will do less damage.

When you're fighting bosses

be sure to bring Vaal Summon Skeletons.

This skill really pops.

Get it?

It pops.

If that doesn't finish the job

a spell totem with Dark Pact and Chain

will provide a damage top-up.

More importantly,

it will help kill your skeletons even faster.

It's a very unusual build

with some specific unique item requirements,

but they're all pretty niche.

As a result, this is a surprisingly cheap set-up,

and very satisfying to play.

Pop.

These are all of the unique items you'll want for this build

in order of importance, and how difficult it might be to find them

or buy them from other players.

These are the gems you'll need

These should be very simple to acquire.

If you're interested,

here are the microtransactions

the character in this episode is wearing.

For more in-depth information about this week's build,

you can find a link to the guide in the description of this video.

If you'd like to submit a build for next week's episode,

just post a build guide in the class forums on pathofexile.com.

Thanks for watching and see you next time!

Here's What I Think of Gumout and Seafoam Fuel Additives in 1 Minute - Duration: 0:54.

rev up your engines, J Michael s77 says, Scotty what's the best fuel additives

for getting rid of carbon, lucas, Gumout, okay from my experience, the gumout one seems

to be one of the better ones, what you need to do is make sure that the cleaner

you buy has PEA it's a nitrogen based cleaner and they

all good ones use that now, as an example, the seafoam doesn't add PEA

last time I looked it didn't have any PEA, so it's pretty much useless for modern

cars, so Gumout is a really good one and make sure that it has PEA in it

whatever cleaner you decide to use, because that's the stuff that really works on

modern cars, so if you never want to miss another one of my new car repair videos,

remember to ring that Bell!

Here's Why Kate Middleton Isn't Allowed To Compete In A Public Marathon - Duration: 2:47.

The Duchess of Cambridge is incredibly sporty, and often speaks out about her love of keeping

fit, with tennis and running among her hobbies.

However, despite this, Kate will never be able to take part in a marathon – even though

she attended the London Marathon back in 2017 when her mental health charity Heads Together

was the event's chosen charity of the year.

In a recent interview with Loose Women, it was revealed the reason why Kate Middleton,

and other members of the royal family, can't compete in public marathons. Kate and her

sister, Pippa Middleton, are avid runners. In fact, Pippa ran her first marathon in Kenya

in 2015. But for Kate, the marathon is an event she can no longer participate in for

security reasons.

This is all down to the simple matter of security, revealed her friend Bryony Gordon during an

appearance on Monday's episode of Loose Women. The author was on the show discussing her

impressive connections with the royal family, and recalled the first time she met the Duchess.

Royal etiquette rules have been in the spotlight since Meghan Markle joined the royal family

ranks. For Markle, there is a swath of new rules that need to be adhered to, some strictly,

others more informally.

While Kate was unable to take part in the full race that year, she took part in a 100-metre

sprint with Prince William and Prince Harry during a training day for runners taking part

in the marathon, and was also there to cheer on the participants on the day itself.

Even for more seasoned royals like Kate Middleton, there are still royal rules they must adhere

to. In fact, there are also lifestyle choices that the royals have to give up entirely.

Take Kate for example. As Hello Magazine recently pointed out, Kate Middleton is not allowed

to run at public marathons. And it is a rule that covers all members of the royal family,

not just Middleton.

And it isn't just Kate who is a keen runner, but her younger sister Pippa Middleton too,

back in 2015.

On her decision to take part in the gruelling 42km course, she explained: "I decided that

a marathon was a 'life box' that needed ticking and this year was my time – despite it being

one of the toughest in the world, with temperatures rising to more than 30ºC, at an altitude

of 5,550ft and with the possibility of bumping into lions or rhinos." Pippa completed the

race in three hours, 56 minutes, and was overcome with emotion when she got to the finish line.

If you have Gmail, here's who's scanning your inbox - Duration: 5:12.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Now: John Yang on what we agree to when we click those "I accept" buttons

signing up for e-mail apps.

JOHN YANG: Judy, if you use e-mail, chances are it's Google's Gmail.

It has about 1.4 billion users.

That's two-thirds of all active e-mail users around the world.

A year ago, Gmail said it stopped its practice of scanning users' inbox to personalize ads.

But The Wall Street Journal reports that it still allows outside app developers scan inboxes.

Wall Street Journal tech reporter Douglas MacMillan broke that story and is now with

us from San Francisco.

Doug, thanks for joining us.

Quickly give us an idea what kind of apps we're talking about and.

Why do they want access to the e-mail -- to our e-mails?

DOUGLAS MACMILLAN, The Wall Street Journal: Yes, thanks, John.

So, Gmail -- Google says that Gmail apps make your e-mail more useful.

A few years ago, the company started opening up e-mail and the data inside it to third-party

software developers who are making apps like productivity tools that let you schedule an

e-mail to send later.

There are travel planning apps.

There are shopping apps.

There's kind of an array of ways to let you kind of superpower your e-mail.

But, as we found out in our reporting, the more kind of you're letting these developers

access the data in your e-mail, the more you're risking some of that personal data that is

all over the inside of your e-mail to fall into the wrong hands.

JOHN YANG: And are these computers scanning the e-mails, or are these real people reading

e-mails?

DOUGLAS MACMILLAN: Yes, so, that's one of the most surprising things we found in our

reporting for this story, was that in most cases these are computers scanning these messages

automatically.

We talked to one company called Return Path that is hooked up to more than two million

users and actively scanning their messages.

Mostly, that is computers scanning them.

But in some cases we found in order to train those computers, they need to have human beings

step in and actually manually review those messages.

And in the case of this Return Path company, they were having employees manually step in

and say, this method is a commercial message, and this message is a personal message.

That process needs to be done by a person in order to make sure the computer can do

it automatically later on.

JOHN YANG: And what protections are there to -- against the people who are doing this

using some of the information?

DOUGLAS MACMILLAN: Yes, so the protections here are the privacy policies and the terms

of service for the companies who are doing this.

I mean, first and foremost, that is Google and the privacy policy that they keep with

their developers.

Now, we talk to a lot of developers who say, even though that Google prohibits developers

from doing things like storing data permanently, sharing your data with third parties, that

Google doesn't really do much to audit a lot of the developers.

They can run some checks, and they can they can look to see if there are any extreme bad

actors in their system.

But they aren't actually going and visiting each of these companies who are obtaining

this data.

In many cases, these are small startups who don't have rigorous privacy practices in place,

like you would see at a big tech company like Google.

So, there's questions around on, are these privacies being followed and questions around,

who are these companies who are getting this data at the end of the day?

JOHN YANG: And what is Google's response?

What did they say when you went to them?

DOUGLAS MACMILLAN: Google's general response is that it's up to users and that, when you

click a button and say, I give my permission for this developer to access my inbox, then

you are signing your inbox over to them.

But I think that that answer is probably not going to carry wait.

There's more and more attention on issues of privacy and more awareness of how tech

giants have a real responsibility to users to help them make informed choices about their

data.

In this case, I feel like many of the users I talked to in many of the instances which

we reported in this story today are examples of how users in some cases are not making

informed choices, and that companies like Google could be doing more to help them.

JOHN YANG: How does this compare to the case of Facebook and Cambridge Analytica, what

happened in that case?

DOUGLAS MACMILLAN: Yes.

So, it's similar in the sense that both companies over the past decade have really tried to

do what's called in Silicon Valley creating a platform.

Microsoft Windows is a great example of the -- back in the '90s of building a software

platform for other developers to build software on.

And when you get all these apps going, you get a lot of the users coming to you, and

you build ultimately a more valuable product.

Apple iPhone also is successful in doing this with the Apps Store.

Facebook recently had some stumbles in opening up its software to outside developers, like

we saw -- like you mentioned with the Cambridge Analytical example.

I think you're seeing Google now maybe is going to have second thoughts about its strategy

of trying to turn Gmail into a platform, because people are starting to question whether or

not e-mail data is something that should be leaving the bounds and the containers of the

Gmail service.

JOHN YANG: Douglas MacMillan of The Wall Street Journal, thanks for explaining this to us.

DOUGLAS MACMILLAN: Thanks, John.

Here's Why the Jeep Wrangler is One of the Best Off-Road Vehicles - Duration: 4:17.

welcome to wacky Wednesday's, where everyone has a chance to show off their

car mods, and here's this week's winner,

thanks Scotty, hi everyone, this is my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, I've owned

this vehicle for about five years now, I bought it from high school girls, some of

the extra modifications that I have done to this Jeep personally, to start off

with I have onboard air which is a little compressor that sits under my

hood to air up my tires after I'm done with the trail, currently those tires are

sitting at 14 psi, when I get done I'll air them back up to 32 psi before I go home, also

I have an anti rock sway bar. 3 inch suspension lift. one inch body lift, one

inch motor mount lifts, one ton style steering and track bars, upgraded Rock

sliders on the sides, engine and transmission, belly up skid plate,

upgraded rear driveshaft, upgraded control arms, all eight of them they're

all fully adjustable, and then these 35 inch ko2 tires that I have on this rig

currently and I love them, I also have plans to do many more

modifications in the future, there's an article on four wheeler dot com, the Jeep

Wrangler Rubicon story nearly cancelled article from July 1st 2009, I'll put a

link to that article at the bottom of the screen, to sum up the article some

chrysler engineers that the jeep plants wanted to show the off-roading

community that they could make a serious offroading vehicle straight from the

factory, Jeep executives go on a weekend getaway to the Rubicon Trail in

California every year, excited about the new wrangler TJ the engineers sneak in a

four-to-one transfer case one year and front and rear locking differentials the

next year, the executives loved these two TJ, saying

the trail seemed easier with them, the engineers convinced the executives

to build the rubicon model for the new Wrangler starting in 2003 these

Wranglers came equipped with front and rear 44 axles with differential

lockers, 31 inch mud tires, rock rails, rear disc brakes, four to one transfer

case, different shocks, and a sticker on the hood so everyone would know that you

have the most capable factory off-road vehicle ever made,
