We are always worried about a LP gas leak or a fire in the house

This is a LP gas plus Smoke detector

Let see how i built it

These are what we need

Promini

MQ2 Gas sensor

This can detect both LPG and smoke

This is the buzzer. This will give the alarm noise

stepdown buck

This is the diagram

Here they are connected

This buzzer is connected via a switch

So I can just turn the sound off

With out cutting off the whole power

Here is the code

Here it is in real senario

lets see how it works

Building Lifelong Readers with the Reading Plus Online Reading Program - Duration: 2:16.

Reading is the gateway to knowledge, insight, and joy.

But for many students that gateway is never opened.

They may show progress reading aloud, but when reading on their own

they often struggle, fall behind, and lose interest in reading entirely.

So, what's the problem? Why do some students struggle to read independently?

We all remember learning to read out loud. It was simple.

First, sound out the letters, then form the words.

Do this enough times to build your vocabulary and then move on to independent reading.

But the truth is, independent silent reading requires a very different skill set.

Let's take a closer look.

First, the students eyes scan the text.

Then, the student thinks about the words and meaning.

And finally, the student becomes interested and motivated to read more.

But here's the critical part. The student has to do all three simultaneously.

These are the three domains of reading:

Physical - developing silent reading fluency and stamina;

Cognitive - building vocabulary and comprehension;

and Emotional - increasing interest, confidence, and motivation.

With this in mind, it's easy to see why students struggle to read independently.

If their physical skills are weak, it doesn't matter how good a student's vocabulary is.

They won't be able to keep up.

And if a student's comprehension skills are weak, they'll lose confidence and get frustrated.

This is true for students of all ages.

Because, when a student reads independently

they engage with all three domains of reading at the same time.

And so should their reading instruction.

Only Reading Plus integrates these three domains into one personalized system.

We build the physical skills essential for fluency and stamina,

provide the texts to build vocabulary and comprehension,

and tap into student interest to build confidence and motivation.

Reading Plus opens the gateway to discovering reading as a source of knowledge, insight, and joy.

And the result is not just a better reader, but a lifelong reader.

Classic Piano - Plus (VST Instrument) - Duration: 14:39.

Welcome! ThisInstrument is available for download from www.domacistudio.cz

This Piano additionally contains further control loops mode. Also controls for Cutoff, Level, Octave, Pan, Delay, Reverb...

20 different loops presets can be used for individual keys and chords.

Here's how it works in Cubase, but this instrument works in all programs supporting VST3, VST2, AU and AAX and also as standalone version.

Each loop contains control for Gate Scale and Tempo Scale.

You can also change octaves ...

Loops work with all possible chords, it's up to you to use ...

It is also possible to combine loops and get a further crazy variations.

1) Installation - First download Halion Sonic SE3 free if you already do not have

You will receive download link and activation code on email you entered ...

Download - Install ...

After installation, run "eLicenser control", which was automatically also installed and enter the code ...

Now download "Classic Piano - Plus" - unzip and double-click to add it to Halion Sonic SE library

An example of how to use Classic Piano - Plus

Piano settings, I've modified octave and echo settings (Delay). I also adjusted the tempo (Cubase).

First, I'm going to create an intro without using loops - I'm just editing - I cut a chord.

But before that, I'm still copying Ctrl + D (Duplicate) chords for later use in loops ...

I edit and adjust the length of chords...

Now go to the copied chords ...

I will test the loop mode and select the loop or part of the loop to connect to the intro ...

I chose the beginning of loop # 2 (test -experiment): D

As I said, I chose only the beginning of the loop - I will shorten the length of the chords so it does only the beginning of the loop will play...

Copy - Duplicate (Ctrl + D) - the section will play 2x.

Test it...

Using Automation or Duplicate Track, I will automatically enable and switch loops ...

First sample using automation - turn on the Write Automation button ...

I'm pushing the loop button when I want Cubase to turn on the loop - the program writes it ...

Then just turn on the green Read Automation button and Cubase will turn on and off the loops according to the automation ...

Another option is to copy the track (Duplicate Track), remove the sections so they do not play duplicates and turn on each track to another loop of your choice

This can be done repeatedly and creating different variations according to your imagination :D

You can also experiment with changing the octave, gate, reverb, delay etc. - have fun :D

As mentioned above, this tool also works in standalone and in all programs supporting VST3, VST2, AU, and AAX. For example Podium free - DAW for free.

If this video was somehow useful to you i am glad and if you will want, see you with another videos... :D

Wardrobe & Closet Organizing for Women for Everyday & Business plus LookBook/ Mature over 50 - Duration: 18:29.

Hi everyone Heather here and today I'm going to tackle that age-old problem...

"I've got nothing to wear". How am I gonna do it I'm gonna show you my very own

closet and I really hope with this video I can help show you 5 different

things on how and tips and hacks or whatever you want to call it on how to

make your wardrobe easy to maneuver, easy to find things and easy to find

something to wear. So let's get to it

So with the 5 tips for wardrobe organizing I'm really hoping that I'm

helping you with everyday and also for those mornings when you've got to go

somewhere, you got to go to work and you just don't know what to wear so I hope

it's all gonna help you out with that. Now as far as the clothing is concerned

I'm going more middle of the road, we're not going to show you bargain basement

clothing we're not also going to show you super expensive as well, so kind of

middle of the road. The other thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to probably

be showing you a little bit more, especially when I'm actually modeling

some of the outfits, a little bit more on the conservative side but hey if you've

watched my videos you know I've got that fun side and I'm gonna show you a few of

those kind of items in my closet as well. Now what I try to do because you've

asked for it, I've tried to find items that are very similar and I put a link

in the first comment, I link it back to my blog and that's where you can find

similar items so, and we make a little bit of money on that and you know what

we really appreciate it, thank you so much. So well, yeah let's get looking at

this closet. So my number one tip is make your own look books and as I'm going

through the other tips from 2 to 5 you can get some ideas there. I've also done

some videos on fall and winter fashions and I'll put it up there somewhere

Pinterest is great, magazines, oh yeah I also did one on the spring in summer so

I'll put that one up there as well, but yeah, yeah gather up as many, even go to

the mall and kind of look what's on the mannequins get some ideas and don't

forget the accessories and the shoes and the purse and even scarves and that sort

of thing jewelry. So what I do with this is I just sort of, with my phone I take a

selfie try to make it lengthwise and you know I'm always smiling in the pictures

too because I'm so happy to have my lookbooks and what I do is I put the

pictures on a word doc and this one for example is for the the summer and spring

one but I also have one for winter and fall and I just put them together. Now

yes you could put them together on your phone and organize them that way, that's

an idea but for me, you know what I don't even want to turn my phone on in the

morning I just want to go... alright I'm uninspired, I went to bed late last night

I think I'll do number three today. So my number two wardrobe

organising trip, tip yes, well maybe it's a bit of a trip, anyway, yeah I found this

shirt for example, this top and I absolutely loved it it had a nice

neckline it was really stretchy it was very comfortable to wear so I really

liked it so you know what I did, this is your tip tip number two, is I ended up

buying it two, three, four in four, five, five different ,where's a black one,

missing, oh six different colors and you might be saying... oh my gosh Heather

that's like a huge outlay I can't do that well you know what I find that I

hand wash these clothes by the way, but I find that it actually saves money in the

long run because I'm not running out and buying a bunch of tops that I wear and I

say I hate this, I know that these ones work and these ones I would

probably wear you know a lot of times underneath and over top, and I'll show

you that in another tip here but I also did the same thing with the long sleeve

ones so I went out I said I love this it's long sleeve, it's great when it's

cold outside and I went ahead and I bought that in a bunch of colors and

usually always black and white is a really good staple to have so that's my

number two tip and I'm telling you something if you hand wash

your clothes and take good care of them they last forever. I've probably had

these tops... seven years, really I'm not even kidding seven years but they're my

go-to, I love them so let's just move on into the wardrobe a little bit and let's

talk about pants. Now again I found these pants I absolutely love them they're

nice and stretchy they're a perfect length for me and I went.. hey I love

these pants and maybe you have to budget for this kind of a thing but I went

ahead and I bought it in gray they also had them in a really nice, this is a sort

of a pattern that goes with everything and I also bought it in navy blue and

then also you know what jeans are like they are really, really hard to find the

right ones and in my top 10 slimming kind of wardrobe ideas, I'll put it up

there as well, I did mention these these jeans so I found these great

jeans and I love them and I love them so much I also bought them in a lighter

color ,so keep that in mind when you're doing your shopping and it really makes

your wardrobe easy and you know when you're putting on those clothes they're

gonna be comfy they're going to be the right length and it saves you the time

and having to keep on going shopping because most of these items are more

like a staple item in your wardrobe, they last forever. So the number 3 tip and

this makes all the difference in your lookbook that you're going to make,

over-tops. Now an over-top could be a shirt like this, it could also be you

know, an overtop that's really nice and light for the summer time and there's a

couple of those here sorry take a little more time to show you all so let's, let's

have a black jacket or sweater but let's not be wearing it every single day and

hey you know you're a beautiful person if you have a

few curves or something like that, embrace them, you know let's get into some color and

what I'm looking at here are, how about, and maybe Bill we can back up a little

bit so they can see this... how about a nice blue or what about, what else do I

have, in here oh I've got kind of like a fun one that I could wear or maybe also

this beautiful cashmere purple let's let's bring it out with the colors and

and I'll just show you a couple more that I absolutely love, love, love , love

for the summertime also imagine this with either the blue turquoise or also

the here I'll unbutton it a little bit here for you or the blue turquoise or maybe

the yellow v-neck that I showed you a few minutes ago this is, just... it makes me

so happy to wear something like this because it's so colorful . So I've just

got quite a few of these and I'll show you one more that I absolutely love is

the vest and again it it really makes a difference for those lookbooks and

jazz's everything up. So my fourth tip is use accessories more and jewelry more they

really, really jazz up that look book that we're looking at and you know this

looks a little messy, it is actually organized, I have all of my scarves here

and you can see I've sort of got them all nicely folded in that sort of thing

and when I want to scarf I just grab it off the shelf and by the way, I did a

video, I'll put it up there of 20 different ideas to use with scarves and

such a low investment in scarves for most of the kinds that are out there, and

such a really uplifting thing for your wardrobe and I've also got some great

hats here and all kinds of things and and you know in the mornings if I need a

scarf, if I need a hat whatever got it there and I'm out the door and let me

just show you one more thing I'll put the hat back it's a little bit of a mess

but it's an organized mess. So let's go over here and I, poor Bill's

trying to follow me, and of course I'm running around, let me go over this

way I think it might be a little bit better. I bought myself this beautiful

jewelry box, now my room is sort of more white and and airy so I painted the

wood but it's just beautiful and Bill if we can do a little bit of a

close-up here you'll notice that I've got necklaces here but also I put some

little extra ones on this side with some clips I also have another door here with

necklaces and again on the other side with some clips and if you want to see

the top of this I also have in here you know my Micky Mouse watch, my dress-up

watch, I've got a whole bunch of earrings that I love . Always remembering to keep

my attitude positive that's a big one in there but anyway, and then all these

little drawers of , and I'll put a link on the blog for something like this for

bracelets, more bracelets, jeez I like bracelets and bangles and then also I

have things like hair clips and more hair clips and so everything is there,

everything, I'll just get into the light a little bit better here, everything is

here and I'm just grabbing and what jewelry I need for the day and away I go

So last but not least number five is putting it all together in your closet,

so what I like to do I like to put a lot of my sort of business upscale kind of

work clothes together and yeah they overlap sometimes because obviously I'm

going to, you know wear this jacket for fun

but I just like kind of put things in front I'll show you the fun ones in a

minute but here I have my accessories, my scarves, my bathing suit

a great big towel up here my sun hat, I also have my coats back here so I can

just grab them whenever I want them, over- tops we've already shown some of these

tops we've shown. I also have a few, you know, standalone kind of tops that I love

on their own as well... so and then I get into dresses and they'll, if we can just

back up just a little bit, you'll see I have some really nice dresses that I

love and I put all of those together here. Hey look at this one talk about fun

I just love this dress and with a little sweater or something on top of it I can

just wear it almost year-round sometimes I even put some leggings underneath

it because you know, it is a little bit on the short side but I just put the

leotards or leggings underneath and we've got some of go to dresses we have...

now you might say "Heather come on that's really a short skirt"... well it's not

really a skirt it's a skort and I just don't wear short skirts like this

anymore and I usually, if I have a shorter skirt, usually I'm wearing a

leotard with it but I do have a few pairs of skorts I figure if I wear it on

the golf course I can wear it out as well so just be careful with that. I've

got all my pants together and then we start getting into a little bit more fun

we're getting into some jeans and that sort of thing and in just a second we'll

flip over to the other side and I'll show you the fun items. So on this side

it's more like fun items and hey you might have a smaller closet or you might

have a gigantic walk-in... the terms really still apply to that and over here

I've got some capris that I love to wear also accessories like belts and that

sort of thing and you know if you see my other videos I love my stretchy belts

and I also did a video on accessories and I sort of talked about these kind of

things in there just fantastic, so I've got all different kinds

of belts in here that I can grab especially you know the stretchy ones

that I talked about so we've got that that's over top of a bathing suit that I

like to wear so these just sort of go on top of a a bathing suit and then the

straps kind of show and talking about bathing suits just still up here if you

can Bill in here I have my bathing suits, my hats, I think I already mentioned that,

also my lookbook is up here some bangles that don't fit in my jewelry box, shine

your shoes shoe shining stuff... keep your shoe shined, you know that was a an old

wives tale but I think it really still holds true keeping my boots and that

protected stuff, gloves, purses down here again it's a little bit of a mess, but I've got

because it's colder out, right, right now I've got all my boots, my shoes, I got

shiny shoes for galas and that sort of thing , parties, my rain boots... I just

bought these rain boots, love them, love them, and also let's get into some of the

fun things so here we have t-shirts you know, I love t-shirts with a lot of

sayings on them too so I do that and love this one can you read that,

lovely, okay so we've got that oh talking this one's a band of course but also I

have my camisoles all in here too and I've got all those in different colors

and along with the camisole I'm also putting any leggings or anything like

that that I want to wear whether they're capris style or whether they're the longer

version underneath some of those tops that I was talking about before. I have

some sweater coats that I'd wear more casually, my jean jacket I wear more

casually, hoodies that sort of thing so and even tops through this that are

really short sleeve that just a little bit more casual and also

if you're going out and seeing your favorite band or your going to concerts

and that sort of thing I usually like to buy one of the

t-shirts from, because you know, today these concerts are just such an

experience and that sort of thing so in my fun area I also have some of my

favourite concerts that I've gone to and they're all in here so I just wear them

when, whenever I'm feeling like it. I just sort of pop those on. So I didn't

want to make this too long of a video but as you can see there's a lot of fun

things there and got it all going on. I can grab my boots and shoes whenever I

want to and it works for me and I just hope that it works for you and I'm

really glad you let me into your homes or wherever you are to watch this video

and I just hope it helps a bit but I got one more thing to talk about it just

take a second... so at this point I want to bring in little Hurricane here our

little Yorkie and Hurricane you don't really have to worry about clothes that

much do you, it's I'd say it was a lucky dog but I

like wearing clothes, so anyway so Hurricane if he could talk and Bill

who's behind the camera and myself we just want to thank you so much for

subscribing and the great comments where we're getting the community, everything

we really, really appreciate it and there is a button down there ,

there somewhere Hurricane, that you could press if you do want to subscribe to us

and much appreciate it. I had to just say that you are inspiring Bill and I,

encouraging us to keep on making these videos and we've decided that we're

going to put them out on more frequency now and I'm putting on my thinking cap

to think of some great ideas for you all and we're also going to do a few

lifestyle ones like travel and some of the dates that Bill and I go on and

food and eating healthy and all that kind of thing so

stay tuned keep it awesome and we'll see you later
