[Specials] Q. What makes Boll strong?

Former Teammate in Bundesliga Testimony of Seiya Kishikawa(First OA System)

Boll's game has no holes

Also, I think his service and receive are always at a high level

His FH and BH

in terms of stability and rotation

are still hands down top of the world

Such a player doesn't fade away as he ages

I think his strength will hardly fall

Q. What exactly is Boll's strength?

Even though it may not be very noticeable

Boll's service is really good

It's not that he puts tricky spin on the ball

It's just that the spin is so strong

For example, when you try to push short

but due to the strong spin

it drifts a little long

then it gets punished by either FH or BH loopdrive

He doesn't let it slip past unnoticed

Even if it drifts past the table just a little

he'd just let it drop a little and loopdrive it

Boll's Self-Assessment

I think my service is very good because I have a lot of variation it's not just

the spin it's also the placement and the variation of it so it's much more

difficult if you place the ball on different points and different lengths

different spins so the opponent cannot get used to it and then he's not precise

anymore and then this small centimeters I can use so this is my strategy a

little bit and also one of my biggest strengths

Q. What makes Boll strong?

A. Service(1) that is hard to return short Pendulum short serve

Point(1) of pendulum short serve Aim for the endline for 1st bounce

so I'm focusing to to put the first contact quite in the front of the table

that it's coming somewhere here and that it has the chance to play to two bounces

a second time on the table so that it's short

this is most important thing in...in the beginning

Point(2) of pendulum short serve Compact swing that prioritizes on control and speedy recovery

Swing while deepening forward leaning so that power can easily enter by impact

WHAT IS BINGE EATING DISORDER? | Video by Psych-Minded - Duration: 4:01.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded!

I'm your host Kalley Marie and today we're going to continue on with our eating disorders

series and discuss Binge Eating Disorder.

[Intro Music]

Binge Eating Disorder is the newest, most formally recognized eating disorder currently

in the DSM.

It was added a couple of years ago, along with the main eating disorders such as Anorexia

and Bulimia.

I remember a decade ago when I first started studying eating disorders and getting really

into psychology that, this was not something that was really discussed in the realm of

eating disorders.

It was thought that if you had an eating disorder it was either one of the main such as Anorexia

or Bulimia.

And that simply is not true.

We know now that there is a lot of variation within the eating disorder realm and certainly

compulsive overeating, or Binge Eating Disorder, is a component of that.

So what's really exciting about it being formally acknowledged as a disorder, is that people

that struggle with it can actually get help through their insurance.

So that's why it makes me sort of excited that this is something that we are finally

recognizing as a disorder because there are a lot of people who feel that they cannot

control their eating habits and now we have a way for them to get the psychological help

that they need through their insurance since it is formally recognized.

I know that labels can be difficult and nobody wants to be labeled as having some sort of

disorder, but it does open up a lot of doors and sort of put people on the right pathway

to getting help out of that.

So the main symptoms of Binge Eating Disorder include eating large quantities of food, particularly

very quickly.

Someone might sit down, for example, to eat a plate of food that is 3-4 times the normal

size of a serving and do that 2 or 3 other times within 30 minutes.

So large amounts of food are being eaten in a very small amount of time.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a formal meal.

A lot of people with Binge Eating Disorder find themselves going back to the kitchen

repeatedly or just snacking on different things throughout the day without really being able

to stop.

They feel a lack of control over what they're eating, especially the ability to control

what they eat in the first place.

There is a sense of compulsion and obsession at getting the food that they desire and satisfying

that craving.

A binge episode is typically associated with the person feeling very guilty or shameful

for what they are doing.

They may only eat in the privacy of their own home or when other people are not around

because they feel a sense of shame surrounding their food intake.

Socially, just like with any other eating disorder, this makes it very difficult to

lead a normal life and can be detrimental not being able to enjoy going out with friends

or going and celebrating when food is involved.

So following one of these binge episodes, the individual with Binge Eating Disorder

is likely to feel very shameful and guilty and uncomfortable, as well as even sick to

their stomach.

Their self-esteem is likely to take a dive with each episode of binging that occurs and

they may find it impossible to find the motivation to exercise or start on a healthy diet.

Physically, you may notice somebody with Binge Eating Disorder has frequent weight fluctuations

and they may gain massive amounts of weight in a short amount of time, which can be very

physically painful and cause a lot of problems, as well.

They may complain of fatigue or stomach issues or other ailments, such as muscle aches or

joint pain.

If you or someone you know is struggling with Binge Eating Disorder, know you are not alone.

In recent years a lot of wonderful resource and advocacy has come up surrounding this

disorder in order to get people the help that they need.

How to Save a Dying Succulent (What You Need to Know) - Duration: 6:43.

Hello everyone, this is Sheila.

And in this video you will learn how to save a dying succulent, like these guys right here.

So, first, let me ask you these questions?

Have you had a dying succulent?

Maybe one or two or three or four or more?

If the answer is yes, then this video is for you!

So, let's jump in!

If you would look at this succulent, there is no obvious sign of infestation and if you

would look at the rest of the succulents in the pot, these guys are obviously healthy

and were not over-watered at all.

So, what do you think happened here?

Stay until the end of this video to get the answer.

So, for now, Tip Number 1 on how to save a dying succulent is to learn to spot one.

The very first thing that you need to know is that early detection is the key.

Let me show you which succulents look like they are dying but they're not.

Why is this important?

Because when some people would see this…this, and this, they would start freaking out and

would start going crazy with watering, which only makes things worse.

Do you want to know why I know?

This was me when I was starting.

So, what are the early signs of a dying succulent?

A dying succulent would have a darkening base.

If you would look at the leaves of the plant, the upper part looks healthy, but this base

here is showing signs of rotting.

This is a telltale sign of a dying succulent, a base that's constricting with a brown

rotting color.

Once you have identified the sick succulent, we will now proceed to step number 2 on how

to save a dying succulent, which is to locate the healthy part of the plant.

If you are quick enough, you will still have healthy parts to recover and these are the

leaves and the stem that looks more green and healthy.

Make sure to cut the stem about an inch away from the rotting section.

And since we are trying to save this dying succulent, let me share with you this message:

Be a person on a mission.

Whatever you do, make sure that each of them directs you towards your goal.

Be relentless.

So from this day forward, always tell yourself, I'm a person on a mission.

Step Number 3, after cutting, check the tip and make sure that there is no sign of rot

and that the tip has a citrusy smell instead of a pungent, moldy odor.

Also make sure that the tip has calloused over, which is roughly 2 to 3 days after cutting,

and once all of these are checked, it's time to proceed to Step Number 4, which is

to plant it in a temporary pot.

I'm planting this guy in this temporary pot for now 'cause I would rather wait for

about a month and a half before adding this to a group.

It is important to put this succulent in a controlled environment with no precipitation

or source of moisture and no harsh sun exposure, that' why I'm putting this guy in this

spot indoors.

In July here in Brentwood, California, it's way too hot for a recovering plant to deal

with.

I just want to make sure that he has grown enough roots and that he is stronger before

I send him off with the rest of the gang outside.

Here's the second plant and this takes us to Step Number 5 and option number 2 on how

to save a dying succulent, which is to pluck off the healthy leaves off of the dying plant

and propagate them.

I highly suggest that you still try to propagate even the leaves that look less likely to sprout

roots, 'cause most of the time, they still do.

So, aside from replanting the part of the plant that still looks healthy, propagating

the leaves gives you higher chance of still getting that same succulent going.

As promised, let me tell you what happened to these succulents and this is a very good

learning experience for me,too.

And you will definitely learn from it.

So, although these plants are not being watered very often, as you can tell from these healthy

succulents on this side, there is something very significant about how this pot is placed.

See, this planter used to be near the fence.

I realized that the side of the pot that is closest to the fence is so protected from

the sun that the soil near that side of the planter is not drying as fast.

When I used my moisture meter to measure how wet the soil is, the front part would register

as less moist at 2 or 3, but the rear registered as really wet at 6 or 7.

So, as a very important tip, before watering, test all sides with your moisture meter.

As long as your pot still register some moisture, postpone watering.

So, even if it is just 2 for moisture, it is still over-watering.

Okay, so remember, the best tip to save a dying succulent is early detection and checking

for moisture all over the pot.

And always remember to tell yourself this, I am a person on a mission and every step

I take, leads me there.

And again, this is Sheila, your person on a mission, for Succulent Fame.

Sending you inspirations with every succulent.

Remember to give this video a thumbs up and share this video, too.

Thank you so much for watching!

Think You Found the Right House? What Now? - Duration: 4:51.

Hi everyone! My name is Carolynn. I'm with the Wise Move AZ Team and we are with

Realty ONE Group. Welcome to the 6th episode of our 'Buyer Series'! The topic

today is: "When you think you found the ONE!". So, what's happened? You've been

searching for a new home for months, maybe longer. You've done your research,

you've been pre-approved, and you know this is the right neighborhood. You looked

through the house and it had felt right when you walked in the door. It has the

right number of bedrooms, the right number of bathrooms, the right garage

spaces, it ticks all the boxes on your 'Must-Have List', it ticks

some of the boxes on your 'Like to Have it List' and even some of the boxes

on your 'Nice to Have List'. Maybe you even got a little defensive when you were going

through the house and somebody (maybe your partner, maybe the REALTOR®) criticized

some aspect of the house. That, to me, says you've probably found the right

place! I want you now to take a step backwards; remember that this is a

lifetime decision. You're going to be there for a long time. This house is going to

be in your family photos long after you're gone

so make your right. Taking a step back, what I want you to do is to go back to

the house again. This time you're going to be thorough, you're going to

get emotion out of the picture. I want you to walk into every room (no peeking

your head around the corner, no leaning in), you need to get in each

room! Look at the floors, the floor coverings, the walls, the ceiling,

sprinkler heads, and inside closets. In the kitchen I want you turning on faucets, I

want you turning on the garbage disposal, etc. Any appliance that needs to be working when

you move in, turn it on, make sure that it's

working. Then I want you to go out into the backyard (and the front yard too).

I want you to look at the landscaping. What kind of landscaping is

it? Is it going to require a lot of water? Is it something that you're going to need to

work on? Is the barbecue built-in? Does it need pavers? Look at everything in the

backyard. Then I want you to listen. What noises do you hear? Do you have

noisy neighbours? Quiet neighbors? Dogs barking? Traffic noises? Listen,

because what you hear is what you're going to hear (if you move in). I also would like for you

Taking a step back, I forgot to mention that I want

you to do your tour of this home at a different time of day than what you did

the previous time. Houses look and feel a lot different at night than they

do during the day and you need to know both. The next thing I want you to do

is to go out into your neighborhood, walk around meet

the neighbors, check out the common areas, check out the noises,

and what's going on out there. Back at home I want you to get on the

internet. If you haven't done so already look at the schools, look at the

things that are important to you in that neighborhood, read reviews, and then I

want you to make a 'Pros & Cons' list. I want you to make sure that your 'Pros'

exceeds your 'Cons' and that you really are making the right decision. If, at this

point, you want to go back to the house and look again

have you REALTOR® take you out. There should be no pressure for you to make

this decision. You should be excited about making it! I want you to know that

we at the Wise Move AZ Team will never pressure you into making a decision. We

want you to get into the right home, at the right price, in the timing that works

for you. We take our commitment to you very seriously. That's it for today! We

hope you enjoyed this episode of our 'Buyer Series'. We put out new

videos every Thursday and Sunday. Make sure you subscribe to our YouTube

Channel and like us on Facebook at Wise Move AZ to stay up-to-date on all

things Anthem and Real Estate. And remember, if you or anyone you know is

looking to buy or sell their home, please give us a call! It's always the right

time to make a wise move with

Can DNA Testing Tell You What You Should Be Eating? - Duration: 10:03.

If you thought 23andMe testing was just for learning about your ancestry we've

got a lot to share today and to help us dig into this is Alyson Roux.

Alyson, do you want to tell us a little bit about what your specialty is here?

Sure, I am a clinical nutritionist. I'm a CNS and I work with people who are struggling with

their relationship to food and I use a variety of tools including nutritional

genomics where sometimes we take a look at their DNA and how we might just make

the way that their metabolizing food a little bit more efficient so I have

interpreted both of your 23andMe raw files using a couple of different

programs and we're gonna talk through a few micronutrient implications that may

be beneficial for preventative health or if you have any kind of health conditions going on.

Okay, and for those people who might be a little confused...

This isn't like you do your 23andMe tests and you get it back and it tells

you all this. This is we got our results back we downloaded the raw data which is

an option that you can do and then we sent it to Alyson and then you go through and decipher.

Exactly here's the other cool part is that genetics we used to

think in the 90s when we started doing the human genome project was that

we thought that genetics were destiny, we thought okay here's your code like a

computer it's what it is – but that's not actually the case and genetics and some

of these common mutations think of them more like light switches where as you go

through life the light switches get turned on or turned off so perhaps you

have a year where you're working really hard

you're not perhaps eating enough of a varied diet you try maybe a crash diet

and it's really limited and you missed out on some nutrients maybe you get

fired from a job it's a tough year and that might turn some of those light

switches on that stress might turn on some of these mutations perhaps you have

some time where you simply have had very low stress

you're cooking like a champion or you have a private chef or you just

found like a really good meal delivery service or whatever works for your lifestyle

and perhaps through that and gentle like joyful exercise you're in

good shape and those light switches get turned off so the purpose of figuring

out what these mutations are it's just to simply try to turn off all those

light switches and and allow you to live kind of a more optimal life.

Yeah or like if our body was an iPhone and our enzymes are like the apps you're saying

that these can be like the updates to the apps.

Exactly!

I'm nailing this!

That's amazing.

Okay, so let's start with our editorial warrior

and so we're gonna go through just a few key what I call micronutrient

SNPs so a SNP is it's basically just a single little mutation it's one little

SNP in the code that it's going to change how your body metabolizes a

certain nutrient potentially... if it's triggered. So you had a couple of

superoxide dismutase SNPs and there's a lot of these there isn't just one of any

of these was a lot of them that come together to code for these these enzymes

so when somebody has this kind of result I just tend to recommend increasing

antioxidant rich foods so bright colored vegetables and fruits awesome so here's

the area that I think is probably the most popular to talk about in

nutritional genomics...

Is it about weight gain?

No!

What is it!?

It's about folate! Folate, also known as vitamin B9, and commercially known as

folic acid – folate is found in foods like dark leafy greens, broccoli, liver which

most people don't like but I grew up eating liver and I think it's delicious

I've been meaning to incorporate liver in!

Folate helps us make red blood cells it helps us actually even with some

making of DNA and it's something that generally when we have enough of it in

our diet we have reduced risk of colon cancer and reduced cardiovascular risk

so we want to make sure that we have adequate levels of folate

so then as far as supplements that we have here which ones are there any that

you would recommend for Zena to take?

So I think vitamin D would probably be a

good idea and then the other one some kind of B12, especially if you're

feeling low energy because of those SNPs might be helpful I tend to like to

make sure you have B12 as well as the B6 and B9 which is folate

Okay should we move on to you?

Super RD!

So one thing I wanted to point out for you that I find really interesting

there's this enzyme that

helps us convert Vitamin A that's from plants into Vitamin A that we can use

and do stuff with and when we eat Vitamin A in plants which is usually in

beta carotene form there's that just extra step couple steps that we have to

then convert it so we can help make collagen and support our skin and all of

those kinds of things and fight off oxidants so you have basically none of

the mutations in that enzyme so that's actually fairly rare and usually people

who don't have any of those mutations can get away with being a vegetarian

Oh, interesting...

So in terms of your sulfation SNPs they're in really good

shape so if you're having hormone balance issues it would potentially the

likelihood of it being related to that is low.

Okay. No, I think my hormones are okay.

My period comes like clockwork.

That's great.

And then I wanted to show you your Vitamin D

receptor gene so there's no mutation there it's totally wild type

which about 40 percent of the population has that is wild-type there so there you

have less of the risk of having a Vitamin D deficiency but that still

means you need to get it checked because it's so important with that I just covered those

basic kind of micronutrients so just a couple vitamins, the vitamin A, the Vitamin D...

the folate, B12 and then some of the minerals with magnesium and our amino

acids that we talked about it's like how to activate methionine into SAM-e so we

can metabolize our neurotransmitters efficiently

So what supplements would you recommend for Sarah then?

So for Sarah if your Vitamin D status is

healthy and and adequate you probably don't need to be taking any Vitamin D

also because you don't have the mutation

And then what about the... maybe the

Vitamin C also in this one for the antioxidant I think that's what it is

that's actually the the most important thing probably for you is to focus on

antioxidants and the cofactors that help in liver detoxification

Okay, cool

Amazing!

Well I think this is so cool I know when I got my 23andMe results you

know there's the health report in the system and mine just kind of said like

there were like two genes that were identified as off

maybe celiac and macular eye degeneration were the two that flagged so I

think this is such a cool resource I'm so appreciative that we got to do this

with you today I'm curious if other people are interested in this

how should they seek out this service?

So if other people are interested in this you

can upload your own 23andMe raw file to Genetic Genie

That's the nice free option

That's the free option or you can find a practitioner who uses some kind of other program

like the Methylgenetic Nutrition Analysis from DNASupplementation.com

or there's a variety of other tools

I think it's always better to work with a clinician who actually knows – who's

familiar with nutritional genomics it is a very new science and the literature is

is – it exists we know that we have some evidence for this but it's still

limited and new so it's really important to interpret with that caveat but it can

be a game-changer if you're really struggling with just that final piece to

optimizing how you feel

And where can people find you if they want to work

with you?

Oh! You can come to my website I'm at AlysonRoux.com

And we'll link it below too so if you want to talk to Alison and have her

help you interpret your results or dig into what's going on nutritionally she

can absolutely do that she's a great resource

Thanks so much for watching, guys.

Part 2: What happens after you take your first sip of beer? - Duration: 2:08.

When you take your first sip of...

Say, beer ...

it of course ends up in your stomach.

What happens next depends a lot on whether you've eaten or not.

If you have eaten, the alcohol is effectively trapped in your stomach

while it works to break up the solid food.

Alcohol can be absorbed into the bloodstream through your stomach,

but this happens relatively slowly,

so your blood alcohol concentration

(or BAC)

also goes up relatively slowly while it's trapped in there.

But if you haven't eaten?

Well, then alcohol passes quickly into the small intestine

and here it's absorbed into your bloodstream a lot faster,

mainly because the small intestine has a much larger surface area.

The layer of cells that line the inside of your small intestine

is called the epithelium.

The epithelium is composed of several different cell types

and together they're organised into little finger-like protrusions

called villi.

And they're covered by even smaller protrusions called microvilli.

The particular cells that absorb nutrients

– and alcohol –

are called enterocytes.

The presence of villi and microvilli

massively increase the surface area to help absorb water and nutrients such as

amino acids, sugars, fats and alcohol out of the small intestine and into blood vessels.

Because ethanol is only a small molecule

– roughly three times as big as a water molecule –

it can easily pass through the same channels and pores that

water uses to enter the bloodstream.

Everything you eat or drink that's absorbed through the digestive tract

into the bloodstream

goes to your liver first, via a special system of veins called the portal system.

Within the liver, the portal veins empty into a series of small channels

that act like an exchange network...

and some ethanol will be metabolised

(or broken down)

on that first pass through the liver.

The rest is carried with the rest of the blood to the heart,

through to the lungs for oxygenation,

before being taken back to the heart

and then pumped out through the arterial system to all organs in the body,

including the brain.

Which is where the effects we generally associate with drinking happen.

What If I Lost It All? - Duration: 8:32.

Dude, welcome to the hundred degree Utah, right?

It's like crazy hot today.

We're going to go inside.

But I want to tell you that today I thought I'd shoot a little video and talk about "What

would happen if I lost it all?"

Like, don't you have you ever have those thoughts?

Don't you ever have those worries?

Don't you ever think about, "What would happen if I lost everything?"

What would happen if I lost my job?

What would happen if ate through my savings?

What would happen if someone got cancer?

Like, I don't know about you but I think there's something healthy about thinking worst case

scenarios because if you can't think about them, you can't actually plan for worst case

scenarios.

I think there's benefit of understanding what they could be, not dwelling on them.

But saying, "Do I have a plan?"

And one of the things that I thought a lot about is, "Do I have a plan for what would

happen if I actually lost everything in my life?"

So, this is my library.

I love books, I love reading.

I love extracting ideas.

I wish would read more of these books.

These are like the play-fun books.

And these are the books that I read more of like the Emeth and nothing down from the 2,000's

and good to great...

Even Donald Trump.

The best real estate advise?

I do not recommend that book.

And these are the books that I also wish I would read more, these are the classics.

I spend like, I don't know, couple grand, building out like the classics.

So, if the world ever burn to the ground, i could read the great books from Socrates

on up and I don't know, maybe help we start civilization with good ideas.

But no, I just read this ones in the middle.

Not the fun books, not the too heavy ones.

So, here's the deal.

I've often had this thought like, "If I lose everything, what would I do?"

In the begging, there was tremendous fear, there was worry.

And I thought it would be really, really bad.

I could imagine all sorts of worst case scenarios.

But once I started learning the principles of building wealth and how easy it was...

Because wealth is actually, it's like chess, it's a game.

And there's rules, you're not going to win all the time.

It's actually, probably even better like Monopoly.

I can win at Monopoly 80% of the time.

Because even though there's these dice that you roll it to create luck, there's strategy

in what decisions you make with wherever the dice put you.

And so, when I play with people they're like, "Bet on Krohn, bet on Krohn.

Why is he always winning?"

Is because it's a game.

And in life, wealth is a game.

And if all you are as an employee working with somebody else and they're in charge over

your paycheck and you just got to show up and do things, I feel like there's such vulnerability

in being in a situation like that.

For me, when I learned the rules of how to actually create wealth, what ended up changing

and shifting from me was I got to a place where I realized, "I could lose everything

and start all over.

And I know how to build rapid amounts of wealth."

In some ways, you're already doing that.

Think about it.

If you lost everything last month, well, you have a job and you've been paid the last month,

right?

You got a job and money would flow in again.

We're always technically starting over.

And so the question is not what have you built over the years but what have you built up

over the last 2 weeks?

Was it enough to actually pay your bills?

For almost all of us out there the answer is yes.

That doesn't mean that it's not a struggle or that things can be tight or maybe you're

getting ahead but bottom line is you're not enjoying the life the way you want.

If you master the rules of finance and wealth, you can do so much better for yourself.

So, I haven't been reading like the crazy fun books the way I used to as a kid.

I'm not creating like, reading the crazy philosophy books but I will tell you that I read the

books and have life mentors, in my world, that actually teaching me about wealth.

I'm totally confident today, if I lost everything, in the next 90 days, I'd be a millionaire

again.

Maybe a multi-millionaire.

Because I know how to actually do that.

I know how to recreate it.

And I'm always on the process of creating it because it's a game.

There is no luck, there is no silver spoon and it's not a degree that you get in college.

We had brain washed ourselves into thinking that those are the ways to actually determining

whether you're successful or get ahead or not.

There's something else way more important than any of those things.

And it's the knowledge that you've put in a real estate right between your 2 ears.

For example, when I first doing real estate, in the beginning, I did this thing called

a lease option and the lease option is kind of cool because I know hot to buy a house

with no money and no credit.

I know how to rent it to someone that eventually wants to buy it.

They'll pay a higher rent, they'd give me non-refundable down payment on average $5,000.

I'll sell the house in time for tens of thousands of dollars of profit.

And I know how to do that.

Because last year I applied the exact same principle to a commercial deal that has a

million dollars of profit every single year.

That's on a single deal.

Dude, I wouldn't have to do hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of single family

homes to do what I did in that one deal.

See, I got smarter.

I learn how to do it.

I'm proving that I can duplicate that over and over again.

Here's my invitation, I want to invite you to live life in a way where you are not subject

to anybody.

I want to invite you to live life in a way where you're not worried or fearful about

what your boss might do.

There's a way for you to clam financial independence for yourself.

It's a choice that start's on the inside.

And then you've got to find the right team and the right system.

But you can create that for yourself.

I know how I would do it real estate.

I also know how I would I do it in business, I know how I would do it as a mentor, I know

how I would do it putting in on live events, I know how I would do it in crypto currency.

Right now, I've got all these fall backs that are creating wealth for me and you should

have that too.

If you really want to live with true peace of mind, it's start with a choice backed by

a plan.

Don't wait until you're wealthy before you say "Ahh, now I can finally breathe and I

can finally be free."

The secret is first to learn how to be free before the true financial freedom ever comes.

Because the person that is freeing their mind is powerful, possible and optimistic.

That it doesn't matter if a circumstance is good or bad.

You know how to feel good regardless of the circumstance.

That's rule number 1.

And then number 2 is, once you mastered that in your mind, it's time to actually go and

create it in the real world.

Once you learn how to do it, it changes everything.

This is why when my students come on and work with me and say, "Hey Kris, let me work with

you and your team, put me under your wing, help me do a real estate deal."

Once we get your first deal on, there's a big difference between 0 and 1.

0 is, this is impossible.

1 is, "Oh my gosh, I did it.

I can do it."

And if you can do it once, I want to tell you something, you can do it five more times.

You can do it hundred more times.

You can do it as many times as you possibly want.

So, those are the 2 big ideas I want to share with you.

And it's not like, "Kris, good for you that you can rebuild your wealth like that all

over again."

I can, I know how, I've done it before.

Can you?

Starts with the right mindset and it starts with at least having one fall back on how

you can create wealth on your terms, regardless of the job or what the society says.

Now, if you want some help doing that, you can come over to my website and I prepared

some gifts and presentation over there.

To share with you a little bit of what that might look like.

My goal is to beat out everyone else on the planet that is trying to teach real estate

investing.

And here's my goal for you, I want to show you the simplest way of doing it, the easiest

way of doing it, the most cost effective way, and the way that's going to take the least

money out of your pocket.

And that's why I have helped literally over 3,500 of my students to date.

Due that, totaling over 500,000 real estate.

For all I know, you might be the next one.

But whether you actually go to my website and look at those resources or you go somewhere

else, here's what you need.

Cultivate the right mindset and then number 2, find the right mentor, team and system

that you can use on your own terms to create the wealth that you want in life.

So that, if you lose it all, dude, who cares?

It's not a bad day, It's a fresh start.

You can skip the whole negative, nasty pessimistic part.

You can step into this awesome part that this life always awesome.

Here's the best part, if you got the right mindset and if you have the money, that's

not what should make you happy.

What should make you happy is simply the choice that no matter what is happening, there's

not one circumstance on this planet bigger than you.

You're bigger than anything that could come your way.

In fact, i love that song that has come out about like, Superman is not got nothing on

me.

Superman's got nothing on you as long as you have that right mindset.

Hey friends, thanks so much for joining me indoors today.

It's a hundred degrees outside.

I hope this was helpful and useful.

If you want to look at those resources, go check them out on my website.

You can always subscribe and ring the bell so I can let you know when the next video

comes out.

And my biggest hope is that one of these videos has one message that can help elevate your

life to the next level.

Take Care.

What happens when the fifth seal is opened? - Duration: 1:25.

Ankerberg: Now we get into this fifth seal which is the cry of the martyrs, of people

that, like you say, maybe you've got rulers that take it out on them; maybe for some reason

they say the rapture and what happened there that caused all this destruction, it was their

fault.

And they go after, they kill them.

For some reason in heaven we see, "I saw under the altar the souls of those who had

been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held."

And there are a ton of them, okay?

And they are saying they want revenge.

Ron, what's going on here?

Rhodes: Well, massive numbers of believers will be martyred.

And notice that they're perfectly conscious in heaven.

You know, their bodies are still here on earth, but they're up in heaven talking to God.

This kind of reminds me of the fact, John, that later on we're told about the false

religion that is going to come about.

And this false religion was drunk on the blood of the martyrs.

So this false religion, whatever it is, is going to put true believers to death.

You see, they're going to embrace everybody and be very eclectic and love everyone—except

true believers in Jesus Christ.

So that definitely could relate to what we're talking about here if you are wondering who

it is that's doing the murdering.

Meghan Markle in her own words - what she thinks about love, work and happiness - Duration: 5:50.

Looking back at things Meghan Markle has said and done in her life so far, it seems that she was always destined for royalty

She's always showed thoughtfulness, grace and intelligence - from campaigning against a sexist ad when she was just 11 years old to the humanitarian work she's been passionate about long before she married Prince Harry

There's so much talk about the Duchess of Sussex every day, but what has she actually said about herself?  As she celebrates her 37th birthday this weekend, here's what Meghan has said on some of the most important things in her life - in her own words

On happiness and self-acceptance   On her 33rd birthday Meghan wrote on her website The Tig about the ways she struggled with the idea of fitting in - before she realised it's important to be kind and accept yourself as you are

"I am 33 years old today. And I am happy. And I say that so plainly because, well…it takes time

To be happy. To figure out how to be kind to yourself. To not just choose that happiness, but to feel it

"My 20s were brutal – a constant battle with myself, judging my weight, my style, my desire to be as cool/as hip/as smart/as "whatever" as everyone else

My teens were even worse – grappling with how to fit in, and what that even meant

" You need to know that you're enough [is a] mantra that has now engrained itself so deeply within me that not a day goes by without hearing it chime in my head

"So for my birthday, here's what I would like as a gift: I want you to be kind to yourself

" On her relationship with Harry   In an interview with Vanity Fair in 2016, Meghan spoke about her blossoming relationship with Prince Harry

She said: "We're a couple. We're in love.  "I'm sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time

This is for us. It's part of what makes it so special, that it's just ours. But we're happy

Personally, I love a great love story." On the proposal  Meghan Markle's rise to royalty in pictures - from starry-eyed child to Duchess of Sussex View gallery   In Meghan and Harry's first interview post-engagement, she told the BBC about how the proposal happened

"Just a cosy night. What were we doing? We were trying to roast a chicken. It was just an amazing surprise

It was so sweet and natural and very romantic. He got down on one knee. . . As a matter of fact, I could barely let [him] finish proposing, like, 'Can I say yes now?!'" On feminism  In her speech at the UN in 2015, Meghan told the story of her 11-year-old self who was angry at a sexist TV ad - and how she felt compelled to do something about it:  "I had been in school watching a TV show in elementary school and this commercial came on with the tag line for this dish washing liquid and the tag line said, 'Women all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans'

"Two boys from my class said, 'Yeah, that's where women belong, in the kitchen'

"I remember feeling shocked and angry and also just feeling so hurt; it just wasn't right, and something needed to be done

So I went home and told my dad what had happened, and he encouraged me to write letters, so I did, to the most powerful people I could think of

"  "It is said that girls with dreams become women with vision. May we empower each other to carry out such vision — because it isn't enough to simply talk about equality

One must believe it. And it isn't enough to simply believe in it. One must work at it

Let us work at it. Together." On her humanitarian work   In 2016, Meghan wrote on The Tig about how she feels she can't not do humanitarian work - particularly with the responsibility of someone in the entertainment industry who is looked up to

"I've never wanted to be a lady who lunches – I've always wanted to be a woman who works

And this type of work is what feeds my soul, and fuels my purpose." On the Queen  In the royal couple's engagement interview on the BBC in November 2017, Meghan spoke about how she has the utmost respect for Harry's grandmother

"To be able to meet her through his lens, not just with his honor and respect for her as the monarch, but the love that he has for her as his grandmother… all of those layers have been so important for me so that when I met her, I had such a deep understanding and of course incredible respect for being able to have that time with her … She's an incredible woman

Love Island's Frankie reveals what actually happened in his cut Hideaway scenes - Daily News - Duration: 3:31.

</form>  Frankie Foster has defended the decision of Love Island bosses to cut his Hideaway scenes with Samira Mighty

Their blossoming villa romance barely got any air time and fans were furious that the couple's journey didn't feature much on the show

Bizarrely their trip to the Hideaway , a monumental moment of the series, was left on the cutting room floor

But Frankie believes that their trip to the private bedroom wouldn't have fit in with the storylines at the time

He believes that because his relationship with Samira was so chilled the producers went looking for more explosive couples to give camera time to

Speaking to Mirror TV about their Hideaway trip, he said: "It was a big moment for us and for the villa in there

"They've got to cover the stories they're covering and there's only so much they could get on TV

We're a very chilled out couple and when theres other dramas going on they probably take priority over us so I get it

"I haven't watched it back but if leading up to that moment we weren't shown much it wouldn't have made sense just to bang that in there

" Read More Love Island final  Frankie has revealed what really happened in the Hideaway and confirmed he is an official member of the famous 'Do Bits Society'

He said: "Usually when the Hideaway opens we get a text saying pick two Islanders to enter the Hideaway

"Straight away everyone picked us and was jumping up and down cheering, so everyone was buzzing for us

"  Since Samira decided to walk out of the villa to be with Frankie, the couple have spent almost very night together

The couple have been doing a lot of TV commitments together and even stayed at Samira's mum's house in London

He said: "The first week we were quite lucky in that we had TV every day for five days

We hotel-hopped together. We've been staying at her mums a bit. I think there's been two nights, which is not a lot really, out of three weeks we haven't been together

" Read More Samira quits Love Island  Frankie admits there's no wedding on the cards just yet but his relationship with Samira is thriving outside of the villa

This comes despite claims he slept with a woman in a hotel just days after being dumped from the villa

On the rumours, the former Islander said: "Theres never going to be plain sailing with something like that

"We've both learned pretty quick that as long as were good and as long as when we both go home at the end of the day, we're good in our relationship, that's all that matters

What Is True Tone Display On iPhone? Should I Turn It On? Here's The Truth! - Duration: 2:18.

Hi guys, David and David here from payetteforward.com, and in this video we're going to explain what

True Tone Display is on your iPhone and we'll show you how to turn it off or on.

True Tone Display automatically balances the color temperature or how warm it is how cool

it is on your iPhone with the surrounding environment.

So for instance right now, we're in a studio that is filled with cold light, bright white

light.

So we actually have to turn off True Tone when we make our videos because if we didn't

all the colors on the iPhone will be too warm.

So we're going to show you the difference between that right

now. And a lot of times people will say now my screen is more yellow because they're outside and

there's the sun.

Don't be surprised if your screen looks more yellow when True Tone Display is turned on.

First, let's show you how to do it in the Settings app. Open the Settings app scroll

down to display and brightness and then turn on the switch next to True Tone.

So watch it.

Yep.

Exactly.

Watch my screen.

You probably will see a difference when I turn it on.

I can see the difference for sure.

Definitely we were wondering what was wrong with the videos making them and it was the

True Tone Display.

Yeah, but turn that back off. We'll also show you how to do it in Control Center.

I'm gonna go back to my Home screen here by swiping up iPhone open Control Center by swiping

down to the upper right-hand corner of the screen if you have an earlier iPhone, swipe

up from the bottom of the screen. And True Tone Display only works with the iPhone 8,

iPhone 8 Plus, and the X. Yeah the X. Press and hold the brightness

slider and then you'll see a little True Tone button here tap it to turn it on or off now

it's on. One more example of the difference

you'll see. My iPhone looks pretty normal right now true tone is off.

I swipe down press and hold to the brightness slider tap tap out of it.

Now it's warmer.

If you can't tell the difference,

this isn't going to be part of the video.

That is what True Tone Display is how to turn it off how to turn it on.

Thank you guys for watching this video. Give it a thumbs up if

you found it helpful.

What it's like to be an INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER - Lightup Borneo - Duration: 5:50.

How long do you think you can survive without electricity?

This is just my fifth day and I think I'm really struggling

I haven't played with my phone for five days and it's actually really hard

but I do enjoy it but

I'm glad I'm bringing electricity to this village here

One of the things that are issues in Sabbah, particularly in this area

because they do not have access to basic amenities such as clean water and electricity

so I thought these kind of voluntourism activities

is really important for the people to know

how the rural areas the people here are lacking of this basic amenities

with cooperation between the volunteers on this project and the local people

we started getting this project together

the volunteers came from all different countries

We have Brazilians, we have Germans, we have Irish

and we have Malay people

So we all work together to bring this project together

Out of this project we get a sense of achievement

that we have brought electricity to rural village

So it makes their life so much easier that they can just plug into electricity

and run their fridges, their televisions whatever

Most of the people who come here they feel helping the rural community is the right thing to do

and through the process they can also see that

this is not as difficult as going to the moon

In fact, anybody who can spend the time, they can contribute to the process

So this is an example of human solidarity

we are seeing people who don't live up to the selfish image of

seeking their own interests every day, 24 hours of the day

They actually can afford to spend time with disadvantaged community and empower them

I'm studying civil engineering but usually

The lessons are held in classes so we only learn about theory

So this volunteering project is really good for myself as an experience

because I get to experience hands-on on how to install a hydro for a village

So basically the work is actually really, really hard

so we have slopes that are really steep and you have to carry huge pipes

and not only up the slope but also down below the river as well

to the hydro power house

it's a lot of physical labor you know? it's not always easy to do

however there are many strong females that help volunteer

and one of the things that's always a struggle is

You know, men will see us carrying a pipe

or trying to screw something in and they don't

they don't think we can do it on our own

and they always want to take it over and they want to help us and

that's one thing I find gets really frustrating because

As a female I want to learn I want to embrace my strength

I want to develop more technical skills in this field

So that is one of the challenges that I always have on this type of work but

When the men see ok! she can't do this herself

or okay she's picking this up quicker then it's

It's the most incredible feeling because it's very empowering as a female to get out there

to get dirty, to lift things and to just do it you know?

And to prove to the men that yeah!

We can! We can do this stuff too!

I didn't expect to like to attend all this workshop and

learn so many things about electricity

about how things work

I thought I was just here to like do a lot physical labor

But turns out I actually gained a lot of like theory

theoretical knowledge and the next day I actually get to apply them

The best thing for me was working with the people

and seeing the village community and how everybody is so nice

I think really every single person in the world should experience this at least once

I went to their houses and installed those wiring and do all the work

They were just really, really grateful, yeah

And some of them really offer like, offer me drinks

offer me like coconut water and

Yeah! Feel really happy and very welcoming

When I was installing the power box in one of the houses

The elder man and woman were approaching us and

Spoke the native language and they were like

thanking us on our contribution and our work that we are doing here

so it is really touching for me and like I feel that

For me personally volunteering actually makes you a better person

So I would urge everybody to come on and

Get on a volunteering program no matter whatever volunteering program is that

just try and be a part of it and

experience a new kind of thing just get out of your comfort zone and

just maybe try and contribute something to the world

To any female out there that's like oh I'm not sure about getting in the woods and

and doing this kind of stuff just try it!

Just try it and you get better as time goes on and

you'll get quicker just believe in yourself

And also for me personally it's meeting new people getting involved and

looking at the enthusiasm of the people so

if anyone is watching this video

please become a volunteer for these sorts of projects

Because it makes life so much easier for people who are less fortunate than us

WHAT SETS US APART? / CO NAS WYRÓŻNIA? - Duration: 11:43.

Jaka Twoim zdaniem jest najsilniejsza cecha naszego kanału?

Subskrybenci?

Nie! Mam na myśli

wiesz... naszą osobowość albo tematy, które podejmujemy - coś takiego.

Ja!

Wiecie co - tak się składa - znajduje się

po drodze stąd do Polski?

Islandia!

Dwie różne linie lotnicze i przystanek w Islandii.

chcemy Was zapytać i zrobić mały eksperyment.

A jeśli chcesz pojechać do najładniejszych miejsc to musisz zapłacić jeszcze więcej

za ubezpieczenie i ochronę samochodu.

A zatem... ptrzyłam na camper-van'y.

Mielibyśmy wtedy zakwaterowanie i transport w jednym.

4go i 5go sierpnia.

Although it is the evening it's still humid and hot but from what you guys are writing in the comments

Poland is the same. Here's a picture that was taken earlier today by

the older Mr Mielcarek in Tarnowskie Góry.

Temperatures as you can see remind the ones from California.

From Death Valley in the California desert.

And since we are talking about this here's something that made me chuckle.

In Hong Kong recently, maybe you remember

We had recently a short conversation with the couple that lives in Hong Kong.

With the family that moved to Hong Kong recently.

Nasza praca wymagała przeprowadzki do Hong Kongu.

Jesteśmy zaraz za granicą z Chinami.

Za czym tęsknicie?

Za pogodą. Bardziej sucha pogoda jest fantastyczna.

Tu jest bardziej sucho?

Dla nas tak, tu jest sucho.

In Hong Kong it's so hot and humid all year long

that recently they had a warning

a winter advisory warning.

and they encouraged people in this warning to check on their elderly.

Meaning just have them in mind, monitor their situation.

Make sure they're not too cold, they are ok in regards to this serious winter weather.

And then it turned out that the temperature they were so worried about was like 50˚F.

Too bad these folks couldn't experience winter

from the times I went to school as a little kid.

Snow piles were this high and they wouldn't close schools

unless it was -20˚C for two weeks.

powodzenia

My mamy takie samo...

Spadnięcia z klifu i śmierci!

Break your legs.

We were thrown for a moment to a place named Wallington, DE.

Where Blonnie is doing another portrait session, it's a quick one before we leave.

What it's like in Wallington...

Personally, I have to admit I felt more emotional about

the 10,000 subscribers than

I thought I could ever feel about something like this.

I'm not sure why this happened but somehow...

it made me...

it was very emotional for me, somehow.

Very strange feeling.

[LOTS OF CONGRATULATORY COMMENTS]

Widziałaś nasz film na 10,000 subskrybentów?

Może połowę.

Tylko połowę? Dlaczego?

A czego używacie?

Duo.

Że co?

Duo.

Tłumaczysz wszystko więc ludzie mogą kompletnie czytać i rozumieć obydwa języki.

I ja... to znaczy, poza specyficznymi

The girls are going to do some evening kayaking because

in two days we are disappearing for a month so they won't see ech other for a long time.

Tomorrow Sheridon is going to some camp.

I'm not sure what exactly her plans are but she's not going to be with us anymore.

So they literally have a few moments left today to spend some time together.

Let them enjoy the kayaking.

Rejkjawik.

No widzisz? Dokładnie!

Tak samo!
