Hello! I'm Linda Nield, the admissions dean from
the West Virginia University School of Medicine,
and I'm here with my admissions and student services team, and the Mountaineer.
At WVU, we're all about wellness, and we're always ready to help
with a great cause and step up to the next challenge.
The challenge now is the push-up challenge, to promote physician wellness,
and we're ready to go, because Mountaineers go first!
[cheering]
[shouting] Let's go—
[shouting] —Mountaineers!
[gunshot]
[counting] 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
[counting] 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
[counting] 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
[counting] 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
[cheering]
We hope this video promotes wellness and self-care for medical students,
residents and practicing physicians. A worrisome statistic is that the
rate of suicide for practicing physicians is greater than that for the general population.
Remember, as physicians, we must take optimal care of ourselves
in order to bring optimal care to our patients.
[cheering and clapping]
[shouting] Let's go Mountaineers!
[beep] I'm ready for the push-up challenge!
[shouting] What are those?! [laughter]

Up To Speed, August 31 - Duration: 3:41.
J: Up To Speed Week in Review.
J: Hey what's up everybody, Jeremy and Katie here
to get you Up To Speed on everything that happened
around and inside Verizon this week.
K: When it comes to 5G there's a lot of info to take in. To make it a little
easier we created a few resources, including a page where you can find everything
we're talking about, plus weekly "how to talk 5G" tips.
We also created a 5G in under 3 video.
Because of its speed, capacity, and responsiveness,
5G will spur the great unleashing, helping people do things wirelessly
they've only begun to do over connected cable.
K: The full video is available on the web.
J: Lowell McAdam was joined by Ivan Seidenberg and Chuck Lee,
two former Verizon Chairmen and CEOs, at the Cornell Tech campus on
Roosevelt Island in New York City for the official "topping off" ceremony
where the last beam of the building that will be known as the
Verizon Executive Education Center is being built.
Thank you everyone for all the hard work to put this project together.
This is really a big deal. But look this was a project from the heart.
I've been involved with Cornell Tech for a while & Verizon wants to be
a leading edge force for technology in the New York Area & we're very
excited to be a part of this, not only today but to see what's going to come
from this development over the next decade as we tackle to problems of people
in society & make the world a greater place.
J: And we're hitting the road to showcase our 100% fiber-optic network
with the Fios Connected Home. Now, customers can experience how a
100% fiber-optic network with gigabit speeds allows you to get the
most out of all of your devices. If you're in Syracuse this weekend
- you can check it out at the NY State Fair. The #FiosConnectedHome will
appear throughout the Northeast this fall. You can get
a full list of dates and locations on the web.
K: Alright, and Alex was in Flushing, Queens, to show us
how we're helping tennis fans stay connected.
Greetings from Flushing, New York where the US Open is officially underway.
And this year there's a whole lot of new technology for our customers.
So what's inside? Well, there's a new DAS, that adds capacity to the network
& there's plenty of new antennas here to create a better customer experience
whether you're inside or outside the main arena.
K: Thanks Alex, Justin Bunker from the wireless marketing team put together
a full review of the Samsung Note 9.
Here, Justin reviews the newly upgraded S Pen.
With Bluetooth built in, it can now act
as a remote control from up to thirty feet away.
Using the S Pen is extremely convenient. Long gone are the days of the
awkward selfie where you hold the phone with two fingers and try
& press the shutter button with your index finger, no.
Now you hold a phone in one hand and take a seamless selfie
with the S pen in the other hand.
You can even advance slides in a power point presentation just like this.
This device is especially great for anyone that likes to doodle. Check out this drawing
I did of my coworker Joshua Goldberg.
K: Great stuff Justin. You can check out his full review of the S Pen
& his series of Galaxy Note 9 reviews on the web.
J: And what's Labor Day weekend without a little music? Our partnership with
Apple gives Verizon Unlimited customers who sign up for a new Apple Music
account 6 months free. And for a limited time when any Verizon wireless
customer signs up for a new Apple Music Account, or buys an
Apple Smartphone, watch or iPad, they get 25% off select Beats products.
All the details are on the web.
K: Alright, that will do it for us this week. Be sure to follow us social
for everything happening around and inside Verizon.
Have a relaxing and enjoyable Labor Day Weekend.
We'll be back on Tuesday, until next time, you are up to speed.

Newt Gingrich Trump keeps racking up the victories, despite liberal media's desperate efforts - Duration: 8:54.
in the middle of the liberal media's
desperate efforts to convince us that
President Trump is in trouble there are
an amazing number of victories that
suggest he is winning in fact there are
indications that he is winning a lot
let's start with Tuesday's primaries in
Florida a fine well entrenched state
agriculture commissioner in former u.s
Rep Adam Putnam decisively lost the
Republican gubernatorial primary to Rep
Rhonda Sandy's the big boost for
dishonest came from president Trump's
endorsement and at Trump probe would
called to Florida Republicans the
contest for governor of our third most
populous state shaped up Heavin better
for Republicans as a hard left Bernie
Sanders backed progressive Tallahassee
mayor and arugula won the Democratic
primary with 34% of the vote the
contrast between a pro Trump misaki-san
Gilliam will probably keep Florida in
Republican hands in November
Florida gave president Trump and
Republicans a second boost as GOP gov
rick scott won an important primary
victory for a u-s senate seat Scott has
proven than his two campaigns for
governor that he is an aggressive
effective campaigner it is very likely
the blue wave in Florida will disappear
with the dishonest and Scott victories
it is clear that the president's
judicial and economic victories build
his prestige and that prestige is giving
him the muscle to reshape the Republican
Party in Arizona President Trump won
another primary victory when Martha
McSally a congresswoman and Air Force
veteran in fact the first American woman
to fly a fighter jet in combat won the
republican u-s senate nomination
President Trump praised insularly er
this month at the signing ceremony for
the National Defense Authorization Act
what looked at one time to be a closed
test became a blowout as monks only one
52% of the vote in a three-way race
English 24 points ahead of her closest
competitor Republican chances of keeping
the Arizona seat are dramatically better
with mcsoley as the nominee beyond the
primaries President Trump has been
winning amazing victories in nominating
and with the leadership of Majority
Leader Mitch McConnell r-ky getting the
Senate to confirm federal judges where
Hillary Clinton would have nominated
radical judges President Trump has been
consistently nominating constitutional
conservatives to the courts this will
have a profound impact on America's
future so far
president Trump and McConnell have
confirmed 60 federal judges this
includes Supreme Court justice Neil
Gorsuch 33 district court judges and 26
Court of Appeals judges
additionally President Trump has
nominated more than 80 other judges
across the federal system including
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh
McConnell has been dogged Lee working to
get these nominees confirmed and I
suspect he will drive them through the
Senate before the end of the year so on
judges President Trump is winning an
amazing victory for conservatism
no wonder the left is in a frenzy
finally the breakthrough and trade
negotiations with Mexico is to use one
of president Trump's favorite words huge
most of the so-called experts had said
the North American Free Trade Agreement
NAFTA couldn't be renegotiated they
insisted President Trump had offended
Mexicans so much with his harsh language
that the Mexican government wouldn't
come to the table they asserted building
the border wall would alienate the
Mexican leaders they were just plain
wrong president Trump's progress on
NAFTA sends five big signals making good
on the big disruptive pledge that set
his 2016 campaign apart from every other
candidate the president kept his word
and is forcing a difficult negotiation
towards success president Trump proved
once again that tough language and tough
negotiating can actually lead to
breakthroughs
unlike most politicians Trump is willing
to endure he to achieve success as a
result of his seriousness on trade other
countries are now approaching President
Trump about trade negotiations note
German Chancellor Merkel's call this
week for trade talks Canadian Prime
Minister Justin Trudeau tried to be
clever when he ambushed and attempted to
embarrass President Trump during a press
conference at the g7 summit in Canada
Trudeau is now discovering the Trump has
a good memory Canada now has virtually
no leverage in trying to play catch up
with the u.s Mexico negotiations the
Trump administration's continued
attention to economic matters
despite the liberal media's daily
efforts to get him and his team off
balance through dishonest reporting and
smear stories is paying off the average
American sees the economy getting better
and better and the average American
increasingly thinks the success is due
to President Trump it is clear that the
president's judicial and economic
victories build his prestige and that
prestige is giving him the muscle to
reshape the Republican Party it is an
amazing story no one in the liberal
mainstream media apparently understands
but historians will look back on this
period in amazement they will clearly
see a political cultural battle between
an aggressive effective successful
president and a disoriented defeated and
demoralized news media clearly President
Trump knows why don't they give
President Trump credit for the booming
economy joining us now is managing
editor of Olympic media Katy freights
Katy happy Saturday
I am so happy to be here with you
finally the birth the president said
that his policies were going to raise
this economy it now clearly has why
can't and I was
when the president yesterday was making
this announcement the president why is
it the meny the media some in the media
won't give them credit because they love
to hate him that's their favorite thing
and I think part of this is that yes if
Trump's gonna say this is too Stark
that's kind of his manner of speaking
everything is the best everything is the
greatest it's never happened before so
if you want to point out that it did
happen under Obama or Bush that's fine
but you can also be happy that the
economy is strong and American families
are doing better and there's less people
on food stamps but it seems like they
just want to focus on whatever negative
aspect of this they can clutch to and
that's kind of sad and he yesterday at
the very end of that announcement he
pointed to the trade deficit is cut as a
very significant thing and so he's
actually pointing to the specific things
whether it is the deregulation whether
it is the tax cuts there's also the
trade deficit cut is a strategy and they
won't even engage in discussion over why
this is sustainable right and they can I
don't think they can stomach the idea of
giving him any amount of credit for
anything
and yes the economy you can't always
attribute it to just one president
that's not quite how the economy works
but I think credits do here and that
these deregulations making it easier for
people to go back to work making them
easier for businesses to do their jobs
clearly it's had an effect in getting us
to four point one percent and is that
sustainable in the long run probably not
historically that's just not how it goes
but it is great great news and there's
no other way to spend it than that
well let's talk about quarter three
right the administration president says
this is definitely going to continue for
the next quarter we will be just days
away from the midterm elections what
will they maybe you say then well if it
continues on at a rate that's this high
or close to it I think that's probably
bad news for Democrats it's hard to
campaign on impeaching Trump when more
so you have such a strong economy behind
him and that's what Americans care about
the most is it easier for them to save
for their kids college is it easier for
them to put food on the table they care
more about that than they do impeaching
Trump and if that's the only thing
they've got on the midterms it's not
going to go Caty phrase thank you very
much we will bring you back with the
quarter three ins and we'll see what the
media has to say then thank you very
much Thanks
you

Catch up with C-J - Week 48 - Duration: 2:24.
As we see some change within our own
group in the UK over recent months, I
have also reflected on how the industry
as a whole has evolved and changed over
time. There has been such a
transformation in how workplaces are
viewed now and facilities management has
needed to evolve in order to play a
central role in how engaged people are
at work. Even very traditional businesses
are recognising that there is a lot to
be gained in terms of productivity, when
they're able to ensure that workplaces
convey a sense of well-being. Some of the
transformation has been around the need
for flexibility. Traditional nine-to-five
working is shifting all of the time and
workplaces need facilities management
practices to be able to flex around
those more modern needs, of project-based
working or the mix of home and office
based approaches. When companies do have
people coming together in office
environments, they look less constrained
and rigid than they used to.
Organisations are focusing on productive
collaboration space, so that colleagues
and clients can engage effectively with
each other. Often businesses have a
campus feel to their workplace
operations now and that is certainly
reflective of some of the clients that I
visit. As these workplaces change
facilities management organisations with
customer centered focus, are well placed
to be advisors, as well as delivery
partners in these new environments. Modern working practices mean and there
is a need to shift in thinking and
partners that evolve the management of
the facilities to meet those demands, are
the most beneficial and exciting. We are
an employer who needs to meet the needs
of a modern workforce ourselves and a
supplier to our customers who are trying
to do the same and there's never been a
more interesting time for our industry.
Your contribution to making that happen
is extremely valuable.
Finally before I
go, well done to Ben Spearing who
completed a hundred kilometer ultra
marathon last week, raising over £10,000
for the Royal Marsden Hospital in
the process. The tenacity and commitment
to complete something on that scale is
really impressive,
congratulations. I'll catch up with you
all again next
week, thank you for your efforts and
commitment over last week. Goodbye, and
happy Friday

How I Stand up At Home// Jinsi nikisimama Nyumbani// Wakonta Kapunda - Duration: 5:19.
Hello there, its me Wakonta
Today i wanna show you guys how i stand up.
There is this one safe way of standing up at home
I use artificial Limbs
they support my legs
Because my knees doesnt have the strength to support my body
if i stand they bend so i fall.
So this is how they put me on the fake legs
On top of the legs they put me
on other shoes
because the material of the fake legs is really slippery.
After fastening it properly
Two people assist me to get upright
Yeah...
I do this once a week
Sometimes once in two weeks
or even sometimes twice a week
depends if at home i have someone to assist
and...
this exercise of standing up helps a lot
with avoiding osteoporolysis
which is very common
to people with paralysis
this exercise also helps with good circulation
all in all its
healthy.
(here my brothers putting the shoes on)
(hapa kaka zangu wananivalisha miguu ya bandia.
(my left leg is stubborn so he starts with the right leg)
(mguu wangu wa kushoto huwa unasumbua sana kuingia.)
(ready to stand hashtag nervous )
(because i haven't stood up for a long time)
//trying to look cool haha//
Yup yup this is how i get to stand up.
And hopeful you guys have seen how tall i am 😇
Because the wheelchair makes me look short😠

Man Utd team news: Predicted Man Utd line up vs Burnley – Sanchez returns, Herrera dropped - Duration: 2:33.
Manchester United are expected to make a number of changes to their starting line-up when they face Burnley at Turf Moor this weekend
Manager Jose Mourinho is under mounting pressure following consecutive defeats to Brighton and Spurs, with United enduring their worst start to the season in 26 years
The Red Devils have just three points so far this campaign and currently sit 13th in the Premier League table
Earlier this week the Daily Mail reported that Mourinho could be one loss away from the sack, meaning plenty of changes are expected ahead of the clash with Burnley
Alexis Sanchez was only fit enough to be a second-half substitute against Spurs last time out and couldn't stop his side from slipping to a 3-0 defeat
However, the Chilean should come back into the starting XI as United alter their shape once again
Mourinho opted for a back three featuring Ander Herrera, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones at Old Trafford with Antonio Valencia and Luke Shaw deployed as wing-backs
Victor Lindelof was left on the bench while Eric Bailly failed to make the matchday squad at all, but the Ivorian is expected to be given a recall following Jones' latest hamstring injury
Meanwhile, Herrera is almost certain to drop out if United revert to a traditional back four, allowing space for Sanchez to return
Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic and Fred are expected to continue in midfield while Jesse Lingard may move further wide after operating in a No 10 role against Tottenham
Luke Shaw has been one of United's most impressive performers this season and should retain his place while Marcos Rojo has returned to full training but is still a doubt
Elsewhere, Diogo Dalot and Sergio Romero are sidelined but would not be expected to feature against Burnley in any case

Cosmo Up Close: A Day In Baler With Andi Eigenmann - Duration: 1:52.
Although life is still not perfect for me,
for the past couple of months
I've been waking up every day with a smile in
my face always excited to get out of bed.
The highlight of my day is always
getting out of the house, rushing to the beach,
surfing—whether it's by myself,
whether it's with Ellie, or with my friends
—until I feel my stomach crumbling.
Even if I'm out in the ocean just surfing for
four hours it could feel like it's just
been 20 minutes.
That's how much I never get sick of
doing what I do.
I guess it's how I know I love it.
It's not hard to start the day and end
the day always being positive when
you're around something like this and
people that you really get along with,
that you love, that love you back
for who you are, and they don't judge you for the
things that people have said.
I'm done pretending. I'm done having to say things
just according to what I've learned.
Now I want to speak for myself and I want to
say things based on my own values and principles.
The number one thing that I always teach Ellie is
to choose kindness no matter what.
And we live like
everybody else in this day and age
where we watch movies together, we use technology, we go online
—which is normal, completely normal.
Life is all about balance. When you find that balance,
you can fall apart or experience obstacles in life.
As long as you meet that balance in your life,
you're always going to be okay.

Customize Channels: Set up a "Newsletter" channel - Duration: 1:57.
We'll want to go back into the test channel grouping we created earlier
and define a new channel titled "Newsletter."
So, to do so, we're going to click on that test channel grouping,
and, for the purposes of this video, I've actually already created this channel,
but let's click in and see what's in here.
So, as you can see, I've titled this "Newsletter" and my rules are:
"Campaign matches regex of news highlights" or "Source exactly matches newsletter."
So when I'm happy with the settings I have here, I can click "Done,"
and it will now save that new channel to the top of the list.
So, as you can see, "Newsletter" here top of the list,
but to save some processing resources, we might want to consider moving this
down below some of the larger channels.
We'll want to put it right above "Email"since we first want to process
newsletter emails separately from some of our other emails.
So, to do that, I'm going to scroll over to the left-hand side of it,
get it in my crosshairs and move it right on down to line number four,
right above email.
Then I'll scroll down and click "Save."
Once I've saved it and given Google Analytics some time to process that data,
we'll move over to reporting, and again we're here in our acquisition,
"All Traffic Channels" report already in our test channel grouping,
and now we can see that we have line items for both Email and Newsletter
in this report.
Now, one interesting thing that I actually see here right away
is that the conversion rate for Newsletter
is almost twice that of the conversion rate for Email for this goal.
So it seems like it was actually a really good idea to separate these out
into two different channels so that we can analyze these independently.
