2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
2 tsp corn flour

First of all, add bread crumbs,

we have to make a binding dough of it
our dough is ready to make smileys
rest it for 10 min in refrigerator
After 10 min our dough is ready
Take out it on a platform
Divide it into 2 portions
Make a large size ball
Greese some oil on platform
so that potato does not stick on it while making smileys
spreading it like this with the help of hands
We do not have to thin it too much
The thickness of smileys we want thick it same
Take a small bowl
Smooth its upper texture with the help of small bowl
Bcoz due to spreading it with hands it has many finger pressure on it
So smooth it with the bowl
With the help of this small bowl,i will start cutting it
If you have any cutter of a round shape then you can cut it off
I have taken a straw to make smiley eyes
With the help of straw make its eyes like that
I have taken a spoon to make smiley smile
With the help of spoon make its smile like that
in the same way, we will make all the potato smileys
to fry the smileys, heat a pan with oil
When the oil becomes hot
Put all the smileys in it
Oil is heat on medium high flame
Fry them from both sides until golden brown
Gas is on medium high flame
smileys have become golden brown from both sides
now take out it on a tissue paper
instant potato smileys are ready

What could make eye witness testimony more accurate and helpful? - Duration: 2:03.

What I've been working on in terms of trying to decrease the number of mistaken eyewitness
identifications is to use what is called a double blind lineup procedure when the police
conduct lineups.
Now what does this mean?
Double blind lineup means neither the witness nor the officer conducting the lineup knows
who the suspect is.
A single blind lineup is a lineup in which, it's the traditional lineup, in which the
witness does not know who the suspect is in the lineup.
So that's the single person who's blind.
But the police officer does.
And that's what we see as kind of the default standard for lineups here in the U.S. Ordinarily,
when a witness comes into an eyewitness identification situation, they don't know who the suspect is.
Nobody tells them before they walk into the room, "Oh yeah, by the way, number three -- that's
our suspect."
That doesn't happen.
But what does happen, generally, is that the police officer conducting the lineup, that
person knows who the suspect is.
That non-blind administrator who knows who the suspect is unintentionally sends cues
to the witness about who the suspect is.
So they may do things like tap on the photo of the suspect -- and again, not intentionally,
it's just something that they do.
They might suggest that the witness take another look at that photo when they don't initially
identify it.
And they basically engage in these behaviors that direct the attention of the witness toward
the suspect, and the result of that is you see an increase in the rate of identifications
of suspects.
We don't want an unfair system in which police are impermissibly suggesting to the witness
who to pick, even if they're guilty.

Last year I put together a short little video for my buddy over at Brothers Green
Eats on how to make homemade tortilla chips.
I bet you didn't know you could make these at home!
Can you believe how much my hair has grown since then?
Yeah, I'm growing it out.
Recently I made some homemade tortillas using masa
harina and I thought about that video I did about DIY tortilla chips...
so here I present to you this video on how to make both tasty treats.
DIY on DIY!
First up, DIY tortilla chips.
Tortilla chips. Bet you didn't know you could make these at home.
And in less than a minute I will show you how to make these crunchy treats
Fill a pot with a neutral oil -- I use sunflower oil -- I like to use my wok
for this. And get your fresh tortillas. A variety will work, but it works best with
corn tortillas. Cut the tortillas into fourths. Once your oil is hot, add the
slices. You don't want to add too many or they'll pile on top of each other, and
you want each one to have its own space. Once they start to turn golden, remove
them from the oil onto a kitchen towel or paper towel. Salt them immediately.
You can do this in batches. Drain, and personalize it with spices! Try cumin,
paprika, sumac... the list goes on. And why not fry up some blue corn tortillas
while the oil's hot? YUM. Now I just need some guac. I hope you try making these at home.

And then to make your homemade tortillas,
the key and only, actually, ingredient here is masa harina. Have you ever heard
of masa harina? Depending on where you live, can be a bit of a specialty item. In
certain parts of the world -- like Mexico --you can find it on absolutely every
corner. Depending on where you live in the United States, it may be harder to
source, but Whole Foods would definitely have some. Masa harina is a
corn flour that has been nixtamilized. I love that word: nixtamalization
typically refers to a process for the preparation
of corn or other grain in which the corn is soaked and cooked in an alkaline
solution, usually lime water, washed and then hulled.
So you want two cups of masa
harina and a half teaspoon of kosher salt, then add one and a half cups of hot
water from the tap and mix it together with your hands,
kneading it for a few minutes. Throw a towel over it and let it rest for about
20 minutes. Now you're ready to make your tortillas! Grab a pinch full, about the
size of an apricot, and begin to flatten it out using your palms and fingertips.
You could make these nice and perfectly flat using a tortilla press... I don't have
one of those. I would really like one, though, so if you're a family member or a
friend watching this and you need any ideas...there you go :)
Or you could make them thin by using two sheets of plastic, putting that tortilla
dough in between them and pressing them down using something heavy like a
cast-iron pan and doing that. I like them a little thicker, though, and kind of
that rustic handmade look. Connor lived in Guatemala for a bit and he said that
this is how his host mom prepared them. So I'm just like his Guatemalan host mom,
I guess. Then get a cast-iron pan hot and put the tortilla dough in it. Heat it for
one or two minutes until the edges start to curl up a bit and when you flip it
you'll see some brown toasted spots. Heat the other side for one to two minutes as
well. And now your DIY tortillas are done! At this point, you can either cut them
into fourths and deep fry them like you saw done in the DIY chip video, or you
can just use them as a taco. That's my preference.

congratulate them online or plan to attend the event.

That's why step #3, staying in touch and adding value, is so important.
Hear that sound?
When you comment on a Tweet, like someone's post, or mention someone in your stories,
that's the sound of them being reminded of you and you maintaining that relationship.
Twitter and Instagram make it super easy for you to stay top of mind, and authentically
comment and like their post.
When they ask questions in their post, respond if you know the answer, and don't forget to
say congrats when they're nominated, they win something, or they celebrate a big win

You're not asking for anything, you're just deepening that relationship and adding value

been dying to try it but I've never had a chance to do it so today I'm gonna
show you how to do melted crayon art take those old crayons and turn them
into something beautiful and cool I'm gonna show you how to do it right now
for this project you're going to need a work surface which can be either a tray
a bin or a box you'll need a small canvas or cardboard crayons
old ones are perfect to use but just make sure they're the same type they
have to be the same brand glue gun and a hairdryer using old broken crayons is
totally completely perfect and acceptable this is one that I made using
old crayons and this is a combination of different brands of crayons and as you
can see certain ones melted and certain ones didn't and this is why I say don't
mix your crayon brands just try to make sure that they're all the same crayon
brand now what we're gonna do is we're gonna hot
glue our crayons using a hot glue gun and we're gonna glue them right to the
top here now I'm gonna be doing mine in order from light to dark so I'm going to
start with this light pink here and this is Crayola brand and if you want to you
can make it so that the brand name shows if you want to you know some people like
to do that you can either place glue on the crayon itself or put it on the
canvas and again if you don't have canvas you can also use foam core or
cardboard you want to have something that has some body now the nice thing
about this is as you place your crayons and you can notice that I have placed my
crayon like half on half off and that's so that I have lots of room for this to
drip once you've got your first crayon on
there you just line them up according to the little wrapper so you're gonna get
that kind of wavy wavy wavy all the way across one thing about these crayons now
I have had a blast making this crayon art but one thing is it is messy it is
really really messy so you should do this outside or make sure that you have
an area where splatter is not going to not gonna be too big of a deal for
cleaning up like a crafting room where you've got that
all set up I'm gonna take this little pencil holder and I'm actually gonna
place it behind my little board and as you can see my little canvas has like a
little lip there so I can put my lip on here and I'm gonna do this so that you
guys can see easier and also so that I don't burn my hand what you're gonna do
is take your hairdryer turn it to the hottest setting and you're going to just
start waving it back and forth right in the middle of where the crayons are
right in there right in the middle of the crayon so right across
where the name is you're going to start doing that as it begins to melt
you're gonna see the paper will get darker and that means that the wax is
starting to melt and then you're gonna see it's going to start dripping down
now as soon as it starts dripping you want to make sure to be careful not to
fling the hairdryer because what's gonna happen is all that wax is going to start
flying now why am i explaining this all now it's because I'm about to turn this
hairdryer on and once I turn this hairdryer on you won't be able to hear a
thing I say so here we go just watch it's so much fun
pretty cool huh and there you have it crayons old crayons and a little bit of
heat make really cool art you know I just love the science behind this as
well because you know you're taking heat and you're mixing it with something like
a crayon and you you get these different melt points of the different colors and
you see how gravity affects it I mean it's a really cool project I hope you
enjoy it I like I said I have been dying to do this for years and years and years
I know this has been around for years and years and years but I hope this
inspires you to give it a try cuz it's it's super fun and who knows you might
want to test it on a box test it on a pumpkin and test it on an apple I don't
know it's all kinds of cool ways to use it

How to Make Mango Shaved Ice (芒果冰) - Duration: 4:16.
Hello everybody. Welcome to Mrs. Lin's Kitchen.
Today I'm going to show you
how to make Taiwanese mango shaved ice
Mango shaved ice was first invented
by Ice Monster, a shaved ice store in Taipei, Taiwan back in 20 years ago
It was also voted one of the world's best dessert in 2013 by CNN
Today I'm going to show you how to make mango shaved ice with my twist
So let's get started
Here is the ingredients overview
it would be a good idea to invest yourself an
electrical shaved ice machine
the ice cream is optional
In this recipe, I use pineapple coconut
chocolate
and mango ice cream
but you can use any flavor of your choice
before you start making mango shaved ice
keep your serving bowls,
mango cubes and mango sauce
in the refrigerator for several hours or
preferably overnight
to prevent your shaved ice from melting too quickly
when you assemble it
it's also helpful when ice cream has already been scooped out
but keep it in the freezer
when it's ready for assembling
to pick a good and ripe mango
make sure your mango is in a nice oval shape
without any bruise
there are many varieties so do not judge based on the color
gently press the mango
the mango shouldn't feel too soft or too firm
a slight softness indicates
that the mango is perfectly ripe
when the mango is ripe it will also give out fruity smell and
weigh slightly heavier
to prepare the mango, cut both sides of the mango avoiding the pit
make horizontal and vertical cuts
try not to cut through the skin
invert the mango half
and use a spoon to scoop out the mango pieces
slide the knife along the pit and cut out more mango cubes
you can also scrape off more mango from the skin
I keep the perfect mango cubes to put on top of the shaved ice
and use the mango scraps to make the mango ice block and mango sauce.
To make mango ice cube, I mix 20% mango scraps,
30% mango juice
and 50% water together
and blend until liquid is smooth
transfer it into the ice mold and freeze overnight
make sure the freezer temperature
is at least zero Fahrenheit or -18 degrees Celsius
this percentage combination
creates a perfect mango flavor shaped ice
it's not too hard like plain water ice
but also not too soft like 100% mango juice ice
you can see the demonstration here
the middle bowl is what you want to achieve
pour coconut juice into the ice mold and keep it in the freezer
You can also use coconut milk
which gives a stronger flavor than using coconut juice
To make mango sauce, put 1/3 cup of mango scraps,
1 tbsp of mango juice
1 tbsp of lemon juice
and 1 tbsp of sugar in the mixer and
blend until smooth
the lemon juice will prevent
mango from oxidation
and gives your sauce that tartness
which goes well with your shaved ice.
You can also adjust the sweetness
and tartness according to your liking
start to shave mango ice cube
and coconut ice cube into a bowl
to save time, you can also shave the ice ahead of time
and put them into the freezer right away
evenly distribute the mango cubes
you want to work as fast as possible to
prevent ice from melting
put ice cream on top of the shaved ice
add your mango sauce
finish off your mango shaved ice
by drizzling some condensed milk on the top
Mango shaved ice will melt quickly
so you should eat it right away
This is a refreshing desert to share with friends and family in a hot day.
