hey guys how you doing? Marlon King
here and in this week's video I'm going
to be showing you how to put video
inside of a logo. This is a pretty cool
effect to do and it can be used in quite
a lot of situations. So let's jump
straight in and show you how to do it. So
I've created a sequence here, I've got a
couple of video clips and my logo ready
so first off I'm going to drag the logo
in on the sequence and I've put that on to
video layer two. Now this is a white
logo with a transparent background it's
a PNG file. So how are we going to be
working this, is the white is going to be
turning transparent and in order to make
sure that the rest of the screen stays
black we're going to need to put a black
layer in there so we can either use
black video or black color matte. You can
put that underneath
I think the logos a little bit small at
the moment I'm just going to increase
the size of that. Okay so we're done here
now I'm going to create a second
sequence
and we're going to pick the video clip
we want so let's drag that on select a
part of the video you like this is a
clip from when I was out in Hong Kong.
Then we can drag the sequence with
the logo over the top and from there we
select the logo sequence, go over to the
editing tab and under "opacity" -> "blend mode" we're
going to select "multiply" and we can see
the video has now started to show
through the logo which is pretty cool
and that's that. as simple as that guys!
Now you could if you wanted to get fancy
and show two video clips if you wanted
to make it a little bit more interesting
and the way you can do that, is by, we
select the first clip, under
opacity, select the pen tool and we can
create a section here. Let's say only
shows the first few characters
now we can drag our second video
clip in. Doesn't matter about audio
actually on this tutorial. From here what we
can do is we select that second layer
and do the exact same thing. So under
editing tab we're going to create a mask and
there we have it. Now we can see a
both video showing. Obviously it will be
best if you tinker around and pick the
best part of the video clip that you
like you can also zoom in and position
the videos as necessary to make them
look their best. Here for example, I
could be zooming in or could even zoom
out to get more of that in shot and this
one here, if I want the boat to show
better. I could zoom in if you move it
along a little bit, and that's starting
to look good.

could even go as far as put in one video
per letter or shape depending on how many letters / shapes
you've got and how long you have timewise to keep

How To Grow Plum Trees From Seed, 8 Month Update! - Duration: 6:06.
hey everyone it's Rob the backyard gardenerr and
and it's time for a plum tree update so let's go ahead and get you updated
updated so first and foremost everyone I
do want to send an apology to you I know
it's been a little bit longer than I had
planned on the plum tree updates there's
been a lot going on and then in this
Texas heat everything is struggling it's
continuing to be over a hundred degrees
every single day that being said it is
time to get you updated since my plum
tree turned exactly eight months old
today and then you flip the camera
around as always and show you what the
plum tree looks like now at eight months
grown from seed it's pretty windy out
today so I'll do the best I can to cut
down on the wind noise but you'll recall
in the last video I put it in this pot
and I put it outside now the pots a
little bit bigger than I'd wanted it
initially when I put it in here but with
the Texas heat I wanted to make sure it
stayed watered and that it didn't dry
out I'll tell you when I first put it in
here it really struggled to acclimate to
the pot and being outside it took it a
little bit to grow as a matter of fact a
lot of the leaves got burned dried up
and shriveled but you can clearly see
now in the last couple of weeks it's
finally starting to get new growth you
could tell by the light-colored green
leaves and I even topped it a little bit
to initiate some top growth and it's
done that this thing right now stands in
the pot around four feet tall so after a
rough start of getting outside it's
doing much better you could see the
trunk has thickened up pretty well since
the last video so that's a good sign
he's also got a lot of this hardwood on
him and he's has several branches he's
got one here he's got one here one here
one here another one there we got one
back there and then as you go up he's
got two more so in my opinion he's off
to a really good start I will not be
topping this guy anymore
I won't be messing with them what I will
end up doing in probably the next 60
days whoops get close to our first frost
I will be putting him
in a bigger pot for the winner I'm still
debating on getting them in the ground
for the winner I haven't quite decided
yet but that's for another video
he's got the traditional Plumlee's now
we're not gonna know the variety on this
because this is from a store-bought plum
it was just a black plum that I got from
a store
it wasn't an organic black plum so I
don't know what species he'll be it'll
be a hybrid and hopefully he bears
edible fruit of some sort hopefully in
the plum family judging by the leaves
I'm pretty certain we've got some kind
of plum variety but that's to be found
out in a couple of years from now not
right now right now we just concentrated
on getting him fed keeping him watered
keeping him happy and healthy as far as
fertilizer because he's still young and
because then it's kind of in a small pot
now that he's gotten four feet tall I am
feeding him a half a dose of a balanced
fertilizer I used fish fertilizer two
months ago and I used a five five five
fertilizer just last month so he's due
for another feeding I'm probably gonna
feed him in about another week and I'll
give him another half dose of a five
five five balanced fertilizer and then
when I put him in a bigger pot in two
months I'll give him a full fertilizer
probably a 10 10 10 to get him prepped
for the winter now a lot have you been
asking about his sibling if you recall
when I first started this series one of
the trees look like a peach tree so I'm
gonna go ahead and take you over to that
one right now but I wanted to give you
one more look at this eight month old
plum tree grown from seed so over here
is where I keep all my young peach trees
that I'm going from seed as well and of
course should following the C's on my
larger what I've grown from seed but
look at this guy this is the one that
was indoors as a plum tree originally
and I could tell by the leaves he wasn't
look how unhappy and unhealthy he is he
really hasn't done anything I topped
this one he set off this shoot but he is
growing terribly it's like a Charlie
Brown hut peach tree I know he's a peach
tree you put him next to the other ones
he's pretty much got the same leaf
structure as they do but he
grown from a plump seat so pretty
interesting want to see what he ends up
doing he's just not very happy right now
which is why I haven't shown him in the
videos but a lot of you asked the
bottoms on the last video so I figured I
better show them to you in this one so
you get an idea again not much to look
at I have them down here maybe part of
the problem is he's too shaded by all of
the other trees but I wanted to get him
least out here and give him a fighting
chance not too happy with how he's doing
and that's where I keep my plum tree as
well again it gets so hot I'm letting
these guys kind of group together just
provide some shape for each other
they're all gonna go in bigger pots
once the freeze hits and I'll figure out
what to do with them but I don't have a
lot of space in my art as you guys know
I am literally out of space on this side
and on the other side I'd be curious to
get your guys's thoughts on that second
peach / plum tree that we have growing
definitely looks like a peach tree to me
what are your guys thoughts on it should
I continue it as a part of the plum tree
series or just call it what it is put it
as part of the peach tree series and
move on so there you have it everyone
that's my update of my 8 month old plum
tree grown from seed as well as his
sibling that appears to be a peach tree
as you can see very unhealthy that's
what happens sometimes with these
hybrids you'd never know how they're
going to perform how they're going to
grow or even if they're gonna be the
same as the parent tree but I love
growing things from seeds and I don't
care how they come out I just like to
see them grow and document the journey
along the way hopefully you're enjoying

How to Upload Art to Society6 || Selling Print on Demand - Duration: 5:20.
Hi everyone!
Today I'll show you how to upload your traditional art and designs to Society6, which is a print
on demand site that handles the payment, does the printing and fulfils the orders and does
the shipping for you.
This is going to be very similar to the how to upload to Redbubble video I made, but these
sites do have their differences.
If you want me to make another video comparing Redbubble and Society6 from a seller's point
of view, I can do that, too.
To upload your traditional art to Society6, you need a high resolution scan or a photo
of the artwork.
Society6 recommends you to upload pictures of at least 6500px on the smallest side at
72dpi or higher to fit all the products and you can use jpg or png format.
My scanner is A4 size so I scan my A4 and smaller art usually in 600 dpi resolution
and I take photos of bigger artworks.
My A4 scans are at around 5000 x 7000 px so they don't quite fit some of the products
on Society6.
I'd either need to make bigger artworks or scan them in a higher resolution, if I wanted
to have my designs available on all of their products.
After scanning I edit the levels, white balance, sharpness, brightness and contrast with a
free image editor called GIMP, I'll link to a few videos on how I do that, if you're interested.
Next up, you need to fill in the title, select one category from painting, drawing, collage,
photography and graphic design, then add up to 20 tags and one tag must be less than 20
characters.
I usually have my tags written in a notepad file and I copy paste them into the field
pressing cntrl V. The description is also a limited size, only 250 characters so if
I've already written out a description for another print on demand site like Redbubble,
I might have to trim it down for Society6.
The upload process has changed since I screenrecorded some of these clips, so they don't ask for
the materials used and the style anymore.They also ask you to confirm that you own the rights
to the image on the previous page.
Now, continue to create products.
Society6 is going to upload your artwork to all the products that it's big enough and
the right aspect ratio for.
You can set individual pricing for the some of the wall art products by clicking the picture
to edit them, but the other products have a fixed royalty you can't change.
You can scale your art and reposition it, but you might need to crop your art and upload
a new file for some products.
When you're happy with the designs, click publish.
By going to Manage my posts you can see all the artwork you've uploaded and the products
they're available on.
You can also edit a single product or all products, the description and tags or delete
the design.
Society6 is adding new products all the time and one of them is a pack of 4 coasters, where
you can decide whether to repeat the same image on all 4 coasters or split up your design
between the 4 coasters, which might be interesting for some artworks.
You can also upload a version of your art with a transparent background for the clear
iphone case and the sticker, for example.
I'll link to a tutorial on how to remove the background of your art.
One feature that Society6 doesn't have at least yet is turning your art into a pattern
so if you want to make a repeating pattern, you'll have to do that yourself and upload
a big file of the repeated pattern into Society6.

In this video, I am going to show you how to find your profit per unit, using the Amazon
FBA calculator
Stay tuned…
Step#1
Either find your product listing or find a product very similar to yours that you're
interested in sourcing.
Once you get to the listing, get their ASIN
Step#2
Go to google and type in "Amazon FBA calculator"
Get the ASIN from the previous step, and paste it into the calculator
The 3 points of information you will need are:
The price you want to sell your product
The cost of shipping per unit to ship into FBA
The cost of your product
Step#3
Let's break down the 3 points you need to know
You should already know the price you want to sell at
The way you calculate shipping cost per unit is divide the total cost of your shipping
by the number of units
For example, if you pay your freight forwarder $1200 to ship 1000 units
You will divide 1200/1000 and you will get $1.20/unit
You will put this into the calculator under the "ship to amazon" section
The last section is to find the cost of your product per unit
You will find this similar to how you found the shipping cost per unit
For example, if you pay $2500 for a total of 1000 units if derma rollers
You will divide 2500/1000 and it will be $2.5/unit
Now you have the 3 points of information you need to input into the FBA calculator
Step#4
Let's go back into the Amazon FBA calculator
Input the 3 points and the Amazon FBA calculator will spit out your Amazon Fulfilment Fees,
Amazon Referral Fee, Net Profit and Net Margin.
With this information, you can determine if your product will be profitable or not

You are always here for him.
That mean you will show him your love.
You will show him that you are really attracted to this man.
In this video, I want to tell you this is the wrong path.
This is not the good path to make sure this man will fall in love with you, because this
man needs to fall in love for who you are, and not what you give.

In our society, the education that we receive from Walt Disney, from Hollywood, from our
friends, our family, it's always, "When you love someone, giving him."
Then you lose your personality, so the only one reason a man would fall in love is because
in his eyes, you are special.

You will tell me, "But Alex, I don't feel I'm unique.
I don't feel that I'm so special."
But you are.
Your personality is unique.
You are unique.
You are just different, okay?

your time, what do you like in life, this is the only one reason a man would fall in

"Just stay yourself."
That means go somewhere that you really like.

Movies, music, your passions, where do you want to be in the future.
This is something that will make this man fall in love with you.
Most of the time, I'm seeing women will tell me, "Alex, I don't understand.
I'm always here for him.
I'm always giving love, but I don't feel he is in love with me.
I don't feel him falling in love with me."
That's normal, because most of the time they are too needy.
If you're watching this video, you need to understand that human, men and women, we work
all like this, okay?
We love what we don't have.
It's something really important.
We value what we don't have.
It's something that you need to keep in mind.
When you want this man falling in love with you, you want to be unique, and you want to
not be needy, okay?
You need to be confident about yourself.
The more you will show, the more this man will take, receive, but not give back.
That's the trouble, because we are all human.
This is the way we works.
Keep in mind you need also to take your time.
I remember coaching this woman, she was from California, and she told me, "Alex, I love
this man.
We are spending so much good time, but it's not enough.
He's not falling in love with me."
I told her, "You know, you need to take your time."
Spending good times with a man is not enough.
We need to build a real chemistry, and sometimes, most of the time for men, it will require
times to them to be in love.
It will require time to be themself, to make sure that they can just be themself and not
play a role, which is something really important.
Keep in mind that if you want this man to fall in love with you, first you need to trust
your personality.
Second, never be needy.
Third, take your time.
Take your time by living the moment, and the more you are enjoying this moment, the more
this man will be in love, which is what you want.
I want to finish this video by talking about my relationship.
When I met my girlfriend, I was looking for someone that really can understand me.
I never realized, but every single day when I was going to her apartment, she has a Hershey
chocolate bar, and I was wondering, "Why does she have this chocolate bar?"
Because she was not eating Hershey's.
But I realized a few weeks later that, damn, she understood that I was a big fan.
She makes me feel unique.
She makes me feel special by giving me attention.
This is not being needy.
This is just a small attention that helped me to say, "Whoa, this woman is different.
I need to pay attention.
I need to take care of her.
I need to give her back."
Once you know the man, once you understand exactly what he likes, what he wants, then
you can build a really good relationship with this man who will fall in love with you.
If this doesn't happen, it's because most of the time, you don't know exactly, "Who
is this guy?"
You know maybe his public face, but not, "Who is this guy exactly?"
This is why I'm doing this video, is because I want to explain to you that love is not
as easy, and we need to give attention to people.
We need to try to learn who they are exactly, not their public response, okay?

Sambo's plumbing company hopefully there
is not one. It's just a fictitious name I made up.
Hopefully we'll be able to find one.
Now there's another possibility that you might find one. I'm gonna look for one real fast.
Okay so it's possible you
may find your company name and a knowledge box in Google my business and the maps,
but it's not being managed and claimed by your business.
You don't have control over it. And you would know that by if you found your name listed
and you clicked on it. In this case I found Cass Plumbing,
it has this comment here "Own this business?"

Okay so you would click here up in the upper right to sign in to your standard your business Google account.
If you don't have one you'll be creating one.
so you click sign in and if you didn't have an account here you would be signing in to your account.

You would read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before you agree,
and then we would click onto next.
We're just making it up on here I'm going to use the address
of a UPS store down there.
I do NOT recommend you use a UPS store,
we're just using that as an example here.

If you deliver goods to your customers
services to your customers only and they don't come to you
you want to click on that and then hide your address.

and you don't want the house address being shown on maps.

Here you can define your service area.
What's the distance? We can define it by distance around our business location,
or specific cities or regions or zip codes.
I'm going to use distance for simplicity and set it at 50 miles.
you can also do kilometers in the UK or elsewhere around the world.
And now business category.
You should be doing category research first.
If you do not find your category listing go back to our video
we have done previously on how to do category research
for your Google my business listing. It's very important!
Your primary category, this one here is the easiest.
It's most likely your profession or major service category
In this case, we're a plumber okay or plumbing company.
So you can put in plumbing and see if there's something else.
And again you should do category research beforehand.
Now if we were a plumbing supply store that would be a better option for us
But we're still plumber in this scenario so we're going to choose plumber.
Here's where it gets tricky in this example for phone number.
I'm using the one of the of the UPS store down there,
okay so now it's finished.
Or our business set up is finished anyways.
We still have to complete it and verify it.
okay but it once it's all done it'll allow new customers to find you in Google search and maps.
It will promote your business with photos and posts.
It will track business analytics to help better understand your customers better.
so Google will show us data with
what the search terms customers are using to find your business in Google Maps,
and how many people clicked to go on it to go to your website
how many people clicked on the call button and dialed your business directly.
How many looked at photos etc
It allows for customers to write reviews
right there in your Google Maps listing, your Google my business listing.
and you'll be able to respond to customer reviews, which you should respond to every review good or bad, all of them
and if they're bad just try to take it offline.
something in the order of "sorry you had a bad experience.
We're all about making things right,
we're all about doing business right,
so please give contact us offline to try and
settle the issues and make things right."
Something along those lines, you get the idea.
Okay so now you click finish and it completes processing the listing
and we're taken to our verification options.
Here we are. "Success our listings been created. Choose a way to verify it."
It will not show up in searches until it's verified.
We're gonna put a contact name in there
and it would mail a postcard. It's our only option in this particular case.

Options depend on the maturity of the company and other factors Google may use.
You may have an option to verify by text or phone here.
but our only option here is by mail.
I'm gonna go ahead and just click on that
and process this so we can see what the dashboard will look like afterwards.
now they will send a postcard out to that address with a code on it.
Once we have the code we can come back,
login we go to our Google my business account,
at https://google.com/business
sign-in
and you will automatically be taken to your GMB listing
unless you have several listings already,
in which case this will be one of them in your listings.
okay now over here at "learn more about your business"
able to click here to verify it now.
Because we just sent out their postcard I guess it's not ready yet.
but if it was ready the box would open up and the
you'd be able to put that code in there
okay and then click verify and then you
would be a verified listing
we're also suspended because we have quality issues because I made up everything right.
so that's how that works
okay so that's how you get your business listed in there
and that's how you get it verified and you're probably going to
only have the mail by post card verification option,
in which you'll get that code and then come back in here
click on verify now a box will show up
you'll put that code in there and you'll be good to go!
From there you will want to start optimizing this listing.
It's incredibly valuable real estate that you do NOT want to miss out on
the opportunity to make it as great as it can be.
Because that is exactly what your prospects are looking at.
It's where and how they see you when they are searching on Google
So the more reviews, the more photos,
and all the various options we will go over in further videos
on how to optimize your Google my business listing.

and anxieties of the future, it's because i'm arrogating what happened, what will happen...
someone who's confident, they know their equipments, they know their purpose and they're matching
those up... and they do this with the full understanding that they're not the only ones
involved... there is nature, there's society...
there's their family... and in a most simple way, how to separate arrogance from confidence...
an arrogant person is less cheerful and a confident person is more cheerful...
that's a very objective way of knowing when i'm in a circumstance and i feel that i'm dedicating
this action or i feel i'm thinking about a lot of people, but i'm not cheerful... then
secretly i am being arrogant, i'm being conceited... whereas, i may say nothing but i'm living
my life in a giving way, in a disciplined way, and i feel more cheerful...

Moos beschneiden | How to trim moss without making a mess - Duration: 2:52.
Hello and welcome.
In this video, I show how I use my Gravel Cleaner for pruning the moss in my Aquarium.
I planted Flame Moss in my aquariums, that somehow is growing more upwards
than sidewards.
When I cut it back I have the problem that the shoots do not rise to the
surface as other plants do, but they sink, mostly
somewhere where I do not want them.
When I try to catch the shoots right away with a thick hose, I tear
the whole moss out and the tank is empty in a minute.
It definitely works with a thinner hose, but they have a tendency
to bend, and then I would have to put the Hand under water to catch the
shoots.
And if you have the scissors in one hand and in the other one the hose it can happen
that the other end of the hose slips out of the bucket and everything
gets flooded.
So I came up with the idea to prune the moss with my Gravel Cleaner from Dennerle®
With that device I do not have suck the aquarium water with my mouth. I only have to press
a few times on top of the pump bellows, until the Water is running.
The hose is attached with a clamp to the bucket and then I turn the flow regulator
so that only very little water passes through.
Then I put the pipe over the shoot that I want to cut and cut
it off. And immediately the shoot gets sucked in and does not swim around in the aquarium anymore.
This works great and could be shown now very nicely, if I would not
have turned slowly but surely in front of the camera. Sorry for that.
Well, I still have some cuts here without my arm in front of it and I believe
you can see how it works quite well.
Much of the cut off moss remains then in the pipe in front of the sieve and
can be easily washed out afterwards.
The sieve in front of the pump can also be cleaned very easy.
I put the leftovers of the moss in a glass.
Maybe they grow a bit and then I can use it again later.
Anyway, I have a clear view now on my Hygrophila pinnatifida and I am
not annoyed anymore by parts of the moss meandering around in the aquarium.

It is also available in 50 cm length for larger aquariums.

particles sometimes you could see little
particles that get on there so you have
to make sure it's a cup shape too when
you're about to put it in your eye and
then I go one two three and just try to
get it right there
cover the brown part and then you know
when you kind of close your eye a little
bit for me it kind of like gets out
whatever juice is there and then yeah
that's what I was just trying to clean
that up a little bit so they are in and
here's an up-close personal look
I have my ring light on so that's what
you're seeing and I went ahead I turned
down the ring light a little bit so it
wouldn't be such a glare and you could
really see the color of the contacts so

use freshlook color contacts no problems
no issues and I'm gonna continue using

whereas others have really wide openings
and they show everything from front to back.
So it depends on the changes that they
want to achieve if they want to reduce a gummy smile.
Then if the gums go all the way to the back then
they'll have a lot more teeth that they'll need to do.
Or if they need to change the proportions or the sizes
we don't want to find that we do only a partial smile which
doesn't then blend with the rest of the back.
So it's very, very important to see
what the patient shows as to what they want to achieve
and how much difference between their natural teeth
and their final smile
they want to achieve. The greater the difference the more teeth
you've got to do.
However, if we only need to do one because one
tooth is damage.
We can do that
and match it perfectly as well.
So there is not a set number of teeth that you have to do.
It just depends on the result that you want.
