Hi. Today, we're gonna be making Pineapple Yoghurt Sorbet
This yummy recipe is from Pome Book1, Vol.2 The Fantasy world of Wahn Yen.
What we need for our recipe are 1 cup of pine apple juice, 1 pineapple, 1 cup of natural yoghurt, and 2/3 cup of syrup.
Just with these 4 ingredients, we can make lip-smacking sorbet.
Well, let's start the first step with mixing a cup of pineapple juice with 2/3 cup of syrup.
We'll initially measure 1 cup of pine apple juice. Surely, fresh pineapple juice gives better taste than pineapple flavored syrup.
Then add 2/3 cup of pine apple juice
and stir up the juice and syrup.
Now, pour the mixed pineapple juiced into a container or a mold for ice making.
We're gonna make the ice out of the whole mixed pineapple juice.
Then put it in the freezer till it becomes frozen.
Meanwhile, we'll go on to the second step,
making a cup for our sorbet out of pineapple.
We're gonna use a knife in this step. Be careful kids.
What we need to do next is to cut the pineapple in half leaving the leaves at its top like this.
We'll make a cup from the leave-sticking part of pineapple by scooping its flesh out.
Begin with slightly moving a knife along the crust remaining 1 cm of its crust and flesh.
Then, cut the flesh into small pieces so that we can easily scoop them out.
After cutting, gently scoop the cut flesh out and we'll get a pineapple cup like this.
Wash and keep it aside for our sorbet.
Now we come to the last step, blending pine apple flesh, yoghurt, and frozen pine apple juice together.
Put all of the frozen pine apple juice into the blender.
For the frozen one, the harder, the better because if it's too soft, it'll become blended juice more than sorbet.
Then add the cut pieces of pineapple and 1 cup of natural yoghurt.
After adding the whole ingredients, cap the blender and well blend it.
After that we'll get the sorbet like this.
Put it in a container which can be placed in freezer so that we can keep it for several days.
You see, making yummy sorbet isn't that hard. It just takes time because we need to freeze it for 2 hours.
Alright, after it's frozen, it's time to serve.
Let's bring the pineapple cup out and put giant scoops of sorbet in.
You can add as much pineapple flesh as you want. They work very well together.
Anyway, should I add 2 more scoop? Can't help it. It takes so much time.
