guarantee there's it that there's gonna be an upload tomorrow but what I can say

is that I'm assuming that there is gonna be an upload tomorrow I also definitely

BREAKING: TV's Gomer Pyle Is DEAD- Here's What Happened - Duration: 3:12.

BREAKING: TVs Gomer Pyle Is DEAD- Heres What Happened

We are saddened to report that the great Jim Nabors, the star who played Gomer Pyle on

The Andy Griffith Show and eventually starred in his own spinoff, Gomer Pyle

USMC has died.

He was 87 years old.

Nabors husband, Stan Cadwallader, told the Associated Press his longtime partner

had died peacefully at home in Hawaii by his side.

He said that Mr. Naborss health had been declining for a year and that his immune system

had been suppressed since he underwent a liver transplant in 1994, The New York Times reports.

At the time, Mr. Nabors announced that he had contracted hepatitis B in India several

years earlier when he cut himself shaving with a contaminated straight razor, which

he had bought there, The Times reports.

Everybody knows he was a wonderful man.

And thats all we can say about him.

Hes going to be dearly missed, Cadwallader said.

Fox News reports that Nabors, a native of Alabama, became an instant success when he

joined The Andy Griffith Show in the spring of 1963.

The character of Gomer Pyle the unworldly, lovable gas pumper who would exclaim Gollllll-ly!

proved so popular that in 1964 CBS starred him in Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C.

In the spinoff, which lasted five seasons, Gomer left his hometown of Mayberry to become

a Marine recruit.

His innocence confounded his sergeant, the irascible Frank Sutton.Jim Nabors as Gomer

Pyle performs an impressive version of the song The Impossible Dream on the popular

classic television show Gomer Pyle USMC.

Audiences saw another side of Nabors in appearances in TV variety programs his booming baritone.

The contrast between his homespun humor (The tornado was so bad a hen laid the same egg

twice) and his full-throated operatic arias was stunning.

For two seasons beginning in 1969, CBS presented The Jim Nabors Hour, on which he joshed

with guest stars, did sketches with Sutton and fellow Gomer veteran Ronnie Schell,

and sang country and opera.

In 2013, he made headlines for marrying Cadwallader.

The couple met in 1975 when Cadwallader was a Honolulu firefighter.

Its pretty obvious that we had no rights as a couple, yet when youve been together

38 years, I think somethings got to happen there, youve got to solidify something,

Nabors told Hawaii News Now at the time.

And at my age, its probably the best thing to do.

Nabors was known as an ardent supporter of the U.S. Marine Corps.

He is one of only a handful of people to earn the official status of Honorary Marine.

Our condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Rest in peace brother and thanks for the wonderful memories

Geraldo Rivera Defends Matt Lauer - Duration: 15:41.

SO YOU ALL KNOW

THAT MATT LAUER WAS IN A LOT OF TROUBLE BECAUSE OF

ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT, SIGNIFICANT ONES.

HE WAS FIRED YESTERDAY BY NBC NEWS.

HE WAS THEIR TOP STAR IN TERMS OF BEING A HOST OF THE TODAY

SHOW.

HE WAS THEIR TOP STAR IN TERMS OF HOW MUCH MONEY THEY PAID HIM,

28 MILLION A YEAR.

SOME OF THE ALLEGATIONS WERE SIGNIFICANT.

GERALDO RIVERA DID NOT SEE IT THAT WAY AND HE STARTED

TWEETING.

BAD IDEA.

WE DO WANT TO DISCUSS WHETHER HE HAS ANY POINTS AT ALL

THE

LET ME GIVE YOU HIS TWEETS.

>>WHAT ABOUT HIM?

>>APPARENTLY HE THINKS THAT WAS NO BIG DEAL.

WE DISCUSSED THIS YESTERDAY, I DON'T KNOW ALL THE DETAILS OF

WHAT GARRISON KEILLOR IS ACCUSED OF.

ALL THESE FOLKS ARE INNATE TOUGH POSITION.

IF I WAS CLOSE TO SOMEONE IT WOULD BE TOUGH, YOU HAVE TO GET

PAST THAT AND SAY WHAT HE DID WAS WRONG.

I THINK THAT GERALDO IS NOW SAYING THERE IS SOME COURTSHIP

AND IT DOES HAPPEN IN SOME OFFICE ENVIRONMENTS INCLUDING

NEWS.

>>BUT HE IS

SAYING THIS IN RESPONSE TO THE MATT LAUER STUFF

WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS SAYING IT SHOULD BE CONFINED TO

DOT IT COMES OFF AS BIZARRE THAT YOU ARE TAKING THIS OPPORTUNITY

TO SAY PEOPLE ARE GOING WILD.

HE WAS THE HIGHEST-PAID, PERHAPS IN SOME WAYS MOST POWERFUL

PERSON THERE.

AND ONE OF THE WOMEN SPECIFICALLY SAID SHE WENT ALONG

WITH A SEXUAL THING BECAUSE OF HER FEAR OF LOSING HER JOB AND

DIDN'T TALK ABOUT IT BECAUSE OF THE SHAME AND CONTINUED FEAR.

THEY HAD TO DECIDE SHOULD WE LISTEN TO HER AND THEN FIRE OUR

$28 MILLION A YEAR EARNING MATT LAUER?

WE KNOW HOW THAT HAS HISTORICALLY GONE AND A LOT

OF THESE COMPANIES.

>> I DON'T THINK IT IS UNFAIR TO POINT OUT THAT YOU

SHOULDN'T BELIEVE EVERY ALLEGATION.

ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF PROCEEDING.

MATT LAUER DOESN'T EVEN AGREE WITH THE FIRING.

>>HE SAID SOME OF WHAT HE HAS ALLEGED IS NOT TRUE.

BUT HE IMPLIES IT IS TRUE.

>>GERALDO, EVEN IF YOU WERE TO MAKE THIS POINT THAT YES SOME

SMALL PERCENTAGE OF WOMEN MIGHT WANT TO GO AFTER BAD BOSSES OR

PEOPLE THAT THEY WERE IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH, YOU AT LEAST

HAVE TO POINT OUT THAT IT IS A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF WOMEN

BECAUSE HISTORICALLY AND STATISTICALLY THAT IS THE CASE.

AND NUMBER TWO, THIS IS A BIZARRE ONE TO FIGHT ON.

IT SEEMS LIKE ROGER AILES, WHO GERALDO ALSO DEFENDED IN THE

BEGINNING, BUT ALSO DESCRIBED WHAT ROGER AILES WAS DOING

IS FLIRTY.

ROGER AILES CHASED A WOMAN AROUND THE ROOM WITH HIS

PANTS OFF.

I THINK THAT GOES WAY BEYOND FLIRTY.

>>HE MIGHT BE THINKING THAT HE IS NOT SPECIFICALLY

RESPONDING TO MATT LAUER, IT IS JUST A LOOK ANOTHER ONE,

NOW LET ME TALK IN A META-WAY.

HE'S GOING TO UNDERCUT HIMSELF EVEN MORE IN THE NEXT TWEET.

THE GENERAL IDEA THAT IN THIS SITUATION, VERY OFTEN PEOPLE

LIKE GERALDO FEEL THE NEED TO SAY WHAT IF THEY ARE JUST COMING

AFTER BAD BOSSES ARE HATED EXES OR ARE LOOKING FOR MONEY.

IT'S NOT JUST THAT HE IS NOT THE PERSON DELIVERING THAT MESSAGE

BECAUSE HE IS COMING OFF AS A GUY WHO WAS SWEATING ABOUT

THE SITUATION.

LET'S IGNORE THAT, TO ANY GUY THAT WANTS TO MAKE THAT COMMENT

IN THE FUTURE, WE GOT IT.

EVERYBODY KNOWS THE CONCERN ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY THAT

THERE WILL BE REPRISALS AGAINST BOSSES, OR MAYBE SOME GIRL

WANTS MONEY OR LIES.

EVERYONE HAS ALREADY HEARD THAT POINT.

IT'S NOT LIKE GERALDO MAKES AN AMAZING ñ

OBVIOUSLY EVERY CASE INVOLVES LOOKING AT THE SPECIFIC DETAILS.

BUT WHEN YOUR RESPONSE LARGELY IS JUST THAT IT SEEMS LIKE

YOU ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE MAN IN THIS CASE.

IN THIS CASE IT IS A MAN WHO CLEARLY DID IT, MATT LAUER,

HE DID TERRIBLE THINGS.

YES WE WILL RESPOND NEGATIVELY.

EVERYONE ALREADY GETS THE CONCERNS.

NO ONE IS GOING TO JAIL WITHOUT INVESTIGATING WHAT HAPPENED.

YOU DON'T NEED TO REITERATE IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN AS IF

THAT IS THE ONLY THING WE SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT.

>> ONE MORE TWEET FROM GERALDO.

IT DOES SEEM LIKE IT IS A CHRISTINE O'DONNELL MOMENT

ñ THIS IS A PERSON WHO RAN FOR SENATE IN DELAWARE.

SHE WAS THE REPUBLICAN AND TEA PARTY CANDIDATE AND SHE FAMOUSLY

MADE AN AD SAYING I AM NOT A WITCH.

PEOPLE WERE LIKE WHY?

WERE YOU A WITCH?

>>HER OPPONENT DID NOT MAKE CLEAR THAT THEY WERE NOT A

WITCH OR SORCERER.

>>THAT WAS WEIRD.

GERALDO IS WRONG ABOUT POINT NUMBER ONE BECAUSE HE SAYS

YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT WITHIN FIVE YEARS.

IN THE 1970S, 80S, 90S, UNTIL MAYBE JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO

PEOPLE WERE NOT IN A POSITION TO BE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHOUT FEAR

OF REPRISALS WHICH THERE WERE PLENTIFUL.

IT HAPPENED ALL THE TIME.

IN FACT ROGER AILES WAS ACCUSED OF FIRING PEOPLE IF THEY

WOULDN'T HAVE SEX WITH THEM.

AND YOU WORK AT FOX NEWS, YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR.

AND A LOT OF THAT HAPPENED WELL PAST FIVE YEARS AGO.

SO SAYING IT IS FIVE YEARS AGO ñ IT FEELS LIKE GERALDO IS SAYING

THAT ñ WHATEVER YOU THINK YOU MIGHT CATCH ME DOING WAS SIX

YEARS AGO OR EARLIER.

A LOT OF THESE WOMEN HAVE HAD-

>>YOU

CAN'T MAKE A CLAIM AFTER FIVE YEARS OR THREE MONTHS OR SO.

>>MOST OF THESE WOMEN HAVE CONTEMPORANEOUS CORROBORATION.

THE NEW YORK TIMES REPORTED ON THE DIFFERENT CASES, THEY HAVE

BEEN METHODICAL IN POINTING OUT WHO THEY SAID IT TO AT THE TIME,

NOT JUST TODAY.

THEY TOLD HER EX-BOYFRIEND, HUSBAND, ETC.

>>WHICH

MAKES IT AT THE END OF THE DAY KIND OF A STUPID POINT TO MAKE.

FIRST OF ALL IF YOU COMMITTED A CRIME, IT IS A CRIME.

AND ABOUT THE CONTEMPORANEOUS THING.

DOES HE THINK THE PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR JOBS PURELY BASED

ON ONE COMMENT?

MATT LAUER DID NOT LOSE HIS JOB WITHOUT ANY

EVIDENCE THAT IT WAS TRUE WHATSOEVER.

OBVIOUSLY COMPANIES ARE DOING THOSE SORTS OF

INVESTIGATIONS IN THE MOST HELP PROFILE CASES, LIKE

WEINSTEIN OR ROY MOORE WE HAVE TONS OF CONTEMPORANEOUS

WITNESS STATEMENTS AND OTHER FORMS OF EVIDENCE.

THAT IS ALREADY THERE AND THE PEOPLE THAT ARE DOING THESE

INVESTIGATIONS KNOW THAT.

IT COMES OFF AGAIN AS THE SORT OF WEIRD KNEE-JERK TO DO WHAT

YOU THINK IS DEFENDING YOURSELF.

POINTING OUT STUFF THAT IS ABUNDANTLY CLEAR.

>>MAYBE IT IS BECAUSE HE IS AT FOX NEWS.

THERE ARE ALLEGATIONS OF A PERSON WHO WE WILL NOT NAME WHO

IS LOOKING FOR MONEY WHEN SHE WAS NOT IN A SIMILAR SITUATION

AS OTHER WOMEN WERE.

I DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS UNDER HIS SKIN.

I DON'T KNOW.

YES, OF COURSE AT SOME POINT THERE WILL BE A BAD ACTOR, OF

COURSE NOT EVERY PERSON IS TELLING THE TRUTH.

BUT THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY ARE.

THINK ABOUT YOUR BALANCING HERE.

WHEN PEOPLE SAY I BELIEVE THE WOMEN.

WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS IN THE PAST THE WOMEN WERE NOT

BELIEVED.

SO IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT EVERY WOMAN IS TELLING THE TRUTH.

YES SOME WOMEN MIGHT BE MAD AT AN X OR SOMETHING.

BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE MATT LAUER

IS THAT CASE.

>> NEWS I GUESS CAN BE A FLIRTY

BUSINESS, A LOT OF BUSINESSES

ARE, THEY TEND TO BE HIGH STRESS ENVIRONMENTS WHERE PEOPLE SPEND

LONG HOURS, THEY HAVE SHARED EXPERIENCES.

I USED TO BE A WAITER, THEY ARE VERY INCESTUOUS AREAS.

IF IT IS CLEAR IT IS A CONSENSUAL THING, CREEPING

SOMEONE ON MAKING THEM AFRAID TO COME TO WORK, THEN OF COURSE

BUSINESSES ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE A PLACE LIKE THAT.

IS ALSO IMPORTANT THAT WE FOCUS NOW TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING

ABOUT THE HABITUAL LONG-TERM POWERFUL HARASSERS ñ

MAYBE WE SHOULD ATTEND TO THE MORE IMPORTANT STUFF FIRST.

>>IS NEWS A FLIRTY BUSINESS?

IN MY LIMITED EXPERIENCE, YES.

I DON'T MEAN HERE BUT THE TALES OF LOCAL NEWS I WOULD HEAR

BACK IN THE DAY WHEN I BRIEFLY WORKED IN LOCAL NEWS, AND

THE TALES I WOULD HEAR IN CABLE NEWS ñ THEY ARE SECONDHAND

ñ BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF HOOKUPS.

AT SOME POINT ONE OF THESE CASES GO TOO FAR?

PROBABLY.

WHAT I MEAN BY TOO FAR IS SOMEONE WILL MAKE A WRONG

CHARGE.

AND THE PENDULUM WILL KEEP ON SWINGING.

>> WE VERY OFTEN ñ THEY MAKE THE CASE THAT WOMEN COULD LIVE.

AS YOU SAY IT HAS HAPPENED, VERY RARELY, NOT NEARLY AS OFTEN AS

PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO BELIEVE.

AND THEY WILL OFTEN SAY THE FEAR IS THEN THAT WILL CAUSE THEM

FOR PEOPLE TO NOT TRUST WOMEN THAT ARE TELLING THE TRUTH.

BUT WE NEVER FLIPPED THAT WERE NINE TIMES OUT OF 10 THE GUYS

THAT ARE ACCUSED, THEY DENY THAT IT HAPPENED, BUT THEN WE

FIND OUT IT DID.

AREN'T THEY HURTING MEN WHO ARE INNOCENT?

>>GREAT POINT.

APPARENTLY IN THE 2014 INTERVIEW ñ

HE BEMOANED CONTEMPORARY WORKPLACE PROTECTIONS.

THIS IS NOT GOING TO END WELL FOR GERALDO.

I DON'T THINK LAUDING THE CULTURE OF THE 70S AND 80S

IS THE RIGHT WAY TO GO.

HE SAYS NOW IF YOU LOOK AT AN INTERN WITH CROSS EYES YOU

GO TO JAIL.

IT IS SIX SEX WAS FREE.

YOU HAD NO HR, NO WORKPLACE RULES AGAINST IT BACK IN

THE DAY.

>>NOWHERE TO RUN, NOWHERE TO HIDE IT.

>>IT IS NOT A GOOD THING THAT THERE WAS NO RULE OF LAW OR

HUMAN RESOURCES TO PROTECT ANYONE BACK IN THE DAY.

BUT FOR GUYS LIKE GERALDO, THEY DID THINK THOSE WERE THE GOOD

OLD DAYS.

THIS TURNED OUT TO BE A BAD IDEA SO FOX NEWS THEN SAID

THIS.

>> THAT IS A GOOD STATEMENT.

>> GERALDO CAME BACK AROUND WITH A DIFFERENT TWEET.

>>WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING.

ON THE PERIPHERY OF WHAT HE IS SAYING THERE ARE CONVERSATIONS

THAT NEED TO BE HAD, SOCIALLY WITHIN MEN AS A COMMUNITY.

I THINK YOU ARE STRESSING THEM AT A TIME THAT IS NOT IDEAL.

We've Been Here Before - Duration: 10:44.

I'm the daughter of a refugee.

My grandfather was in the Nationalist regime before Mao and the Communists took over.

In 1949, he took what he could carry, and they went to Korea.

My mother was born in a refugee camp to my grandmother who has bound feet.

A few months after she was born, in the middle of the night, a United States plane came,

and they took again what they could carry, which was even less.

They boarded that plane and they came here to Seattle.

They were sponsored by a church family in Seattle who understood the duty of citizenship

in this country was to extend a hand and to protect others from violence.

So this is my mother and one of my brothers and myself, clearly when I was much younger.

I am because my mother found safety in this country.

In the United States, Yueh Hwa Chu, Chinese name, became Annette after Annette Funicello

from the Mickey Mouse Club.

She came to a racist Seattle that was a few years post Japanese incarceration, a city

still skeptical of people who looked Asian, and despite the torment and racist bullies,

she finished high school and went to college.

She walked two miles every day to attend the University of Washington; we are a family

of Huskies.

She would meet my father at the University of Washington a few years later, also an immigrant,

and marry him.

She worked as a nurse for sixteen years before retiring into the most strenuous job of her

life, which was a full-time mom, to myself and my two brothers.

On most accounts today, she's thriving.

She works out six days a week at the gym, she lifts more than me.

And like any good Asian mom, she tells me all the time that I would look better if I

was a little bit smaller.

But in January 2017, Annette was not happy.

She looked me in my eyes and tells me that if this Muslim ban travel ban was in place

when her family needed safety, she never would have been able to come here and live the life

that she has lived.

And for an instant, I see a flickering in her eyes that I rarely see, but I know it.

I know for my mother and for others who have escaped war or government persecution, and

they are never too far from these memories.

So today I come to you as a daughter of an immigrant and of a refugee, who grew up and

somehow became a professor.

And the rest of my talk what I want to do is to use my expertise in the area of race,

American politics, and law, to try to help us understand how we got here and possibly

what we can do about it.

I do want to say that in the years leading up...

I want to say upfront that part of the reason we get to this moment that we're in right

now is the collective silence in the years leading up to this moment.

In particular, in the back of our minds, I want us to think about something that sometimes

I tell my students is a "silence gap."

So what is a silence gap?

The silence gap occurs when people with power and resources remain silent about the discriminatory

treatment of marginalized groups because their lives are not directly impacted.

All right, so what to do?

I like quotes, and I like Maya Angelou a lot.

So she says here, "History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with

courage, need not be lived again."

And I've spent a long time trying to understand what it means to face it with courage.

I still don't know the full answer to that, but I know that part of the answer is to put

the experiences of people of color at the center of this nation's history, and tell

truths about this nation, even, perhaps precisely, if they are uncomfortable.

When we engage in a process of truth telling, we get a different type of history, and a

different set of lessons that are needed to begin the process of healing and democratic

repair.

So as a professor of American politics, I teach the intro course at UW with like three

hundred students.

Anyway, I'm always stunned by the silences that persist in the stories we tell about

the founding of this country.

Throughout this country we're always regaled by stories of how ordinary Americans, we the

people stood up to the tyranny that was Great Britain and asserted our rights of self government.

The ethos of this country, the founding story that has endured over time, tells us that

the United States has been committed to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, and that

our history can be viewed at some level as a steady fulfillment of those cherished ideals,

albeit a few bumps.

Yet casting the founding moment almost solely as triumphant, obscures almost as much as

it illuminates.

The framers structurally and institutionally supported the erasure of women and people

of color from laying claim on the founding of this country.

And then in the final draft of the Constitution, the framers inscribed white supremacy right

along with equality and individualism.

And yet we never talk about it as such, we never place white supremacy right there.

In the popular version of the founding, white supremacy and indigenous removal are viewed

as abberational features of American life.

They were things we had to get through, things that we had to overcome.

They were not enduring, and certainly not institutional.

In fact, it's the founding where you see the norm making around the terror and its people

of color, especially African and indigenous peoples.

We see that in the rationalization of the great forms: institutionalized oppression,

slavery, and we see it in the plunder of indigenous communities.

But it doesn't just stop there.

Moving forward in our history, a history that is familiar to many people in this room, of

course, in Japanese incarceration, we see what can happen when war is layered upon race,

and when a nation is gripped by fear, many of the legal logics that are currently in

operation were developed, I think, during this period.

The ethnic targeted roundups, the suspension of rights based on war, the race-based surveillance,

the loyalty tests, and of course, the interrogations.

In so many ways, Japanese incarceration showed that this nation was capable of previously

unthinkable political and legal violence against its own citizens.

And we are told that this historical moment, slavery, indigenous removal at the founding,

and Japanese incarceration in the middle of the twentieth century are not who we are.

But that's a type of weird lie, a sanitation of history, a refusal to look at the ugliness

of who we are squarely in the face and deal with it.

When we look at the history of this country from the perspective of people of color, there

is not a timeframe that exists when nonwhite peoples were not persecuted.

I can't find it.

So what can we do?

I'm not proud of what has been going on in this country right now.

And yet at the same time, I've never been more hopeful about the future.

And I say that with all honesty, as somebody who's focused on the political and legal landscape

in this country.

After the Muslim ban, many of us started to believe that this was not the best of who

we were, that we were capable of something else.

So this is what I know for sure.

As people here, as people who come from the history of government oppression and struggle,

as people who know what happens when the government takes away our civil rights and our civil

liberties, as people who know intimately the vulnerability of American citizenship, it

is all of our responsibility to do something.

It is our responsibility to resist the comforts of silence, and to use our talents, whether

it's your camera, your scholarship, your art, your voice, sometimes your pocketbook, to

speak out against the current injustices in our country.

We don't all have to march, we don't all need to make resistance art, but we are all good

at something.

And the challenge for everyone here is to contribute in your own way, to be a part of

positive change.

To be clear, we don't owe it to Arabs and Muslims, we owe it to ourselves.

I read history to make sure that I don't go crazy.

For I believe that our past can light a way out of the present darkness.

We may not have been here before, but we've been here before.

And if we don't do something to address the current moment, we're going to be here again.

Here's How To Naturally Get Rid Of Canker Sores In The Mouth Without Using Any Medicine! - Duration: 1:58.

Here's How To Naturally Get Rid Of Canker Sores In The Mouth Without Using Any Medicine!

Canker sores are a common oral health problem.

Also known as aphthous ulcers, canker sores are really painful.

They can appear anywhere inside the oral cavity– on the inside of your lips and cheeks, the

base of your gums, on or under your tongue.

They are small, shallow ulcers that appear in the mouth and often make eating and talking

uncomfortable.

They are different from fever blisters, which usually appear on the outside of your lips

or the corners of your mouth.

There are two types of canker sores:

Simple canker sores.

These may appear three or four times a year and last up to a week.

They typically occur in people ages 10 to 20.

Complex canker sores.

These are less common and occur more often in people who have previously had them.

Surprisingly, canker sores take a few days before they reach their peak in terms of pain

and irritation.

In other words, they do not start hurting immediately upon occurrence, which gives you

some time to deal with it before it gets actually bad.

There's an easy technique you can do to eliminate this common, painful nuisance.

Most importantly, it doesn't need any medication.

Start by mixing a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water.

Swish around your mouth and gargle for a number of minutes then spit out.

The next thing you do is heat up some water, ideally before going to sleep, then squeeze

some lemon juice and consume it.

PSA: Today's macOS security update breaks file sharing for some users, here's how to fix - Duration: 4:17.

PSA: Today's macOS security update breaks file sharing for some users, here's how to fix

Following the discovery of a major security vulnerability yesterday, Apple this morning quickly released an update for macOS to address the problem.

While the update does solve the critical hole, another issue has since appeared, related to file sharing….

In a support document published today, Apple explained that some users are experiencing issues authenticating and connecting when it comes to file shares on their Mac.

The issue first started following the release of this morning's critical security update and only affects macOS High Sierra 10.13.1.

On the support page, Apple outlines a fix for the file sharing issue that involves using Terminal.

If you experience issues with authenticating or connecting to file shares on your Mac after you install Security Update 2017-001 for macOS High Sierra 10.

1, follow these steps to repair file sharing:.

Open the Terminal app, which is in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder.

Type sudo /usr/libexec/configureLocalKDC and press Return.

Enter your administrator password and press Return.

Quit the Terminal app.

Ultimately, as some have pointed out, this bug is a small price to pay for Apple's quick turnaround time in fixing the serious "root" security hole.

The file share problems should not be a reason to avoid installing today's update either, especially with the above fix.

Of course, the ideal solution would be that the problem never made it to a final release of macOS in the first place, but that's besides the point.

We outlined the major security flaw yesterday, explaining that the hole allowed anyone with physical access to access and change personal files on your Mac.

Apple has apologized for the oversight and we highly recommend you update immediately, no restart required.

Security is a top priority for every Apple product, and regrettably we stumbled with this release of macOS.

When our security engineers became aware of the issue Tuesday afternoon, we immediately began working on an update that closes the security hole.

This morning, as of 8 a.m., the update is available for download, and starting later today it will be automatically installed on all systems running the latest version (10.13.1) of macOS High Sierra.

We greatly regret this error and we apologize to all Mac users, both for releasing with this vulnerability and for the concern it has caused.

Our customers deserve better.

We are auditing our development processes to help prevent this from happening again.

I Feel Welcome Here - #YouAreWelcomeHere - Duration: 2:15.

I felt welcome at Penn before I even came here.

I feel welcome at GSE because

I get equal opportunities as everyone else does

as long as I work hard.

From the moment I arrived,

I have only experienced kindness and

a sense of inclusion. All of this

makes me feel that I am welcome here,

and that I do belong here.

Penn GSE and Penn welcomes all people,

myself, from being a mixed racial background,

and mixed religious background,

I have found that Penn has a lot of resources.

There are a lot of international students

so I can find a lot of people who have

the same nationality as me, and also

I think the faculty as well as all the teachers

they're extremely friendly to international students.

They made me feel very welcome,

very involved. I didn't at any point

feel like I didn't fit in here.

I think that there's so many avenues

for community, both at GSE and across

the campus that I never expected.

I'm here because I really want to

work for this school.

This school is great, and I love students

and the faculty.

I feel welcome here because I feel

this is a place that's going to help me

grow both as an intellectual and

also as an individual, and

I'm just glad to be here.

You will find someone you can relate to

and talk to here at Penn.

So if you are considering coming

to the United States and studying education,

please consider Penn GSE.

HUGE CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY~ HOHOHO!!!! SANTA ROSS IS HERE!!! 🎅🏼🎄🎁 - Duration: 11:54.

[Upbeat Intro Music]

Chase: Hey guys! Merry Christmas!

It's not Christmas yet, but I'm so excited because I love this holiday,

and I love everything, and today is December first,

which means it's the start of vlogmas

and I get to vlog every single day until Christmas,

And!

I get to announce this amazing giveaway that I'm having for you.

I wanna update you on a couple things right before.

I did holiday cards, and I decided I'm going to do 300 personalised cards

where I write little personalised message to 300 people

and I'm going to send them Christmas cards, and it's going to be great.

And people were like, Chase, your hand is going to die.

What are you going to do? I think you're overworking yourself.

[Jolly Laugh]

No, I'm an overachiever.

So I ended up doing a thousand cards.

[Laughs]

Granted, 600 of those are not personalised message, okay.

Those are more generic messages, they say the same message.

But, I wrote everyone's name and I signed it

so you get the same Christmas card that ev- or holiday card-

that everyone else got, except you don't get a personalised message.

I did a... a poll on twitter and people were fine with that,

so I was like good.

So, I have a thousand cards and I'm about to send them.

So I just kind of wanted to show you...

[incomprehensible noises]

Quickly, alright, so this is...

I don't know, maybe like 15? 20?

20 cards or so? I'm kidding, this is way more than that,

it's like 50 or... whatever.

So these...

I have 2 huge boxes here beside me of cards.

Alright, like literally, like

here's one box full of stuff.

[Grunts]

And...

[straining] Here's another box.

Very heavy. [groans]

[Loud thump]

And there's another box behind the camera

but I won't get that, you believe me.

I've been so excited to do these Christmas cards,

like, it was amazing to do and I felt so good

because I know so many people

who are not going to have a good Christmas,

and not getting Christmas cards,

and not going to get gendered properly,

not going to get their names

properly by their family, and by their friends.

I don't like that, so I wanted to give back, so now 1000 people

from all over the world

will get cards like this.

So, United States, Canada, and International,

so, uh, those are done.

The people have no idea they're getting their cards,

I'm about to drive to Plattsburgh this week

to go send these out.

'Cause it was way cheaper to do American postage than Canada

I save literally $500, no big deal. [grunt]

Some people are still saying that they haven't gotten

some of their products from the giveaway in July,

and most of that stuff is FTM Magazine.

They were moving, a bunch of stuff happened with them,

but now they are on board, so if you didn't get the stuff

that you were supposed to get, I will give you,

I'll put the email in the description below so that you can email them.

Okay, now why are you here?

You're here for the giveaway announcement, right?

And you're like, oh, I don't even need to watch this video

'cause it's probably just 30 binders like always.

Is it now?

Is it only 30 binders?

I mean it's Christmas.

Why would I just give you 30 binders?

How about we make it 100?

One Hundred binders, hunty.

I am giving away

100 binders from GC2B.

Here's an example of one of these binders.

This is white.

So this is what one of the binders looks like.

100. I'm giving away 100 binders from GC2B.

My...

I- I'm one of those people that I don't care about receiving gifts,

I just want to give gifts.

And this is like the biggest gift I've ever given in my entire life,

these Christmas cards and this huge giveaway, I just...

I get to give, and that's so satisfying for me,

so maybe that is selfish, because it makes me feel good,

but who cares if it's selfish because you guys get these products, ha!

But why would I just stop at binders?

Come on Chase, it's Christmas.

Why don't you just throw some more stuff in there?

Don't mind if I do!

[claps] Let me list you a couple of things

a couple of things, LOL, that are included in this giveaway.

Yeah yeah, the giveaway isn't as big as the one July,

I know, whatever, I couldn't outdo myself, sorry.

But,

It's still a big giveaway so let's just go with it, ha!

I have me handy list here, so I don't forget anything.

So one person will get this kit that includes

A sweater, a t-shirt, and a hat from .5cc

which is Aydian Dowling's company.

FreeTom has given 2 sleeks and 2 rogue

4 in 1 prosthetics.

The new version. The new version. Which is...

Fantastic. And super exciting because they're the new version.

One STP Natural from Transthetics.

12 packers/STPs from The New York Toy Collective,

and I'm the one who's sending these personally from my house.

I have them here.

Remember that these have little defects,

like the squishiness is just maybe a little more, a little firm,

than the actual product, or there's a little air bubble.

They're fine, they're just, just keep in mind there's a little defect,

like the color might be a little off.

12 of these!

Yeah!

One Gender Mender prosthetics of your choosing.

So you get to choose- oh they're so customizable too-

you get to choose the color and they have over 100 skin tones,

you get to choose the size, you get to choose the firmness,

everything, anything you want, they'll do for your wiener.

You get one of those.

25 pouches from Joey.

[Stutters]

My friend Joey.

The Joey pouches- getyourjoey.com

Um, these are the pouches where you put your packer in and

it holds your packer 'cause you clip it to your underwear.

Fantastic, you get 25 of these!

[yodel sort of noise]

So this one's a little hard to explain.

So peecock...

I have given away the STP in the past.

This time, I am giving away a bundle.

I'm giving away 1 Peecock, and it is a gen3s,

The size- 3.75 inches.

And you get the pleasure kit, and the pleasure rod.

All of those things, those three things,

all of them, one bundle, one person.

[clicks tongue] Let's go.

Reelmagik, bless their soul, have donated 3 packers.

one in a 3 inch, one in 4.5, and one in 5 inches.

And, remember that those are the classic packers okay,

not the like $500 super expensive ones, the classic packers.

Number One Laboratory has given 1 sport STP and 1 number 1 STP.

FTM Down Under, which is like one of my favourite underwear for packing,

is giving away underwear as well, so...

There you go.

And, FTM Pit Stop- 2 Jimmys and 3 Shot Pockets.

How crazy is this? This is- this giveaway...

I promise you, you want to know how this happened,

I was like, lemme just ask, lemme just ask, I was like,

Hey,

Transthetics, do you want to donate anything?

'cause I might have a small giveaway, uh, for Christmas,

because you know, it's the holidays, stuff like that...

Sure, I'll give you a Natural STP.

Oh cool.

Maybe I should ask Freetom. Hey FreeTom?

Do you want to donate anything for a small giveaway I'm having?

Sure! We'll give you four 4-in-1s. Oh my god.

Maybe I should..

Hey, GC2B, I know you give me 30 and I know like maybe I'm pushing it...

Hey, why don't we give you 100? [Laughs]

Thank you to all of these companies, okay.

And I'm so glad that I could be the vessel...

where...

all of these products are distributed.

So anyways...

That's all that I have to say.

Thank you to those companies, and thank you to everybody

who has been watching and all that stuff.

This giveaway is amazing- there are 161 products.

The total cost, if I remember, 6483 USD.

That's before shipping. Before taxes, before duties, that's amazing.

Ok let's do with the rules now,

'cause I know you're just like shut the hell up Chase.

We just want to know how to enter.

Know that I don't care if you celebrate Christmas or not,

okay, it's just for me, I really like Christmas so,

I'll make a Christmas giveaway, cool.

Please, I want people who absolutely cannot afford these products,

and have a lot of dysphoria, and having these products will help them.

Okay, I know that some people can afford them,

and I do have discount codes for a lot of these places

so please use those discount codes, especially the binders, okay.

I want these products to go to people who literally cannot afford them,

who are part of marginalized communities other than being trans

who have different abilities, who literally just cannot afford them.

That is my biggest thing because it's Christmas.

And I know that a lot of people struggle through the holidays,

with their parents, unaccepting parents,

unaccepting family, unaccepting partners,

unaccepting friends, and it's just not fun and it...

I think...

elevates dysphoria to a level that is very hard for a lot of people.

And I don't want to see that. I want...

to help as much as I can, so hopefully,

this giveaway kind of...

explodes and helps people who really need these products

So let's get to the rules.

Alright, it doesn't matter where you are in the world. I don't care.

International.

Fantastic, we will cover shipping, no problem,

you don't have to pay for anything.

Some countries do have duty charges, like duties, taxes, and stuff like that.

We have no control over that, so there's nothing I can do about that.

So just brace yourself in case.

Some people in the UK have said that they have to pay a small, uh, tax,

but, if anybody could talk about that in the comments,

that would be fantastic, like start a thread.

Doesn't matter how old you are, all that matters is that you identify

on the transmasculine spectrum, okay.

And you are, uh, non-binary, I don't care. As long as you know

that these products will help your dysphoria that you have.

That's what's important.

And I know it's like oh you're going to do all these giveaways all the time,

so like I'll apply now if I can afford it, please.

This is like a huge exception, I'm like pusing it with these companies

asking for other products for giveaways,

I don't think I'll be able to do this again until next Christmas okay.

So don't expect these giveaways all the time, please.

Please don't apply if you're going to use the binders especially

for cosplay, like if you're a cis woman, please don't do that.

Please know that these are life saving products that...

Help to alleviate dysphoria, and those are what the intended purpose

of this giveaway is for.

You can apply if you are a friend or a family member of somebody who is trans

who would like this product, but please only 1 entry per person.

So you're a mom, and you know that your son applied for a binder,

don't also apply for a binder for him.

Because that counts as 2 entries, and it's kind of rude and...

Please don't double up your entries 'cause...

like I literally, I see it, it's...

Like I'm not even joking, when I go to the form and I see answers,

the first ones that I see are people who have duplicate entries.

And I know that sometimes, it's...

Um, a mistake, and you pressed it twice or something like that,

so some... I don't... It's fine okay.

I understand that. But some people- 7 entries.

Are you kidding me? I said one. Please. Dear God just do one.

And, you can edit your entry if you made a mistake.

So I know this is the longest video in the world, I'm so sorry, but

there's so many things that I need to talk about with this giveaway

'cause I'm so excited!

The giveaway starts right now, okay.

December 1, the form is in the link below.

Please, I know you watched this video,

But literally read the rules please, I am begging you.

So many people don't read the rules. Please.

Please.

[laughs] read the rules.

Fill out the form.

Put your email address.

If you win, I will email you.

Okay, I'm still trying to figure out a date to end this,

because I want people to get these before Christmas,

but I don't think that's going to be a possibility.

So just expect these a little bit after Christmas, maybe.

I usually do my binder giveaways from the 1st to the 5th, okay.

So what I'm going to do, for this giveaway,

because I am extremely busy

and there's so many things that are going on,

I'm going to go from the 1st...

to the 6th.

Okay.

The 6th of December, and I know that's only a week.

And- less than a week- and that's not that many days.

And I'm sorry about that, but I want to...

make sure that I am able to email all the winners

and get these products sent out as fast as possible for the holidays.

So you have until the 6th at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time.

On the 7th, hopefully, I will have enough time,

to email all of the winners.

You have to confirm your email within 3 days.

Please check your email. A lot of people are like

'Oh I never checked my email but I got a binder last month.'

I'm sorry, I gave it to someone else.

Also I just want to shout out two people that literally

help me every single month with these giveaways okay.

I wanna shout out Jeff Miller alright, and I want to shout out Miles.

And it's not Miles like Miles McKenna okay, it's a different Miles.

These two people are amazing, they place the orders for me

with my Paypal and they answer all of my emails,

and I would not be able to do these giveaways without these two people.

Okay so I will ask permission if they want me

to put their links in the description below,

but I will put their links in the description below.

Because they are saints to me, and they help me immensely with these giveaways.

So thank you, thank you.

Thank you to all the companies who have donated products,

thank you to GC2B especially,

thank you to you guys for watching

and submitting applications.

You have... uh... time now.

So go, go right now, stop this video when it's done

and go right now to the form and apply.

And if you have any questions, please, put them in the description,

in the description, Jesus, I'm gonna have to stop doing that.

I'm just so excited for this giveaway!

Put it in the comments below, put the...

Put your questions down there.

And I will try to answer them to the best of my ability.

I love you, Merry Christmas! This is exciting!

Have a great day! Bye!
