working out five days a week you get a workout calendar and it breaks down your

workout on the YouTube channel that is the Pilates style and it's really good

because it strengthens tightens and tones the entire body really works all

those little tiny muscles and then you'll do two days of HIIT cardio and

I'll give you a home and a gym option so you just pick whatever one works for you

where you prefer to work out and HIIT cardio is amazing because it really

helps us to burn fat burn calories in a short amount of time so that we'll be

able to shed a couple of extra unwanted pounds get rid of that body fat so we

can see our sexy muscles that were sculpting with workouts and then lastly

you have two days that are your active rest days and these are actually so

important a lot of people avoid their rest days but your body needs time to

sort of re rest and repair all of those little time all of those muscles we need

time to recover if you don't rest you're not gonna get the full benefits of your

workout so it's really important now that being said you don't just have to

lie on your couch like a potato you can still go to yoga class go for a walk

with your friends just get outside unless you're somewhere freezing then to

stay inside or maybe go to a hot yoga class or even like get a massage get a

pedicure treat yourself you're working hard five days a week take two days a

week to really take care of your body and be nice to yourself rule number two

we're going to be swapping three unhealthy things from our diet for three

healthier options so a lot of you probably already have a great diet but

you'll be amazed how this easy diet hack really helps to

turbocharge your results and improve your diet. I've given

examples here but I want you to take a look at your diet take three things that

you know are a little bit naughty that maybe are stalling your results and I

want you to think of three things that would be a better option as long as you

just swap those out you'll notice that it really

turbocharges your results and then rule number three - Summer Body Smoothies so

these are the best I want you to have one every day for breakfast and I've

given you all the recipes and different combinations in the e-book so you'll get

And rather surprisingly, if you look closely

it says "for dogs."

If Cat New Year Soba is for a treat for dogs,

does that mean it has cat in it for dogs to EAT!?!?

It was too interesting to pass by.

CROWN PRINCE WAS TRYING TO AGITATE PALESTINIANS TO RISE

UP AGAINST HEZBOLLAH WHICH WAS BACKED BY IRAN.

THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO AGITATE TO GET PEOPLE TO REBEL AGAINST

THE IRANIAN GOVERNMENT.

I HAVE NO LOVE FOR THEIR GOVERNMENT, I WISH IRAN WOULD

HAVE A DEMOCRACY AND GET RID OF ALL OF THIS.

BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF FORCES AT PLAY.

I HAD FORGOTTEN THAT I SAW THAT ONE OF THE CHANTS IN THE CITY

SORT OF RESISTANCE TO THE REGIME AND THEIR LACK OF SUPPORTING

ITS CITIZENS THROUGH ECONOMIC INCENTIVE.

An unusual beam of light illuminated the California sunset sky.

Many wondered if they were actually witnessing a real UFO sighting or even a nuclear attack

by North Korea.

But it was not about that.

The streets were filled with people looking at the sky amazed by what they were seeing.

Many drivers stopped their cars and left them to watch the show, whatever the cause was.

And in social networks, many Internet users showed their perplexity and curiosity.

One of them was Will.i.am, the singer of the popular group Black Eyed Peas, who published

a video with the mysterious lights and asked his thousands of followers: �What is that

in the sky?�

Many joked about the strange lights and recounted seeing them before on TV, as it�s not the

first time that something like it has been seen in the sky.

However, what millions of people that witnessed the strange sights did not know is that it

wasn�t a UFO. In fact, what they were seeing was a rocket from SpaceX, launched from the

Vandenberg Air Base, in Santa Barbara.

The Falcon 9 rocket was carrying ten satellites into orbit, bound for the Iridium constellation,

a belt of communications satellites orbiting Earth.

People started getting nervous about what they had seen.

It was the Fire Department of the city that, in the face of increasing alarm and stupefaction,

reassured the population with a communiqu�.

�It has been reported that the mysterious lights in the sky are the result of the launch

of a rocket from the Vandenberg base to put a satellite in space.�

The luminous strokes could be seen even in places of the state of Arizona.

Musk joked on Twitter while the residents of LA remained stunned.

Musk Tweeted: � Nuclear alien UFO from North Korea.�

Actually, a launch like Friday�s is nothing exceptional.

This year SpaceX has already carried out similar ones with different purposes.

The latest sighting was spectacular because of the time in the day it took place, as the

lightning conditions turned the rocket launch into a spectacular sighting.

However, while we are aware of the fact that Angelenos were fooled into a UFO sighing,

similar �sightings� have been recorded and photographed in the past.

This image for example was photographed during the launch of the Kosmos-1188 spacecraft on

June 14, 1980.

Similar to Musk�s rocket, right?

The following image, photographed by Leonard Lamoureux in 1937 shows what is officially

categorized as a UFO over Vancouver, British Columbia.

According to UFO Digest, ��the craft moved diagonally from the courthouse to the city

hall and hovered momentarily in front of Leonard. It sat in the air suspended above a flag pole��

Now if we are to delve into conspiracy waters and take a quick peek at the Ancient Astronaut

theory we find how the above images and videos of rocket launches resemble a UFO depicted

in a painting from the year 1350, dubbed �The Crucification,� which is located above the

altar at the Visoki Decani monastery in Kosovo.
