DIY Pop-up Day Long Party Tips | Lifestyle Adventure Parties | Amara In Seattle | CC - Duration: 8:09.
Classic Pioneer Square...
It goes from being Victorian to sci-fi
Hey Rockstars, it's Amara. Today we're talking about throwing a day-long party.
But before we get into it the mandatory stuff: if you like the idea of having an
event that is different than the way parties usually go or kind of pushes the
idea of what a party can become go ahead and like this video. Hit subscribe so
you're part of the next adventure. We do videos Friday's here on Amara In Seattle.
It's the idea of lifestyle as an adventure. So I worked in an area in
Seattle called Pioneer Square ,kind of the historical district of Seattle, for
about five years now. And I recently left that position. And in leaving that
position, I decided that I would throw a party in that neighborhood. I'm leaving
Pioneer Square and I have a lot of friends here and a lot of businesses that I
love and places I haven't checked out and that's what we're doing today. And
instead of just doing it by myself because it was the last hurrah with a
lot of co-workers that I love. I decided to throw a day-long party. It's a
day-long pop-in party. The idea being that people can come as they want to.
It's kind of a come as you are situation. Where you take a really long chuck of
time. In this case, I believe it was from 8:00 a.m. and went until about oh
we want to say like 11:00 midnight-ish. This is tips for throwing a day-long on
location poppin party. So let's get to it. Tip number one! So the big thing about
planning a day-long party is the agenda. That's like the big thing you've got to
figure out. Now in this case, I knew I was gonna be in a specific neighborhood so I
chose a number of things that I had never done before that would be fun for
me that I'd always kind of intended to do and had never done. This is the Marriott
in the Alaska building.
And then I also chose a number of locations based on
variance in cost.
Okay, so now we're gonna go to the
Klondike Goldrush Museum. Now we're going here because it is a free thing in the city
but it's a thing a lot of people haven't gone to. That is a great resource to take
advantage of. If there's something that is low-cost that people always intend to
go to but haven't done. That is a great place to add it into your day long party.
So consider that. Here we go.
I didn't want to create a party that would be
something that people who showed up had to pay for every time we went somewhere
new. But, you also have to take into consideration the fact that people need
to eat. So there's like a balance that has to happen. I didn't want to do any
kind of crazy catering so there was none of that. But I did want to make sure that
I offered my friends opportunities to get food along the way. I chose one
location that was a little more on the spending side and everything else was
either free or it was in a location where the cost minimum was like a cup of
coffee. Something, kind of, reasonable. And the biggest tip I have is to make it
clear where you are and what you're doing while you're there. I used a
Facebook invite for that. I think it's a really useful way to work with Facebook.
It gives people a place to interact with it even if they can't actually attend
the event, which is nice. Tip number two one of my little favorite things to do
is to create something that helps you document the event itself. I like to
create some sort of hashtag or wait for people to share what's happening at the
event. Hey guys, so now we're doing a photo walk. And it was just a way for the
people who are part of this pop-up event to be able to share pictures on you know
Instagram or Twitter but I also feel like it's a good binding source what
changes a thing from being just an event into being a party is often these little
like tweaking details. And as a result of it you get to see later if your friends
upload pictures. Tip number three pick a location. Usually
you think of a party and it's like at a house or at a fixed event space. But if
you're doing a 24-hour party which you need to really choose is like boundaries
for your location. Give people a sense of theme by giving them a specific area. In
my case because I live in a city I chose a neighborhood but moreover I chose a
walkable neighborhood. Pioneer Square is kind of a nice flat like easy walkable
area. That was a perfect size venue for a party where there was still stuff to
explore but there was also the ability for people to land in the entire
neighborhood and still be able to make it to the party. There she goes and here
she is. Yay!
If you live in a smaller place you might
want to just choose a couple block or if you have a specific location in mind or
a thematic location. It goes from being a Victorian to scifi. Victorian sci-fi
that's my genre. She's going in.
I don't know where she's going. While Amara is gone. We're just gonna take a look at this wicked wicked clock.
Tip number four: in the case of something that's a pop-in party, I think one of the
greatest things you can do is like invite people from different parts of
your life and give them the opportunity to meet each other. In this case, I
invited co-workers from the job that I was leaving and I also invited a number
of friends that I have that I thought would think a day-long popin party might
be something fun to go to. She's in the first floor Seattle. That's where all the cool
kids hang out also the rats. Oh Man.
It's not kpop. It's not kpop, that's that's true.
We don't do kpop in Seattle we do SEApop. Oh it's
Jim. Ahh. and Dean or is it Santa noone knows. and then Serena's here she was just the
underground. Whoo. Jim is a back. Thad has appeared. As is Michael. You guys know
Michael. There's Michael. They have coffee Amara does not. It's okay I had enough
coffee today.
Oh Danielle came. She's here. Party!
I love when my friends become friends
with my friends. I love when those things like tie into each other and I also
think that doing that allows people have the opportunity of a special new event
where they make a new friend. So mix up your people. Tip number five.
The last tip is roll with the punches. Things are not gonna go the way you
anticipate or envision them at a party period. I feel like I'm in an episode of
Supernatural and my name is Amara and look at this. I found this... this symbol.
You guys know what that is, let me know. if we found this thing it was just
sitting up here. Also, these guys. A great example of something that happened here
that there's no real way to anticipate in Seattle is it rained. Now to
be fair if you live in Seattle you should know that it's going to rain
sometimes. But it was unexpected that it would rain in the middle of the party
and a lot of it was photo walking so suddenly we were doing photo walking in
the rain. It's raining in Seattle and we were doing photowalking here. Now we're doing photowalking in the rain.
Which means, you need to pop into places keeping
everyone comfy. People aren't gonna stay somewhere they're uncomfortable. So roll
with the punches. In this case, it became a photo walk in the rain with little
stops.
Anyway, we're in the pergola.
And rolling with the punches will also mean that you have the flexibility
to work with what happens. Pioneer Square is in the middle of this big
like construction boom right now. And in the middle of it we saw these giant like
warp pipes. They look like warp pipes like out of Mario video games.
@Parejeda and I decided immediately we needed to go pretend to pop out into Seattle
through a like a warp pipe. So that's what we did here. I even might have found
a turtle, let's see.
Amara is about to pop up.
Whooo!
Okay, we're gonna go before the cops come ~ yay! I wish I had fireballs.
That's After Effects. Like a year. This year! Do you wanna see inside. I do wanna see inside.
I think there's a turtle. I found a turtle in the underground. No, in the pipe. In the the warp pipe.
Oh a turtle to the mushroom kingdom.
Like a Koopa. Anyway, we're gonna go.
I found an A kind of.
It's my favorite letter. Guess why? Three of them in the name. Then there's three channels.
Amara Not In Seattle is a travel channel, where we get lost in travel.

And you subscribe to all of them. Oh my gosh! Amara In Seattle, all over the Internet. Amara. Subscribe.

An Introduction to Classical Hollywood Style - Duration: 3:31.
Hello and welcome to Media/Pool, My name is Yifan Li.
and in this video, we're going to talking about the Classical Hollywood Style
Classical Hollywood style is a set of routine used to achieve a cinematic style
where the audiences need not to think very much and it is easy for them to understand what is the film telling.
Elements of the style serve to shape the narrative. They function to read it for the audience.
They draw attention to, underline, and point out what it is that the audience needs to see or hear in order to read or understand the scene."
That means, mise-en-scene, cinematography/sɪnəməˈtɒɡrəfi/,editing, and sound and music.
are used to give explanations of the film narrative for audiences.
everything put on the stage that audience can see can be defined as mise-en-scene.
Such as staging, costume, set design, lighting and so on.
These elements are used to organize the drama, process the action for the audience.
Mise-en-scene translates the contents of a scene into the language of the theater, producing a reading of the action that guide the audience's attention in specific ways.
For example, the costumes of the actress in Waterloo Bridge have very directly purpose to express the character development.
Let audience know that she is changing, from a young lovely girl to a depressed, sad woman, and finally become a flirtatious woman.
Classical Hollywood films editing is invisible editing or continuity editing
it wants to disguise the transition from shot to shot and let the audience do not notice the editing.
Editing from scene to scene provides structure for the narrative.
There are five basic transition from scene to scene, the cut, the fade, the dissolve, the iris and the wipe.
Take the dissolve as an example,
The dissolve can provide a more fluid change from one scene to another.
In this scene of Waterloo bride, audience can understand that it means after years.
Because of using dissolve between different scenes, audience feels it is natural to watch.
From the rainy scene to snowy scene, dissolve can make the changing hardly be noticed for audience.
To learn the Classical Hollywood Style, you need to remember the basic element of it is telling a story,
every element is going to serve the story, and serve the audiences to easily understand the story.
That's all from me for now. If you enjoyed this video, please like and subscribe to our channel.

I came here to the seaside as soon as I could
Today, I will tell you a story
I've come here to shoot this episode's beginning.
Obviously I could have done this mini intro from my office right here.
Yet...
Don't you think this background is better?
Besides, I figure you like my videos' picture quality more than the stories.
However, this time I'll tell you a story that will take place today
about a video I'm going to make with some new friends
with whom I'll work together
and I don't know exactly what is all about, and that's why I have a meeting at 20:00.
- Certainly, ok, 20:00! - Great!
En route to... Oh, damn potholes!
But don't they care for us, the directors, who are trying to make a proper movie?
So, en route to the meeting point
I'm still on time as long as I find a parking space in time
because the meeting is in downtown
at Aristotelous Squaer, in front of the Electra Palace Hotel.
Regarding the video we are planning to make
I know two things.
The first is that it will be about this city, Thessaloniki.
The second is the thing that makes the video, let's say... difficult.
Here's a mini story inside this episode's story.
Just now a young lady pulled her car next to mine
and asked me if she's going on TV
since she noticed the camera. Unfortunately though, I wasn't recording at the time.
Perhaps there's a point of having the camera always on and recording
which of course means, infinite batteries!
- So, we'll be here at 23:00 till 00:15. - Alright.
- Eh, vamos! - Vamos...
- Tomorrow! - See you again tomorrow...
Well, the meeting is over
We discussed the details
What camera each of us will use, what we'll be doing
I'll most likely be on the waterfront
and film the crowd
and their reactions
when the fireworks go off.
Oh yes, I'm talking about the fireworks
of New Year's Eve, right on the year's turn.
Vlogmas?!
It's the first time I'm taking part in a team
and I'm a bit stressed.
And it's not that I'm part of a team and I have to do my job right
it's also that I only have one chance to film this properly
since 2018 will come only once
while I also sacrifice the family's happiness
since I'll miss them when the year turns.
It wouldn't hurt to be a bit polite at the Eleytherias Square's parking lot.
The cashier was very impolite, speaking to me as if I were his pal!
At the hotel that we met
we mainly discussed how we can pair
the footage of the cameras
which we will use
since they are of different brands.
We will have to marry Sony's footage
that I have in my hands
with Panasonic's footage.
And when I say pairing the footage
I mean coordinating the colors, given the cameras
shoot in a different
so-called color space, depending on the brand.
We also said where we'll be standing among the crowd
and generally we planned out our positions
and have a plan that we will follow on that night.
We will also have a DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone
which will also have to be set correctly in order to match the other cameras' settings.
Of course, we tested out the cameras' sensivity
along with the lenses in the darkness, since it will be dark enough
and once again I found out that my choice for this full frame camera was wise
since, under the same conditions
I was filming with the F1.4 Zeiss lens
at ISO 640
whereas the micro4/3 Panasonic GH5
reached out to ISO 3200
with a lens attached, that I cannot remember now which one exactly
with relatively wide aperture, but I cannot recall now
yet, whatever the case the camera is m4/3
which means the (full frame equiv.) F cannot go that low
compared to full frame.
We discussed all these on Electra Palace Hotel's balcony with the rest of the team.
Who would have thought that starting with gambling, investing and entrepreneurship
I would end up filming fireworks on New Year's Eve!
I hope everything goes well in this first project of the new year.
See you all in the next episode. Bye bye!

NSFW Tag [CC] | The Book Life - Duration: 10:32.
Hey guys it's Sarah Jane welcome back to my channel today I am here to do the not
suitable for work tag. So I wasn't tagged to do this but I'm having a bit of a
brain fog day and every time I try and film something where I have to have like
coherent thoughts aka wrap ups or reviews it's just not
working. So I decided to just let it go and film a tag video. And this one looked
like a lot of fun. So question number one is what is the last book you would want
your parents to walk in on you reading. Well in answer to this question I'm 29
and I don't live with my parents so there isn't really an answer to this I...
I'm trying to think of a time where this might have been an issue either but I
don't think that is a thing so I'm actually gonna just gonna skip this
because it just seems weird to answer it. The next question is it's storming
outside and you're home alone for the night what book would only make matters
worse. I'm gonna say The Creeper Man by Dawn
Kurtagich because this creeped me out no pun intended so much and I don't
think I would want to read it if it was stormy outside so I love you Dawn but
this is scary. I don't know why I'm saying but because it's a horror YA
book so obviously likely it's intended to be scary so I don't know why I'm
apologising. But even so I will add that I did love this book though. Question
number three is have you ever read a book simply because of the controversy
surrounding it. Not really I mean the only time I've ever done that was
probably Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire because I was relatively new to
booktube and it was a time when a lot of people were reading this book and they
were really loving it or hating it so I wanted to read it because Travis is this
bad boy character and I'm known for loving the bad boy so I was like oooh I
wanna know where I fit on the beautiful disaster scale, as it turns out I hated
that book for many reasons it's my most popular book review because I hated it
of course, so that's new time I've really read a bit because of like controversy I
suppose. I don't typically read books because of that reason but I guess
that's probably why I read that one. Question number four is what is the most
cringe inducing romance or sex scene you have ever read. Okay so the most cringe
you seen that ever read was in a book called Dearest Clementine by Lex Martin.
In the book they are getting it on, and she talks about down there and she
says blah blah blah blah to his never-never-land and I was just like
are you actually shitting me like she
actually put he's Never Never land and I have first of all that's quite
inappropriate I think and also it's just a really really bad description just let
that sink in. His never Neverland. I honestly don't
even know how that got in the book. Question number five is what book has
made you question the author's sanity. There must be one. A book that made me
question the author's sanity and not for anything like adult content or graphic
violence or anything like that is After You by Jojo Moyes. Now I still
can't get my head around that she thought this book was a good idea I
can't get my head around the fact that the publishers thought this book was a
good idea, it was so bad that I genuinely did question her sanity because I was
like why are you doing this and why are you doing in this way? Stop! It was like
being in the car knowing it was gonna crash and not being able to do anything
about it and it was just so mind-numbingly bad that I cannot even get my head
around it even now I couldn't deal with it. It definitely had me questioning
her sanity and no I would not be reading Still Me. Question number six is
have you ever put down a book and not finished it because the content was too
much for you? Honestly no because I don't really give myself content but I think
will be difficult for me like I know there are certain plots that I wouldn't
be able to handle so I don't read them and I've never really read a book that
surprised me in that way so no book has ever been too much for me I mean there's
a lot of books I avoid but no book is actually made me like DNF it. I will say
that a game has been too much for me and I was playing Lara Croft
the 2013 one and I was playing it and I was
really enjoying it but I just couldn't handle the suspense I couldn't handle
the the adrenaline like if I had to run in and I
could see all these people ready to go at me I could run in with all my weapons
drawn I'd be like yeah I'm gonna get you all and I loved it but if I was walking
through a cave and it was dark nope. If I'm walking under a bridge and
there's two people above me talking going I don't know where she is like I
am such a wuss when it comes to games I cannot play gun games and I really like
Lara Croft but there was just too much gun action in that book, no film, no game.
Told you I had brain fog. Number seven is what fictional character
do you have the most not suitable for work thoughts about. Jericho Barrons. I have many
not suitable for work thoughts about Jericho Barrons let me tell you. It started in
2013 and it aint gonna finish any time soon. Raise your hand if you've ever had not
suitable for work thoughts about Jericho Barrens because hello. I know it's been
years and I know that people are probably like Sarah Jane pick something
else but I can't. I can't. Like this question is made for Jericho Barrons, he is made
for not suitable for work thoughts. On a persian rug. oh my god stop. The next
question is show us your most not suitable for work book cover. I don't
think I read have any not suitable for work book covers oh wait minute. It's not
that bad like it is just a torso, it's not like a torso isn't suitable for work. It's just cringy
isn't it, you know you don't want to be sat there at your desk like hmm Brenda
have you done those invoices, not yet, no I don't know who Brenda is, I just made that up.
Poor Brenda, she only wants to read her books
The next question is have you ever read something from the erotica romance genre
and what did you think. Honestly no the only time that I would say that I've
done that is when me and some friends in a cafe a couple of years ago maybe it
was a year ago maybe it was two years ago we put across a website that had
like specific um pieces like snippets from Grey by EL
James and we were in hysterics because there's nothing about pickled ginger and
it was so bad and then I don't know it's kind of like funny to laugh at Fifty
Shades of Grey but this was so bad and I remember actually the other day someone
shared something and it was like the scene from the new one, Darker and it was
like this romance bit and he's like put the chicken in the fridge so they can
basically have sex instead of making this stir fry. It's like...put the chicken in the fridge.
Obviously that's not the most erotic part but yeah I've already ever read
things like that for a laugh with friends, for a laugh. The only other time
I'd say it would kind of have happened would have been when where are you my
love. When I first read Darkfever because I picked this up because I knew
that I liked urban fantasy in terms of like TV shows and stuff like that and
this website told me about this book so I downloaded it hadn't discovered
booktube had only ever read things like Sophie Kinsella and Lindsay Kelk and
Cecelia Ahern and then I discovered this book that's like Dark Fae and it gets
very sexually explicit at times and there's a seed in a museum if you've
read this book you know the scene I'm talking about and I was like oh well I
don't know where to look quite frankly. Excuse me while I avert my eyes. And so
I guess that was the time like I stumbled across it although this isn't
erotica at all but there are some like sexy stuff and even though it isn't
erotica it was the first time I'd ever read a book that was like that explicit
because I didn't read like a hardcore romance books and stuff so this is the
kind of, this I stumbled across this but it doesn't really count but it kind of
counts. Maybe this book then corrupted me oh my god have been corrupted by Jericho
Barons. I'd quite happily be corrupted by Jericho Barrons any day of the week
he can corrupt me on a Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday maybe
not Sunday because that's a rest day. Any day is fine. Question number 10, you
stumble across a portkey what fictional world would you not want to be
transported into. I wouldn't want to be transported into any world where I might
die. I wouldn't want to be transported into Westeros because I just would not
survive I wouldn't want to be transported into the post zombie
breakout of The Walking Dead I wouldn't want to be in like The Hunger Games
simply because I just wouldn't survive like it's actually a bit of a scary thought
because if any of these things ever happened in life I wouldn't I wouldn't
survive like I'd have to hope that people would want to keep me alive
because I have good ideas and I'm good at planning and I bake and cook good
stuff and I'm very creative and I have to hope that somebody would be like
she's worth keeping on our team but I'm ...I have chronic fatigue syndrome like
literally I'm not gonna survive and honestly the worst thing about
potentially becoming a walker is all the walking. You know I'm saying?Oh my god that was so much fun
I love doing that I don't know who's done this tag because it has been floating around for a long time I think it's been around since like
2014 so I'm only gonna tag one person and I'm just gonna go with Sian
from readersrambles because I would love to see Sian do this because this is so
funny so Sian I tag you. Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you guys
again soon bye!

Java Video | CarryMinati Style - Duration: 2:33.
How are you guys ?
Today i am going to speak about a topic
which has given years of sleepless night to students :(
That topic is
Java
java
Mar java mar java mit jawa (song)
Ohh ya , hours of lectures in college cannot explain this topic
Indian lecturer's bad English
And shitty speach
Yeah , I enjoyed it
I understood
Shit
Lets start without bread and butter
Java was created by James Gosling
This pic shows you the basic architecture of Java
Assume this grass is a source code
Assume this cow is a compiler
This is cow dunk
Assume this cow dunk as byte code
Class file has the byte code.
Compiler converts the source code into byte code
Byte code goes in JVM
Java virtual machine
Assume this tree to be a JVM
This tree will give us output Machine code.Assume that machine code as a fruit
in similar manner the Java byte code
Every machine will have separate JVM
From where we will gate machine code
So different machines like android
Or windows
So we saw that using one source code we can create different machine code by using different JVM
This feature is called platform independent
Dear Durgesh, yes sir
Dear Durgesh, yes sir
Did you understood the video ?
So friends enough for today

DIY HOLIDAY LIFE HACKS WITH HOT GLUE | PHONE CASE AND CHRISTMAS DECOR - Duration: 8:29.
Hi friends, this is Anna chi with you and today I'm gonna show you some cool ideas for the holiday season from hot glue. The first one will be a phone case.
We'll require a silicone mold for winter statuettes. Before the molds are filled, they must be lubricated with Vaseline. For the phone case, I chose the mold with gloves, winter cap and skis.
We will fill all these molds with hot glue and wait until it hardens.
After our statuettes are ready we'll start to paint them. I'm using the acrylic colors. I'm gonna paint the winter cap and gloves with white and red color and then I'll draw some small snowflakes on it
And the skis I'm gonna paint with yellow. Now, we need to prepare the phone case itself. Before we paint it, we'll process it with fine sandpaper. It's going to be a winter scenery on the phone case.
First I'm covering it with a couple of layers of light blue
After the background dries up, we place the finished statuettes on the phone case and make a small sketch.
I'm drawing snow mountains and tiny Christmas trees.
I'm using a pure white color and a bit of white with a blue tint
I'm drawing the Christmas trees in light and dark blue and not in green to create a truly winter atmosphere
Well you can also draw some small snowflakes.
Alright, the phone case is completely dried up. Now we can place the winter cap, gloves and skis and apply on them hot glue. The gloves can be joined together by a brown colored string.
Our phone case looks really cool and the composition on it resembles a small winter fairy tale. In this scenery, any statuette with a winter or the New Year theme will look absolutely great.
You can also make cool Christmas magnets for your fridge and its quite simple.
Well, I chose the Christmas mold with Santa and now I'm gonna fill it with the hot glue and wait until it hardens.
For our Santa I chose the standard colors.
The red one for his costume and gifts bag, white for his hair and beard, beige color for the face and hands and the black for his shoes.
I'm gonna also mark the outline of Santa so that he stands out. of course it's better to apply several layers of acrylic paint to make the colors more saturated.
Let's draw the eyes of our Santa.
Well, the other side of the statuette I'm gonna paint in black and stick a magnet on it and our fridge magnet is ready.
This Santa Cause fridge magnet looks pretty nice and definitely not worse than those that are sold in stores. The magnet for this you can simply take off from your old magnets that have spoiled, broken or which you simply don't like.
And what a Christmas can be without a Christmas tree and it can also be made from hot glue. We need a conical shape.
It can be a Styrofoam one or made of cardboard.
And in order to easily detach the hot glue, the cone needs to be wrapped in parchment paper.
Now around the cone we gonna apply the hot glue just that the lines are not going to be straight but like zig zag
Visually divide the Christmas tree into identical parts so that the gap between each circle is about a centimeter.
We need to apply exactly the same pattern again between each round to join all the parts so that our Christmas tree become solid and in order to make it even more magnificent, in exactly the same way you can apply a third layer
When the glue hardens, we remove the conical shape in order to decorate the Christmas tree.
First, I'm gonna cover it using Chrome spray paint then we'll make some Christmas toys.
For this, I'm gonna use a silicone mold for hemispheres of different diameters.
We fill the molds with hot glue and then when they are ready, we'll remove them and fill in more. We need a lot of toys.
So we gonna divide the toys into 4 identical parts to paint them in different colors. I'll use pearl shade acrylic paint in blue, yellow, red and green.
I chose exactly pearl shade paint for toys because on the background of our Christmas tree they will look really nice.
When the paint dries out, in a chaotic order we attach the toys with hot glue.
I'll decorate the top not with a star but with a small beautiful bow.
I don't know about you but personally I really like how our Christmas tree turned out. It looks unusual but very beautiful and modern.
To make a Christmas tree with hot glue is not at all difficult so if you decide to make yourself such a thing do it exactly the same way as I did. If you want, you can surely paint it in different color and make the toys without using silicone molds.
And the last thing we'll do today is the New Year's key chains. For them, I chose the shapes of a snowman, a bell, a Santa's hat.
We'll fill the shapes, and when the glue hardens, we'll paint the figurines. Santa's hat will be red and white. For the snowman, I chose red, black, white and orange for its nose.
For the bell I will use gold paint with a metallic tinge and red for the bow. On all the figurines it's better to apply the paint in several layers.
We gonna paint the other side as well.
After the paint dries, take the chain with the ring and attach it to the figurine with hot glue
Such Christmas key chains looks really cute. You can make it not only for yourself but for your close ones too, they are perfect for a small gift for the Christmas and New year.
Friends, so today that's what I have made for you - a fairy winter phone case, a Santa Claus fridge magnet, a very beautiful Christmas tree with pearl shade toys and small Christmas key chains
I really hope that you liked this video and if you did, then please give it a thumbs up and Subscribe to the channel and also write in the comments which one you liked the most, of all that I showed today.
So that's it for now, Thanks for watching. Merry Christmas, bye!

Get to Know the New Food Pyramid to Live a Healthier Life - Canada 365 - Duration: 7:25.
Get to Know the New Food Pyramid to Live a Healthier Life
If anything exemplifies the last decade, its change.
Issues that had remained motionless for almost a century have collapsed thanks to the hard work of researchers and engineers.
This is what happened to the beliefs that were long held about food.
Now, the Spanish Society for Community Nutrition (SENC) has established a new nutritional pyramid.
SENC developed this pyramid with the help of 100 experts in the field, who applied a variety of criteria that were already novel in themselves.
Today, well take a look at some of the biggest changes.
Unlike the traditional food pyramid, the new one assumes that emotional health is also very important.
In this sense, it is based on the idea that food choices should be an act of solidarity.
Solidarity and love guarantee social and environmental sustainability.
This helps you ensure that good nutrition is not just a luxury of a few people, because consumption patterns eventually modify industrial practices.
If you opt for fair trade and organic products youre therefore doing your body a favor.
Youre also taking care of your mind, however, because you know that you're improving the lives of others – and that's a comforting thing.
In addition to all that, youll be taking care of the environment.
Considering all these aspects, the SENC created a more complete and cross-cutting proposal.
Do you want to know more about it?.
Find out about the new food pyramid.
The base of the new pyramid.
As you know, at the base of the pyramid are habits that should be repeated at least five times a week.
This level includes one hour of exercise a day.
The consumption of fruits and vegetables from organic sources is recommended.
Finally, food should be better for you because its not contaminated by pesticides, and its also more environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable.
As for staying hydrated, we recommend water, tea, and coffee over any other alternatives.
The latter two are preferable to natural juices because fruits can contain a lot of sugar.
See also: The best stretches to stay in shape.
Second level.
Here's where we find out what you should do on a regular basis.
As we already described here, it's a good idea to choose full grain and whole grain products.
These are slow-acting carbohydrates.
For this reason, they give you the energy you need and contain a lot of fiber, iron, magnesium, and zinc.
All of which facilitate good digestion and keep your metabolism going.
In addition to the above, they are more satisfying, so they help you avoid hunger pangs.
The pyramid also includes extra virgin olive oil to point out the necessity of consuming healthy fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Nevertheless, it's important to consume it raw, as heat decomposes the cellular structure of this liquid gold.
The hotter the oil is, the more harmful it is for you, which explains why you shouldn't use it to fry foods.
We recommend reading: 8 causes of magnesium deficiency.
Third level.
the risks involved in protein-rich diets.
Many weight loss diets have this characteristic.
Keep in mind, however, that it's not easy for your liver to synthesize proteins, so it's not a good idea to abuse them.
On the other hand, taking nutritional supplements is acceptable on an occasional basis, but it's best to only take them under the advice of your doctor.
You might need a particular supplement, but not many.
That's why it's better for a professional to tell you what you need.
Above all, the SENC guidelines stress the need to live and eat with love.
They're not talking about superficial love, but a deep a serious commitment between you and your environment.
When you start living this way, your habits will change for the better automatically.
Loving yourself and others means being respectful of your needs and remaining in solidarity with others.
When you take care of yourself, you also improve the health of the earth.
When you think about it, it doesn't sound so crazy, does it?.

End of 2017 | I Vlog the biggest change in my life | Beauty Brigade - Duration: 12:09.
all right so we are okay all right so today is the last day I gave my exam as
an undergraduate I am super happy and excited I can't tell you guys how I feel
because it's weird I mean the result hasn't come yet
I haven't passed the exam but I inside I am praying that I do and I think I will
and I'm just like I don't know why I'm just filming this and making a vlog out
of this day because I want to remember this time and how I felt at this
particular moment how excited and nervous I was for the future I want to
be able to see that hello also today the entire day is like a very
long day I'm taking my mom for a hair makeover and we do this me and my sister
always plan what I in December so that's what we're gonna be doing today I'm also
going to get my hair cut and this time I'm gonna get my hair styles to kind of
do something different I know I have long like straight hair and I don't like
do anything like they're pretty go go go go go they're pretty long and I don't do
anything to them I just have banks but I'm gonna ask her to kind of play around
with the front hairs and do something other than banks so yeah I'm probably
gonna you know show you guys what happens afterwards I'd if they allow
inside this lawn I will definitely be vlogging inside all right
see you in a little bit
all right so I am at the salon as you guys can see pretty isn't it and I am
now going to get my hair cut are you getting my mom's hair dyed and
I'm getting my hair cut so I told her that I've always had a banks like pad
banks on my hair like this much right here and I wanted something that she
told me to like get from Claire's so we've got parting out and I will be able
to film inside because there are a lot of women inside and I don't want to film
any of them because I haven't gotten their permission so I just wanted to
tell you guys that I'm very scared it's the first time that I'm getting my hair
cut ever in that kind of sense like my banks only come to this part of my head
and then that's just it so this much is a lot for me personally I don't even
know if I'm gonna get it done but right now right now my mom's tears are getting
done so if I have the courage and I go forward with this you guys will see the
end result it's not that I'll be having my usual banks because you guys can see
like the length of my hair is like oh so taking back have a risk with my hair is
something that I don't know if I can do at the moment but I really want to say
to be monumental since I've given my last exam so yeah I do think that I'm
gonna get it I do think I want you feeling the whole time
all right so the foiling of my mom is done and show you guys what it looks
from my this is what they have done so far and it's kind of taking a long time
in my opinion how are you feeling last year all right so it's the end of the
day and let me get the lighting and I got some smoke concealer things going on
my face and I got my hair cut I just I'm really
I almost forgot to film the like outro part of the vlog because my sister also
got her hair cut and she kind of vent like complete phlegm and got layers done
and we both had extremely long hair so her getting that done I was actually
excited because it looked very good but what happened was that she started to
cry when she looked at them and I just became oh god what's gonna happen next
you know so now she likes it that's a good thing I just um I don't know I just
like the way I got my hair cut I mean I've left lengths but I've got like a
little bit of stuff done to my hair like in the front like that in
like something to like keeping the front look all cute and you know I think it
looks really nice I'm actually liking it like these are called front layers and
they look really pretty I really like it looked like really pretty and lovely and
I absolutely like how this looks I don't know I just I'm happy how the day went
I'm still like thinking about what's gonna happen in the future like
literally for the first time in my life I do not have an exam after a month or
six months or so so latest I'll be giving any exam maybe
maybe I won't I don't know would be like after a year so I'm really shocked
because all my life I've been given exams like from school I went directly
into like a high school kind of thing and from that I directly went into
preparation to get into medical school the SATs and stuff like that happens and
here it's MCAT and yeah that was it that I got in and the system that I got in
like it's the highest like scoring University in my country like if you're
like if you're in that universe you're like oh my god this person must be
amazing so I got in and they're like schedules
and their exam system was so like oh my god you can't even imagine like modules
every month and they had nine subjects and like if you don't study from the
very first week you're shit I mean you can't pass okay so you had to study all
the fucking time I said the bad work but if you had to it felt like that we had
no life I think a lot of people from my university who watched me would agree
that we have no life everybody when we you were asked about something
oh so can we go out like this month or ever on exams
oh so are you attending a reading that wedding oh my god you're so excited and
then you're like oh oh I'm having an exam and literally my family although
all of them are docters and they're very supportive and the like close relatives
friends they would all be like oh my god we know you were having exams but you're
coming that's how all of my five years were all the time like anytime anybody
would be getting married any party would be happening anything will be happening
I would be having my exams like either on those days or a week after or three
days after I mean there was no like saying that Oh she's free you know and
everybody is like oh yeah I mean oh you have exams and it just made me feel
really nothing basically because I was so targeted for the first three years
and then I started to get depressed about those things I'm like okay I don't
really have no life and I've been like that all my life and in fact my friends
like I have a few best friends believe it or not for those people who think I'm
a robot I do have best friends and even they are like me so all of us are weird but they are my weird
It just made no sense to be like that for the rest of my life i really wanted to live
so once i started watching youtube I thought that this is something I would like to do
and i like trying new things i am that kind of a person
and yeah the whole jouney was amazing I am really glad to have achieved this and for
and for God who has given me the oppotunity
achieve my dream and I just it still feels weird like today
even after giving an exam
i would feel like oh so now whats gonna happen next
whats gonna be the first module
which books should i buy next
and at this moment like today i feel like i have nothing to do
moment I have my thing to do at the moment I
mean I can really relax I don't know how long il be relaxing for because i am a very targeted person
I mean come i dont know how many of you have graduated and felt that amazing sensation
i havent graduated yet i just have given my last exam
hopefully i will pass
but it just feels so good i dunno
it just feels really good
the only reason i wanted to do this vlog was because i wanted to remember this day
i dunno this kind of video making or pictures everything we do is for memories right
and i really felt like the urge to do it
i really wanted to be able to see after a year or so what i felt on this day
when i feel down i wanna
see the video and feel the high and happiness
of this day
and to everybody who has graduated or is about to I wish you all best of luck
and to all of my friends who watch my channel
I wish all of us like the most greatest fortuneever it
doesnt matter what kind of happiness you are looking for
i hope that you get it
and God blesses you with it
i just really hope that for everybody
