❗️ TRUTH: Live the Laptop Lifestyle 2018 | How to MAKE IT HAPPEN! - Duration: 5:20.

hey guys so I am alive from some sort of truck stop and I actually have no idea

where I am so I stopped off and figured that we

would use it's time to talk about how to live the laptop lifestyle every single

day so that you're creating a business that create gives you the freedom so

that you can travel but then you're actually traveling because I find a lot

of people work really hard at building a freedom business but then they never

actually are free and I used to personally I used to make the excuse

that I had this sick cat so I wasn't able to travel because my cat was sick

now for those of you who know that one of my favorite books is you are a badass

at making money by Jensen chair oh and one of the first chapters she talks

about how she also used the excuse that she had a cat so she couldn't travel and

it really hit me hard that I built this whole business but then I wasn't

actually traveling so I I wanted to share with you guys what I did to create

the freedom to travel even though Mike Addison even though I was in the middle

of a launch so you can create these things for yourself so what did I do to

actually get some freedom in my business even while I was in the middle of a

launch as I first started by booking my trip first so that was the first thing I

did so book the trip figure out the details after book the place that you

want to go so that you have motivation to actually do something to get there

rather than saying someday I'll go there someday I'll book that trip someday I'm

gonna travel there that someday never comes so I really was complaining a lot

about how freezing cold it was in Toronto and how I really wanted to go

golfing so what did I do I booked a golf trip to Pinehurst which

is one of the famous golf courses in North Carolina and it's only 12 hours

away from where I live so I actually drove because in the back of my mind I

was like well what if something happens to my cat and so I drove there I booked

the trip and then I found the cat sitter after now I know maybe I'm crazy but I

my dad is like my baby so I know if you have kids you're

thinking what what if how am I going to find help for that

if you booked the trip and then it becomes a non-negotiable to find the

sitter to find someone to take care of the kids that's essential so booked the

trip first then figure out the details so I found an amazing cat sitter she was

better than I ever could have imagined in fact my cat did get sick while she

while I've been away and she handled it beautifully so there are people that can

help you there are people that can support you there are people who will be

able to stand in for you then when you're really busy when you're

often when you want to go outside when you want to go golfing when you want to

be traveling when you want to be sightseeing when you want to be

exploring or enjoying the Sun and not on your laptop that's a really great

motivator for you to get your work done really quickly so if you become a lot

more efficient when you're away and let's be honest I did sell take calls I

did still have clients I still did do some work but because I had a limited

amount of time to do it it was a lot more efficient and I always scheduled it

in so I knew exactly when I would be doing that work so I did it in the

evenings I also in between rounds I also did a podcast interview so I brought my

microphone with me even right now I little I brought a little selfie stick

so that it wouldn't be as shaky although it's a little bit shaky stuff so you can

create things that will help you I brought my laptop I stopped at a

Starbucks to do work because they have free Wi-Fi and the place where I stayed

had high-speed Internet so make sure you have high-speed Internet book the trip

first figure out the details but bring your equipment the equipment that you

can bring with you in order to make it a smooth trip in order to still be able to

do your work you don't have to fully be away but you also fully don't need to be

working and it gives you a great reason to work more efficiently that was how to

do it is get high speed internet hire some help to support you bring your

equipment figure out the detail doctor book the trip first and then what you

can do now is to think about what do you really want to do what could you do as a

baby set like this was like me taking a little bit of time off because like I'll

be honest I didn't take a lot of time off

much of any time off while I was building my business that's okay because

in the beginning stages it takes more work more momentum but now I have some

momentum I can hire help to help me and support me in doing that so that I can

live a little and have more freedom so create a business that gives you the

freedom have systems outsourced and then look for how can other people or other

things support me in getting more freedom in doing the things that I built

my business for like what are the reasons that maybe you guys wanted to

build your business are you traveling are you having the freedom are you

staying home with your kids are you putting your kids in daycare are you

going to more events are you speech doing speaking engagements if you're not

doing that then you're creating a business and you're not actually reaping

the benefits this is possible

Life at Fairweather Manor - Lindybeige - Duration: 5:57.

My character was written for me but I did make a major tweak to him. He was

Harold Lockwood and he was a Hollywood movie star

I've done quite a lot of LARP, which stands for live-action roleplay... that is

dressing up and pretending to be someone else, and this one was a little bit

different the period it's not often that something is set during World War I.

But also this one had no group goal; most LARPs are written such that all the

people who come together form a sort of team that has some group goal so for

example there might be some villain who needs to be defeated, or some invention

that needs to be put together, or whatever it is whereas this one was just:

give lots of people a situation and a load of good characters and let them go

and see what happens. There were some little plot points but they were just

really a framework for the rest of the people to be their characters.

This particular LARP is inspired by Downton Abbey, although it's not the

Downton Abbey LARP. It has servants and butlers and so forth, but they're not

recreations of the characters from the television program. I think anyone who's

seen that would probably have a good enough feel to immerse themselves in

this world. If you know even a moderate amount about World War I and British

society and so forth I think you'll be fine. And there was a convention; we were

briefed, trained at the start of the of the LARP and one of the things we were

told was that if someone makes a historical slip if they mention

an item that hasn't been invented yet if they mention a film has not

been released yet or an item of clothing they're wearing is wrong or

whatever just let it go, because this is not meant to be a perfectly historical

reenactment. It's just meant to be an immersive LARP experience.

I was sitting opposite a beautiful, extremely sweet Swedish lady, who was

playing a Russian aristocrat, and she said something horrible about one of the

other characters, talking about how selfish he was. We were talking away; it

was actually quite difficult to talk to many people far away from you because it

got very loud and echoey in that room. And so she was my main chance to have a

pleasant conversation, but she annoyed me so much by what she said about this man

I thought there's just been a revolution in Russia and do you not think your

world is about to come crashing down and you're telling you're still telling me

that he's selfish? Never mind the situation the point is I just thought I

was so angry with her that of course I was I was Harry Lockwood I was

politeness incarnate, but I pretty much stopped talking to her for that bad

moment and I was then actually a bit bored because I had no one to talk to

for quite some while but damn it, I really didn't want to talk to her

because I was so annoyed. And if you get so wrapped up in your character that you

can feel that it's that immersive moment and that's what LARPs usually

are trying at least the good LARPs are trying to be immersive. You forget who you

actually are, you forget the world even. I actually... I

actually remember thinking the thought, 'oh, I'm in Poland.' 'Cause I actually a few

times forgot that I was in Poland.

Now before I got into character I was given the nobles' briefing. We were... we

were trained a little bit in how to behave and how to treat each other.

Meanwhile, the servants were being given their own briefing and I really

appreciated that they all had a certain servant's manner about them, which added

hugely to the the atmosphere. And in particular, it was the walk. They had this

upright, not swinging their arms around walk, that even from a great distance you

just saw someone crossing the end of a corridor off in the distance

that's a servant. The body language difference that that made was huge, so if

they were standing on staircase and just standing to one side, getting out of your

way, so I could breeze past made such a difference. And immediately, it reminded

me of Downton Abbey and so forth and it was quite an experience walking out of a

door and seeing a line of servants either side and they're all not looking

at me and not not expecting to be looked at. That was very impressive.

This is the hunting room I'm in here. This is an enormous conference

table or something and this is one of dozens of fantastic rooms, which have

amazing detail above all the doors as there are amazing carvings and there are

pillars and marble and there are 99 turrets I'm told.

And there's the front terrace, and I had a room with a balcony. I had a great

balcony. I think I had one of the best balconies in the castle. It's got a

ballroom, it's got a huge dining hall with fantastic ceiling. We had a

theater for the theater scene. We had pretty much anything you could possibly

want in a LARP like this was in this all within very easy walking

distance. You never had to leave this world, go through a bit of

modern world, and then back into another location. You were...you were immersed in

this one fabulous location for the whole time. It would be pretty difficult to

improve on this for a Downton Abbey style LARP.

M1 Finance - Creating The Essential to Life 39 Stock Portfolio with 0% Expense Ratio and 2% Yield - Duration: 14:18.

hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my

name is Brent and today we're gonna be talking about m1 finances portfolio and

how you guys can create your very own essentially an ETF an exchange-traded

fund without the expense ratios so today's video we're gonna talk about one

fun that I had talked about previously which was the essential 40 now I've

already brought up a little article here let's go ahead and bring that up

so the essential 40 is basically 40 stocks that are essential to life right

now this is a mix of active and passively managed stocks each stock has

a weighting of 2.5% waiting meaning that you know it's pretty diversified no one

stock is greater than another and it has a very you know unique range so it has

many tech stocks texts and services as energy has healthcare financials

materials industrials we have some staples and you have some discretionary

and then just the one telecom stock which is Verizon I would have chosen

AT&T over Verizon but to each their own also this one holds GE which you know

right now we're just basically going to be going through and I'm gonna show you

how you guys can make your own exchange-traded fund if I am talking a

little bit quiet its 1250 in the morning right now I have to be up and do some

work out one so that's why I am up right now so I'm going to try to make this

video quick we're gonna be creating our portfolio over on m1 finance that'll

track basically the essential 40 without the expense ratio making sure that all

those earnings and capital appreciation dividends that you make for your future

are 100% yours you don't have to pay a financial advisor to manage your

portfolio and there's not going to be an expenses coming out of your portfolio

because you're using m1 finance which is be free and

offers free free and the same free stock buys so you can buy stocks for free so

what we're gonna be doing is selecting add slices and we're gonna be starting

here by beginning to add some of these stocks in so all we have to do is select

the stock type them in hit the plus sign it's going to queue them up towards the

bottom now we're going to go through here and at all of our tech stocks in

which we have facebook we have Amazon we have Cisco and infrastructure we have

Google at the services and TAC apple with their attack and services we have

some big names here an apple you know more tech more services we have Intel

you know these are all very good large companies ADP know for their human you

know Human Resources if you log in I pay maybe no I pay I think believe that was

in the military but if you log in to you know till beYOU your your paychecks

and such a lot of times you'll be using either ATP or paychecks I believe so

that is ATP here that was our last one in the tech sector so we're gonna hit in

an ad and that will have added our stocks into our portfolio so we have two

four six eight stocks out two four six eight okay that's correct

let's go ahead and get into our energy so next we're going to be adding Exxon

Duke Energy

EP D and those are our three energy one so

I'm gonna go ahead and add next we go into our healthcare so we have our

United Healthcare our bristol-myers very we have to hit the plus if you don't hit

the plus it won't queue it up at the bottom and you'll end up missing it and

then with a list like this it would be really hard to find out which stock we

did not add in and then Johnson and Johnson there's that's a pretty nice

pretty good well diversified healthcare area so now we're going into our

financials visa accepted everywhere I would always choose visa over MasterCard

JP Morgan one of the largest banks and financial institutions I didn't I'm

surprised they don't have Goldman Sachs on here but JP Morgan is a great bank

too and we have CME Group we have AIG

and what appears to be berkshire hathaway this has a B at the end the

ticker symbol that they use is the a which is the incorrect one so I'm going

to go ahead and add B and that is our financials so we've added our TAC energy

healthcare and financials now we're going into our materials so IP is the

paper paper company great company I've owned them in the past the Dow DuPont

great company Monsanto X I've never heard of X that's us steel and then

potage I don't believe we can add Canadian stocks in here what we can

definitely try us go ahead and hit potage that's intrepid potage Inc I

don't believe that's the correct one so I'm gonna go ahead and leave this one

out and what would be a good material sock I don't I can't think of one off

top ahead so I'm gonna go ahead and just continue on to the industrials so we're

gonna add these in continue into our industrial sector waste management got

company H we have Triple M so a lot of these names you may

recognize American Airlines these are just you know the essential 40 American

Airlines when you're flying anywhere and you Mase flight Delta American Airlines

but these are some of the big names that are you know going to be used FedEx you

could also throw ups and there instead it's really up to you how you want to

diversify your portfolio General Electric you may not want to

hold General Electric but it could be bottom doubt you can see here it did

bottom out I'm sure drain this even this correction period it's just a good time

to buy these stocks because they basically bottomed out so last one on

our industrials was Lockheed Martin we added those in next we go to our staples

we have Costco great company we have Cisco for their delivery of food I

remember I seen Cisco trucks everywhere just delivering foods in a CVS those are

pretty good companies right there so those are some staples next we go into

our discretionary we have CVS we have Comcast charter I don't usually

see a lot of charter I knew people that work our charter but very little that

invest in charter we have Home Depot that's another one I'd probably choose

Lowe's / Home Depot and then we'll add those in and then last we have Verizon

so let's go ahead and add the Rison in here and add it to our portfolio so that

should give us 29 stocks let's go ahead and hit Save Changes confirm now we have

our portfolio in there so you can see over the year this essential 40

increased by twelve point seven seven percent over the last year now some of

the stocks that may have affected this part folio negatively would be generally

Elektra or General Motors if we remove it from our portfolio and hit save it'll

probably adjust this but I'm not going to go ahead and do that I'm gonna go

ahead and just hit refresh and that'll bring it back in because I've already

saved it with General Electric in there so all I did it bring it back in so I am

missing one stock you can see here that you can see here that if I had Toronto

Stock Exchange this would all be weighted at 2.5 but because I do not

have it in there I currently have 39 stocks I believe so if we go through

here we'll have one two three four

ten

20

thirty

eight so we have 38 stocks in there so there may be one that I missed so if you

guys saw which one I missed but I know we missed this one here the potage one

because I could not find the Tigger what other one I'm gonna add in for Telecom

is going to be ticker symbol T I'm gonna go ahead and add that one in there and

discretionary is we're missing some staples I'm gonna go ahead and add

I'll go ahead and leave that as it is for now so I'm gonna go ahead and

equalize targets so everything is that three percent and 2 percent right here

so it looks like it doesn't it doesn't go into the 0.5 so you can't enter a 2.5

so that's why some of these are showing up as three percent target and some of

these are showing up as two percent target so I'm gonna go ahead and hit

Save Changes so now we currently have 39 different stocks in here you can see

here that the performance and the state about the same even with the addition of

AT&T so we have eleven point seven nine percent return over the past year we

have an average yield of two point one eight meaning that for every hundred

dollars that we have invested in this portfolio we will get roughly two

dollars and 18 cents back from dividends for the entire year so if you have a

thousand dollars they'll get roughly twenty one dollars and eighty cents if

you have ten thousand dollars you'll get two hundred and eighteen dollars back in

just dividends oh it shows our here we have 39 Holdings so we are missing one

stock and you guys can add whichever kind of stock so here we essentially

made our essential 40 so essential 40 cool it's actually 39 so no copyright

you know we got our essential 39 stocks now you can mix and match if you would

like to remove General Electric and add some other

Industrial company I would recommend that

I'm sure without General Electric being in there you know it could it does

actually have a lot more up potential than down potential as they begin to

split up but who knows if their price will drop once they begin to split up

and I'm sure even if it does you'll get other companies you know as they split

into more companies you're be rewarded with the companies that they split into

so that is basically it we have created our essential thirty nine portfolio it

has an expense ratio of zero we are holding thirty-nine stocks we have an

average dividend yield of two point one eight and if we go to our portfolio now

it does show up here if we added funds into this portfolio on the next trade

day our m1 finance app what by you know basically whatever the actual it would

buy into the target to match the target so we would put in our money in there

and then whenever it hit the target cap whenever the actual percentage would hit

the target cap it would stop in that specific stock and continue on and tell

all of them were funded and then if you would want in the future there'd be a

rebalance here so you could rebalance your portfolio if it begins to get over

weighted in one specific sector and you feel that you can rebalance it and some

of your lower hanging fruit will be able to you know grow gain some capital gains

and then I'll bring your portfolio back up

better so that is basically it we have covered how to create your own

exchange-traded fund if there's an exchange-traded fund out there I'm not

sure how many stocks you can actually have within your portfolio but you can

see here that we have 39 different stocks with on our m1 finance so when

money comes into this portfolio it'll get split up between 39 of these

stocks now this may be a little bit more diversified than what you want you know

every one is different diversification there is not a wrong way

or a right way to do it the more diverse afraid you are the less risk you may

have but at the same time you don't get as many returns whereas the last

diversify you are if you're only buying one or two stocks and those stocks go up

10 20 30 % then you get the higher risk and reward because those same stocks

could go down by 10 20 30 % so diversification it's all up to the

person and what their risk level is so that is there for this video I hope you

Life Tip How to get a price tag off anything! - Duration: 4:37.

hello everyone welcome back to my channel where we talk all things life,

food, family and fun! Today we are talking a light hack that is awesome. This is a

game changer for Christmas, birthdays and every day in between so if you're

interested in finding out how I get price tags and stickers off of just

about anything in 30 seconds clean every time just keep watching and let's

do this

okay so we all know how annoying it is to get price tags off of the things that

we buy stickers off the bottom of all of our glassware off of cardboard boxes

from presents that we buy and our shoes and our lipstick containers they put

them on everything and I get it we have to have the price tag on there but do

they have to use industrial-strength glue I mean getting those things off

clean is like Thor trying to get his hammer out of the mud when he's not

worthy

and then you end up resorting to extreme measures

so the other day I was at the

mall buying a pair of shoes and this nice gentleman who was helping me out

said to me as he was handing me my bag hey if you have trouble getting the

sticker off the bottom of those shoes just take a hair dryer to it for about

30 seconds and it'll come off and I was like WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!! I did a double-take and thought I

have got to go home and try this so I went home got out my trusty hair dryer

and took it to that sticker on the bottom of my shoe about 30 seconds back

and forth then it just peeled off so cleanly I could not believe it so then I

thought does this work on other stuff we're just on rubber so I went and took

a metal water bottle that I had received for Christmas that had a sticker on the

bottom of it that was just not gonna come off clean 30 seconds with the

hairdryer voila the thing peeled off completely

clean so then I tried it on a lipstick tube that I had now keep in mind if you

are using this on a lipstick tube you might want to separate the cap with the

receipt from the actual lipstick or you're gonna have a serious melted mess

just you know extra bonus tip so I took it to the cap of this lipstick and

thirty Seconds back and forth the thing totally peeled off now I had another one

that was identical to that in a different color and I tried to peel that

thing off on my own and it was not coming off I mean I worked and worked I

took a butter knife to it and then by the time I finally got off part of it

half of it was still there and then that sticky residue was there but when I took

the hairdryer and did the same thing for 30 seconds it completely came off I mean

it's amazing and right here you can see where I put the two lipstick tubes side

by side one showing all the residue on and the one that came off clean I mean

it just works this stuff works on everything or almost everything I got a

little carried away with my hairdryer

I'm gonna try it on this water bottle so I had this water bottle just a

store-bought water bottle with water in it and I started you know hair drying

it and then I don't know if you can see this but it started to melt the actual

bottle in about 20 seconds so um soft plastic maybe not or you got

to be really careful because this thing melts but hard plastic metal rubber I

even took it to a cardboard box the cardboard box only took about 10 seconds

and that thing peeled off this works on just about everything so the next time

you buy something and you want to get that thing off clean and not have all

that sticky gross residue underneath it give this hack a try you will not regret

it so that's everything for today's video

ladies I hope you enjoyed it I hope you found this insightful and inspiring to

try it a little bit more with your hair dryers and maybe you normally do if you

liked today's video please give it a thumbs up thank you so much for watching

and subscribe to my channel hit the bell button so you're notified of all

upcoming videos I post every Tuesday and Thursday and occasionally a bonus one in

there so I hope you'll join me I hope that you will be inspired and try this

new life hack. I hope this make your life less frustrating and a little bit easier and

until next time stay inspired and I'll see you in the next video see you ladies!

Fitness MINDSET by BeerBiceps (MAKE FITNESS A LIFESTYLE) - Duration: 3:13.

what's happening self helpers and welcome to self help yourself the one

and only beerbiceps! yes! what's happening so it's become here your coach to

becoming the best version of yourself and one thing that has always troubled

me is how do you start and how do you maintain a healthy lifestyle lifelong

and not yet affected by you know your own mentality your own mindset and what

others say so done beer is good to share three tips with us today one how you can

just get started and keep going on this journey because it's a lifelong journey

and it's important to understand that so let me prove it you can you tell me

three tips and how you can achieve this so number one tip throughout your life

just the white one thing and that's desserts you can avoid dessert that's

half the fitness battle one you don't need to worry about anything eat other

kinds of junk food brings me to tip number two balance it out don't be that

person who's just boring about fitness have to Oct 3 years in a week have fun

once in a while go out drink a little bit keep yourself motivated because if

you stay fit you know forever if you just try following eating diet

exercising every day gets boring you need to keep yourself motivated which we

need a third point don't do it for any goal like six packs or big shoulders do

it because that process is helping you mentally is helping your brain is giving

you discipline but they say that it should you know follow martial arts for

discipline I feel like the process of having a fit lifestyle

if you much more discipline so even if it's something as simple as going out

for a walk every day just keep your body active a little bit every single day

easy three tips and one thing that I want to add to that is if you're

thinking about these book fancy words like diet and nutrition always think

nutrition because diet always implies something that is

short-term yeah and nutrition implies something that is going to be lifelong

yeah long-term so the words you use the way you think really really matters and

it all comes down to psychology yeah so guys is really important to empower your

mindset first and so anything that you have to share with us

guarding creating that mindset or what is that one thing that made you choose

this life for yourself um so I definitely feel that if you have

a fitness lifestyle it's set you up for the rest of your life like if you have

some kind of fitness activity which can even be a sport if you just be a sport

regularly that's fitness okay so have one activity like that in your life even

this is just going out for a walk with your dog that's already but the other

thing that I've discovered recently my life is meditation ah sorry every young

person should take off because it gives you a lot of clarity on life those are

my only tips have a physical fitness life and a mentor for your size I'll

leave a link to bare biceps down in the description box below and make sure to

LIKE comment and subscribe to self help yourself and to beerbiceps

because those guys are doing really really well and we want every one of you

to achieve something in your life becomes the best version of yourself

Deutz killdozer lives again! - Duration: 13:08.

Hey folks, great you're watching!

I'm going to tell you a story..

Long ago, in a country nearby

In fact... behind me

We had a crawler loader

With a broken engine

I took off the cylinder head

Turned out a valve was broken

I think I see the issue

Then I got another head

everything went wrong when I was busy with it

I couldn't reinstall the head

no video's came anymore

Everybody asked; what happened with the loader?

Here it is

and I've repaired it, check the video

In the back we have our terrific Deutz

and behind it there's another engine

We've bought it from the neighbours

By accident they had an engine..

On their scrapheap

I think it was there for quiet a while as I can see

At least it's a simular engine

Let's find out how it looks on the inside

The newness is gone.. but maybe it's good enough

But we're going to try

Too bad the valve covers are gone

I suggest we take of the head

swap the rockers

I think this repair won't be approved by an official workshop

But I think it will work

This is better than the one we have overthere

Got it!

Valve stems aren't too bad

Look at that

Brand new!

This is a problem

It has been sitting outside for a while

Dirt collected on those valves

The closed one didn't have an issue

But the one which was opened..

A lot of contamination came on the seat

It will leak and we lose compression

and it won't run fine

I'll clean it with a piece of sandpaper

and then polish it

I brought tools for that too

Ow.. at least there's enough polish there now

Making fire..

Some tools are missing at the workshop..

So I've brought the parts home with me

Overhere are both heads

I'm going to clean those and swap some parts

and then we can reinstall it

These came from the head we're going to use

I'm not going to use these

I'm going to use these

Let's take them off and put them on that one

There it is, our broken valve

We don't need that anymore

Let's clean this one

Finished!

there; scrap

more scrap

Excellent new head

Let's install it!

Look here!

It doesn't fit anymore!

You may stop filming..

There enough dirt in there..

And then the thread in the engine block was damaged..

we tought..

But it turned out a lot there was a lot of dirt

at the bottom of that thread hole

We took it out, check here

Here! That ashtray was the patient

We couldn't get that bolt in there

at the bottom is a hole with thread

a lot of dirt was on top of that engine

fell in that hole

bolt couldn't go in there anymore

We took the dirt out..

With this special tool

and an extended drill

Lucky enough we had a spare engine

with some extra bolts

See this

a homemade tap to clean the thread

and.. take a look;

100 points!

Throw that head on there and see if it works!

Whoa! All bolts are working again!

Good, good, good!

Important to set the bolts on the correct torque

I have an integrated torque wrench in my arm for that

That's the correct moment

Just when I had the wrench on them

Moment of truth!

Batteries in position

Head has been installed

See if it works

It runs again!

We have a leaking exhaust on that side

That's no problem

What's worse is that's not driving well..

Gearbox has some issues

I think we should change the oil and try again

But most important

The engine runs again! Yes!

Good!

Hey folks, thanks for watching!

Seeya next time!

A Busy Day in my Life: Meetings, Collabs, & other fun things 🐒 - Duration: 13:32.

Good morning everyone today, I'm starting off my day in

Well, I'm gonna go to Hangang Jin. I am getting lunch there, and then I have a packed day. I

Have a meeting at CJ, and then i'm gonna go to Neogen to film a video with Erin.

And then I have dinner with Ashley, so it's going to be a packed day

And I wanted to bring you guys along with me, so yeah, let's get this day started

I actually used to do a lot of OOTD's

Whenever I came to Hangang Station with this mirror right here, so I am early today

So I'll do another one of these.

This coat is from Cos.

This sweater is from Sandro

my AG jeans and naked boots again

And then guys,

I found the black

belt bag so I went ahead and

Purchased it and I really liked it

It's really convenient to just have

And it fits everything that I need

And I really like the way it looks

Alright! Let's go up!

So this is where the restaurant is

It's called Parc

I came here with Ivan and Moma last time with Erin and John

but yes

I really like the Korean food here

And the price isn't bad either so I love Parc

So my food is out and I'm getting lunch with Jen

Hi!

It's been like three years... two years

It's been a while.

I actually met Jen in Shinchon like the first year that I was living in Korea

Yeah, it was my first year too. -- Was it? --Maybe we came a similar time. --Really?

So this is your fourth year. --Yeah. --We met when we both moved to Korea?

I think so yeah, that was my first year.

That's crazy, yeah

Yeah, I do remember. Yes. I'm gonna go here. I've been here before you see Jen right there

Finally hanging out~

No, I like that one the best. We got the chocolate scone and what tea?

Yes. --Instagram time. --Always

This place is seriously so nice, but yeah, we're, we're done!

I'll see you again soon

Yes

Alright

I made it to Coex. This small is huge so I always get lost but every time I see the books I

Kind of have an idea of where I am at so I'm almost there this area is so nice look at all of the books

focus

It's so nice here. Oh

But yeah um

It was great catching up with Jen

I can't believe we've been in Korea for so long, like when she said that

We both moved to Korea around the same time. I was like oh my gosh

we did! And then yeah

We never really had the opportunity and chance to actually meet up and sit down for like lunch or coffee

But we finally did and it was really good, and it just feels like having like an older sister

So it was really nice to like get to know her and catch up with her

but yeah

I'm still lost no no I know where we're at because I see Cosne and I used to go there a lot so yeah

I'm gonna go over to meet up with my managers

They're going to, we're going to discuss about my trip to Indonesia, and then I'm gonna shop for my Indonesian

subscribers

We want to do giveaways so instead of using my points for myself this month

I'm going to use it on my subscribers in Indonesia, so let's go on over to the office and

Yep, I definitely know where we're at now. (Korean) Yes.

(Korean) Yes, Thank you~

Jin-hee is here, and we just had our meeting and

And so they just

Offered maybe a brand might come with me so everyone who attends might receive something from the brand

So I don't really need to pick up anything from the beauty reward zone for, for the event but

Since it's not confirmed yet. I will still go to the beauty rewards zone and pick up a few things and then

If that does get approved with the brand then maybe I'll save the products for like a future event yeah, yeah

It's it's better than me giving away five big sets

Everyone will be receiving something so it all worked out, so thank you for offering

We don't know what brand, but hopefully a good one that you guys might like

Yeah

Indonesia Yay~

Here we go (x2)

Never seen this before

Wow packaging is cute.

Ohh!

This is amazing

Wow for like toothpastes like this oh one of those

Yeah, I think that one's just for display.

Okay I definitely need to pick up like patches from COSRX. Lots of new products in front of me

Oh, I have a bunch of sheet masks because these are easy to give away and

My favorite Korean brand Make P:rem it's definitely top five. Did you guys know that?

Jin Hee, Jenny and the other one is Genie

It's a requirement for you guys

I got my bag from CJ and a bunch of sheep masks and some patches

But I got the details on the meet-and-greet in Surabaya

We are gonna have it on March 2nd at the King Sejong Institute

And this is like an organization that basically teach foreigners on

The Korean culture as well as the Korean language, and I think there are like 54 countries

Around the world so if you're wondering on where to learn Korean abroad maybe King Sejong would be a great place

But they are hosting my meet-up

So I'm very excited to meet you all there so again if you are curious check the description box for info now

I'm gonna head over to the next destination

Bye-bye

So I'm going to the 15th floor

This elevator is really fast. Wow~

I'm at Neogen. We are going to film a good ingredients

How many time have you visited this place?

This is my third time, Oh wait who's talking to me?

Heyy~

She's a new employee here

By the time this vlog is up our video our

Collaboration should be up so I'll link it up there and in the description box so check down below because there's a giveaway

Yayyy~ So

I don't know which video we announce the giveaway in, so you have to watch both~

So this is for Neogens channel and

Which product do you like from here? ---From here?

Okay, so mine before I actually come here mmm-hmm. I mean before I actually worked here mm-hmm

This was like my go-to daily cleanser. Oh right. Yeah, I've been using this product for like

ever

Like for about two years. I've never had such a product that I've been using for like more than 10 atleast. Oh really? --yeah

This is like my favorite item. --My favourite

Neogen product would probably be the Gospeels, and I really like this

Yeah, yeah, I mean I like all I've tried all three uh-huh because there are like 30 pads in here

after like 30 pads I want a different one so that's why I would go for the --

After 30, I would switch it over

Y-yes Sica pads

It's very good. It's like a toner and moisturizer all in one.

It's been a while since you've been on ---, yeah, yeah, she's really busy since you've been like

Doing your new like

What do you think of Joanday Season 2? Best. --Really? I really like it --Really why? Coz the quality came up like into a new level.

But she's now back, but like aren't your subscribers like missing your daily vlogging. Oh

Don't remind them~

You're in it, Say Hi~

But yes first time for Season 2.

Yeah, I mean she this is her new job. She just got into Neogen this month, right

This month yeah this month. It has been almost, no not like

Two weeks - almost two weeks, so I'm gonna make every excuse to visit more often

You should, more should. Yeah, I will

Yep, alright. We're gonna start filming this blind testing and then

Hope you guys like it. Yeah. Do you think it's gonna be fun. I think it's gonna be fun

Okay

Behind the scenes~

Wow!

My hand model. --Bye bye

I'm so excited

Okay. Well she's leaving now. It's currently rush hour, so there's so many people

Hopefully I can make it on time

Wow! A lot of people

Oh my gosh

YeolDooDal, I've never been and Hi Ashley~

Hi~

Perfect. He's coming to order

You don't eat olives, right? --No

Yay, okay

Salad you like salad I don't like it, but I feel like I have to eat it

Do not like Mayo? --Yeah

Uh-oh

No, I think this is like ranch sauce

Let's hope it's ranch sauce

This is the sweet pumpkin Noki that looks delicious

The color. Yeah, When's your next vlog?

It was supposed to go up yesterday. I'm not done editing it

Okay, it's okay. This was not enough so we ordered a pasta

This is called Berah Place. Cheers to Friendship

She is my ESFJ, Scorpio sister. Well, it's true

Everything sistas. Alright. We just finished drinking our wine, still have a few fries left

But I'm gonna end the vlog here. I hope you guys enjoyed watching

Here's a shout out today for those of you guys to translated and transcribed this vlog right here

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to do that

and I'll see you guys in my next one. Subscribe to Ashley as well!~

Life Hacks - Dryer Sheets, Essential Oil and Toilet Paper, Paint Brushes in Vinegar, DIY Ice Pack - Duration: 5:41.

>>> WELL, IF YOU USE DRYER SHEETS, YOU PROBABLY LOVE THE

WAY THAT YOUR CLOTHES SMELL FRESH RIGHT OUT OF THE DRIER,

BUT SHE DID YOU KNOW THAT THEY COULD FRESHEN A SMELLY ROOM BY

SIMPLY PUTTING THEM IN THE BACK OF A BOX FAN?

>> I DID NOT KNOW THAT.

>> WELL, YOU COULD PUT THEM INDOORS TO KEEP CLOSE PRESSURE

PUT THEM IN YOUR LUGGAGE AS YOU TRAVEL.

>> BUT THE SHEETS CAN DO A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN JUST SMELL

GOOD.

>>> DO YOU USE DRIER SHEETS?

>> I DON'T BUT MY WIFE DOES.

>> YES, SHE CLEANS BASEBOARDS WITH THEM.

>> AND IF THEY ARE TO STATIC IT, YOU CAN RUB THEM AND THEY

ARE NOT STATICKY ANYMORE.

>> AND YOU CAN PUT THEM ON YOUR SHOWER DOOR TO GET RID OF SOAP

SCUM, AND IF YOU HAVE STUBBORN STAINS, USE A DRYER SHEET.

AND IF YOU HAVE A KNOT OF HAIR ON A BRUSH, SOAK IT ALONG WITH

A DRYER SHEET.

AND IF YOU WANT TO PAINT YOUR NAILS FUNKY, PAINT YOUR NAILS,

DIP A DRYER SHEET AND ASKED ON AND LAID OVER YOUR NAILS.

AND DISH THE PAINT THINNER.

BUT IT DRYER SHEET IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN WITH A

PAINTBRUSH YOU NEED TO CLEAN, POUR WATER OVER IT AND LET IT

SIT AND VOIL@, A CLEAN PAINTBRUSH.

AND YOU CAN RUB ADULT SCISSOR BLADES WITH A DRYER SHEET AND

THAT WILL GIVE THEM A SHARPER EDGE.

THEN, HER THIS.

HOW ABOUT YOU LET IT SIT IN A DIRTY HOT OVERNIGHT WITH SOME

DISH SOAP TO GET RID OF SOME OF THE REALLY, REALLY DIFFICULT

GROUND.

>> IT WOULD YOU BURN THINGS IN A POT LIKE I DO.

[LAUGHTER] >> WE HAVE OTHER DRIER SHEET

TAX TO TELL YOU ABOUT.

YOU CAN MAKE A CHEAPER FRESHENER BY CUTTING UP A DRYER

SHEET AND PUTTING IT IN AN EMPTY SPRAY BOTTLE, FILL WITH

WATER, SHAKE IT UP AND FALL OFF.

YOU OBVIOUSLY WANT TO HAVE A BOTTLE THAT CAN MISSED BETTER.

MY DOES NOT BUT IT WILL MAKE AN AIR FRESHENER, OKAY?

SO, LET'S NOT STOP THERE WITH HER FRESHENING.

DOES YOUR BATHROOM TESTING SOMETIMES?

YEAH, EVERYONE SAYS, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT.

HERE IS SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN DO.

YOUR TOILET PAPER, EVERYBODY HAS TOILET PAPER IN THE

BATHROOM.

ESSENTIAL OILS, TAKING ESSENTIAL OIL, YOU CAN FIND

THEM ANYWHERE.

A CITRUS ONE WORKS BEST BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU A NICE FRESH

SCENT.

>> OKAY.

>> BUT A LITTLE BIT OF AN ESSENTIAL OIL ON THE CARDBOARD

PART OF YOUR TOILET PAPER, PUT IT BACK ON THE ROLE, ON THE

HOLDER.

>> AND WHEN YOU SPIN IT, IT WILL START LETTING OUT THE

FRESH, NICE, CITRUSY SNOW.

>> I LIKE THAT.

>> AND HAVE ANOTHER HACK.

THE TALK ABOUT HOW YOU CAN USE DRIER SHEETS TO GET PAINT OFF

OF PAINTBRUSHES BUT THIS IS ANOTHER ONE.

I DO NOT LIKE TO USE CHEMICALS IN THE HOUSE.

>> RIGHT.

>> SO YOU HAVE PAINTBRUSHES THAT ARE CRUSTY AND HARD AND

EVERYTHING.

>> YES.

>> USE WHITE VINEGAR, DISTILLED WHITE VINEGAR.

BOWL, PICTURE PAINTBRUSHES AND THERE AND LET THEM SOAK FOR A

LITTLE BIT.

WHEN THEY ARE ALDEN, THEY WILL COME OUT.

THESE HAVE NOT BEEN SOAKING VERY LONG BUT THEY WILL, NICE

AND SOFT AND CLEAN.

>> OKAY?

>> NO, SOME OF THAT STUFF IS FLAMMABLE.

>> AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO READ THAT IN.

>> NO.

>> OH, WE HAVE A HAMMER HERE, SOMETHING THAT I AM NOT GOOD

WITH.

BUT I HAVE TO HAMMER A NAIL, I USUALLY GET MY FINGER.

>> I THAT STUFF PROBABLY DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU.

>> NO.

>> SO, HERE IS SOMETHING.

A), JUST A NORMAL EVERYDAY).

>> TAKE YOUR NAIL, PUT IT IN THE CLOTHES BEEN.

>> FOR YOUR FINGERS NOW?

>> YEAH.

>> SO, INSTEAD OF BREAKING YOUR FINGERS, OKAY, THIS WORKED WHEN

I TRIED IT BEFORE.

>> HER NAILS, WHICH WOULD BE JUST AS BAD.

>> EXACTLY.

>> BOOM, THERE YOU GO.

>> I LIKE IT, THEN TAKEN A. >> YOU WOULD LET ME DO THAT.

[LAUGHTER] >> THAT IS A GREAT IDEA.

IS A GREAT IDEA, I LIKE THAT ONE AND I WILL HAVE TO TRY IT.

SO, LET'S TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT IF YOU DO HIT YOUR FINGER

TRYING TO KEEP THE NAIL IN PLACE.

>> YEAH.

>> YOU GO FOR AN ICE PACK, RIGHT?

>> YES.

>> SO, ICE PACKS THAT YOU MAKE IT HOME, YOU JUST PUT ICE CUBES

INTO A BOTTLE OR SOMETHING.

>> YEAH.

>> THEY DO NOT FEEL VERY GOOD ON YOUR BOO-BOO.

>> NO.

>> HERE IS A HACK.

TAKE RUBBING ALCOHOL THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR HAND, THREE PARTS

OF WATER TO ONE PART OF RUBBING ALCOHOL, PUT IT IN A SANDWICH

BAG LIKE THIS ONE HERE.

I TOOK A STEP FURTHER BUT IN SOME BLUE DIES SO NO ONE WILL

BE CONFUSED WHEN IT IS SITTING IN THE FREEZER.

WHAT THE ALCOHOL DOES IS IT DOES NOT OFFER IS VERY HARD,

AND I THINK I MIGHT HAVE A LEAK CARE, OR SOME CONDENSATION.

THIS MAKES IT SOFTER.

THIS HAS BEEN SITTING OUT UNDER OUR LIGHTS SO IT IS A LITTLE

BIT >> IF YOU HAVE A BOO-BOO, IT

WILL CONFORM TO THE BOO-BOO AND IT WILL NOT HURT.

>> DO YOU LIKE THAT?

>> I DO LIKE THAT.

>> IT IS AN INEXPENSIVE IDEA.

SO THREE PARTS OF WATER TO ONE PART OF RUBBING ALCOHOL IT WILL

FREEZE.

>> OKAY.

>> NOW, HERE'S ONE.

I KNOW THAT YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED THIS ONE BUT MAYBE CAROL

DOES, IF SHE HAS A LOT OF NECKLACES.

>> YES.

>> DID THEY GET TANGLED, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU TRAVEL?

>> YES.

>> SO, YOU KNOW HOW TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM?

>> DON'T TAKE THEM.

>> A DRINKING STRAW.

>> EXCUSE ME?

>> OH, TAKE YOUR NECKLACE AND PUT IT THROUGH A DRINKING

STRAW.

>> RIGHT.

>> AND ONE END THROUGH THEIR.

>> OKAY, ALL RIGHT.

>> NOW, THIS TAKES A LITTLE PRACTICE.

LEGEND?

>> YES, ELECTION TOGETHER AND WHAT YOU END UP WITH THIS THIS

AND THIS WILL NOT GET TANGLED.

LIKE THE OTHER THINGS.

>> OKAY!

THAT MAKES SENSE AND I LIKE IT.
