Ronaldo departed after nine years in the Spanish capital, signing for Juventus in a £105million deal

He left having secured four Champions League wins for Los Blancos, as well as the Club World Cup

One of the best players in the club's history, Ronaldo's move stunned fans, who were then enraged when he was not replaced

Now, Ronaldo has spoken to L'Equipe and explained that he left because Real Madrid president Florentino Perez did not make him feel indispensable

"I felt it inside the club, especially from the president, that they no longer considered me the same way that they did in the start," he said

"In the first four or five years there, I had the feeling of being 'Cristiano Ronaldo'

Episode #9 of True Cost of a Power BI Resource (UK): Which option is best? - Duration: 6:40.

Hi, It's Emil from Katie and Emil consulting and this is Episode 9 of

True Cost of a Power BI resources in UK called Which option is best?

In this episode I'm going to provide you with some recommendations on which option is

best the most cost-effective option is a permanent employee

so a 50,000 true cost is 75 to 90k , it can be less

or more than that and on a daily basis for productive time is 350 to 460.

I would recommend to consider this option if you

know that you have ongoing need for Power Bi resource so typically is

3 plus years. Now with a permanent option it can be harder to find a candidate to

meet your needs because once people reach a certain level there are more

inclined to go contracting instead of permanent jobs because the take home is

significantly higher. So if you are struggling to find a permanent employee

you may consider contractor short term and then find a permanent position once

you find the right candidate. Now with a permanent position it's also there is a

bit of a challenge because once you get someone you need to ensure you got the

right person because if you get it wrong it can be very very expensive. When it

comes to contractors if you know your project is a short term on a short term

basis typically on a contract market you can do 3 months plus so

typically it starts 3 months and that gives you flexibility to end the

project if you need to end it or if you don't like the contractor you can end it

as well and then you extend it and if its

1, 2, 3 years that's usually a good option because as much as it's more than

permanent it's easy to let go of someone if you don't like, it it's easy if

something changes so if there's a significant change and a project is

canceled you release the resources with no additional costs. And so that's the

rate 550 to 670 true cost and yearly one. Now the next option is a consulting

company, the consulting companies 200 to 218, 890 to 970 so you can see its significantly

higher than contractor so why would you go consulting company, now you would go a

consulting company if you don't want to recruit someone yourself and you want

someone who already has already done a number of different projects and someone

that knows how to follow the procedures from the consulting company so if you

don't want to manage someone you don't want to care too much about it

you can off load it to a consulting company so typically in here you would

manage it yourself but in consulting company you don't have to manage it so

that's a benefit. Now consulting companies can also

provide you with productivity so if you find the right consulting company they

will have their own processes, there will have their own management tools and as

long as they are effective you can save money compared to other options and

reduce the hustle, so this is still something I would recommend in certain

situations or when you need someone to do it very very quickly and you don't

have the time to recruit and ensure that you have the right person.

Now when it comes to our team we only do remote so that's not for everyone but

the cost is starts from 124 a year, 550 a day. Now in our case the

cost is similar to a contractor and we covered the recruitment aspect so you

don't have to worry about finding the right candidate it's going to be someone

either ourselves of someone we recruit so it's going to be within our

standards which are very very high. You also get the benefits of a consulting

company because we run our own processes we manage the project ourselves and if

that's what you are after and you want to a project that is cost effective

that's a very good option. Now I have covered three different options at the

top and our own option, now which one is best for you there are also additional

factors to consider especially if you want to manage it yourself if you want

to manage it yourself these are your two options and we don't do that and if you

want someone else to manage the project for you typically those two options are best

Now these leaves some exceptions where you still want an expert but you

cannot afford the budget and that's something we can help you with and it's

something I will cover in the next episode
