It's pretty nuts how much cameras have shrunk in the last few years and
actually some of them even started to fly.
Today we're gonna be talking about my favorite angles
to capture and share an amazing day in the mountains.
So first of all the P of V angle.
It's a really nice angle to cut a shot and to transition from the main angle.
Right!
One important rule with the POV is to try to vary the angles and vary the shots as much as possible.
The POV is also a great tool to tell a story, so what I do quite often, in a line
is that I'll be riding, I'll be stopping in a crack in the line and I would stick out my helmet
and quickly tell the story.
The aerial angle, this is my favorite and it's been the latest revolution
to being able to take a drone in the mountain for everyday riding.
The aerial angle is really crucial to being able to show the real dimension of a line.
Before drones the only way to shoot aerials was with helicopters.
In our expeditions we've been trying all sorts of different tools and toys to being able to film from the air
and finally the drones have arrived, they've miniaturised a ton
and they make our life so much easier to tell the story
and really show the dimension of the place and of the line
And then there is the Barbie angle, which is the good old school angle,
which you will be filming, sitting in front of your line, with your barbecue going with a big lens
and which will kind of give a big overall impression of the line.
It's totally skippable if you have a drone, but if you don't it's a mandatory angle
And then there is the on slope angle, like when someone is shooting you from inside the line.
This is never going to be you main angle but it's a great way to show reaction from close.
I think it is a great satisfaction to being able to capture all your best moments
and share them with your friends but, hey at the end of the day let's not forget,
to live the actual moment, and I mean for real.

How To Change Your "Love" Habits! - Duration: 5:51.
- How can you change your love habits with men?
Hello guys and welcome to this amazing video.
I really prepared this one
because I wanna give you the best of my philosophy.
I wanna talk to you today about the push and pull
for woman.
This is kind of a technique for your love life.
Just to introduce myself, I'm Alex Cormont,
your French Relationship Expert.
So since 2007, I've got so many women in France,
but also all over the world to change their love life,
to change their pattern.
I wanna talk to you about the push and pull
because most of the time,
you feel that this technique is just playing a game,
playing hard to get.
And in my philosophy, it is not.
I can guarantee you, if you can find the right balance,
between my personal life, making some new things
in my life, loving my life, even when I am just by myself,
meanings even when I'm single.
And creating some really good moments with men,
Like using dating, meeting people,
by enjoying every single second.
You will have this push and pull,
meaning push because I'm involved in the process of dating
and pull because I have my own life.
I know who I am.
I know why I'm the best woman for you.
And when you can act like this,
this is a push and pull technique
which is really, really powerful.
We will go deeper with that technique.
This is something that I really wanna share
because it's change a lot.
Every single woman that I've coached,
they were suffering from the situation of the push and pull.
They were asking me,
"Alex, why this man is not texting me?"
And when you ask this question,
you will always put this guy in a pedestal,
which is not good for us.
So if you're watching this video,
the push and pull new generation is to always being happy.
So you should not suffer, when you are taking distance,
when you are just by yourself.
This can change a lot,
because your energy will not be negative.
Your energy will be positive.
And your charisma will be really different.
And I can guarantee you something.
When you have activities, when you can tell these men
that you are doing these things, and these other things,
that where you are really so sure
and you are always meeting people,
and always doing thing that you love, he will fight for you.
If to the opposite, you are asking him,
"Oh what do you do because I'm missing you?"
When he asked you, "What did you do?"
And you say, "Nothing, I was staying home."
Then, he will take you for granted.
This is just human mind.
It works in every situation.
So when you do push and pull,
it's because when you have your life,
you will be 100% with yourself.
When you are with this man, you will be 100% with him.
And then it will change
because I know that most of the time you will let this guy
having all the power in your relationship,
all the power in the dating process,
which is not good, which is not good,
because you are losing yourself.
And this is why I have developed this philosophy.
this YouTube channel
because I'm talking with my heart,
from what I've experienced on the field.
I'm every single day with you, woman,
who wants to hear and learn more about men.
So, it's just simple.
We love challenge.
We love meeting a woman who loves her life
because we feel that she can teach us something,
or she can give us something.
She can just improve our life.
And this is where the push and pull new generation,
not when you suffer from him,
when you can just be yourself every single second.
It would completely change your love life.
So, keep in mind, I would say that you are the gift.
This man has to fight for you.
And in order to stabilize your life,
you need to make sure that you work on yourself.
And this is why I'm doing some coaching session
also about self-development, personal development,
because I just want to give you all of the tips
that I have learned and that can change your life.
I don't want you to suffer because you're single,
or in a relationship with a man,
or a relationship which is toxic,
a man who is not giving you attention.
I don't want this for you.
You deserve the best.
Love is so amazing.
Love is so beautiful.
Love is just power of good energy.
And when I feel that millions of women
are suffering from this, it hurts me.
And that's why I'm talking to you about the push and pull
and I want to see that with the new generation
where you never suffer,
where you're always happy every single second.
If you have any question, ask me in the comment box
and I will be more than happy to respond back.

everything about my philosophy.
And if you feel that I'm a right fit for you as a coach,

How To Get Rid Of Flabby Upper Arms Fast For Women - Duration: 2:45.
In this video I will show you How To Get Rid Of Flabby Upper Arms Fast For Women.
As a dermatologist I get this question quite often.
This is a 4 step guide to tone your upper arms.
Stay tuned!
Flabby arms are caused due to 2 primary reasons.
One, our skin tends to lose its elasticity as we age and 2, due to excess fat accumulation.
This seems to be a very common issue among women, probably because they have less muscle
mass to fill up the upper arms.
4 steps: (1) Lose the fat
(1a) First, Losing fat on the whole body by managing your energy balance, eating in a
caloric deficit and burning more calories.
(1b) Second possibility: Localized fat reduction.
This can only by done using cryolipolysis, an advanced technique freezing the adipose
tissue locally.
This is done with a CoolSculpting machine.
I perform this technique in my practice over 5 years now, with good results on the upper
arms, especially if combined with the other points in this summary.
You can find out more about this technique on the Coolsculpting website.
I will put a link in the description.
(2) Improve the skin's elasticity
(2a) Prevention: not smoking and avoiding the sun's UV radiation
(2b) Healthy food choices, with plenty of vitamins and minerals
(2c) Use prescription tretinoin cream.
This will help to boost you skin's elasticity .
(3) Hormone Optimization
(3a) Lower your cortisol levels
You can do this by avoiding stress, improving sleep quality, don't overdo cardio, and again eat healthy food.
(3b) Raise your Growth Hormone levels
Again better sleep quality, decrease cortisol and insulin by eating less sugar,
and perform short high intensity exercises.
(4) Fill up and tone the arms by building more muscle
(4a) Of course, here you should perform Exercises for the triceps.
My favorites are the bench dips and rope push downs.
(4b) And second, Exercises for the biceps
My favorites are the alternate dumbbell curl and the weighted chin-ups.

Tony Robbins: I am Lost, How do I Find Myself? ( Tony Robbins Depression ) - Duration: 19:02.
It's not what we get that makes us happy it's who we become how we live our life
who we are as a person people can take away all the things but who you become
no one can take away and the problem is most of us are trying to be something
we're not and it isn't so much about change about
changing yourself the change happens when you be yourself know thyself that's
the hard part for most people and then be thyself because most of us in our
lives out of a desire for respect or achievement or love or connection or
something we've been trying to be the way we think we'd have to be in order to
get that love respect appreciation whatever it is we've been after it's
some unconscious level and we've been doing it so long that we think that this
is who we are because success without fulfillment this failure and I can't
tell you how many people I work with who are supposedly the best in the world at
what they do and they have more money than they can spend and they have all
these people that love and respect them and yet they're unhappy inside because
if you want to know what's really you what are you gonna be alive is when it's
really you and you may think you know who you are cuz you've been living a
certain way but I'll tell you how you'll know you'll feel euphoric you'll feel
strong you'll feel unlimited you'll feel free I have seen and a three million
people around this earth and 80 countries I've seen just better than you
can see and there are only so many patterns and what you're gonna find
underneath all of this behavior is we have the same needs there are six human
needs we're gonna review tonight when you understand what those needs are and
which ones you're focusing on you start to understand why people do the crazy
things they do including you and I and you begin to understand hey there might
be a better way to meet my needs I don't have to get caught up in this game of
stress and frustration upset or I could really help this person I care about
because I could see what's really going on part of what we want to accomplish
here as leaders is we want to become practical psychologists we want to
understand what's really going on so we can help so we can make a difference so
we can transform so yes of course you can do better in your business because
the more you understand about what people need and want the greater your
gonna be the better man metalita the better mom or dad the
better friend and there's a better you that's available when you understand
what's driving you the most of us are running patterns over and over again and
we want to free that up to free it up we got to break the pattern we got to do
things that are different so we're gonna do something different I'm not here
because I believe in positive thinking if you think's that's what I believe you
don't know much about me I don't want those people to believe you're supposed
to go to your garden and chant there's no weeds there's no weeds there's no
weeds there's weeds right there I believe if you really want to be
effective you got to tell the truth control your mental focus remember what
you focus on is going to determine how you feel so if you focus constantly on
how things might not work out and you look at in your brain all the
possibilities of well what this doesn't work or what if that doesn't happen if
that's your mental focus of course you're gonna lack confidence
remember we experience whatever we focus on so if you're focusing on how things
won't work you're gonna feel the pain that you associate to that you're gonna
create a tremendous amount of doubt and then it usually becomes a
self-fulfilling prophecy you don't get what you want let me give you a kind of
a simple example I'd like you to try something please listen and please do
this what I want you to do is think of something you really want to have happen
in your future something like to have or do or be and what I'd like you to do is
hope hope that you'll get this to happen in your life okay try it
think of something you really want in your life something you really want to
have happen and I hope it'll happen notice how it feels when you hope it'll
happen you may even know is what you say to yourself and you'll hope something
will happen now what I want you to do is get out of that state completely get out
stay for a second and now let's have you think about the same thing you want to
have happen in your life but this time I want you to expect that it will happen
absolutely totally expect it know it okay and when you know it's gonna happen
I want you to notice what happens to the pictures in your mind as you think about
it what's different when you notice the difference your body absolutely expect
it will happen you expect this will occur you absolutely know it now I got a
question for you is there a difference in how you feel in your body first of
all and I think you'll find the answer yes in addition is there a difference in
even how you visualize these two things in your mind
there are several distinctions that I make usually when I ask people what the
difference is between they're hoping and they're expecting invariably a number
one in distinction as people tell me things like well I noticed that when I
was hoping that the picture was dim or it was dark or was gray or as black and
white or or it was two pictures I saw myself succeeding but I also saw the
possibility failing versus one I expected I saw just one
picture I saw it happening interesting when you focus on it just happening you
feel confident when you focus on it might happen or it might not happen you
don't feel so confident is that fair to say also when people focus on things
that they're expecting many times they put it in color the other thing that
commonly comes up is people say things like well when I was hoping I felt kind
of passive and when I was expecting I felt active I felt like I needed to do
something interesting was that true for you
the reason is whatever we focus on we get so if you're focusing on two
possibilities your brain is getting different neural associations it's going
could be painful it could be pleasurable your brain doesn't know what to do
it doesn't feel confident but when you expect and focus on one result you say
this is what it is I'm gonna accomplish this I expect it immediately your level
of self confidence goes up and you feel active immediately because your brain
says hey if I do this I can get some pleasure in my life does that make sense
that's the process we're talking about we must control our focus and one way to
do it of course is to control our focus by controlling the questions we ask
ourselves invariably people who have a lot of doubt ask questions that create
it they say things like well could I really get this done I wonder or god I
wonder if this will get screwed up too versus coming from the place of saying
how can I get this done or better what's the best way I can get this done see
when something comes up for me if I want to be confident and I'll say gosh do you
think I can really pull this off I ask myself what's the best way to get this
done and enjoy the process now by doing that listen to the presupposition there
the presupposition is my mind is gonna focus on how to get it done I'm gonna
start expecting it's gonna get done I'm gonna feel confident first is saying
will it work or will it not in which case I start focusing on two different
possibilities and I lose my confidence are you following
good now third way that we can control our focus is just to change our core
beliefs and we've already talked about how to do this over and over again if
you walk around in life believing that the only way you can feel confident is
if you've already accomplished something you got a problem you're limiting
yourself to the number of things you can ever feel confident about and succeed in
other words some people say well how can I be confident when I've never done it
before listen I feel confident all kinds of things I've never done before you say
well that's because you're a screwed up no that's not why it is it's because I
come from a belief system that says this that if I can imagine it I can achieve
it so if I can even imagine it I know I can achieve it and that allows me to be
confident plus I have a belief system that says if I'm committed there's
always a way to make it work and no matter how tough the situation is if I
don't know how to make it work somebody else does I can get their help so I come
from that place and that allows me to be confident I know I can get help I know
if I'm committed there's a way to do it and I know that anything in the past
I've really been able to imagine accomplishing and finding a role model
for I can't accomplish hey listen everything you do now you once weren't
good at everything you do now there was a time when you had not done it why wait
to get confident besides that I know I can be confident about what I'm about to
begin because I know look if it doesn't work out I'll learn something and that
makes me feel confident because of that learning will allow me to be better in
the future in other words set yourself up to be
able to be confident again I'm not suggesting be foolhardy I'm just telling
you how to turn confidence on when you need it and most of time you do need it
so key questions a lot of people ask me is well how can I create that level of
belief I understand I can change my body but how can I create that belief so I
wouldn't have to work at it well there's a simple process that I teach people I
call it my success cycle and it for me is my way of explaining why people who
succeed seem to continue to succeed and get even stronger and people fail seem
to go down a downward spiral why do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer
not just turn in terms of rich or poor financially but rich meaning mental
emotional social spiritual intellectual physiological and financial I put a copy
of the drawing of my success cycle there on your summary now if you take a look
at it you'll see that there are four elements that I
think affect the quality of our lives and I've got them represented there by
those four boxes up in the top left-hand corner there you should see the word
potential what's the potential of any human being
I personally believe it absolutely is unlimited none of us even come close to
scratching our real potential the second element that affects human performance
is our actions up there in the Box in the right hand corner the third element
that affects performance are the actual results that we've gotten in other words
what's the impact of our present actions and potential being utilized and finally
the fourth element that affects performance is our beliefs and you'll
see that down in the left hand corner in that box and you notice that all these
boxes have arrows that connect them and they're all pointing in a particular
direction going clockwise is if this was a continuous cycle how does it work well
number one what's the potential of any human being again unlimited but do most
people's results in life that bottom right hand corner box do most people's
results reflect that level of potential I would say no way what's the problem
you might say oh I see what is Tony it's that second box at the top they don't
take enough what action I think that's true in many cases but that's not the
only problem there are a lot of people who go out there and take a lot of
action and still get lousy results why action by itself is great but it is not
enough hey if you're in sales and you go out make a hundred cold calls because
you're doing lousy but you go out win a state of mind we don't expect anyone's
gonna buy and you turn to people and say things like you wouldn't want to buy
anything from me would you maybe you don't say that verbally but maybe your
face says that because you don't expect them to is that gonna affect your
results you better believe it's going to you're gonna get lousy results in other
words success starts with our beliefs if you look at that bottom left hand box
that is the core of your performance think about it see the potential is
there but if for some reason you start out with some learning beliefs like well
I don't have that much self-confidence anyway or I don't have the background or
I've never done this before so I probably won't succeed anyway if you
have that belief are you likely to tap a lot of your potential highly unlikely
now if you don't think you're gonna succeed you're not using much potential
are you likely to take massive action hardly
when you tap a little bit of potential and you only take a little bit of action
what kind of results do you get a little bit of results if any now what does that
do to your brain in your beliefs your brain goes see I told you so
now you have this reinforcing belief pattern because it points back to that
experience so what happens you have even less belief it's happy even less
potential you take even less action if that's possible you get even worse
results and now you're truly locked into the downward spiral to the point where
now you start looking at how can you do the very least to get by that's called
death rattle to personal success the opposite is also true too sometimes
people have an experience in life where for some reason they get a result or
something happens and they begin to absolutely believe not just hope but
know that they can accomplish something when that happens whether it because you
changed your body or you had a new experience you're gonna tap a lot more
potential when you know you're gonna succeed aren't you and therefore you're
gonna probably take a lot more action knowing you're gonna succeed you're
inspired you're gonna go for it when you take a lot of action and use a lot of
your potential what kind of results you get usually great results when you get
great results what does that need your belief your brain goes mmm
see I told you you would succeed and sure enough now your beliefs even
stronger so what do you do you tap even more potential you take massive action
and you get even greater results what happens your believes even stronger and
now you're in that success cycle you're in that place will you literally have
momentum that drives you to a whole new level
that's how beliefs are formed you might say well how can I get results though
what do I do if I'm on the downward spiral
well you don't change your potential that's always there you don't just take
action although that's a great first step you've got to change your beliefs
and one of the easiest ways to do that is change your results in advance you
might say what do you mean well let me give you an example would you please
stop what you're doing right now and do this exercise with me change your focus
and pay a hundred percent attention you're gonna like this
here's what I'll need to do please stand up just for a moment come on stand up
there come on and what I'd like you to do is put your
feet together so they're pointing straight ahead then what I want you to
do is just take your right arm and bring it straight out in front of you and
point your right index finger directly in front of you so you're pointing
straight ahead when I say now what I'd like you to do is turn clockwise as far
as you can comfortably without stretching yourself or pushing yourself
really hurting yourself okay ready go ahead and turn clockwise now as far as
you can and just notice where you end up good now come back again okay drop your
right arm close your eyes and what I want to do something really simple some
simple Nura societal conditioning now it's going to be simpler than anything
we've done so far all I want you to do is imagine that you're bringing your
right arm back up again and I want you to imagine it so vividly that you
actually feel as if and see your hand coming up in front of you straight-out
pointy in front of you again in other words don't actually do it but make it
so real that it feels as if it's happening and you can see it occurring
then in your mind's eye see and feel yourself turning clockwise again only
this time going twice as far and make it effortless and expect to enjoy it good
and then come back around in your mind and again in your mind see and feel your
arm coming up in front of you with your finger pointing straight ahead and when
I say now turn clockwise and see and feel no don't actually do it but make it
so real it feels like it's happening see and feel yourself again turning and this
time going three times as far as you did the first time excellent and now do it a
third time do it very rapidly and feel and expect yourself to go almost four
times as far will you turn almost all the way around very good now open your
eyes bring your right arm back up physically this time with your finger
pointing straight ahead and when I say now turn clockwise and go as far as you
can without hurting yourself and watch how much further you go this time go for
it if you're like most people you've gone much further in fact the average
person goes at least a third further than they did before so I got a question
for you go ahead and have a seat my question is this what happened here
did your potential change no you always have the potential
turn that far did you like make major changes in your actions no way you
didn't make it major changes in your actions but your results did change
why because by Erie Herzing in your mind over and over again you conditioned your
mind to believe to feel certain that it could go much further you created an
association in your nervous system and said this will feel good and I can go
further and now you've gone much further in fact if you did it again you could go
even further again so this is a perfect metaphor for what has to happen in life
if you want to succeed you need to rehearse over and over succeeding until
it's so real for you your brain begins to believe it now
you'll tap more potential you'll take better action in real life you'll get
better results then we'll reinforce your belief and now you're off and running
does this make sense this is the way to create lifelong unstoppable
self-confidence this is what I did for myself because I was on the downward
spiral all I did was create the results in my head so vividly I began to believe
them when I believed them I tapped more potential I took more action I started
to get those real results in my life emotionally economically and my
relationships in virtually every area of my life and let me leave you with two
more things on confidence one if you really want to be confident know what
causes people to lack in it focusing too much on yourself and not enough on other
people will guarantee that you'll lack confidence what do I mean I mean some
people like confidence because they pick themselves apart they spend all day
every day analyzing themselves why did I do this
why don't I do that how come I never accomplish these things they ask lousy
questions they get lousy answers and they create a tremendous amount of
self-doubt do you want to have more confidence stop analyzing yourself so
much and focus on other people how you can contribute to them and as you start
giving better people you'll feel more confident about what you can even do for
yourself so that make sense and finally this you can feel confident if all you
do is remember some of the things you've accomplished in your life you are a
successful competent person you've done a lot of things in your life extremely
well no matter who you are what your background is there are things in this
world that you are really good at things you've really accomplished in your life
that you've got to be proud of every human being I meet I know is my superior
because I know all of us in life have focused our attention on various things
and whatever you focused on a lot you're good at and every human being I meet in
my life I know that I'm superior to in some way as well and that makes me feel
confident as well knowing I can learn from other people and that I can give -
so in order to help yourself really have reasons to feel confident not just put
yourself in state but to feel like you got reasons all you've got to do is
manage your memories better pull out some of your memories of tough
situations in your life well you didn't think you could pull it off but you
turned it around you have some of those don't you
situations anything I could never figure way to pull this off and yet you did you
need to remember more of those and less of the times and you felt overwhelmed
what I want you to do is take out your success journal and your assignment for
day is simple I want you to come up with five of your greatest successes in life
things where you've really turned it on maybe some situations where it looked
really dark looked really difficult and you didn't know how you're gonna pull it
off but you did and all I want you to do is write down a paragraph or so about
each one of those in other words pull out of your memory files some of the

Drawing - Chore Vs Hobby | How To Be Creative? - Duration: 6:26.
Hello and I hope you're all doing great today
I haven't uploaded a video for the past week because I've been busy working on a few things
I wanted to take some time to focus on trying to build up my creativity more
Which is something I wanted to talk about today in this video. I don't want my drawing to be a chore
I don't want it to be like a nine-to-five job
You know when I'm working all day and I come home
Drawing for me. I wanted to be something that's relaxing and
Sure, there are times that we need to improve it our drawing
we need to practice a lot and put a lot of work into it to get better and
Some people have talent and they don't have to put as much time into drawing
but let's set that aside and just talk about
Finding creativity and finding motivation
Now when I'm doing drawing and I do it every single day and it's the same thing over and over and over
If I'm trying to learn how to draw a face and I'm drawing a face at the same angle over and over and over again
To learn how to do that. I tend to lose my creativity and
When I take the time to just relax
Pick any random pen I have or a pencil or anything and I just focus on being creative and trying different
art styles
No drawing different subjects. I
Feel more relaxed and I can you know, let ideas come to my mind
I'm not worried as much about making small mistakes because I noticed that when I'm more relaxed with my drawing
Any time I do make a small mistake
it's not really a mistake as more of a
improvised accident that I build upon if I make a line and a location that I didn't quite intend I
Build upon that I add to it and I make more to the drawing
That I wouldn't have originally made in the drawing if I was focusing on perfection. I want to focus more on creativity
the world has a lot of art that is very perfected and
Although I do want to go the route of doing realism and doing realistic drawings
for this moment and in the upcoming months, I
Want to work on being more creative?
doing a lot more doodling and just
taking whatever comes my mind it just trying to put it on the paper and not being so worried about whether
Proportions are perfect or the anatomy is perfect. I just want to focus on having fun
relaxing a bit
getting things off my mind and
Just enjoying the process of drawing when it comes to creativity and finding that creativity
What I like to do is to get out some I'll watch different movies. I'll spend some time listening to music
Or just take a break from drawing for a day
I'll still practice for my thirty minutes
But I'll take a break as in I won't spend hours drawing non-stop and I won't spend a whole bunch of time
every single day
Focusing so much on trying to make my drawing
Perfect. I'll take a day ever now and then maybe once a week or every couple of weeks
To where I spend an entire day of just relaxing listening to music
being inspired by several different movies and
Spending some time to just sit down and think about things from my past
some ideas and goals that I have in the future that I plan on trying to achieve and
with that I'm able to relax a lot more and then I have more ideas coming on my mind and then I think about
You know some places that I want to go maybe some places I want to travel
and then when I think about different places like to travel I think of
noses other places that are in the world and then
reminds me of things in history and then I think about, you know different movies from that time and
Then my creativity just really branches out from there. Then I have more ideas. I
also tried to
Make sure that I have a good diet
Make sure that I'm sleeping properly and I like to wake up every morning at the same time. I
Find that waking up every morning at the same time is more important than going to bed at the same time
because once you get into a routine, I
find a lot easier to be more creative because
Then I'm not worried about all the hours that I'm wasting and I don't really get stressed about
you know thinking that today I didn't do as much drawing and and
Then tomorrow I have to do more - whereas if I had set a schedule and I wake up every day
My day is set now I wake up in the morning. I eat a big breakfast and
I open my blinds and let the Sun come in and I spend some time just sitting there and thinking about things and
Once I have a few ideas coming out of my mind, and I've had my meal and I feel better and I'm well rested
Then I can be much more creative
Than if I have a lack of sleep a bad diet
it unfolds of stress trying to push myself to improve the improvement will come but
It won't always be there if you're pushing yourself beyond the point of no return
Your mind is just like a muscle. You don't want to overwork it. You want to work it hard
But you want to give your mind some time to rest and collect itself so gonna be more creative
It's more important to just start
Then a waste time fearing failure
So whatever you're doing
Keep trying and never give up
Just go out there and start creating

हिंदी - How to read an income /profit & loss statement with example ! - Duration: 7:40.
Hello investor, my name is Sagar and in this video we'll talk about income statements
So what is it and how do we read it ?
In an income statement, we can see the amount of sales a company has achieved
but in order to sell all those products , the company needs to spend money also known as expenses
and then we need to pay taxes on the profits , which will be the third section in an income statement
After all these three segments , we achieve the net income
Many times when people explain the income statement they just use a template to explain
but that sounds very boring so I have created a company just to show you how it would look
Imagine we have a shop where we sell chai. So how would the income statement look like ?
These numbers are not real but just so I can explain.
Let's start with the revenues which is the first number. Revenue is the same thing as sales. How much product did you sell basically
So in this case we have sold 10 000 rs worth of chai. Many times people look at the revenues and they get excited
So, in this case they would see 10 000 Rs and they would get excited because they think that is what they have earned.
Firstly, you need to understand the revenue isn't the money you have earned as you paid a lot of expenses to achieve 10 000 Rs
Revenues are important to see but your profit is the main number in an income statement
In the next segment, you can see the expenses. The first one is cost of revenue.
cost of revenue means the total cost of manufacturing and delivering a product
As you know, to make chai you need milk , sugar , water and glasses
all these things can be mentioned as cost of revenue
but if you own a car company , you need steel , tyres and other products to assemble a car and that would be your cost of revenue
So in our company it would be milk , water , sugar , glasses
The we have employee expense. I won't sell chai as I will hire someone to do that job. That person will have a salary and that is the employee expense.
Below that , you have research and development. In a chai company, I don't need to research anything as I already know how to make it
But if you check pharmaceutical companies, when they make or product any new medicine
they have to do lot's of research and there is a team behind it which investigates new drugs
that is why in Pharmaceutical companies, you will see a huge amount of Research and development unlike my chai shop and that is why there is 0 expense.
Below that, you can see selling and general. Big companies have to promote their product to increase their awareness.
So in my chai shop, I will print some pamphlets to show it to some people.
In order to promote my shop and increase the awareness. In this case, I've put 500 Rs as selling fees.
But if you have a big company and you put ads on Facebook, TV ads or Youtube your expenses will be higher.
You will also have to pay the team behind all this marketing strategy so that fees is included in this section.
For a chai shop, you barely have to advertise as everyone knows about it and if the product is good , then it doesn't need advertisement.
The last thing you can see is others. "Other" is different for each company
In my chai shop, I have put 500 for travel expense. So, if I travelled to another city to get cheaper sugar, that will be included in others.
but in other companies it can be travelling expense for the management to another countries.
Every company explains you what they mean by "others" so you can understand better.
In my company, it was because of travelling so I could buy cheaper sugar.
So now we understand all the expenses. You will see the same in all the income statements.
These expenses are for chai companies. If you look at the airway sector, the expenses will be different.
In the airways sector, the expenses will primarily be fuel cost , aircraft leases. You can check the video I made on Indigo learn more.
In the end, you can see total expenses which includes everything such as selling , research , others... when we add all these we get 6 000 Rs.
That means to earn 10 000 Rs , we spent 6 000 Rs as expenses.
Now we can talk about the profit before tax which is beneath total expenses.
So from the 10 000 Rs of sales when we remove 6 000 Rs of expenses we get 4 000 Rs of profit before tax.
But every company has to pay their taxes on their profits.
The first section you see is tax expense which in our company is 800 Rs.
But below that, you see something interesting which is interest expense for 100 Rs
When you take any type of loan, you have to pay interest on that.
So, for example if I decide to buy a home and I don't have enough money for it, I can take a loan.
When I take that loan, I will have to pay interest on that and something similar happens with this company's loan.
When a company decides to take some loan, they will have to pay interest on that
So in our chai company, I decided to take some loan and now I have to pay interest on that
That's why below that you can see total tax expense which is 900 Rs (tax expense + interest expense )
Now we have all the figures we need , which are : sales , expense and taxes.
So, if you take the sales number and deduct the total expenses + tax expenses
you will get your net income which is 3 100 Rs.
This is your profit. Now you understand why you shouldn't be excited if you made 10 000 Rs worth of sales
you should be checking your net income to get a better image of your company. In this company is 3 100 Rs.
Net income is more important than your revenues.
Please remember, when you read an income statement of any other company, you will see changed in the expenses.

How To Easily Add Punch To Your Drums - BehindTheSpeakers.com - Duration: 8:45.
Keep watching to learn how to easily add punch to your drums.
Hey, this is Jason from Behind The Speakers.
And before we dive in, make sure you grab my free drum mixing cheatsheet, which is packed
with more tips and tricks that will take your drums to the next level.
Click the link above or in the description below to download this free cheatsheet now.
So tell me if this sounds familiar.
You listen to your favorite records, and the drums always sound super punchy and impactful.
The kick feels like it just cuts through the mix, and the snare hits you right in the face.
And then when you listen to your mixes, the drums sound soft and mushy, and they don't
really cut through the mix.
Now if this sounds like you, if this is the problem that you're struggling with, the
solution is compression.
Compression is one of those tools that we can actually use to shape and manipulate the
punch and the impact of our drums.
And if we're trying to make our drums cut through the mix more, trying to add that punch
and the impact that we're looking for, compression is the way to do it.
But here's the thing about compression that makes it tricky.
So the settings that you choose when you're applying compression are absolutely crucial.
Because the same compressor can actually add punch to drums, but it can also take it away
depending on the settings you choose.
So it's not enough just to add compression to a drum track if you're trying to make
it punchier, you actually have to make sure that you know exactly what you're doing
when it comes to compression.
And the most important parameter that you absolutely need to get right if you're trying
to add punch and impact to your drums is the attack time.
The attack time on a compressor will control whether the compressor adds punch to drums
or takes punch away from drums.
So in this video I want to go into the attack time control in a little bit more detail,
and show you exactly how you can use it to add more punch and impact to your drums.
So I have three different snare drum tracks here.
It's just a snare sample, so take a listen.
This is dry without any processing.
I'm going to loop this so it'll loop.
And you can see here I have three different versions of this same snare track.
So this one is just dry without any processing, and then I have a duplicate here, and I've
added a compressor.
In this case I'm using the Oxford Dynamics compressor, but you can use any compressor,
doesn't really matter.
And you can see here I've set the attack knob to go as fast as possible.
So you can see here 0.52 milliseconds.
So basically what we're telling the compressor to do when we use a fast attack time, is whenever
the signal, whenever the sound gets louder than the threshold, that's the number right
here, whenever the sound gets louder than -30 dB, we want the compressor to clamp down
and pull down that sound right away, almost immediately.
That's what a fast attack time says.
So we want the compressor to turn down the sound right after it exceeds the threshold,
right away.
We don't want it to wait at all.
Now if we go back to the actual ProTools window here and I zoom in a little bit, you can see
that if you look at the waveform, right at the beginning of that snare hit is a big spike
right over here.
And what that's called is the transient.
That's the initial punch and impact right on the beginning of that hit.
And so with a fast attack time, we're basically telling the compressor to turn down that transient
because that's the loudest part of the sound.
So that transient's going to be above the threshold, which means when that compressor
reacts, because it's pulling down the sound right away, as soon as the sound exceeds the
threshold, so right when that transient hits, the compressor's going to jump in and say
okay, now we need to turn down the sound.
And so the result is that we actually turn down the punch and the impact.
So even though we're using compression, because we've set it up with a fast attack
time, it's actually in this case doing the opposite of what we want.
We're turning down the punch and the impact.
So I want to compare this snare drum sound with a fast attack compression to the original.
So I'm just going to flip back and forth, and I want you to listen to the punch and
the impact.
And notice with a fast attack compression how the punch and the impact right at the
beginning of that snare drum actually goes away.
So take a listen.
So all that thwack, that punch right on the beginning of the snare gets flattened out
completely because the compressor's turning down that transient right at the beginning
of that drum hit.
On the other hand, I have this same snare sound here on a third track, and I've set
the compressor up with a slow attack time.
So basically what this is telling the compressor to do is when the signal gets louder than
the threshold, we want the compressor to wait a little bit before it turns down the sound.
We don't want it to jump in right away and turn it down immediately, we want it in this
case to wait 15 milliseconds.
And so the result, zooming in again and looking at the waveform, is that the compressor actually
waits.
And it looks over this initial punch or impact, and waits a little bit before it grabs the
sound and turns it down.
So what ends up getting turned down is not this transient right at the beginning of the
sound, but the rest of the drum sound.
So the tail of the drum sound actually gets turned down, but the transient gets left there.
And so now when we turn up the sound after using makeup gain, what we're actually turning
up is the transient.
We're making the transient louder.
So we turn the tail up back to its original level using this makeup gain, but the transient
actually becomes louder, because the compressor didn't actually touch that at all.
So it's almost as if we've boosted this transient right on the beginning of the snare
drum hit.
So the effect is that we actually add more punch and impact to the sound by using a slow
attack compressor.
So I want to take a listen now, and I want you to compare this snare drum with a slow
attack compression, and we'll compare it with the fast attack.
And I want you to notice how much more punch and impact we get on the snare drum sound
with the slow attack versus the fast attack.
Let's take a listen.
We'll start with the fast attack.
So see how all that punch and impact and that thwack right at the beginning of the snare
drum hit comes back with that slow attack time?
That's the key to adding punch and impact to drums.
It's all about the attack time.
So we can use a compressor, but if we haven't set it up with a slow attack time then we're
actually going to end up doing the opposite of what we want in this case.
If we're trying to add punch and impact to drums, a fast attack time is going to take
that away.
So here's the big takeaway from this video.
If you want to add punch to drums, make sure that you're using a slow attack time.
On the other hand, there are times when you want to remove punch from drums.
Maybe the drums sound too punchy.
And in this case, you actually want to use a fast attack time.
So you can use the compressor to turn down that punch to make the drums sound like they
hit a little bit softer.
So attack time is the key here.
If you're trying to add punch to drums, then you want to make sure that you get that
parameter right.

Why I Quit My 9-5 Job To Build An Online Business - Amazon FBA Success (COURSE GIVEAWAY!) - Duration: 18:36.
Hi everyone.
Welcome back to my channel today.
I'm Tamara.
My name is Palmer.
And I am the founder of Amazon FBA Winners.
We're here with you today because we want to provide you with an update about what's
going on with my Amazon FBA journey.
How I was able to successfully grow my business online so I no longer have to return to my
9 to 5 job.
I'm also giving you guys a HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT.
I'm officially releasing my Amazon FBA Winners Course.
Be sure to watch until the very end because I'm an announcing a BIG GIVEAWAY for this
course, you don't want to miss it!
In this YouTube video today, it will be very much interview-style.
Palmer's going to ask me a set of questions about our online business and how I was able
to make passive income online so I no longer have to return to my 9 to 5 job.
Now for the most of you, I'm sure that's what you want and I really want to go over a lot
of things that has happened throughout the last year - how I was able to make it and
what Palmer does to help me in this business you guys.
It's impossible if you are planning to run a business by yourself.
So Palmer, why don't you tell them a bit about what you do to help us grow this online business
together.
So thanks Tamara, so like she said, I do a little bit of help with the Amazon FBA business
as well.
I mainly handle everything in the backend really.
It's all about handling the SEO, managing a little bit of the YouTube channel, doing
a lot of the editing of the videos, I do everything I can to help her grow her business.
So this is what I am here to do and as a support for my partner.
So I want to ask her a few questions so you guys can get a better idea of what it is that
she's done so far with her journey.
Basically, let's start off with "where are you at with your FBA business right now?"
Yeah, so starting out a year ago you guys, if you've been following me, that's been great,
I've mentioned a lot of times that when I first started out my Amazon FBA journey, I
didn't know what the heck I was doing.
And I really, really wished that there were more trust worthy mentors out there that was
able to guide me from A to Z.
Because basically what happened to me last year, the end of last year, was I spent a
lot of time researching, like hours and hours everyday.
I didn't know what the heck I was doing and I ended up losing $3000 to $4000 on my very
first product, ordering 200 units not knowing what I was doing.
So the main reason why I started my YouTube channel, and Palmer pushed me to do this and
I am so glad that we actually did, I was able to help so many people who are struggling
with Amazon FBA who did not have proper mentors for themselves to follow, did not have the
guidance, following the wrong mentors, we're not going to mention names in this video.
But there's a lot of, you know, wrong people that you follow out there on YouTube and it
can really make a negative impact for your Amazon business you know.
I see all around Facebook groups, people are complaining about losing money, they're liquidating
their product.
But you know what?
There's so many ways that you can actually make this business work for you.
So I really want to, you know, go over a lot of things and how this was able to work for
myself.
And learning everything from testing and just learning a lot of strategies, talking to big
6, 7 figure sellers, I knew that I had to get a piece of the pie.
And actually a lot of people that have found me on YouTube noticed that I was female.
I think I am the first female woman that was really able to make this work for themselves.
So ladies, if you are watching this, I would love to talk to you about Amazon FBA.
So Tamara, tell me a little bit more about how you feel about helping other people achieve
their own lifetime goals with creating passive income for their own lives?
Yeah so, to be honest, this is... when I first starting out like 6 months ago, it felt like
a full time job.
I am not going to lie.
I mean, you see a lot of glamour out there on YouTube where it's like, you know, you
could be driving this kind of car in like 2 months and you can be making a $100,000
in a few months... that's absolutely not true you guys.
This is a real business and Palmer's actually helping me a lot with the backend stuff.
So my YouTube channel, for example, he does a lot of the SEO, he does a lot of the video
editing, he helps grow my following on social media, and without his help.
All organic.
Yeah, it's all organic.
We don't buy subs, we don't buy anything because I really wanted to grow everything organically
to really show you guys that, yes it does work.
We are not going to mention any names of any mentors who do buy things like that but this
is all about being organic and really being able to make your online business work for
you.
So a lot of what he does, he has taken a lot of time off for me so I can really focus on
selling my physical products.
You guys, when you have your first, second, maybe even third product up on Amazon, you
realize that it's like having a new baby in your life, right?
Everyday you have to maintain it.
At least for the first, I would say, three months you know.
You have to pick your product after it's sourced.
It gets sent to the warehouse.
And then you have to pick out keywords, learn how to run PPC, launch your product properly,
wait until that takes off and then, that's the only time that you can sit back and relax.
There's a lot of posts in my Facebook group if you have not seen where I really talk about
how to do this properly, having a launch strategy, knowing what you're doing step by step.
And I've had two test products the last year where I actually bought...
I purposely bought these products because I want to really test out a few strategies
and that's when I found out something that really worked for me.
And that's why I created the Amazon FBA Winners Course.
I know a lot of you guys have had one on one mentoring with me.
And you guys, thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to help you because I could
guarantee, these calls that I have with my students, I desperately want to help them
and they have gotten results.
So I decided to create a course because, let's face it, a lot of us have different learning
capabilities, right?
A lot of us adapt to things differently so, for myself, I am very hands on.
If you give me a book to read and learn, I'll never understand it.
I can read all about Amazon for hours and hours, but I will not understand it until
I'm hands on.
And that's when I started doing the coaching calls.
I've been reading a lot in Facebook groups that people are having problems with this
and that.
And you know, I want to help you pick at this problem and get it right.
So without Palmer's help, I would not be able to do these calls with you guys.
Palmer, why don't you tell the audience a little bit about what you do and how we operate
the business as a couple because I am sure a lot of people are wondering, oh do you guys
only sell on Amazon?
Like what else do you guys do?
Thanks Tamara, so basically what we do on the side besides Amazon FBA is the fact is,
we actually own about 4 pieces of property together as a couple.
They are scattered all over Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam.
Other than that, on the side, I actually have my own part time contracting job.
It's great for benefits, that's why I am keeping it and I also have a great passion towards
what I do.
But either way, what this interview is about is all about Tamara.
So Tamara, can you tell us a little bit about what your life has been since you started
Amazon FBA?
Yeah, so I am sure you guys have been following, I am sure you've heard multiple times that
I absolutely hated the corporate world.
I had a 9 to 5 job, a desk job at many accounting companies, engineering companies, and I was
basically "the office b*tch".
That was a term I always referred to myself as because I was constantly getting bossed
around.
And I knew at a very, very young age that I wanted to work for myself.
I think I knew this around 13 years old, to be honest.
But you know, coming from a Chinese background - we're both Chinese.
From Asian families, our parents really taught us and molded us to become like a lawyer,
a doctor, or get a degree, go to school for 10 years, be in debt for another 5 years,
and then finally pick up and make something out of yourself.
But I am here to tell you guys that, that's not really how business is nowadays.
A lot of people are putting their business up online, they're making money passively,
selling physical products.
E-commerce is really, really new.
It's still very new.
If you think that e-commerce or Amazon or eBay, whatever it is, dropshipping, is too
saturated, it's not.
Okay, people are going in business and also getting out of business every single day.
So, for me, to really make this work for myself, I was very desperate.
And I've watched a lot of inspirational mentor videos.
One of my favourites is Tony Robbins.
And he's always told people, you have to be hungry and you have to be desperate.
And that's exactly where I was the last 10 years.
Every time I got laid off or fired - I think I got laid off and fired about 5 times throughout
my last 10 years.
I was always chasing the next 9 to 5 job.
I thought that was it.
But when I started...
I met someone two years ago and they were doing Amazon FBA, I thought it was a total
joke.
I was like "you really make money online, you can make your own schedule?"
Yeah right, whatever.
So I started testing the business model myself, like I mentioned.
From everything, literally, from A to Z, how to launch my product, how to find the right
products, how to not really follow your passions and what you'd like to sell on Amazon because
I am going to be completely honest, I love make up and I love purses.
But if I sell those products on Amazon, it's not going to work because they are so saturated.
So what I teach a lot of my students, a lot of my members, is how to do proper product
research - how to look at numbers before you pay your supplier, how much do you have in
the bank that you are willing to put upfront and invest because if none of those check
out, you should not be doing Amazon.
You know, I'll never sell anything to you guys that doesn't work.
I'll never sell to you guys that you cannot afford and that's mainly what my channel is
about.
So I think that the majority of your viewers right now want to know is what is the real
reason behind starting this whole course together?
So the main reason for this course is I honestly, I am going to be completely honest, I was
so sick and tired of people getting lied to, you know; through the wrong people.
I was tricked myself, I got tricked into this myself when I first started Amazon FBA, not
going to mention any names, like I mentioned.
But I really did not appreciate people giving false hope out there, you know, people giving
fake information.
You only need $500 to start - no you don't.
I'm sorry, no, that is incorrect.
This is a real business, I want you to treat it like a real business.
This course that I have for you guys will work for you IF you put in the time, you do
your homework, you are desperate to make a change in your life, you are committed, and
you know that this will be your baby for the next, at least 6 months.
Because in order to make profits on Amazon, or to make money online, in any type of business
that you are starting, you need to invest money.
You need to invest money to make money.
That's just how business is, right?
It's not like a 9 to 5 pay check where you get paid every 2 weeks.
When you have steadily built that base and you are making a steady income.
Such as myself, I was making a little over $50,000 a year when I had my desk job.
I've replaced that with Amazon FBA.
And being Canadian - we're Canadian, it has its benefits because we actually get paid
a lot more due to the exchange rate so that's a little bonus for us.
But you know, I always tell new sellers, and if you are watching this, do not compare your
business to somebody else.
That's a lot that I stress on my channel.
If you start comparing numbers, I'm sure you guys know of big sellers out there... if you're
starting to compare businesses, compare yourself, compare numbers, you're never going to make
it because you're just going to feel like sh*t everyday.
So what I always teach my members is... members are, my theme of my course is always to make
an income, to enjoy your life, whether or not you have a 9 to 5 job, and if you are
making your first few thousand dollars on Amazon a month, which is totally doable, you
are already winning.
If you can replace your bi weekly pay check with the money you make on Amazon, you're
already winning.
You are already way ahead of people.
You can actually sit back and start doing a lot of things that you enjoy.
So think with myself and Palmer, when Palmer's not working, we're working on the business
but you know, we don't have alarm clocks, right?
Nope.
He goes to the gym, I go to the gym in the morning.
We both do what we love in the morning and then I'll start answering to a lot of questions
that you guys have, my Facebook group, my YouTube channel, everything.
I answer to you guys every single day.
So a bit about the course, let's talk a little bit about my course though.
Before I started this course, I got a lot of people asking me, "why don't you have a
course?"
And I am "what?"
Yeah, why don't you tell them about a lot of people that have been messaging you about
why we don't have a course?
Why didn't we have a course?
Well, basically when we first started, we actually had no intention about selling a
course to begin with but as things progressed and how things fell together into place, there
was no other avenue for us to take besides helping others.
And we found that the best way to do it was to actually create a more thorough, in depth
tutorial and hands on experience for people to figure out how to sell and how to succeed
on Amazon FBA as well.
Another thing that I wanted to add to that was we did a lot of research, okay?
A lot of members that I have coached one on one, my coaching calls - they always ask me,
"why don't you have a course?"
And to be honest, we weren't ready for it.
We weren't ready for it, not because we didn't have the skills but because we wanted to know
what other members were picking at.
What people were complaining about in other groups, why their mentors were not responding,
what can mentors do in order to improve the response level.
So I studied every single one of those, every single course that I came across, I really
thought about, "what are these members complaining about?"
So I, when I had my own course, I can fix all of those problems for you guys.
So I am sure you guys who do sell on Amazon, I'm sure you guys read a lot of one star,
two star reviews from your competitors.
That's exactly what I did with this course.
I picked out every single bad thing that people had been saying in other Facebook groups about
other courses and really made this course from scratch, setting out rules in my private
course group on how to help members.
So what have I done?
Basically, for the private course group, for Amazon FBA Winners Course, there are rules
you have to follow.
Number one rule: always search in the search bar for any questions other members are asking.
If other members are asking the question that you were going to ask, you just saved so much
time instead of repeating.
Imagine having ten students repeating the same question every hour, instead you can
just search, right?
We really have to get into the habit of Googling things, searching things online, that's real
entrepreneurship.
That's a lot of what I do.
I search things on my own before asking someone else.
So that's one of the rules.
Second rule is that if you think your question, related to the course, benefits everybody
else, you have to post your question in the course group.
Okay because I get a lot of direct messages everyday and I do respond to everybody within
24 hours.
I always, always do, unless you're asking me something totally not related to Amazon,
I may put you in the back burner.
But one of the second rule of my course is if you think the group can really benefit
from your question, you need to post it in the course group, not ask me directly.
Because then we are just wasting time when your question can benefit 20 other members,
just imagine that.
In my public group with Amazon FBA Winners, I always reply to people, "hey, do you mind
posting this question in the group because I really think that all the viewers can benefit
from that?"
So those are the two main things.
I see a lot of people saying, "my mentor doesn't reply", "my mentor just sells me a course
and disappears".
So this is how... this is the two main ways how we can fix that problem.
Another thing we have started working on was really think about how we can help you guys
save money.
A lot of courses, you know, they're blasted with a lot of different affiliate links.
They always try to sell you something but with my course, I teach you how to save money.
I teach you how to do your own trademark.
I teach you how to keep track of your own expenses, for sole proprietorship and for
corporations.
You can really do this yourself.
You don't have to pay someone unless you are really busy when your business starts growing.
So for myself, I do all the book keeping for the course, I mean sorry, for Amazon as a
whole and for the business as a whole, I do my own bookkeeping.
You can do that too when you're starting out, you don't need to pay thousands and thousands
of dollars for that.
Another thing that I want to mention to you guys, if you had ever had one on one coaching
with me, you immediately get 25% off my course.
I know you guys are hustlers.
I know you guys want freedom.
I know you guys want to make more money.
So just send me a DM on Facebook, and I'll give you a coupon to get 25% off.
So everything that Tamara said was perfectly right, we have spent the last few months putting
together the best course that we can for you guys so we found all the complaints that other
students have had from other courses.
Most of it came to the fact that the mentor was never there or the information was irrelevant
so that is what we're going to make sure is not going to be found in our course.
Exactly, and you can, I can guarantee you that I will always provide the best, up to
date information.
I am not just going to let the course burn for a whole month.
Anyway, I want to announce my big giveaway.
I am giving away FIVE courses to you guys.
I want to give back to you guys because you guys have been my biggest supporters and I
will not be here without you guys.

How to be an immigrant British people like I The Mash Report - BBC - Duration: 3:25.
As an immigrant in Britain, sometimes it's not enough to really contribute to the economy or prop up the NHS
It's also your job to make British people feel more comfortable with your existence
So here's my handy guide to being the kind of immigrant British people don't mind so much
First of all, and I cannot recommend this highly enough be white
Try to sound like this guy
Good day.
Ahir hasn't chosen to be white, but he has gone and got himself a lovely little aristocratic accent
See how he found like Nish but better!
Now as Catherine pointed out, I did forget to choose to be white which can be tricky
Catherine has loads of tiny brown bits on her but they're known as freckles and are associated with being cute
Whereas I have one massive brown bit on me and that's known as skin and is associated with being See It Say It Sorted.
It is best not to be associated with a group that's into terrorism in popular consciousness.
Though, remember, times do change!
Next, English has to be your only language. British people are suspicious of anyone who knows more than one language
Anyway why have you got a secret code that only you and your friends can understand?
It's actually kind of childish if you think about it.
Next up, in Britain it's very important that you never be seen publicly sober. Am I right felicity?
You're right there, mate
They practically forget us Aussies are even immigrants because we're white, we can only speak English.
And we fucking love a drink
Nothing says 'useful contribution to society' like ordering breakfast beers on a Tuesday.
Cheers
Why are Australians mainly white?
It's best to stick to Christianity or one that's so confusing as to appear benign
For example, my family a Hindu a belief system with a long and complex history
Which in Britain is mainly used to market things to vegans
Looks like even solving British racism is being outsourced to India. How am I right guys?
I'm from East London
Yeah, but where are you originally from?
West London
Jagerbomb?
So remember be white only speak English drink alcohol and
Try not to be Muslim
If you followed each of these points correctly, then congratulations, you're being the kind of immigrant British people don't mind so much
Even you were here. I am British
That's the spirit.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES//WHEN CAN I EXPECT RESULTS? - Duration: 5:19.
Help! I'm not seeing results, what should I do? Hi my name is Gretchen ,your virtual
Pilates instructor, as well as founder of Balance to the Core. It's my mission to
make Pilates part of your everyday living. I don't necessarily mean just
doing a daily Pilates workout ,but rather taking the Pilates principles into your everyday
living so that you feel fantastic and your movement becomes much more
efficient and effective and you feel a lot younger. How about that? So if you
want to be part of this community please hit the subscribe button as well as the
bell next to it to be notified whenever I have a new video because I'm here
every week and I would love to have you. So a question that I often get asked is
how often should I do Pilates? This is kind of a a question that has no
real "one answer" to it because our bodies are completely different and they're
completely different from each other they're completely different every day.
So to answer that question is kind of tough but I'll sort of back it up with
the values that we have at Balance to the Core and the number one
mission is to "listen to your body". Your body is the smartest most intelligent
part in the whole equation. It's going to tell you what it needs and if you really
stop and listen to it and give it what it needs you're gonna get the results
that you're looking for. Pilates these days has so many different version.
It can be based on the instructor's interpretation; are you using
apparatus?; are you working with an instructor?; are you watching videos
online?; are you taking a mat class that has props?; is it an hour long?; is it a
half-hour long?; is it 15 minutes? There are so many different factors to the
equation. since we're watching YouTube right now let's talk in
the sense of what you can do on your mat. You can have the Pilates that Joseph
Pilates himself intended which was his Contrology system which is rigorous, it has you sweating it has
flowing, it gets that heart rate up. It's meant for healthy bodies to help
them change bad postural habits realigning the body balancing the body
getting into the core muscles and then today we see a lot of the Pilates that's
more on a rehab level where if you're coming back from injury or you're you're
starting to just work out again. And third, there's this sort of halfway fusion
esque Pilates where you're gonna see sort of a combination of the two. I like
all of it because all of it is healthy on the body just getting us moving in an
intentional way in a healthy way in a way that connects our mind and body
that's what's most important. back to the question of "how often should we do
it?", well it depends on you know what your goals are? So in those three areas of
Pilates workouts from rigorous to the rehab well there's different purposes so
let's say you're a healthy body and you want to see results you're trying to
change the shape of your body so you want to do more of this traditional
sense moving flowing rigorous movement about three four times a week because
consistency is key. Consistency is what's going to give you
the results. Joseph Pilates himself said in ten sessions you're gonna feel
results in twenty sessions you're gonna see results in thirty sessions you're
gonna have a whole new body so if you're doing it three four times a week. ]Within
six weeks you are going to see major changes in your body if you're
consistent with it and if you're working deeply and with intention after a
session of Pilates you're not going to be so depleted and exhausted where
you're gonna be worn out you're gonna feel the exact opposite you're gonna
feel energized you're gonna feel amazing because what place does is it teaches
your body how to use its muscles correctly how to work them together how
to initiate movement correctly how to align the body so you're working your
body in a whole uniform system so that it trickles into your everyday
functioning movement your walking becomes effortless your daily movement
becomes effortless you pick pull lift push all of those things become second
nature because you working them from the deep core places
so it's really about how connected are you to the work how much are you
thinking about it and really intentionally working with the Pilates
principles if you're interested in learning more about Pilates I do have
two weeks free in my pilates members site and the link is below if you want
to check it out also if you want to be part of my weekly
email list where I give you Pilates tips tools all that fun stuff a little bit of
inspiration cuz you know I love doing that come sign up I would love to have
you part of the community. Thanks so much for watching. Please like this video if
you liked it; comment if there's something else you would like to see
because I want to make these videos for you. and I love being here so I will see
you again next week. Have a wonderful week and take care. Bye.
