Finally colour the brain.

hi everyone Attan here and in today's video I'm going to show you how to make
a youtube and screen fast in Camtasia but first make sure to subscribe to my
youtube channel where I upload audio and video production related videos on a
consistent basis and hits a notification bell to be notified every time there is
in your video uploaded okay so every time you upload a new video on YouTube
you're allowed to have the last 20 seconds an end screen and you can have
you can promote actually one to three videos you can do a combination of one
video and two channels and so on so it is a perfect opportunity and you
want to have it customized to look more professional there in place so let's get
started first off let me show you here at the end screen of this one where I
came up with the idea now I could have adjusted this a little bit better first
you want to tell what kind of elements you want to add here I wanted to have
for this one two YouTube channels I wanted to have a easy way web marketing
and my IM tips which also is my channel so I want to promote that I want them to
subscribe to both these channels and also watch a similar video here so you
can see you can use actually templates there is another a lot of combinations
here so you can just load this and what you're going to do next thing is take a
screenshot so you want to have a screenshot of this one so you can use it
as a template in Camtasia and then we are firing up Camtasia so I've already
taken the the screenshot here and I'm going to just fix the opacity here so I
can see in the background what I'm going to do so we're going to start with
the backgrounds and we want to have a shape in place they're just a white
shape they're everything in place I'm just going to place it below under here
so I can see that everything works fine and the next thing we want to do is add
those arrows that I added here so we're going to arrows we have the double arrow
here so you can just open whatever do here actually something like this
make sure you have the arrow selected before you start moving it around let us
make something like this a little bit thicker
and something like this let's assume that these are centered I would actually
make sure there is some space in there to be sure okay
it looks better than what I created earlier here so I think it is centered
actually yeah yep okay the next thing that I would do is
add the text and you can do it the same way here we're going for the text and
let's pick this one for example so we want to type subscribe to those channels
have everything selected and we want to make sure it is the same color let's say
we want to have bold or something like that you can check that you have the
same color of course right here you go up to the next the arrows that we did so
we make sure that these are the same colors here and the last one is the
arrow here but first let's have a look
okay what I will do actually I would go with the arrows first so and then we
have the SUBSCRIBE okay so the arrows show up first and then comes the the
text and third one would be watch the video also so let's take that arrow this
one we need to have a smaller text
select watch this video also okay we want to make the arrow a little bit
smaller and you can see I'm getting help with the lines here so this should
definitely look much better and you want to have everything inside here those
lines okay these blue lines to be sure that it will show up what I would do
here I would add the behavior for the arrow I added I think it was a brief
thing so it should look something like this

there okay so you see that effect now what I need to do is I need to make sure
that this one is 20 seconds you can add a marker but what I did is I actually
started at 11 seconds and I'm ending at 1120 so everything should be in here
let's see with the music I just took the end here and what I did is I added and
fading points so it sounds smoother okay I need to move it in a little bit
there's no need to have this in place so it starts at 11 and
okay so you can add a fade-out actually if it's needed but we don't need it here
so now we know that this is 20 seconds and all you have to do is select all the
components we have in here and you just go ahead and drag them out actually what
I would do I would select this one because since I added a behavior it
looks a pretty cool effect and the next thing we want to go here here this is a
template we're not going to have that in place but this is a white background now
you can actually instead of a shape have a video I came up with it earlier here
and what you're going to do is we're going to remove the shape and we're
going to add a video so I came up with inserting this ship here and so on I
think you get the point so if I just mute this
okay pretty cool now but we need to fix a few things here and the first thing
that I would do I would actually don't have so much opacity but I think that
we're going to add some color adjustment here and so you can get some cool
effects if you want to hear really awesome without adding anything I
usually like to start with zero and play around a little bit and that's what
we're going to do here so brightness I think we want to have it a little bit
brighter contrast so it's something like here so it looks a bit diffusing effects
or something like that and the saturation I don't think I will play it
with it so much there's something like that so if we add I'm sorry if I unmute
this and play a bit with the opacity here you can see how it will look at the
end there
really nice huh and now there is one final thing of course you can play
around and have much more effects in place you can have more behaviors in the
arrows in the text but I'm satisfied with this one you can see here I just
wanted the last arrow to come in here those two will be good but you can
definitely play around there are no limits all you have to do is experiment
what you like and we have passed the twenty seconds and I will actually do
something like this here so when it ends it just goes like that
and then we have the 20 seconds 20 seconds
and 20 seconds now the final thing that we need to do is we want to select let's
mute this one we want to select everything we have in place here okay
the audio and shape and the call-outs the arrows and everything and what you
do is you can add this to library which means you will have it in one channel
and of course you can just drag and drop it straight into your timeline later on
so you can actually group this an area to library but I go straight with adding
this to library and you see it has created here so in screen name it
whatever easy way web marketing - and there you have it and drag it here there
you have it I don't need anything else because everything is grouped here
eisah so if I need to edit anything you can just open that little plus sign and
you can go inside here you see everything is in a group so if I need to
edit anything at all you can do it works just fine okay there

How to Make Drop Down List + List Box Using Form Controls in Excel - Tutorial - Duration: 5:50.
Hi. In this Excel tutorial, we're going to go over a couple of ways to make lists in Excel where users can select items from. We'll first create a
dropdown list and then we'll do a List Box. We'll do this using Form Controls. We'll then use the item chosen to calculate a discount.
And, if you you want to also learn how to create dropdown lists using the Data Validation options, please take a moment to watch our
tutorial on that. But, first, what are Form Controls? So, Form Controls in Excel are objects that make it easier for users to select
data. So, in order to access the Form Controls, you'll need the Developer tab. If you don't have it, simply right-click on your Ribbon -
up here, the gray area at the top, and select Customize Ribbon.
From here, it's probably easier to select All Commands, look for Developer on the left-hand side,
select the Add button to move it to the right-hand side, and then click OK when you're done.
So, from the Developer tab, in the Control section, click on Insert. And for our first example, we're
going to use the Combo Box to create a drop down list.
So, after you click on Combo Box, your cursor will change to resemble a plus sign. Drag that to form a rectangle with the longer side
horizontal - and, if you drag while holding down the Alt key, your box will automatically snap into the cell. When your box is selected, you'll
see these little circles around it, letting you know that it is selected. If you accidentally unselect the box, you can just right-click on it
to select it again. So, next, you'll want to right-click on it and select Format Control.
In the Control tab that comes up, we'll need to enter a few items. So, the Input Range will be the range of cells from which users can select
from. In this case, it'll be our Discount Percents here. Select that...
So, let's move this box over for a minute. So, the next field we need to fill out is the Cell Link. So, when a user selects one of the items on
the list, Excel will return the number of the position of that item in the list. For example, 15% is the third item listed, so Excel will
return the number 3. The Cell Link will be the cell in which you want for Excel to display this number. In this case, I've already designated a
cell for this. So, I'm going to select that cell. Also, just FYI, the Input Range and Cell Link can be in a different sheet. I just have it in this
one to make it easier to see. So, the Drop Down Lines will be the number of lines in your drop down menu. For this example, I'm going
to enter 6 because that's the number of options that I have to select from. However, if you enter
a number less than the number of items available,
not all items will display for selection. So, you'll want to be careful of that. And, if you enter a number that's larger than the number of
items available that's not really a big deal, it'll just adjust. So, then, when done, click OK.
So, this creates a drop down box. But we still need to translate the numerical result that we got from it into something more user-friendly.
So, we'll use the INDEX function for that. Now, the INDEX function uses the position number of an
item in a list and returns the contents in that location.
So, it'll help us get to the item chosen from our dropdown. So, we'll type it here, next to Discount %, where we can then use it to
calculate the amount due after the discount. So, we'll type =INDEX and then select
our list, comma, and then we'll need to reference the result from our dropdown.
In our second example, we'll create a List Box where an item can be chosen from. And, by the way, if you find this tutorial helpful, don't forget

except that there's no dropdown, and the List Box does not automatically resize,
so you'd need to resize it to fit your selections and your sheet settings.
So, back in the Developer tab, in the Control Section, click Insert. This time, select the List Box from the Form Controls.
And when you see your cursor look like a plus sign again, simply draw out and rectangle, but this time we'll be going where the longer side is
vertical. And, with it selected, right-click and select Format Control. So, the Input Range will again be the Discount Amount, but this time
we're going to select the Named Range I've assigned to it - and you can use Named Ranges in the drop down options also, but I
just wanted to show you both ways of selecting your Input Range - and for the Cell Link, we'll select the cell that I've already
designated for this, and, in this example, we're only going to select a Single Option, and click OK.
I'm going to make my box a little bit smaller
and again use the INDEX function
to get to my result, but this time I'm going to use my Named Range in my INDEX formula.
and this way, like with the dropdown box, when someone selects a certain percent, you'll see the Total Due discounted to reflect that

Super Easy Tape Organizer - How To Make One - Duration: 4:01.
Welcome back to Make Build Modify. I'm Justin and today I need a way to
organize my tape. This is a tape organizer that is probably one of the
easiest and most efficient designs I've ever seen. I've seen a few out there like
this but nothing that uses as a little wood and effort as this one does. This is
1" by 5" or 3/4" by 4 1/2" and I just cut two 30" pieces. Now I'm just
nailing them together. I'm not using glue or screws or anything. It's just for tape
it's plenty strong. Now in order to get the ends I'm just going to line up the
lapped pieces with a 45° until I have one corner at the end and the other one that
matches the 45°. I'm going to draw a line where I need to cut it and there's also a
little nose that needs to get cut off right here. All the parts including these
ends are cut from the same stock.
Just line it up and use the first one for a stencil.
Same thing with the end here just line it up and mark it again. That way you
don't have to think about it.
I'm using a 1 1/2" 18-gauge pin nails.
I'm marking for my countersinks. I'm just going four inches in on each end.
I have plywood on my wall so it doesn't really matter where I run screws. If you
end up countersinking your fasteners in your trough just make sure you pay
attention to where your studs are or whatever fasteners you're going to use
for the wall. Whether it's molly's or anchors. As you can see I made a few of
these tape organizers. On this second large shelf
I used a roll of duct tape to determine whether or not I could actually get the
tape out once it is installed. That's probably the biggest rolled I'm going to
have. These racks can be installed on a sheet of plywood and you could use that
anywhere in the shop and move it around. I hope this video was helpful to you
