I could hear it when people were throwing up and that's not really my
forte. What's up guys welcome back to my channel if you're new here my name is
Isaac Ewegbeje and my friends call me Izzy blast
you know. Well today I'm gonna talk to y'all about what to bring to college and
I have a list of a couple things right down here and then I'll be spending the
Masyaf letting y'all know what I think you don't say you know what I'm saying
hey hey hi first of all bring a family heater well I know for a fact that my
dorm feels really cold always like it was either really cold or really hot so
would've been great for me to have a fan or a heater or something ah it was like
real real real stress like like when it got cold it got really really cold
I don't know how am I like I guess my event was a little broken cuz I it would
blow out of my bed more than the wood my roommates been so beware don't know it
got really cold on my side like I was shivering at times so definitely bring a
fan or a heater if your dorm does allow you to bring a heater because I know
some dogs don't like to bring heaters second of all I would say bring a
printer I don't know how many times I use a printer my my last year I was very
lucky that my roommate actually brought a printer so I shared his printer and it
worked very well we only had to get ink like one time which is not too bad so
yeah I would really recommend for y'all bring a printer because I don't know how
many essays I had to type how many homework assignments I had to print out
and have ready for the lab and all that so definitely bring a printer next thing
I have is to bring extension cords and power strips those are so important
because you only have like one outlet like by the bed area and then when I
little way down there so we only have two outlets to each person so you really
need those extension cords so you could use like your phone wherever you are you
may be lying in the bed and want to use your phone so those extension cords and
the pasta chips are very important for that next I would say when the first aid
key or pain relievers and stuff because I know I would get a headache
every now and then and I would really really really need some ibuprofen or
something and came in clutch I'm telling you it came in clutch so many times so I
would definitely recommend that and those also just one time I cut myself I
don't know how I cut myself but I did so I have band-aids so you know I have some
band-aids alcohol wipes just wiped it up we were Gucci bring some showers
slippers bring some shower slippers I'll it I was in community communal bathrooms
I think that's what you call them community bathrooms yeah well we shared
it with the whole floor and at times the floor would be dirty there will be you
know bodily fluids in the back the showers it was disgusting and I'm
telling you definitely you want to bring some showers slippers because you don't
know I mean they they clean it fairly regularly but I still wouldn't just
trust that I would just be safe bring some showers Lipper's I saw some nasty
people that didn't have but y'all well and y'all really wild in
late that's way out in there but it definitely bring some showers to the
prison and next also on this and this is bring the shower caddy that's really
important so you can carry all the stuff that you need for the shower as I said I
live in communal showers so I I could carry all the stuff that I needed for my
shower and after my shower right there and then I had my change of clothes or
whatever I wanted to do there as well I was also lucky cuz um the bathroom was
like right next to my door which I guess is a good and bad thing because I could
hear it when people were throwing up and that's not really my forte and didn't
help me something better and I you know I'm saying but definitely definitely
bring the shower caddy that's very important as well oh and guys before I
forget um disinfecting Mike she all have to have some disinfecting wipes I know
the bathrooms are like really really dirty so cuz I like people were throwing
up in my bathroom so like I literally had to make sure the seats were clean
everything was clean before I even stepped in that bathroom because I'm not
having that no one wants to sit on the dirty seat don't forget to disinfecting
like very important pushpins definitely bring some pushpins
pushpins are important like when you want to hang up stuff because I know I
had to hang up a couple of things so it was very useful for me to have those
pushpins and whatnot so I could hang up my hats I had hats hang up some posters
and all that but just decorate the place to make it look a little nice next on
this list I have a water filter or reusable water bottles so I would
recommend not to bring a ton of reusable water bottles because it's gonna gonna
take up space and you're not gonna use all of them I promise you guys just
bring one or two that you know for a fact you're gonna use or and bring that
water filter so you get a go to your water or I had a like five gallon a big
bottle of water that I would go downstairs fill up at the light this
filtered water filter water fountain which was very useful for me but do
whatever you want to do to just make sure you getting your water and all that
and make sure you filter because you don't know how to why the taste you
don't know it's all up to you next on this list is to bring the lamp to light
when you're studying late at night you don't disturb your roommate too much
like putting the lights on like the whole place is bright they can't go to
sleep or whatever and then just build up the bag rapport with your roommate or
whatnot so I would just recommend actually bring your own lamp so late
night study sessions or you can go to the library today or do whatever you
want to do but a lamp is very very essential I would say next thing on my
list for sure is to bring tie pots not for eating
for your laundry bring tie pots because those come in clutch so many times like
they're so small just throw them in there you know you're good it's just
real simple you just throw them in there be good which also leads into my next
one which is get a laundry hamper a laundry hamper so you can put all your
clothes in so they're not all over the places one day like you have 30 folks
you have them in one location to keep the room kind of neat I would recommend
that for sure oh and guys on quick note all these parts will be listed below
they'll be in the Amazon like list for long as well that leads into my next
point y'all make sure to get Emma's on Prime I
don't know how many times I use that during the school year it's like a
lifesaver by the way this video was not sponsored by Amazon Prime I'll have
enough cop to me saying that ok but you know maybe one day y'all keep messing
with me you know I'm saying but yeah definitely get Amazon Prime it's a great
utility I use it a lot you'll probably use a lot there's good discounts on
books and whatnot so I would I would recommend that get an Amazon Prime
account alright guys so now I'm about to talk to you all about a couple of things
that I recommend to not bring or that you don't need so it's like two or three
points so it's not that but first of all don't bring a ton of
clothes you don't need all your coats and collars like frou-frou cuz honestly
when you get there you're probably only gonna be wearing like the same few
outfits you're not gonna where are your shoes so don't bring all your shoes
don't bring all your clothes it's just taking up extra space that you could be
using for something else you know space is limited so if you want to use the
space as efficiently as possible so I recommend just hold it down on the
clothes you don't need everything so just look for the things that you know
you need and those are things you should bring next don't break a ton of bottles
cups and mugs you're not gonna use all of them like I know for a fact that I
had a literally a drawer that was just full of bottles I was like I'm not using
them for anything like they were just slowly taking up space just sitting in
the drawer I never got them out because I only highlight I had this these two
bottles that I use regularly so like those all the ones we're just sitting
there it's decoration I've been having one up on a shelf just as a decoration
because you know you don't really need all of them
so I would really recommend don't bring all of those because you're not gonna
use them just taking up space so don't do it y'all don't next don't get a ton
of school supply I would recommend you wait till you get to school and you see
what you actually need so like don't get everything right away don't get
everything right now because he's probably gonna end up wasting money
you're probably not gonna use all those supplies you get they're just gonna take
up space so I recommend slow it down on that wait until you figure out what you
need and then you can get those because I mean those could be gotten lady you
don't have to get everything like right before you get there and books as well
with books I would recommend that you wait till the teacher tells you what to
get because like you may look online at your online resources
tell you this book but your teacher may tell you later on you don't need that
book or you may even find a free online copy or someone that you meet may have
the book and they may be able to give it to you for free so I would just hold off
on that for sure because books are expensive College is expensive
y'all save you money as best as you can that's why I will tell y'all I hope

Bongani: oh yes
Miles: oh it's says "Chairman"
Miles: oh gosh are you the new chairman of stuffed productions?
Bongani: Yes I am yes yes. I'm the new chairman and Growler's out I'm afraid.
Miles: Oh. Oh dear. Oh no. Poor Mr Growler
Bongani: Sorry. He's not lost his job. He's just been demoted
Miles: Oh right so you're not interimming then sir?
Bongani: No this is a very permanent position.
Miles: oh oh well that's a shame. Are you sure you're not interimming?
[Bongani hesitates]
Bongani: No I'm definitely not interimming.
Miles: Oh oh. Because surely if you're just um you're just stepping in...
Miles: for the moment then there you're definitely interrimming sir
Bongani: I'm not interrimming and this is a permanent position.
Miles: Oh. Well that is a shame sir I do like people who are interimming.
Miles: They're always er... Not better than the permanent staff sir. They're always a bit more fun
Bongani: Oh right. Well I'm fun.
Miles: Oh are you? So do you think you might be interimming?
Bongani: Well I guess I can be if you want me to.
Miles: Oh right. Sometimes I'm interrimming as well sir Bongani: Oh really.
Miles: Yes absolutely. Maybe we can be interimming together.
Miles: Anyway so er
Bongani: Oh I expect you to call me Mr Chairman by the way now
Miles: Oh yes sir mr. interrimming chairman sir
Bongani: No just mr. chairman.
Miles: oh okay. Mr. Chairman sir. yes oh yes yes
Bongani: Yes, Mr Chairman.
yes well this is a fax I think that I must bow to you oh yes sir everyone
should bow to you sir yes it after they need to show how great you are
mr. it does make you look very important yes you look very important indeed sir
yes yes well anyway I can do for you mr. mr. chairman I don't guess it's my horse
later oh yes sir no sir you can polish this time as well oh I'd love to polish
that sign sir just that would be fun and your horns as well
so yeah of course I remember the last time we did that with mr. judy answer
wasn't that yeah I like it with just the two of us Oh sneak away for mr. Julien
that's their room I mean he will be a little bit
disappointed that yeah he's not invited
okay then well um okay well I'll make sure to pop back later and polish this
night in the haunts okay good to see you and I'm glad you're in - yes Sharon you
use Chairman Kevin Ford to be chairman
you know chairman now sue gets put on it but well you see he's been promoted to
runner you use that mean well even making a series of poor decisions you
say you give me opposed it'd be me as well you you make easy to go very down
market I mean you're doing Star Wars every day what low-rent class you you
I'm glad he's gone yeah yes you know speaking away so are you gonna be doing
a bit more classical now we're now you're in charge where we see basically
I can't do but um he's busier please the wheel shall we say in peace we use um
yeah so if you basically have nice care package yeah I can do what you want
really a way a way see you you racist Yuki
I catch your drift with you you okay to do but how big does the carry bag is
need to be I would say and leave sitting back you gym bag okay geez okay okay one
of those days and gives you ABS keys for your for your very good hospitality yes
yes oh yes very great okay we'll talk oh good Yuki you okay mr. chairman oh yes
that's great he call you mr. chairman yes yes yes Yukio get going oh wait wait
oh yes oh yes oh yes yes sorry
where are you chairman of oh I the new chairman oh stop productions chairman I
don't have a chairman don't we every titles as oh ah I'm just in charge well
you see amazing baby flexible decisions lately especially regards to me um so
basically I think about myself to review chairman an I'm in charge here
not anyone else so but this is not retractable afraid so I'm afraid I've
got to take this from you right now I
are we baked a chairman and he father than you don't you worry I'm a very good
chairman alright if you really insist you can be
the chiming oh yes that'd be great yes yes yes he does that'd be great yes
please do bear in mind and being the chairman Dutch has its own tasks and
responsibilities so to say yes I understand yes I've seen all very
important and also ver what make all the major decisions around here yes you do
but the Chairman role goes much more beyond that you see because I'm well now
quite small you see so I I don't have a lot for people I can
delegate tasks to so basically I got quite a lot of my list at the moment oh
shit yeah yeah okay well I'll just tell you what needs to be done so firstly we
need to get some props in front of the Star Wars scenes yes I'm sure I can do
that yes I'm trying have no idea what to get yeah I said okay but also we need to
make sure that all the teas and coffees are ordered and all the teabags and yes
all we keep all the castle crew happy John sacked oh okay we can do that
source or yeah yes and also we need to renew insurance because I'm our
insurance policies running out soon and ideally we need to try and get it for
cheap as possible so because we got tight margins easy yes that's just the
tip of the tosser attended any urgent ones I mean we've all do marketing goals
do social media ads we've also got to publish all the B's and YouTube there's
loads of ongoing tasks or duty counts it being a champion it's got a lot of tasks
you see I must admit I was mostly a bit more surplus at a FIFA mean I thought
did I tell people doing those things for me easy I mean my balls him it seemed
way to do more for me you see well you know it's not quite like them afraid I
mean I'm its we're we're very small and I'm very busy so I'm but you'll be great
yeah you'll be far better than I am yes yes I mean you're so talented
oh yes yes yes I have many times - Thank You Graham but on second thought I think
I've decided my my immense talent is better used elsewhere oh no I know I
think you'll be a great chairman no no I think you should be the chairman and
then you can you can do all the chairman duties and you don't have to worry about
being at your mo oh I don't know me rats as well you see
no no no I think you me best of the Chairman gosh guys
okay all right so you're doing the Chairman is agree yes okay no I'm not
okay okay all right bye oh god no in the Chevy oh dear
hello oh I'll just not do anything but take over no it's okay

What Egg Yolk Color Can Reveal About The Chicken It Came From - Duration: 2:12.
What Egg Yolk Color Can Reveal About The Chicken It Came From
Sometimes, there's no telling what you will find when you crack open an egg.
It's everyone's general hope that nothing unusual will come out of it, but one thing
that's often ignored when inspecting the contents of that freshly cracked egg is the color of
the yolk.
Sure, it's supposed to be yellowish, but are we paying enough attention to just how yellow
our egg yolks are?
Findings indicate this detail may reveal more than you think.
As the video below demonstrates, the color of an egg's yolk will often vary based on
where it came from.
This is not a coincidence: An egg yolk's color is a direct consequence of the nutrients that
the hen was fed, and as such, will dictate just what it is you are consuming too.
The Broad Ripple Farmers Market clarifies things a little: the darker your yolk is,
the more nutrients it contains.
This is generally due to the healthier, more varied diet that free-range hens are offered,
containing not only corn and grain but also the occasional bug and vegetable.
Most eggs that are found in supermarkets come from factory farms, which tend to only feed
their hens grain, heavily limiting their diet – and ours in turn.
While not exactly harmful per se, these lighter yellow yolks are much less effective at delivering
the nutrients you are expecting to ingest.
An SFGate story goes a step further in explaining what you can find in free-range eggs compared
to factory farm products.
The varied diets contain much more vitamin A, which is excellent for bone and eye strength;
vitamin E, which promotes circulation and prevents oxidation; and omega-3 fatty acids,
which can lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
Better yet, free-range eggs also contain a lot less saturated fat and cholesterol than
factory farm eggs, according to SFGate, making them better in every way — except perhaps
price.
A worthy expense, would not you say?
Share this with your friends to let them know about the benefits of darker, straight-from-the-farm
eggs!

Did you see what Mesut Ozil did before Arsenal's pre-season friendly with PSG? WATCH - Duration: 2:07.
The Gunners are currently on their pre-season tour in Singapore as Unai Emery's side continue their preparations for the start of the new Premier League campaign
And after being beaten on penalties by Atletico Madrid in the opening game of their two-match series in the International Champions Cup, Arsenal are taking on Paris Saint-Germain today
Captain Ozil opened the scoring for the Gunners after 13 minutes of play at the Singapore National Stadium
But before the game had even kicked off, Ozil found himself in the referee's book
As the players were stood in the tunnel waiting to walk out onto the pitch, the referee was seen asking Ozil for his autograph
The forward kindly obliged and signed the back of his yellow card to the delight of the official
Ozil putting himself into the book before the match had even started was not the only amusing and bizarre moment in the build up to the friendly
As Ozil and PSG skipper Adrien Rabiot shook hands and stood with the match officials ready for the usual coin toss before the game, fans were baffled to see a credit card emerge in place of the coin
Many fans thought the coin had been lost or forgotten, however, it later emerged the bizarre credit card flip was deliberate
The tournament is in fact being sponsored by Union Pay International – a company which provide banking services in the Far East

What Your Ex Is Thinking (Breakup Psychology and Getting Back Together) - Duration: 8:56.
hey there this is clay with modern love .life and this is relationship inner game in
this video I want to explain a little bit about what your ex is thinking after
a breakup what your ex is going through what their experience is of you and what
they might be thinking about as the two of you are in the process of connecting
emotionally possibly getting back together or whatever first of all
understand that up to the point of the break-up your ex was probably really
wrestling with some feelings of their own you know should I stay should I go
we've been together for such in such amount of time it would be sad to just
throw it all away what if things change and all of that but there was some point
in time that they actually made this decision that hey this isn't going to
get any better we should just break up and after they made this decision a lot
of their choices are going to fall into line with what's called the law of
consistency that is to say they've made a choice they've drawn a line in the
sand they've planted a flag that says hey we're broken up and so you know they
may have even gone out and told their friends and family hey we broke up they
may have changed their status on Facebook or whatever hey we're single
now or whatever right and so as you try to interact with them as you try to get
back together with them you're going to be battling against this law of
consistency that's why your ex isn't just gonna change their mind on a dime
right they're not just gonna take you back the second that you apologize or
that you beg and plead or whatever they need to actually see some sort of real
tangible change to feel comfortable going back against what they did before
in order to go against the law of consistency your ex may feel a lot of
positive feelings for you but they're still fighting against this law of
consistency your ex may still be in love with you but they're still struggling
against this law of consistency and until you can make a great argument to
them emotionally not logically but emotionally they are going to be very
resistant towards the idea of getting back together with you and so what this
is really about it's about meeting them where they're at emotionally and helping
them go through this emotional journey getting back together with you we have
these five stages of getting back together that we teach in these videos
and over on our website modern love doubt life and what happens is as your
ex starts to move through this emotional journey of being very shut off towards
you towards opening up to you a little bit more towards you know opening up to
you even more towards being open to the idea of interacting with you being a
little bit more proactive and actually even getting back together with you your
ex is slowly starting to change their emotional state of mind right it's like
if you were driving on the street and you were going to do a u-turn there's
gonna be a point in time where you're going the same direction then you're
going this direction that you're going this direction then you're going this
direction then you're going this direction then you're going this
straight and suddenly you're going in the opposite direction
that's kind of what you need to do when it comes with your ex and when it comes
with the law of consistency and really getting your ex to do a u-turn with the
law of consistency you have to meet them where they're at emotionally and when it
comes to where they're at emotionally if there are very early on in these five
stages of getting back together they probably have a very high degree of hurt
a very high degree of frustration or anger even possibly even resentment
towards you for things that happened that led up to the break-up things that
happened before during or after the breakup and you have to understand this
can cause them to maybe wall you out a little bit maybe they only give you one
word replies or something like that and so what happens you have to meet
them where they're at emotionally you have to disarm the the concerns that
they're already having in their mind you have to understand what's going on in
their mind you have to directly address that more importantly if you understand
what's going on in their heart and you have to directly address that too but
you have to really focus most on the mind and the heart together because yes
your ex's emotions will drive their choices and what they choose to do or
not do but they also need a logical reason to
follow that up to explain why they did what they did right to say oh that's
right we got back together because it felt good and because she really changed
and because I saw a meaningful difference in his behavior right so you
have to really demonstrate and show your ex and give them trust and confidence
that they are not came back into the same relationship
that they walked out of in the first place this is the theme throughout the
whole five stages now if your ex is a little bit more towards the middle of
these five stages they're going to be kind of confused they're gonna waffle
around back and forth they're gonna say things like you know maybe we'll meet up
maybe we'll get back together in the future maybe you should just be friends
things that are kind of non-committal one way or the other or they might go
really far cold one way pull away or really far hot the next day say things
like yeah I was wrong we should get back together or something like that just
understand that that's what's happening because they are in the middle they're
confused that's where they are emotionally at there's a tug-of-war
happening within them that's part of them is saying you know hey let's get
back together the other part saying no let's we broke up for a reason the other
one is saying but yeah but I'm still in love with him breakups happen for a
reason once a cheater always a cheater all of that stuff and so there's this
really high degree of confusion happening in the middle what you want to
do is again meet them where they're at emotionally talk to their emotions and
give them some good solid evidence that they can log in their mind about why
things are gonna be different on the further end of this spectrum it may seem
like it's often easier but your ex is gonna be really fighting against that
law of consistency you know up until this point they they can kind of you
know how they sort of have plausible deniability
oh we're just hanging out oh it's just a text message doesn't matter oh we're
just friends all of that stuff but towards the end you know if your ex did
something like get into a rebound relationship with somebody new they're
faced with the real possibility of needing to break up with that person or
they're faced with the real possibility of telling their friends and family that
hey you know so-and-so and me were spending time together again
so-and-so and me maybe we're dating again maybe we're thinking about getting
back together again and they're not gonna want to go against this unless
they're absolutely very very sure that you are committed to having a strong
connection with them that you are committed to making the relationship
work that you are committed towards being their partner in the long run and
so what you want to do is you want to speak to that speak to that fear speak
to that still confusion and really let them know that things are gonna be okay
and let them know that you are really into them okay we've talked about this
in many of our other videos I'm not going to rehash this too much here but
that's kind of what your ex is thinking along this
spectrum and so I hope that has helped you out and if you would like to learn
more about how to move your ex along the spectrum how to meet them where they're
at motional and how to build high quality emotional connections with them

Sadhguru - After fulfilling purpose of life what would you do? - Duration: 13:21.
Questioner: What's… what's for me the purpose of life,
if you can give an insight on that?
Thank you.
Sadhguru: Isn't it fantastic that if there is no purpose,
you have nothing to fulfill, you can just live?
Hmm?
No, but you want a purpose
and not a simple purpose, you want a God-given purpose.
(Laughter) It's very dangerous.
People who think they have a God-given purpose are doing the cruelest things on the planet.
Yes or no?
They are doing the most horrible things and they've always been doing the most horrible
things because when you have a God-given purpose,
life here becomes less important than your purpose.
No, life is important.
Life is important - when I say life,
I am not talking about your family, your work, what you do, what you do not do, you party
I am not talking about that as life.
This is life, isn't it?
Life is within you or around you?
The… the ambiance of life you're mistaking the ambiance of life for
life.
Your home, your family, your workspace, your party
this is all ambiance of life.
This is not life, isn't it?
Yes or no?
Participants: Yes.
Sadhguru: You're mistaking the ambiance for the real thing.
No.
Life is important because it's the only thing you know,
you don't know anything else.
Do you know something else?
Rest is all imagined stuff, isn't it?
The only thing is that this is beating and alive and that's all there is.
So, is this important?
It is of paramount importance.
Not you as a person, that's not important, but you as a piece of life
it's very important because that is the basis of everything.
When I say that is the basis of everything, the universe exists for you only because you
are, isn't it?
Yes or no?
The world exists for you only because you are,
otherwise it won't exist in your experience.
So, in every way this is important.
So, what is the purpose for this?
See, if you had a purpose and if you've fulfilled it,
after that what would you do?
After that, what would you do?
Bored, isn't it?
It is just that life is so intricate and so phenomenally intricate
that if you spend a 10,000 years looking at it carefully,
you still will not know it entirely.
If you spend a million years looking at it with absolute focus,
still you will not know it in its entirety.
That's how it is.
There is...…Is there a meaning to it?
The greatest thing about life is that there is no meaning to it.
This is the greatest aspect of life that it has no meaning to it
and there is no need for it to have a meaning.
It is the pettiness of one's mind that it'll seek a meaning
because psychologically you will feel kind of unconnected with life
if you don't have a purpose and a meaning.
People are constantly trying to create these false purposes.
Now, they were quite fine and happy.
Suddenly, they got married.
Now the purpose is the other person.
Then they have children.
Now they become miserable with each other.
Now the whole purpose that I go through all this misery is because the children.
Like this, it goes on.
These are things that you're causing and holding these as purposes of life
and is there a God-given purpose?
What if God does not know you exist?
No, I am just asking, by chance.
(Laughter) I am saying in this huge cosmos,
for which God is supposed to be the Creator and the manager of these hundred billion galaxies,
in that this tiny little planet and you
Suppose he doesn't know that you exist, what to do?
Possible or no?
I am sorry, I am saying such sacrilegious things
but is it possible or no?
What if he doesn't know that you exist?
What if he doesn't have a plan for you?
(Laughter) Suppose, he doesn't have a plan for
an individual plan for you, don't look for such things.
The thing is the creation is made in such a way that
Creation and Creator cannot be separated.
Here you are a piece of creation.
At the same time, the source of creation is throbbing within you.
If you pay little attention to this process of life,
you would not need any purpose.
It'll keep you engaged for a million years if you want.
There is so much happening so much means so much unbelievable things
are happening right here.
If you pay enough attention, a million years of existence, it'll keep
you busy or more.
Right now, the need for purpose has come because you're trapped in your psychological
structure, not in your life process.
Psychologically your your psychological structure functions from
the limited data that it has gathered.
Within that it rolls and right now, your thought and emotion has become far more
important than your life.
Isn't it so?
Isn't it so?
So, because of this you're seeking a purpose as an escape from the trap
that you have set for yourself.
It is a trap set by you.
You can easily come out of it.
If the trap was set for you by somebody else, difficult to come out
because they'll set the trap in such a way that you cannot come out, isn't it?
I am…
I am talking about life not marriage, that's what I mean.
(Laughter) That's what.
(Laughs) So this is a trap set by you.
This is easy to come out, but that is the whole thing.
Why it is so difficult is now you're identified with the trap,
you like it.
You like it because it gives you a certain sense of
safety and security and protection and individual identity.
If you build a cocoon around yourself, it gives you safety,
but it also imprisons you.
Walls of self-preservation are also walls of self-imprisonment.
When it protects you, you like it.
When it restricts you, you do not like it.
That is why we have doors.
We like the walls because it's protecting us,
but we have doors so that we can open it and get out when we want to.
It doesn't matter how nice it is, we still want to go out, isn't it?
So that is how it is with every trap that you set.
It doesn't matter how nice it is, you still want to go out.
So, the psychological wall that you've built, which gives you some sense of identity,
which gives you some sense of being a person an individual person and which gives you security
beginning to experience it like a trap; somewhere you want to break it.
So, one way of not breaking it is to find a purpose.
Those who find a purpose in their life, they become so conceited.
They will live within their own trap forever thinking that they're doing the most fantastic
thing.
First thing you need is balance.
If you have balance, then you can climb.
If you don't have balance, it's better you stay on the ground", isn't it?
It's not safe for somebody who is not balanced to climb high.
It's best you stay close to the ground.
You should not climb.
So, first thing is to establish a balance, then you loosen your psychological structure,
then it's a wonderful thing.
If you are loosening your psychological structure without balance,
which lot of people are doing today see, why does somebody want to drink alcohol
or take a drug because it loosens your psychological structure
and makes you feel liberated for a moment but without the necessary balance
you have not worked for the balance, but you got freedom.
Freedom without balance is destruction, anarchy, isn't it?
So, first thing is to work for balance, an enormous sense of balance
where even if you dismantle your psychological structure,
you can simply live here.
Dismantling your psychological structure is an important process
because that is your trap, that is your security,
that is your stability at the same time, that's your trap
because the walls are set, you feel secured, but that's also your trap.
If you dismantle your trap, you also dismantle your security, isn't it?
You also dismantle your sense of purpose.
You also dismantle everything that matters to you.
So, that will need balance.
Without balance, if you dismantle you'll go crazy.
But, don't look for a purpose because if you look for a purpose, you are
seeking madness.
If you find one, you are sure mad.
Yes.
(Laughter) If you think you've found a purpose in life,
you still… you're for sure gone crazy because only the insane people have purpose
or people who have a purpose are insane in many ways.
These are things that you create in your mind and believe it's true, isn't it?
Right now - 'fighting for my country is my purpose'
right now if it's necessary, I'll fight knowing fully well it's an unnecessary bloody
fight.
Yes.
Then you'll fight only to the extent it's necessary.
If you think this is your purpose, you would want to destroy the whole world
for what nonsense you believe in, isn't it?
If something is needed, we will do it with… with absolute involvement.
There's no other purpose.
The purpose of life is to live and to live totally.
To live totally does not mean party every night.
(Laughter) To live totally means
before you fall dead, every aspect of life has been explored
nothing has been left unexplored.
Yes?
Before you fall dead, even if you do not explore the cosmos,
at least this piece of life (Referring to oneself) you must know it in its entirety.
That much you must do to yourself, isn't it?
That's living totally that you experience the whole of this,
all dimensions of what this is.
(Gestures) You did not live anything untouched.
You just do that.
That will take a long time.
That's …good enough purpose
for you.
(Laughs)

What is REALLY THE BIGGEST STARSHIP IN STAR WARS - Duration: 11:35.
Greetings, Star Travelers, this is Man in Ushanka.
English subtitles are included, as always!
Have you ever though of the fact what ship in the Star Wars universe is the biggest of
all?
The Executor-Class Flagship of Darth Vader?
The Eclipse-Class Flagship of Emperor himself?
Or maybe Snoke's Flagship, the pride of the new canon that already generated a lot
of noise around youtube?
Well, today we are going to discuss exactly that!
So, I guess, many of you already heard of Yuuzhan Vongs.
If you did, you will definitely like this video.
And, if you only found out about the fascinating universe of Star Wars a short time ago then
you will be doubly happy to know how these guys are linked to the topic of our today's
video.
At this moment many already heard about this terrifying race of space conquerors that terrorized
entire galaxies and who were one of the most dangerous enemies for both the Galactic Empire
and for the New Republic in the whole Galaxy Far Far Away.
And what were these guys also famous for except for their militarism, masochism, the urge
to biologically change themselves and their hatred towards all mechanical things, including
droids?
Yep, they were also famous for their huge, gigantic, ginormous spaceships that they utilized
to traverse around the Galaxy and beyond.
The Yuuzhan Vong fleet was very diverse thanks to the fact that it was, in fact, nothing
more than a bunch of some kind of gigantic space-faring coral reefs that served as homes
for millions of extremely dangerous inhabitants.
Taking into consideration their ways of interacting with the surrounding world, we can easily
compare Yuuzhan Vongs to Tyranids from Warhammer 40000 or, for example, with Zergs from StarCraft.
Yet we must also note that their habits were similar to those of Dark Eldars.
After conquering a world Yuuzhan Vongs frequently initiated a process of so-called ''Vongforming''
that allowed them to populate the entire planet first with spores and then, with adult organisms
of many different kinds and species that were symbiotic with the main Yuuzhan Vong species.
The process of Vongforming, as you might have guessed, was not peaceful and it usually destroyed
the vast majority of ecosystems that were once present on a conquered planet.
During the war with Yuuzhan Vongs, more than 300 trillion individuals died in the Star
Wars Galaxy.
Most of them were either citizens of the New Republic or of the Imperial Remnants, as well
as of some other affected space governments including the Chiss Ascendancy.
If I am not mistaken, Killiks were also affected by this bloody conflict even though they were
once a threat that could destroy the population of entire planets by devouring all of the
native species.
Yuuzhan Vongs created their terrifying fleets right on the surface of the planets that were
conquered by them, literally sucking out of the ground and even out of other starships
different kinds of materials that could later be processed and turned into so-called Yorik-Coral.
Yet the ''bones'' of the ships and other structures created of it were much stronger
than the skull of one famous Shakespearean character.
This fascinating material, thanks to the advanced technologies used by Yuuzhan Vong shapers,
was so tough and durable that it could protect the items even from turbolaser fire, even
without using deflector shields.
Should I remind you that a turbolaser blast could devastate entire cities?
By the way, I have a video devoted to the topic of how star destroyers can annihilate
populations of entire planets.
I strongly recommend you to check it out but, of course, the decision is always yours.
Many-many-many things could be manufactured from the noted Yorik Coral, from bodies of
light starfighters and cases of reactive shells to carcasses and armor of so-called Koros-Strohna,
also knows as worldships in Galactic Basic Standard language.
These huge coral vessels, real space cities, were created in different sized.
There was also a possibility of repairing and upgrading these ships right in the outer
space by literally growing the additional layers of coral substance.
Some of Koros Strohna were as big as the First Death Star and could carry a huge amount of
weaponry onboard, beginning with tiny Yaret-Korrs that could discharge overheated shells that
looked ugly and awkward at the first glance yet at the same time being incredibly powerful,
fast and deadly projectiles.
That could be created right in action, out of asteroids or of remains of enemy starships.
Of course, it would be very logical to presume that projectiles like this weren't as powerful
as turbolaser blasts that were used by both the Galactic Empire and the New Republic,
but the fact that both the shells and new batteries could be created literally our of
space garbage, turned Yuuzhan Vongs into one of the deadliest enemies the Galactic Society
ever encountered.
As a rule, not so many Yuuzhan Vongs populated the huge space faring coral cities and we
know that every Koros Strohna carried only a limited amount of warriors onboard.
Yet at the same time the ship also served as the home for many thousands or, perhaps
even millions of units of Yuuzhan Vong's ''propriety'', slaves and tamed animals
that were crucial for the survivability of the Yuuzhan Vong society.
Except for Gauss-like Yaret Kors, as well as for many plasma weaponry, including the
weaponry installed on so-called Yorik-Ets, swarms of which surrounded the worldships,
there were also other remarkable kinds of deadly things, including Qworlth Skaal, also
known as Dread Weapons.
Gigantic worm-like creatures that were engineers by Yuuzhan Vong scientists, were used as projectiles
for this kind of weaponry and during the battle they were usually sent towards enemy starships,
space stations and fortified planetary citadels with the aim to stick to the target and bore
holes in it to literally suck out everything into their deadly insides, ''drinking''
all of the substances and objects present on the ships and inside stations and fortresses:
air, fuel, weapons and, of course, its unhappy inhabitants.
Koros Strohnas could indeed be called the pearl of the Yuuzhan Vong Fleet, the very
instrument with which this race of aggressive devourers from outer space could conquer and
destroy a great number of planets that were unlucky enough to be on their path.
We should also never forget about the fact that Koroses, despite their huge sizes, were
relatively fast ships.
Of course, in the atmosphere, thanks to the friction force, the speed of these giants
fell dramatically and could rarely exceed the mark of 400 kilometers per hour.
And It is quite understandable – those weren't some starfighters, those were huge rocks,
gigantic cities flying in the skies.
Nonetheless, in space Koros Strohnas felt just like a fish would feel in water, exceeding
the acceleration of 1100 g, the acceleration that is unachievable by our engines, developed
by human beings, even in the wet dreams of some crazy geniuses.
Of course, any Imperial Star Destroyer was faster than any given Yuuzhan Vong Worldcraft,
it was almost twice as fast in the vacuum of space, such speeds were not surprising
for the inhabitants of the Star Wars Universe, but the very fact that such a huge coral object,
a real space-faring city could move so fast really terrified those who was unlucky enough
to meet them in the same solar system.
And thus, to sum up, we can say that Koros Strohna were one of the biggest military objects
ever built that had no problem moving around the vacuum of space and whose impressive weaponry
was the very factor that makes us consider Yuuzhan Vongs to be one of the most powerful
military organizations in the Galaxy Far Far Away, that could one-handedly confront and
withstand the might of the New Republic and whose military capabilities were only surpassed
by the Galactic Empire during its peak years.
However that is how our video is going to end.
If you would like to know new facts about the universe of Star Wars and the Science
Fiction in general, then don't forget to leave a like, it is really important, as well
as your subscription.
That is why I want to say a big thank you to all of those who regularly leaves their
likes and who is already subscribed.
Have a nice day and I will always be grateful to see you on my streams.
Thanks for watching and may the force be with you, always!

Congress Just Did What Trump Couldn't – Jeff Sessions Is DONE - Duration: 10:51.
Congress Just Did What Trump Couldn't – Jeff Sessions Is DONE
GOP lawmakers have had enough of Attorney General Jeff Sessions' nonsense, so they
are finally taking action against him.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC) and his fellow
GOP Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) are giving Sessions' Department of Justice seven days to turn over
the documents that they owe to Congress.
Jordan announced on Wednesday afternoon that he is teaming Meadows to introduce a resolution
that would give the DOJ one week to comply.
"Mark Meadows and I are introducing a resolution that would give the DOJ seven days to turn
over the documents that they owe Congress.
We need to vote on this immediately," Jordan announced on Twitter.
Jordan then called out Sessions' Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
"Rod Rosenstein threatened congressional staff.
When the bully picks on your little brother, you have to respond.
It's time for House Leadership to stand up," Jordan tweeted.
This will also send a brutal message to Sessions, who has defended Rosenstein by saying that
he does not believe he actually threatened staffers.
On Tuesday night, after hearing that Sessions defended his deputy attorney general, Meadows
said that he is "confident" Sessions didn't know "what he was talking about."
"We're fed up with it," Meadows said.
Republicans have clearly had enough of Sessions, and with even President Donald Trump turning
against him, it seems like his days in the Department of Justice may be numbered!

WHAT'S IN MY BAG? (doctor edition!) - Duration: 7:53.
Excuse me Candy.
I need some space.
Hey guys!
My name is Jamie and I'm a first year emergency medicine resident and today I'm gonna be making
a what's in my bag.
And this what's in my bag video has become a bit of an annual tradition.
I first made this video as a second year medical school student in medical school, and I made
one as a third year.
And in third year I had a professional looking bag because I had just started seeing patients
and in 4th year I had a professional/very light weight bag because as a 4th year medical
school student you don't have to carry a ton of things to school/hospital so I had a very
light weight bag.
And as a first year emergency medicine resident I'm back to my trusty old backpack.
And this backpack is actually the same backpack that I used as a second year med student so
it's nice to be kind of going back and using it and having it carry all my stuff as a resident
vs. medical student.
So I talked about this in the last couple videos but I prefer carrying a backpack now
because I'm in the city and I'm commuting and having a backpack is a lot easier on my
bag vs. like a shoulder bag.
So that's why I've been carrying a backpack.
So let's get started with what's in my backpack.
So the first thing I have in my bag is a jacket.
I have this fleece jacket because it's always freezing in the hospital.
I just feel like there is no good way to predict whether it's gonna be hot or cold.
Usually it's cold in the hospital so I carry this fleece jacket with in the backpack and
then I end up wearing it almost everyday.
Next thing I have is my stethoscope.
And I always get a lot of questions about what kind of stethoscope to carry in the hospital
especially if you're a med student or if you're a resident but I've seen a huge range of stethoscope
from one of those disposable ones that you only use with contact isolation patients to
very expensive nice stethoscope but I think as long as it works for you it doesn't really
matter so just pick one that is good for you and you can stick with it.
Next thing I have is my water bottle.
I've been trying to take my own advice and trying to stay hydrated so I've been refilling
this and drinking it constantly at my desk.
Next thing I have is my pencil case.
And this is the same pencil case I used since 2nd year of medical school...
I think I had it even before then.
Basically filled with all the pens, whiteout, highlighters, ruler and a USB flash drive.
For the most part I don't end up taking this out because I really only carry two pens on
me in my scrub pocket at all times.
That's one black pen and one multipen.
This is something I have in my pocket at all times so that I can quickly take notes and
I usually don't end up digging into my pencil case.
Next thing I have is my shears.
And this is a cool trick that I saw a bunch of people do in the residency.
So I've also done it--which is to attaching my shears to this slicky ID badge thing (Retractable
badge holder) so that I can clip this part to my scrub pants and when I need to use my
shears, I don't have to unclip it.
I can just stretch it out and use it without taking it out.
Shears are one of things that you kind of need to have on you at all times because you
never know when you're gonna have to cut somebody's clothes off or someone needs their bandages
cut off.
But I feel like it's also one of those things that people always ask you if they can borrow
it or if you can do it.
I feel like if you just have it handy and you can just use it and you never have to
give it to somebody else and you don't risk losing it.
Next thing I have is my ID Badge and on the lanyard of my I.D badge I have this flashlight
and this is another really handy way of having your pen light with you without needing extra
pockets.
You can just have it around your neck and you can use it to check someone's pupils or
you can use it look in someone's mouth or get a better exam of a wound or something
like that.
So just a really handy way of carrying your pen light around your neck.
Next thing I have is this portable pulse oximeter.
You turn it on and you put your finger in and it tells you the pulse, your heart rate
and basically also your oxygen saturation percentage.
This machine is basically available at a lot of the monitors, like if you get your vitals
taken you can get this number but sometimes you don't have those vital checking machines
with you when you're right next to a patient and you just wanna quickly check someone's
pulse and their heart rates so this is a very handy way of having it around your neck also.
I haven't had to use it so much in pediatrics patients but I know that in adult side a lot
of the residents have this little handy machine.
Actually this is pretty affordable too I think it's $18 on Amazon.
So I definitely recommend this item.
Next thing I have are some of these reference cards and books.
So this book I talked about from my last video.
It's a pocket emergency medicine book.
It's suppose to fit in your white coat pocket and it's basically a summary of a lot of the
topics that are important in emergency medicine.
Not really a book that you read from front to back it's really something that you use
as a reference so usually I'll look it up if I have some down time if I'm curious about
a topic or how to manage something.
This is an Airway card which I also mentioned last time.
Basically it has all medication that you might need in a intubation setting and it has the
dosages for anywhere from premie babies to large adults.
So it's really useful and you don't really have to think too much about calculating the
dosage in an emergency intubation process.
And because I'm in pediatrics right now.
I have this PALS card which is pediatric advance life support and it has all the pathways of
what to do when something goes wrong or an when an emergency situation rises.
I haven't had to use it yet thankfully but I do have it because it has all the vital
signs in the front that I think is really handy to have with you for pediatrics.
Next thing I have is my iPhone charger.
I also haven't had to use it because I'm usually not on my phone at work but it's just handy
to have especially because my work phone is also an iPhone so sometimes I need to charge
that.
Next couple things I have are my work phone and pager.
This is a work phone that I use and this is really handy because it allows me to text
the nurses or any consultants if I have any questions.
I haven't really had to use a pager so much because of this phone and I think the hospital
is rolling out this phone to everyone so that it's becoming more of a central method of
communication for all of us.
And nevertheless I have these two things with me.
Next thing I have is some snacks.
Last time I made a video I said that I was going 12 hours without going to the bathroom
or eating.
I'm really trying to get better at taking breaks so I have these snacks with me.
This is the nature valley biscuit from Costco.
They taste pretty good and I usually end up having one of these and maybe another thing
during my breaks.
Next thing I have are my headphones.
So I have these Bose headphones and also my airpods.
I use these during my commutes to the hospital.
I think that might be it...
So I actually have to run now.
I'm heading off to my shift in a little bit so I'm gonna put all the stuff in my backpack
and head off to work.
Alright guys!
That's it for today's video.

What TOO MUCH EXERCISE Does To The Body (Especially For People OVER 40) - Duration: 7:11.
Hey, hey hey everybody, what is up?
My name is Sean Hadsall.
I'm a 46-year-old stubborn fat expert.
I'm also the creator of an innovative system called
the Over 40 Ab Solution and Inside Today Short Rapid Fat
Loss video.
I'm talking to people who are over 35 years old.
So if you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s
and you want to quickly lose more belly
fat in only 12 minutes per day, stop by, pay close attention,
say hello, drop a comment below.
Let us know where you're from because inside this video
I'm going to introduce you to a 12-minute metabolic protocol
that is specifically designed to reactivate
declining hormones for people over 35 years old.
Now I personally use this 12-minute metabolic protocol
for the last 10 years to maintain six-pack abs.
Now I don't share that with you to impress you,
just to impress upon you how powerful this can be.
Here I am at 37 years old.
These are progress pictures.
For 10 years in a row all the way up to when I was 46.
This was just taken in June of this year.
Again not to impress you, but to impress upon you
how powerful this can be.
Now when you click or tap the link that's somewhere
around this video, you're going to go learn
all about my over 40 Ab Solution system,
that the backbone of these is this 12-minute metabolic
protocol.
So you read about my wife's inspiring story
as well, and how this helped her get rid of what
we called her menopause belly.
It's an inspiring story, to say the least.
It was a cancer journey that forced her
into her early menopause.
And this 12-minute metabolic protocol
practically saved her life.
And you can learn all about her story over at our website.
Now, what makes this so powerful?
The first thing is it uses compound movements.
So if you're out there doing crunches or sit-ups,
remember it takes 22,000 crunches
to burn one pound of fat.
Doing crunches or sit-ups does not burn belly fat.
It works stomach muscles.
It works your abdominal region, doesn't burn belly fat.
DVD workouts, cross fit, Insanity, P90X,
amazing workouts, but they use ballistic movements
that can be very hard on the body for people over 35 years
old.
And they're so long in duration.
Usually 60 to 90 minutes, that can wreak havoc
on the hormones and the metabolism of anybody who's
over 40.
So instead, we use compound movements
that use hundreds of muscle groups at once.
They're easy on the joints, but they activate all the muscles
in your body so that you get a double effect.
You get the effect of building lean muscle at the same time
you're going to quickly lose more belly fat
using these compound movements.
Now the second reason that this 12-minute metabolic protocol
is so powerful is the hormonal aspect.
See I'm going to share two easy tips that you
can use to potentially double the effectiveness
of these 12-minute metabolic protocols in just a second,
but it all has to do with the hormonal effect.
When you perform these specific movement patterns,
and you use the intensity levels and the rest periods
that I prescribe, your body will release adrenaline and growth
hormone, which are both catalysts to help you quickly
lose more belly fat.
In fact, research shows that it can potentially
increase your growth hormone levels 400% to 700%
from just one 12-minute protocol.
Now I'll post scientific references in the comments
below, and you'll see tons of research over at our website
as well.
So I always back up any claims that I
make with scientific published research.
So the second thing is adrenaline.
When you perform these movement patterns with the intensity
levels, and rest periods that I give you,
you release adrenaline.
Adrenaline then converts into several other hormones
that are responsible for releasing
fatty acids from your fat cells into the bloodstream where
they can be burned off.
AKA shrinking a stubborn fat cells or more fat loss.
So adrenaline and growth hormone combined together
at the same time, you get this one, two punch
with this 12-minute protocol.
Now the third thing is, is the afterburn.
You see research shows that when this is done properly,
like I show you inside my system,
that you can elevate your metabolic rate
for up to 48 hours afterwards.
Now, remember if you do an hour of cardio, just regular cardio,
you're going to burn a fair amount of calories
in that workout.
But when you're done, your metabolic rate
is going to be back to baseline or normal within 60 minutes
afterwards.
Well, think about this.
In only 12 minutes, you can potentially
elevate your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours afterwards.
Your body continues to burn fat and calories.
It's pretty powerful.
Now there's a couple different ways
that you can potentially double the effectiveness
of these 12-minute metabolic protocols.
The first way is to simply do it in a fasting state
or don't eat before.
So either wake up in the morning on an empty stomach
or wait three to five hours after a meal to do it.
This is what will allow your body
to release adequate amounts of adrenaline and growth hormone.
If you eat before exercise, it might be a healthy choice,
it might even provide your body with energy,
but it's common sense if you think about this,
do you want to be burning the food you just ate or do you
want to be burning belly fat?
So also when you eat beforehand, you raise insulin.
Now insulin is very anabolic, so it helps with building muscle.
But insulin is a storage hormone,
and when it's elevated, it prevents adrenaline and growth
hormone from being released because their antagonist.
So by fasting beforehand or waking up
in the morning on an empty stomach
and doing these 12-minute protocols,
now your body's insulin levels are very, very low.
And this is what allows the body to release
adrenaline and growth hormone.
The second tip is to not eat afterwards.
Most people think they need to eat immediately after exercise.
I was taught the same thing for years.
And I'm not saying that it's not a healthy choice.
I mean eating directly afterwards the muscles
are kind of like a sponge that's been run dry.
So they want to suck out nutrients.
So when you eat after exercise, your body
is going reabsorb those nutrients very quickly.
And if the goal is to build muscle,
this might be a wise choice.
But if the goal is to burn belly fat,
you could defeat the purpose and block your body
from accessing fat as a fuel source
because again after exercise if you eat, the minute you eat,
insulins elevated.
So that growth hormone and adrenaline
you just spent 12 minutes releasing now is blocked.
So instead, I recommend that you ride the fat burning
way for about 60 to 90 minutes after the 12-minute metabolic
protocol is to let that growth hormone
and adrenaline work its magic then go ahead
and have a balanced meal.
So hopefully that gives you a detailed explanation
of how my 12-minute metabolic protocol works.
I have been getting tons of questions about it,
and I want to address them in this video.
So somewhere around this video, depending
on the device that you're on, you'll
see a link to click or tap where you go to our website,
and you can get access to my Over 40 Ab Solution that
gives you the exact weekly plan, the exact 12-minute workouts,
the exact exercises to use.
And we also provide you with a full-blown diet
called the Hormone Optimization Diet Manual.
And obviously you've heard this statement,
you know abs are made in the kitchen, and it is true.
These 12-minute metabolic protocols
can work some magic on your body if you're over 35.
But if you eat like crap, it's not going to work.
It's that simple.
So we also provide you with a diet.
So if you got something out of this,
do me a favor tag your friend that can benefit.
Share it, like it, drop a comment if you have questions.
We're seven minutes in and in today's world time

So I want to thank you for taking time out
of your busy day to watch this video.

Succulent Identification: What's the Name of My Succulent (Big Compilation) - Duration: 9:01.
Hello everyone, today, we are putting names to your succulents.
Let me ask you this question, are you curious to learn specific care tips about the succulent
that you already own?
If the answer is 'yes', then this video is for you.
So, let's jump in!
First, let's give the grand entrance to the Echinopsis Grandiflora Hybrid.
These amazing succulents are from Cactus Jungle, which I fondly call now as the oasis in the
midst of the Bay Area city frenzy.
You'll go wide-eyed with their super pretty, magnificent, marvelous collection.
And I'll be telling you in a bit why succulent identification is super important, so keep
watching til the end of this video.
Just look at this one.
If I wasn't there, I'd say this can't be real.
It's really easy to just sit in front of the computer and do this succulent identification
project sitting down, right?
And start searching for photos online, but I think going out there, visiting local nurseries
is the better way.
Do you wanna know why I went out there?
Because it helps promote local nurseries.
It doesn't hurt to do a good deed without expecting anything in return, right?
And it turned out to be so worth it, 'cause it was an awesome experience.
And it doesn't hurt to help random strangers too, right?
Which leads me to my message for you today, which is "Never look down on someone unless
you are helping them up."
Hit the thumbs up if you agree and if you are enjoying the pretty succulents!
Keep watching until the end of this video, 'cause I'm also sharing something really,
really special, which is showing you how rewarding these succulents can be.
If I remember it right, this Candelabra tree is about 7 to 10 feet tall.
By the way, since succulent names are not very easy to say, I made sure to show the
name of each on your screen.
This video answers that frequently asked question: What's the name of my succulent?
So, what's the name of this succulent?
It's the Haworthia cymbiformis.
Don't hesitate to tell me if I'm butchering the name in the comment section down below.
This Succulent Identification project, or What's the name of my succulent, has a part
2, so be sure to subscribe and hit the bell icon.
Where do you think I should go for the part 2?
Would you have a suggestion?
Please comment it down below too.
I also need to tell you that there are still a lot of succulents in Cactus Jungle that
I was not able to include in this succulent identification project, since I didn't have
the luxury of time to include everything, so come visit them in Berkeley and San Anselmo
here in California and I'll also put a link to their website down below.
I'm also going to show you the succulents that I bought from them towards the end of
this video and of course, the succulent names on your screen.
And let me also share with you this little blooper, too.
See, we all try to do our best and we all strive to put out a perfect content, right,
but sometimes no matter how hard we try, things just happen.
And I never say bad words, but here's what happens when you want to say the word putting
and your brain started thinking that the better word to use is "sharing".
Today, we are putting names to your succulents.
And I'm…Only goes to show that your youtube creators are not perfect at all.
Just like these succulents, they are pretty and almost always perfect, but they do have
varying care needs, which leads me to tell you why it is important to know the names
of your succulents.
And it is because you really need to do some research depending on the kind of succulent
that you have.
Although generally, they do better with less watering, some need more water than others
and some need far less, like Lithops and cacti.
Some tolerate more sun and some do really great indoors, like aloes.
You also need to know which succulents grow well in some zones.
So, I'll put a link for you to check your hardiness zone in the description below.
Please also tell me in the comment section below if you have reached the end of this
video and you didn't find your succulent and I'll see how I can help you with that
succulent identification.
Let me also share with you this special clip.
Do you see this stalk of flowers that is over one foot long.
This Echeveria imbricata has been givin' me flowers non-stop since late spring and
the entire summer and from the looks of it, she's not stopping anytime soon.
See how rewarding these guys are?
Here are the lovelies that I bought from Cactus Jungle and more succulent identification for
you.
I'm also encouraging everyone who have special care tips for any of these succulents to put
them in the comment section to help the entire succulent community.
And always remember, "Never look down on someone, unless you are helping them up."
Let's all make this world a better place.
Thank you for watching, this is Sheilah again for Succulent Fame and remember to subscribe

What To Bring First Day Of College - Duration: 5:16.
yikes college is coming and it's all about the kid that leaves for college
but what about the parents what are we what do we do what are we supposed to
bring what are we supposed to expect him what are we supposed to do as parents
especially parents of our very first kid leaving for college my name is Tammy and
I'm Tammy with family with purpose and this is college readiness number four in a four
part series I'm here today to share with you about what my friends have shared
with me that have gone before us on what to expect I don't like the unknown and I
want to know as a parent especially when I don't know what to expect what to
expect so I'm here to tell you what to bring
from according to my friends that are experts what we plan on bringing when we
take our son off to college in 30 short days number one do not forget the
cleaning supplies that is super important bring cleaning supplies on
move-in day they say it's clean but you know is that mom clean cleaning supplies
are a must - trash bags trash bags trash bags bring a whole brand-new Cosco box
and keep them there if you want you will need trash bags number three a
door stopper this may sound crazy however I kid you not one of my good
friends last week my best friend texted me this text she was moving her daughter
out of college and she said do not forget a door stopper with tons of
explanation marks behind it okay so door stopper is on our list the
fourth one is a homemade playlist whoever is the music fan and your family
have them make a playlist so that when you're moving your son or daughter into
college you have a fun playlist to play and listen in the background
cheesy no it'll be fun and make it more fun the next thing is commando hooks
take stock in these bad boys every size every color get them you can always take
it back if you don't open them no we cannot put any nails in the dorm walls
or doors so you will want commando hooks trust me
power strip don't forget the power strip and the last thing to bring as a parent
lots of snacks cold water and a change of
clothes move-in day is stressful you don't want to get hungry you stay
hydrated especially the Midwest with humidity and a change of clothes in case
you get dirty you can change and then take your son or daughter out for a nice
dinner after ok that's what to bring as a parent what to expect as a parent on
move-in day lots of things number one is tears yes I'm already expecting that
about me and I'm trying really hard to prepare against it but if it happens it
happens tears of happiness tears of joy tears of sadness it's okay number two is
chaos expected if you expect chaos going into the day you're going to be just
fine it's gonna be very chaotic coming in out of the room deciding how they
want their room set up and how you think it should be set up and if other people
are coming in out of the room it's gonna be chaotic expect it and have fun the
third thing is is fear expect fear from you or your son or daughter this is new
exciting yes but new and it's going to be fearful so expect that and number
four is excitement again things are new it's exciting to get all set up and to
see these new places and and experience this with your family that's what to
expect as a parent and the last thing as a parent what do you do as a parent well
the first one I think is to be patient as parents moving in your son or
daughter to college you must be patient with yourself and your child because
this is new for all of you so just be patient with them and give you guys self
a break number three is do - excuse me is do not if you can help it move in
when the roommates are moving in it's just too hard the room is too small and
you know all of you can get everything done it's just to avoid stress try to
schedule it when your roommates are not moving in that would be very helpful the
third thing is is to be positive as parents you can be positive and be
excited it's easy to have your own fears come in but just to be positive and the
fourth thing the hardest thing to do as a parent is to be ready to
leave when it's time to leave hah this is probably when I will expect my tears
to start but it's really important that you prepare as a parent to be ready to
leave and say goodbye your son or daughter has what it takes to do to make
it and now you get to say goodbye to them and watch them leave for this new
chapter in their life oh I'm not expecting the tears now and here they
come so as parents this is what you can be expected to bring on moving day this
is what you expect what you can expect to feel on move-in day and this is what
you can expect to do on move-in day and I hope that my expert friends are
correct because we are preparing ourselves by this list to be ready to
move in our son please like share and subscribe to our Channel and like and
share this video because I'm sure many of you are going through this or we'll
go through it sooner than later and you will be blessed you will be helped like
we have been to have this list and hopefully be more prepared to make your
move in and a pleasant one until next time be intentional by giving your son
or daughter ready for college
