Paul Ryan Is Shaking In His Boots!

See What President Trump Just Took Away From Him

There is little uncertainty that immigration will remain a point of incredible interest

for the term of President Trump's residency.

Feelings run high on the two sides of the issue, and we are far from any kind of compromise.

Actually, given the stakes included, it's improbable that any compromise will happen.

Some portion of the issue is this is a multifaceted issue.

It's not simply a question of driving those entering the United States to take our immigration

laws.

Immigration addresses security in that it's improbable that any future terrorists will

uncover their expectations at the border.

It likewise addresses the economy in that a few organizations are eager to expand immigration

as these individuals frequently take employments for exceptionally insignificant wages subsequently

boosting benefits.

At that point, there are the political issues.

The individuals who figure out how to get into the nation unlawfully can turn into a

rich wellspring of votes if took care of the way the left would incline toward.

Warehoused in sanctuary cities, they can be given liberal welfare benefits until such

time that a program or other technique goes along to make them vote rights.

There ought to be little uncertainty as to which party they can be relied upon to help.

However, maybe the most touchy issue is what can anyone do the individuals who were unlawfully

brought into the nation by their folks as youthful youngsters.

They have grown up here and keeping in mind that pure of wrongdoing because of their age

when the entered the nation wrongfully, the reality remains that they are illegal aliens,

and thus subject to deportation.

In any event, they were until Mr. Obama issued an executive order making a program called

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

This empowered these purported "Dreamers" to apply to stay in the U.S. Furthermore,

keep on holding jobs and appreciate different advantages as if they were here legitimately.

President Trump has finished DACA, however in a fairly strange manner.

Lawyer General Sessions declared that the program is being eliminated over a six-month

duration amid which time Congress can address the issue.

The left is enraged, of course.

In any case, what isn't so evident is the troublesome position this puts House Speaker

Ryan in?

As we probably are aware, Mr. Ryan has not been especially useful in passing President

Trump's agenda.

Actually, he has next to no to appear.

Presently he has the notorious hot potato with which to battle.

Ryan has shown that he has needed to see DACA replaced off and repealed with a bill supporting

the Dreamers.

President Trump has said that he remains a cherished memory to him for the Dreamers.

So now Mr. Ryan has the issue he, in any event, guaranteed that he wanted.

In any case, the inquiry stays with respect to whether he can assemble a bill that won't

just pass the House, however the Senate too and get the president's mark.

With the president having uncovered nothing about what might need to be in such a bill

to get his mark, Mr. Ryan's issues recently deteriorated.

Ryan wants the Dreamers to stay, however, to get that going he needs to pass legislation

he has no clue the president will sign.

Given Speaker Ryan's desolate help for a president from his own particular party, the

issue couldn't arrive in the lap of a more proper person.

"The Trump administration on Tuesday announced the 'orderly wind down' of the Obama-era

program that gave a deportation reprieve to illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as

children – putting pressure on Congress to come up with a replacement.

"'I do not favor punishing children, most of whom are now adults, for the actions of

their parents.

But we must also recognize that we are a nation of opportunity because we are a nation of

laws,' President Trump said, in a lengthy written statement explaining the decision.

"The Department of Homeland Security formally rescinded the Deferred Action for Childhood

Arrivals program, known as DACA, with a six-month delay for current recipients.

According to Acting Homeland Security Secretary Elaine Duke, the interval is meant to give

Congress 'time to deliver on appropriate legislative solutions.'"

For all the screaming the liberals are doing, that announcement does not state that President

Trump won't sign legislation offering accommodations to the Dreamers.

It says Congress should pass legislation to manage the circumstance over a six-month effortlessness

period.

However, there's the sang.

The possibility of Congress, particularly this one lead by Ryan and McConnell completing

anything in a half year is an interesting idea.

Truth be told, one could be pardoned for trusting that President Trump sent the DACA issue to

Congress for the sole motivation behind giving it the profound six and giving Congress a

chance to assume the fault for the program's demise.

Be that as it may, President Trump has sounded a placating note with respect to DACA and

his ability to help congressional endeavors to protect the Dreamers.

"'This is a gradual process, not a sudden phaseout,' he said.

'Permits will not begin to expire for another six months, and will remain active for up

to 24 months.

Thus, in effect, I am not going to just cut DACA off, but rather provide a window of opportunity

for Congress to finally act.'"

What has occurred here is both the president and the attorney general have expressed that

Mr. Obama's executive order was unlawful and liable to be upset in court as a usurpation

of congressional authority.

Along these lines, the president has continued to program briefly until the point when Congress

arranges a program for the Dreamers that he will sign.

"'Congress, get ready to do your job – DACA!' Trump tweeted Tuesday morning."

What that may well mean is that Mr. Ryan has quite recently been put on the last place

anyone would want to be by a president who has become burnt out on a House Speaker who

can't or won't advance the president's plan.

This half-year time span amid which DACA can proceed while Mr. Ryan endeavors to carry

out his activity implies there is a due date.

What's more, that is got the chance to be something Mr. Ryan despises.

"Thank You For Your Service" - What does that phrase really mean? - Duration: 5:12.

(soft music)

- Thank your for your service,

but what does that really mean.

'Cause see I never spent a single day on a battlefield,

never had to enlist and leave my life behind.

Never woke up at five, the boot camp daily grind.

Never had to practice ducking a bomb blast

or risk discovering how shrapnel feels.

Thank you for your service,

seems empty sometimes like good morning.

A phrase we say to be polite, soldier said to me once,

I appreciate you saying thank you for your service

but do you really know our sacrifice?

If you really wanna thank us for our service,

then show us the proof.

See, there's a few good men and women

in need of your support,

but most of you can't handle the truth.

We go back to back tours, winters to spring,

summers to fall.

We guard this country, so if the colonel orders

the Code Red, you want us on that wall,

you need us on that wall.

Nowadays I'd rather ask that soldier

tell me what you been through.

Tell me the sacrifices you've made.

The cultures you've experienced.

The different countries that you've been to.

Til a few weeks ago, I used to think being

in the service was just tours in Afghanistan or Iraq.

When the real truth is 85% of military jobs are now combat,

non attack, non jogging with M-16's and heavy backpacks.

When the Blackhawks down,

mechanics get it back flying.

Military Intel Personnel, keeps massive amounts

of soldiers from dying.

Even my understanding of military terms is actually a joke.

Full Metal Jacket is ammunition,

I used to think it was a coat.

It never really occurred to me everybody

ain't on the battlefield saving private Ryan.

It's the drill sergeants the first ones

that were training Private Ryan.

Down to the soldiers making dog tags engraving private Ryan.

While he's disabled, all the nurses

they were bathing Private Ryan.

The rehab specialists check his movements,

they were grading Private Ryan,

and the volunteers when planes landed

they were waving Private Ryan.

But I didn't volunteer, I wasn't even there,

I didn't even meet him.

Too busy getting into social media arguments

about how he's fighting for my freedom.

I was ignorant, led by media headlines and war rhetoric.

While prepping to say thank you to someone

whose experience we would never get!

Speaking of service, most of us don't even leave a tip.

Definitely not the 20% due.

As a matter of fact on Memorial Day

we're not celebrating fallen soldiers.

We're calling up friends to find out

who's having a barbecue.

See if I really wanted to thank you for your service,

I would be at the VA.

On any available day, like where do I sign up?

Who's taking donations and where the hell do I pay?

Thanking you for your service is employment

after you finish tour.

Thanking you for your service is emotional support

when you come home scarred by the wars.

Thanking you is making success automatic

so you don't have to do it manually.

To say thank you for all the times you uprooted

and moved your family's.

So absolutely say thank you for your service.

But remember, it's a service that

most of us never had to endure.

So I salute the great women and men.

From now and then, through thick or thin.

Hopes, bright and grim, facing death or life,

risking life and limb, for the call of duty.

Responded, where and when.

So, remember your thank you, it's your time,

your understanding, your charitable purchase,

Otherwise that thank you is really just lip service.

Pete's Two Cents - What Distributors Can Learn from Retailers to Stay Profitable - Episode 7 - Duration: 2:43.

So one area of nomenclature that comes up a lot in our business is the

difference between a retailer and a distributor and in a lot of cases a lot

of industry pundits a lot of research reports will lump the two together and

talk about the retail and distribution outlook for the coming year.

But if you are ever are meeting with a distributor and refer to them as a retailer

or meet a retailer or refer to them as a distributor you quickly learn that they are

two totally different businesses and they believe that they operate as two

totally different kinds of businesses and that's totally true. At the same time,

there are some pretty interesting similarities. The way distributors today

are carving out differentiable positions in the market for themselves is by

taking on retailing on behalf of the brands they're distributing. So we have a

lot of distributors today that are working with brands that you're all

familiar with and are acting on behalf of those brands to merchandise those

products in marketplaces, to even set up and operate e-commerce sites on behalf of

their brands as well as distribute those products to that brand's retailer.

And that's happening today because consumers are putting tremendous pressure,

in general, on retailers and brands to make sure that they can engage with a product

and buy a product in whatever means is convenient and comfortable for them.

So the distributors are being able to see what's happening in retailing, but also

be very close to their brands and be in a great position to work with those

brands to take those products to market and get them in the hands of consumers

directly through the distributors own merchandising capability.

This is something that 5 years ago was probably unthinkable, but today is one of

the ways that distributors are creating value on behalf of their brands in the

marketplace and are taking on a new role as a partner for retailers by helping

merchandise those brands products directly to consumers.

What To Do For Heartburn & Stomach Problems - Duration: 6:41.

If you have a chronic health condition, it's almost a given that you have a

chronic stomach problem. This video talks about what you can do about it and some

considerations how to help you achieve and maintain optimal health, you should

check it out.

Hello everyone, Dr. Jason West with stomach disorders segment, specifically

heartburn, indigestion and more upper GI stuff, there's a lot of lower GI problems

that we're covering on a different video like irritable bowel syndrome,

fissures and hemorrhoids and stuff like that but we're going to talk

about the top part of the stomach today. Almost all of my chronic

disease patients or chronic illness patients have some type of stomach

problem because you are what you eat or maybe you are what you absorb but what

you're putting into your system, if we can't get it to the right place, you

don't feel very good. So a couple things to consider about that. Number one, is we

might want to make sure we're putting the most healthy things as possible into

your stomach and I was talking with a gentleman the other day that termed it

perfectly, the closer your food is to earth, the least amount of steps possible,

if you're picking it right out to the ground or right out of your gardener

from the farmers market, it's a lot healthier than if it's process and goes

through a supermarket system and it's shipped across the country and if

it's predigested, pre-fabricated, pre-synthetic, if it's one step away from

being plastic, it's not good for your system either. But so many stomach

problems start by not chewing correctly. We had a patient that said that they

had solved their chronic health and indigestion problem for chewing their

food more and I said, "How many times are you chewing your food?" And he said,

twenty-five to thirty and I looked at at him, man, I don't know if I have ever

chewed food that much. I went in and did a whole bunch of research and that's

actually a pretty good recommendation. If you're having stomach problems, chew your

food a lot more, make sure you're getting enough water that you can actually get

everything to move through and avoid,

well I still gonna say cancer, but that's not the right word, I was going to avoid

acidic foods, specifically soda pop, diet soda pop, you're

taking acid, you're putting an acid environment in, actually really disrupts

the normal chain events that happened in your stomach. Now if you're having acid

reflux, heartburn, indigestion, one of the things that you want to determine is

which is it. Is it too much acid that's being generated or is it not enough of

the right type of acid because if you're putting food in your system and it

doesn't break down, it'll sit there, it'll ferment, it'll rot and it'll decay it

can't go south so it comes north and that's where you get all that heartburn

and indigestion and so one of my favorite things to do for people is to

give them a proteolytic enzyme to help break down the food. Now a natural,

non-invasive, really inexpensive way to test that hypothesis to see if you're

having the wrong type of acid is to use some Bragg's natural apple cider vinegar,

about a tablespoon and half a glass of water after meals, if it helps your

digestive process, one either keep doing it because it's hard to argue with

results or you can switch to some type of a pill or a tincture that helps to

break the food down and that's what I typically do. I have a mild case of

heartburn, it's totally controlled by some enzymes, if I take the enzyme, helps

to break down the food, you don't get the burping and belching that you have and

you don't get flatulence going out the other end because you're digesting

things in a timely manner, the opening on the bottom of the stomach opens up

because the food's digested everything drops down, you don't have that decay or

acid reflux that's going up. Now the flip side is if you take the proteolytic

enzyme or the apple cider vinegar, makes it worse it means you have an over

stimulation of the vagus nerve, you're actually having Hyperchlorhydria which

means too much acid and phosphorous is a mineral that helps to down regulate the

vagus nerve, it's really helpful in people that are producing too much acid

and too much acid happens about 20% of the time, not enough is about 80% of the

time, now some things that you can really help to calm the stomach down, you can

use some a really neat product, it's called bottled sunshine, you can do some

what called montmorillonite clay or some bentonite clay and what happens is the

A D E and K that are in bottled sunshine help to heal and soothe irritated GI

tissue and the bentonite clay and the mop more like clay, what it does is,

acts like a lint roller and a disk gets rid of stuff that's in your system.

I also really like the herb slippery elm and okra because it acts, again, to pull

out problem stuff out of the crevices of lower GI system and helps to get you

regular, sometimes you need a little bit of magnesium sulfate or some epsom salts

or you can even use vitamin C to get everything to open up a little bit

further down. That bottled sunshine is so amazing for helping GI disorders heal in

the upper part and if it is a bacterial problem, you can use a wonderful

homeopathic called an anticardium which has the antidote for the aged pylori

bacteria. You want to help with your immune system if you think there's any

ulcer considerations. So lots of water, digest the food, making sure that you get

a proteolytic enzyme, if that aggravates it which is not very common you can use

phosphorus to down-regulate. Now some really neat treatment options

for for people that have really bad upper GI problems, one, is there something

called pulsed electromagnetic frequency therapy which is a magnet therapy which

basically helps to charge up unhealthy cells, it's an external therapy, it's not

painful it really helps, almost like a stomach

massage, the only real contraindication is you can't be pregnant and you can't

have a pacemaker because it is a magnetic therapy, there's also an amazing

nerve reset therapy that you can do where you can inject superficially in

the skin overneath the stomach get over the stomach area and what it does is, it

makes the nerves open and close and reboot. Acupuncture, I've seen to be

really really effective and then of course, stress management. Is there an

outlet for things that are building up inside your system? Are you doing prayer?

Are you doing meditation? Are you doing your best to forgive others? Are you

journaling? All of those things I see really really good outcomes for stomach

problems. Hey, thanks for watching the video on GI problem, stomach problems,

heartburn. There's a link to the supplement page that talks about what

you can do to heal and soothe irritated GI tissue, how you can help digest foods

and if it's a problem with too much acid, here's the link to the mineral of

how you can get it to calm down.

What is wrong with Lawbreakers - Duration: 5:09.

Lawbreakers is a buy2play first person hero shooter

develloped by Boss Key and published by Nexon America.

the game has a very hard time in finding players that would actually play their game

because avg peak is at 10

and during free weekend - 150.

I'm with this game since first closed alpha test

and I need to admit that after beta period that I would call a failure

due to horrible design decisions

the game has got quite a few improvements

to make gameplay more appealing to me.

They finally fixed resolution bug I asked for years...

they added slow health regen to builds more strategy in terms of combat

they increased TTK to show some skilled gunfights

and reasonable usage of abilities

but

with all these good things

the game still can't be recommended from me

and there are 4 main reasons why lawbreakers lost playerbase:

#1 Modes

One of the main issues I see with the game

is that devs tried to make every map in a game compatible

with all modes

and with that said

all maps are symetrical

As a little advice to Boss key

You should never, ever

make symetrical maps as primary in a game.

These type of half backed maps are getting boring quite quickly.

THe modes are absolutely horribly designed

4 of 6 modes are basically, go to 1 POI of the map

and fight which is something You need to avoid in 5v5 games.

The reason why modes like TDM or Turf War are great

is because You split players into different POIs on the map

to make combats more engaging and more fair.

Instead of chaotic 10 player bloodbath

You will notice 4 people max in your area fighting for the living

which is a much more appreciate experience for players.

In modes like Overcharge or Uplink,

they failed so much by ripoffing sacrifice and ctf

but You know what boss key?

You forgot that in UT, or Quake

You actually need to scavenge the map to get resources

like armor, health and weapons

In Lawbreakers, You don't need that

so You basically camp in a base

and wait for 100% to score a point.

Blitzball has some potential as a mode

but it needs own, unique map designs to make it great.

With that said

I need to mention that this game has almost 0 replayability

Despite useless progression like level system and credits

you get from tutorials

or stash drops

the game has literally nothing to keep You play

If they want to follow this path, they need to introduce leaderboards

or steam market (like devs behind ballistic overkill did)

to make people play because they want to reach top of rankings

or just make few bucks on steam by selling skins.

People play and grind call of duty for entire year

because cod has thousands of challenges,

free camo challenges worth your attention,

prestige system, calling cards, emblems

a lot of cosmetics

that You want to show to other people to feel rewarded.

In lawbreakers, there is nothing rewarding, no matter what Your intentions are.

and the last negative point of LB

visual clarity.

Even dunkey made a standpoint about this game being increadibly hard to read.

As a multiplayer game designer, You need to ask yourself

Do You want a game that will defend with gameplay, or graphics?

and from what I see

Boss key choosed graphics.

Even on lowest settings, You can't see shit.

A lot of blurry effects, shining flashy things with no text informations what is going on.

I want to appreciate Paladins

for this because even when You don't know, what is going on with all AOE

on your screen

at least you get a visible text above your crosshair saying "stunned"

or "slowed" or "infected"

and You instantly knows what is going on.

In LB, you have no fuckin idea what happened on the field.

And actually, there is an easy fix to that, just make a text notification

and get rid of all blurry effects on side of the screen.

Overall,

I started to like the game

I think it can be saved with f2p model and class renting similar to paladins or dirty bomb

but we will see, will nexon allows them

to give second chance

or will they keep their overpriced 30 bucks for 7 half made maps

because they were to lazy to make something more appealing.

St. Porphyrios: God will say to me, "What are you doing here?" - Duration: 1:36.

My thought was telling me that if I were to go up there in Heaven

and God will say to me, "What are you doing here?"

I thought I would say to Him: "Lord, whatever Your love dictates!

Send me wherever Your love wishes! I give myself over entirely to Your love!"

I would also say to Him: "I know, O Saviour, that none other hath sinned against Thee as have I,

nor hath wrought the deeds that I have done.

But this again I know, that neither the magnitude of mine offences nor the multitude of my sins

surpasseth the abundant long-suffering of my God

and His exceeding love for mankind." [Communion Prayer of Symeon the New Theologian]

When I felt that death was approaching, when I felt on the point of leaving this life,

I was saying and repeating these words, even though I was weak.

I was saying these unceasingly with a desire... to leave this life with these thoughts.

One of our listening posts picked up a message.

The Dominion has succeeded in locating Damar's family.

They're dead.

They weren't a part of this rebellion.

The Dominion knew that. The Founder knew that.

Weyoun knew that.

To kill her and my son...

the casual brutality of it...

the waste of life.

What kind of state tolerates the murder of innocent women and children?

What kind of people give those orders?

Yeah, Damar, what kind of people give those orders?

Oh, that was stupid.

Not at all.

Damar has a certain...

romanticism about the past.

He could use a dose of cold water.

Well, I could've picked a better time.

If he's the man to lead a new Cardassia

if he's the man we all hope him to be

then the pain of this news made him more receptive to what you said,

not less.

made him more receptive to what you said, not less.

Tutorial 2: What is a Computer Network? Animated step by step tutorial - Duration: 5:56.

hello humans welcome to alien skills hacking University today we will learn

about computer networks what is a computer network in the simplest term

the computer network is a group of computers connected with each other

let's say I have one computer here another here and the third one here

these are independent computers and cannot communicate with each other if we

connect these three computers together it's called a computer network let me

connect it here you go now these three computers are connected together and can

communicate with each other this linking can be made to an Ethernet cable

all radio waves commonly called Wi-Fi now that's a quick basic let me show you

a simple home network I have my computer here this is my tablet where is my

smartphone

of course my xbox here my CCTV security camera here and my Smart TV these are

basically six nodes in my home A node is nothing but a device on the network

this 6 devices so sitting at six different places and are not connected

to each other so for connecting all these devices and make them communicate with

each other or to access the internet we use a device called a router so here will be

my router

now my tablet will connect to my router through the Wi-Fi my CCTV camera is

connected to my router through a long ethernet cable from my porch my smartphone is

of course connected through Wi-Fi my router sits near my TV so I connect my

Smart TV to the router with an Ethernet cable my laptop is connected to the

router through the Wi-Fi and my Xbox which is in my bedroom is connected to

the router through Wi-Fi now as you can see all the devices or nodes are connected

to the router and can communicate with each other so I was watch my favorite

music video on my tablet

my friends came home and they wanted to watch it too

what you do now? doesn't feel good to give the tablet to each of my friends or

wait I can just send the music video to my TV as everything is connected now

the tablet will send the music video to the router which in turn will send it to

the TV now all my friends can watch that is the advantage of connected devices

I just watched some content on my tablet on my TV but that's not enough is it

what if you want to watch some content on YouTube what if you want to watch

alien skills tutorials I have uploaded all my tutorials on YouTube and YouTube

servers are installed outside your home network maybe halfway around the other

side of the globe so if you want to watch my youtube videos you have to

connect your router to the Internet

here we go now all your devices can access internet too - for the communication

between the devices to be made possible we need to know the address of the

device to which we are communicating with you want to send a holiday

postcard to your cousins of friends you got to know their address to which you

have to send it to

you will write the address and send it to the post office which will then

forward it to the correct address

it's the case here also every device connected to the router will have one

address assigned to it so that the other devices can communicate with them

That address is called the IP address let's say my laptop is assigned the IP address

192 168 0 2 my laptop has 192 168 0 3 my smartphone has 192 168 0 4 Smart TV

192 168 0 5 CCTV camera 192 168 0 6 and my Xbox 192 168 0 7 the router

will have an IP too let's say 192 168 0.1 this IP;s which starts with 192 is

internal or local IP, this will be the address used by the devices to

communicate with each other inside your home network we have one public IP here

216.5 8.197.78 which will be the address the Internet service providers

will assign you all the websites can see this IP of yours unless you use a

proxy I will teach about proxy in the coming tutorials so your local IP have

scope within your network only your friend's home network also can have the

same IP's but your public IP is unique around the world I hope you got some

basic understanding of what is a computer network and how different devices in

their network communicate with each other We will see in the next tutorial

bye this channel is launched just now so

I'll be uploading more and more tutorials very frequently if you don't

want to miss those tutorials please subscribe and click the bell icon

Clicking the bell icon is really important as it will help YouTube to send

notifications when I upload new tutorials this will help you to stay

updated with the channel

What Can I Expect from My Accountants Based on My Budget - Duration: 4:06.

How much money should you be paying for

your accounting service?

And what can you expect

from these people that are working for you

for the amount of money that you're paying out there?

What's up, gang

This is Michael Hsu from DeepSky.

So

This question comes up time and time again

in my entrepreneur group.

People are always asking

Michael

What should I expect to get my accounting done

on the month-on-month basis?

or my budget is X dollar a month,

what levels service should I expect?

So

To start off at the basic

$500 dollars a month

This is usually where new entrepreneur start

when you're doing five or six hundred thousand dollars

You're just starting to hire people

$500 dollars is pretty much what you'll pay for

a basic set of books

to get your tax return done

The set of books are not terribly accurate

are not terribly useful

But they're good enough to make sure your eyes on it

keys across, and you can file a tax return.

Now, between $500 to $1,500 dollars

there are a lot of automated bookkeeping service

that are now designed for this space

They're charging you between $500 to $1,500 a month

And, some of them are pretty good.

But then again remember these are

low touch

and high automation companies

that there's gonna be a lot of back-and-forth

but not a lot of hand-holding.

So again, pretty good if you just want to make sure that

somebody is looking at your numbers, and you have

a set of reports to look at

but don't expect too much from a consulting

or a controllership level of work

If you're a small company at around a million dollar

between 1,500 to $2,000

you should be able to at least

get some serious real accounting work done

I mean somebody who is taking care of AP

somebody who's taking care of your AR, and then

you should be able to get monthly close relatively easy

So your standard P&L

Balance Sheet

Cash Flow Statement

should be available to you

and if they're pretty good

they should be sitting down with you

and explaining to you what those report mean

Now once you get to $2,000 to $6,000 plan range

this is where things get interesting

At this point, you should really expect a good partner

that isn't just taking care of your AP, AR, cash

financial reporting

They're really sitting down with you and then helping you

sort things out, like system, processes

having conversation with you on your numbers

and then the higher price you get

the more complex reporting

or the higher price you get

the more strategic stuff

"what metrics we're tracking"

"what reports we're looking at"

"What numbers are we looking at?"

And that's what you should be expecting to get

at that level of service

Once you get pass $6,000 dollars a month

this is where things really really really get interesting

because you're kind of border-lining at $6,000 dollars

$72,000 dollar a year

you can really hire one decent controller

So then, you run into the issue of

"Do I hire one decent controller in-house?"

or

"Do I stick with a really high-end

outsource accounting department?"

My choice will be to stick with

the super high-end outsource accounting department

for now

But then once your budget get to about $8,000 a month

you can start thinking about bringing people in-house or

$10,000 a month

for sure start thinking about bringing people in-house

At this point, your companies are getting much bigger

probably more than $5 million dollar

and then remember

a good outsourcer, a good vendor, should never be

afraid of helping you make that decision and then

bring someone in-house if they truly have your financial

well-being in mind

Until next time, I hope you guys are growing profitably

So here's a little cheat as well

If you're asking

"hey, well.. what budget should I pay for?"

Usually, I would like to say..

keep your accounting efforts

within 3% of your total revenue

So obviously, if you're doing a million dollar

$30,000 dollars is a good number to kind of start at

If you're doing 8 million dollar

$80,000 dollars a year is probably a good number

to play with

So again, the bigger you get, the smaller the percentage

But I will say keep it between 1 to 3%

and you should be pretty good

【#007】日本のモーニングサービスってなに?~What is "Morning service" in Japan? ~※with English subtitles - Duration: 2:38.

Hi guys, it's Misaki!

Today I'm going to introduce an interesting Japanese culture called the "Morning service".

When you go to coffee shop and order a drink in the morning, you can get free breakfast. This is called "Morning service" in Japan.

Japanese coffee shops usually open at 6am or 7am.

In my hometown Gifu, this free breakfast service only goes until 11am and after that will be lunch time,

so if you want to try out the "morning service", remember to go before 11am.

Actually, some coffee shops serve "morning services" all the day.

Whenever you order a cup of drink, you can get a plate of light meal for free. If you want to visit these shops, please check it online or on Facebook.

The Japanese word "morning service" actually means "breakfast special" in English.

In English, "morning service" usually means the Sunday service at church. It has a completely different meaning in Japanese, so don't get it wrong!

Actually, "morning service" is originated from Aichi prefecture and Gifu prefecture (which is my hometown). This culture has spread over all over Japan.

When I went back to my hometown last week, I went to the coffee shop to have "morning breakfast" with my family.

I ordered a cup of caffe latte and I got pieces of bread, a small cup of minestrone, scrambled egg and slices of banana for my "morning service".

So this is the "morning service".

In Tokyo, there're a few "morning services", but they only serve you pieces of bread and boiled egg for free.

You can get a luxury "morning service" like a lunch plate, if you go to Aichi prefecture and Gifu prefecture.

So if you want to try out the "morning service", I highly recommend you to go to Kansai area.

There probably isn't any services like this in other countries,

so if you're thinking what to have for breakfast when you come to Japan, you should definitely try this out!

So I've talked about "morning service" in Japan today.

That's me for today! Thank you so much for watching and see you again soon!

What did you think of BQE Succeed 2017? - Duration: 3:21.

I met some really good people, learned a lot thus far and continue to learn a lot.

It's a great opportunity to get a lot of information all at once.

It's big pieces of information and you get a great overview of the product. You get a great overview of the company.

It's really really useful.

You can always learn something new. Don't ever think you know everything.

You take the time to learn the program and the software

and meet the people that you're talking to every day.

Because those support people usually meet you when you're having a catastrophe

or something chaotic going on and it's nice to be able to go in and thank them personally.

My favorite presenter so far was David from PSMJ and I might be messing up that acronym

but he was the survey data guy and I think what he

shared was a lot of really interesting KPIs that businesses should be looking

at for profitability and I think that really ties in to the capabilities that Core has.

It has is really giving me a lot of information about what's out there for our office.

The thing that I have learned the most is that it's more than just invoicing.

It's actually project planning, staff planning long-lead information

that you normally would not have unless you had that kind of software.

I just completed the Top 10 Reports in BillQuick and it was a very informative workshop.

I've already decreased three to four hours of administrative time on producing monthly reports.

So what do you think you'll do with your extra time?

Long lunch!

We were able to get a one-on-one session demoing the new Core software.

BQE Succeed has been terrific.

It's provided me a wealth of information that I can take back and implement.

I am very excited about Core. I plan to run back to the office and

migrate our data and get to testing.

I didn't know that you could hide certain things on reports.

I didn't know that you could get customization of reports pretty easily.

BQE succeed has been very inspirational, knowledge building and

networking that far exceeded our expectations.

Very well done. Powerful. Thorough. Informative.

BQE Succeed is helpful.

BQE Succeed is rather interesting.

It's very insightful and it's been a lot of fun.

BQE Succeed has been fabulous. I have really enjoyed the interaction with other users

and the access to support staff and sales people that can help me have a better experience

with BQE when I get back to the office.
