Manchester City have capitalised on Uniteds woes, with Pep Guardiolas side currently boasting an eight point lead in the Premier League.

And Lukaku, who has failed to score in his last seven games for United, says Mourinhos men are ready to shine again with players returning from injury.

HOW-TO set up Hilti PROFIS Detection software - Duration: 4:14.

This tutorial explains the menu and tab bar features of PROFIS detection, and shows users

how to start the application and download or open a scan from an archive, drive or folder.

Open the Hilti PROFIS detection app from the windows start menu or by double clicking the

desktop icon.

The application opens to the project management tab which features a list of available scans.

Double click any of the scans listed to open.

Once a scan has been opened, the program will automatically download the data set, process

the data, and then switch to the X-scan or Ferroscan tab for visualization of the data.

To select and open a scan from another archive, drive or folder, click file, then open scan

file in the menu bar.

Scans cannot be opened directly from email.

To open an emailed scan, a file should first be imported and saved in the project file

structure.

The menu bar contains the general functions of the program.The tab bar subdivides project

management and analysis of scanned data.

The info section contains the coordinates when scanned data is displayed.

Data may be analyzed and visualized in different formats, 2D or 3D.

Using the function buttons, different analysis sections could be used to process scans.

The analysis section contains the range of available parameters.

The main area of the screen contains the most important data displayed.

The menu bar is positioned in the upper left corner and includes five functions.

Using the file function, scans can be opened and saved in a new or existing folder.

Revert changes: cancels all changes made prior to the last time the scan was saved.

Close tab: closes the currently displayed scan, and Exit: exits the application.

Copy, cut, paste or delete an object using the edit function.

Select all will highlight all objects from the project management window, while choosing

invert selection cancels the last selection made.

The settings function allows users to select a language, unit of measurements, preview

icon size, and select which details get exported to a CSV file.

Under settings are also included options specific to the X-scan or the Ferroscan, which add

functionalities or export.

The tools function includes three sub-functions; Ferroscan batch processing is used for automating

settings and exporting options to any number of scans.

The PROFIS Ferroscan map feature allows several scans to be grouped together and provides

analysis, statistics and export functions for large area images.

Be sure to set PSA 55 date and time before the first use of the infrared adaptor or Ferroscan

for accurate reporting.

It appears that the FBI, under former director Robert Mueller, may have had a hand in ensuring

completion of the Russian purchase of Uranium One.

The Hill reports that Russia facilitated the transfer of millions of dollars from their

nuclear industry to an American entity that gave assistance to Former President Bill Clinton's

foundation.

It was also revealed that Russian nuclear officials had paid millions of dollars to

benefit the Clinton Foundation while Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on the Federal

board that approved Russia's purchase of Uranium One.

In 2010, the Obama administration allowed Rosatom — a Russian energy company — to

purchase Uranium One, a mining company that holds about 20 percent of the United States

uranium reserves.

Since the Kremlin controls most of the companies in the nation, the sale of Uranium One to

Rosatom was essentially handing the Russian government control of a large portion of the

United States' uranium.

This is already a problem in and of itself.

However, there is more to the story.

During this time period, Russian nuclear officials were using illicit means to obtain a piece

of the US atomic energy industry.

Russian entities and officials used bribery, extortion, and kickbacks to gain a greater

share of one of our nation's most important business sectors.

A confidential witness working with the FBI obtained records, made secret recordings,

and intercepted emails revealing that the Kremlin compromised an American uranium trucking

company.

When Obama's Justice Department discovered that the Russians had been engaged in these

activities, they did not bring charges immediately.

Instead, they continued to investigate the matter for another four years.

This meant that the American public and Congress were kept in the dark about Russia's behavior.

Who was leading the FBI at the time?

Former Director Robert Mueller, who now serves as the Special Counsel investigating allegations

of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Of course, the Obama administration stated that, at the time of the Uranium One deal,

there was no evidence of Russian malfeasance in the United States atomic energy industry.

However, this statement was a lie.

FBI, Energy Department, and court documents show that the Bureau had already obtained

more than enough evidence demonstrating that Russian nuclear officials were committing

crimes to give Russia a greater stake in our energy industry.

The evidence showed that these activities began as early as 2009.

The investigation into the Russians was led by then-US Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who now

serves as Trump's deputy attorney general, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe,

who currently serves as the deputy FBI director under the current administration.

One of the biggest rhetorical weapons Hillary Clinton used against President Donald Trump

during the election was claiming that he had a questionable relationship with the Russian

government.

The Uranium One deal is just one more story exposing her hypocrisy.

Not only did the Obama administration willfully ignore Russian attempts to force their way

into one of our most important industries, but they practically handed the Kremlin an

enormous piece of America's uranium supply.

While the Left constantly attempts to get the American public to focus on Trump's

relationship with Russia, it appears that Clinton's dealings with the Kremlin are

far more suspect.

Korea's import prices up 0.6 percent in October - Duration: 0:42.

South Korea's export and import prices rose in October, marking four consecutive months

of growth.

According to the Bank of Korea's preliminary data Monday, import prices went up zero-point-six

percent in October from a month earlier... and six-point-eight percent on-year,... on

the back of rising global oil prices.

The price of Dubai crude, Korea's benchmark, recorded an average of more than 55 U.S. dollars

a barrel in October, up from 53-70 the previous month.

Export prices in October also went up half-a-percent on-month on strong demand for electric, electronic

and metal products.
