So if you haven't seen my first video on how to do the post spin plus acrobatic layup yet
These tips may not make sense to you so go ahead and check that out first

A Couple of things before I go into the tips you don't have to have the post spin technician badge
And you don't need to have high attributes to do this
I created a new mycareer just to prove that
This technique works even for a 60 overall center with no badges
It didn't work all the time. I didn't have success from the layups all the time or the spin moves all the time
Mainly because I'm a 60 overall but most of the time, it did
And For those wondering what my game settings are there are 12 minute quarters my difficulty is pro my pro stick
Orientation is a default settings which is camera relative
My camera settings is mycareer default which is the default settings I didn't change anything
here we go tip number one, and I think that this is the most important one pick a 3-point shooting team
I Realized this while watching the livestream of Kevlar AJ last night
What happened was he was on the Bulls now the Bulls were running a silly play where
Cristiano Felicio a non 3-point shooting big man is loitering outside the three-point sideline
Now obviously if you're guarding Felicio
You'll just let him be he can't make shots from there
This causes the defense to sag off into the paint which then gives Kevlar AJ two defenders
It will then be impossible for him to do the spin move let alone the layup
If he had Kevin Love in that corner
3-point line it would be a different story so I wouldn't blame it totally on the Bulls playbook it depends on the lineup and the
Current Bulls suck on that so again pick a 3-point shooting team to avoid this mishap
Tip #2
This is the second most important tip be specific on your attribute upgrades
Only upgrade your layups post offense and strength
Layups and post office will obviously give you a higher shooting percentage and strength will help you back down on your defender
Right where you need to be
Tip number 3 position yourself well if you don't have room to spin you'll always fail
When you start backing down stop when you reach the mid-range check if you have room to spin
And if not move a little towards your back just a little bit so the defense will not follow your footwork
This will take a few seconds, but it will prevent you from having to do the spin two or three times per possession
Tip number four master the acrobatic lay up, I had this problem before where I would get a perfect spin
But my player would perform a normal layup it turns out that I'm doing the reverse layup wrong now for those of you who are confused
Reverse layup is equal to acrobatic layup now the controls for the reverse layup may confuse some of you
So right before your post spin animation ends
Immediately hold the left stick towards your running direction
Then without letting go of the left stick hold the right stick towards the baseline
My mistake is that I held the left stick and right stick simultaneously which will cause my player to do a regular layup
So master the reverse layup, and you're good to go
tip number five
Don't mind the negative teammate grade if you're holding the ball too long or having an excessive call for past need option
Let it be
It's natural if you're grinding for rep points so just keep on beasting and don't be too sensitive on the teammate grade
tip number six
Use the timeout whenever you feel like your teammate is gonna shoot the ball himself especially on a fast-break call time
By doing this you'll get one more possession for yourself
Tip number seven in the last few minutes of the fourth quarter if you still have less than five fouls use them up
That way you can stop the time your opponent shoots free throws and you get the possession
additional tip when it's the last two minutes of the game and
When your opponent knocks down a shot you can call a timeout and inbound the ball from the center line
Instead of all the way from your opponent's baseline save you some seconds
Tip number eight
forget the team practice facility for now
You only have to go to the neighborhood to load up on your turbo at the gym or get your salary from Brian
Unless you want to grind for badges. You can skip team practice facility for now

DIY How to make pine cone tree (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #412 - Duration: 2:57.
Hi. Today I will show you how to make tree out of pine cones.
I made this video by request from my viewer.
Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.
Make a hole in a styrofoam ball.
Glue pine cones to the ball. Start from top.
Choose right size of cones and try to make as small holes between cones as you can.
Cover entire ball.
Now slightly paint the cones by using white spray paint. Let them dry.
Cut a piece of floral foam...
...and put it in a flower pot.
Make a hole in floral foam.
Wrap a wooden stick by using ribbon.
Cut an organza into small pieces.
Fold them.
Glue them in the holes between pine cones.
Cut a few short strips of rhinestone tape.
Glue them in a few spots.
Apply glue to the hole in styrofoam ball...
...and glue the wooden stick.
Apply glue to the hole in floral foam and glue the tree.
Hide the floral foam by using sisal.
Glue the rhinestone tape to the tree trunk.
Finally, glue a few pine cones to the sisal.
And it's done.
This tree is a nice looking and interesting autumn decoration.
You can also decorate it in different way and use it as Christmas decoration.
I painted the pine cones by using white paint, but you can skip this step.

based on events that took place between February first 2003 and the Fall of that

I was 16 year old driving home which happens to be a 17 mile drive on a
mountain road. There are no stop lights no lights at all, besides your headlights
and maybe the moon shining between the trees, since I often got off work around
11pm. Most times you may see odd lights in the sky or deer or even a bear
on the road, besides tonight. I was alone in the car as I started the drive on the
mountain road. I noticed a pinkish blueish ball of light in the sky. After about
5 miles I noticed that little ball was following me. So my attention was going
between the ball and the curvy road. It was staying right on top of me, I could
see it on every corner I was taking. As I was coming around the a horseshoe turn I
was paying attention to the ball when I looked at the road again I seen a huge
hairy thing jump over a steep cliff onto the road it stopped and was looking
straight at me. As I was slamming onto my breaks screaming at the sight of this animal.
It must have been 9 feet tall. A long nose. And very hairy
but you can see the skin. It had longish ears and its legs were weird. You
can tell it was able to walk on 2 feet but run on 4.it looked like a
mangy wolf with missing hair, definitely wasn't a bear. it just stayed there
looking straight at me not scared the slightest it was on all 4 paw like
hands. As I came to a stop still screaming from what my nightmares decided was
a werewolf in front of me. I was paralyzed in fear, forgot what I was
doing and that the world was spinning I forgot I was in a car able to
drive away. This beast stands up on 2 feet and faces the car sniffs and takes
a step forward. Then a bright blinding light comes from the ball up in the sky
I totally forgot about, and the beast take off up the next hill and the ball just
stays floating out in the middle of the canyon. I break down and start sobbing
thinking I'm going to die. I get my car back into first gear and try to
drive through my tears. I was just about 8 miles away from home if I could just
get home I would be safe. The light in the sky was still following me. I made it
home with the light floating over my house. I got out of the car and was
trying to unlock the door when I started to hear something running towards me
from the woods, the way the bushes were rattling it was something large and
heavy. Right before it cleared the bushes the door was unlocked
I jumped inside slammed the door and locked it and ran to my room, too
scared to go back out or look out the window.

Bottling Up Your Emotions is Not the Answer - Duration: 2:06.
Hi. I'm Veronica.
And I'm here to tell you today that bottling up your emotions is not the answer.
We often want to not feel and to just pretend like everything's okay, even when it's not.
But getting real and honest and truthful about how you feel is so important.
It's really healthy.
And it's a great way to acknowledge and respect the emotion and to process and just get it out.
When you feel happy, feel happy! Laugh, run, enjoy time with your friends.
If you're feeling sad or angry, feel sad. Feel angry.
Don't try to bottle it up and hold it inside.
What happens is it starts to manifest in your body.
You can feel that anger in your chest.
And sometimes, it can feel like "ugh" - an intense pressure.
Or once the sadness starts to build up, you can be super depressed.
And what happened with me is that I bottled all that emotion
and I developed a habit of cutting.
Thankfully, now, I've had the gift of yoga and meditation
to help me process all those emotions.

So feel how you want to feel.
Get real. Get honest about it.
There is nothing to be ashamed about how you feel.
It's really what makes us human.
