Hello everybody, How are you?

I do not know if everyone knows

but besides being a guitar player I'm a physiotherapist

specialist in exercise physiology and psychobiology

I have been studying these two areas for some years now

I decided to make this series for you videos here on the channel

to discuss this subject and if you want, anyone can leave questions for new videos here.

This first vídeo, to start, I want to discuss a subject that is a little controversial

The question: "what is more important the Talent or the Practice?"

Or "Does the talent exist?"

Actually, this is a somewhat ill-asked question because talent is nothing more than a potential that needs to be stimulated by Practice so it can "Blossom"

Talent does exist. There are numerous references

I for example ... I will show classic references, but monthly there are teams studying and publishing scientific articles

on motor coordination, talent and things like that.

I'm talking about motor coordination, for example, there is this book here that is translated into Portuguese ...

these two authors for exemple, Schmidt and Wrisberg, write only of motor learning

And we have a chapter that simply talks about "individual differences and motor abilities" so they will address exactly the question that people are born with different abilities

There's another classic ... I'm going to leave the references down here, I'm just showing this to you to show that it's not just my opinion

This is another classic exercise physiology written by Mcardle ...

he has a session just to talk about the genetics issue

People call this "talent" genetics. And it does indeed exist! if you observe children in a school, you see children with different skills in math, sports and the arts.

But another thing that research shows, is that with practice anyone can reach the high level of excellence in any activity

Even people who have aptitude, they also need a lot of training to evolve ... to develop that potential.

So, the difference in fact arises between those who have aptitude and who does not have, in the matter of a facility: the speed of learning is a little higher

And when you observe athletes in the competitive environment where it is necessary to establish a relationship between people,

when you compare, for example, who is the fastest? who is the strongest? It is obvious that the usually the champion is a guy who has talent and a lot of practice.

Then understand these two concepts:

Talent is a potential and practice is essential to achieving excellence

See you in the next video ...

Remember to leave a Like and questions for new subjects

See you! bye

We Are Born 7 Times In This World – Find Out Which Number You're on Right Now! - Duration: 7:18.

We Are Born 7 Times In This World Find Out Which Number Youre on Right Now!

The 7 lives come one after the other, you decide which one you are on based on its characteristics.

#1 THE INFANT

1-infant.jpgThis is believed to be your first birth. The first time your soul sees the world.

You grow up into a world where nothing makes sense and everything feels new.

People in this stage of birth are yet to find their feet. They feel overwhelmed with things

and have a low threshold for things they dont understand.

Every effort they put in fails and everything they do seems to works exactly the opposite

of how they planned it. This life, being the first, challenges you like life challenges

an infant, relentlessly.

You need to go through this phase to understand what life would throw at you. This life is

led with much difficulty and if you feel that nothing would ever work out for you, then

you may be in the infancy of the life chain.

Theres plenty to look forward to, however. This is your chance to look at the world and

start making sense of it so that you are ready when the next stage, ie, the next life, appears.

#2 THE LEARNER

2-learner-1.jpgThe learner is the second birth or the first rebirth a person undergoes. Your

soul, no longer new to the world, has learned to understand it.

You spend this life trying to learn things. Your life is spent in understanding people,

emotions, and your personality takes the form of an avid learner.

If you spend most of your time trying to learn new things, trying to understand what people

think, how they act and why they do what they do, then you may be in the second life.

You not only learn about others but also about yourself. Who you are, what you were meant

to do, why you act in a certain way etc. will be some of the questions that will bother

you.

At this stage, you are not looking for fame and success but your life is spent in learning,

in preparation for the one to come next.

#3 THE EXPLORER

3-explorer.jpgThe third life or the second rebirth set you upon a life of exploration.

Now that your soul has understood what to expect from life and what are the things you

need to learn, your life will push you to explore.

You will find yourself attracted to new ideas, new thoughts, new places and so much more.

If you have found the urge to explore overwhelming; if you find yourself looking at places wishing

you could go there

and if you have this feeling that theres so much to do and so much to see and yet so

little time, then you are probably living your third life.

Your soul is now looking to find experiences which it can learn from and where it can utilize

the lessons from previous lives.

This third birth is exciting in terms that you will live it with a curiosity of a child

but handle it in a mature way.

#4 THE LOVER

4-lover.jpgThe fourth life brings you, love. Once your soul knows what it is and what lessons

it had learned from the past, it would try to incorporate love into it.

You will find love in other lives too, but true love, as we have imagined it, would come

in this life.

You would have already understood who you are so the next step is understanding who

you love and this is the life thatll bring you to it.

If you find that the only thing missing in your life is true love; if you think that

you are content with your life except for that romantic aspect which seems to be absent

and if you find that day in and day out, all you could think of is finding the right one,

then you are living your fourth life.

The best aspect of this life is that it will take effort but once you find your true love,

it will remain forever.

This life would also be an intersection for your partner, who too would be living their

fouth lives and hence come into your life to stay.

#5 THE ACHIEVER

5-achh.pngThe fifth life or the fourth rebirth is when all that you have learned, experienced

and found would be put to use. Your soul will come prepared in this world to achieve things.

Everything your life has taught you would fall into place, things would come your way

when you least expect them and the dream that your soul had would be fulfilled in this life.

If you feel that you are just a step away from success; if you find yourself anxious

and excited at the same time thinking that any day now you would find the recognition

you deserved and if you feel that it is just a matter of time before success would be at

your feet then you are definitely living your fifth life.

If you dont find success then you may still be in one of the previous phases and need

not worry for when the time comes, success will come to you.

#6 THE GIVER

6-a-giver.jpgThe sixth life molds you to return what you have gained in your previous lives.

It shapes you to think in terms of contributing back and helping others (who are still not

in this phase of life) to understand what they are meant to do.

Selflessness would be the prime thing this life would teach you before you move to the

next one.

If you feel the urge to keep doing things for others, if you find yourself going out

of your way to ensure others are not hurt, if you keep finding yourself saying and doing

things for others by keeping yourself second, then you are definitely living your sixth

life.

Your soul is already prepared to give for it has received in abundance in the past.

This life, therefore, would be spent in teaching, helping, giving and the pinnacle of your sixth

life would be the feeling of true selflessness and satisfaction from the life admirably led.

#7 THE TRANSCENDENCE

7-the-transendent.jpgThe seventh and the last life which you will lead would be the one

to transcend your soul beyond everything human. It would place you above the trivialities

and the mundane issues of life.

It would relieve you of the normal concerns and your life would be led in pursuit of something

far greater than yourself.

If you find yourself thinking that theres a greater calling for you; if you feel detached

from the regularity of life; if you hate the day to day drama and the trivial things people

fight over then it may hint to your being in the last leg of the chain.

If you feel that deep inside, you are not meant for this world and the thing that drives

you is the thirst for true knowledge and that

is what you feel like pursuing, in peace and isolation, then you are ready for transcendence

and once you pass on, your soul would finally be one with the universe, learned, wise and

loved.

To Buy or To Rent? Which is better for you? - Duration: 1:58.

One of the biggest decisions people will make is deciding whether to purchase a home or rent.

There's a lot for you to think about when considering if the time is right to buy.

In order to make an educated decision on which route to take, let's explore more.

In many markets, monthly mortgage payments are often lower than rent.

And while there can be upfront closing costs, by owning a home you could ultimately save money in the long run.

Owning a home allows you to make it your own.

It's your decision whether you want to paint the walls, renovate or even remodel.

And unlike renting, with a fixed-rate mortgage your monthly payments are locked in,

so you don't have to worry about your rent going up at the end of your lease. Say goodbye to landlords.

Renting can offer more flexibility if you need to relocate often for your job

or if you're uncertain where you ultimately want to live.

And while you don't have to worry about home repairs when you rent,

ownership might grant you some tax benefits not available to renters.

And best of all, if you choose homeownership, once you pay off your mortgage, the place is yours.

This can be enticing when compared to renting, because rent payments will continue.

Homeownership can be an important investment in yourself and your long-term future.

Ready to talk about home ownership?

Let Home Point Financial find the loan that's right for you.

We offer a wide array of loan programs for new home purchases, many that feature low down payments.

Federal Flash: Which Education Tax Deductions Are Eliminated in the House Tax Bill? - Duration: 5:00.

That was Representative Suzanne Bonamici, Democrat from Oregon, at Wednesday's House

Education Committee hearing on the impact of the opioid epidemic on schools and communities.

Hello, and welcome to Federal Flash.

I'm Monica Almond and I'm joined by Nikki McKinney.

There's lots to cover about the Republican tax proposal, but first let's turn to Nikki

for more on the hearing.

Thanks, Monica.

During the hearing, witnesses, which included the Superintendent for Allegany County Public

Schools in Maryland, discussed the full spectrum of the crisis in schools: students who are

addicts themselves, students from homes where parents are addicts and the trauma they experience,

and the youngest victims of the epidemic—infants born addicted because of prenatal exposure

and the long-term effects on their academic and emotional development.

Lawmakers and witnesses highlighted the importance of increased funding for education, including

Every Student Succeeds Act Title II funds for professional development and Title IV-A

funds which gives districts flexibility to allocate funding for services to help mitigate

the crisis.

To view the hearing in its entirety, visit the link below.

Thanks, Nikki.

The Ways and Means Committee, the committee with jurisdiction over taxing and spending

in the House, on Monday began debate of the GOP's tax proposal.

The bill includes a number of provisions that will impact education.

The bill makes it more expensive for students to pursue higher education by:

Eliminating the $2,500 student loan interest deduction

Eliminating the deduction for tuition waivers provided by education institutions and

Consolidating the three higher-education tax credits — the American Opportunity Tax Credit,

Lifetime Learning Credit and Hope Scholarship Credit — into one "enhanced" American

Opportunity Tax Credit that is worth less than the existing credits

The proposal would increase the cost of higher education by $65.5 billion according to estimates

provided by Congressional Republicans.

The bill would also Eliminate the deduction for State and local

income or sales taxes, and cap at $10,000 the allowable deduction for property taxes.

Under current law, taxpayers can deduct either their state and local income taxes or their

state and local general sales taxes, whichever are higher.

Eliminating these tax deductions may put pressure on states to reduce these taxes, thereby reducing

the money available to support schools and students.

And the bill takes away a modest yet important benefit to classroom teachers by

Eliminating the $250 deduction that educators can take for what they spend on supplies.

There is a petition being circulated that calls for preserving this educator expense

deduction and opposing any tax bill that eliminates it.

Finally, earlier this week, the Alliance partnered with a number of organizations and local leaders

to submit comments to the Federal Communications Commission, or FCC, regarding the E-rate program.

Since its creation in 1996, E-rate has provided funding to make internet connectivity and

other telecommunications services more affordable for schools and libraries.

In 2014, the FCC modernized the E-rate program to include support for Wi-Fi infrastructure

and services and last month, the FCC requested public comments on the current funding structure,

which provides $1 billion annually for Wi-Fi for five years.

In response, nearly 200 school and district leaders representing 38 states and more than

50 leading organizations, including the Alliance, sent letters to the FCC to support preserving

and continuing the FCC's current commitment of $1 billion annually for Wi-Fi.

To read the letters and learn more visit the link below.

That's all for now.

The Player Manchester United Failed To Sign Which P*ssed Off Jose Mourinho

Jose Mourinhos managerial position at Manchester United continues to be subject to intense speculation, and it appears failing to sign a player in the summer triggered this notion.

United started the new Premier League season in impressive fashion.

Though Mourinho was scrutinised for his ultra defensive tactics against Liverpool, and the mood in the camp continued to decline following the their first league loss to Huddersfield before falling to Chelsea, last weekend.

With his future blown into doubt, reports surfaced linking him with the Paris Saint-Germain job.

And if Mourinho does indeed take the PSG gig, United need look no further than one player.

According to sources from ESPN, Uniteds failure to snap up Ivan Perisic ignited a disharmony at the club.

United were heavily linked with the Inter Milan winger.

Though they were unable to strike a deal with the Italian club despite reportedly tabling offers.

Perisic continues to do the rounds in the transfer rumour mills, with reports suggesting United will renew their interest in January.

Mourinho was hoping to sign a winger during the summer transfer window.

However, the Croatian is believed to be happy at the San Siro.

As a result, PSG will look to take full advantage of the situation by hoping to lure Mourinho to the French capital.
