Heidi Klum Says She Apologized to Drake for Ghosting Him — Here's How He Responded - News today - Duration: 2:35.

Back in February 2018, Heidi Klum played a game of Who Would You Rather? on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, choosing Drake over other celebrity heartthrobs.

When she reappeared on the show in September, she revealed that after seeing the segment, the rapper got her number through a mutual friend — but she had already met and fallen for her now-fiancé, rocker Tom Kaulitz.

"He was basically a week too late," she said at the time. "I never texted him back because I found the love of my life."

In a new Ellen appearance airing Wednesday, the newly engaged supermodel revealed that she did eventually reach out to Drake, 32, to apologize for ghosting him.

"I said I'm sorry, because I know it made a huge wave after I was here, and he just made that face," Klum told DeGeneres, mimicking a raised-eyebrow emoji.

"That's all he responded? Oh, he's mad," DeGeneres quipped.

But Klum certainly had a good excuse for passing on the date. On Dec. 24, Klum, 45, announced her engagement to Kaulitz, 29, with an adorable black-and-white photo of the couple grinning as she showed off her ring.

"I SAID YES," she captioned the selfie.

On her latest Ellen appearance, which was taped before he popped the question, Klum opened up about the possibility of marriage.

"I still believe in love and marriage, I do — even though I've failed twice at it," said Klum, who was previously married to Seal and stylist Ric Pipino. "I guess I'm not very good at it. I found a great person, so let's see what happens."

She also gushed about Kaulitz's willingness to dress up as the ogre Shrek for her annual Halloween bash, revealing her hubby-to-be sat through nine hours of hair and makeup and agreed to arrive at the party in an "onion carriage-buggy-thing."

"I always wanted to be Fiona and I never had a Shrek," she said. "Now I have a Shrek, so I was like, 'Will you be my Shrek?' And he said, 'Of course, I would love to.' He was so nice that he agreed [to] all these things."

When it comes to rugged off-roaders, few models are as versatile as the Mercedes-Benz G-Class

With the latest redesign, the G-Wagen has become more luxurious than ever before, leading some reviewers to say it has reached Range Rover levels of comfort and refinement

Does that mean fewer buyers than before will take it off-road? Probably, although Mercedes-Benz doesn't seem to agree with that

To remind people how capable the G-Class is off the beaten track, the automaker has released a video called "Driving Through Mud With Jessi Combs

" Driven by the fastest woman on four wheels, the G-Class proves itself in deep mud, helped by the ground clearance of 241 mm (9.5 inches) and the all-season tires.

Before tackling the difficult terrain, the driver needs to activate the low range as well as the center and rear differentials

Optionally, the driver can also switch on the front lock but that's only recommended when going through extreme mud holes

With those steps completed, all the driver needs to do is accelerate and keep a steady pace

Going too slow or too fast is not a good idea.Finally, when the deep mud section ends, Mercedes-Benz recommends braking the wet brakes dry so they regain grip

Now that the G350d will go on sale in January, European customers also have a diesel-powered G-Class to take off-road

With a peak torque of 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) at 1,200-3,200 rpm from a 282hp (286PS) 2.9-liter inline six-cylinder turbodiesel, the Mercedes-Benz G350d might be the best one for the job

It's certainly a fun thing to do and if you can't afford the G-Class you should know there are much cheaper alternatives available — such as the Suzuki Jimny, for example

New 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport - Here's The Production Version - Duration: 1:32.

If you were hoping that VW's production-ready version of the Atlas Cross Sport Concept would bring the latter's visuals into showrooms, then prepare to be only slightly disappointed

Unfortunately, gone are the concept's flashy front and rear headlight design, where the entire front fascia was lit up by LED bars that together formed the upper part of the grille

Also, thanks to another recent leak, we know that the taillight graphics are different as well

It's not all bad though The overall shape of the Atlas Cross Sport is pretty much the same as the show car's, which means that it should look a great deal more stylish than the regular Atlas/Teramont, should you be inclined to place the two next to each other

Out in front, the grille, headlight and bumper have all been redesigned for the Coupe version of the crossover, helping it ditch its overly utilitarian aesthetic in favor of a more visually pleasing one

Other than that, the wheel arches continue to protrude outwards, while the rear end design is only slightly less sharp than the concept's

According to China's CNBeta, the Atlas Cross Sport measures 4,905 mm (193.1 inches) in length, 1,989 mm (78.3 inches) in width and 1,719 mm (67.6 inches) in height, and has a 2,980 mm (117.3 inches) wheelbase

To put it into perspective, the wheelbase and width are identical to those of the regular model's, but the overall length has decreased and the roof has obviously been lowered – by 59 mm (2.32 inches).

Power will come from a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol unit, although the Teramont's 2.5-liter VR6 engine is also reportedly part of the range, working alongside a 7-speed DSG automatic and in some cases, 4MOTION all-wheel drive
