Hi everyone, and welcome to move, eat, and explore with Liel Cheri.
Today's episode is EAT with me. It is a breakfast time
and we're going to make a delicious vegan gluten-free blueberry banana pancakes.
I'm not a vegan person but I love, love, love , love love vegan recipes
and these vegan gluten-free blueberry banana pancakes are packed with nutrients and health benefits.
Easy to digest and an amazing energy booster.
So you can begin your day on a bright and energetic side.
Are you ready!? Let`s get started!
You will need: One cup of almond milk
Which has 50% more calcium than in a cow milk and also so easy on your digestion.
One cup of rolled oats. What an amazing mood and energy booster.
One cup of blueberries. Blueberries known as a king of antioxidant.
One banana. Rich in vitamin B6 and high source of potassium.
1/4 cup of Chia seeds. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
1/4 cup of Flax seeds.
Which rich with vitamins and minerals and has a high quality of protein.
Pinch of salt and optional a dash of cinnamon.
Now, we're going to add the almond milk
the rolled oats and the banana
flax seeds, cinnamon
and a pinch of salt
into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended consistency into a bowl.
Then we will add our Chia seeds
and the blueberries.
Now, the reason why I add the Chia seeds last
is because, they have this beautiful ability to swole up
and they just gonna stick everything together.
Now, let`s mix it all nice together
I gonna use a skillet to do my pancakes, because this is what I have in my kitchen.
You can use a pan, a skillet or whatever you have.
I will add one spoon of coconut oil.
I am using a measuring cup to pour them into the skillet
and cook it on a medium low heat for approximately three minutes each side.
When they ready, let's stack them on a plate one on top each other.
Now, my friends it's time to make these pancakes even more pretty!
I've got here some blueberries, shredded coconut. almonds, banana and agave syrup.
You can use any sweetener of your choice maple syrup or whatever you like.
Now, it's time to try this deliciousness out...
Ohh my god! So good my friends! Sooo good...
I will be right back!
I cannot wait to hear how these pancakes tasted it in your mouth.
Thank you so much for tuning in today.

Arkmiido Dog Car Seat Cover Review (Hammock Style) - Duration: 8:31.
So okay so we're gonna unbox this baby I would tell you what this is but it does
have this Amazon Christmas wrap on it so I think it should be a surprise since
this kind of looks like a present yeah I'm a little late up I know this is the
seat cover that I found on Amazon this is gonna protect your seats and at the
same time keep your pets in the backseat by creating a barrier but also it's
gonna have a little window here in between the seats so that your dogs can
see you very clearly and it might help de-stress their anxiety you know since
they are gonna be you know kept away from you but at the same time they'll be
able to see you very you know clearly and from my understanding this thing is
you know extremely easy to use it just folds out into the backseat and you know
protect like I said it protects the seats and the doors it protects the
entire backseat area of your car from you know your pet may be scratching or
biting or possibly going to the bathroom that sort of thing and then it also
offers a mesh window that you can see right here so that your pets can see you
in between the seats so it is a barrier so it does kind of keep your pets you
know from getting at you while they're in the back seat which is very
convenient for somebody like me who has three dogs who if I put them in the back
seat within three minutes they're in the front seat you know trying to get at me
while I'm driving that's not good this thing is also going to be a little bit
of a safety item for me you know if it does indeed keep my dogs in the back
seat like it says that it will and it does look pretty sturdy so far it's
made out of a1 fills to be like a reinforced nylon there's like it looks
like two or three layers here of some pretty heavy-duty nylon and their flaps
here and there's a picture in the description and I'll put a link to I'll
put a link to Amazon so that you can find this thing and the pictures on
Amazon you'll see a lot of different pictures of this being used in a car so
the first thing we're gonna do with this is I'm going to install the backseat of
my car once I get this installed then I'm gonna
put my dogs in the backseat and we're gonna see how well this protects the
seats which they probably won't do much to the seats themselves they never do
and they're house-trained so I'm hoping this will keep them out of the front
seat while I'm driving so from what I can see on Amazon this is the thing to
do the trick for that you know unless I wonder if it still like maybe what they
have in the backseat of a police car which I can't afford that but you know
this thing was only twenty three ninety-nine I could afford this so I'm
gonna put this in the backseat of my car like I said they put my dogs in the
backseat we'll see how they do I'm assuming you want to put probably a
blanket back here with them just something soft for them to lay on like I
said this is not course by any means but it's it's definitely not like a you know
soft is like a dog blanket or something like that and up here you can see this
strap right here it hangs for your clothes hook or your safety hook or
whatever you want to call that thing and it speakers up there it protects them
from getting out of the edges of this thing while you're driving so you see
here it's over the seat right here and it is a snap back here so that you can
easily snap this on and off and that's what I did when I first put it on you
can get that as tight as you want to you can pull this up over the seat like this
or you can just use the easy snaps here and just pop it off like that and then
you know take it out so you'll see there it attaches on each seat so both of your
back seats and attaches towers the entire backseat of the car
and then there's one attached there to the passenger seat and one attached to
the driver's seat there's no part of the seat okay so here's the stars of the
show are these the droids you're looking for
don't look in their eyes laser beam heart it's a really farm back here and
it doesn't seem to bother them at all it seemed to like it back here they're a
little bit anxious because daddy's holding the camera in their face but
other than that they seem to like it you can see right here this is their view
there's the front seat so it's very easy for them to see through this little mesh
here they are their life back here folks this arc meadow dog seat cover is a big
winner in my book it's very big it covers the entire backseat your car I
did forget to mention that it has a really cool feature it's got some rubber
down right where it lays on the bucket part of the seat so it doesn't slide
around so you've got this rubber on here and I saw it but I was thinking I wonder
what that is you know as a new item so I didn't pay much that much attention to
it I realized when I got it out that's what holds him place on the bottom so
this has six anchor points so it's got your two seats or if I'm sorry your four
seats have you know straps and then your luggage racks or you know your little oh
crap handles you know they've got straps for those two and it just is like a big
you know it's almost like a just a barrier through your back seat that kind
of keeps your dogs you know in this like little hammock area and that is pretty
awesome I think that your dogs will like this it probably will make them feel
sort of protected and at the same time it'll keep them out of your front seats
so that they're not you know getting you in danger while you're driving and also
you know just to kind of save or maybe wear and tear on your car and to save
any accidents of number one or number two because it does feel like it would
protect against any kind of liquid barrier and I'm sure this will be great
at you know protecting against poop as well and I'm assuming that you know very
easily you could wipe it off of this you know use a little bit of 409 or
something and get it up this is just a really nice heavy-duty nylon it feels
like so I don't think you're gonna have any problems keeping this thing clean if
you do have any accidents look down in my comments section for a link for this
on Amazon go check it out if you're a pet owner you got small dogs maybe even
big dogs I suggest getting one of these things especially if you're transporting
your dogs a lot you don't want them get into your front seat but at the same
time you want to be able to see you this would be a really great item I will be
using this every time I transport my dogs now very easy to install gets in
and out in less than five minutes and my dogs don't seem to mind it and it's just
gonna be really nice knowing that I'm able to drive down the road and not
worry about my dogs getting in the front seat this is a must-have item in my
opinion this is a big winner in my book if you've enjoyed my video today please

HOW TO RECOGNIZE SOMEONE FROM A PAST LIFE CONNECTION - Duration: 4:39.
hi everybody i'm robinson Arevalo this is our channel Vida Universal mental
thank you for watching this channel today I'm going to talk about how to
recognize someone from a past life connection we've all been in that
situation where we met someone new but have this immediate and deep connection
often these coming they have been in spiritual sense as if they've been in
our life forever economy past life or nation and the level of comfort feeling
we already know someone is Marie our shared history catching up with us and
playing out in this lab style this kind of past life connection are easy to spot
but what about others may also stretch across several large time and involves
all from Isis but which may not be quite so obvious how do we recognize them
first of all we need to understand that often resolve with whom we had the
deepest connection and with whom we have chosen to live and grow with are the
ones who are there to teach us the most profound listens like students who had
to retake an exam until we get it right we had chosen to appear at very stern in
our life in order to help us learn a particular listen I do leave me
something about self either in relationship to other
people on your own behavior either possibility or negativity this is one
sign that there is an importance or lever to meetings someone gives you a
helping hand in some way with not expectation of anything
you badly need right when you need it and doesn't necessarily SPECT to be paid
back this is a sure sign that this is someone
you have helped in the past like begging you forward in this one is anything out
or left over after the relationship is over
you owe them something all day with you or they've left something with you this
can be anything from a book to money a child or even a horse wherever it is you
or they aren't going to get it back or take it back
not in this last time anyway remember past lights all promises are complex but
look for this kiss sign odd as two clues you make how the carnation to people you
wouldn't have dreamed were that important so you have to get a big deep
reflection about the sense of this topic in your life so thank you very much for

Three Surprising Ways that Fear is Showing Up in Your Life - Duration: 5:21.
Today I'm talking about three common ways that fear is probably
showing up in your life without you realizing.
Hi, it's Stacey Berger here with Mastering Your Mindset
I am passionate about you living a life you love.
Fear is going to be a player as long as we're growing.
It's going to have a role in our lives.
And one of the things I teach inside of my coaching programs,
the idea of befriending your fear.
It's not trying to get rid of fear, trying to make it go away,
but how to make friends with it.
One of the things with fear is that it can be really tricky.
it doesn't always show up and say, "I'm here to kill your dreams"
"I'm here to make sure you're not going to be happy."
It's more subtle than that. Sometimes what happens
is fear shows up and it disguises itself as practicality.
So today I want to share with you three ways that fear can show up
in your life and really be disguised. So the first way
that fear shows up is through delay.
And delay, it'll say to us, yes that's a really good idea, that's a great goal,
you should really do that, but let's get started on Monday, after the weekend.
Or it's a really busy time of the year, so next month let's get going.
You know, in January, is a great time. And, it delays us.
And so, we say "Yeah, I'll get started on Monday, or tomorrow"
or even it'll say, "Yeah we'll do that in 15 minutes."
"In 15 minutes, we'll make that phone call."
And meanwhile, we get distracted, we do something else, we don't go back to it.
So we want to be really aware of delay.
And one of the ways to really prevent that delay is to take an action.
When you have an idea, when you have a thought, it's grounding that energy
and taking a small step in that moment, and that will really help to overcome that delay.
The second way fear shows up and disguises itself as practicality
is through distraction, and this is a really popular one. You know, the shiny object syndrome.
Where, again, we have an idea, we have a project, we move forward with it,
and we get distracted with other things. Maybe it's with the kids,
maybe it's with the laundry, with social media, it's sometimes with tasks
that are actually quite important that are moving you forward in other areas,
but they're not the activities that are really going to help you move towards your vision.
So we get distracted by other things, often times when you let other people's agendas and ideas
and calendars distract us, and that prevents us from really moving forward.
So we want to notice when we just got distracted.
Maybe we say, I'm going to send out that email, I'm going to make those phone calls,
I'm going to go work out, I'm going to do that thing,
and we realize that we got busy doing other things.
And it's all about bringing your attention back and recommitting.
And once again, just like with the delay,
it's "what's an action I CAN take in this moment?" and that will start to build a momentum.
So we have delay, distraction, and the third one is dissuasion.
Dissuasion is that little voice in our heads, it's usually a pretty critical voice.
It says things like, you don't have the experience. Who do you think you are?
You should just be grateful for what you have. What will people think?
What if you fail? What if you embarrass yourself?
And, that little voice, if we're not careful,
will really prevent us from moving towards our dreams and our vision.
So really really important to be aware of that voice, aware of the conversation that you're
having in your head. And when you notice that it's trying to dissuade
you, trying to talk you out of moving forward,
you want to be firm with that voice. You want to awknowledge it, but instead of
giving your attention to the voice, give your attention to your goals.
Give your attention to your vision. And once again, take a step in that moment to really move you forward.
When we make a decision for a vision, when we make a decision for a goal,
our status quo, our comfort zone is going to rise up.
and that's when fear really shows up, when we're about to grow.
Fear is not going to go away. And again, often times it will disguise
itself as practicality - it will delay us, it will distract us, it will dissuade us.
And so really, really important to be able to notice when those things are happening,
refocus on your vision, and take a step.
So what's your biggest distraction? Comment below,
Share what those distractions are, you're not alone!
And let's really support each other and build that community. And once you realize
what that distraction is, what's an action step you can take today
in service of your vision. Make sure you're serving your vision every day
with action. And if this serves you, make sure you like the video, share it with a friend,
and here is to your success.

Part 4: Living with Alcohol Dependency - Changing Lifestyle - Duration: 4:43.
Recently I did a barista course
which I could never sit still or
be able to do that when I was drinking.
Even when I was working
it was still very hard for me
to work because all I could think about
was drinking.
So today I guess I don't have that obsession
that I once had.
I mean I'm not going to say that
I don't have my bad days
and I don't feel like drinking
but at the same time
I guess I don't have that constant obsession
that would go in my head like it used to.
I just have to think about today
what I am doing at this one hour.
I didn't put a lot of stress on me to set goals.
That...no, I didn't set goals
because I know, it won't work for me
but I was enjoying the day,
enjoying the present moment.
I don't need to have the feelings of regret,
and remorse and guilt that I feel.
They are there
but I don't need to make them part of my life.
You know, it's really bringing me back
to think that mental health is a very important thing
and I think that's why I started studying in AOD,
is because of like, who can be the best counsellor?
It's me, like I've a lot of self talk and mindfulness
and just, yeah, it's a lot in your own head.
I have that urge, or craving,
just one phone call away to a mate,
I say 'Mate I'm feeling this.'
In the middle of our conversation
that thought of craving just runs on.
I talk to my son about it.
You know, I mean
you only have a few options of good from alcohol
but then you have a whole list of bads from it.
Alcohol made me violent
and because I lived that violent life it...
..I was taking it home too, so you know,
sadly that...
..and I've even told my son you know,
it's just given me nothing but headache
growing up
and a heartache for your mum.
Trying to do something positive
in my life other than being a negative thing
in my life.
Like, I realised I used to miss my rent
'cause I have to play betting for myself
I miss a lot.
[LAUGHS]
That's it, money for drinking and other things
and then I realised
I'm a grown up person.
I need to be responsible for myself.
That was my target.
Now I still go to the pub
but I just have a water
and maybe a coke
and play pool with the boys
but then anything after that
like they want to stay back and have a few more beers,
I just go home.
Picking up that...
..that person, you know, the person...
..back
I find that sense of...
..what will I say...
..sense of...
..who I am.
I've stayed clean.
I've stayed sober.
I've turned my life around.
I have six of my kids at home
and the others are grown up
except for my nine year old
who lives with his dad.
You know, I get to see my daughter
and the half way house is similar to rehab
but a lot different as well
because I'm able to go out now
and still do the other stuff
like AA and doing my steps and things like that.
I took away, I stripped myself of so much life
and it was a waste of my life.
Today I'm happy to step into the new me every day.
You know, you step into a new person every day.
You know, it's...
..not grieving the person I used to be.
I'm married fifteen months today.
I've got five kids,
he only owns one of my children.
I look forward to the future me.
I look forward to watching my kids grow up.
Seeing my grandkids in the future.
Sober.

Meghan Markle takes style tips from Kate Middleton as she recycles a Givenchy coat - Duration: 1:57.
It looks like Meghan Markle's been taking tips from sister-in-law Kate Middleton as she recycled a black Givenchy coat for an official visit with the Association of Commonwealth Universities today
The custom made cap sleeve detail coat was previously worn by Meghan, 37, for the National Service of Remembrance in November
The cap-sleeved style is based on a Givenchy Haute Couture coat and was created by her wedding dress designer Clare Waight Keller
Meghan teamed the coat with a black pleated dress with a handkerchief hemline and pair of nude high heeled courts
She also showcased a new hairstyle, an elegant high bun. On Tuesday the Duchess of Cambridge recycled a McQueen coat for the third time for the opening of the new V&A museum in Dundee
The navy and green tartan coat, estimated to be six years old, was previously worn in 2012 when she visited her old prep school, Saint Andrew's in Pangbourne
And then again in 2013 for the Christmas church service in Sandringham. Meghan's outfit was in stark contrast to yesterdays blush pink ensemble but was equally striking
The Duchess is clearly enjoying her pregnancy and has been showcasing some incredibly stylish maternity looks
The ACU is the last of the Meghan's four newly-announced patronages. She went to the National Theatre yesterday and visited Smart Works and the Mayhew earlier this month

My name is Mohamed Alaradi and I'm a student of MA Arts and Lifestyle
Journalism. My course, arts and lifestyle, it's a different angle of journalism.
I chose this course to tell people's stories, people's stories matter. I watch one
documentary about Syrian refugees, but that director he tried to find simple
idea of what people feel after they left everything behind them. From that simple
idea he come with a great film and it's it's powerful, really really it was
powerful. I'm part of the Refugee Project in LCC and I think that
it's good start point to deliver and to tell the different story of politics.

VLOG 7: International student life - Duration: 5:56.
Today me along with other buddys we will make a video to introduce you Tartu.
So welcome to Tartu!
This is Tartu central station called bussijaam.
And it has different routes. You can come from Tallinn or Riga to here.
And I can show you the way to Torn.
So guys. We are now at Tartu train station and I will show you the way from here to the dormitory.
There are two busses number 20 that stop here. Be sure that you get the one that comes from that street.
Because that is the one that is going to the dormitory. The other one is also 20 but it's going to the city centre.
Now let's check where are the supermarkets.
The second option is just across the street.
Once you are settled you should apply for your temporary residence permits. Come on!
We are back in the bus stop Tartu Näitused.
And now we are waiting for the bus number 6 to go to the city centre.
So now that we are done here in the Population Service, it's time to do the application in the police.
Just a notes. If you are a citizen from a none-european country you should come initially to the Police Station.
And just after that the Registration Population Service.
Hello everyone! I am Alaleh again from Iran.
So this is the main square of Tartu city.
And this is a Town Hall.
On the left if you go there will be the Information Centre.
You can get all the information about Tartu city and the maps.
And also your bus cards.
And on the right side there is a 24/7 Pharmacy.
So everybody are wondering about the cold in Estonia.
Well right now is -12 here, but it feels like -15. And as you can see we are out.
And if you are wondering what you should wear. You should wear as much layers as you can.
Welcome to Torn!
Hi! I'm Alaleh. I used to study Landscape Architecture.
So this is Torn the dormitory is 16 level building.
And most International and estonian people are living here.
So this is the reception area. When you come you have to first come there and tell your name to get your keys.
And you go to your own flat.
So let's go to the elevators. I will show you my flat. Go to your own flat.
So I live in a room with two rooms and four people living in.
And this is the room.
We have our shower and toilet facilities. This is the common area with a table and chairs for four people.
And also this is a kitcen.
In the kitchen there is only the stove and the fridge.
You have to get your own dishes and also microwave and kettle if you need.
You can buy it from the secondhand shops or some websites. Or you can just buy it.
For your beddings. You can get some from downstairs, but you have to rent them.
Or you can bring your own or again buy it.
So each card opens a whole level. Because this smoking area is on the left side.
And here I will show you the big flats.
So in these flats there are two different sections.
Each part they have their own two rooms, their own shower and their own toilet.
And this is a common area the big table with eight chairs for eight people.
And it has a good big window that the other boxes don't have on this floor.
And the facilities are two fridges and bigger stove. That's all.
So we are going to the laundry room right now.
16 is -1. That has all the laundry machines, washing machines and also drying machines.
This is the laundry room.
It has four washing machines.
The last one is the biggest and also four dryers or if you don't want to dry your clothes
you can just hang it on the ranks.
Estonian University of Life Sciences is defenately the place where you want to do your Erasmus.

Overview Of AMA Manual of Style Contents - Duration: 5:16.
So today we're gonna look at the AMA Manual of Style,
just an overview of the contents.
I am Dr Emma Hitt Nichols,
and this is my weekly AMA Manual of Style guide tip
that I hope will be useful to medical writers
and also to our clients at Nascent Medical.
Please share with your colleagues if you
find it useful, thanks.
So I've been talking a lot about different aspects
of the AMA Manual of Style, but I haven't, as yet,
provided an overview of the contents in their entirety.
So I thought that would be a good thing to do.
Perhaps you are new to medical writing
and you haven't really taken a look at the manual,
and I suggest that you go to the website and take a look.
Spend a couple of hours digging in.
Some of it makes for quite interesting reading
and will certainly be helpful for your day-to-day work.
Let's first go ahead and click on the Contents link
on the AMA Manual of Style homepage.
Just as a side note, I always find that
that Contents link is the best way to get back
to square one if I've gotten lost in a search
or something like that.
So remember that Contents link on the top left-hand
side of the homepage.
The AMA Manual of Style has five major sections.
The entire contents of the style guide
can be pretty overwhelming at first glance,
but they are well organized, and, as I said,
divided into five sections.
The first section is all about preparing
an article for publication.
The second section is about style,
and that is actually where I spent most of
my time as a medical writer over the years
when using this manual.
The third section is terminology,
which covers abbreviations, nomenclature,
acronyms, and Greek letters.
Section four covers measurement and quantitation.
And finally, section five covers technical information,
specifically typography, manuscript editing
and proofreading, publishing terms, and also resources.
So first of all, let's drill down into a couple
of the sections so we can take a closer look.
The Style section covers grammar, punctuation,
plurals, capitalization, correct and preferred usage,
non-English words, phrases, and accent marks,
and medical indexes.
And if you drill down further into section two,
the Grammar subsection, you'll see it covers all
the major parts of speech and challenges,
such as parallel construction and subject verb agreement.
If you have to study one section of
the AMA Manual of Style as a medical writer,
that one would be it, that Grammar section.
There's also the Punctuation subsection,
which is also important reading.
This subsection covers all the different
punctuation marks and when they should be used.
You might be surprised, even if you've been writing
for quite a while, at some of the mistakes
that you may inadvertently have been making,
at least that's how I felt.
There are several quizzes for self-evaluation.
If you wanna challenge yourself by taking some quizzes,
you can go up to the top navigation bar
of the homepage and click on Style Quizzes.
The link will bring you to several tests
with answers on the Style section,
and actually, they cover all five sections
of the AMA Manual of Style.
For the Style section alone, there are over
20 individual quizzes that are useful
in testing your knowledge.
Another section that is very helpful
to medical writers is Measurement and Quantitation.
And specifically, the Study Design
and Statistics subsection.
It's of course very important for us to be
aware of the different types of studies that are
used to communicate scientific information.
There's also information on P values
and other aspects of reporting scientific information.
If you do a lot of writing in a specific area,
such as cancer, for example,
you may want to delve into the Terminology section,
which is section three.
If you take a look at the Nomenclature,
subsection 15, which is in section three,
you'll find 15.2 Cancer, and that covers cancer stage,
the TNM staging system, the Bethesda system,
and other aspects that are specific
to describing cancer.
Other topics covered in the Nomenclature subsection
include Cardiology, Drugs, Equipment Devices and Reagents,
Genetics, Hemostasis, Immunology, Neurology,
and the list goes on.
Another useful section that might often be
overlooked is in section five, Technical Information,
the subsection on resources.
Included are various resources listed for dictionaries,
including General, Medical, and Scientific,
a list of books on writing in general,
resource suggestions for illustrating
and displaying data, and also a listing of
professional organizations and groups
associated with scientific writing and editing.
So, as I mentioned, there are five sections,
and each contains a wealth of information
in their own right.
I strongly recommend that you check out
the AMA Manual online.
And depending on your specific area of expertise,
you may uncover other sections that are even more
useful in your day-to-day work.
Well that's it for now.
