and will show you the differences, especially concerning the mounting height.

Our range offers Seat-Pack with a volume of 16.5 liters/1007 cu.in.

and a mounting height of 15 cm/5.9 in. with two straps.

And then we have the smaller Seat-Pack with 11 liters/ 671 cu.in. volume

and a mounting height of 6 cm/2.3 in. using just one strap.

2 Types of Goals to Set for Your Best Year Ever! - Duration: 6:51.

Hey, everybody, it is Mallory Grimste,

Teen Therapist from Woodbridge, Connecticut

and I am so excited today to be here

to share with you the not one but two types of goals

that you need to set for your best year ever.

These types of goals will help you improve your focus,

your motivation, make things happen.

So this is something that comes up time and time again

with the kids that I work with in my group

and individual counseling is they have these huge dreams

and big goals.

People will tell you over and over again

that you can be and do and achieve

whatever you set your mind to and it's absolutely true.

I fully will stand by this.

I say this all the time to the kids that I work with

that your mind believes whatever you tell it

so make sure that you're paying attention

to what you're saying to yourself

because your mind's gonna act on that

and just go ahead and move around with that.

So before I get into the two types of goals

that you need to set for your best year ever,

I wanna make sure that you stick around

all the way to the end of this video

because I'm not gonna be sharing just one but two bonuses

to help you make sure that these stick.

Right, so these goals come from actually this book here.

This is Your Best Year Ever.

It's by Michael Hyatt.

He is an author and a strategist.

He has a bunch of stuff.

His stuff is geared more towards entrepreneurs

and people in business and that sorta stuff

but you can make these strategies

work for just about anything.

He actually shares about how he started his running

and ran a half marathon.

All sorts of stuff in there too.

So the first type of goal that you need to set

is what is called an achievement goal.

So an achievement goal is when you set a big goal

around achieving something

and it's usually tied to some sort of big deadline.

So if you are a student and you're taking AP English lit,

your goal is probably you wanna get at least a three

but why not shoot for the stars and go for five on the exam?

If you're not familiar with AP exams,

the best that you can get is a five.

So an achievement goal would be

I will get a five on my AP English lit exam

and so the date for the exams change every year

but it's the same day across the board.

There is no pick and choose a date

so you can put the date on there too if you want.

So that's an achievement goal.

That's a great overarching kind of goal

but how are you gonna get there?

That's where goal number two comes in

and that is a habit goal.

So habit goals are regular, ongoing activity.

They can be daily, weekly, monthly, biweekly,

however you wanna break it up.

So this is how you get to the big achievement goal.

So a habit goal for this example

would be I will study for 25 minutes three times a week

on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 p.m.

So if you can tie in as many of those factors as you can

like how long will you do it, when will you do it,

what time will you do it,

bundle them with these different triggers,

it's gonna make you more likely to stick with them

and I would start off small.

I'm trying to get back into working out more regularly.

I really fell off this past year.

I was doing so good for a while.

I actually did a Tough Mudder if you can believe it

but I'm nowhere near that in shape again.

So I'm just committing to twice a week right now

and then I will, in a few weeks I will reassess

and bump it up to three times a week, something like that.

Okay, so thank you for sticking around.

Here are your bonuses.

The first bonus is you will be much more successful

if you tie your achievement goal to a habit goal

so if they're tied in together like my example.

It doesn't make sense if your achievement goal

is I will get a five on my AP English lit exam

but your habit goal is

I will run for 20 minutes twice a week.

Those don't go together.

So pair them up together.

Try to start with your achievement goal

or start with your habit goal, whatever works for you

for whatever you are trying to achieve

and link them up together.

Make sure that they help each other out.

The second bonus is to figure out

why is this goal important to you

and write down all those reasons.

I would actually set a timer for this.

I wouldn't set a limit on how many reasons why

but I would set a timer for maybe 10 minutes.

I find if you do less than 10 minutes,

actually 15 minutes would be great,

but if you do less than 10 minutes

then you're kinda like, alright, I'm done, yada yada

but when you write down all your reasons

and then you have that kinda uncomfortable little period

where the clock hasn't quite run out yet,

it relaxes your mind and then it allows room

for other reasons and thoughts to come through

so that you're like, oh yeah, I forgot about that.

It's a really cool strategy.

So I would just do that and make sure

that wherever you have these goals written down,

put them in a place where you can see them every day

and also have your why written up there too.

So I wanna work out because I want to be healthier.

So I want a healthy long life.

That is why I'm doing it.

So I'm gonna write on my little Post-it note

healthy long life.

That's why you're doing it, Mallory

then I'm gonna put my achievement

and my habit goals on there.

So your why may be I wanna get into school,

I want to pay less money for school

'cause usually you can use your AP exam as a credit

or a group of credits

so you don't have to take that class in college

which is pretty cool.

Emmy Award-winning writer Bob Einstein, who was best known as cocky stuntman Super Dave Osborne and Larry David's newly devout friend, Marty Funkhouser, on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," has died

He was 76.  Einstein died at home in Indian Wells, Calif., on Wednesday, shortly after being diagnosed with cancer, spokesman Michael Hansen confirmed to The Times

Best Instant Ramen in the World? Korean Cheese Noodles! - Duration: 8:08.

Welcome back to "tastes seoul good". so today I am checking out three flavors of Korean

ramen. and these are all very unique as they're all our cheesy flavors. I'm so

excited so let's get started. alright so by now you probably know that Korea has

dozens of different flavors of instant noodles. and they're all really good.

however these are three flavors that I've never tried before. and they're made

by three different companies. so this one is a spaghetti carbonara flavor. so this

one is a pasta-table pasta. I'm not quite sure exactly what it is. I'm gonna check

it out. and this one I'm super excited for. so this is mac and cheese spaghetti.

so this one claims to be really cheesy. and I absolutely love macaroni and

cheese who doesn't, right? so we're gonna check out these three different flavors

and I'm going to tell you which one I think you need to try. all right so the

first part we're gonna check out is this. so this is the pastatable and this

is made by the Samyang company. if that name sounds familiar it's probably

because you know from the fire and chicken noodle challenge. they make this.

so I boiled some water and then I have put this in the microwave and left the

water. so with this comes two different packets of powder.

all right so now is the moment we've all been waiting for, right? Let's go ahead

check this bad boy out. it's super hot now. I'll tell you that much! oh all right.

so the noodles- right away - are a little bit chewier than regular ramen noodles.

tastes like an actual pasta. like what you would buy and cook at home. hmm oh

yeah. oh yeah. but it's really creamy. it's really rich. as you can see steam just

coming off of it. so it's super hot. mmm... I think what's most impressive about this

is that these noodles, again, they don't taste like instant noodles. it doesn't

taste like something you've just cooked right out of the package. it tastes like

something that you've boiled in a pan. and that you prepare at home. I would say

I've eaten a lot of instant noodles all over the world. and this flavor would be one

of my top I think. this is a really good instant noodle. and for the price, I think

it's 1,600 Won, it's super affordable. and it's quite satisfying. this tastes

like an actual almost like a meal. it doesnt' taste just like you know a

little snack that regular ramen is. all right so next up we're gonna try this.

and this is from the company Nongshim. and their flavor is spaghetti carbonara.

and right away these also look like real noodles. you can cook it as long as you want.

so if you leave it for shorter, about 4 minutes 30 seconds, you shall get al

dente. 5 minutes is going to be regular and then 5 minutes 30 seconds will be

soft. so then I've dumped out most of the water.

I left just a little bit and then I've got 2 different packets of seasoning to

add.

all right so here is the finished product. so it looks pretty. like so

there's little pink specks which I guess is the meat. as well as the green which

I guess is parsley. so I decided to go for the five-minute cooking which is a

standard. and let's see how this is. so right away my first impression is the

quality of the noodles. the quality is really good. like I said it doesn't taste

like an instant noodle. tastes like real pasta that you would, you know, boil to

make spaghetti. as far as the seasoning

mm-hmm it's not awful. but it doesn't really taste like a

carbonara to me. it's got a light cheese flavor. well where I'm having the problem

is that it's sweet. it's almost like a sweet cream cheese or something like

that.

mmm it's not bad. it's not my favorite. so far I definitely prefer the

first flavor. all right and last and hopefully not least I've got this mac

and cheese spaghetti. so this is made by the company Ohddugi. they're famous

for making a lot of instant products. and I tell you I'm gonna be a harsh critic

because I love macaroni and cheese. so this one I put hot water and then you

put in the microwave for a few minutes. and it comes with three different

seasonings. so the first one is this one. and you put it in as you're boiling it.

add the cheese powder. it's smells cheesy. this third one - so this is a mac and

cheese sauce but it's actually a sauce! it's not a powder. so I think this is

going to make it really cheesy and really creamy. I can't wait!

and so everything's been mixed up. it smells like macaroni and cheese. but now

the moment of truth has arrived. let's check it out.

so it's nice because it's got three different textures of noodles.

I know online it says people think it's really cheesy. I just don't get a whole

lot of cheese flavor out of it actually.

maybe because I'm spoiled. maybe because I love mac and cheese and I've eaten so

much it over my life. I've eaten some really good mac and cheese. that this is not

living up to the expectation. it's good if you're really in a pinch and are like "I want

some macaroni and cheese" - I would try this out. think what would make this even

better - take out some of the water. then add a little extra cheese in here. maybe

like some that processed American cheese that we all know and

love .and that's so popular in Korea. throw a slice or two of that in here and

it's gonna make it really good. I think that will make mac and cheese even that

much better. all right so I have checked out three

different flavors and to me there is a very clear winner. so I am going to have

to go with the pastable. I think this one was delicious and something that I

would definitely purchase again. the other two are worth trying -

but they're not the winners in my book. so definitely I'd recommend checking out

this one is I think is the delicious and is well worth the money. all

Best Upcoming Indie Games for PC Spring 2019 - Duration: 8:12.

In this video I'll be showing you the best upcoming indie games for PC that are slated

to be released during the Spring of 2019 in the turn-based tactics, RPG and citybuilder/tycoon

genres!

But if this is your first time on my channel, Good mornin-afternoo-vening, I'm StefaNonsense

and gaming and geek culture is what I do.

This is a new series of videos I'm doing this year to spotlight more games than I can

actually play, so without further ado let's begin with this list.

Druidstone: The Secret of the Menhir Forrest

Is a tactical, turn-based RPG that promises to be one hell of an experience, at least

according to the devs and some of the previews I've seen.

Druidstone is being made by the creators of the Legend of Grimrock games and considering

how those games are more or less responsible for re-energizing the old school first person

dungeon crawler genre, the game does have some pedigree for infusing oldschool gaming

with modern mechanics.

From the trailer available the game looks well-animated, colorful and definitely has

a bit of a Divinity Original Sin crossed with X-Com vibe going on.

As an extra bit of info, the developers have decided to release their mission editor post-launch

to let the mod community go crazy with their game.

Druidstone is scheduled for release something this spring.

Foundation

Citybuilders are back, baby!

I've been saying that citybuilders are coming back for a couple of years now and 2019 might

just be the year where they return to the attention of an even wider public.

Foundation is one citybuilding title that has the potential to become a major name in

the genre, a grid-less, medieval-themed city builder which focuses on the organic development

of your settlements and on monument creation.

The game was successfully Kickstarted in March of 2018 - full disclosure, I am backer of

the game - and it promises to supply a solid experience of highly customizable settlement

building, monument construction as well as coming with full modding support.

I like how focused the developers have been both on working on the game as well as keeping

their community updated on what is going on with the development process.

I am super excited to play Foundation and looking forward to it going into Early Access

at the beginning of 2019.

Forager

This blend of Terraria, Stardew Valley crossed with Don't Starve is scheduled for a January

release and its cartoony pixel art aesthetic, mellow music and constant activity is poised

to eat up a lot of my time this 2019.

Just like in most of those other titles, you have to gather resources, process them into

further resources in order to build and craft more advanced buildings and better objects.

You do all of this in order to explore the land around you and level up your character.

I played the Humble demo and enjoyed it tremendously and you can find our more details by watching

my video about it by clicking on the card in the upper right corner right here.

Fort Triumph is a title that offers a very X-Com-like tactical turn-based experience

set in a very tongue-in-cheek fantasy world.

This would have been enough to sell me on the concept if it were executed well enough

but when I played the demo I was very pleasantly surprised to find a pretty heavy Heroes of

Might and Magic influence inside as well.

The game has been in Early Access since April 2018 and is expected to reach final release

form sometime at the beginning of 2019.

Check out my gameplay video of Fort Triumph to get a better idea of what the game has

to offer.

Gibbous - A Cthulhu Adventure

Changing gears for a bit here.

Gibbous is an honest to goodness old school inspired point-and-click adventure in the

vein of the old LucasArts games.

As the title implies this will be a Cthulhu-themed game but it's a highly comedic approach

to the subject.

The animations are classic hand-drawn frame by frame, the voice cast is solid and the

amount of pop culture references in the thing is definitely sure to cause madness in anyone

trying to find all of them.

I played and reviewed the demo during the game's Kickstarter campaign back in 2017

and you can find it here if you want more details.

Gibbous is expected to be released sometime in the first quarter of 2019, Cthulhu willing.

Workers and Resources

Having lived most of the first 27 years of my life in a post-Communist country, the Soviet-themed

everything that can be seen in this resource management/tycoon game is something that is

extremely familiar to me on a very personal level.

The implementation of the Soviet theme in terms of the planned economy is what truly

interests me since we're kinda sure by now that Soviet-style Communism hasn't had the

best track record out there...yeah...

The game is expected to go into Early Access at the beginning of 2019.

So make sure to keep an eye out for it, comrade, DA?

Encased is the only turn-based post-apocalyptic RPG on this list, although I do expect more

such-titles to sprout up as the year progresses.

The devs promise a sci-fi world that will react to player actions, the presence of an

unstable entity AI within an alien and mysterious Dome, filled with weird phenomenon, advanced

technology and warring factions.

The game world will keep track of what you do in terms of crimes as well as the decisions

that will influence the plot.

It will then react to said crimes and decisions.

Encased sounds like an oldschool RPG version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and that sounds cool as

hell, and it's planned to enter Early Access at the start of 2019.

Seeds of Resilience is a survival, crafting, sort of citybuilder, set on a traditional

square grid but with a bit of a twist.

It is turn based.

Your party of survivors is shipwrecked on an island and they have to gather resources

to survive and craft shelters to protect them from the elements.

The survival aspect seems to be the second-most important feature of the game after its turn-based

nature because the deserted island that your survivors will be lucky enough to come upon

will be constantly hit with all manner of natural disasters.

Despite the constant assault of the elements, you'll be tasked with gathering, harvesting

and crafting yourself a medieval-level of technology village from the ground up.

One other interesting feature that the game offers is that each gathered resource or transformation

of raw material will have a distinct impact on the environment, which is something you'll

have to consider.

The game is already in Early Access and will hopefully see a full release sometime during

the spring of 2019.

I played the Kickstarter demo of Fell Seal - Arbiter's Mark back in October of 2017

and after the successful campaign the developers took a bit of time and then released the game

into Early Access in August of 2018.

The game is a heavily JRPG/manga/anime inspired turn-based tactical combat game with a solid

focus on storytelling and challenging battles.

As you should expect from the JRPG influence, the game features a plethora of classes and

class variants for your characters, their own attribute and skill systems, crafting

and a whole lot more.

I enjoyed playing the demo very much and the developers have built a great community around

their game, which you can find on their Discord channel.

The game is scheduled for an April release and you can bet your asses I'll be playing

once it's out.

Othercide

Finishing off my list with what is by far the moodiest and thematically-rich title,

Othercide is presented to be a horror-infused tactical turn-based game with some twists

to how combat will function and a deeply disturbing mystery to explore.

The title caught my attention but it is the art style that really got me interested, the

black and white art direction with touches of red making the gameplay footage look like

a highly stylized cross between a noir and classic horror movie.

The developers say that the turn-based aspect of the game will be approached somewhat differently

and that the gameplay itself will be brutal, featuring permadeath and tough sacrifices

that will have to be made in order to end up victorious.

Not much else is known about the title other than it is projected to be released either

in full or Early Access sometime at the beginning of 2019.

These are the titles that I am most looking forward to checking out during the spring
