How to Make Fire and Gin with Tom! | Swissmas Day 1 - Duration: 20:58.
Wow there's a really attractive start to the videos
I'm the car and and I'm just looking directly into the Sun. Oh we'll have to
do it this way. The shadow from the rearview mirror is over my eyes.
Anyway, welcome to vlogmas!
What a start to the Christmas videos!
I'm currently sat in the car and I look huge. My body just goes on for miles in either direction of my neck
because I'm so bundled up because it is freezing at the moment. Basically I am out on my own in the car because Tom went to
a supermarket this morning to get a few bits for the weekend and I totally
forgot to tell him that we need a cat litter so basically if I don't change
Stanley's cat litter tray today then he might wee somewhere in the house and we don't want that
So, yeah I am going to nip to the supermarket and get some cat litter. . . and that's about it, there's nothing exciting happening
but I thought I would just start the video in the car because I was aware that vlogmas videos
have to go up tonight for the first night
and we're not doing anything today, so its going to be a short, boring vlog I think
where I just film what we do about the house for the day
but obviously I want to start it because I'm gonna do vlogmas every other day throughout december
i'm not going to commit to 25 videos, because my life literally is not interesting enough for you to want to watch every day but I'm
but I am gonna do one every other day
and I am also going to do some of them vlog style like this, and some are going to be sit down videos
to do with writing, and I'm going to do another 'day in the life of a writer' video throughout vlogmas aswell
so if you liked the other two, stay tuned, a third one is coming.
Right, lets get to the supermarket.

Easy ways to make Pain Body your BEST friend - Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 23:07.
and the heavier it is in you because the people have varying degrees of density
in their pain body the more likely it is that it'll drive you into consciousness
because the pain gets too much I can't believe like that anymore and then
suddenly you notice it when it arises the first sign of it you may be able to
catch a little event triggering an enormous reaction and you notice that
emotional movement inside you your present what then happens we don't know
the pain body may still arise depending on your degree of presence strange thing
happens when the pain body comes up it uses an opportunity we mentioned the car
could be your partner who makes a remark or comment that the pain body can use as
an opportunity to arise what did you mean when you say that are you accusing
me why are you accusing me I wasn't accusing you friend yes you were
accusing and to observe it then as it arises whether you can do that depends
on your degree of craisins and it's quite possible that you can detect it
for most people it works like this they become conscious just after it's
happened the pain body episode has happened the pain body came up a drama
developed perhaps with your partner or at work or some other member of your
family or even with a stranger drama developed there most perhaps a lot of
shouting and writing and then pain body-fat itself on the emotional pain
and then subsided and went back to its dormant
state and then some consciousness comes back what was that what was all that
about sometimes partners can do it after the
drama they can both say what was all that about and then you think how did it
start we can't even remember what the whole thing was about in some cases they
can't remember how it all started it was about nothing in many cases much
ado about nothing Shakespeare's play and then they become conscious there was our
pain body or there was my pain body that was it okay well let's see if next time
we can catch it a little bit sooner and then usually it arises in one person
before it triggers the reaction in the other so it can sometimes happen that
one partner remains conscious and observes the arising of the pain body in
the other and then perhaps can either point it out or if that's too dangerous
can can simply be intensely present in the body and simply be there as and
aware presence and non reacting presence but that requires great intensity of
presence because the pain body's clever very clever it knows the weak points
where you're most likely to react or if you think is all too much for you you
can quietly walk out of the room but who knows what happens after that
of course as you know it's easier to see it in others and in yourself and if
you're genuinely present and say there's your pain body it's starting the other
person may become conscious at that moment and say yeah you're right
or the pain body may already have taken possession of their thoughts and so the
person can no longer see it and a pain body then will never admit that he or
she is the pain body of course if you ask are you the pain body they would not
admit to it but they would probably tell you that you are the pain roadie or
throw something at you or deny the whole thing all that nonsense about pain body
so pain body is a great challenge it is not personal it does not mean there's
something wrong with you usually as presence arises a gap between the ending
of the pain body episode and the arising of conscious presence when you recognize
what has happened gets shorter and shorter I trust you you might need an
hour or two after an episode and then or even a day and then you look back what
happened yesterday oh that was and then that shortens and then you may be able
to be present either when it's not yet either has not fully arisen yet and it's
very early stages that of any motion reaction trying to move into your mind
and you may be able to catch it then watch it may be able to catch it as it
begins to subside the episode is coming to an end and gradually you're getting
tired of the drama it's exhausting of course and at that moment pain what is
still partly there you catch didn't say how I can still feel it that is it also
happens very frequently that the pain body when it needs to feed on more pain
comes up and you are there very present very large and you see it so it meets
the light of presence and usually it may stick around for a little while to see
if it can get through there somewhere presents by the way is not holding it
down presents never exerts any effort on anything
it never resists anything presents never holds the pain body down in any way that
is a dangerous thing one could do that through willpower
I have no negative emotion because I'm spiritually advanced I'm just not seeing
them I'm just not this don't exist and of course then they'll come out where
you in very strange ways so you cannot hold to the plane body down you can't
for a short while and then it'll come up in the strangest ways and you do the
weirdest things including physical violence or you inflict cruelty on
people and don't even know it or you make your body very ill for the pain
body has no other outlet it can become very destructive an unexpressed emotion
churning around you for years so presence never pushes it down it's
simply a light into which it comes that's all the light of presence the
light of awareness the light of consciousness the Prain body comes into
the light the strange thing is it doesn't like the light
so it will either try to obscure the light so that it can continue to pretend
to be you it can take you over and become you for a while and live through
you the emotion wants to live again through you
another form of reincarnation the emotion wants to live again
through you it wants to relive what it already knows what it makes up its
energy field and so it cannot do that when there's presence who you are
actually there as the consciousness which watches then it can't do it so it
makes for a while it'll try you can see it comes up the little entity and
there's a light shining on it and then it may try again
coming up and you still give to watch it and then it tends to shrink back into a
little dark corner it waits for better opportunity it's fine this is how
consciousness works it doesn't mean you're now totally free of pain body
just in that moment it's gone down it's you're too conscious can't come in the
evening perhaps it'll find a better opportunity when you lose consciousness
through watching a certain politician on TV or your partner comes home late from
work where have you been
some upset happens one drink too many and there's his chance or her chance in
males they're quite a few I don't know the percentage of the population it is
frequently happens that in certain males the pain body comes up particularly when
they drink too much and so if they lose the their level of consciousness that
they normally have which may not be that high even at the best of times but when
they get drunk it goes down considerably and so often
violence is associated with being drunk in his perhaps what 10% of men they
become physically violent when when they become unconscious through alcohol and
they do dreadful things and then when they're sober again
how could I have done such a thing I don't know what came over me
and some have that cycle with their partner physically abusive and so of
course when they're a little bit more conscious they always promise was the
last time it won't happen again no that's not the pain what he's speaking
that's them speaking when there's a little bit more consciousness and of
course it will happen again unless presence truly comes into their lives so
in some cases you may have to physically remove yourself from a destructive pain
body if change otherwise it's not happening or would take too long
you would not survive two more years with that person perhaps in that case
you cannot stay around it would be too dangerous that person will then go it's
on his or her own way and evolve it in their own time so
Payne body meets presents shrinks back then waits for a better opportunity but
as presents arises there's even the possibility that you could detect an
active pain body in you even in the midst of it even in the midst of it it
is possible to wake up and suddenly realize what's happening you are acting
out old emotional pain and at that moment that happens a dissociation
between that entire emotional field and yourself
it's like stepping out of a of a roll out of an energy field you were in it
and suddenly you step out of that phantom self you step out and there you
see it it's still there active still in you still doing what it does maybe still
you're waving your arms about or whatever it is and you know at that
moment there may still be words coming out of your mouth you you and at that
moment you see it and then it cannot last very much longer at least not right
there it doesn't mean it's gone forever but then it'll quickly shrink again back
consciousness and pain what it cannot coexist for long and every time you
bring presents to it the pain body cannot renew itself so it can only play
out its old energy the more you can be present with it the less can it use you
to renew itself and so what happens then to the pain body the energy becomes
freed that was trapped in there and many people carrying so much pain that they
can't do much else in their lives that absorb so much of their aliveness that
they have little left to live their life the emotional pain and this is in the
case of dense pain bodies the emotional pain is so much that it consumes them
it's like a Paris it consumes them all there liveness and
as to be bring consciousness to eight that trapped energy becomes freed and he
was trapped at a low frequency if you could hear it something like that you
wouldn't want to listen to a radio station for too long like that and so
that becomes freed but it is life energy it is a life 'no sultanate li and
there's an increasing sense of aliveness that you feel because the energy leaves
it strapped into the pain body i sometimes compared to a piece of heavy
woods that's being burned so a coal the coal is transmuted into
fire the flame of consciousness first it was dark and heavy substance and
suddenly the dark and heavy substance burns it becomes a flame it becomes a
transmutation into pure energy beautiful and that is the beauty of it
why ultimately whatever is is fine as it is or even the human pain but he has a
function and that is that it provides fuel for consciousness the pain
ultimately it becomes your spiritual teacher one of your spiritual teachers
and for some people their main spiritual teacher i'd say for me it was my main
spiritual teacher because i couldn't live with him any longer so i couldn't
live with myself any longer and a large part of myself when that realization
came to me as a thought i cannot live with myself any longer a large part of
who I felt myself to be consisted of emotional pain
and that just became unbearable and that's why I'm here now so the the
mechanism there of ultimately what is ego induced pain pain induced through
unconscious living through ego pain body
egoic living creates pain suffering it even needs the continuation of pain
because the ego and the pain body they both need conflict they both need
further pain the ego needs it to define itself through the other the enemy the
not me it needs the boundary around itself it
needs to create opposition in order to feel itself it needs somebody to
disagree with me for example so that I can feel that I'm right he's wrong and
him being right the delusion of Who I am grows a little bit I need that if
everybody agrees with me I would begin to lose my artificial sense of self my
mind made sense of self often the collective identity that is in certain
religions largely consists of the unbelievers those who are not asked give
us our identity we define ourselves through those unbelievers they give us
our sense of who we are not there suddenly they all became believers we
would be at a loss who are we now they are all in possession of the truth now
so we lose our identity as the possessors of the truth everybody's in
possession of the truth who are we if we had peace with everybody and we don't
have enemies who are we if we don't define ourselves through our enemies not
only collectively also personally people define themselves through their
problematic life situation all the problems in their life situation make up
my life me in my life so the
artificially induced sense of self disappears pain is not who you are it's
simply an energy it lives in you for a while and then becomes transmuted become
friendly with your pain body may not yet be thankful for it I'm thankful now but
at that time I wasn't thankful become friendly with your pain body this is the
most powerful transformative tool so to speak because very often what manifests
in the present moment is the pain body in you so if you are not making the now
into an enemy if you become friendly with a now that Wiltse mean at times you
have to become friendly with the pain body because your experiencing that
emotion now it's part of what is now and that is becoming friendly with it simply
accept that it's there there it is I can feel it that implies of course that you
know it's there which in turn implies of course that there's enough presence for
you to see it you cannot become friendly with the pain body if you don't see it
and the pain body's nature is not being friendly in itself
so when you are the pain body you cannot become friendly with the present moment
that's not what the pain what he does so you see how it connects it's based on
presence if there's presence in you then you can accept it then you can be
friendly with it if there's not enough presence you can't be friendly with the
pain body because then you are the pain body and the pain but is not friendly
but once you are able to detect it and it's all that's required to know it's
there then you can bring acceptance rate and say oh yeah there it is
whatever or simply just watch feel it Wow feel the the raw emotion of it feel
even the need to wanting someone else to draw in and make him or her part of that
emotion feel what it feels like directly what does it feel like in you as an
energy field amazing so here watching it that's all that's all that's needed so
you cannot really watch it internally if you don't fully accept it and you cannot
fully accept it if you're not there as the witness as the watcher of it and
that's all that's needed so pain body nothing wrong with you human humanity in
its present evolutionary stage you can't escape that the present evolutionary
stage of humanity has plain body nothing personal
not a problem not your personal dilemma

Special cooking methods to make better multigrain rice and tenderize cheap beef cuts - Duration: 2:30.
Local researchers have devised some new methods that can help us make more enticing home-cooked
food.
Researchers say all it takes is a cup of edible alcohol to make multi-grain rice fluffier…while
special aging methods can make cheap beef cuts more tender.
Cho Sung-min reports.
More and more Koreans are choosing multigrain rice over the nation's traditional staple,
white rice,... as their main source of carbs.
The Korea Rural Economic Institute reports that as of 2016 Korea's per capita rice consumption
had fallen sharply to 61.9 kilograms a year, down from 128.1 kilograms in 1985.
Sales of grains like barley, beans, and quinoa meanwhile... have doubled since the last decade...
and continue to increase.
Multigrain rice didn't go mainstream overnight.
Health experts have consistently warned that white rice can raise the risk of diabetes.
Westernized eating patterns have also contributed to the decline of white rice consumption.
To make multigrain rice more enjoyable and approachable for beginners,… researchers
at the Rural Development Administration have a suggestion -- they say the trick is alcohol.
Cooking the rice in nine parts water and one part Korean rice wine soju... brings down
the boiling temperature and lengthens the cooking time.
That makes the rice fluffier and smoother.
(KOREAN) "The overall texture and taste were better
when the alcohol was used."
The researchers added that the alcohol prevents rice from causing a spike in blood sugar when
consumed by bringing down its glycemic index.
(KOREAN) "Once the water is heated, the alcohol penetrates
the grains and weakens the structure."
A second cooking tip the team showcased is a special aging method for cheap beef cuts.
Researchers said the aging method can make unpopular cuts like chuck rolls and rounds
more tender.
(KOREAN) "During aging, meat is contained in a special
pack to retain its moisture for certain amount of time."
The researchers aim to complete the development of twenty four different meat-aging methods
depending on what part of cow the meat comes from.
Each method has a different duration and temperature.
The complete set of recipes will be publicized so that people can try it for themselves.

How to Make Tomato Cage Faux Christmas Tree | Countdown Day 3 - Duration: 3:46.
hey crafters welcome back to day three of my countdown to Christmas so you know
we've got our little Tom Turkey here but it's time for him to go because we're
going to instead of having turkeys on the porch we're going to use a tomato
cage to make a really quick Christmas tree for the porch just using some
festive garland so what I've got with me here today if I have this tomato cage
this is a 42 inch one you can do this with different sizes also but I've got a
42 inch tomato cage and then I've got this really nice long fluffy garland I
actually have total of two strands here each strand was nine feet long and I
just attach them in the middle so in all its 18 feet of this Garland so now is
the time of year to get your tomato cage for this project because my Walmart has
them for about a dollar right now ones like knees and even bigger ones but the
key is to get them now before they're gone so hopefully this week you can
there's still some that you can find or maybe you have one left over from the
summer but it's really simple this one I've got here it has the different you
know rings at different heights and it has these posts going straight up and
down so there's really not much to it I'm just gonna start by taking my dent
here hooking it around bend the girl and have to get it to fold and then I'm
going to start wrapping really the only tip is you've got to make sure you don't
end up with too much slack then I'm just gonna wrap them and keep trying this one
but now that about the time just gonna squeeze these together wrap this around
kind of come inside there so he doesn't untwist and it will float together so
now all that's left to do is to fluff this and make sure I fill in this space
and so there aren't any big holes in the tree so on this leg here I kind of got a
gap here and keep because this piece keeps sliding down so really simple to
hold it in the middle I'm just going to take one of these little pieces on the
garland and wrap it around the poster just pulling it in that place one one I
don't know if love this to fill in the rest of the gap so just play with it and
get it to film it so now I've got my tree all together my finished fluffing
it the last thing to do is decorate you can decorate however you want I've
actually got this garland here I saved these are a bunch of twist ties from
something and they look really pretty so I saved on them and turned em into
the Christmas crown so it's kind of like a nice little upcycle project that Oh
second I was like what's wrong you for saving junk but then it looks really
cute on the tree so I'm gonna put this garland on here if my cat will stop
playing with it
I'm also gonna put some ornaments on this tree I'm actually using glass
ornaments but I would recommend you get the shed of proof kind just because if
it's outside you know they're more likely to break it as part of cleanup
but here's a fun little tip on a way to put them on the tree so I've got this
cute little bow here that you know you can just twist on in the back but
instead of putting the hook on here I'm just going to run both ends of the bow
through the top of my ornament like that and I'll fasten on the tree just by
twisting the little pieces on and it looks super cute fastened on the tree
like this and just top it all off I'm gonna put a nice bow at the very top of
the tree
it's kind of like in
opposite over

How To Make Your Hair Fall Out | 6 AVOIDABLE WAYS! - Duration: 4:00.
Hello Boys and Girls.
I hope you're ready to get that Samuel L. Jackson look...huh, yeah, uh huh, uh huh.
In this video I'm going to be showing you how to make your hair fall out.
Well, I'll be telling you how to make your hair fall out.
I'm not actually going to make my own hair fall out because I'm not a moron.
"Queries of the Interweb."
So I recently broke three thousand subs.
I use a tool called Tube Buddy to grow my youtube channel.
If you're trying to grow a youtube channel, you need to be using this tool.
Link to it is in the description.
Now let me be clear.
This video is not about Trichotillomania.
I know, it's a big word for some you people.
Trichotillomania is classified as an impulse control disorder which means that people who
have it, can't help but pull out their hair uncontrollably.
This video isn't about that.
I know that anybody can pull out their hair to make their hair come out and I know that
some people do it out of impulse because they can't control themselves.
I don't know much about it because I've never had it.
So if you're looking for info on that, I'm not your guy.
I'm going to be showing you six avoidable ways that you can make your hair fall but
I guess by learning these things, you'll know how to make your hair not fall out too.
So here we go!
So the first way to make your hair fall out is to put yourself through some sort of physical
stress.
Physical stress can trigger hair loss.
There's a condition called telogen effluvium.
I'm very scientific.
Telogen Effluvium is a condition in which your hair falls out after a traumatic event.
Your hair cycle gets thrown all out of whack.
Your hair can get kicked into the shedding phase.
See sources in the description for more info on this.
I'm very scientific.
The second way to control hair fall or to help your hair fall out is to get pregnant.
So this kind of ties back into physical trauma.
Delivering a baby is quite a traumatic experience I imagine, so I here.
Now obviously only half of you watching can accomplish this one so... not that you should
get pregnant just to make your hair fall out, that would be a very poor decision.
So now that you know by not getting pregnant, your hair will stay in tact.
The third way to make your hair fall out is to over-consume vitamin A. According to the
American Academy of Dermatology, who I definitely follow when I'm not making videos about hair
loss, over-consuming vitamin A can trigger hair loss.
The fourth way to make your hair fall out is vitamin B deficiency.
Vitamin B deficiency is kind of uncommon because vitamin B is in so many foods we eat like
fish, dairy, meat, poultry, all that good stuff.
Stop eating vitamin B and your hair well become like Keegan-Michael Key.
This fifth way to make your hair fall out is protein deficiency.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, who as I mentioned I follow them.
I follow their organization.
I stay up to date with all their stuff.
Under-consuming protein could cause your body to halt hair growth in order to ration your
protein.
And the sixth way to make your hair fall out is, excessive styling; the dyes, the drying,
the perming, the blow drying, the hair relaxers, the hair straighteners, I, I don't really
use any of that crap so I don't really know that much about them, but excessively styling
your hair, can cause your hair to fall out.
If you start using a product, your hair starts falling out, I don't know, maybe do the math,
stop using the product.
Stop using the product.
Stay away from the product.
If you want a good hair product, I got a product that's one hundred percent organic.
Now you know how to control your hair fall.
If you want to know how to make your hair fall out, you can look at the sources I've
mentioned below.
Thanks so much for watching guys, thanks for three thousand subs.
Holy crap, three thousand of you!
That's like a decent size stadium, I think.
I don't know, I, I don't know.
I'll see you guys in the next video, peace!

Special cooking methods to make better multigrain rice and tenderize cheap beef cuts - Duration: 2:26.
The complete set of recipes will be publicized so that people can try it for themselves.

foil that are 9 inches long the quantity of sheets depends on the quantity and
thickness of your hair in general up to 6 is fine but if you think you will need

How To Make Instagram Photos As Travel Couple - Duration: 7:06.
How to make Instagram photos as a travel couple.
Are you ready for today?
Yes!
"Goedemorgen"
in English it's good morning
we're Dutch Nomad Couple
I'm Angela and this is my man Tino
yeah we turned our life upside down
we quit our jobs and
start following our dreams
travel the world and doing the things
we like to do the most
it wasn't our intention to become
Instagrammers and YouTubers
but because we followed our heart
and find our bliss
we are now content creators
mainly because of Instagram
in the first place
that's why we love this channel
and if you follow us on today's journey
you will see how to make Instagram pictures
come with us along these 7 steps
you go through if you want
to make Instagram pictures
as a travel couple
see our gear
how we find the best spots,
tell you a little bit
about the technical part
but most of all
see are we still
uh why we are still good in shape
Come with us!
it's cold today
It's really freezing
first step
what's the story you want to bring to your audience
our theme is
follow your dream and
travel full time
before you go outside
be prepared
charge your batteries
make sure your memory cards are empty
and check all your stuff
and most of all what's the spots you have in mind
to make this unforgettable
Instagram picture
second step
grab your gear
take your camera
your tripod
your lenses
and most of all
you remote control
third step
Composition
we love clear, calm, serene and bright pictures
the human eye love to see symmetry
the rule of third
is a common grid that's used by many photographers
and cinematographers
it's a build in grid
in the viewfinder of your camera
and we always shoot our photos
in portrait mode
so it's vertical
in this way your photo has more
view time in the timeline of Instagram
make sure your photos are
razor sharp
and play with the settings on your camera
fourth step
take the picture
we use the manual settings on the camera
most of the time
we use manual focus
we try to use a large aperture
close to f 2.0 / f 2.8
this way you get a shallow depth of field
which means
the object is razor sharp
and the background will be fuzzy
or out of focus
usually we use ISO 100
and a shutter speed of 125th of a second
fifth step
run
the self-timer gives you 10 seconds to stay in place
chocolate milk
it's needed because it's so cold outside
the first day that it's really freezing
here in Holland
and of course
hot chocolate
with whipped cream
perfect way
to get warm again
one thing we always do with Instagram
is make the Instagram Stories
Behind the scenes!
"So today we are filming for a new video
which we will publish this Sunday"
"but it's so cold outside, so it's time for hot chocolate"
warm
let's make the next Instagram picture
we vary with the composition in our timeline
first photo can be with the two of us
from a distance
and the next one can be
from only me and then more close-up
and the third one the third photo
can be a beautiful landscape
sixth step
now it's time to import photos
select the best ones
and start with editing
I spend most of the time
in color editing
and therefore I use Photoshop,
Lightroom
and Apple Photos
once ready
I write a little story which connects
to this photo
and I search for best hashtags
finally I will send the photo
including the text to my iPhone
and publish it on Instagram
so that's the process of this step
if you have any questions
please leave a comment below
then I will answer it right away
step 7
now the magic starts
it's time to
engage with your audience
responding on comments
and to like photos of other people
it's a wrap today
you saw how to make Instagram photos as travel couple
so grab your camera
make your best photo
and tag @DutchNomadCouple
then we can see your pictures too
