bring presents to it the pain body cannot renew itself so it can only play

out its old energy the more you can be present with it the less can it use you

to renew itself and so what happens then to the pain body the energy becomes

freed that was trapped in there and many people carrying so much pain that they

can't do much else in their lives that absorb so much of their aliveness that

they have little left to live their life the emotional pain and this is in the

case of dense pain bodies the emotional pain is so much that it consumes them

it's like a Paris it consumes them all there liveness and

as to be bring consciousness to eight that trapped energy becomes freed and he

was trapped at a low frequency if you could hear it something like that you

wouldn't want to listen to a radio station for too long like that and so

that becomes freed but it is life energy it is a life 'no sultanate li and

there's an increasing sense of aliveness that you feel because the energy leaves

artificially induced sense of self disappears pain is not who you are it's

simply an energy it lives in you for a while and then becomes transmuted become

in the present moment is the pain body in you so if you are not making the now

Today I'm going to show you how to make a really easy keto chia pudding using

chia seeds - they're beautiful low carb high fiber ingredient that it's just a

wonderful wonderful ingredient to use on the keto diet to keep your fiber up and

it's just a little nutritious powerhouse so I've got my chia seeds there you use

white, black this one's a mix of both I've got yoghurt go for the lowest carb

yogurt you can and I find that I like to add a bit of thickened cream, so let's

get on and make our chia pudding, so I've got a little glass you can use a glass, a

jar anything you like and I'm gonna pop two tablespoons of chia seeds into the

glass try make too much, trying not to make too much mess, that looks like a

bit of splattering there and so we've got two tablespoons of chia and we're gonna

do half a cup of our liquid and you can use almond milk if you like, coconut milk

any kind of liquid that you like and you can use the cream that I'm using we've

got the yoghurt I'm gonna put mostly yogurt in there and then just top it up

with a nice little drizzling of cream as well to make up our whole half a cup

with just a little bit of cream going in yeah, and now we'll pour in and mix it

together always makes such a mess with these little tasks, okay wipe it down

with my Star Wars paper towel, okay so we just give this a really good mix

through you could stick it into a jar and give it a shake if you want but I'm

quite happy doing it in here now it's up to you if you want to enjoy this

straight away which you can or I'm gonna pop this into the fridge and I'll show

you what it looks like in a few hours once it's thickened up, but you can have

a look at that for now, the texture it's just beautiful chia pudding but it gets

super thick, I'll show you, now there's so many different add-ins and so many

different things that you can do with that to make it your own just depending

on your tastes and what you've got available but I'm gonna pop this in the

fridge and have a chat a little bit once it's

thickened the chia puddings been in the fridge for a little while and it's thickened

nicely have a look at that you can see it's a thick pudding yummy you can leave

it just like this, I'm gonna top it with a few yummy bits I'm gonna pop a

little layer of strawberries on top I've got some sliced strawberries,

berries just go beautifully with chia pudding

you could also mix in some cacao through, grate a bit of chocolate on top,

really whatever you like you could put some chia seeds on top as well that

aren't mixed through you can put some desiccated coconut I've got a nice

generous layer of strawberries on top here loads and loads as you can see so

This is the sequel of a fun and unique fighting game where Game rules are simple, reach the

Nidhogg 2 builds upon the award winning gameplay of its predecessor, with new weapons to wield

and levels to master, head-to-toe character customization, and the captivatingly grotesque

art.

Game features different game modes, 10 different stages and online multiplayer.

Nidhogg 2's visual style might not be for everyone.

But its gameplay is chaotic enough to allow for endless couch competition.

On number 9 we have CHAOS CODE -NEW SIGN OF CATASTROPHE.

This game is its definitve version which came out in 2013.

It is a simple yet highly flexible hi-speed 2D Fighting game, where players can enjoy

of 7 characters, with more to come down the line.

Game graphics are beautiful, and animations are fluid and crisp.

Brawlout is a fun game that you can play casually with friends.

Number 7 is Brawlhalla.

A 2D fighting game featuring the greatest heroes who must duke it out to prove they're

the strongest.

Master your hero and pick up item drops, from deadly bombs to individualized weapons.

Each hero picks up one of two weapons with their own stylistic move-sets.

Play online in competitive rank matches, or join casual modes and fight upto 8 different

players at the same time.

The cartoonish roster of characters is enjoyable to look at, and as a free to play title, you

should definitely give it a try.

On Number 6 we have WWE 2k18. 2k18 is the latest installement in the wwe

2k series with some pros and cons.

A new graphics engine makes wrestling action better than previous games, and the already

enormous roster is bigger than ever before, with 174 playable wrestlers right out of the

box, but the primary single-player story mode is not great.

And none of the modes and features, that needed the most work from last year's game have

been addressed.

But other than that game is actually pretty enjoyable, and a lot of fun. to play.

Number 5 is The King of Fighters XIV.

Launched on 15 june on steam, The King of Fighters XIV is yet another satisfying entry

in the long-running K.O.F series.

Game has ditched the intricate sprites found in recent games in the series, in favor of

3D characters and backgrounds, however, the game's core fighting system lives up to the

series' legacy, offering new mechanics that expand upon those from its predecessor.

King of Fighters XIV offers an astonishing amount of content, with huge rosters of character

but lacks somewhere in visuals.

Number 4 is Absolver, which is a game about martial arts, but it also follows many of

the philosophies inherent to martial arts, especially the concept of focus.

Game is deeply invested in online game play, and there's very little offline plot., where

your job is to explore the strange ruins of this space and hunt down different enemies.

Absolver's complex combat system allows you to put together your own combat deck of

strung together moves.

Developers have plans to introduce new features like 1 versus 1, 3 versus 3 and spectator

mode.

In total Absolver is a fun game and if you like the challenge you should go for it.

On Number 3 is Injustice 2.

This game is dense, deep, and refined, but also accessible to new comers, thanks to relatively

The nearly 30 characters offer a broad range of super powers and fighting styles, and each

has a distinct trait that can instantly trigger a status buff, or summon an underling in the

middle of a fight.

With AI battles, online & local versus matches, and an impressive story mode, Injustice 2

offers numerous ways of engaging with its characters and testing your abilities without

feeling repetitive.

On Number 2 we have Marvel Versus Capcom Infinite.

The latest iteration of Capcom's, takes familiar gameplay systems and characters but presents

them in an entirely new way.

Capcom has created a fighting game focused on individuality and expression, with deep

systems that reward studious players but also accommodate casuals.

And the mechanics underlying the game, make it an outstanding fighting game.

Infinite represents the most significant change to the Marvel Versus Capcom formula since

its creation, and the result is a game that's fun and rewarding to play.

And finally, on number 1 is Tekken 7.

Tekken 7 keeps most of its traditions alive, and once again delivers the tight, and hard-hitting

action for which the series is known.

Best way to sew a smocked bishop together | No shoulder seams | No broken needles | No frustration - Duration: 4:13.

Hey everyone, I am so excited to share this technique with you of pleating a bishop first,

and then sewing the shoulder seams together.

It does take a few extra minutes, but the benefits of being able to use thicker fabric,

not worrying about breaking needles over those shoulder seams, and not having those shoulder

seams cause bulk in your pleats – I think it's well worth the few extra minutes.

So you'll start this like any other bishop – cut out your pattern pieces.

I'm using the children's corner bishop pattern, but this technique will work for

any pattern and any style of bishop.

Then you'll use a water-soluble marker to mark your seam allowance.

In my case, the seam allowance is 1/2", which is what I'm marking…

Thread up your pleater – completely up to you and your pattern on how many needles to

use.

And take your first piece for your bishop.

If your bishop closes in the back, then your first piece will be one of the back pieces.

If your bishop closes in the front, then your first piece will be one of the front pieces.

I rolled my left back piece on a dowel with the right side of my fabric facing up.

And I pleated this like normal.

When you get to the end of your first piece, you'll actually take the whole piece off

of your pleater.

Then take out the threads to the nearest pleat by your seam allowance.

It's not an exact science and it doesn't need to be – close enough is just fine here.

Then roll up whichever sleeve comes next for you.

In my case, I rolled up the left sleeve with the right side of the fabric facing up.

Be careful to be consistent about rolling up the fabric pieces in the same manner – either

all of them with the right side of the fabric facing up, or all with the wrong side of the

fabric facing up.

Anywho, feed this piece through a little bit until you get to your seam allowance mark.

Again, go to the nearest pleat to the seam allowance mark and you'll kinda free your

needles, if you will.

Just take the seam allowance off the needles, I hope that makes sense.

Then thread up your pleater again and continue to pleat.

What you have now created is a pleated sandwich.

Continue this same method until all of your pieces have been pleated together.

I pulled the pleating threads taught before taking the dress to my machine.

Pulling the threads taught ensures you don't sew over any of the threads as well as matches

up the pleats for you.

So you'll sew as close to the pleating thread as possible without sewing over it.

Then to finish this seam off, I guess you could run it through your serger or run a

zigzag over the raw edges… but I did a mock French seam instead.

So that means I cut one half of the seam down to about 1/8" or so.

Then I folded the other half over twice so the folded edge would line up with the machine

stitches.

And I used these machine stitches to secure my hand sewing to.

This creates a mocked French seam.

And that's all there is to it.

Go ahead and block the bishop like normal.

I have many videos that show how to block a bishop and the rest of the steps to finish

the side seams and such.

I will link them below along with this lovely super-fine flannel I've used for the tutorial.

It's one of my favorite, favorite fabrics for little ones.

Really soft and cozy.
