Paul Ryan Is Shaking In His Boots!

See What President Trump Just Took Away From Him

There is little uncertainty that immigration will remain a point of incredible interest

for the term of President Trump's residency.

Feelings run high on the two sides of the issue, and we are far from any kind of compromise.

Actually, given the stakes included, it's improbable that any compromise will happen.

Some portion of the issue is this is a multifaceted issue.

It's not simply a question of driving those entering the United States to take our immigration

laws.

Immigration addresses security in that it's improbable that any future terrorists will

uncover their expectations at the border.

It likewise addresses the economy in that a few organizations are eager to expand immigration

as these individuals frequently take employments for exceptionally insignificant wages subsequently

boosting benefits.

At that point, there are the political issues.

The individuals who figure out how to get into the nation unlawfully can turn into a

rich wellspring of votes if took care of the way the left would incline toward.

Warehoused in sanctuary cities, they can be given liberal welfare benefits until such

time that a program or other technique goes along to make them vote rights.

There ought to be little uncertainty as to which party they can be relied upon to help.

However, maybe the most touchy issue is what can anyone do the individuals who were unlawfully

brought into the nation by their folks as youthful youngsters.

They have grown up here and keeping in mind that pure of wrongdoing because of their age

when the entered the nation wrongfully, the reality remains that they are illegal aliens,

and thus subject to deportation.

In any event, they were until Mr. Obama issued an executive order making a program called

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

This empowered these purported "Dreamers" to apply to stay in the U.S. Furthermore,

keep on holding jobs and appreciate different advantages as if they were here legitimately.

President Trump has finished DACA, however in a fairly strange manner.

Lawyer General Sessions declared that the program is being eliminated over a six-month

duration amid which time Congress can address the issue.

The left is enraged, of course.

In any case, what isn't so evident is the troublesome position this puts House Speaker

Ryan in?

As we probably are aware, Mr. Ryan has not been especially useful in passing President

Trump's agenda.

Actually, he has next to no to appear.

Presently he has the notorious hot potato with which to battle.

Ryan has shown that he has needed to see DACA replaced off and repealed with a bill supporting

the Dreamers.

President Trump has said that he remains a cherished memory to him for the Dreamers.

So now Mr. Ryan has the issue he, in any event, guaranteed that he wanted.

In any case, the inquiry stays with respect to whether he can assemble a bill that won't

just pass the House, however the Senate too and get the president's mark.

With the president having uncovered nothing about what might need to be in such a bill

to get his mark, Mr. Ryan's issues recently deteriorated.

Ryan wants the Dreamers to stay, however, to get that going he needs to pass legislation

he has no clue the president will sign.

Given Speaker Ryan's desolate help for a president from his own particular party, the

issue couldn't arrive in the lap of a more proper person.

"The Trump administration on Tuesday announced the 'orderly wind down' of the Obama-era

program that gave a deportation reprieve to illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as

children – putting pressure on Congress to come up with a replacement.

"'I do not favor punishing children, most of whom are now adults, for the actions of

their parents.

But we must also recognize that we are a nation of opportunity because we are a nation of

laws,' President Trump said, in a lengthy written statement explaining the decision.

"The Department of Homeland Security formally rescinded the Deferred Action for Childhood

Arrivals program, known as DACA, with a six-month delay for current recipients.

According to Acting Homeland Security Secretary Elaine Duke, the interval is meant to give

Congress 'time to deliver on appropriate legislative solutions.'"

For all the screaming the liberals are doing, that announcement does not state that President

Trump won't sign legislation offering accommodations to the Dreamers.

It says Congress should pass legislation to manage the circumstance over a six-month effortlessness

period.

However, there's the sang.

The possibility of Congress, particularly this one lead by Ryan and McConnell completing

anything in a half year is an interesting idea.

Truth be told, one could be pardoned for trusting that President Trump sent the DACA issue to

Congress for the sole motivation behind giving it the profound six and giving Congress a

chance to assume the fault for the program's demise.

Be that as it may, President Trump has sounded a placating note with respect to DACA and

his ability to help congressional endeavors to protect the Dreamers.

"'This is a gradual process, not a sudden phaseout,' he said.

'Permits will not begin to expire for another six months, and will remain active for up

to 24 months.

Thus, in effect, I am not going to just cut DACA off, but rather provide a window of opportunity

for Congress to finally act.'"

What has occurred here is both the president and the attorney general have expressed that

Mr. Obama's executive order was unlawful and liable to be upset in court as a usurpation

of congressional authority.

Along these lines, the president has continued to program briefly until the point when Congress

arranges a program for the Dreamers that he will sign.

"'Congress, get ready to do your job – DACA!' Trump tweeted Tuesday morning."

What that may well mean is that Mr. Ryan has quite recently been put on the last place

anyone would want to be by a president who has become burnt out on a House Speaker who

can't or won't advance the president's plan.

This half-year time span amid which DACA can proceed while Mr. Ryan endeavors to carry

out his activity implies there is a due date.

What's more, that is got the chance to be something Mr. Ryan despises.

"What A Wonderful World" piano accompaniment - Duration: 2:43.

(intro)

I see trees of green

Red roses too

I see them bloom

For me and you

And I think to myself

What a wonderful world

I see skies of blue

And clouds of white

The bright blessed day

The dark sacred night

And I think to myself

What a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow

So pretty in the sky

Are also the faces

of people going by

I see friends shakin' hands

sayin' "How do you do?"

They're really sayin'

"I love you"

I hear babies cry

I watch them grow

They'll learn much more

than I'll ever know

And I think to myself

What a wonderful world

I think to myself

What a wonderful world

Dr Ray TV - What is Manipulation Under Anesthesia? - Vineland & Myrtle Beach Chiropractor - Duration: 7:39.

Alright guys Dr. Ray Marquez here your local chiropractor at Back Pain Relief

Center. Our topic tonight is manipulation under anesthesia for chronic back pain

relief. So as many of you know or maybe you've seen some of my post I do these

things called manipulations under anesthesia to help people restore

function to their body and help manage and relieve their back pain. So what's it

all about? Number one it's really it's a procedure

that's procedure that's been around since the 50s or 60s and it's kind of

getting a lot of new light like lately with chiropractors and orthopedics and

some DOs in order to help their patients function and feel better so

what's it all about? Well anyway isn't for your everyday

person so your regular everyday low back pain and I hate to say everyday low back

pain but if you had back pain once or twice and usually regular manipulation

will clear that right up. This is for people that have had back pain for years

it's become chronic and when I say years five 10 15 years. Maybe they had

surgeries in the past maybe they didn't usually they have multiple herniation

maybe some stenosis of this of the spinal cord

a lot of adhesions in the muscles very limited range of motion. When someone

becomes a candidate for manipulation under anesthesia they've tried

everything else. They've tried regular chiropractic care they've tried physical

therapy they've tried interventional pain management meaning injections

ablations medication all those things. And what happens a lot of the things

work for a little while so maybe chiropractic works for a little bit and

they get out of pain but then the pain comes back and then they're out of pain

a little bit and then the pain comes back or maybe the injections worked for

a little while and then they stopped working so much and then the pain comes

back. So there's kind of a yo-yo up and down of feeling good and not feeling

good and they're looking for an alternative and that alternative doesn't

want to be surgery. So a lot of my patients don't want to go the surgical

route maybe they're not even a candidate for the surgical route because they

don't have any radicular symptoms or neurological deficits oh but they're

still in a good amount of pain and they want to do something about it

and other things just aren't working. So we have to ask ourselves why aren't

these other therapies working or why do they work for a little bit and then they

don't or the pain come back. What we've seen is anyone that has an underlying

dysfunctional joint meaning maybe the lumbar spine something made the joint

dysfunction doesn't move correctly has decreased range of motion it's painful

to move the surrounding muscles are tight. When they've had this throughout

the years off and on over and over the muscles and the joint dysfunction over

such a long period of time that they they rub against each other the wrong

way the muscles don't glide the way they're supposed to the joint doesn't

move the way it's supposed to and it builds up friction. This imagine I took

my hands I rub them together and I never stopped you know my hands are actually

now beginning to get a little warm if I did that all day every day that warmth

my body wouldn't like and it would if it was my hands and build up calluses but

inside your body and your body will produce collagen or adhesion adhesive

material fibrous material to stop those muscles from rubbing so much. So what

happens is over the years you can get all this fibrous tissue builds up in the

muscles so maybe you hear myofascial and in the joints in particular okay, so you can

get this adhesive buildup in the muscles of joints and it further complicates the

whole problem because now a joint that didn't work right or is maybe inflamed

and have some degeneration is further not working right because we have

increased adhesive build up so it's a big snowball type of action or reaction

that happened so someone with a bad back for whatever reason the joint doesn't

work right they ignore it for a while the muscles and the joints build up

adhesions and it works less and less. Now

why do certain things work for well? So chiropractic care physical therapy yoga

injections they work for a little bit because they're getting the mediate

inflammation down there get an immediate range of motion better but when you have

adhesive buildup about the years it still tightens right back up so your

you feel better as long as you're going to the chiropractor or to physical

therapy but as soon as you stop going you don't feel better. So the goal of

manipulation under anesthesia is to break up the adhesions in the muscles

and in the joints to allow for better range of motion better function of the

joint so we stop that snowball effect or repetitive effect of a dysfunctional

joint. So how do we do that? Well in a hospital setting or a surgical

center setting we we put the patients to sleep so the anesthesiologist comes in

put the patients to sleep and we bring them through soft tissue or myofascial

and joint manipulations in order to break that scar tissue up. So in short we

go a really big stretch and manipulation to break up those adhesions to decrease

the tone to increase range of motion and function of the joint so we get you

closer back to the normal of how you should be. So what we find with patients

is maybe a little sore after and we do this in a series of three visits I

shouldn't mention that it takes about three times we do it once a week so we

do it one week patient sees us in the office the next next day and then we do

it again the following week and then the following week. And then after the three

procedures we have them do about six weeks of stretches and PT a lot of it

done at home a little bit of it done in the office to make what we did whole. So

we put the patient to sleep and break up those adhesions we do some PT after and

we've had a huge success rate I've done hundreds of these so far and we're right

around a 90 percent success rate in restoring range of motion and function

and decreasing pressure or an unloading pressure on the joints. Alright so

manipulation under anesthesia not for everyone okay it's for a select few of

our patients, patients that have tried everything else and things aren't

working. Alright at that point it's a very valid alternative to surgery it's a

valid alternative to continue prolonged care it's a way to shorten all the

treatment I'd be doing cross our fingers and hopefully that's enough to get you

to the spot where you can function and feel better and start enjoying your life

again. Alright I hope that helps hope that answered a few questions if you

like some more information on this you can go to either

of our websites if you're in New Jersey which were right now backpainrc.com

again it's backpainrc.com I believe the other one is

njchronicpainrelief.com but if you go to our back pain relief center you can get get

over to there. If you're down to Myrtle Beach its MyrtleBeachwalkinchiro.com

again that's MyrtleBeachwalkinchiro.com Both sites have the same

information just different addresses you can get to me either way if you have

more questions just shoot me a message on facebook I answer everyone's message

and maybe this is right for you. Alright

I want to thank everybody for watching I hope all is well we'll talk to you guys

Walk the Moon Talk New Album 'What If Nothing' & 'Press Restart' Tour | TRL Weekdays at 4pm - Duration: 2:14.

Congratulations on the new album.

-Thank you so much. -That we're super excited for.

-Yeah! -(cheering)

What If Nothing comes out very, very soon.

And a lot of us know you guys haven't released

a lot of new music since 2014, which means this new album

is technically three years in the making, no?

-Yeah. Yeah, yeah. -What's it like

to finally have something that important that took that long

-finally come to completion? -Oh, it feels amazing.

-We've, you know, we've been through a long... -(cheering)

Thank you.

And it's... it's come out exactly the way you wanted?

You're finally like, our fans have been waiting...

Uh, yeah, it's incredible.

We feel like it's the best thing we've ever done.

We're so excited to share it with the world.

Dude, I'm looking forward to it, man.

Your new single, "Kamikaze," came out yesterday.

-Yes. -(cheering) -And it's... it's a little bit different

from what we're used to hearing you guys play.

Is the rest of the album gonna be like that,

or is it gonna be a little bit of the old?

-What can we expect? -Yeah, I would say the whole album

is, uh, is full of surprises.

There aren't really two songs that sound quite alike.

So I think... I think people will, um, will be, yeah,

will be... will dig that.

-(cheering) -Okay. That's... gonna be also very exciting.

What... what was your favorite part

about making the album itself, though?

Because I've never made an album, personally.

Well, you should try it sometime.

Uh, no, I am, uh, vocally incapable.

For sure, for sure. Like, is there...

is it the coming together of the lyrics,

is it the sound in particular?

I know there's got to be arguments in making decisions.

Yeah. You know, the process, there's always a moment,

I think, probably with every song,

where there's, like, oh, my God, what have we done?

You know, you're in the lab, and it's this monster,

-it's staring back at you, and it's... -Of course.

you know, hideous, and then at some point it flips

and it grows wings and becomes this beautiful creature.

-Dude, that's so awesome. That's so awesome. -(cheering)

And you guys are gonna take the album on tour in January

with the Press Restart Tour, yeah?

That's right, that's right, yeah.

It's going all across the U.S.

And I know you guys have had tours before,

but what's special about this one, and why "Press Restart"?

That seems like a very fresh take

on, like, maybe you guys are, like, revamping you.

-Yeah, yeah. -But what's the story behind coming up

-with the name of it? -Actually, the first track

-on the record is called "Press Restart," -Okay.

and the whole, uh, this whole experience, the whole album,

it's a lot about rebirth for us, it's about starting over,

-Okay. -and, uh, and coming back and redefining ourselves.

Redefining. "Press Restart."

Democrats Take Control of Washington State. What Does It Mean? - Duration: 4:46.

Results from a special election in the 45th legislative district (Woodinville/Redmond)

indicate that the Democrats just took control of the Washington State Senate.  With that

change, Democrats now control the Governor's mansion and both branches of the legislature.

The Republicans had been in control of the Senate since 2012 which forced the Democrats

leadership in the House and Governor's mansion to compromise on budgets, taxes, education,

and a range of social issues. But compromise may no longer be necessary.

In anticipation of this development, Governor Jay Inslee told The New York Times, "We

intend to make a full-scale effort in the next session of the Legislature if we win."

For him, that probably means taxing carbon in order to save the planet and taxing carbon-based

people just because he wants their money.

On social issues, the landscape is likely to become very challenging.

The abortion industry, in particular, has had their legislative priorities stonewalled

for five years. We expect them to use this opportunity to do things like

1. Regulate pro-life pregnancy centers: Previous attempt to regulate pregnancy centers in ways

that makes it difficult for them to exist failed. I would be surprised if they were not resurrected now.

2. Introduce Obamacare Mandates in Washington State: While mandates in Washington DC are

being eliminated, legislators in Washington State are proposing legislation that would

force families and businesses in Washington to pay for things they have moral objections

to.

3. Mandatory Abortion Coverage: Oregon recently passed legislation requiring every policy

to cover abortion and every kind of contraception with no charge to insured. This could easily

reappear in Washington State as well. There are a number of Non-abortion related issues that could be resurrected also.

Like, creative new gender categories to driver's

licenses and other forms of government ID

2. We could see legislation to disqualify students at Christian universities from government

supported student aid if those schools ascribe to a Christian understanding of marriage,

sexuality, and gender.

3. Legalization of commercial surrogacy.  Womb renting is illegal almost everywhere

on the planet, but the LGBT lobby wants to make it more available so that homosexual

men can pay poor women to have their babies.  The scenario has provides many opportunities

for vulnerable women to be abused, which is why, in recent years, it has been banned in

every Southeast Asian country, where it has been most common. But in 2017, women's rights

are subservient to everything LGBT, so don't be surprised if it shows up again.

4. The creation of third-party parenting rights. Should a judge be able to overrule the wishes

of parents and give visitation to a third-party, non-parents?  Legislation introduced several

years ago would do exactly that, making it easier for former same-sex partners to have

visitation with other people's children.  In recent years this proposal was defeated

because of the Senate, but may be introduced again now that the environment is friendlier.

5. Ban on therapy to help minors with same-sex attraction. All over the country, the left

has been pushing legislation that makes it illegal for a therapist to help minors who

want to reduce or eliminate same-sex attraction.  It would punish therapists, even if they are

pastors or church employees operating inside a church. Three times it was defeated in the

Senate.  On social issues, this could be the priority.

This is not chicken little, the sky is falling stuff.

All of these issues are ones that have already been proposed that will now have a much better

chance of success. Can they be stopped? Of course. But that requires

you getting involved and getting everyone you know involved as well.

The majorities in both houses are slim, 25 -24 in the Senate and 50-48 in the House.

Because 2018 will bring another election, there may be some accountability

But if they don't think you care, it could get ugly.

If you appreciate this information, subscribe below, give us a like, or leave a comment.

And make sure you share this with other people that care also. Be the change.

What Happened to the Computer Section in Bookstores? - Duration: 3:19.

Hey! This is the Daily Overpass! My name is Eric and I make apps! Now today, let's

talk about what the h*ll happened to the Computer book section at all the

bookstores.

Okay, so I'm coming to you from the Kennebec Bridge in Skowhegan, Maine. The

weather here is beautiful today, although a little bit cold. The scenery is

absolutely amazing. And tomorrow I fly back to England. So, this is the last full

day here in Maine. It's been - it's been a really good time. But today, I

want to talk a little bit about bookstores. Because one of the things - every

time I come back to the States, one of the things I like to do especially when

I come back by myself, without the kids, is I like to go to like all the big book

stores. I like the big book chains like Barnes &

Noble, there's one called Books-A-Million, that kind of stuff.

When I go with the kids, they never want to go to the bookstores so, when

I go on my own, that's what I like to just spend hours in there. But like

every time I go to a bookstore, I go to the two sections. I don't know if you,

guy, are the same. I go to the computer books and I go to the business books.

And one of the things I've noticed over the last several years is how the

computer book sections are - they're just shrinking. When it comes to like

technology books and programming books, you know, it used to be that

every time I want to learn a new technology you'd go find a book on it. Or

you would order one from Amazon or whatever. Sit down and read it ,but

it's - the pace of technology moves so fast that it's no longer feasible to do

that. I mean and you know, I started to think about when was the last time I

actually bought like a physical book. I think I remember it was like - it was

Head First Design Patterns and I think I bought that thing back in, I think it was

like 2009. I mean, I bought loads of technology books on like the Kindle and

stuff since then. And on tablets and using like services like packed and

everything like that. Tthat's something I do regularly in like PDF

formats. But even then, by the time a technology - like a new language

say like angular 2 or whatever's new, react or pre-act, all this kind of

stuff, when that stuff becomes mainstream enough to be published. A lot of times

the information is too late. So, it's like not even worth investing in a big book.

In fact, if you go into like the computer book sections now, it's like all - it's

either meant for old people like iPads for seniors or it's like

Windows 7, you know, there's like Windows 7 for dummies, all for

dummies books and stuff like that. Anyway, my question to you today is what

was the last computer book you actually bought? Like either,

you know, digital and then also hardback? And how do

you think things are changing? Anyway, that's it for today! I'll talk to you,

guys, tomorrow!

There is not even a lot of calories in the water, so that you can also drink it to lose

weight.

Whenever you drink water, then this fluid gives you the power to work in your body by

Water provides moisture to your tissues, removes frozen dirt in the organs and contributes

What Exactly Makes Overwatch So Special? - Duration: 5:35.

Hey everyone this is lumos19 studio and , we all know that Overwatch is extremely popular

these days, but can you point exactly why?

In this video, we've researched and found some unique opinions around fans of the game.

Some people just love the graphic appearance of this title, such as colorful maps and equally

colorful unique characters.

The character design is in depth and correlates directly to their comics counterpart.

Graphics are phenomenal and not hyper-realistic, but it's what makes it more unique and fun.

Also, who have time to look at realistic graphics in the middle of all that shooting?

Blizzard also develops their characters through videos and comics instead of a story mode.

SO you feel you already know the cast before even playing the game by yourself, and that's

about the best kind of marketing any company can put out.

Every hero is unique and has their own flavor.

They have their own nationalities, fighting styles and skills tal all contribute to filling

a certain role or niche in teams.

Not only that, but, they are recognizable.

Character designs are distinct and attractive, with great voice acting and catchy lines.

Of course, a major point of the game is the special abilities, which are really fun and

offer lots of different styles of play according to the character played, and opens up to endless

strategies.

The gameplay is simple, yet fun and exciting.

pretty much anyone can pick it up and start playing with ease and with little prior gaming

experience.

It also focus on teamwork and cooperation to win matches instead of going all alone

shooting heads.

Overall it is a fast-paced game, and this is probably the most important point.

The adrenaline you get by playing it, combined with the synergy between heroes to fast games,

makes for some intense gaming.

Maps have excellent pacing and are designed to favor the attacking team, so there's

never a dull moment to be had.

It often comes down to the wire and holding the point or payload in Overtime is a rush

like no other.

Some other positive points for the game is that the developers took all the problems

with modern FPS and fixed them with cool ideas and absolutely beautiful mechanics.

There is also a deep feeling that extends beyond your controller.

people often says that Whether you play it light or in a deeper level, you definitely

connect with this world and story at the point where you are holding the guns and no longer

sitting in your chair.

The sounds effects have also a big importance for the player, for example the sounds you

hear when you hit, open loot boxes, get medals, etc.

All these little things just makes you feel good and of course makes you play even more.

Props for the sound effects team!

All the success for this game is that Blizzard gave the players pretty much what everyone

wanted for many years.

Before Overwatch, and let's be honest, almost all games have been generic cash grabs, had

day one DLC, pay2win microtransactions, paid updates, poor optimization, poor variety,

and so on…

It's basically everything a game in it's genre should be.

When we look at overwatch we thought; nice heroes, complete maps, good job Blizzard.

Now what will you do to keep me from getting bored after two months when I play with every

hero in every map?

Well, they didn't need to do anything at all.

The game is a team based shooter.

Even if you do every combination on every map, you still have 5 more people on your

side and their hero choices affects your gameplay deeply.

Your side can run a no tank, single tank, duo tank, triple tank (yea this was a thing)

setup and all these choices created a new and fresh feel every single game.

On top if this, you would have an enemy team who would try to counter you and create an

ongoing inequality that would persist throughout each game.

Does it ever get boring and repetitive?

Of course it does.

There are times where you just don't want to play the same maps all over.

But Blizzard addresses this issue very well.

Since the launch, we are given 2 new heroes, 2 new maps, 4 holiday special events and a

buttload of skins and counting...

Summarizing and concluding, this is a Blizzard game and players are still blown-away by the

work put into the game's polish.

Character models are fluid and dynamic, locales look great, the sound engineering is amazing

and Everything about it just screams at being a triple A title and being Blizzard's first

FPS game, it's without a doubt going to soar for many years to come.

So what do you think of this game?

Have you played it for hundred of hours or are you still looking to play it?

What do you think about the game in general?

Let us know in the comment section below.

Thank you for watching and we see you on the next video.

Bye Bye
