Youtube daily up Nov 2 2017

0:05 - "Alright Verona, tell me about your dizziness and being lightheaded."

"Well I had a problem with dizziness and lightheadedness and then it would turn into

spinning to the point of nausea.

So Dr. Jacobs, you treated me and I've been doing great."

"Okay, so let's go over how long the dizziness and lightheadedness had been going on before

the treatment?"

"It had been going on since May and then you treated me in September and I had two

treatments."

0:47 - "Even after the first one, there was no dizziness.

Then the second one, the lightheadedness went away."

"And it's November 1st, that was September 15 when I treated you.

So can you explain to us before, what kind of symptoms you had and what was difficult

for you to do.

I know you cancelled several sessions because we were working on the knee but you cancelled

that because you had a headache and dizziness.

Can you explain the symptoms?"

1:18 - It would start off with the lightheadedness and usually as the day progressed, it would

turn into dizziness.

Then just spinning, and I had episodes that were just so uncomfortable with spinning to

the point of nausea and vomiting."

"How often did that usually happen?"

1:44 - "I had that about almost once a week.

But the hard thing was that you live in fear of it happening.

Because I never knew if I'd be out and I'd just start spinning so it was difficult."

"So you had it from May to September, so that's a good 5 months and you had 2 treatments

and it is now November 1st.

This is a 6 week follow up from the 2 treatments so give us your honest opinion about ASTR

treatment."

2: 22 - "I'm just so pleased because it was a hard thing to deal with.

Like I said just the never knowing, if I was out at the store, if I turned or it just got

to the point where I started spinning and being alone at the point, asking "What would

I do?"

So, it just has made things so much better and life so much easier now that it is gone

and it is gone completely."

2:54 - "Yeah 6 weeks follow up, that is a long term, that's awesome.

I'm glad you're doing better, thanks so much."

3:02 - Feel free to subscribe to my channel, you will get updated with helpful tips and

tricks on how to relieve pain.

Also there is over 150 videos for real ASTR treatment.

You could actually see the instruments and the results I get with my patients.

Subaru WRX - Everything You Need to Know | Up To Speed - Duration: 9:49.

Hey.

Stop.

Scrolling.

We made you a WRX video.

It's Sunday and you're driving your mom home from a nice ass brunch in your STI.

You pass another WRX going the opposite direction.

He waves.

You wave.

Your mom is like...

"Do you know that young gentleman, honey?"

Yeah

I kinda do.

Little does your mom know, that you're part of another family.

You're part of the Subie Nation baby. A nation birthed in the mountains of sweden

and the planes of Africa. One nation, under god….Colin be thy name. And your mom looks

at you and she's just like…"You passed our exit." Pffff...parents just don't understand.

(Laughing)

This is everything you need to know to get Up to Speed on the Subaru WRX.

Inhales.

Coughs.

(8-bit music plays)

At its inception in the 1950s, Subaru focused on building small "People's Cars" with

an emphasis on suiting the needs of Post-War Japan. In the early 80s, they decided to expand

their global image through motorsports, and their sport of choice--RALLY. It's a sport

so bad-ass that you can't even do it alone. You need a sidekick. You need a navigator.

Like Han Solo and Chewy in the Millenium Falcon.

But you are not in a galaxy far far away.

You are in the f***ing woods.

You got dirt, you got snow, you got real ass roads.

And there is a chance that you might crash into a tree.

Or a f***ing person!

When you think of basketball

You think of the Yankees.

When you think of Rally you think Subaru.

But from 1980 to 1990, they were sorta the MIghty Ducks before Gordon Bombay Showed up.

They literally only had one podium finish.

In 1987, some dude named Possum Bourne got third at Rally New Zealand.

Possum Bourne, Jason's dad.

But, in the early 90s, the gears started turning and Subaru started winning. They signed Colin McRae.

Ever heard of him? And halfway through the 1993 season they ditched the bigger Legacy

and debuted the Impreza.

The team was sponsored by State Express 555 tobacco, and wore the brand's colors of

gold and blue. McRae and Ari Vatanen drove their new WRXs to place Subaru fifth in the

team championship. Not bad! While the partnership between State Express and Subaru eventually ended.

The WRX will forever be associated with that color scheme.

The Impreza was a shortened version of the Legacy formula, a recipe of which all WRXs are based on to this day.

Four doors, all wheel drive, and a flat four Boxer engine.

The Impreza went on sale in Japan in 1992, and Subaru offered a special package for their

home market. Buyers had the option of a turbocharged model called the WRX.

Or

World

Rally

eXperimental.

Get it?

Alongside that, the Japanese could also get the WRX RA, which was even more hardcore.

It had no power windows, no A/C, and no anti-lock brakes. . The states got the Impreza

a year later, but we didn't get the WRX… so...fuck us right?

1994 was a big year for Subaru and the Impreza. It marked the first year Subaru participated

in every round of the World Rally Championship, and they introduced an even better WRX.

The STI. It had carbon fiber strut tower braces, a better intercooler, and forged pistons.

The STi also has some funky looking pink badges on it. In Japan, Pink is associated with Cherry blossoms

which symbolize a time of renewal and the fleeting of natural life.

Well let's put it on a racecar!

Subaru won the WRC title in 1995 because Toyota was caught cheating. Colin McRae won

his first WRC title that year, and Subaru went on to win two more consecutive championships.

To celebrate the hat trick, they introduced the mother of all STI's, the Impreza 22B.

It came with a functional hood scoop, flared fenders, fog light covers, a massive AND functional

rear wing, and of course, gold wheels. The 22B was truly a rally car for the street,

and Subaru only made 424 of them. I would do terrible things for one of these, unimaginable things.

After ten years of holding out on us Americans, Subaru finally gave us the WRX in 2002, and

it changed the entire landscape of the American auto industry. Not only did it become one

of the most popular cars in tuner culture, it proved to every car company that there

was a market for fun, affordable--i.e. Turbo cars in America. Look at the options in the

American market before the WRX.

An Eclipse.

We spent the 90's wondering why Japan didn't

send the best they had to offer to the states and with the WRX we finally got it.

Lancer Evo, Focus RS, Golf R, and just this year finally the Civic Type R.

None of these would be available if it weren't for the WRX.

The New Age Impreza or "Bug Eye", made 227 horsepower and had comparable performance

to the Audi S4 and BMW 3-Series. Which Subaru made a big deal about in their advertising

for the WRX. Of all the Impreza's it's the cutest, and it's one of the best looking wagons ever.

In 2004 they gave the bug eye a facelift and America got the STI, this time powered by

Subaru's EJ25 two and a half liter engine. The turbocharger made 14 and a half pounds

of boost and pushed the engine to 300 horsepower. The exterior was designed by Peter Stevens,

who was responsible for the Lotus Espirit and McLaren F1.

His resume is almost as impressive as mine.

Huuh.

The WRX got another refresh in 2006 with the release of the new "hawk eye" models.

OR as I like to call them the pig nose WRX. For some reason, in 2005 and 2006 the WRX

was also offered as a SAAB in the form of the 9-2X Aero. It's essentially the same

car but had different sheet metal and only offered as a wagon.

The next Impreza, released in 2008 got another redesign, and this time around it was less

edgy than previous cars. Subaru wanted the Impreza to be a little more similar to the

mainstream competition like the Mazda 3. The new WRX had softer suspension and less aggressive looks.

Also, the STI was only offered as a hatchback, and fans weren't happy about it.

Honestly, if I were to get an STI it would be this one. I think it looks awesome.

Subaru admitted that they went too far trying to gain mainstream appeal with the WRX and upgraded

the next's year model with new suspension and 265 horsepower.

At least you admit you are wrong.

In 2011, a little company called Cosworth got their hands on the STI, and they did something magical.

They gave it 365 horsepower and 380 pound feet of torque. It did 0-60 in 3.7 seconds,

and had brakes so good, that you had to duct-tape around your eyes to keep them in the sockets

when you stopped. The Cosworth CS400 was a monster. Unfortunately only 75 were only produced.

So I guess quality over quantity.

Subaru continued to make the hatchback WRX until 2014, when they debuted their newest

sedan design. Some fans say it's way too tame for the WRX's heritage, while other

people argue that the old ones were ugly anyway and this is a step in the right direction.

Whatever your opinion is, it's a good car.

The 2015 model got a new twin scroll turbo making 268 horsepower, and a six speed gearbox.

Subaru proved its potential the next year by taking a modified 600 horsepower STI to the Isle of Man.

The Isle of Man is one of the most batshit races on earth.

The drivers and motorcycle guys fly around the island's 37 mile course. It's freakin nuts.

The psycho Subie did it in just under 18 minutes, setting a new world record.

Despite the WRX's frequent design changes through the years, one thing remains apparent:

It's just fucking cool. It made it acceptable to offer hood scoops. Big wings. And noisy

brakes from the factory. They brought companies down to our level. They listened. And sometimes

that's all it takes to make a huge impact.

Dad.

The WRX has earned such a devoted following because it strikes a unique balance between

niche focus and wide appeal. It attracts a driver who wants something a little funky

but familiar, ostentatious but accomplished. You want a rally inspired ride Colin McRae

would feel right at home in? No problem. Wanna slam it to the ground and rule the car meet

vape boy? Go right ahead. You can go as crazy as you want to because at the end of the day,

the WRX can back it up. It's a really great car.

Even if your mom doesn't get it.

Hey guys what's up, it's your boy James Pumphrey.

Hot Keys in Windows 10, 8 or 7 – Set Up, Change and Assign Them ⌨️⚙️🥇 - Duration: 9:25.

Hello everybody!

This video will tell you about using key sequences in Windows, also known as hotkeys.

I will show you the key sequences which I find most interesting and useful, and how

to change and assign them.

Here we go.

Using key sequences in Windows or other programs can make your work faster.

Unfortunately, most people rarely use them, and this knowledge seems to be a feature of

advanced users only.

Let's begin with system shortcuts.

The Windows key can open or close the Start menu when you press it.

If you press Win + X, it starts the system utility menu which is usually opened with

the right click on the Start menu.

The shortcut Win + Pause opens the System Properties window in the view that we remember

from versions of Windows before Windows 10.

Win + R opens the Run dialogue window.

You can use it to start any system utility, such as Registry Editor, Group Policy Editor,

Command Prompt and so on.

It's a must-have tool if you want to set up a computer.

By the way, there is a special video about it in our channel.

Follow the link in the description to watch it:

To start the Task Manager quickly without using the mouse, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

If you have Windows 10, and you're using several desktops with a number of windows

and applications opened in them, use Win + Tab to find the one you need and to switch

there.

As a result, all desktops and running applications will be shown.

Click on the one you need to switch there.

I'm sure everybody knows such Windows tool as Magnifier.

Post a comment to let us know if you have ever used it.

I'm sure few people would say, yes, I have.

But why?

Because it's not convenient enough.

But you think it is too clumsy because you don't know how to use it properly.

Press Win and + to make Magnifier zoom in to the area of the screen where your mouse

cursor is.

Win and - will zoom out.

The hotkey Win + B moves the cursor to the system tray area and helps to select or set

up a function or application.

It is especially convenient when using a laptop without a mouse.

Using the key PrtScn needs no explanation.

It takes a screenshot which you can inserts into an application like Word or Paint.

However, it is not always convenient to use it.

With the shortcut Win + PrtScn, you can take a screenshot and save it automatically to

the folder Pictures / Screenshots.

Usually it can be done when inserting a screenshot from the clipboard into Paint.

Alt + PrtScn will help you to take a screenshot of an active window and put it into the clipboard.

It takes a screenshot of the active window - not of the entire screen.

It is very convenient.

If a program froze, or the Start menu doesn't respond when you try to restart or shutdown

the computer, try unblocking it before you use Hard Reset.

To do it, press Ctrl + alt + del.

Select the action.

If you have to leave your workplace quickly but you have no time and reason to shut down

your computer, lock it by pressing Win + L.

Then, to start Windows Explorer and open This PC

folder, press Win + E. It is especially relevant for Windows 8/10 users.

There is a special video about it.

Find the link in the description: Press Ctrl and move the scrolling wheel to

change the size and view of folder elements (icons, details, content and so on).

If you opened a lot of folders of applications while working, you can quickly get to the

desktop by pressing Win + D. All opened windows will be minimized to tray.

In the same way, you can restore them later.

Press Alt + Tab to switch between running applications and opened folders.

Hold Alt and use Tab to move the cursor to the necessary one.

When let go of both keys, the window where the cursor is will open.

With the key sequence Win + 1-9, you can start an application from the taskbar; the position

of the application that starts will correspond to the digit key you are pressing.

The shortcut Аlt + F4 will close the active window.

If you've gone too deep into your computer directories, press Backspace (an arrow pointing

to the left) to go back to the previous folder.

To rename a file, there's no need to go into the right-click menu and look for "rename"

function - just press F2 and rename it.

To open a folder in full screen press F11.

After you press it again, the view will revert to the previous mode.

By pressing Ctrl + F you can switch to the search tool in the current folder.

In our channel, you can find a detailed video about searching for files and programs in

Windows 10, 8 or 7.

You will find the link in the description -

Some more stuff: If there are files in a folder that you need

to copy or move to another folder, you can also do it with hotkeys.

To copy one or several files in a folder, we usually select them with a mouse or by

holding the Shift button and pressing the arrow key in the direction of the file we

want to select.

If you want to copy all the files, press Ctrl + A to select all.

To copy the files, press Сtrl + С.

To cut them, Сtrl + Х.

Go to the other folder and press Сtrl + V. The files are copied or moved depending on

what function you used.

To cancel an action, press Сtrl + Z.

Some may say that everybody knows it, but these shortcuts are the basic things, and

I couldn't miss them.

After all, these hotkeys must be relevant for almost any application.

This is only a small share of Windows shortcuts.

If you are interested, in the description there is the link to Microsoft official webpage

offering all possible key sequences for all versions of Windows:

Then, After migrating to Windows 10, users accustomed

to Windows 7 will certainly want to change the shortcut to switch keyboard languages.

The problem is that the shortcut Ctrl+Shift doesn't work in the new operating system.

That is why it is interesting to know how to change keyboard switching methods in Windows

10.

The new operating system has two key combinations for this purpose:

• Alt + Shift • and Windows + Space.

Windows + Space is the system default shortcut.

It works in any case.

To change Alt + Shift to Ctrl+Shift: • Go to Control Panel / Language / Advanced

Settings • In the section "Switching input methods"

go to "Change language bar hot keys" • In the tab "Advanced Key Settings"

click on "Between input languages" / "Change key sequence"

• and change it in the window that opens.

• Ok / Apply • Let's see if it works.

The key sequence has been changed.

One more interesting thing.

To start any program, you can assign a key sequence in Windows.

It can be done not only for a program, but even for a shortcut.

That is, a key sequence can be created even to run a shortcut of a document or folder.

How can you do that?

• Right-click on the shortcut and go to its properties.

• In the tab Shortcut, find the field "Shortcut Key"

• By default, it is set to "None" • Left-click there and press the key sequence

you want to use to start this shortcut - like this: Cntrl + Alt + any letter you like

• For example, • Apply/ Ok.

• Let's see if it works.

• Yes, it does work.

• To cancel this key sequence, just delete it from the "Shortcut Key" field.

There are also special programs to assign hotkeys.

They can be free: SharpKeys, Mkey, HotKeyz, Swift Keyboard, MapKeyboard and so on, and

fee-paying: Key Remapper, Hot Keyboard Pro, Comfort Keys, Active Keyboard and others.

I won't be describing each of them.

If you are interested, you can find them on the Internet.

I will soon make a special video to show you hotkeys for Internet browsers to speed up

your work online.

That is all for now.

If you found this video interesting, click the Like button below and subscribe to our

channel to see more.

Thank you for watching.

Good luck.

Korean athletes gear up for 2018 Winter Olympics - Duration: 4:36.

There are less than one hundred days to the 20-18 PyeongChang Winter Games,... and the

Olympic Torch, which touched down at Incheon International Airport yesterday,... will continue

its journey by traveling around the southern resort island of Jeju, where it's due to arrive

soon.

And while all of us, spectators to be,... can barely contain our excitement ahead of

the Winter Olympics,... for the athletes training to make sure they are in tip-top shape to

compete in PyeongChang,... the hours feel like minutes... and the minutes feel like

seconds.

So we thought we'd find out just how hard these Olympians push their minds and bodies

to be ready for their big day on the snow or ice.

Our Lee Unshin went to check it out,... and filed this report.

(Korean) "We start the day at 6 with a one-hour warm-up.

After lunch, the 3-hour training begins at 2:30.

After that, dinner, and then some alone practice time before bed."

It's about as chilly as it gets for an autumn day, but for these athletes who kick start

the day by running around the tracks,... the cold is nothing but a breath of fresh air.

Kim Nam-jin, Kim Kyung-eun, and Yoon Gi-chan are training to compete at the Pyeongchang

Winter Olympics,...for Freestyle Skiing - Aerials.

Yup, that one.

These daredevils ski off some four-meter jumps that propel them up in the air.

Given the slope, they can be up to 20 meters from the ground when they perform multiple

body flips before landing.

You might think these people are out of their minds,... but Team Korea's hopeful three seem

to live for that thrill.

(Korean) "I had surgery for my arm fracture once.

When I woke up from it, apparently the first thing I said was 'Can I still Ski?'"

(Korean) "Yes, you could fall on face or your back

and it would take a while to recover, but I'm still here aren't I?

It's not for everyone, but I love mastering certain unique techniques, or making just

the right landing."

These athletes have backgrounds in gymnastics and another freestyle category - Mogul.

Although they started aerials relatively late,... they have trained with discipline to make

up for those lost years.

(Korean) "People notice those who improve vastly in

a short period of time.

I want to pave the way for the future Korean aerialists."

And their determination is vivid - as they endure all-day long practices, session after

session.

(Standup) The coach says ski aerialists have a similar

training routine as gymnasts.

So after some warm-ups and strength exercises they head straight for the trampoline.

And we're about to see how they prep themselves for those crazy flips and twists in the air.

Over and over,... they go through the routines to perfect them, while learning to work with

gravity.

(Korean) "I wasn't able to get close to the Olympics

when I was a gymnast, but as aerialist, I secured my ticket to the big games.

I'm elated.

To compete at the Olympics, to represent Korea,...

It's a dream for any athlete."

Freestyle skiing isn't the only sport at the games creating a buzz.

Korea's men's Ice Hockey team was promoted to the World Championship by claiming second

place at the International Ice Hockey Federation Division 1 back in April.

It was a first for the nation to have earned promotion to the top tier.

And helping Team Korea to victory are brothers Kim Ki-seong and Kim Sang-wook.

(Korean) "I love the chemistry I have with my brother.

Without exchanging signs, I just know he's there and I can make a pass."

With warm-up matches to prepare for Pyeongchang awaiting them later this month,

there's no time to waste.

(Korean) "After breakfast we come straight here to

do some weights and movement training.

And then some time on the ice for two hours starting at noon."

For that, they cover themselves with pads, guards and protectors and strategize with

teammates like a warrior gearing up for battle.

(Standup) "You can't take your eyes off the game for

a second.

It's fast, packed with action, it's also one of the most violent team sports around, which

means even the practice sessions could involve a lot of bruises."

But that's why it's one of the crowd's favorite sports,

and these players are just getting started.

(Korean) "We're giving it all at the practice every

day.

I hope through the Pyeongchang games, more Koreans will also get to see the beauty of

this sport."

"It won't be easy competing at the Olympics, but if we do well in our first game, I think

we will be able to get what we've worked for."

What's Up for November 2017 - Duration: 2:40.

What's Up for November?

Your binoculars will come in handy this month--

to view the moon, star clusters,

and a close pairing of Venus and Jupiter.

Hello and welcome! I'm Jane Houston Jones from

NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.

You can't miss bright Venus in the predawn sky.

This month Venus pairs up with Jupiter

on the morning of November 13th,

as they did in 2015 and 2016

when the two planets appeared a little closer than this year.

You'll have to be looking very low

on the east-southeast horizon

about 45 minutes before sunrise.

But protect your eyes!

[crunch-click]

Don't aim your binoculars directly at the sun

and don't look at the approaching sunrise

with your unaided eyes or telescopes.

[whoosh]

There are three meteor showers this month,

but none of them will present high numbers of meteors

at their peak.

The Leonids peak on a moonless November 17th.

Expect no more than 10 meteors an hour around 3:00 a.m.,

the height of the shower.

The Northern and Southern sub-branches of the

Taurid meteor shower offer sparse counts

of about 5 meteors per hour,

but slow, bright meteors are common.

The nearby November Orionids peak on the 28th,

In contrast to the Taurids, the Orionids are swift.

But don't expect more than 3 meteors per hour.

[whoosh]

The moon glides by three beautiful star clusters

in the morning sky this month,

and a pair of binoculars will allow you to see

the individual stars in the clusters.

Aim your binoculars at

the Pleiades and the moon on the 5th,

the Messier or M-35 cluster and the moon on the 7th,

and the Beehive cluster and the moon on the 10th.

Meanwhile, at dusk, catch Saturn as it dips closer

to the western horizon,

and pairs up with Mercury on the 24th through the 28th.

Comet C/2017 O1, discovered only in July by the

All-Sky Automated Survey for Supernovae,

came close to the sun in October, and should still be

a binocular-friendly magnitude 7 or 8

greenish object in November.

Use Polaris, the North Star as a guide.

Look in the East to Northeast sky in the late evening.

You can find out about all of NASA's missions at: www.nasa.gov

That's all for this month. I'm Jane Houston Jones.
