hey what's going on everybody this is Floogiel trader
Jeff, author of the book trading part-time, today is Thursday June 28th
and welcome to the Floogiel show. Alright everybody
I wasn't able to do the show yesterday my wife had her birthday so of
course we had to go out for her birthday but if you guys logged in to my blog
today you saw that I posted my my pics I posted the setups for yesterday and I
hope you were paying attention because today we got paid baby paid ok so again
I'm also really quick want to point out that I don't know if you were saw my
facebook today or again on my blog I posted a trader talk with Jeff today I
talked about the hidden secrets to successful trader ok the hidden secrets
very important that y'all go watch that video especially for you beginning
traders out there I believe that video will help you out
tremendously ok comes from my book there's a section
in my book called hidden success and I did a video on that and posted it today
so you have not checked out that video it's very critical that should do ok so
again hopefully the audio works out today I know we all have all sorts of
Technology problems you know I'm just a one-man show here and so hopefully here
pretty soon we're gonna hire some people to help out and we'll have them do all
this stuff so that way the audio is always good but anyway let's go take a
look at the account really quick see how we did today ok as you can see we were
up six thousand six hundred sixty dollars
and sixteen cents yep you heard it right baby six thousand six hundred and sixty
dollars and sixteen cents a couple days ago we were up five thousand dollars
yesterday we were down some not a ton about eight hundred and something so in
three days were up about nine a little bit over nine thousand dollars so in
three days were up over nine thousand dollars today we're up six thousand six
hundred sixty dollars and sixteen cents so yes
you haven't got my book you might want to get it okay so you can be
participating also if you're going to my blog check out the pics so you can
participate and then today I posted a video on the hidden secrets of
successful training make sure you check that out because we're making money or
making lots of money and we're hoping that you guys participate in these games
that's why I'm doing this show you guys aren't participating the what I'm what
am I even doing this show for I mean I'm making this money anyway and I'm doing
this to help you acts I know a lot of you were interested in this a lot of you
I get the emails you sign up for my blog I get it so take that leap of faith and
start making some money take back control of your life okay alright so
what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna switch to the paper-money platform by TD
Ameritrade okay okay so we need to place any trades and everything we look at is
for educational purposes only we're gonna look setups you might look at
entry signals we're gonna do a whole analysis see how we were up six thousand
six hundred sixty dollars and sixteen cents
that's right okay let's go check it out ham okay so this is what happened today
the leading index on the day was the Nasdaq 100 now lots of lines here lots
of lines because I got a lot of support levels a lot of resistance levels but I
want you to know it was up 61 points today
point eight nine percent that's a nice update now yesterday we had a huge down
yesterday was ugly ugly ugly and I posted that information on my blog
trading part-time comm and I pointed out all the different setups for today again
those setups paid nicely today but today we had an update it fought back now this
is what's called a piercing the line candle patterning gaps down in the
morning price fights back and it closes about this halfway mark so it's a
piercing line candle pattern this is a bullish tamo pattern so if you got in
this trade bearishly yesterday or a couple days ago I want you to move your
stop losses down because remember these moves is bearish moves they need to
happen fast any signs of bullish candles we're out
of there quickly okay so move your stop down just in case now again we could be
in for a blue tomorrow but what I want you to be mindful of this let's go to
the QQQ okay what I want you to be mindful of is this 30 day moving average
once price falls below the 30 day moving average
lots of times this 30 day moving average will now act as resistance so price will
come back up take its head up here and then roll over now we don't know what's
gonna happen but all we can do is prepare ourself that if price bounces up
we're gonna get out of our bearish trades if you're not in this trade at
all right now you do not have a bullish setup nor a bearish setup okay but it
was up today and that's great the next strongest index
was the S&P 500 sixteen point six eight points 0.62% the picture looks pretty
similar in a sense of price fell below the 30 day moving average we got that
piercing line candle pattern again be mindful we could get a bounce tomorrow
but watch this 30 day moving average okay so let's extend it what I want to
do is I want to draw this so it's kind of watch this 30 day moving average of
Vegas price could go up hit its head roll over now
you're gonna be trading the SP Y picture looks the same given once it fell
beneath this 30 day moving average for me I don't like trading stocks bullish
ly when they're below the 30 day moving average I just don't like to do it but
again positive sign today if you're bullish because it was up one point five
four point five seven percent okay the next index on the day was the Dow Jones
thirty pub 98 points 98 points it's a nice day point for 1% but look at this
it is way below the 30 day moving house okay
bigger than diamonds okay same thing it's way below the 30 day moving average
and it did break through support yesterday and close-packed up above
support so again if bullish momentum continues this line is gonna go down
price is gonna come up watch what happens when those two collides like the
perfect spot I'm not the I'll saw that movie with that thing was Mark Wahlberg
where they had a hurricane and a George Clooney another hurricane and they admit
it was a perfect storm so in this 30 day moving average meets
the price that's our perfect storm it's either gonna bust through it or it's
gonna roll over with the vengeance okay so there's no trade setup today at all
and again you go you could try to support bounce but I don't like trading
bullish Lee when I'm underneath this 30 day
don't like that and since it's my money and I have a choice to trade and I was
up six thousand six hundred and sixty dollars and sixteen cents I want to keep
that Russell 2000 it was the weakest index on the day but it wasn't weak I
mean hey it has been the strongest this is a nice upward trend but today we got
a hammer candle pattern now this is a bull flag but again it's underneath the
30 day moving average I do not like trading bullish lis underneath the 30
day moving after okay cuz again it could kick up tomorrow hit its head on this 30
day moving average and then roll over so watch out for the bear trap as we call
it the bear trap it's a hookup rolls over but if you're in this trade
bearishly you need to move your stop-loss
down because if it does kick up I don't want to be in a varus position okay but
anyway we're out of the trade we got out way up here you know it wasn't it was a
QQQ okay we wouldn't well not the QQQ my bad hi WM okay so we got in down here
and we forgot to draw our line but you know we got out of here just go back to
some of the recordings you can see it so we just make that green because we got a
lot of profit okay so if you see here we got in down here and we got out of here
so we we're not in this trade right now but we we did well okay but it was up
now we're gonna take a look at the VIX cuz if this and the sp500 was way up
this Vic should be down and it was so what you guys are gonna look at is the
beat xx if you want to trade the opposite direction the VXX so one ways
to hedge your portfolio is if you're trading you know heavily bullish and you
believe the markets gonna roll over you can buy V X X okay cuz that's the ETF
that represents the VIX and the VIX moves opposite SP 500 s P 500 was up
today VXX where the VIX was down okay now this
is at resistance okay so if price continues to roll over then this shark
could definitely get that bounce okay so you want to look at the intro clothes
okay VX x SP check them out we got phones ringing everywhere we're
gonna stay right here sorry guys we'll be right back here
what's up hopefully everything's still working but we're gonna have to call
them back okay Ben anyway so that's what happened there right now what I want to
do is I wanna take a look at the euro United States dollar oh look at that
yeah down today so the Euro even though it was up was on point too he dabbed
down so the dollar was super strong has the open and then it kind of closed
about fin okay which means once our markets opened up this was pretty much
done on today but again look we're down here it's support this is the area that
if I'm going to place a trade this would be where I would do it now I do want to
point something out here okay I want to point something out on this chart okay
so if I go here to my drawing items this is ad sending triangle so when it comes
in a downtrend it hits its head upon resistance it's a support resistance
down this is ad sending triangle and a downtrend so by me looking at this
technical pattern I would expect price that bounce up into this area and then
if it breaks through the resistance then I'm gonna target this area but if it
rolls over basically what I'm trying to tell you guys is if you're not in this
trade right now is not an entry point okay we want we don't want to see what
it's doing inside this channel we want to see when it breaks through the
channel or to the downside okay so right now it's just
forming a descending triangle and a downward trend but this is not a spot to
get in it now we'll wait okay waiting and if we go to the I want to say it's
the New Zealand dollar the New Zealand United State now it broke through
support a couple days ago and it's just in a downtrend
today we got a bullish cluster ok bullish cluster is good it's not
confirmation that the trend is gonna reverse but I look at that cluster that
gives me clues that it could be changing here pretty soon and then I'm just gonna
watch it and then when I get evidence that's what I'm gonna trade I see this
broke support so if you were gonna get in this trade you should have got into
it here and you should have traded the New Zealand weakness dollar strength so
right now you look like this 4 X pattern can't quite I got to do nothing yet okay
when I can do nothing yet I do want to look at the United States Canadian
dollar so this is the US dollar versus the Canadian dollar okay
and so today it was the dollar was weak and the Canadian dollar was strong okay
so I get I'm in this trade I'm when I'm wanting this chart to roll over some so
what I'm thinking is that United States dollar is gonna be weak against the
Canadian dollar over the next week or so okay but again this is the forex market
it's the biggest market in the world it's highly leveraged so highly
leveraged but and there's what I mean by highly leverages you can have a small
amount of money and make a big gain okay this mark but you gotta know what you're
doing because it moves quick okay but again
there's a tremendous amount of gains in the courtesy market I am offering my
Forex class for those of you who want to learn how to trade this market okay
again you can do it smaller portfolios that's positive also this market rates
24 hours a day so if you wake up in the middle of night you want to do something
you can trade it because it's open okay and I got all my currency pairs over
here today the Australian dollar Australian dollar was super strong
against the New Zealand dollar okay the euro was strong against the New Zealand
dollar let me just go to a couple of these
quick see if I see any patterns that I'm like what I'm doing here is okay right
here this is a symmetrical triangle forming
up so again we don't trade inside the triangles if price breaks out of the
triangle that's her injury or price breaks down
that's your injury so I'm gonna leave this triangle up because again what
we're trying to do is see patterns and then trade based on the patterns so
let's go take a look at the next one this is nothing yet nothing yet okay so
here we ready look at that one my favorite chart it's a euro United
States dollar but I am watching this descending trying okay wanted to point
that out I do want to go take a look at oil really quickly oil today was up and
actually oil today broke through the resistance today was a valid
intermediate term breakout and what I mean by intermediate is this trade is
about two months long so my prized target would be around 16
and again don't expect it to go right to the price target we could get several
bull flags along the way but today was a valid breakout so you could take a half
a position on the breakout then if you get the pullback and a test you can
enter the other half you know really quick gonna look at CL because move I
told you guys it's on record I like this and you see this is where I entered this
half position right here on this breakout okay and today it's testing so
now what I can do is I can place an order to get into the other half if
momentum continues okay that is what I'm gonna tell you enough that is what I'm
going to do this trade I like this trade I told you guys a long time ago I like
how it kicked out here first bull flag after a downtrend that's where you can
make place another your second half okay so you should be only in this trade
right now with a half a position ready to pounce on the other half awesome now
since we looked at oil with the breakout I really could want to look at the
energy sector energy sector was down interesting okay now the energy
sector broke through the 30 day moving average and it's sitting right at the 30
day so if oil rolls over tomorrow this could continue to the downside hopefully
interviews not giving us a clue into what can happen and what's gonna happen
with oil so if you entered oil today bullish Lee watch the energy sector and
it was down point 1-0 it was actually the weakest sector on the day so be
mindful if you entered oil okay now what was the strongest second
technology and since the nasdaq-100 was the strongest index we would expect
technology to be way at the top and it was okay pictures look the same today
was a piercing line candle pattern right gap down price closed above the halfway
mark this is a bullish candle pattern but but it's underneath the 30 day
moving average so watch out if you're in this trade bullish Lee it could kick its
head on a 30 day moving average I formed that perfect storm they were talking
about if you're in this trade bearishly move your stop-loss down so that way you
can get out of this trade at the momentum continues bullets you tomorrow
real estate look how beautiful we're looking guys we got in real estate right
here okay and we got in a half a position on the breakout now we have not
got the pullback so right now this is why I tell you get in a half a position
because some of those trades will just take off that won't come back but if it
rolls over and we get a bull flag I'm gonna enter the second half of the
position we got phones ringing everywhere okay
awesome if you got in real estate like I did and if you're watching this show
hopefully you did that's probably part of the reason why we had six thousand
dollars profits today financial sector sickening you don't know how much I do
not like this sector right now yes it was up today but that means nothing to
me it was up going to three point eight seven so you like the financial sector
have I don't like it not right now um
discretionary we got out way up here so look at this we got in here
we got out of time nothing very time I'm close to the top price rolled over but
look what's happening now he'd hit our 30 day moving average and we're sitting
right there so what I I would do is you can trade this bullish lay because it's
above the 30 day moving average or you can go find that strong stocks in that
sector I'm making that note so like that note we can look for those up training
bull flags okay but I do like that and I'm running down because what we do we
have time we're gonna go look at real quick basic materials it was up so and
we entered that support bounce trade here we had a down day update down that
update so hopefully it doesn't fall on a pattern on a down day tomorrow but
listen we're still in this trade because we traded a support bounce trade we have
not got stopped out yet which means we're just sitting back and we're
letting the rules take care of himself but if you're not in this trade you can
enter a support bounce trade tonight but again it's under the 30 day moving
average be mindful but it was up point 22.3%
basic materials in dust riyals looks pretty similar to basic materials down
here support way underneath the 30 day moving average see when I see stuff like
this I like to trade options spread trades that way it doesn't have to go up
you can even go down a little bit but it just we are thinking that the stocks
gonna be sideways over the next 35 days that usually the timeframe that we're
looking at okay but it's down here so you know just trade it accordingly
again nothing wrong to see if we can find any strong stocks in that sector
okay it's at the industrial sector so you can go find the strong stocks in
that sector take advantage that move make some money fire your boss I'm just
kidding okay so health care we got it the bounce here okay we probably already
got stopped out of this but the reality is let's just analyze it as
today so today we got them it's a hammer type of candle pattern but it's
underneath the 30 day moving average so this is a bullish candle pattern but
again it's underneath the 30 day moving average I do not like to trade bullish
ly underneath see we got any hair it's above the 30 day yes price rolled over I
don't care we don't know what's gonna happen we just follow our rules and
whenever our rule whatever the stocks are moving that direction that our
assumptions are we make 6,000 bucks like we did today and $9,000 in 3 days
9,000 we're averaging 3 grand a day it pays to know what you're doing get my
book or not you guys keep watching this show give me a bunch of free value so

understand what we're talking about a lot of you've already got my book and

emails every single day ok we entered half a position on Excel P it was flat
today it was actually 0 ok but again it's in a nice bull flag pattern ok and
it's above the 30 day moving average so I like the staples sector ok up day well
actually flat buddy in bull flat that's what I like about it utilities worse
down today but look at the run utilities had no look we got out here we got a
huge profit we got the breakout today is a shooting star candle pattern it's a
bearish candle pattern but remember 70% of the stocks the breakout will test the
breakout area so we expect this is what we expect to happen we expect it to roll
over and test this area and I could fall underneath that that's ok because again
our next support levels down there okay but right now if you're in this
trade move your stop-loss up okay so today nine sectors were positive to
sexually seven sectors positive one sector flat
two sectors down energy was the weakest today oil was up all four indexes were
up the VIX was down so you know we can place an order trade on the VXX right
the euro United States dollar pretty much flat on the day it's at support
right okay it's well it's in a descending triangle okay so it's best
the way to see what happens after the be sending triangle what else did I look at
I looked at something that little picture just caught that one this is the
euro Canadian dollar we don't have nothing yet but look at this so I like
this I'm waiting for the tomorrow to see what happens okay we'll get that bull
flag right at this level Zealand broke this Canadian we broke support right
broke support I'm trying to see what it was what I looked at earlier there it is
right there United States Japanese yet this is the
United States dollar versus the Japanese yet we're in this symmetrical triangle
so we could get a pool down tomorrow bounce out probably coil up into here
break one way or break the other way could break straight out but again I'm
not trading until price shows me what it wants to do so now what I want to do is
I want to go look at the discretionary sector I talked about the discretionary
sector so I want to see if I can find any strong stock in the sector to maybe
trade so let's look at these real quick Amazon now I drew my support line here
so price is underneath the support yes it's above the 30 day moving average but
I told you I don't like trading these bull flags that fall below support so
that's not a setup for me definitely not a setup for me definitely not a setup
for me not a setup we got a bull we got an extended bull
flag but again fell below my area all I'm doing is going through my watch list
so looking okay now this is an extended bull flag
it is above my resistance that's good and it's above the 30 day moving average
so I can go to Home Depot because it's extended this is what I'm gonna do Home
Depot and I'm gonna look at doing a vertical spread 35 days out I'm gonna
look at 35 Delta closest to that as the 192 50 let me see where that's at 190
250 that's about right here that's underneath the 30 day moving average I
like to get it a little bit lower so let me use look at the 190 I want to sell
vertical I'm gonna sell the 190 put ok and I'm gonna buy the 180 7.5 foot so
that's way down here good ok because I want to make sure that I sell a strike
below at least two levels of support this is the first level support and then
this is the second level support so we will be below two levels of support so
let's see if we got another juice in that trade now this trade is a 60 when
is that about a 67 percent probability of success okay yeah so it's a 60 so we
have a 67 percent chance this trade being successful let's see if we have
enough reward in this trade so we're gonna risk 50 well we're gonna risk a
hundred and ninety one dollars to make fifty nine dollars let's pull out my
calculator 59 / 161 three-point 91 to make 59
well one more time $59 / 191 30% return perfect meets our rules so we have a 30%
return which is huge and this is 36 days so basically how many of you out there
can get 30% return in 36 days am I saying we will but we have a 67 percent
probability of success of this trade finishing above our strike on expiration
okay so in layman's terms as long as the stock stays above 190 on exploration so
it can go down 5.5 points as long as it stays above 190 on expiration then we'll
make a 30% return and we have a 67 percent probability so if we're gonna
risk a thousand dollars on this trade that we can do five contracts so we're
risking nine five nine hundred fifty-five to make two hundred and
ninety five dollars now we're not gonna lose 955 because our rules this is if we
keep the trade to expiration we're not gonna do that
our rules don't tell us to do that but I'm gonna place this trade because I
absolutely like it and it's in the discretionary sector which I wanted to
look at so I'm placing a vertical credit spread on Home Depot to get in this
trade tomorrow and my strikes are below two levels of
support 67 percent return I mean 30 percent return 67 percent probability in
the next 36 days beautifully all paying attention broke that down no setup in
McDonald's this is kind of ugly see how it bounced up close down again you could
do another vertical spread so what I have ugly looking bull Flags like I did
a minute ago or extended bull flags this is where I would go look to do a critic
another vertical so write down Netflix then you later go check the see if you
have enough juice in this trip so I wrote that down I said I'm gonna take it
I need to analyze it make sure it meets my rules nike below the 30 day moving
out we do not trade bullish lee below the 30 day moving average that is ugly
Starbucks you are ugly okay your coffee is not that good either but the chart is
will not good okay for some reason Time Warner's not pulling up so let's go over
here let's look at TW x which is Time Warner Cable TWX
Time Warner Time Warner was up today so if I look at Time Warner Cable it broke
through right here we couldn't take a half position now we're waiting for the
pullback to take the other half if you didn't take the half a position but it
pulls back if it pulls back and today is a bearish hurrah me bearish if it pulls
back that's where we're gonna do it okay guys so number one I happy you're here
watching this show hopefully you guys had an amazing day we did six thousand
six hundred sixty dollars sixteen cents all four indexes were up we had six
seven positive sectors one flat sector two down sectors we took a vertical
spread trade on Home Depot and I like the discretionary sector the industrial
sector and later on I want you guys to go look at the staple sector okay again

Sometimes you need to roll up your sleeves and dig in deep. I have too much
to do at the work at the moment and I really need to put in an extra effort to
get everything done in time, so I'm doing 16, 17, 18 hour days at the moment.
I think people forget what they're actually capable of when they put in that little
bit extra effort how much they can actually get done when they roll up
their sleeves and dig in and this might be in your business like me or it might
just be at work or you might be renovating, you might be moving house,
you might have something to do at your local sports club or something and you just
need to dig in and get it done. So people: Remember you are capable of a lot when

Camping will be available
But Diego's reminds visitors that the surrounding San Juan National Forest is under a stage to fire restriction
So no campfires will be allowed
Although the fireworks have been postponed for this year's fourth of July
Gallegos said the town most likely planned for a display later in the year when dry conditions improve in the meantime

"Healing Your Soul: Real Keys to the Miraculous."
Did you know that praying just two Scriptures a day
can dramatically change your life?
You know, honestly,
we're all looking for something simple, aren't we,
something easy that will bring major results
and do it quickly.
Is there such a thing?
Well, you know, the Bible says that the Word
has the power to save your soul.
And God sent his Word to heal us.
There are certain Scriptures that are so oily
and filled with so much power
that when you get them down inside your spirit
by decreeing them over your life every day,
then you'll start seeing a breakthrough
come in to every place you need it.
Attitude problems will cease. Diseases will leave.
Relationships will be restored,
and your prosperity will increase dramatically.
Plus, you'll have more peace, joy, and happiness
than you've ever experienced before.
Whenever I teach on the subject I'm gonna share with you today,
I receive hundreds of communications
from people that have applied these simple truths,
then have had noteworthy miracles take place
in their lives as a result.
I have received reports of families
being completely restored, marriages being saved,
deadly diseases being destroyed,
and demonic oppression being completely abolished.
In fact, I've received so many testimonies
of financial miracles that it's downright crazy.
So what Scriptures am I talking about?
Let's join the conference right now so you can find out,
then apply them to your life.
Katie: Okay, in this session,
we're gonna talk more about dunamis.
Probably, I hope, everyone in here has heard me
talk about dunamis power.
Is that true?
Dunamis power is amazing.
It's resurrection power, and it does more
than get you saved.
It changes your life, okay?
And we're gonna look at it closely
because I want you to know exactly what it does,
but we also want to diagnose why this power
that every believer has in them
might not be manifesting in your life, okay?
There's blocks and things that we're not doing,
and blocks in our life that are preventing it from flowing.
And we're gonna remove those hindrances today,
and we're gonna start walking in the power
that we all have in us right now, amen?
In Romans 1, Paul talks about this power.
He says this: "For I am not ashamed
of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the power,"
everybody say, "Dunamis," "of God unto salvation
for everyone who believes."
Okay, so here Paul is talking about a power
that brings us unto our salvation,
and it's the power of dunamis.
It's also resurrection power because Paul says
in Philippians 3:10: "I wanna know him in the power,"
everybody say, "Dunamis," "of his Resurrection."
So, see, dunamis power is resurrection power.
But the proper name for it is actually
"dunamis resurrection power," okay?
So we gotta start callin' it by what it really is.
And Paul here in this Scripture in Romans 1
is talkin' about how this power brings us unto salvation,
meaning when you asked Jesus to come into your life,
dunamis power came inside of you and resurrected,
because it's resurrection power,
resurrected your dead spirit man unto eternal life, okay?
That's how you got born again, okay?
That's how you received eternal life,
through dunamis resurrection power
entering into your spirit man.
So, right now, your spirit man is full of dunamis.
When Holy Spirit comes into you when you're born again,
he brought with him dunamis resurrection power, amen?
Okay, now, what's so cool about this power that we all have
is that it not only got you saved,
it does a lot more.
If you go and look in your Strong's Concordance,
and you look up the meaning of "dunamis,"
it means a couple different things.
I'm not gonna give you the comprehensive list,
but here's three of 'em.
It means "the power and influence
that comes with riches and wealth."
Did you hear that?
That means inside of you right now
you have a tank full of dunamis power
that it gives you the power and influence
that comes with riches and wealth.
Wow, okay, "dunamis" also means,
according to the Strong's, "the power to perform miracles."
Meaning, inside you right now,
you have a tank full of miracle-working power.
You should be able to wipe out any disease, any pain,
any disorder, any issue that you have in your life
because of this power that you have, okay?
"Dunamis" also means "excellence of soul."
And if you know, that's one of our main messages,
that Scripture in 3 John, well, it's one of my favorite:
"I pray you prosper and be in health,
even as your soul prospers."
And he way that happens, that way our soul prospers
is through the dunamis God's given us.
Because "dunamis" means "excellent of soul."
And when you become excellent of soul,
well, you prosper in your finances,
you prosper in your health
'cause that's what that Scripture says,
that the soul healing, soul prosperity inside of you,
is connected to you being prospered
and being in health,
even as your soul prospers, okay?
So you have this wonderful thing inside of you called "dunamis,"
and it does all these things: give you power for money,
gives you miracle-working power, gives you soul-healing power.
It's amazing, but then you gotta ask yourself,
"Wow, if we have all that, and it's in us right now,
how come we don't have wealth and prosperity?
How come our bodies aren't completely healed
if we have power to perform miracles?
How come we're not excellent of soul?
How come we're still getting angry,
and we're still a mess,
our minds are still full of fear and anxiousness,
our emotions are totally tumultuous
and totally in a wreck?
How come?"
If it's true that we have this dunamis power,
then we should be having everything
dunamis means, right?
So what's the problem?
Well, there's really three main issues,
and that's not a comprehensive, you know, list,
but we're gonna go over those today.
Okay, number one is, you didn't know you had it,
and you didn't know what it does.
A lot of people have never heard this message,
and they don't know what's inside of them.
They just think it's, you know,
that they have Holy Spirit and resurrection power.
And that's good, it's true.
We do have--thank God for Holy Spirit.
But he brought with him resurrection power,
but it's called "dunamis," and it does those things
I just outlaid that it does.
But a lot of people don't know that.
So if you don't know something,
you can't take ahold of it and walk in it, can you?
Now, see there's a Scripture in Philemon 1, verse 6,
and it says this: "[And I pray] that the participation
in and sharing of your faith may produce
and promote full recognition and appreciation
and understanding and precise knowledge
of every good [thing] that is ours in Jesus Christ."
Did you hear that?
This is saying, "Wow, we need to recognize,
have full recognition of everything
that's already ours in Christ.
We need to have appreciation for it.
We need to understand it,
and we need to have precise knowledge
of every good [thing] that is ours in Jesus Christ."
Meaning, you gotta know what you've been given.
You have to understand it.
You have to have precise knowledge of it.
We've been freely given, freely given dunamis.
You don't have to beg for it. You don't have to pray it.
You don't have to fast for it. It's in you right now.
It is a free gift of God's grace.
When you were born again, that free gift came inside you.
Holy Spirit came in, and then he brought with him power,
dunamis power.
And according to Philemon, you need to have
full recognition of that power.
You need to have appreciation of that power.
You need to understand that power,
and you need to have precise knowledge of that power.
We need to know all about all the things
that God's given us, including dunamis power.
And that's one of the reasons why dunamis isn't working,
'cause we're not getting to know what we have.
The more you understand what you have,
the more faith will grow for you to believe,
"Wow, okay, I really have this thing called 'dunamis,'
and it actually means, you know, 'power and influence
that comes from riches and wealth,'
so I have riches and wealth."
And you can say that right in the middle
of being broke like a joke
because as long as you start saying it
and understanding what you have and believing it,
your faith, and your decrees, and your believing
will release the truth of what you have into your life.
But if you're not doing that,
if you're not showing appreciation or knowledge
about your dunamis, or understanding about it,
then it won't release anything but fear, lack, doubt,
all that other junk.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
We need to get to know this,
and that's the number-one reason why people aren't seeing fruit
from this massive tank full of free dunamis
that's in them that never runs out.
We should be seeing massive fruit.
There's people around the world
that have never heard this message,
and they're wondering
why they don't have the breakthrough,
why they're still sick, why they're still broke,
why they're still a mess.
Because they don't know what they have, amen?
But you do.
And the more you study it and think about it
and meditate on it, the more your faith will rise,
the more you're actually believe,
"Wow, I actually have excellent of soul,
healing power in me right now."
"Wow, I actually have in me power to perform miracles."
You'll actually start believing it.
And the more you believe it, the more it will manifest
'cause you get what you put your faith on, amen?

Katie: Now, the second reason why people aren't seeing
the fruit and the manifestation of all dunamis is,
is because they're not putting
the power that's in them to work.
Listen to this Scripture in Ephesians.
This is Ephesians 20.
It says: "Now to him," meaning God,
"who's able to do exceedingly abundantly above
all that we would ever ask or think,
according to the power," everybody say, "Dunamis,"
"according to the power that's at work in us,
to him be the glory."
See, God is saying right here, wow, look at this,
"He's gonna do exceedingly above and beyond
all that you could ever ask or think."
That's a promise in the Bible from the Lord.
"And all the promises of God are, 'Yes,' and, 'Amen,'
in Jesus Christ."
So here he's promising, "I'm gonna do exceedingly above
all you could ever ask or imagine."
I mean, the Amplified Bible says,
"I wanna do superabundantly above and beyond
all that you could ever ask or imagine."
But then there is a condition.
It happens, quote: "According to the power,"
dunamis, "that's at work in us."
Do you understand what I'm saying to you?
We gotta put it to work. We gotta put it to work.
And people say--when I say that to the grace crowd,
they go, "We don't have to put anything to work,
we're under grace.
We don't need to do that."
See, the grace part is this.
Jesus took care of our sin once and for all.
Every sin is already under the blood.
But here, this Scripture, and the next Scripture
I'm gonna talk to you about says that God wants us to participate
in getting our soul healed.
He wants to partner in with us.
He's given us, listen to me-- he's, by his grace,
he has freely given us the gift of dunamis resurrection power
that the Holy Spirit brought into us
when he came into us, and now he wants us
to partner in with him and work what we've been given.
It was grace that we got it for free in the first place.
Now we--God wants us to understand what we have.
He wants us to utilize what we have.
He wants us to walk in what we have.
He wants us to put it work.
'Cause if we understand it-- if we just stood around and go,
"Oh, yeah, just do it, God," then we'd never be able
to help anybody else that has no clue what to do.
We freely got dunamis by the grace of God.
Now let's work it.
"God will do the superabundantly above and beyond
all you could ever ask and imagine
according to the power that's at work in us."
How do you put it to work?
Well, for one, you get to know what it is.
Like Philemon said, right? Get to know what you got.
That's putting it to work. Believe what you got.
That's putting it to work. Start decreeing what you got.
That's putting it to work. Your words put it to work, amen?
When you sit here and go, "I got dunamis."
Just walk around your house, "I have dunamis.
I'm putting it to work.
'Dunamis' means 'the power to perform miracles.'
I decree I have miracles always working in my life
'cause I have a tank full of dunamis.
'Dunamis' also means 'I am excellent of soul.'
I decree any wound in my soul is being filled with dunamis,
and I think excellent thoughts.
I make excellent decisions. I have excellent emotions.
I'm putting that dunamis to work with my decrees.
I believe dunamis gives me the power and influence
that belongs to riches and wealth.
With my decree, I'm releasing that dunamis.
I'm putting it to work and it's gonna produce fruit
for me," amen?
Now, you see, some people will still argue with me
and say, "No, we don't have to do any of that.
That's getting into works mentality."
Well, "Faith without works is dead," okay?
There's a balance.
Paul prayed, Paul was the grace teacher, right?
He preached grace. Well, check it out.
He, in the same chapter, is praying for us
to be filled with dunamis.
He goes like this.
This is Ephesians 3:16, this is in the Amplified,
he says this: "May he," meaning God,
"grant you out of the rich treasury of his glory
to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power,"
everybody say, "Dunamis," "in the inner man."
Wow, did you hear that?
The grace teacher, Paul, is praying.
He's doing a faith work.
He's praying for us to be strengthened and reinforced
with dunamis power in our inner man.
That's our soul. That's what we need to do.
To put the dunamis to work,
we can start praying like Paul prayed.
Walk around and pray that prayer.
Say, "I pray to be strengthened and reinforced
with mighty power.
I pray that I'm being strengthened and reinforced
with mighty power in my inner man.
I got dunamis in my inner man,
and my soul is becoming strengthened,
and it's becoming reinforced.
I'm becoming healed.
I'm becoming resilient to attacks.
I'm not offendable anymore. I'm not judgmental anymore.
I feel at peace. I walk in peace.
I am excellent of soul."
If Paul was putting it to work, then I think we should.
Did you hear what I said?
If Paul was putting it to work, I think we should.
If Paul was praying for dunamis to make us excellent of soul,
I think we should be praying the same thing.
Then we're gonna have the, "Superabundantly above
and beyond all that we could ever ask or imagine
according to the power that's at work in us."
Katie: One of the ways you put the dunamis power
that's in your spirit man to work is by forming prayers
and decrees from Scriptures like Ephesians 3:16 and 3:20.
Then you can apply your decrees to the specific issues
in your life that need to be changed.
Maybe it's a financial need.
Then say something like this: "'Dunamis' means
'the power and influence that belongs to riches and wealth,'
and it means 'excellence of soul.'
I decree I'm being strengthened and reinforced
with dunamis power in my soul so that I can prosper
and be in health, even as my soul prospers.
I'm putting my dunamis to work by releasing it
into my soul with my decrees.
I'm gonna get healed and my credit card debts
are gonna be broken, and I'm gonna have a miracle.
I'm expecting God to do superabundantly above and beyond
all that I could ever ask or imagine in my finances,
in Jesus's name."
See, decrees built on these Scriptures
are extremely powerful.
Do you need a breakthrough in your mortgage payments,
your monthly car payments?
Maybe it's your college tuition, hospital bills,
monthly utilities, auto repair, or other expenses.
Create a decree just like you heard me do.
Do it from Ephesians 3:16 and Ephesians 3:20
so you can get a breakthrough in any area of your finances.
Let's do it together right now. Just pray with me.
Say: "Lord Jesus, I have a tank full of dunamis.
It's in me right now.
It's a gift of God's grace that I received freely
when I was born again in Christ.
Ephesians 3:16 says that I'm strengthened and reinforced
in my soul with dunamis power.
I decree I am healed in my inner man by dunamis.
I am excellent of soul, and I'm gonna prosper,
even as my soul prospers.
Lord, I believe that you will do superabundantly above and beyond
anything I could ever ask or imagine,
according to the dunamis power that's at work in me.
I put dunamis to work on my finances
because that word 'dunamis' also means
'power and influence that belongs to riches and wealth.'
I decree I have power and wealth
being released into my mortgage payment.
My house is paid off because of dunamis.
I release it into my monthly car payment.
I own my car free and clear because of dunamis.
I release dunamis into every debt
and every financial issue I have, in Jesus's name.
And I expect faith to rise up,
and I expect the superabundant to happen.
I joyfully and with faith expect a huge breakthrough."
No matter where you are
and what type of miracle you need in your life,
you can build any kind of decree out of those two Scriptures
so that you can get a breakthrough.
Are you having soul problems? Are you acting up?
Are you getting bitter, depressed, full of fear?
Maybe you're in bondage to an addiction.
Remember, "dunamis" also means "excellence of soul."
So you can get your breakthrough by decreeing Paul's prayer
in Ephesians 3:16 over yourself.
Let's do it together right now.
Put your hand on your belly and repeat after me:
"May he grant me out of the rich treasure of his glory
to be strengthened and reinforced
with mighty power, which is dunamis,
in my inner man, by the Holy Spirit himself
indwelling in my innermost being and my personality, amen."
Now, let's make some decrees out of that prayer.
Just say them with me.
Ready: "I decree dunamis is strengthening and reinforcing me
in every place in my soul that is full of fear, bitterness,
jealousy, anger, depression," okay, keep praying with me.
"I decree," say it, "dunamis is reinforcing me
in every place in my inner man
that's in bondage to an addiction.
I decree I'm being strengthened in my inner man
so that I am excellent of soul.
Because I am excellent of soul, I am free."
Come on, say it.
"I am free from all bondages,
and God's power is gonna do superabundantly above
anything I could have ever asked or imagined
because I am putting dunamis to work in me,
in Jesus's name, amen."
Now that I've shown you how to do it,
I want you to fill in the blanks.
Make this prayer personal.
Just say: "I decree I'm being strengthened.
I decree I'm being reinforced."
And then say it with the thing connected to the issue
you're struggling with.
Decree you're full of dunamis power in your inner man.
Decree it's going to every place in you.
Just fill in that blank.
Where is it going?
To every place that you need it, that you're struggling with,
bitterness, or fearfulness, or being anxious,
or jealous, or angry.
If you're struggling with being depressed or rejected,
send that dunamis power there.
Send it to the place you're addicted
or you're feeling helpless
or you're being critical or negative.
What are you struggling with?
If you don't know, ask Holy Spirit to show you.
Then pray that those areas in your soul,
that they would be strengthened and reinforced
with mighty dunamis power.
So, look, I'm gonna give you a second.
Just ask Holy Spirit right now, what's the main issue
you're dealing with right now?
Go ahead, you just ask. I'm gonna wait for you.
Okay, now, whatever you heard,
put that in the top of your mind.
And I just want you to make
those Ephesians 3:16 decrees over it.
Just say: "I'm being strengthened.
I'm being reinforced in that area, in my soul,
right now with mighty dunamis power
by the Holy Spirit."
God can do anything.
Any problem you have, he can fix it.
Maybe you have a physical sickness.
"Dunamis" also means "the power to perform miracles."
Put that power to work against whatever disease or pain
you're suffering with, and watch God do
superabundantly above and beyond
anything you could ever ask, think, or imagine.
Let's do it together, let's practice.
Ready, just say: "Lord Jesus, I have a tank full of dunamis.
'Dunamis' means 'the power to perform a miracle.'
I'm going to put it to work against this pain,
against this sickness, against this disease
that's in my body now."
Say: "I decree I have miracle-working power.
It's active right now in my entire body,
and it's going to bring me total healing."
Say it with me, come on.
Say: "I command pain to go now, in Jesus's name.
I command all bacteria, viruses, diseases to die.
I release dunamis into my entire body.
I decree it's flowing into every part of my being
to heal me of every disorder I'm suffering from now.
And dunamis is causing creative miracles to happen now,
in Jesus's name," say it with me, "amen."

Put your dunamis to work
and watch as God does something amazing.
I encourage you to memorize Ephesians 3:16 in the Amplified
and Ephesians 3:20 and decree them over yourself
every single day.
You could do it while you're driving,
cleaning the house, taking a shower,
or any time that you need the dunamis power of God
to solve your issues.
Be blessed, and expect your breakthrough to happen.

J: This week, V Teamers from countries all around the world came together
to submit ideas to better the business during our first-ever companywide Hack Day.
The two-day event brought in more than 1,000 ideas. Here's a team
from Honolulu to talk about their experience.

Our favorite part was for all channels to get together as a team & make a great idea.
And I know we had the winning idea.
We look forward to seeing what everyone else got going.

J: And earlier this week, we heard from Diego Scotti as he introduced our latest
Humanability film. It highlights the work we're doing to help Hawaiian Energy
deliver a 100%-sustainable Aloha State.
Hawaii is the first state in the US
to have a 100% renewable energy goal.
We're a very small electric utility,
but if we don't make this move we're going to have changes in our environment
that have a negative impact to Hawaii's economy.
J: That's just awesome. Absolutely.
K: Now, next in an age of content clutter, how do ideas spread? Derek Thompson,
author of Hit Makers: The Science of Popularity in an Age of Distraction, argues
that the way to reach an audience is through "the rule of familiar surprises."
In English, familiarity good. Sneaky familiarity even better.
We tend to associate ideas and people and songs and characters and storylines that
are familiar, we tend to think about them more easily. We process them more fluently.
That's the meta psychological term. We process them fluently, easily.

The Nitrogen Cycle, Cycling Your Aquarium, And How To Speed Up The Process - Duration: 9:56.
hey y'all welcome back Mandy with my hectic life that's where we talk about
all things Pat and Pat related and today we're diving into the nitrogen cycle now
a lot of people don't realize that fishkeeping is actually not as simple as
just throwing some water and fish into a tank and throwing a filter on it and
calling it done there's a whole process that actually starts taking place once
you have set up your aquarium so first I want to get into the nitrogen cycle when
you hear the term cycling your aquarium this is pretty much what they're talking
about you want to set up your aquarium for success you need to cycle the tank
first now cycling an aquarium typically tends to take about four to eight weeks
this is a process of trying to culture good bacteria within the aquarium to
kind of get things started so that as you're adding fish there won't be a huge
ammonia spike in the tank that can wipe out all your fish so what is happening
is the nitrogen cycle is taking place in the fish tank so when you first start
your tank you don't necessarily want to go ahead and just throw a bunch of fish
in there now some people will cycle their aquarium with fish in there and
some people choose to cycle fish lists now I know a lot of you out there are
super excited to just throw a bunch of fish in there and watch them go but hold
off because you want to really set yourself up for success you don't want
to have to experience a large fish loss and sometimes that can cost a lot of
money a lot of time and a lot of effort and it can just be a vicious cycle so
what is the nitrogen cycle basically what the nitrogen cycle is is when there
is fish waste or fish food introduced into the aquarium
then this starts to create ammonia in the fish tank now you want your ammonia
levels to pretty much be at zero ammonia is extremely toxic to fish so you really
don't want any ammonia in your aquarium so what happens is
a bacteria is introduced into the aquarium that feeds on that ammonia
turning that ammonia into nitrites now nitrites is a little less toxic to fish
but it is still pretty toxic so what we have here is then we have a secondary
bacteria that consumes the nitrites and turns it into nitrates now fish can
tolerate nitrates pretty well in the aquarium and this is where our water
changes come into play so what you're really doing when you're doing your
water changes or gravel vacuuming is you're trying to remove any excess fish
waste that might be gathered at the bottom creating more ammonia and you are
trying to pull out the nitrates to keep the nitrates at a safe level for your
fish now other things can also be added to your aquarium such as live plants
live plants will feed off of the nitrates that are in the aquarium which
can help keep your tank cleaner longer and it can also help prevent things like
algae buildup in your aquarium so basically what you're trying to do when
you are cycling the aquarium is get a good buildup of that healthy bacteria
that will help control your ammonia and nitrites in your aquarium so even after
your tank is cycled and you start adding fish you don't want to add too many fish
to your aquarium at a time you want to add just a few fish at a time depending
on how large of an aquarium you have obviously the bigger the aquarium the
more diluted that the ammonia will be in the tank and the larger area that is
covered for bacterial build-up so you want to keep this in mind when you are
adding fish to your tank adding just a few fish to your aquarium at a time can
really really help prevent getting any kind of ammonia spikes and making sure
that you have enough bacteria that they can keep up with the ammonia that is
produced by all the fish now cycling the aquarium can take so long
four to eight weeks that's a really long time to go without adding any fish now
you can cycle the tank with fish if you do choose to cycle your tank with a fish
in it then you want to choose a very Hardy species of fish one that can
tolerate really poor water conditions very well otherwise you are setting
yourself up for failure and nobody wants to just experience a ton of fish loss so
I don't necessarily recommend cycling your tank with a fish in it but if you
do choose to cycle your tank with a fish in it please try to choose a hardy or
species there are a lot of fish out there that are extremely sensitive to
the slightest change in water parameters so you really want to watch out for that
and see what type of fish you're getting if you choose to do that method now 48
weeks is a really long time so is there a way that you can speed up is there a
way you can kind of speed up the nitrogen cycle and cycle your tank a
little bit faster so what you can do when you first get a fish tank is you
can add beneficial bacteria directly into the tank many fish stores carry
bottles of beneficial bacteria if you decide to add beneficial bacteria into
the aquarium most of those bottles you want to make
sure that you shake them up really really well before adding the bacteria
into the tank as the bacteria tends to in a lot of these types of bottles they
tend to settle towards the bottom so that's just something you want to be
aware of now if you do have already cycled aquariums another thing that you
can do is take filter media from that aquarium that is cycled and add it to
your new tank this will help introduce beneficial
bacteria into the tank a little bit faster to try to kind of speed up the
cycling process another thing you can do is take gravel from a cycle tank and add
that to your new tank you can also take live plants from cycle tanks and
introduce those into your new aquarium because all of these things will have
beneficial bacteria adhered to them that you can be adding
into your aquarium to kind of get the cycling process jump-started a little
bit faster now other things that people will do is if they have if they already
have cycled aquariums they will keep extra sponge filters in that aquarium so
they can take that filter that already has a good build-up of beneficial
bacteria and add that into their new aquarium so these are kind of ways that
you can kind of cheat a little bit and get that nitrogen cycle really really
jump started and really going so that you're not having to wait quite as long
for the tank to go through the whole cycling process now what are the signs
when the tank is done cycling well this is where water testing
comes into play there are a lot of stores out there that will do free water
testing that you can take your water in weekly and kind of see where your
parameters are at these stores tend to do this with a strip test but there are
more elaborate testing kits that you can purchase to sort of test and see where
your water levels are at as often as you want to so what are we looking for when
we are testing our water to see if the tank has finished cycling so you're
telltale signs is your gonna have like zero ammonia zero nitrites and possibly
a huge nitrate spike once you see this nitrate spike then you want to do of
course a water change to pull out some of those nitrates and your tank should
be just about ready to go now if you do have live plants in your tank then you
probably won't experience as big of a nitrate spike as you would if you don't
have any live plants in your fish tank now when we are cycling our tank how are
we introducing ammonia into the tank if we don't have fish in the tank now some
people will add straight ammonia into the tank just a few drops a day to kind
of help kick-start the nitrogen cycle that way and
my method and what a lot of fish keepers will do is just pretend like you're
feeding your fish add a few pellets or flakes to your tank everyday as if you
did already have fish in there and this will help produce ammonia which will
help to feed the bacteria so if you have any tips or tricks on how to speed up
the nitrogen cycle and a fish tank please feel free to post those in the

It's been a varied week this week, and one where the focus has been in a number
of different areas of the group, on how we effectively join with new colleagues
and businesses, both with the acquisitions we've undertaken, and with the
merger with Atalian. When we acquire new businesses and colleagues one of the key
elements for us is how we join up our thinking, and engage with new parts of
the group to enhance what we're able to offer to our customers. Change is often
unsettling, even when that change is positive. What I love about our UK group
is our resilience and tenacity, and I know that we embrace change and new
opportunity in an inspiring way. It's why our clients trust us to manage change
for them, as they hand their services into our care. We've had visitors to the
UK teams this week from Atalian Interactive, which is part of our new
family based in Mauritius. They provide outsourced services in areas such as
lead and demand generation, appointment taking, and the capture of customer
feedback and insight. It's been valuable for us to understand this new dynamic
and to see where we can add value to our customers through our new colleagues.
Food Co. have also been joined this week by some of our new Atalian colleagues
exploring their approach to a health-conscious food offering for
clients through their Green Kitchen brand. Joining up are thinking in our
approach to food has some really exciting benefits. It's been amazing to
see the stories for Armed Forces week after my catch up with you, so many of you
have brought your exceptional skills to us from your time in the forces, and we
are very lucky. I represented Atalian Servest alongside Jason Etherington
yesterday evening, and attended a sunset ceremony for the Armed Forces Day
celebrations, and it was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate everything I
talked to you about last week. I wanted to finish with saying a big good luck to
Jane who moves to work within our security business from another area of
the group, and also congratulations to Amie Warren and Alasdair Nicol who
passed their exams meaning they've completed their first year of
qualifications. Enjoy the weekend all of you.
I'm hoping for a bit less heat as I'm running a half marathon on Saturday, but
