Bugatti Chiron Sport makes an appearance at the first-ever Fullerton Concours d'Elegance in Singapore
The Fullerton Building (now known as The Fullerton Hotel) in Singapore is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year
and to celebrate the occasion, the first-ever Fullerton Concours d'Elegance is being held there from June 29 to July 1.
The event features over 90 vintage, classic and exotic cars from all over the world, with one of them being this, the new Bugatti Chiron Sport
First unveiled globally in March, the Chiron Sport is a more track-focused version of the standard car that comes with 10% stiffer suspension,
an optimised rear-axle differential and a new Dynamic Torque Vectoring function that distributes torque individually to the wheels on each side.
The latest Bugatti also uses a lot more carbon-fibre too, making it 18 kg lighter than a normal Chiron.
Among the items made of the lightweight material are the stabiliser, intercooler cover and even the windscreen wipers.
In other areas, the car uses lighter glass in the rear window and a new, lighter exhaust deflector.
Visual differences include four cylindrical exhaust exits instead of the angular two-pipe setup, along with a new design for the lightweight wheels.
Unchanged here is the 8.0 litre quad-turbo W16 engine, which continues to serve 1,479 hp (1,500 PS) and 1,600 Nm of torque.
Therefore, the car will still max out at 420 km/h (limited) and complete the 0-100 km/h run in about 2.4 seconds.

since we don't have a kitchen right now we're
heading up to the mountains and that means a two hour car ride
earlier today
I was able to pack while Joey was taking a nap and the kids were getting some
screen time so now I'm gonna gather up the stuff that I like to bring in the
car that we can do to keep them busy that doesn't involve any more screens
all right Joey we're gonna go find item number one it's our doodle for its
ready all right so they are here hiding in our arts and crafts stuff
we're going to have to find the pen for that one this one's got a pen so these are nice they
get these little pens and they get to draw whatever they want to doodle
on there and then erase it away which I don't know if I can do it with one
hand let's see there it goes and you can do it over and over next up is our wooly
Willy and that comes with a little magnet pen so you can move around the
little magnet pieces and they can make all these fun little faces and anything
they can come up with too so the next thing that I want to make sure we have I
think is actually already out in the car because we use it in our church busy bag
so we're gonna go out to the car and see if we've got what we need. so here they
are they're called water wow and they are from Melissa and Doug and they have
a little pen that it comes with that you fill with water and then you use that
water to color the picture and then once it dries it goes back to looking like
this and when it's filled in they look colored like this the kids really like
them and they really are a no-mess thing it's just the water it doesn't seem to
leak or anything and obviously it only hold so much water but if you bring a
water bottle that you could fill up at the tap and then
up on the road if you're taking a really long trip that would work too the last
thing that I like to have in the car to keep the kids occupied on short and long
trips is definitely books on CD the great thing about them is that they have
them at the library and you can borrow them and swap them out you know as you
take different trips you can borrow one for one trip get a different one for
another trip so they don't get bored of them

electric car insurance do you need special insurance for electric car how
do you get the cheapest price

so if you like saving money like me and you're a
little bit tight and you try and get the best deal as you possibly can which
probably most of you are if you drive an electric car even if you just drive it
for ECO reasons like me you also like saving money it's a win situation with
electric cars it's a double win for me and car insurance is one of the big
grips we're trying to get a good deal these days in the electric car sometimes
it can be quite difficult with certain insurance companies excluding electric
vehicles and other ones not including battery lease systems and not
understanding the battery lease it was time for me to this year do a little bit
more of an in-depth video on how to get the best deal on your electric car
insurance now I did the normal website comparison stuff as always so I did my
moneySuperMarket check for the best price I possibly could put my reg details
in and it fired out a price now non-protected no claims don't forget
there's two drivers on here Laura's the main driver of the car so
the insurance is in Laura's name i drive vehicles under the trade
insurance but I have to be covered personally for Laura's car there's two
drivers on the policy Laura's a young driver she only got five years driving
experience in five years no claims the price did was £429
as you can see there the price for a non-protected policy
protecting your no claims dropped to £408 there's a little
bit of an excess there with more> than which isn't great now i also had a
renewal quote from quote me happy which was £350 but a
much higher voluntary access on that policy these are high prices in my mind
for an electric car driver electric car drivers we tend to be slower drivers we
drive more economically and we don't tend to have any boy racers by driving
Electric cars yet because they don't make the RS Zoe
but that's another discussion altogether but that we'd drive better so surely
there's a company out there that would provide insurance for us so spent some
time looking for brokers that specialize with schemes for electric cars tried
tried one broker their price was a little bit high it was six seven hundred
pound but I'm not going to mention who it was but it was they were dear
they were dearer than all the other things it was a specialist insurance for
EV cars so you know I was moving on to at least someone who understood
electric cars but I was surprised why it was so much did some more digging around
and came across a company called pluginsure
so I thought yeah they've even got a name for doing electric car insurance
great the other company was just a normal running name not like I said not
going to mention them but pluginsure proper name for electric cars actually
seem to be actively trying to get electric car customers their quote was
well quite a bit cheaper they came back at £296 headers like - yeah £296.37
protected protected now like I said Laura Laura only been
driving five years she's a much younger model than me I was a lucky bugger
um but yeah Laura's much younger than me so she's not got was driving
expensive to get price under £300 with a young driver on on the policy
it's fantastic now I put a link to them down in the description below and I've also
put a number they have an online quote system which is pretty much the
price I've got there is the price it gave me on the online system they also
rang them because it's called a quick quote quick quote so I wasn't sure if it
was just an estimate quote but I thought it would be wrong it under £300
seems too cheap so I rang them spoke to me said no that is the price
they ran a full quote with me and that's the price i got it's a small small firm
there's not a lot there's not a lot of employees definitely put onto the phone
pretty quickly seem very efficient they seems to be running for quite some time
I did some more digging to some other people I know who've got it I've had leaf
owners and i3 owners run some comparison tests and they all said it's
cheaper than what they were getting off off of a insurance company so if you've
got a Nissan Leaf or a Renault Zoe or a BMW i3 or any other electric car give
them a call try and get a quote obviously hybrids and stuff like that
give them a quote see what they come back with and let me know what let me
know in the comments below were they cheaper than you current
insurers have you gone with them have you heard of them before have you used
them before are you already a customer of them a bit and just let us know in
the comments below I'm really really interested even if you'd not with them
you've got other insurance quotes let me know what you're paying around the
market but pluginsure seem to be the cheapest they seem to specialise
electric cars they are a proper FCA regulated company they're using a major
underwriter for the insurance and it's a scheme set off electric car drivers so
thumbs up for me from them they seem to do a really really good job of getting

Mom charged in toddler's hot car death begs to be able to herself - 247 news - Duration: 6:54.
A mother who accidentally killed her toddler daughter by leaving her in her car on a hot day after forgetting to drop her at daycare has been begging police to let her kill herself since she was charged with manslaughter
Nicole Engler was taken into custody on June 21 after finding her 21-month-old daughter Remy blue in her car at around 4
30pm in Roseburg, Oregon.Engler had forgotten to drop the toddler off at daycare on her way to work at Evergreen Family Medicine, where she works as a pediatric nurse, that morning
Throughout the day, she told baristas in the coffee shop where she went at lunchtime that her daughter was at day care, having failed to notice her when she got into the car to drive there and when she got back into it to return to work for the afternoon
When she finally got out of work, temperatures had soared to 70F and Remy was unresponsive
Normally, the child's father took her to daycare but Nicole had left him sleeping at home that morning because he had just finished a night shift as an EMT
Before being released on $50,000 bond raised through donation funds set up since the tragedy, the 38-year-old mother was beside herself in county jail
Her lawyer David Terry has since described how she was pulling clumps out of her own hair and begging to be allowed to kill herself because she was so distraught
Terry made the revelation in an open letter in which he begs for the charges to be dropped and claims that Nicole suffered 'lapsed memory', a condition which has been invoked in past cases of child car deaths
He told the mother and her husband Peter had been trying to have children for 15 years before she gave birth to Remy, her 'treasure'

Terry told how the family's daily routine had been 'drastically altered' by the fact that her father, who normally drove her to daycare, had just finished a night shift at the hospital where he worked when Nicole woke up to go to her job
Instead of waking him to get him to take Remy to daycare, she decided she would drop her off herself and allow her husband to continue sleeping
'The mother saw her husband asleep on the couch after his night shift as an EMT and bundled up her treasure, placed her lovingly into her car seat, and headed out to drop her off at daycare on her way to her place of employment
'There she had an over-filled day ahead of her caring for little kids and their worried parents
'As she drove across town following the exact route she drove 6 days a week between her house and her work, her mind was already on her precious patients and the procedures, treatments and tough calls she would have to make all shift long
'She arrived at work, got out of her car, and charged in to help little kids and their families all day long
'She was safe and secure in the knowledge that her child was safe at the Cobb Street Learning Center
Even at lunchtime, the mother-of-one did not notice her daughter in the car. Clearly under the belief that she was at daycare, she even told baristas at Dutch Bros Coffee Shack about their forthcoming trip to Mexico and said that Remy was 'having another happy play day at Cobb Street'
'At 4.30pm, after a grueling day, she walked out to her car and saw the lifeless form of her treasure, the child she had tried for 15 years to have, was told she couldn't, and then gave birth to at the age of 38
'Two hours later, suicidal and pulling her hair out in clumps in a s*** smeared, padded iso cell in the Douglas County Jail, with screaming schizophrenics on either side, she begged to be allowed to take her own life
'Engler was released on bond after a hearing on Friday and she has been 'recovering in the bosom of an amazing family' ever since
Terry is now asking the DA to wade in and stop county prosecutors from pursuing charges against her
Speaking of the arraignment hearing, he said: 'The prosecutor, with righteous indignation, argued that the Defendant was an admitted suicide risk and as such a "risk to the community"
' They wanted her to be held on a bond of $250,000. He got it lowered to $50,000 and she was released
As part of his plea, he invoked a 2014 case in Washington where prosecutors decided not to pursue charges against a child's mother who had also accidentally left their child in a hot car
'Please help spread, press and in anyway possible advance the public narrative that lapsed memory is real, hard science
'I need to force the DA to do the right thing and dismiss this case. 'I beseech you to use your voices and awesome powers of persuasion in helping me to accomplish that,' he said
Two funds have been set up in the wake of the tragedy. One is in Remy's memory and allows mourners to give a donation to Oregon's Wildlife Safari
The second is a bank fund to help Nicole with her legal fees. It is at Umpqua Bank and is listed under the Engler Family Benefit Fund
On Thursday, a week after Remy's death, the facility said Nicole had been in touch to thank well wishers for their support
'Nicole Engler asked that I post this message of deep gratitude from herself, her husband Peter, and her family to the community
'They have felt the love and grace you have extended to them and it has been more than helpful
'It not only encouraged them in their grief of today, but has given Nicole and Peter hope for tomorrow
'From soul to soul, your heartfelt response has helped to kindle the healing. Thank you,' the post read
