Normally i go outside on the road
or for running
and hopefully i will show you the track
in my next vlog IA
But for today, lets stick inside
As It was ramadan, and then follow up with the next 6 fasts
Fasting for Shawal
Now alhamdullilah its finished.
And now i can continue ahead with the routine
and start my active lifestyle
I have my water bottle
And we will be walking, plus some running today
But let me show you a little peak of the complex
This is a complex parking
Normally good for walking
or roaming around
Pretty safe and secure type

Life is Not A Dress Rehearsal - Duration: 3:26.
welcome to create your way of life where we help you achieve the life that you
deserve and desire today I wanted to speak about something that came up for
me on one of the connection calls that I had with just a bunch of like-minded
friends today and we were speaking about
life is not a rehearsal and we were speaking about what we would refuse to
do if life was entirely her so what we would do and what can we do today so if
your life wasn't a rehearsal which are the things that you will do which are
the things that you would refuse to do and which are the things that you can do
right now because we sometimes act as if life is a rehearsal as if we have to
tiptoe and stay for tomorrow and keep the nice dresses in our closet to wear
them at special occasions but we don't give like regular days and I've credit
we just postpone them and just think that there is gonna be one day some day
it's gonna be better some day I'll be able to wear that pretty dress and get
all fancy some day I'll be able to spend that money and nananana and all of that
just shows how sometimes we forget the importance of today because today is not
a given tomorrow is not a given like you never know so why like why act like it
life is a rehearsal nothing just like go crazy spend everything like just risk it
all just the crazy stuff but maybe just those few things that you can do today
that you know that are small but in one way they are big so me and David just
created a 30-day 100% challenge which basically means that for 30 day we do
all the things that we know will push us forward even if we don't feel like it
so one of the things is jogging morning jog and believe me I
don't always feel like going for a jog in the morning especially today when it
was raining but we did it and I know that the discipline after 30 and it will
continue even after 30 days but 30 is just like a goal to see where we are at
you know the first milestone that where we want to check back and see what
happened if things changed and there are just a few things that we know are good
for us that butt out are really out of our comfort zone and those are the
things that make us grow in life the most so I wanted to share this video to
be we just consider changing or getting a bit out of your comfort zone in order
to achieve really what you want at you because you know why is safe for
tomorrow when you can have it today when you can do it today when you can feel
this way today so that is my message and I will see you in the next two days so
take care bye

A Day In The Life Of A Window Cleaner - Duration: 3:24.
Working for FISH is the best decision I've ever made.
My name is Clayton and I've been working for FISH since 2009.
I didn't really have a serious career
before FISH. I worked at a gym and did that in the evenings and I cleaned windows
during the summer time in between school semesters. I ended up liking it and
liking the schedule and no nights, no weekends, kept me around after college.
Nobody needs experience. The training that they provide us is awesome.
Anybody can come out being a window cleaner after the two-week training that
they give us.
Before I started working here I didn't really have a clue on how
to clean windows like just getting the spray bottle with a napkin doesn't
really do the job. Turns out it's pretty easy to learn.
It's very flexible I mean
most FISH franchises out there, you have options you can go get more work once
you're done or you just go home and enjoy the rest of your day.
I have another job you know I'm a bartender and this works out perfectly for me.
And I take night classes two days a week. It really frees up enough time so
I can work on my schooling
I have a lot of pride my work because I'm able to clean up the storefront.
That's the first impression you see at a location and it's awesome because I'm a
big part of that.
I typically get to the office first thing in the morning
The manager willl give me my workload for the day, whatever my quota is. When I get done
with the work that I have provided for me I can go out and do sales if I want
to. There's tons of opportunities to make more money.
What made you want to start working for FISH?
A friend of mine told me about FISH and
I applied, I got hired, they didn't need a college degree or anything like that and
they trained me on everything I needed to know.
It's definitely a nice financially
stable job that doesn't require much experience
the more money I can make.
[off camera talking]
[laughing]
What is it a bittery flaky crust?
buttery flaky crust
Before I was completely clueless. I had no
idea how to even hold a squeegee but after training and everything I feel
like I'm the Michael Jordan of window cleaning.
A window cleaning prodigy or something.
I feel like I'm the wizard of window cleaning.
Buttery flaky crust
[off camera] Maybe just ask him, you know, like, what are you doing tonight or something...
Uhhh
I'm going home to my wife.
You guys can cut that part out if you want.

It is a lifestyle choice rather than a quick fix.
You need to keep working hard week in week out, you push yourself over the limit.
It will affect you only in a positive way.
Your mental and physical health will only keep improving.
You can exercise while listening to your favourite songs or with someone else.
Don't hesitate, change your life today.
Fitness is not a hobby but a lifestyle choice.

COCA-COLA or COKE | Draw My Life - Duration: 5:20.
Raise your hand if you have never had a Coca Cola!
Hmm nobody… right?
Coca Cola is more than a carbonated soft drink.
Let's find out about its story!
It all started on an 8th of May in 1886, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The pharmacist John Pemberton wanted to create a syrup for digestive problems that would
also give some energy at the same time, and he came up with the most famous secret formula
in the world.
Jacob's Pharmacy was the first one to sell it.
The cost was 5 cents per glass, and they would sell about 9 every day.
It didn't take long for Pemberton to realize the drink he had created could be a success.
His bookkepeer, Frank Robinson, was the one who came up with the brand and designed the
logo: Coca Cola had been born.
In 1981, another pharmacist, Asa (éisa) G. Candler, bought and registered the brand.
He founded the Coca Cola Company, with his brother John Candler and Frank Robinson.
This soft drink started to become popular, and in 1987, Coca Cola went outside the US.
Two years later, they signed the first agreement to bottle Coca Cola in all of the US.
Benjamin Thomas and Joseph Whitehead, two lawyers from Tennessee, convinced Candler
to give them the rights.
The bottling system established back then is still on nowadays.
Local companies are authorized to produce, distribute and sell the product.
Its basic preparation is provided by Coca Cola, in order to keep the recipe a secret.
During the early 20th century, there were, already, more than 400 Coca Cola bottling
plants in the US, Panama, Canada and Cuba.
This soft drink came to people through different bottling companies, and there started to be
more and more imitations.
The different bottles caused some confusion among the public.
This was why, in 1915, a contest took place to choose a single design for the bottle.
The winner was the one submited by Alexander Samuelsony.
It is, along with the Coca Cola logo, one of the most recognizable icons of the company.
They were looking for a bottle that could be recognized in any way: without the label,
in the dark, broken… and they clearly made it!
In 1919, Ernest Woodruff bought all Coca Cola's shares to the Candler family, and was able
to consolidate the business after WWI.
Coca Cola's advertising has always been a sign of distinction for the company, and
legends and myth have always been besides it.
In 1920, Santa Claus appeared for the first time in a Coca Cola ad, wearing red and white.
The advertising executives were trying to find a personification of the Christmas spirit
and Coca Cola's happiness.
Even tho lots of people think Santa Claus wears red in relation to Coca Cola, the Christmas
version of Saint Nicholas had already used those colors in several occasions in the past.
During the 20s, the first 6 bottle box was created.
It made transport and distribution of the soft drink easier.
At the end of this decade, the sale of bottles already surpassed that of soda distributors.
US soldiers were the ones who contributed to making this soft drink popular for everyone
during WWII.
In order to make transport easier, a new container was created, more resistant and easy to move:
the Coca Cola can.
Its success led to people still using it after the war.
The word Coke was registered as an official brand in 1945, after this name was already
popularized - it had been used in ads since 1941.
From its origins, it hasnt stopped expanding.
Nowadays, it has more than 24 million points of sale in 200 countries, they sell 1 thousand
and 9 hundred million units every day and it employs more than 71 thousand people.
Apart from Coca Cola, the company commercialises more than 500 brands and 3.500 different products.
Coca Cola had to move forward following people's taste, more worried as time goes by with the
consumption of harmful substances.
They have been adapting the brand, creating sugar free products or Light and Zero versions.
With more than 130 years of history, Coca Cola is considered to be the most valuable
brand in the world, and it's also the most famous one in the planet, recognised by 94%
of the world population.

The momentous transition to multicellular life may not have been so hard after all - Duration: 3:38.
Less than a billion years ago,
Life crossed a threshold.
Single cells started to band together,
eventually evolving into the riot of shapes
and functions of multicellular life today.
It's been thought that the evolution
of multicellularity must have been
a major genetic leap but new research
suggests that it wasn't such a
difficult transition after all.
Scientists looked at an organism
that seems closest to making this leap.
Choanoflagellates while single-celled,
resemble the specialized cells that line
the channels of sponges, which are considered
by many to be the most primitive living animal.
A lab found 350 gene families in Choanoflagellates
once thought to be exclusive to multicellular animals.
The findings suggest that this single-celled
organism is already equipped for multicellular life.
A single cell's life is simple but limited.
Like hermits, microbes need only be concerned
with feeding themselves.
In contrast, cells in a multicellular organism,
give up their independence;
they take on specialized functions;
they sacrifice their progeny to the greater good.
Take volverine algae, which comes in
a spectrum of cellularity.
A lab compared the biology and genetics
of this diverse set of algae and learned
that as cells banded together, existing genes
took on new functions.
Chlamydomonas is a single-celled alga
that uses its centrioles for both swimming
and reproduction, so can't do both
at the same time.
Its multicellular relative, Volvox, however,
can do both at once because its cells
have specialized -with some using the centriole
for swimming and others using it for reproduction.
Yeast is a fungus consisting of a single cell.
One lab conducted a series of test tube experiments
with yeast cultures to better understand
how cells evolved increasing complexity.
The biggest cells, which were the ones
that settled to the bottom of the flask,
were allowed to survive and reproduce.
Within 2 months, daughter cells stuck
to their mothers and formed multicellular
structures dubbed snowflakes because of their shape.
Over time they got bigger and more and more complex.
In this sped up simulation of evolution,
the yeast specialized cells.
In large snowflakes, certain cells cell undergo
a type of suicide releasing the cells at the tip
to start a new snow flake.
The dying cell sacrifices its life so that the group
can reproduce--a hallmark of multicellularity.
The team conducted the same experiment
with Chlamydomonas and again,
a kind of multicellularity was quick to appear.
Scientists are still debating what drove
simple cells to become more and more complex,
but with these genetic comparisons
and clever experiments, what was once thought
as a major leap can now be seen
as a series of small genetic steps
that lead to the wondrous diversity
of multicellular life today.
