California Has GONE MAD!

Look What INSANE Thing They Just Did to Get Back at Trump.

By Danny Gold.

California is good at one thing: Making Bad Decisions.

Now they have absolutely gone and done it by declaring they will now become a SANCTUARY

STATE to defy Trump!

The State Legislature just produced a bill that would FORBID state law enforcement from

complying with Federal Immigration rules.

While MANY of Californias biggest cities are already Sanctuary Cities, a lot of their

rural counties are NOT happy with this decision.

However, they dont have the money the big boys do.

places like San Francisco have SOOOO much money that they are now leveling lawsuits

against Trump for his Sanctuary City and Immigration ban policies.

If they were to get cut off, they would instantly lose their $1.2 billion in federal funding

that they receive yearly.

In case you may have forgotten, Californians ALSO put forward another piece of legislation

to allow them to leave the United States and become their own country.

Clearly, they are not acting right in the head right now.

As much as I hate their policies and attitude, we still need their ports and farmland.

We are all Americans and this country belongs to ALL of us!!

WHAT TRUMP'S 'MUSLIM TRAVEL BAN' TRULY MEANS FOR THE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS - Duration: 10:26.

WHAT TRUMPS MUSLIM TRAVEL BAN TRULY MEANS FOR THE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS

by JOE MARTINO

Trumps recent decision to ban people for 90 days from travelling to the U.S. from seven

countries Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and Somalia has caused an absolute

uproar, with people protesting at airports and out on the streets.

The decision has divided people within and among all groups, factions, and walks of life.

We could speculate all day about why Trump chose this path; perhaps he feels its part

of a deeper plan to better the United States that we simply cant see yet, for example,

but it certainly all seems part and parcel of a world many of us do not wish to see become

reality a world where we dont see each other as one people sharing a planet, but

rather as citizens of individual countries all competing with one another and all different

from one another.

This viewpoint causes us to lose sight of the humanity we all share.

But in the same token lets remember a couple facts everyone seems to be overlooking due

to the medias manipulative approach.

The ban isnt for all Muslims, its only for terror linked countries.

Obamas administration put this list of countries together, not Trumps

The ban is a temporary measure that will expire in just 90 days.

During Obamas administration Iraq refugees stopped being processed for 6 months.

While this is unfortunate for many people, its good to be clear on what its really

saying.

5 of these 7 countries were bombed many times under the Obama administration

So the first thing I want everyone to reflect on is, why werent we in the streets at

those points?

Why does it take the media manipulating us with fear, anger and aggression to start to

have feelings towards something?

What else might be going on while the media is distracting everyone so aggressively with

this that could be important?

Dont let yourself immediately jump to this being a for or against Trump, but instead

simply reflect from a politically neutral place, thats all were focusing on here.

We Must Become Aware

This media based approach has caused an even greater divide between left and right and

has so many people arguing and fighting, and yet its all over tiny details.

No one is thinking big picture, and this is exactly what the cabal loves.

This article is going to offer a different take on the whole situation one that pulls

our awareness back and deeper versus simply succumbing to emotion and judgement.

It is here where I feel change can begin.

Allow me a moment as I bring this topic full circle so we can explore some deeper aspects

of ourselves and we can also fully understand that at this time, we are going through a

massive shift in consciousness that humanity has never seen before.

Were Challenged to Look Beyond the Surface

What does this truly mean for collective consciousness?

Simply put, it helps us to think outside of the way we are currently living.

We can ask ourselves the following questions: Why are our leaders doing this?

Does this represent our own feelings and desires?

Why are we so divided into countries and regions?

Why have we lost sight of the humanity we all share?

What will we do to change our situation?

Without actions like the one Trump has taken, we dont feel the urgent need to reflect

on our everyday lives.

These questions lie dormant in most of our thoughts processes because, for the most part,

we are awake yet asleep.

We go through life on a day-to-day basis not curious about nor truly following up on what

our true purpose is or what we even want our lives to look like.

As much as this sounds cliche, its at the very desire of our hearts and souls to live

through these places; to be in alignment with our selves and purpose.

And when we dont live this way we end up playing out a life that feels unfulfilling,

that feels dreary, that feels dead in some way.

You often see that lack of life and excitement in peoples eyes and on their faces as they

walk down the street to work, or sit on the subway, or wait in traffic.

It was here that I found myself motivated to help create a shift within people and encourage

them to look within.

Reflecting dares us to think about what it is that we truly want and what it would mean

if we lived through our hearts, through our passions, and through our desires as opposed

to living through what were just accepting as normal.

Look what happened when news struck that Trump had signed the order banning people from these

countries: People stopped, they thought, and they began to discuss.

Actions like this pull us out of everyday life and potentially get us angry or upset

about what we are seeing.

While I believe anger is not something we should remain in nor does it have to be the

fuel to create change, it does happen to have that effect in our current level of consciousness.

It is still something that helps us begin seeing the world in a different light.

Related Documentary: Find Out Why We Are In The Most Important Time In Human history

Wow that really bothers me!

Its really hitting me on a point that I cannot accept. This is what often goes

through peoples minds in situations like this.

These are the types of thoughts and feelings that lead to conversations that lead to shifts

in consciousness.

And it is through these shifts that we begin to see the world differently, creating new

action.

Since our collective consciousness co-creates our reality, we move toward change by having

these insights, by asking these questions, and by having these conversations.

Processing Initial Reactions

As we find and process the anger, fear, and worry that come from the onset of big global

decisions like this, we begin to see the role these actions play much more clearly, and

instead of despising them, we begin to see the evolutionary potential they truly hold.

We no longer judge the action as something despicable but instead see it as an act of

unconsciousness in a world that is moving toward being more conscious.

We see it for what it is: a tool.

Imagine: What would the world look like if we didnt have borders?

If we werent so obsessed with the idea of terror due to the medias constant pressures

about it?

What if our world leaders had a greater focus on well-being and overall vitality versus

simply the military industrial complex, foreign affairs, and creating jobs?

The very idea of asking ourselves these questions often brings up a debate about how unrealistic

it is to think we could live in a world free from these troubles.

Why is that?

Why is the very idea of living in a world where we can thrive a distant belief in our

overall awareness?

Why is it ridiculed?

Its simple: Thats how weve been programmed.

Were capable of it, and were not trapped by some sort of human nature; were

simply stuck in conditioning.

Whats the solution, then? Its not that we will create a full-scale solution

from just this one article, and its unlikely that one exists in full form right now.

But that isnt whats needed.

We must begin with the process of opening up.

We must begin to see these world events in a way that is more conscious and less emotional

or else we will continue fighting the same fight weve always fought and that has always

led us to more and more suffering.

This begins with consciousness: conversations, ideas, working past emotions, difference,

judgment, hatred, and even politics.

Things have changed for the better in many ways on this planet, to be true, but I believe

we are being tasked with a change that is different from what weve seen in the past.

One that is greater, and grander, and more influential to our overall way of being.

One that is tasked to create a world that we all know in our hearts is possible but

are too afraid to accept as real in our minds.

Were too often told that it would be idealistic to think that way.

Well I say no to that.

I say its ridiculous to think that we cant live in a world of peace and of abundance,

that we cant live in a world centred around love and acceptance, where we can all thrive.

And yes, I have been working in media for eight years; I know what the world looks like

and how people think.

I know that this very idea seems far out, but it is possible, and by you choosing to

believe its impossible, youre only creating a bigger problem.

My TEDx talk below outlines this concept very clearly.

There is no evidence to suggest that we cannot live in a world like this, and yet the belief

stands, and our collective consciousness accepts it as fact.

But it is a lie that has been passed down from pessimistic individuals and a controlling

elite who make us feel like we always need governance, war, greed, competition, money,

and, ultimately, suffering.

We dont.

Its time to stand up as individuals and begin changing ourselves within and watching

as our external world begins to change as a result.

The actions that come out of a shift in consciousness within an individual are far more powerful

than those that simply arise from anger.

So I challenge you to shift your consciousness on these matters and to begin seeing the world

in a new light and watch as it shifts around you.

Marvel at the change that you can create, just by changing yourself.

Summary Trigonometric and Exponential functions - Functions - Mathematics - Pre-university Calculus - Duration: 8:22.

Welcome to the summary of week 2.

This week we considered the trigonometric and exponential functions and logarithms.

We first looked at trigonometric functions: that is the sine, cosine and tangent function.

There are two basic ways to define the trigonometric functions:

By looking at a right-angled triangle and by looking at the unit circle.

In a right angled triangle with angle theta the sine of theta is equal to the quotient

of the opposite side and the hypotenuse.

In the unit circle it is the y-coordinate of a point rotated counterclockwise over an

angle theta from the positive x-axis.

The cosine equals the adjacent side over the hypotenuse or the x-coordinate in the unit circle.

The tangent function is equal to the opposite side divided by the adjacent side,

and thus satisfies the relation tan(theta) equals sin(theta) divided by cos(theta).

Remember that the inputs of these functions are typically angles and that in calculus

we measure angles in radians.

The length s of an arc of angle theta equals the radius of a circle times theta.

Thus a full circle is 2pi radians, because that is the circumference of the unit circle.

To convert degrees to radians you can multiply by a factor of 2pi divided by 360.

You should know the values of the sine and cosine for certain special angles.

These are given in the table.

Using symmetries you can extend this table to other special angles.

As you learned last week another important method to visualize functions is to look at the graph.

The graph of the cosine is periodic, and you can see it is symmetric in the y-axis,

so the cosine is even.

The graph of the sine is also periodic, and point symmetric in the origin, so the sine is odd.

From the graph of the tangent you can see that the period equals pi

and that it has vertical asymptotes at the points where the cosine vanishes.

Other important formulas for the trigonometric functions are sin(x)^2 plus cos(x)^2 equals 1,

which follows from the theorem of Pythagoras.

You also learned how to transform a sine into a cosine and vice versa.

You also recalled the addition and doubling formulas,

they can be very convenient to solve equations.

Then we considered compositions.

A composition of two functions means you first apply one function and then another.

The order in which you compose can be important as, for example, 2 to the power (x squared)

is unequal to (2 to the power x) squared.

Recognizing that a function is a composition can be helpful as then you might use a substitution

to turn a complicated problem in a simpler one.

Typically it is hard to identify what the graph of a composed function looks like,

but when you compose a function with a linear function the graph changes predictably.

The graph of f(x)+a is equal to the graph of f but shifted "a" upwards.

f of x+a shifts the graph of "f" a distance "a" to the left.

"a" times f(x) stretches the graph a factor of "a" in the vertical direction,

while f of "a" times "x" stretches a factor of (one over "a" ) horizontally.

The compositions of a sine function with linear functions typically describe waves.

Four important aspects of a wave are:

its amplitude, the distance between the equilibrium position and the extremal values;

the period, the distance between two consecutive maxima;

the phase, which determines when the graph first passes through the equilibrium;

and the equilibrium height which is the average height of the function.

We also considered exponential functions.

Exponential functions describe many processes of growth and decay.

An exponential function A times b to the power x has base b and exponent x.

Exponentiation is repeated multiplication, and thinking about it that way explains

the important rules of calculation.

Using these rules of calculation we can also define the exponential functions for exponents x

which are rational, negative and even arbitrary real exponents.

The graph of the exponential function b to the power x is increasing if b is larger than 1

and decreasing if b is smaller than 1.

Moreover for b larger than 1 the function b to the power x grows faster than any polynomial function

which is why "exponential growth" is sometimes used as a synonym for "very quick growth".

Before we defined the logarithms, which are inverses of the exponential functions,

we first considered inverses in a little more detail separately.

The inverse of a function f does the opposite of f, that is:

f inverse(y) equals x precisely when y equals f(x).

An inverse of a function exists only if it never gives the same output for two different inputs.

You can check this by using the horizontal line test.

If this happens we call the function injective.

As inverse functions interchange the role of input and output,

the domain of an inverse function is the range of the original f, and vice versa.

Moreover the graph of an inverse function is obtained by interchanging the x- and y-axes,

that is, reflecting the graph of f in the line x equals y.

The logarithm base b is the inverse function of the exponential function b to the power x.

If b is unequal to 1, the exponential functions satisfies the horizontal line test, so the inverse exists.

For any base, the logarithm has a vertical asymptote at x equals 0.

For base b larger than 1 the graph is ever increasing.

The rules of calculation for exponential functions translate to rules for the logarithm.

The last formula shows that you only need logarithms in one base to calculate all others.

Typically only a few bases are used.

If the base is not explicitly mentioned it should be clear from the context what the base is.

Often this means the base is 10.

Another common base is e equals 2.718 etcetera.

The base e has the special property that the derivative of e to the power x is e to the power x itself,

which makes it very well-suited for use in calculus.

The logarithm with base e is called the natural logarithm and is usually written as ln.

These were the main topics of this week.

Good luck with your homework.

Side Effects of Cancer Treatment For Children | Part 3 of 4 - Duration: 5:13.

hi it's lynn from lynnjt.com thank you

for tuning in for this third episode in

our four-part series creating more

awareness on cancer in children. In our last episode

Verity explained the various

types of treatment of children can go

through when fighting cancer and today

she's going to give us insight into

the side effects of cancer treatment that they're going

through so that we can have a better

understanding and able to become better

at supporting the families our friends

our family members who are going through childhood cancer.

this first three types of treatment what

are the side of it or chemotherapy

chemotherapy

it starts off usually quite gently

sometimes some funky knows that the

child reacts straightaway so they have

to treat it and and each child will have

a slightly different makeup according to

her by yourself or responding and their

bodies respond to it so never one

particular treatment they will use one

particular drug but tweaked it says its

service each individual can respond to

it okay that we don't have ever had

different types of side effects what

most common because nausea in the main

one and reluctance to eat no energy huge

loss of weight i could make the gastric

tube down to keep the child eating

sometimes it not for the tube into the

stomach and the stomach and you feed the

childhood of / engines straight into the

stomach because they weren't eat anymore

its changes changes all that taste in

your mouth and it feels like you can

concrete horrible and they do get a huge

amount of swords as well know that and

that can gold all the way down the CIT

tracks so that they're in pain when they

are not just during the treatment that

are throughout in between he gets worse

than worthless as treatment goes on but

we have the rest the two weeks rent

would be so of inequality he thinks it

the way that the taste of the second

owner sold then i'll be telling you

until you can see the source videos then

sometimes it's the whole mass goes

because of course she's not the immune

system by giving the key man they're

very susceptible to any sort of

infection it like that and they're

operating hours nothing every child that

most children becoming comes which is

often greatest wrestling so you need to

cut it short with the potential for the

child or just awful parents notice the

child's play it well yeah yeah yeah I

don't you to feel much better wearing a

week

others would touch weeks good they're

often it's got to wear and what about

the fight that's what radiotherapy there

you get the same sort of side effects

nausea vomiting continue what we think I

mean Darwin as well with both of them

sort of area not fun when your child is

six-month-old all and yes it's the lack

of energy for not being able to eat a

similar scenario and often radiotherapy

can give you to be a burn third-degree

burns

just look at the place where it's been

directed absolutely with cream some

things you can put on the check to wear

nice clothes and I give an awful lot of

analgesics pinkness is again it is

painful process

it's thankful it hurts and their horses

here at home long resisted with the

surgery that build up after doing how

you feeling recover from these types

certain if you'd be good because they're

young and even though they've been

invalid with drugs to suppress the

immune system to help combat the cancer

they will get up and run around and

dozens

so after surgery there much better than

growing up and moving around and getting

on with it you can have to strain in a

bit of stitches because they've been

riding the bike or something they

shouldn't up anything else any other

like children go through community and

go to radio no problem

ok so you're not every case heavy drugs

how that's how i was doing in there

counselor what's that

yes and helping their bodies on its

astonishing social you wouldn't even

know real don't need to have so you need

to remember that a little bit for

scenarios there are really positive

things in it

thank you for watching and please show

your appreciation for 13 message by

hitting the like button and sharing it

with your friends now don't forget to

subscribe to the channel and make sure

to watch the last episode in this

four-part series we're very explained

how families can become quite isolated

and it might seem that they don't want

to have you in your children over for a

playdate and there's a very good reason

behind this

thanks for watching be safe and our

season

Giving Orders To Squad Members In Battlefield 1 (What Is Good For?) [Battlefield 1: 101] [G-Legend] - Duration: 3:41.

you know what is up guys my name is the lesson today I want to thank you first

and foremost for tuning into my battle field 1: 101 series on my channel

the series was designed to help you call it the players transfer over to

battle field one so today I want to talk to you guys about giving quarters and

battle field 1 i know you guys are all busy so I want to make this video as

quickly as I possibly can

giving orders and battlefield one is actually pretty similar to the past

battlefield installments but i know that a lot of you guys haven't ever played

battlefield before so I'm gonna explain it for you guys so though it may be a

hot topic that is mastered by seasoned players because it's so basic

like I said I understand that new players to the franchise from call of

duty may benefit from a video like this

so with that being said if you guys enjoyed the video if it helps you don't

forget to drop a like and subscribe it helps me out a lot anyway

don't go anywhere guys because we're just getting started

alrighty so orders in battlefield one are essentially just that you know

orders but you may ask if your new orders for what orders to who can anyone

do them do others have to follow them

how can they be useful stuff like that so if you're a squad leader you can

actually order your squad to attack or defend control points which are

basically left flags for color duty control points are considered flags

think of it like that the squad leader can also you know ordered his soldiers

to repair vehicles and you know other commander acid destroy them repair them

all that stuff anything that could help out team and that can help out the squad

maybe the squad leader wants to order his squad members to you know captain

objective or anything like that all the examples that I gave you are in Game

examples you can actually do that and then so you may be asking yourself is it

possible to not follow them

is there some sort of penalty for not following the your squad leaders orders

well the answer is no no there's no penalty but you actually have an

incentive to do so which would be getting more points you get more points

for following your squad leaders orders that really is all incentive to me but

not to mention that you're also not going to get kicked out of the squad

which of course is a good thing

so you've already talking a lot about squads you may not know what squads are

because there's no squadron colored video right so you may not know what

squads are you may not know what they're good for how to get in one how many

people can be in one all that stuff what they're good for in the battlefield want

to check out my video it's on screen right now you can click it it'll open up

in a different tab check it out i talked all about squads everything you need to

know about squads performer call of duty players that have never actually played

battlefield I explained in

exactly what they're for how you can get in one all this stuff like that that is

related to it so definitely check that out if you're new to this franchise

because squad is a big thing in the skin anyway that is going to wrap it up my

friends i hope you guys enjoyed the video if you did don't forget to drop a

like subscribe helps me out a lot

share my videos all the exposure is great anyway I hope because I was today

I'm going to catch guys later and i'll see you in the next

yeah

yeah

yeah

The Return Of The Gentleman - Part 1 - What is A Gentleman? - Duration: 48:21.

Welcome to Return of The Gentleman with Dr. Dain Heer this

one is called what is a gentleman so Dr.

Dain start us off with what what really

is a gentleman?

well kind of my credit first one say

it's great to be with you and it's

interesting I my senses were actually

going to get to explore that together

over the course of however many of these

series we do and I'm i'm actually

thinking we're going to be doing a lot

of them because it's it is there so not

an easy answer to that question but if i

had to put it into one sentence i would

say a true gentleman is where we as men

get where we get to be the best of what

we are as men and the greatness of us in

every moment with no shame about that

with no apology for that with no

wrongness to that and actually get to

live as the greatness of us we know we

are and you know I wanted to create this

series based on some conversation that I

had with some really good friends of

mine like you uh Liam bramley gram and a

few other guys around the world that are

an access consciousness and we started

recognizing was there's there's really

no resources out there for men who truly

want to be the best of what men are now

I'm gonna have to explain this like

there's just so much this is this is

like it's kind of like you just landed

on Mars now what you know except it's

more beautiful

ok imagine you landed on an unpopulated

earth and you've never been here before

now what and this is really sort of the

conversation that I want to have with

the guys out there in the world because

because we've never been shown how to be

the greatness that a man can be

we've seen what you know i mean if you

search out there for four male resources

out on the internet you get everything

from viagra to and all the advice that's

out there is about how to get women and

how to get laid as though that makes you

a man

well that's not what makes you a man

there are a lot of other things that go

into

actually being a gentleman and being the

gift that you can be to the world and

one of the other aspects of this is

being a gentleman is is I think one word

sums it up really dynamically and that

is honoring your actually honoring of

you you're honoring of women you're

honoring of kids you're honoring your

commitments and you're honoring of our

future as a planet and and you start to

get to to be this level of caring for

yourself and other people and you don't

discount other people and you don't

discount yourself in the process and so

you know this is it is a hugely

multifaceted conversation and you know

we sent out this email to a lot of the

people one on the access consciousness

database so the men and the women

actually and said hey as a man if you

could ask me one question what would it

be

you know we have seven of them we who

knows how many will get to today because

once again it's such a multi-layer

discussion on but in doing that it's

like we got all of these pieces of

information about what people don't get

in the way this this conversation or the

way this concept of return the gentleman

really started was number one my friend

Aaron Gary Douglas and I started a

helical which is now a book called the

gentleman's club and we notice that

every man or woman that read that was

like wow I didn't realize this is what

men face I didn't realize this is what

the kind caring sensitive powerful men

of the world experience and how how

difficult it has been for them to be

them and so the women would say that in

the men looked at that also might wow my

gosh you know this so described so much

of what is going on for me

well in that had a certain change it

created in people's lives but leave and

I were having actually was I was having

a conversation around the table with

some of the ladies that are on the

access consciousness team and we're

really close to a really good friends

and and they said you know what it's

such a sadness that men don't have more

available to them it's like nobody

showing them how to

the greatness of them all they're

showing them is this stuff about getting

late and then my friend Liam join in the

conversation he said day and he's 23 now

and he said Dana he's like you don't get

it is like I searched and searched and

searched every friggin video on YouTube

that I could find before coming to

access about how to actually be a man

he's like it wasn't out there he said

but I have learned how to actually be a

man and honor myself an honor women and

realize it's okay to be sexual and

realize it's okay to have money and

realize it's okay to be happy

he said and I learned it from watching

you I'm saying what he said I learned

that from being around you and seeing

how you really are and seeing how you

are behind the scenes to and that this

is how you actually are and i was like

seriously you got that from me

yeah like really oh my god and i didn't

i just it opened up something in my

world was like oh my god we we guys need

to see guys being the way guys can be

you know and you know when you said that

I was like oh my god i just hit it sort

of basically exploded my head and I was

like okay we had to do something and so

here we are doing it you know we're in

the middle of doing it but I wanted

people to get a sense of how this came

about because we're looking at a

different conversation we're looking to

to truly open the doors to the greatness

that men can be now it's interesting

because all of us have heard have heard

so much about about different women

awakening their power you know their

feminine power and I've been you know

I've had discussions with many women who

are doing that i've had i've actually

been in the workshops where they talked

about it and so much of it was a

separation from men we need to claim our

power from the man i know you need to

actually empower the men too

so this is not just about empowering men

and separating from women is about

empowering men and in so doing

empowering our women and nurturing them

and being there to care for them and

give them a shoulder to cry on and be

what we always wanted to be that nobody

else is giving us permission to be so

you ask me a question 10 minutes ago

about what is a gentleman I just getting

started you know forehead i was one of

my things is like starting off with this

I'm like wait so there's like like you

talked about the gentleman's club the

book and I might have read it like three

times and I don't have read like divorce

relationship like four times and salon

de femme two times and and there is that

like where do we start like the little

like the beginning yeah and-and-and

actually this thing that really at least

that shows up for me the most right now

we're going to me is um getting back to

you

hello I'm good with that because is when

you for when you very first started

talking about is like being dominated

I'm like whatever what you said because

i can't remember the exact words is be a

gentleman and really the word that

catches me the most is unapologetically

like being you as a gentleman and and at

least me is seeing you choose that and

being like I don't even I don't know how

to have words for but can you speak to

that more

yeah absolutely will let me let me tell

you a little bit about my history and I

don't know some people know that they've

been in classes with me because I don't

hide anything really

um but as a little kid growing up I

literally was I grew up in the ghetto

was living with my mom and I was living

with a lesbian family now why do I say

lesbian family because there was no man

they're there was one kid it was two

years older than me in that house i

experienced horrendous abuse

specifically because I was a boy and at

one point my little naked boy body you

know they were standing over me beating

me with belt hitting me in the penis as

many times they could show me how bad

men were and that was in so but i still

never hated women i always loved women

still and my mom

you know it's like she and I were best

friends and she was a single mom and I

look primarily with her and she and I

were always best friends even after all

this stuff happened even after all this

energy of out of how much women up here

to hate me and it's like and so growing

up you know I had a dad who was sort of

not there in most ways and and truly not

a gentleman in so many ways and and my

primary role model was my mom happens to

be gay and and and my dad who happen not

either and a stepmother who was

extremely mean at the time so it was

like I but i don't i don't have no idea

how um I got it just it's like I've

always wanted to honor all people the

place where I fell short in my own life

and in no injury mastering this question

this way because we've all got a lot of

history and what we do is we use our

history against us and as a reason

justification for what we can't be and

what we can't choose and this is part of

what i'm trying to change by by talking

about this because you say you see me

just being it unapologetically and I

want you to know it it was a road to get

there okay

it was quite the road to get there so

given that and then also the thing that

I haven't told a lot of people about is

my grandmother when I wasn't with my mom

I was with my grandmother and what my

grandmother's goal was to teach me how

to be a good little girl and also she

also hated men like the people that I

grew up with and so she always wanted to

make sure that I was somebody who was

you know honoring of women even if it

meant that i didn't get anything that I

want and this was her point of view that

I should be honoring of women so there

was a part of that I'm really grateful

for

ok so this I've had my whole life

the honoring of others and a dynamically

the honoring of women where I was

falling short is the honoring of myself

and so in a you know there's a lot of we

all have a different story we all have

different aspects of this and I want to

bring in as many aspects

of what you and the other guys that are

part of this team and I love you guys

thank you so much because every fucking

awesome i want to bring in all of this

ok over time it's just once again we're

getting started right now but so we all

have a different history we all have

different sides of this and there's so

much to this like I said it's like a

whole universe but for me what I was

missing was the was the honoring of me

in the process

so what would happen for example is if I

wanted to have sex and I had sex with

somebody and then they thought we should

have a relationship because we just had

sex because that was their point of view

I'd be like okay but do a relationship

with us to parent and family

ok i calculate oh god of dying again

oh shit ok well and i would wait and I

would be in this relationship for

sometimes six months usually more like a

year or two years before I finally was

dying so much I knew if I didn't get out

I would literally die and I mean that

was the only time i would make the

choice to leave

well that was pre access consciousness

when it came to access a I met the

amazing and phenomenal Gary Douglas who

is freaking out of this world and also

so brilliantly aware of what true

wondering of yourself is what true

learning of other people is in open my

eyes to the fact that wasn't actually

honoring myself and this was an

eye-opener for me because i thought what

are you talking about not honoring

myself look at how happy I make her I'm

honoring myself

she's happy except I had to look at that

realize she still wasn't happy no matter

how much dishonouring me I did no matter

how much I no matter how much of myself

I cut off i couldn't cut off enough to

give her enough to actually make her

happy

now I say her as though it's one person

well it was when I was just coming to

access but it was any her that I was

with Jose kept choosing the people that

I tried to make happy and I'm like here

you're not happy here

here's an arm let me cut off my arm here

you go uh-oh you were happy for five

minutes

oh wow ok so you have me 45 minutes I'm

gonna cut off my leg because it's bigger

and you'll probably be happy for ever

oh wait that only lasted 10 minutes oh

shit and the more and more and I started

realizing that the more and more of me

that I was cutting off the it wasn't

making them any happier and I finally

started getting thanks to the

conversations with Gary that I needed to

look from a different place because we

all have this weird point-of-view

somewhere in our heads that what we're

doing is somehow working we just need to

do it better

we just need to do it more and what do

it more than people are going to be

happy and wants to do it more than I can

be happy to but once i make everybody

else happy that I can be happy to

and this is a common this is so common

for us and and the other thing about

that is if you know what I'm talking

about what you obviously do you laughter

you don't mean because it's like we just

think we just need to do what we're

doing better

we don't need to do something different

than what you're doing is not working

don't try to keep fixing it it's not

gonna work we need to do something

fundamentally fucking different FD

fundamentally fucking different by the

way a gentleman is more than willing to

say fuck when it's a fucking appropriate

okay yeah i want to say that too because

again you're honoring people and you're

also honoring of yourself and your hate

like the best my brother

yeah I'm doing something if he said I'm

like you know it's hot in the unbidden

hot here take off all your clothes

there we go nice ok work now we're

having a conversation

yeah I need a glass of whiskey and a

innovative box or something anyway I

digress

so so as I started having these

conversations I started recognizing that

the missing element in this was me i was

honoring everybody else and i was

looking out for everybody else I was

seeing a beautiful and amazing they

weren't i was trying to make them happy

and i already cut off my arms and my

legs and all my penis's and all my stuff

all my penis is out of interesting

anyway I digress

you know I got off of these bits and all

these parts and they still weren't happy

I was like look I've got to do something

different and so what I started looking

at doing is I started looking at what

would actually be happy for me

like what would make me happy like and i

started in and so it was that search

that finally it's

part of a continuous search i would say

because one of the other things about a

gentleman is there continuously growing

there continuously getting getting

greater they never stop where they are

but as you start to consider yourself a

gentleman and as you start to function

as a gentleman in your own life and your

own awareness you you don't do it from

that frantic need to make something

better to feel okay about yourself you

do it from wow I have an am so much and

I'm so grateful for it

how does it get even better than this

and so as you continuously get more

awareness of what's true for you

what starts to happen as you start to

get this space where you really start to

like you

when when you see that person looking

back at you in the mirror you actually

start to like them actually start to

have a gratitude for them and you start

to be willing to recognize that there's

something about you that is actually

valuable there's something about you

that you can value there's something

about also that women will value or if

you happen to be gay the men will value

you know whoever you're looking to to

interact with and it starts to create a

piece in your life and a gratitude for

you and this is what i'd like to invite

everybody to the awareness that this is

actually possible so to add to that

would you say like like it came up a

week ago at the seven-day event that we

just had at your class what it was what

did you call for that the intro to be

used to being totally chaotic i think

that one yeah taste being totally

chaotic and there's a gentleman in the

class that actually brought up how much

she admires you for never giving up and

your responses and often times is with

access consciousness tools as if you can

see it you can be it and and I'd like

can you talk a little bit more about

never giving up as a gentleman or how

that relates to a gentleman or that's a

part of the definition ER or what do you

have there

absolutely that is

definitely part of the undead definition

and that's called in

undef inition looking to undefined this

area you know and and so that so that

guys have the freedom to actually choose

their way whatever it is for them you

know and and so this idea about never

giving up

it's like it's it it's definitely part

of a gentleman and it is where you may

not see the path to get somewhere you

may not know all the steps or any of the

steps at this point except that you

desire it it really is being willing to

ask and know that you will receive and

it's vital that we don't give up because

what happens is there gonna be so many

people who have so many points of view

about what you can do and what you can't

do what you should do

how you should do it how you shouldn't

do it and if you're willing to give up

based on any outside stimulus you're

going to be selling yourself short

continuously and once again you know

this is exactly what I did prior to

access so having said that is so

interesting to have these guys these

amazing men in their own right that I

see like you Liam Graham and some of the

other guys and Anthony is another

example is like have them look at me and

go wow you've really inspired me i'm

like me crazy I know

wow I didn't even realize that that was

a thing you know like I and so but this

thing about never give up

it's like one of the things that I've

learned about me is that is just who I

am now if you look and i want to i want

to say that acknowledging that for me

and acknowledging some of these other

things for me is not as easier flawless

as it might seem

you know it's like even when in

receiving this acknowledgement of while

you show me a lot of what i like to be

like whoa really like I just because

because I've always one of the things

that that I sort of and I'm only saying

this for anybody out there is doing its

like but

other things for me that I sort of did

was like I was stuck in a lot of my

views at me from the past even as I had

gone out of those i was stuck in a lot

of use of me from the past so as a

little kid growing up like a little boy

and you know your mom bigger and you

have people around you that hate you and

all this sort of stuff it's like and you

don't get it you have any value it was

like wow I didn't realize so much of

that change but one of the and so part

of the reason I'm saying that is because

a lot of you are already or have been at

some point in your life so much of what

we're already talking about this really

why we can have this conversation to

sort of like lift up the covers a little

bit and go Picabo ACU you're still there

you are this you know it's like and so

if you recognize that it's not it's not

just something that while one day I hope

to be

it's an acknowledgement of what you

already are because anything that I'm

saying this sort of sits in your world

and go yeah we're where it makes you

feel lighter

well that's because you actually are

this and so the reason I'm saying this

is this thing about never giving up is

something i've always been but I truly

didn't acknowledge it until the last

couple of years it's like I literally

will not stop my thing is I'm gonna

fucking get where I'm gonna fucking go

and I'm gonna have everything I desire

and I'm not gonna take no for an answer

and i will not give up and I will be

everything I am and that's what's gonna

happen

Jerry universe here's what's happening

you know and this I my sense is that a

lot of us have a lot more of that than

we've ever acknowledged and so one of

things I'd like to ask you to do is can

you please acknowledge that you are this

to you actually have that ability and

willingness and capacity to never give

up never give in and never quit and

everything that doesn't like to know

that and proceed know being receive it

we destroy it and created please

yeah time to Godzilla and roundabouts

all nine potluck shorts boys and beyonds

now if you're coming to this

conversation and you never heard of

access consciousness you've never heard

of the clearing statement

the thing that I just used we're gonna

actually be using in

several of the future get together that

we have and it's called the clearing

statement and it's a way of changing all

the crap you've been carrying with you

that you don't know how to deal with it

don't know how to change we basically

call it up and then we run the clearing

statement ask if you're willing to let

it go and then it changes and it really

works effortlessly beautifully i

definitely a tool a gentleman one has in

there at one-half one definitely Tula

gentlemen once that has been a toolbox

ok I'm definitely a total gentleman

wants to have in your toolbox go to the

clearing statement dot com and there's

an explanation

it's the clearing statement com it's not

really all that weird and it works

wonders to change your world and we've

got there will be posting back in the

chat read but red bull for buddy to

click on and just access

yes hmm so we've actually got to do you

want to do have some things you want to

keep going with we've got questions we

can just keep keep rolling for not go

baby go

so what there's a so i'll actually asked

it specifically this very one but there

are a lot of others that sort of fall in

line with it and I get that you can

probably talk for days on this but Dane

can you talk more about how to get to

that space of possibilities with sex and

with being a met a man and how to get

out of that disgusting porn reality we

as men all grow up with move

that's a long discussion absolutely

um first thing that I would that I would

suggest okay number one the thing that's

disgusting about the porn reality is all

of the judgment and and really is it the

lack of joy and the lack of fun and the

lack of fun with bodies

it's like nobody there is having fun ok

and i think that's the difficult one of

the difficulties with it and the

dishonouring that it is but you know

like blah blah blah blah blah you go

into that

not but it it's an energetic thing

really

and that's why you know after you watch

it you're like oh yeah this is such a

shirt on and then you get off and then

you have to turn it off because you feel

like you've just been slimed you know

and so but the first thing is i guess

they don't make you wrong so ensures

kind once again this is like every grain

of sand with any of these conversations

can you put some water on it and it

starts turning into a universe you know

because it really these things are so

misidentified and misapplied so so I'm

gonna try to rein in my ADHD long enough

to have this conversation first thing is

you want to recognize it if you're even

attracted to port at all it's probably

because you're a sexual person and the

things that you can see on poor not

necessarily things that you feel

comfortable asking your sexual partner

to do or you don't have a sexual partner

or you just want to go and explore this

and like take a dive off the deep end

where they're pretty much are no rules

or any limits especially with what the

internet is now and so what if you

recognize number one that you're

probably a sexual person and that's not

a bad thing

another aspect of being a gentleman is

you actually function from sexualness

now I say you're a sexual person

sexualness is healing caring nurturing

joyful generative expansive creative and

orgasmic and that's probably more you

than you've ever been willing to know

now getting there and embracing it is

going to be the subject of a future

conversation we're trying to set a

little platform up for it or a large

platform up for us we can jump off into

these conversations you want to

recognize that though and you also want

to recognize that this world functions

on something called sexuality sexuality

is a constant state of judgment of what

is right what is wrong what is good what

is bad and what can be received and what

can't be received and most of what you

see on porn is a bunch of people doing

major sexuality that they're only turn

on for doing what they're doing is the

fact that it's judgmental and taboo

therefore they're cool and you're not um

if you actually function from a sense of

sexualness which is where you actually

like sex you like the energy of it you

like the bodies you like the people

you're having sex with men or women

hey it's like you to have a totally

different energy than the people doing

porn so the reason you feel klonda's cuz

it's not actually your energy a lot of

you who if you're highly sexual you may

get this quantity that

oh my gosh these are my people um they

are in the sense that they're willing to

explore something different

they're not in this in the sense of

where they're coming at it from and the

whole energy in their world about it and

the lack of lightness in it and the

judgment in it and the sexuality and so

this so does the block

um having said all of that I wanted to

give you that perspective so hopefully

you can come out of some of the

wrongness of you that you have done and

i will give you one other suggestion and

and then a few other suggestion on the

first suggestion i want to give you if

you're gonna watch porn number one don't

make yourself wrong please we're gonna

watch it enjoy it like have as much fun

as you can possibly have and even all

that weird energy that you're aware what

if you're like oh my god is like the

weirdest energy I've ever perceived this

also also that I could be aware of this

like wrongness of it if you're gonna

watch it might as well enjoy and have a

good time don't use it as another source

of judging you

although what you will pick up on his

all their judgments and the weird other

thing is a lot of your so psychic you'll

pick up on all the projections

expectation separations judgments and

rejection that have been directed at

those people but everybody has ever

watch that video

oh my god talk about diving into the

deep end early Jesus Christ I feel so

very well that's because you're we're

not because you're fucked up gotta get

this

there's a lot of things in life that are

there because you're aware not because

you're fucked up isn't that nice to know

so first don't judge it if you're gonna

watch it enjoy it at the best damn time

you can

and really enjoy it including everything

you're aware of the other thing that I

want to say is for those of you who are

really aware of bodies what you want to

do is don't go in you want to use it as

a visual uh turn on it you will visual

it's a visual what you're looking to get

from it is the visual don't go into

their worlds is if you go into their

world you're gonna feel messed up to a

degree I can't even begin to tell you

because so many people that are doing

porn are not present there there you

know al Qaeda and i don't mean to say

this as a judgment of people who

department that's the other thing is a

gentleman it's like you don't judge you

can't judge anyone or anything and so

you walked a mile in their shoes

the reason I'm even bringing up that

part of the conversation is because and

it's not true for all of them just a

huge majority the reason I bring it up

is because it is true that the huge

majority of people that are doing it and

I would never judge somebody is doing it

I'm just want to have this is an

awareness so don't get stuck by what's

going on that's the other thing about a

gentleman is you don't judge but you are

willing to function from your awareness

and you're not willing to cut off your

awareness thinking that his judgment

how many of you have had a quote-unquote

negative awareness a place where you are

aware of where somebody was doing

something smaller than they could where

they were doing something stupid

they were doing something that wasn't

going to turn out well or they're doing

something that was gonna run a rest we

run them around in that same look they

say they're trying to get out of and you

thought you were judging them know you

gotta recognize that you have awareness

and an awareness of where somebody's

being stupid small less than they are

weak mean unkind judgmental is not a

judgment that's an awareness as long as

you don't have a point of view about

equally we tend to think that the things

where we go oh my god they're beautiful

they're perfect they're amazing they're

phenomenal they're the greatest gift to

the world we act like that's not a

judgment no that's a judgment so just

because it's positive doesn't mean it's

not a judgment just because it's

negative doesn't mean it is a judgment

and one of the things a gentleman has an

awareness of is the distinction between

when

there is judgment being done and when

there isn't the gentleman does not judge

a gentleman functions from awareness now

I say that like it's an absolute what

I'm trying to give you is the awareness

of some aspects of being this way in the

world and what that actually in bytes as

your possibility for how you can choose

to be and notice I'm I'm segwaying have

it you know we start off in one place

might jump to another that jump to

another jump to another

whoa i get used to it

okay number one that's the way I

function in the world and notice I'm not

apologizing for it i'm just letting you

know it's gonna be there but number two

these particular conversations that we

have lend themselves to being able to

give you other pieces of information

that may or may not seem directly

related but what they'll do is they'll

complete a much fuller picture of this

possibility for what it actually can be

like to be us as potent powerful men and

gentlemen in the world so they gave you

that information so far about the porn

etc and then the next thing i would

suggest that you do before you flip the

switch before you go to your favorite

porn site before you turn on the DVD or

whatever it is ask

will this be honoring of meat Wow

will this be honoring of need and this

my beautiful friends is a question that

if we start to ask it for every

relationship for every sexual experience

we will start to get a totally different

awareness and then the other thing you

want to ask is so with the porn will

this be honoring me and then the other

thing that you want to ask is will this

create a greater future or will this DK

my future was create a greater future or

will indicate my future

now you may still choose to do it

because you have that impetus you know

that intense desire and believe me I

understand that intense desire for many

things and usually I just indulge it

when I have it ok that's another thing a

gentleman get

to do is actually have an awareness of

them they're willing to indulge things

but you don't have to be perfect

ok so if you have this intense desire

and you're probably not going to be

willing to ask the question if it's

going to be a decay of your future what

you say is it's going to create a future

or DK my future and let's say you get it

going to decay my future but you want to

do it anyway so badly that you know

you're gonna do it go okay cool

how can i how can I make this show up

how can I make this the easiest possible

on me in my future and how much fun can

I have doing it anyway

and what if you can even enjoy the fact

that you could make a choice that would

decay your future I mean how friggin

cool are you see this is a totally

different way of being in the world

where you don't try to be perfect you be

as perfect as you can that day is great

as you can but recognize that perfection

is not what's required enjoyment of your

choices and gratitude for the fact that

you can choose is what's required even

when that choice doesn't seem like the

choice that's going to create the most

enjoy it if you're going to choose it

that help was that conversation helpful

little at was extremely helpful I think

you personally I think he hit all the

basis of anybody out there but what

about this what about that what about

that because and hitting all of those

bases school and I think along the lines

of that conversation if you want to say

like it came up earlier when you're

talking is that I'm really the gift that

you have been that I've gotten to just

watch and observe is when you do make a

choice you like I've watched it you make

a choice that doesn't really work out in

a way that you enjoyed azum as well as

other people involved you're just you're

like okay I'm here all receiver and and

maybe you can talk a little bit about

that like certain times you just like

like is is it your willingness to be

wrong is it can you sort of speak to

this a little bit what I'm dancing is

absolutely absolutely

I'm sorry about my thing going off I

can't seem to stop it

um it's is the biggest part i would say

is the willingness to be wrong and it's

interesting i'm really grateful there

was a friend that I had his name was

Jeff when I was growing up and we were I

was going through some tough times my

family is getting a divorce

we were losing our house I just

graduated from college of his home

hoping I could have you know some time

to actually start my life on some track

and put it back together and blah blah

blah

after graduating college and and LA and

we used to go and have these

conversations and it was so funny he had

this wonderful way of totally poking fun

at himself when he did something that

was just totally stupid and i love that

you know I was so and so I started

poking fun at myself and I'm so grateful

for this one guy in my life

well actually sell forgot to my life

probably will talk about more than later

but this one beautiful man who would

just had no pretense of anything it was

always willing to be wrong

it made it so much lighter because when

I would screw up I be I would respond

the same way he had and I basically

carried that into my life and didn't

realize until right now that that's

really where I got that because

everybody else in my life was trying to

prove how perfect they were all the time

and I so much more like the way he was

with it so it's like for me and I screw

up and I'll go to class and tell people

oh my god totally screwed this up it was

awesome i like only like there was

making at the middle of the street and I

was like oh my god laughs at it because

really for me it's funny it's like it

just is something that it brings me joy

to be able to fuck up when i fuck up you

know in the ways that i do because it's

just like why the hell is so fucking

stupid

that was awesome so what you want to do

is like start having a lightness around

being as stupid as you know you are

it's like dude you're going to fuck shit

up we all do but what if you could enjoy

it what if you could have a good time

doing it

what if you didn't have to make yourself

wrong and what if you didn't have to try

to prove you're so damn perfect anymore

now my table shake my camera shaking

because I'm counting on the table

what if you like that in some people's

mind would be a screw-up you know oh my

god you're being videotaped don't make

the camera shake I like you kidding how

fucking silly is that

let's laugh at it you know and it's not

that everything is to be laughed at but

when you screw up it's time to laugh

really i mean let's get you out of that

soured our place and give you some

lightness around it because that thing

is you know laughter creates far more

change in tears and when you're willing

to laugh at yourself when you're willing

to not take yourself so fucking

seriously life gets to be so much more

fun and I gotta tell you though and I

also recognize it's very interesting

looking over my childhood I was such I

was I was the parent to my parents okay

was one of those kids and what do I mean

by that what I mean is I was always the

one who is more responsible than anybody

around me including my parents and so I

was always freaking serious and I don't

know I will you know it but at the same

time I always wanted to laugh and the

only thing where I stopped myself was

where I felt like I had to be serious

instead of being able to actually have a

good time so I was like a little kid

sometimes walk around like a stick up

his butt because I was because I what I

think if you look I'm family invites you

know family situations and everything

being the man that I am and the young

man that I was then even when I was a

little kid it was like I was like yes I

will take responsibility for everybody

and everything

well if you're a guy out there that's

done that let's say you have sisters you

know and you protect them or your

parents are not nearly as competent as

they should be

or friends or whatever and you have the

willingness to step up and go yes I will

take care of everything

even though you've been made wrong for

being a control freak your whole life

guess what

because you have a level of power and

potency there that nobody else is

acknowledging and i would like you to

acknowledge it

ok like the little kid that i was i was

willing to look around at my mom who

love my mom but success was not exactly

her item look at my dad who and my

stepmom who judgment and meanness and

smallness was there I

and look at my grandparents who one of

them was successful in the other one was

just interested in keeping everybody

small and I was like look I will take

charge here

ok it's good i'm here ok I've arrived ok

yes I'm six years old I didn't arrive it

is whatever six ok i just want you to

know I didn't like that would be where

you like oh hey why'd you get there you

know that kind of thing anyway I don't

even though i feel like an alien i don't

think i got here when I was six anyways

so but at six years old I was willing to

take responsibility for everyone and

everything around me and it made me very

serious for a very long time so this

sense of humor that I have purged from

the depths I is more my natural sense of

humor and i'm going to be it now animal

it takes a lot of stuff like seriously

but I totally get what it is to take

stuff really seriously and be so

freaking serious as a result of it that

you feel responsible for everyone and

everything a mother yourself be happy

until everybody else happy

believe me I get all that I was

functioning from all of that and I

recognize now that it was a level of

strength that i have so guys if you're

out there doing that it's a level of

strength that you have and if you feel

like you're serious and here's the other

thing that happens is you feel like

you're really serious and you're with a

girl and she's like why are you so

serious all the time why are you so

serious

um you want to let her know is because I

feel responsible for you and our

happiness and I feel responsible to make

sure nothing bad ever goes wrong and i'm

really trying to change this because i

would like to be happier too but I've

never been shown away and I'm doing my

best part of this seriousness is because

I care about you so much and I don't

really know what I would do if anything

bad ever happened to you and I feel like

I've got it continuously be on the

lookout for that these know it's part of

my caring for you now notice the

conversation that I just had with that

so you notice how that changes the

dynamic of the situation because a lot

of you out there made wrong for being

too serious

the reason you're so serious because

you're so freakin aware and you've been

trying to handle everything since you

were a little kid when he didn't have

the tools and trying to protect everyone

your whole life when

didn't have the tools to do it and it's

not anything that should be put on

anybody's shoulders but you took it on

recognize the strength in that recognize

the the true gentleman that that is that

that that you have been even as a little

kid taking all that on and recognize

that there's a gift in you that other

people may not get so it's up to you to

find it so that once you find it they'll

actually be able to see it amazing

that's that's fantastic so I think we're

planning on 45 minutes and we are pretty

much right on money there

I had personally just to let everybody

know that's watching I i read all your

questions we got all your questions I

did what I could to sort of and I did

what I could to ask the questions of

dane to encompass all the questions

because i know it's like we talked about

earlier it's such a huge world that

we're tapping into here and yes and I

believe we will have someone different

on for the next call I don't know if we

know who that will be yet we've either

got Liam bramley or gram scale lined up

and down i just want to say thank you so

much dr. Dane Dane dr. Dane here however

you'd like to be called the gentleman

gain David thank you so much for this

well as someone that has been involved

in doing the tools of access

consciousness and really in the last two

weeks I feel like I'd I'm starting from

scratch at the very beginning which is

fucking awesome

uh I just want to say thank you so much

i got a lot out of this very first 45

minutes and and for anybody else if you

didn't then you probably aren't

interested in becoming a gentleman

that's just my own point of view but

there's that accounted is that that that

may have been a challenge that may have

been well so and Connor thank you for

that and I'm I'm really grateful for you

and and being part of this and desiring

to to be part of this and bring it to

the world as

and with Liam and graham i love you guys

you're just such a gift and if and

basically like Connor said I'm gonna put

it in slightly different words if you

felt like you didn't get anything out of

this

this may not be the place for you ok and

that's totally okay no judgment on that

I'm you know you could try coming back

to it in a year or two and see if it is

and just recognize that truly know

wrongness it's like this is not

everybody's cup of tea speaking to a

very particular set of gentlemen out

there in the world that i'm looking to

get the tools they need or and i started

this one with awareness of what i'd like

to give you more in the future is more

tools and actually some processes to

change the places you haven't been able

to be this but we needed to jump in and

start this discussion somewhere and also

what I'm doing is we're doing that is

diving into my awareness of your world

that I couldn't get to it until i

started talking about what i can give

you and what what questions what

processes with different things that i

can offer you that will make this area a

lot easier for you and as connor said

you know we got all of your questions

and I apologize for not specifically

getting to each and every question but

this is definitely a work in progress

and once again this is a huge universe

of exploration that make we're all

excited to explore and I'm hoping that

some of these conversations have been a

contribution to you to open some doors

get you to look from a different place

and get you to recognize that there's a

different choice available and then you

are not wrong for being you and the only

thing that is when you judge you for

being you and put you into that state of

wrongness or let anybody else do it to

you and so please recognize that you are

a gift and what if you truly being you

as the gentleman you r is the gift of

change in the possibility this world

requires and I thank you all for being

and I look forward to being with you

next time and if this was a contribution

please send an email to that email that

you've got the question on the one

question you wanted to ask

please let us know we really love your

feedback and if there's something you

different wanted to change feel free to

ask I can't guarantee we'll change it

because well because I can't but it

would be great to get your input and

your feedback and I think all of you for

being on with this for this inaugural

return of the gentleman google live so

thank you guys came on or anything else

I just wanted to add for those of you as

i know we say a lot of times for those

of you that still desire to have your

question asks we don't like just send it

in again if you still have the same one

that didn't get addressed will still

keep the list will still keep all the

questions that we got during this call

and down see we can have them be

addressed in the future as well

yeah we will and with this is the guys

this is just the beginning and as we've

said so many times and I i hope you

really get this is just the start of so

many places we want to go and also so

many resources we want to create we're

just not sure what you require and how

to get them into your hand so I'm this

is definitely a work in progress so yeah

if you want to send your question again

feel free to do that or recognize that

we still have your questions and we'll

be holding onto them and we're gonna get

through as many of them as we can each

time we get together and this format

will probably involve I have no idea how

but that's the way it works with us so

it's probably going to evolve in chains

because we want to create the greatest

shift and gift for you

possible so there you go

I think I'm done talking now Thank You

Dane and we'll see anything so much

honor you guys have a great day out

there

look forward to being with you next time

bye

What Are Whiplash Associated Headaches? Baywest Health & Rehab - Duration: 3:41.

Hi there everybody, Dr Coletti Baywest Health & Rehab.

Welcome to all my New Port Richey, Pinellas County, Palm Harbor, Holiday Florida, and wherever else you come from.

Today, I'm going to talk to you about what are whiplash associated headaches?

In addition to this video you'll see one of our blog posts that we put together on this topic (link in description below).

I thought it would be neat to create a person to person especially for those patients who don't know me here at Baywest Health and Rehab.

Those that do know me I'm very to the point and trying to speak to my patients very person to person.

If I can speak in a very respectful way and respectful manner like a kindergarten can understand,

then there's no gray area both parties know exactly what we're talking about, so enough of that.

With regards to whiplash and associated headaches.

We have been dealing with headaches on a daily basis. Whiplash in car accidents for almost 18 years.

When a patient comes in and they get that kind of , you can only imagine whiplash.

If it was under a camera at the time of the incident, we wouldn't even need to have this conversation, of how whiplash causes headaches would be a moot point.

Let's just say that when whiplash happens, especially if you're rear ended by a vehicle behind you at 5 mph or even up to 60mph,

your body your weight, whether you are 300lbs soaking wet, it's a lot less weight than two vehicles and if you've ever taken a physics class you can only imagine what goes on.

with the muscles of your head. Your head weighs about the weight of a bowling ball, whether it's 12-13lbs, some with more brains...

heavier... some with less brains, and more rocks... heavier (emphasis). That what just a side note joke.

The muscles, the ligaments when they're stretched...

We've all sprained an ankle, you've rolled an ankle on a kerb. What happens immediately? Inflamation.

Therefore, comes pain and if it's in your neck, all the muscles that are across your shoulders and base of your head and neck,

attcahed to your skull and when there's increased inflamation and pressure there, it's going to put pressure on those two arteries and you're going to have chronic headaches.

With that said, what did you learn today? Stay out of whiplash accidents, ok?

If you do, not only myself, but our associates and all of us here at Baywest Health & Rehab, we are here to help you.

Do not hesitate, any questions, give us a call 727 372 0091 Ihope you enjoy our blog and I hope you enjoy future videos from me on all of our blog topics.

Dr Coletti, I am Ouuuuttt!!!

I protested for the first time. Here's what happened. - Duration: 7:35.

I had never protested before.

Not officially, anyway.

I once boycotted Starbucks on my own for five years because they wouldn't let me eat a

Subway sandwich at their table, even though I'd bought a cup of their coffee, but that

was petty and probably just an excuse to not pay six bucks for coffee.

I was raised in a conservative household, and while I don't remember any conversation

about protesters, I guess it just sort of seeped into my thought process that they were

a particularly angry sort of folk, either shaking their fists and railing against law

and order, or at best raising valid points in some of the most ridiculous ways possible.

In 2003, I saw a war protest in New York City and thought it was the most useless waste

of time I had ever seen.

What I'm saying is: if you don't get it…

I get it.

But then the financial crisis hit in 2008 and I saw people with the same concerns I

had about money in politics march together to voice those concerns.

I also saw the police deal with them harshly, and I watched nothing change.

I walked the streets of Ferguson in 2014 and helped clean up the aftermath when militarized

police kettled, tear gassed, and arrested peaceful protesters and members of the media,

escalating what had been a peaceful protest into a riot.

I didn't agree with the protesters on every point, but I did begin to realize: there are

more sides to these stories than I had previously believed.

That's on me for not realizing sooner.

I've done some work with refugees in the last couple of years.

I've learned what our vetting process is.

It's an intricate process involving every branch of U.S. intelligence, and employing

biodata (such as iris scans).

It also includes extensive background checks.

It takes an average of two years, and fewer than 1% of applicants make it past step three.

I could really get bogged down here, but the information is easy to find, either on the

archived White House page or with International Rescue Committee.

We already have "extreme vetting", but then politicians announce things like [Greg

Abbott]: "The Federal Government doesn't have either the capacity or the will to keep Americans

safe in the refugee system."

[Donald Trump] "They could be ISIS!

I don't know!".

These refugees are 80% women, children, and elderly, and a common theme in conversation

with them is that they didn't want to leave their homes in the first place.

This is preservation, not wanderlust or opportunism.

So when I heard that the executive order was putting a 90-day halt on all refugees, and

the usual excuses were being given, I knew this wasn't a vacation cancellation; this

was an abrupt stop to a years-long hope.

Then I heard that not only were fifty people being held at DFW Airport, but that some of

them had valid green cards and visas, and were still being detained.

I had a decision to make:

I could stay at home and channel my now-familiar hopeless feeling into another social media

post, or I could do…

I don't know… something?

I thought of the refugee families I'd worked with.

How once when I brought them a meal, even though they spoke no English, they insisted

on giving me and my children Diet Cokes in return.

I wanted them, and these fifty people who were now being detained, to know that they were

welcome.

So I wrote a quick blog entry asking for help, and I went to go write them letters.

I thought I might be the only one there when I showed up.

But I was not.

Perhaps it was because it was unexpected, or maybe it was because it was the first hopeful

thing I had seen in awhile.

I can't fully articulate why.

But when I walked in and saw my Texas raising their voice together in support of those least

able to help themselves, I cried.

"I hope they can hear this in the room where they are being kept," I thought.

"I hope they can hear this in the courtrooms, in the White House.

I hope they can hear this as they scoop up their children and board a boat that they

know they might not survive, to come to a country whose leader just told them they're

not welcome.

I hope God can hear this," I thought.

I'm not a yeller by nature.

At concerts, I'm the guy that stands near the soundboard and nods my approval.

At sporting events, my go-to response for a big play is the silent fist pump.

When I'm angry, I fall more into a simmer than a boil.

But these protesters, they weren't angry.

At least not the way young me would have expected.

They were kind, welcoming, giving hugs, smiling.

They brought water and snacks, and as the room filled to beyond capacity, they created

space for the children and elderly.

They looked out for each other.

It wasn't long before I caught myself joining in.

I saw people of every age, race, and religion.

I saw people who looked and believed like me, and people who didn't.

We weren't required to agree on everything because for this moment in time, we agreed

on this: we were taking care of each other.

And for perhaps the first time, or at least the first time in awhile, I realized:

that's America.

And suddenly, I understood the point of protests: it's not to shout down people we simply

disagree with.

It's not about torches and pitchforks.

It's not about following trends … it's solidarity.

It's already easy to feel alone in the world, even if you live where you grew up.

Coming together to stand up for people is a message: "You're not alone.

We're all here for you."

And that message is not only to the detained, or the marginalized, or the frightened.

It's also to each other.

It's a stitching together of a quilt of races and beliefs and ages, standing next to each other, saying

"I believe in you.

I'm here for you.

And I believe you'll be here for me."

Do protests get it wrong sometimes?

Absolutely!

Humans get everything wrong, a lot!

But when nothing is perfect, that means it's okay to invest in what is good.

"Well, I took part in this march today because of Martin Luther

King, and what he stood for.

Because this march is what he died for.

And I think if he died for it, I can carry out what he started."

I've had people ask me this week why I chose this march.

Why hadn't I chosen to march for people who are suffering and already here?

And what about Christians who are oppressed in the Middle East?

What about veterans?

The homeless? – as if my involvement here was invalid because I hadn't marched for

a cause they deemed to be more important.

If I close my eyes and turn my head just right, I hear a voice that sounds a lot like my own

from 2003.

But here's the thing:

I love it!

See, this cause has become personal to me.

I've seen the affected firsthand.

I've crossed the Rubicon, and I can't ignore it anymore.

But those causes?

They're all worthy of your effort, too.

Don't use them as a way to shame us both back to our couches for another round of Netflix

and Facebook Snark.

Get up!

The cause I care so deeply about is inextricably tied to the cause you care about.

I need you to pull that rope while I'm pulling this one.

Let's see what we can build...

Together.

What Is The Difference Between A Domain Name And A Website? | GoDaddy - Duration: 2:29.

Hi there.

In this video, you'll learn the difference between a domain and a website.

While domains and websites are closely connected, they are two very different things.

After registering a domain, you need to do something with it, put it to work for you.

Your domain can be used for a website, for an email account, or for both.

You can, however, register a domain and choose NOT to use it for a website or an email account,

BUT you can't have a website or an email account without a domain.

When used for a website, your domain name is what people type into their browser to find your site —

this is why they are sometimes referred to as web addresses.

So godaddy.com is the domain used for GoDaddy's website.

Registering a domain, however, doesn't automatically create a website —

it only means that you've registered the domain.

So for example, if you decided to start your own business and you thought of great name for it,

you might copyright the name to protect it.

However, simply giving your business a name is only one of many steps that go into building your business.

In the same manner, when you register a domain and want to use it for a website,

you'll need to first build the website, and then find a host for it, so it can be visible on the Web.

What's a host?

Website hosts are companies that house, serve, and maintain files for one or more websites.

Think of a website hosting company like a shopping center that contains several individual stores.

If you want to open a store at the shopping center, you can lease space and set up shop.

Just like a shopping center,

website hosting companies enable you to lease space on their web servers,

where you can store your website files and make them available for visitors to view.

Because you've registered your domain, you can use it at any web hosting company you want.

Remember your store in the shopping center?

Suppose you decided to move your store and lease space at a different shopping center.

If you packed up your products and moved to a new location,

you would still be able to use the same name for your store.

The same is true for your domain —

regardless of where you decided to host your website's files,

your domain remains yours for the duration of your registration.

GoDaddy is both a domain registrar AND a website hosting company —

and we have the tools to help you build your website.

This means you can register your domain name,

build a website for it,

and get it on the web —

all in one place!

Do you already have a domain name?

Don't just let it sit there;

do something with it!

What Is INDIA'S "COLD START" Military DOCTRINE? - Duration: 5:25.

LAST week India celebrated its 68th Republic Day, the highlight of which is an elaborate parade to show off India's military might (pictured). Soldiers goose-stepped and tanks rolled down Rajpath, New Delhi's main ceremonial thoroughfare, as India's president, Pranab Mukherjee, and this year's guest of honour, Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan, looked on.

Fighter jets screeched overhead. The annual display was particularly pointed this year, coming barely three weeks after Bipin Rawat, India's new army chief, acknowledged in an interview the existence of the country's "Cold Start" military doctrine.

Cold Start is the name given to a limited-war strategy designed to seize Pakistani territory swiftly without, in theory, risking a nuclear conflict. It has its roots in an attack on India's parliament in 2001, which was carried out by terrorist groups allegedly used as proxies by Pakistan's powerful intelligence services (ISI).

India's response to the onslaught was a flop: by the time its lumbering Strike Corps were mobilized and positioned on the frontier, Pakistan had already bulked up its defenses, raising both the costs of incursion and the risk that it would escalate into a nuclear conflict.

Cold Start is an attempt to draw lessons from this: having nimbler, integrated units stationed closer to the border would allow India to inflict significant harm before international powers demanded a ceasefire; by pursuing narrow aims, it would also deny Pakistan a justification for triggering a nuclear strike.

Yet India has refused to own up to the existence of the doctrine since it was first publicly discussed in 2004. Nor was its rumored existence enough to stop Pakistani terrorists from launching devastating attacks in Mumbai in 2008, killing 164 people.

One reason for India to keep its cards close to its chest is that it may not be capable of acting on Cold Start. Indeed, India's army chief admitted to civilian leaders after the 2008 attacks that his battalions were "not ready for war" with Pakistan.

It probably did not help that India's political leaders never signed off on it either, as a leaked diplomatic cable from 2010 suggested. Yet things have taken a different turn since an assault last September on the Indian garrison of Uri in Kashmir, which left 19 dead.

In a departure from India's traditionally defensive posture, the government responded by authorizing "surgical strikes" along the frontier, targeted at "terrorist launchpads" and "those protecting them".

By acknowledging the doctrine, which would demand a more potent retaliation than these commando operations, the army seems keen to signal that it has a range of strategic options, introducing an element of unpredictability in its response. Political leaders may have also come closer to embracing it.

The government of Narendra Modi has shown keen interest in national-security matters, moving India into the world's top-five defense spenders, addressing servicemen's grievances and mulling a wholesale revamp of the armed forces' structure.

Whether the strategy will prove effective remains to be seen. By pursuing Cold Start, the army may have reaped "the worst of both worlds", says Walter Ladwig, a scholar at King's College London. Should it come after a terrorist attack prepared with the ISI's knowledge, India's response would lack the element of surprise.

That makes Cold Start a dubious deterrent. And Mr Rawat's recognition of the doctrine's existence provides further reason for Pakistan to develop "tactical" nukes—tiny warheads that could easily end up in inexpert or malevolent hands. The risk of overreaction on Pakistan's side is heightened by India's continued obfuscation about what exactly the concept means, making the whole premise seem misguided.

Indeed, Pakistani officials have already threatened to use nuclear weapons, should India put Cold Start into action. In conventional war, confusing an enemy can lead to victory; when two nuclear powers are involved it is a surer step towards a disastrous draw.

What Are You Waiting For? - Duration: 2:39.

It doesn't take years to change.

It takes years to prepare yourself

for the change that happens

in an instant.

So what would happen

if we let go of this story that it needs to be hard?

Would you still value the growth as much

if it wasn't first preceded

by the struggle?

Would you still feel worthy of your success

if you got it without first overcoming

all the obstacles?

Because the ease of life is available to you if you choose it.

You see the moment of change is not preceded by pain but by choice.

And that choice is preceded by struggle not for any other reason

than to convince yourself

that you are finally ready to make the decision

that you can make NOW.

For now

is all there is.

You will make no decisions in the future,

you will always make them in the now.

And the past,

the past

is simply a firing of electrical impulses in your brain

connecting you to a physiological response of emotion.

And yet the past can not be experienced in any other way

than in the now.

So how ironic is it

that we wait to make the decisions we most desire?

Waiting to make them in the now, which is where we already exist.

Which is where we always exist.

You see, there is nothing you need

that is not already within you.

There are no mistakes within the perfection of creation

so you were created for a reason.

You are a necessary part of the whole.

None of this exists without you.

You are divine.

You are infinite.

And you did not choose this life simply

to live it misaligned from your highest calling.

Your birthright is happiness.

Your birthright is joy.

And sadness

and pain

and pleasure

and tears

and laughter

and above all else

your birthright is LOVE.

You are human.

At least for the time being.

The greatest power you have as a human being is the power of free will.

You have choice.

So what a waste it would be

to put off making the choices that most excite you

only to realize that you've waited your whole life

for a moment that's always been here.

NOW.
