He's a man of Convictions.

With a lot of interesting points.

Regardless of what you think about Alex, he's kind of become an icon.

What he represents, I have no idea, but that's beside the point.

He's become an endless stream of entertainment for many and today, we're taking a look at

some of his finest moments.

I'm Kyle with WickedFeed, and today we're putting chemicals in the water and counting

down the 5 Most Ridiculous Alex Jones Moments.

Let's get started.

#5 9/11 Was an Inside Job Arrest

We imagine this isn't the first time Alex has been arrested.

But based on all those cameras, it seems like this arrest did get a bit of media attention.

In 2007, Alex Jones led a protest in an attempt to disrupt FOX News Geraldo show.

Wielding a bull-horn, Alex led a group of followers in a chant, screaming 9/11 was an

inside job.

I know you have your gripes with the Government, but maybe get a permit next time?

A crazy conspiracy theory?

Sure, but not his most crazy.

#4 Becoming a Dog

Around the peak of the Caitlyn Jenner controversy, Alex made it a point to showcase some of the

ridiculousness surrounding the current politically correct climate.

How?

By transforming into a dog.

Alex is never afraid of being energetic.

Even if it means tying dirty socks to his ears.

Now, of course, he doesn't really think he's a dog.

But his commitment to illustrating a point is definitely admirable.

Throw the guy a bone.

#3 The Gay Frogs

Remember when we mentioned Alex's conspiracies only get stranger?

Well, arguably nothing beats his gay frog rant.

Oh, you haven't heard it?

Well

Alex was convinced that the Government developed a gay bomb to make enemy soldiers stop fighting

and make gay love.

And that the chemical has somehow made it's way into our water and is uh, what was it?

Right.

It makes perfect sense if you ask me.

Fuckin' Globalists.

#2 Alex vs Piers

Let's be real.

Piers Morgan sucks.

And many people remember the savagery released upon him by Conservative Ben Shapiro on the

issue of Gun Regulations.

With that said.

Credit where credit is due.

Alex Jones also went head to head with the British anti-gun personality In a way that

was a bit more Charistmatic?

I mean, we'll give him credit.

He makes some good points from time to time when he sticks to the issue of firearms

But it's when he gets sidetracked that he starts to lose us.

I mean, he even turns British himself at one point.

Unfortunately, it seems like Alex never learned that you catch more flies with honey than

you do with vinegar.

Even as supporters of gun rights, it's hard to take him seriously-

Okay, Jesus.

And finally

#1 Alex Crashes The Young Turks

2016 was a rough year for politics.

Lunacy was out in full swing from both the Left and Right.

The media had revealed itself more than ever as atrociously unethical, which this clip

may quite possibly be more emblematic of than anything.

The Young Turks, who are likely best known for being a reason why people think the Left

is crazy, get their broadcast at the Republican National Convention crashed by one of the

reasons why people think the Right is crazy.

Alex Jones.

Alex barges in with his camera crew and begins harassing their host, Cenk Uygur.

Alex yells in his usual fashion, spikes their cameras with Bill Clinton Rape shirts and

basically trolls the living shit out of them.

What makes this incident beautiful, is that it appears as though Alex Jones insanity is

contagious.

He's able to provoke Cenk into a near physical altercation, gets co-host Ana Kasparian to

scream elementary school insults

and even gets another correspondent to spit in his face So mission accomplished?

This is a magnificent moment because it is wholeheartedly a metaphor for what the media

as a whole has devolved into.

And if that was Alex's intention, my God, the man may actually be a genius

Sound like a valid conspiracy?

I don't know.

now the mechanism resembles a mix of the old plastic Dayan and the lingpo.

overall this is a great cube if you already have a cube that you love then you don't need

to get it but if you're in the market for a new main this is a must have.

Pros: very stable, good corner cutting, a great price, perfect feel and a good flow.

Cons: there's a small part where it can't cut and feels a tiny bit cheap.

thank you first question is what does

passion into passionate ok this is this

is my version of passion passion stems

from the belief that in the process of

doing something you can be more of who

you want to be

while being who you are ok which

basically means that they anything that

you do that give you that potential of

being more creative passion i love it

awesome and how's of passion relates to

leadership

well okay let me ask the question i mean

if if you are in a situation where your

broth is always like this

okay and there's no excitement there's

no passion there's no bigger grand

picture there's no it is essential is no

purpose that you see in the distance

nothing greater are you going to be

motivated are you going to be engaged

not at all why because well you know

passion them or or passion is is the

thing that also creates passion if you

are in an environment that is

unfashionable that is not exciting that

is not fun that is not where people are

moving they're making things better

they're achieving something that they

can be proud of

okay then whoa you're going to be less

engaged and you're not going to be very

excited and you're going to be in and

even if you are

if you have amazing skills even if you

have incredible potential if you are in

that kind of an environment you will be

an underachiever love your passion for

it is very obvious and as beautiful as

it is I always like to ask that

challenging question of it's easy when

it's easy but when going is going tough

how do you actually find passion

ok that's the whole thing about

focusrite okay i mean okay let me just

give you give you one of the things ok

first of all when you focus on something

you notice the things that you're

focusing on you're saying all my gosh

the economy is so difficult

everything is so difficult but people

still or are not engaged and and people

don't want to show up for work and

singing and you focus on all the stuff

will guess what you're going to get

you're going to see all of that and

you're going to delete all of the other

things all of the potential great thing

you know what just like when you're

let's say for example you're working

you're kind of going on and you're doing

everything perfectly for three months

and then you make one mistake and then

suddenly nobody remembers what you've

been doing for the past three things

just that one thing it and suddenly

everything that you don't already have

built up that momentum that excitement

and everything else this space

ok and you lose your passion because the

people around you are now focusing on

what you are not doing or what you're

doing wrong instead of what you have

done or what you have the potential to

achieve so environment and the

leadership ability to focus to help

people focus on how they can be valuable

how they can move past their mistake how

they and the excellent how they can

bring out the best of who they are and

even if they make mistakes how they can

use those mistakes to improve their

competencies that is when you develop an

organization that has passion it's about

what you focus on i love it and how does

than 0 actually what makes it I want to

conclude with one question is because we

talked a lot about passionate about

leadership

what makes a passionate leadership a

passionate leader

well a passionate leader again okay yeah

i mean this is this is not uncommon to

the idea of having a vision of the

leader must have a vision you have to

have some kind of a bigger picture that

end result that that vision and there

should be some purpose connected to it

and it's not just about making money

it's about doing something bigger than

just yourself but here's the thing the

leader have to see here is that

oftentimes people expect that a leader

must have certain level of competency

okay well you think

research has shown that multiple

competencies including things that are

missing and thumb no other people have

them and they're great leader people are

just like wow ok they don't have this

competency and this guy may have it this

guy is like you know doing well this guy

is doing well the guy has none of these

and he's also doing being a great leader

but they're all different

why is it so the thing is that people

are focused too much on the leadership

competency instead of the development of

the individual to become a great leader

you have friends hopefully facebook have

some realize i got a handful so let's

say for example you go out with your

friends you're going to behavior

behavior will be different than you have

with your family and your behavior with

your friends your family is also going

to be different then what you have with

your arm at work right so what ends up

happening is that you literally are your

environment is bringing out different

facet of who you are right and because

the environment is bringing a different

facet of who you are a great leader is

one who developed an environment that

support passion that literally helps

people to be from where they are now

whoo-hoo they want to become

right and so a passionate leader doesn't

scan can draw from all maybe he's a good

leader with his kids but maybe he's no

not really that good with with the

employees

ok maybe he's really good with one of

his friends he's got some leadership

qualities in philly bring some from here

from this environment from this

environment and he identifies the thing

that really make him the best of who he

is and he creates his own leadership

identity and we actually have a whole

process for this with director of

communications psychology and that is

where you develop passionate leaders

because they're not pretending they

actually are being the best of who they

are and just refining who they already

are which means it's also a sustainable

leadership model lot of times people go

to these trainings and then they say oh

you have to have this you have to be bit

you have to do this you know a good

leader and everything else and people

tried and three weeks later

it's like they just kind of end up going

back to how they were because it's not

natural

it's not really them it has to come from

as exactly and and and having that focus

of identifying how whatever it is that

you're doing whether you're building

pipes whether you're manufacturing

phones whether you are developing people

or whether you're handling people money

it doesn't matter okay whatever it is

that you are doing ok

finding the purpose of your contribution

your essence of the bigger picture your

place not in the organization not in the

industry but how are you and your

company making a difference the people

that you need every day

ok the people that interact with you

customers clients each other and seeing

your work as an opportunity to make a

global impact because you know right now

we're in a global you know uses

situation is a lot of help if you've got

you

got these people over here then they go

and they move and they go to a different

country and then over here and and you

know imagine if you make a difference in

five people's lives if you find a way to

make them better improve their

perspective those five people are going

to affect their families their children

the multiplier Farage's and those people

are going to affect others and others

and others and eventually we will have a

better world become we are passionate

about who we are and what we are

achieving with each other regardless of

our jobs i love it make impact no better

Best Tree House in Munnar - Ela Ecoland Nature Retreat - Duration: 3:37.

Hello, Everyone, I am right now in Munnar and I am here to introduce you to one of the

most interesting specialty lodging options available in Munnar.

And yes it is a tree house.

Here at Ela Ecoland, the tree house is set up atop five large trees of which one tree

goes through the middle of the house.

A tree house is basically a specialty lodging set atop the trees, the concept dates back

to human habitation in the forest where the man stayed atop the trees to keep himself

away from the wild beings of the forest.

Its called an "Erumadam" in the local of Malayalam.

Today the tree house is about merging along with nature for the nature lover in you.

The most interesting thing about this tree house is its large spacious balcony, lush

greenery around, and the view of the Kallar Nallathani River that flows through the property

in the form of a waterfall.

So let's go in.

The tree house is around 400 SQ FT in size, that includes a bathroom and one of the tree

goes through the middle of the house.

There is a bed which is pretty much spacious enough for a couple.

We have got a pedestrial fan, intercom service is available, two lamp shades, hot water kettle,

and tea coffee sachets if you want to make a morning coffee or so.

And there are two bottles of UV filtered water, we use glass bottles to avoid plastic and

the floor is carpeted.

Tree house has relatively a smaller bathroom.

It has got a western water closet, a wash basin, basic toiletries that include soap

and shampoo, two taps one for hot water and the other for cold water.

During mornings you can hear the sweet sounds of the birds and tree house would be something

very much interesting for the nature lover and is one of the best speciality lodging

available in Munnar.

Former President Benigno Aquino III has the best performance rating among the five Presidents

the country has had since 1986, according to a survey made by Social Weather Stations.

Results of the poll released Tuesday (Jan. 31) showed Aquino with a "good" satisfaction

rating of +47 for his performance.

His predecessor, incumbent Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, received a "neutral"

rating of -2, Joseph Estrada and Fidel Ramos with a "moderate" +15 and +14, respectively,

and Corazon Aquino with a "neutral" +5.

President Rodrigo Duterte's satisfaction rating stood at +61 in the last quarter of

2016, SWS said.

Aquino got the highest score in helping the poor (+46, good) and foreign relations (+43).

He scored a "moderate" +20 for fighting crime and +15 for eradicating graft and corruption,

and a "neutral" +2 for fighting inflation.

SWS President Mahar Mangahas attributed Aquino's stellar ratings to the drastic changes he

made when he assumed office.

"The Office of the President was very bad rated until the very end of the Arroyo administration.

It completely bounced up as soon as Aquino took over.
