and you'll see the possibilities on Neely Henry Lake. For unique properties in Alabama,

If you haven't spent time on Neely Henry Lake, and you're in Birmingham,

well you've really missed a great opportunity. Neely Henry lake is an

11,200 acre lake

just outside of Birmingham, just North of Logan Martin lake, and south of Weiss lake.

But what's really unique is, we have this property that's

1.7. Acres it has about 380 feet of shoreline

It's eight to nine feet deep

It's eight to nine feet deep at the end of the pier, and it's a covered pier, it has a sundeck, be great for fishing

Sunbathing and getting ready for the parties on the lake

you also once had a cabin on this property and

at the end of the video, you're going to see a link that can take you to let you look at the cabin that was there

But, it has an opportunity to go in there and do some tiny houses if you wanted to do that, if you had multiple

families that wanted to go in there and put a cabin. But it's a great opportunity

It has a concrete drive already down to the potential cabin site

It has road frontage, so there's water and there's power

But the great thing about it is, you have 180 degree view of

the water, once you clear out a few of the trees. You're very close to the water. It's a really pretty view.

Also, what's great about Neely Henry Lake that you need to know about, it has

339 miles of shoreline

on the lake

Also, it's 77 miles from Neely Henry dam to Weiss Lake

so it's a lot of opportunity to go out there and enjoy the lake from wakeboarding

skiing

tubing

also opportunities to bass fish. There's been several tournaments

FLW and some other small tournaments that's been on the lake at some time or another

So you have stripe fishing, you have crappie fishing. It's also known

for great crappie fish. Matter of fact

Weiss Lake used to be the crappie fishing

capital of the world. And

And a lot of those people, the crappie's not great up there now, or coming to Neely Henry Lake. You're going to see some of

those articles being posted

but it's a really great lake, its very quiet. It's a mountain lake, you're tucked in

because of all the mountains. Then, it's limited from a development because of the topography.

Also, Alabama Power owns a lot of what's left to be developed at the end of the lake. This property,

you're only 20 minutes from Publix, there in Rainbow City

So its convenient shopping, and you're only about 50 minutes from Birmingham.

You're 20 minutes, like I said, from Rainbow City because of Publix, and there's other shopping as well.

But it's a really nice lake. I've actually skied

and tubed on this part, which is Shoal Creek. So you have 300 feet of waterfront on Shoal Creek, it's

1.7 acres there

tucked in away, and it's also private from the road. I didn't mention that, but if you built something down below,

you're not going to be able to see the lower cabin that you build, or whatever you choose to do on site

but it's a great little piece of property. Again, it's 1.7 acres, it's 380 feet of shoreline,

opportunities to do a lot of different things on the

property

According to recent reports, Liverpool could have a perfect opportunity to replace him

this summer, as Don Balon believe Mateo Kovacic could be set to leave Los Blancos this summer

in search of regular first-team football.

Although Kovacic was injured during the early stages of the season, the fact he has only

made 9 starts in La Liga this season speaks volumes about his relative importance to the

club,

so the path should be clear for Liverpool to make a bid for his services during the

upcoming transfer window.

At 23-years-old, Kovacic is an immense prospect simply waiting to be unearthed.

The Croatian international is a box-to-box midfielder who possesses all of the attributes

which are needed to succeed in his position – especially at Liverpool where the midfield

trio are so fundamental to the club's success.

Quite simply, Kovacic would represent an upgrade on Wijnaldum

and, if reports from Spain which claim he would be willing to leave the Bernabeu this

summer prove to be true, Liverpool should do everything they can to bring him

to Anfield.
