The Europa League. Azerbaijan. A Thursday night.Arsenal certainly know how to live these days

But none of those old jokes work any more, as the resurgent Gunners are on a run of seven straight wins in all competitions, and will go for an eighth at Qarabag in their second European game of the season so far

Unai Emery has got his new side playing to his tune, and he'll be desperate to extend that run as he looks to take control of the Gunners' group in a competition that he won three times as Sevilla boss

Here's what we spotted as Arsenal's players trained at Baku's Olympic Stadium on Wednesday

1. A promotion for some young Gunners Youngsters Emile Smith Rowe and Eddie Nketiah have made the trip with Emery's boys, and there was a notable promotion for both

Smith Rowe came on for the final 20 minutes of the 4-2 win over Vorskla in the previous Europa League game for his Gunners debut, while Nketiah - who was an unused substitute for that game - is still waiting for his first appearance of the season

And with some big names missing from the Gunners squad, it looked like the pair helped themselves to some upgraded training kits

Smith Rowe, whose squad number is 55, was seen in the injured Ainsley Maitland-Niles' No.15 top, while Nketiah, who wears 49, wore the absent Henrikh Mkhitaryan's No.7.The cheeky scamps

2. The defensive wall needs work lads The Arsenal version of the haka? Maybe, but whatever it was the Gunners players seemed to enjoy doing

this as the session continued.Nketiah, Lucas Torreira, Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal all had their gamefaces on, and maybe bringing this out tomorrow will throw their opponents off guard? 3

A start for Ozil this time? There's a chance, just a chance, that things might be beginning to turn around for Mesut Ozil

The German was named on the bench for the Europa League opener against Vorskla, only to come off the bench and find the back of the net, something that he did again in the Premier League against Watford at the weekend

With the Gunners in stunning form and Emery's popularity growing week after week, maybe Ozil could be about to break into the type of season he's always threatened to produce?

4. Should Emery resist the shake-up at the back? Rob Holding won plenty of praise for his display in the win over Watford at the weekend, and so while in normal circumstances Emery might be tempted to chop and change his defence for this one, maybe he should decide to stick and not twist here

The Holding and Shkodran Mustafi partnership might just be one that the manager wants to see again, although he'll certainly be tempted to turn to the experience of Sokratis Papastathopoulos now he's available again

5. Emery points the way to the knockout stages Let's be honest, Arsenal's group is a poor one

And so win here and the Gunners will be in a perfect position going into the double header with Sporting that's next up

As a man who knows exactly what to do in this competition, Emery will be leaving nothing to chance in his did to get that win, and he's likely to send out a strong side to get the job done

Democratic democratic senator

And it is a whitewash, and there

They have not interviewed again

Dr. Blasey Ford and judge

>> What do you say to those who

say, well, Dr. Ford and judge

point in reinterviewing them.

>> Dr. Blasey Ford wanted to be

The idea that a survivor of

white house that straitjacketed

this investigation.

I came up with this beat last night - Duration: 2:41.

- So yesterday I came up with a beat, just out of the blue,

boom, messing around on my machine, and I liked it so much,

that I decided to make a lesson out of it,

so let's listen to it first and after that I'm going

to teach you how you can play it.

(beat plays)

Okay, first of all, we have to set these two pads

to play a cowbell instead of a side stick,

I assume you know how to do that,

otherwise you can check out this video on how

to set up Maschine MK3 for finger drumming,

alright, now that we've set these two things to a cowbell,

we can start playing the main pattern, which is this.

(beat plays)

That's the main pattern, try and do that first,

then bring in the left hand

and play swinged notes on the upbeat.

(beat plays)

That's step two, and step three is,

we're gonna play a cowbell.

(beat plays)

One, two, three, four,

one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

one, two, three, four,

one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

ah-one, two, three, four,

one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, four,

one.

And now we can add in the last two hits,

cause after the hit on the two-ah,

we move to these two pads,

and then to these two pads, with the left hand.

(beat plays)

And basically, they're all on the after beat,

and you just move as soon as you do the

ah, two-ah, three-ah, four-ah,

ah, two-ah, three-ah, four-ah,

so, one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, ah-four,

ah-one, two, three, four,

one, two, ah-three, ah-four,

ah-one, alright, for Patreons I left a little extra

bonus backing track on the Patreon page for them

to jam along to, you can practice this song with me

playing guitar over it, that's it for this lesson,

rock on and I'll see you next week for a new video, buh-bye.

Catching up with Lionel Sanders ahead of Kona 2018 - Duration: 4:52.

I mean I really could

go home in the ambulance afterwards.

That's the level that I take it too.

And intend to take it too,

especially in Kona.

Afer I saw you,

I had probably

the biggest performance of

my career in Kona.

2017

I was leading the race for

23 miles or so, of the run.

I wake up every morning with sweats and

nightmares.

You know,

I have a good sense of what it would

feel like to win it.

And I know I can win it.

What is this medal? What year?

Oh yeah,

this is the medal.

The bowl is up stairs.

I usually eat every meal out of that bowl.

This is my best dive.

Cheater, the cheater fins.

Legs are tight.

It's all good, as hard as you train

you got to rest just as hard.

And now I look like an alien.

Am I ever going to be coming out with

Josh Amberger and Lucy Charles?

Probably not.

Until I make the front pack,

I won't be satisfied

Let's eat.

I mean the big difference between

this year and last year,

is that I'm eating a lot better.

I cut meat out,

so I haven't eaten meat now in like

14 weeks or something like that.

Yesterday's workout was

six and a half hours, continuous.

At approximately

1,000 calories per hour, burning.

Plus a resting rate of, let's say

3,500 calories, that's like

over 10,000 calories

that I burned yesterday.

Algae.

Don't smell it, plug your nose.

I gotten up to...

That's nothing!

about that much! That's all I can handle.

You don't realize that you're limiting yourself.

Until you stop limiting yourself, and then you

realize how much you we're limiting yourself.

My fear in Kona is one and only, one thing

and it is getting a flat tire.

That's the only I really can't control, otherwise.

I will show up to that race in the best

mental and physical form that I can be in.

And when the going gets tough

and we get to the second half of the run

there's not a doubt in my mind that I can

suffer with the best of them.

For the longest time, I was timing

flat tire changes.

I had a tire, a rim just sitting

in the living room.

And all of a sudden, be like

flat tire!

And had to immediately change a flat tire.

Start to finish, I think I got it down to like

under a minute.

Oh, we're going to be

going up a mountain here.

I don't know.

I just ride around on Zwift all day.

When you been staring at a wall...

just riding around with people

and the camaraderie,

and the racing, and all that sort of thing.

That's what I love most about it.

I was in a crap place of my life.

That's when IRONMAN came into my life.

And I saw, first thing was a picture of

Craig [Crowie] Alexander winning the 2009

IRONMAN World Championship.

Then I saw that in a basement.

You know, nothing to live for really.

I think it'd be like the cherry on the cake.

If I could take it from the basement,

to the very top.

This is the moment you train for.

This is the moment you live for.

So put your money where your mouth is,

show me what you got.

Definitely a few things, I'm trying to prove.

You know one,

I don't know how many times I've heard,

someone who swims like me

could never win Kona.

It's absolutely impossible.

So that pisses me right off.

And then of course, my running too.

They say the same thing about

my running.

Some one who looks like that,

who runs like that, with

such poor run form.

There's just no way you can win Kona.

So I'd like to prove them wrong.

I do train by myself a lot of the time.

It doesn't change the fact, that when

I know people can see that I'm training,

it takes me to a new level.

What was your pace in IRONMAN?

Last year in Kona, I think I averaged like

4:06's off the bike.

I'd like to improve up on that.

My best in IRONMAN is

about 3:49

Practice, practice, practice!

And now we got to rest up,

we got a big round of golf.

At the Little River

Golf Course.

I'll show him how it's done.

If I win,

he pays me 20 bucks.

She took my shoes out of my bag, I know it.

I know they were in there!

Too much?

She gone!

Alright I think I like to reduce the bet.

That's the problem when you don't warm up.

You warm up on the first hole.

He's going to blame it on warm up

and/or golf shoes.

You want me to go put my sandals back on?

He doesn't like to lose.

I'm going to start walking to the

the road, side of the road

cause that's where my ball is.

🎵 Searching for my ball, 🎵

🎵 searching all day. 🎵

Don't gloat!

Still watching a movie tonight.

You had one good hole.

I had one good hole!

Good game!

It's always good to end on a good note,

cause then you want to come back.

It's all good. C'est la vie [such is life].

It's fun none the less.

What it took to win last year

is not going to be enough this year.

So you can't set your

sights on that, you always have to be

setting your sights two,

three minutes faster.

Mentally I'm not really doing this to win.

I'm doing it, to achieve my absolute best.

How to Clean Up Old Computer Files Quick and Easy! - Duration: 5:16.

In this video you're going to learn how to clean up old computer files quickly and efficiently.

I'm Andy you're watching learn how. I create video lessons and tutorials to help people learn how to use technology to improve their lifestyle.

So if you like what you see in this video, please consider subscribing.

Alright, I'm going to show you how to clean up old computer files very quickly using a program that I love and that I use

called CleanMyMac 3.

You can grab a free trial of CleanMyMac 3

I got a link in the description right below this video.

But it really is an awesome program that I believe they have a version for PC and Mac. I use the Mac version.

But after you download it, you'll be able to come here on your desktop and launch the CleanMyMac 3 software.

Now to clean up old computer files very quickly and efficiently I can just come right over here to

large and old files.

Now I can run a scan of my computer scan the large and old files on my computer very quickly right here

And then I'll be able to very easily go through and delete the ones that I no longer need.

If you were to do this manually you'd have to like go into your finder go into your documents go into random folders and

just search and search and search and search and try and find like what's taking up a lot of your storage space.

Because the reason you probably want to do this is because your hard drive is filling up.

If I were to look up here at the top. I could see my hard drive. I only have about forty eight gigabytes available.

So yeah

This is a time where I want to probably go through my old files and see what I can do to clean it up.

So I'm gonna let this run for a little while and then we'll take a look at the results.

Okay, so my scan is completed and now I can review my files to see where I can clean things up.

The really cool thing about CleanMyMac is it sorts things by file size.

So if I wanted to I could look right up here at all files, or I could just look at stuff

that's more than five megabytes.

If I want to look at the biggest files... and you can kind of see here what sort of file sizes are

taking up the most storage, and over here on the right side

It lists my folders and files that are taking up a lot of size. So this first folder factory packs is

taking up quite a bit...

of my storage space. So if I wanted to I could look in here I could see where it is

I could see what's in it like oh, those are my Ableton packs. I probably want to keep those, but camera uploads

I got some random stuff in there.

Some random video files that maybe I don't need anymore. So if I wanted to I could just go through and check these

and then when I check them you'll notice I can press this big remove button right here at the bottom of the screen and

remove those files. So let's say ok. I just want to look at everything that's more than 5 gigabytes.

Ok, so I've got these three folders. Obviously I've got a my camera uploads...

like I said. And most of these camera uploads looking at them are

Mp4. So those are video files. So if I didn't know what these were I keep you know

obviously go into these and look and see what all these are and kind of figure out. Ok. What? What are these?

Oh, that's from my lake powell trip. Do I want those do I not want those?

If I wanted to erase all of them I could just check the folder and just delete

delete all the files, but if not, I can just kind of quickly go through these I can see files like oh

here's a here's a GoPro file.

That's taking up a lot of space. I'm not sure what that is.

Ok, that's like a really random old-school video. I don't think I really need that anymore.

I'm just gonna check that click remove boom remove and

Gonzo, three point two gigabytes cleaned up.

Now

I could do that with as many files as I want...

I could select a lot of files I could select one file and then I can just go through and click and

select where I want to clean up my old files, but that's how awesome this this program is.

You'll obviously need to purchase a license if you do want to remove stuff.

I think you can see files for free but to actually go through and remove them through the program

I think you have to pay for it. And I think what it's like 40 bucks for a lifetime license, so it's crazy good.

I mean I bought this like a year ago. It's definitely paid for itself.

I've cleaned up my hard drive so many times, freed up so much space. So if you want to go through and learn how to

free up old computer files, files that are taking up a lot of your storage to get some more space back on your hard drive

CleanMyMac 3 is the recommended program in my opinion. The one that I personally use, so check it out right below this video.

Leave me a comment. Let me know what you think. Let me know if you have any questions guys

Spark + Sanebox | My Email Set-up - Duration: 10:03.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another video it is Francesco here

Welcome to the Keep Productive youtube channel if you are brand new, but if you're a regular welcome back, so guys today's video

another video i'm going to be doing it on spark mail today and

Sanebox giving you a short outline of how I use it on a daily basis as my email manager

And what I'll be doing today is demonstrating its Spark on Mac

although it does work very well on iOS too and I will be explaining my sort of experience with

Email applications to at the moment a lot of people asking

How do we navigate this whole personal email third party thing at the moment? What's the best app?

I will be doing more videos on this but I wanted to give you my sort of thoughts and how I'm using it

Maybe it will reflect on your own situation

I wanted to outline some of the features of spam is quite interesting and also show you how

Sandbox sort of plays into that

Which I've been using for two months. So I'm quite excited for this future

I'm ready and raring to go raring and ready to go. Don't know what this year around. I've got my

Thomas frank dinner one end could seen it. I bought a t-shirt from the thomas frank youtube merchandise

He does awesome videos thomas frank and I will be getting even on my podcast soon. So stay tuned

He will be talking about his own notion layout. I'm properly excited about it. I don't know about anyone else, but

It will be awesome because I followed him for ages

Anyway enough about that. Let's not even do spark as you can see. This is my spark

This is the dark mode from a Harvey a Mac OS

Now one thing that I particularly like about spark is the design

I think that when I was looking at email alternatives after Newton obviously had a great application with Newton

I was very happy and an overnight sort of went down

I looked at two main applications after I left and that was mainly from along my research at Newton

We always kept an eye on competitors naturally like you do

And I was always aware of them. I looked at spark and poly male

Now poly male is more designed for a team

Orientated email application whereas punk was more of a personal application

and I knew that it was a company that I previously

Was aware of in terms of trusted and was happy with riddle now riddle develop a whole host of applications

You might know some of them likes a document spark

calendars five and a couple more PDF

Applications to they they've got a whole suite of applications. I

Liked the fact that they did spark and they did it for free

So I was happy to jump on board and but actually I was happy to pay for an email

Application if I'm honest and I'll come to that NER at the end so I got on spark

I did June client with Polly mail

A lot of people pressure me to go towards Astro two didn't get enough time to try that before I got shut down

it's actually quite good for me being a reviewer because it saved me a lot of time but

Spunk really did stand out and the main reasons I was happy would spark is again design was fantastic

On Mac. I really loved the fact that you could have multiple accounts the fact that you could go on the calendar function as well

Imports the calendars that you have connected to your email accounts, which is great because I use a lot of Google Calendar

so I if I'm like in a rush and I can see all of the details of my events and even move them about and

things like that

That was very handy

Of course you had the ability to if you wanted to use the team functions they do have team functions in spark

So if I wanted to at any can point in the future I could use the shared elements of that

But the one thing I liked is the favorites down the left hand side. So I have

this is

SaneBox

Donor where does sandbox or same box? But same box is the way I'm gonna say it

I've got and calling that in my head for a while now. I actually got same box

probably the week after

Newton came out because I knew that when Newton when Newton died sorry when Newton announces shut down not

Anyway, same box obviously

Was essentially a replacement for my low priority inbox inside of Newton

so there was a feature inside Newton they would essentially allow you to get newsletters social media messages filtered into that box and it basically

Cleaned out my e the majority of it

I knew that spark sort of had that with smart inbox

But I will not I don't really like the smart inbox idea

I think it's the way it's visually laid out and sparked and I wanted to keep that simple but still have

Sandbox there. So sandbox is something I use what it does now. Is it collects up all of my

Social media messages team communication apps newsletters. I

Pretty much everything you can think of activity logs, you know all the stuff that you'd expect

So let me just demonstrate. I've got like twist up here notification from twist. I

collected a point at the local coffee shop I got and

Amazon order that's arriving today. Hopefully the buzzer won't go during this demonstration

discounts for prez Oh, which is like a

Restaurant that's around the UK and and so many more receipt Bank, you know Google Analytics

so it's almost filtering out all the stuff and that's inside a box or a

Folder inside of Gmail Ivan got it connected to one email at the moment. It's that's my gmail my main dream out

And that basically filters that out and some occurred same later. So they're like no priority ones that you can really focus on later and

say news

Essentially say news is all of your newsletters or discounts really the majority of them are unless you train

Them to go into the other inboxes now

This is what's quite exciting about saying box and I will be doing more in-depth reviews about it and future the separate review on it

But this is more of an overview

It's very smart. So once you start putting stuff into the inboxes

Certain inboxes. It just starts to learn about what your

Routine is and then it will start putting them in there for future. So you constantly move it. It'll constantly react which is fantastic

That's something you want with an email management tool again. I haven't trying too many of them. That's something I'd say

I've only tried the likes of same box and that was a recommendation from Paul minors from ages ago and

In in Tim Ferriss, I think because it was from one of his books. I've also got seen no replies, which is an area

That essentially brings up all emails that I don't have a reply to yet

But I've sent so it's almost like a waiting box a great way to view all of those. So as you can imagine

It's actually reduced the amount of email that's coming into the inbox

Which is awesome because I love that because it's really reducing

It's only bringing in the main emails and if I get an email

Then I don't like I just move it to one of these it will learn for future

Now talking about some of the features of spark that I really really like is

There's probably two core features that I love and that is snooze

And so snooze is swipeable as well inside in the Mac App as well as on the iPhone

So I can swipe to snooze and it will bring up a host of options. I quite like this window

It says later today tomorrow next week someday

Or you can pick a date exactly which is really really nice and you can put an alert on it too

Now the on the one I really like is the send later. So if I press a new email go down to this one

I can obviously send it later. I could also get a follow-up reminder too, which is something I haven't used yet

Hence these prompt there

But again, it's something that I find really useful

But I really lovely one the send later all of them are stored in the outbox

It just is a great way to visualize it so I have been using

spark for

since probably Newton

Shut down. No, that's not sort of last week when Newton announced their shut down

It's mainly because obviously Newton was unavailable and I just wanted to start getting used to the application

I will say this I am probably not

fully committed yet to

Spark I do want to try other applications

Missive is another application that I've reviewed here on the channel

But I am very impressed with its a Mac iOS Android and Windows application a very cross-platform experience

But do remember this one is a paid application

which sort of sucks I'm just gonna have a little bit of water which sort of sucks because

You've got an application that is limited

You've got an application obviously bit spunk you can sort of go to town

but with missive you you're definitely

Going to be paying unless you only use it for sending so that is my email setup

I hope it was useful. Let me know in the comments what your email setup is again one thing

I didn't mention I will be reviewing superhuman very very soon. So do stay tuned for that one. I will

Be giving a full review on that some of my thoughts. It's gorgeous from the previews

But again, I want to see it in a working condition and Reliance a big. Thank you for stopping by today

Interview Follow Up Email - Best Interview Thank You Email - Duration: 3:32.

Quick follow up after a job interview is an important part of making a great impression.

Find out how how to write a great thank you follow up email, whether it's your first

interview, second interview, or if you're in the final round.

There are two types of follow up emails you might want to send after a job interview.

The first is a thank you email to express your gratitude for the person interviewing

you.

The second type of email is one to follow up on the status of the job when you haven't

heard back.

Let's first look at the thank you email.

You're email is going to look a little bit different depending on whether this is your

first interview or a second or later round interview.

In either case, you'll want to be in contact the same day as your interview with either

your interviewer or your contact person at the company if you don't have a direct connection

to your interviewer.

Regardless of which round of interviews you're following up on, there are a few key points

that your thank you email or thank you note should contain.

First, thank the interviewer for their time.

Next, express your continued interest in the position.

And lastly, try to include some personalized comments that came up during the interview.

Here's what a sample email might look like: Sally, Thanks for taking the time to meet

with me today.

It was great to find out more about the data analyst position.

After learning more about it, I'm even more interested.

I especially like the focus on the long term impacts of the analysis, not just the short

term gains.

I'm excited to move forward in the interview process.

Sincerely, Jen Hood.

If possible, follow this up with a short, hand written thank you note.

For second and later round interviews, follow the same format.

However, you might also choose to talk more about a particular problem or pain point that

came up in the interview.

What this looks like is talking about a problem that the role, the department, or the company

is facing, and how you might help to address that if you were hired.

Here's what you might add on to that original email.

I really connected with the difficulty you're having with maintaining regular follow up

with all customers.

I'm excited to tackle this challenge.

I would first address it by.

And then talk about the first

steps you would take to address the problem. Do you need help

writing a thank you note for an interview?

Leave your questions in the comments below.

If you reach the day you were told you would hear an update about the position and you

haven't heard anything, it's completely acceptable to send a follow up email.

Express your continued interest in the position and inquire when you might hear back about

the position.

This is a good way to keep your name at the top of the interviewer's mind and reassure

them that you're still interested even though you haven't heard anything back.
