I pray to God

My heart, soul, and body

Every single day of my life

With every breath I solemnly promise

To try to live my life for You

O Allah! You did revive my soul

And shone Your light into my heart

So pleasing You is now my only goal

Oh, I love You so

I love You so

Now I know how it's like

To have Your precious love in my life

Now I know how it feels

To finally be at peace inside

I wish that everybody knew

How amazing it feels to love You

I wish that everyone could see

How Your love has set me free

Set me free and made me strong

O Allah! I'm forever grateful to You

Whatever I say could never be enough

You gave me strength to overcome my uncertainties

And stand firm against all the odds

You are the One

Who did revive my soul

And shone Your light into my heart

So pleasing You is now my only goal

Oh, I love You so

I love You so

Now I know how it's like

To have Your precious love in my life

Now I know how it feels

To finally be at peace inside

I wish that everybody knew

How amazing it feels to love You

I wish that everyone could see

How Your love has set me free

Set me free and made me strong

My love, my life, my days, my nights

My wealth, my prayers - all for You

My love, my life, my days, my nights

My wealth, my prayers - all for You

And I swear that I will never put anyone or anything before You

My love, my life, my days, my nights

My wealth, my prayers - all for You

Now I know how it's like

To have Your precious love in my life

Now I know how it feels

To finally be at peace inside

I wish that everybody knew

How amazing it feels to love You

I wish that everyone could see

How Your love has set me free

Set me free and made me strong

Why Gini Wijnaldum has become so vital for Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp ? | LFC News - Duration: 2:16.

Reds midfielder continued impressive start to the season against Brighton.

Jurgen Klopp believes Gini Wijnaldum's versatility is making him a vital cog in Liverpool's midfield

this season.

Wijnaldum was an impressive performer in Saturday's hard-earned 1-0 Premier League win over Brighton

and Hove Albion at Anfield.

No player has featured in more games for Liverpool than Wijnaldum since his arrival in the summer

of 2016.

And Klopp has revealed how, despite the recent signings of Fabinho and Naby Keita, he continues

to rely heavily on the Holland international.

"We knew it from the beginning, the situation was clear – Jordan Henderson would not have

a big break and Fabinho would need time to settle in so it was always clear that Gini

would be in the mix for that position," said the Reds boss.

"He can play both.

If you ask me, he was brilliant in pre-season as the eight.

He was good as the six but brilliant as the eight.

That's why we never had any doubts about that position.

"They all have different characteristics in that role but if we don't defend as a team

neither Hendo, Fabinho or Gini can play the role very well because the space is just too

big.

It's not possible.

If we defend well then it is all fine."

Klopp regards Wijnaldum's composure as a key asset, particularly given Liverpool's high-tempo

style of play.

"Gini is a good footballer, the other two are as well," he added.

"It is only important that you have this kind of mindset that you can cool yourself

down in different situations; that you don't follow the ball or offer runs in behind when

we have enough players to do that.

"We need a few reasonable persons on the pitch, if you want, and Gini can switch from

one mindset to the other and that is pretty good for us."

How do scientists know so much? - Duration: 7:29.

(phone ringing)

- Hi, it's Doug.

Have you ever been walking, like in a park or a forest,

and you found something that really got your attention?

Well, that happened to me recently.

I was in a forest, and I found this.

It's a pine cone,

but I'd never seen a pine cone like this before.

I was so curious, I had all kinds of questions.

So I came home and I got out some

of my books that I have about trees.

These books were written by scientists

who study things like pine trees.

Now, sometimes when I have a question,

I find out that nobody knows the answer,

and that's always exciting, too.

But a lot of times,

there are answers to things that I'm curious about.

And it's scientists who figured them out.

Someone named Barina has a question about scientists.

Let's give her a call now.

(phone ringing)

- Hi, Doug.

- Hi, Barina.

- I have a question for you.

How do scientists know so much?

- That's a great question.

To answer this question, it might be helpful to think

about what scientists do when they work.

Let me tell you a story about two scientists

whose discoveries changed the way

people think about the world.

You see this thing right here?

You might know what it is.

It's a telescope.

And you know what a telescope is used for,

to look up at the night sky.

But it wasn't always used for that.

In fact, when the telescope was first invented,

one of the main ways people would use it

was to watch for enemy ships coming from far away.

No one had thought to point a telescope up at the sky.

No one, until this person.

This was Galileo.

He was a scientist.

Galileo was curious, and we wondered what he might see

if he pointed the telescope up at the sky.

One of the first things he decided to look at was the moon.

Night after night, he looked at the moon

through his telescope.

He wrote notes, and he made drawings of what he saw.

He was amazed by all the details that he noticed.

You see, before Galileo, most people thought

that the moon was this round, perfectly smooth ball.

More like a beautiful nightlight,

rather than some actual place.

But by carefully looking at the moon,

Galileo noticed lots of pointy bumps and shadows.

He compared his drawings to things

that he noticed here on Earth,

and he realized what he was seeing on the moon

were mountains, valleys, and hills.

The moon wasn't some perfectly smooth light;

it was an actual place with mountains and hills,

just like the Earth.

Galileo realized, maybe we could even

go walk around on the moon someday.

Galileo gave us new ideas

about what the moon was really like.

Now, here's another famous scientist.

Her name was Mary Anning.

She's known for being one of the greatest fossil hunters

in all of history.

Mary spent almost every day of her life,

ever since she was a young girl,

searching along the beach for interesting fossils.

One day, there was a landslide.

A huge piece of the cliff near the seashore had fallen down.

Mary wondered, "What if I go look over there?

"If I look carefully, will I find anything new?"

Digging through the rubble,

Mary noticed some really strange markings in the rock.

It was the fossil of a large skull,

with lots of sharp teeth.

As she unearthed the entire fossil

and put its bones together,

Mary realized that it was the fossil of a giant reptile

that had once lived in the ocean.

This was unlike any creature alive today.

It was an animal that had gone extinct.

All her life, Mary kept looking carefully,

finding more and more fossils of extinct animals.

Mary Anning gave us new ideas

about what animals on Earth had been like a long time ago.

Mary Anning and Galileo were looking

at very different things.

But take a moment to think about

what their stories have in common.

What did both of these scientists do that was similar?

Now would be a good time to pause the video and discuss.

Okay, you ready?

One thing you might've noticed is that both Galileo

and Mary Anning started out being really curious

about things around them.

When they noticed something interesting or surprising,

they didn't just say, "Oh, that's neat," and then move on.

They noticed things, and then paid really close attention.

And here's the thing,

when you start paying close attention to something,

you start wondering a lot more questions.

Galileo started wondering things like,

"What are those little bumps and shadows?

"What is the surface of the moon like?"

Mary wondered, "What kind of animals

"did these fossils belong to?

"What does that mean about life a long time ago?"

You don't have to be a scientist to think like this.

This is a drawing made by a young girl named Fiona,

who decided to purposely take something plain and ordinary,

these leaves, and look really carefully at them.

As soon as she started paying close attention,

she realized, she had all these interesting questions.

Drawing and paying careful attention to something

is kind of like training your brain

to discover interesting new things and ask questions.

You should try it yourself.

You can train your brain, too.

For this week's episode, we have a special activity

where you'll practice noticing something,

and asking questions like a scientist.

See how many questions you come up with.

I think you'll find it's a lot of fun,

even if you don't figure out the answers

to the questions right away.

That's totally okay.

Scientists sometimes spend years figuring

out the answers to the questions they come up with.

Even when you do figure out the answer to a question,

you'll find it always leads to new questions.

That's actually one of the fun things

about noticing something interesting and asking questions;

it just gets more and more interesting,

and you start having more and more questions.

That's why at the end of each video,

I always say, "Stay curious."

There are so many interesting things

out there to notice and wonder about.

There are so many questions worth asking.

So, in summary, the reason scientists know so much,

is because they pay close attention to lots of things,

and they ask lots of questions.

By doing this, sometimes they discover things

no one has noticed before.

That's all for this week's question.

Thanks, Barina, for asking it.

Now, for the next episode, I reached into my question jar

and found three questions submitted to me

that I'm thinking about answering.

When this video's done playing, you'll get to vote on one.

You can choose from:

"How do hot air balloons rise?"

"How do trees give us oxygen?"

Or, "How close could an astronaut get to the sun?"

So, submit your vote when the video's over.

I wanna hear from all of you watching.

There are mysteries all around us.

Stay curious, and see ya next week.

Why am I so positive all the time? - Duration: 3:48.

Why am I so positive all the time?

Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of Walk With Me, this is Josh here

and today we're talking about my positivity.

This is something that comes up from time to time in my real life, or in the social

media dm's, so I wanted to take some time to clarify.

Good or bad, there are a lot of things in our lives that we don't have any control over.

There is definitely no doubt, things in my life can be difficult and they can be exhausting

and they can be stressful, and there are a lot of things that I just don't have any control

over.

Obviously this is going to be the same for everybody, but the way I choose to look at

it and the way I choose to see it, I might not have control over those negative things

but I do have control over how I choose to perceive them and how I choose to react.

It's easy to get swept up in a school or a workplace full of negative people that just

want to complain about everything and focus on the negatives.

There are always going to be positives and good things to focus on.

The good versus bad percentages might change over time, but there's always going to be

a positive outlook you can take in any given situation or at least not a negative one and

that's just the way I always try and choose to be.

This is 100% a learned skill so if you're thinking I don't think I could ever get to

that point in my life, I was never in this spot either.

It's something that's learned and practiced over time and obviously still a work in progress

for me too.

You can't get swept up into that negative hive mind of the people that are just trying

to bring themselves down and bring everyone else down with them.

There's a good chance you'll get a lot of resistance and a lot of flac from some people

in your life but that's nothing you should really be worrying about.

You need to focus on yourself and focus on being happy and being positive and appreciating

the good things in your life.

Keep in mind, you're in control of how you react to any situation regardless of how positive

or negative so react the way that you want to feel.

So hopefully this can serve as a little bit of clarification if you're ever wondering

why I stay so positive.

Things in my life obviously aren't perfect all the time.

For as many of those negative things that exist there are just as many if not more positive

things, so that's always what I'm going to choose to focus on.

But that is going to be it for the main topic today, I did have a couple of other things

I wanted to bring up and talk about, I really want to set up a group hike here in Portland.

I would love to know how many of you are in town or near town and would be willing to

travel and do a group hike.

I think this would be a really fun idea for all of us, if we can get enough people I'd

love to get that set up, I think it'd be a lot of fun.

The other thing though that I wanted to bring up, if you haven't yet go sign up for the

newsletter, BFL Monthly, the new issue will be coming out Saturday after this comes out.

It's always on the first of every month.

So if you haven't yet, sign up, I'd greatly appreciate it.

It's been a fun little side project that I've been working on for the last year and a half

or so now.

It's just things that I see around the internet that I think would be of interest to you,

wether it was a podcast episode I heard that was really great or a new TV show I'm watching

or a new Youtuber I just found out about.

So check that out if that's any interest to you, and as usual be sure to subscribe if

you're not already, walk with me comes out every Monday, all sorts of other videos come

out every Friday, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic as a whole so leave

a comment down below let's get a good discussion going, but until next time, I'll talk to you

all later.

Have a good one.

Hanebado Is INTENSE! (or, why it's so fun to watch) - Duration: 5:17.

So, Hanebado, or, the Badminton Play of Ayano Hanesaki, is an anime series produced by Liden

Films and directed by Shinpei Izaki, based on the manga of the same name by Kōsuke Hamada,

about the trials and tribulations faced by the various members of the women's badminton

club of Kitakomachi High School, more specifically those faced by its team captain, Aragaki Nagisa,

a determined athlete with impossibly high standards, and its newest member, Ayano Hanesaki,

a badminton prodigy reluctant to return to the sport.

It's a pretty basic premise, and is one I admittedly was only drawn to for the simple

fact that Badminton was one of the only sports I was interested in growing up, but it's

very quickly hooked me in with just how F&*%IN' HYPE IT IS!

LOOK AT THAT ANIMATION!

LOOK AT THOSE MUSCLES!

LOOK AT THAT SOUL CRUSHING DISAPPOINTMENT!

IT'S JUST LIKE MY CHILDHOOD AW YEAAA-

But seriously, the matches in this show are its biggest draw for me, not just for how great they

look, but also because of the mind games surrounding them.

There's a strong focus on how the characters hone in on and exploit each others' physical

and mental weaknesses to their advantage, how their opponents counter these with their

own sly tactics, and vise versa.

This is often emphasized by their inner monologues to show us the logic and thought processes

that go into each characters' approach to the sport.

The match between Aragaki and the new coach, Tachibana, in the second episode is a great

example of this.

In it, we get to hear both Aragaki's obsessive thoughts straining to keep up with the coach's

pace and the way she beats herself up for not being able to control the match, and Tachibana's

contemplative assessment of Aragaki's playstyle.

This simple trick gives us a better understand of each character and adds a layer of tension

to each match as we hear the characters' thoughts racing, making us feel their desperation

and wondering if they're strategies will be enough for them to win.

This is all heightened by the show's incredible animation and choreography, whose fluidity

makes every move flow faster and hit harder, sometimes brutally so.

As you'd expect from a show about badminton, the level of detail that goes into its badminton

play sweeps you into the tension and uncertainty of every match.

But the drama found in this sport is nothing without the drama of the show's main cast.

I don't want to spoil too much here, but suffice it to say, the character's struggles

centre around not only the conflict between those with 'natural talent' and those

who've had to work hard for their skill, and the frustration that builds between these

groups, but also the idea of those same people pushing themselves beyond their limits to

win in this sport which they've dedicated their lives to, and always falling short of

their goals, and how that affects them, whether the emotional weight of their failure breaks

them, or their refusal to stand down slowly turns them into an a&%$£le, which, not gonna

lie, I'm kinda loving right now.

It highlights the intense emotional strain this dedication puts on a person and the dangers

that can come from it consuming their lives, and while I'm sure the ending of the series

will probably put a positive spin on this theme, about being able to find joy in simply

playing the sport instead of losing your mind trying to win every match, so far this through

line helps the series to work as both an intense sports show and an emotionally raw character drama

Some might even say its, too emotional, over dramatic even, which is a sentiment that I

can't help but agree with.

The series can be quite heavy handed with a lot of things, but especially in how it

tries to make you feel bad for its character, to the point that their struggles and backstories

feel less sympathetic and relatable, and more, sad for the sake of being sad.

Hanesaki's mam abandoning her for losing a badminton game either means she is literally

the worst piece of scum in the world or the writer needed something real strong to justify

Hanesaki's reluctance to join the badminton club.

This tendency to go overboard is also present in the aforementioned inner monologues and

general exposition of the series, as well as in how it specifically characterizes Hanesaki's

skill as being almost supernaturally good, as if she made a deal with the devil or something,

which, honestly would explain a lot . . .

AH, F$%K ME, CALL AN EXORCIST ALREADY!

As well, for as great as the show looks, there's a noticeable inconsistency in style

and quality animation-wise, which, though passable most of the time, can be quite jarring

when you notice it.

And what list of criticisms wouldn't be complete without pointing out the needlessly

overt sexual fanservice passed off as comedy, from high school students wearing uncomfortably

form fitting uniforms to jokes about touching someone without their consent,

because that's funny, right?

Right?

. . . hey, uh, who uh, who're you calling?

(knock knock)

FBI, OPEN UP!

For as much as I enjoy the more over the top aspects of this series, they often work to

the show's detriment as much as they work to its benefit.

However, if like me, you have a fondness for ridiculousness, and can deal with the fanservice,

I think you'll find Hanebado to be a nail bitingly tense experience.

It's filled with amazing animation that compliments and amplifies the intensity of

its action, and whose character drama and earnest emotional honesty add to the strengths of it's story.

It's a series that does everything it can to keep you on the edge of your seat, and

for me, that's what makes it so fun to watch.

And yeah, those are my thoughts.

Tell me what yous think, if yous agree, disagree, what your favourite sports anime is, what

your favourite, well, sport is, etc, and thanks for watching!

Weight Watchers I am also celebrating 5000 subscribers.

As of yesterday I hit 5000 subscribers. I want to thank you guys so much for

coming and joining my channel, and watching our journey. It means so much to

me and I really appreciate everybody that watches and everybody that comments.

There's no way I could thank you enough really. So the one thing I am going to do

is I'm going to join Sandy over at Let's Get Fit with Sandy. I'm gonna join her in

a seven day giveaway. I'm gonna do seven days on my channel. She is gonna do seven

days on her channel. It starts on the first, goes through the seventh. And then

I'm gonna have one bigger gift that I'm giving away for my 5000 subscribers.

I will give that away on the 8th. I have not decided what it is yet. I'll let you

know when I know. I'm really excited about it because I've just been

thinking about it since I hit 4000. Because, gosh, I never even realized I

would even hit 4000. So I thought I had a lot longer to think about it and happens

so happens that I don't have a lot longer to think about it. Cuz it's here now.

So I'm going to do that giveaway with

Sandy every day. What I'm gonna try to do is a few of my favorite things. Giveaway

something small every day the 1st through the 7th as well as Sandy's gonna

do that. So go join her channel. You have to be a subscriber to join the giveaway, as

well as over on her channel. So definitely go check out her channel.

Subscribe to her. She's got something new every day

the 1st through the 7th as well. So this is gonna be fun. It's gonna be a collab

between the two of us. I thought it was a wonderful idea. She really thought of

a really great idea. So again, celebrating on 100 weeks on

Weight Watchers in the 100 weeks I have lost a 123.6 pounds.

I never expected even to reach 100

pounds in this short a time, let alone 123. I was at 120, almost hundred 27, but

I'll be there again. I am so happy with myself and so proud of myself for really

sticking to it. And when I get off track, for getting back on track quick enough

where I don't gain back, you know, 10-20 pounds or anything like that. So I'm very

very proud of that. But anyway, let's get started. Let's find out if the scale was

nice to us this week. But first, I have to show you what I found at our farmers

market. Check this out. You do know what this is. Delicata squash. We had one for

lunch and I forgot to film it, because I was so excited to eat it. These are

probably my most favorite food in the world. Over pizza even! So good this is!

So good and we all we do is we spray it with a little Pam. Cut it fairly thin,

maybe about that thin. And I have a "cook with me" on this. If you go in my

cook with me section, you'll find this in there. And then I sprinkle it with penzey

Rocky Mountain seasoning. Best seasoning for this that there is, in my

opinion. So good! we got They only had three of these at the farmers market. I

had... I got all three of them. He said he had like 25 of them, but they sold like

within an hour. So everybody's waiting for these squashes. If you guys find

these, they're coming out. So keep an eye out for these because they will be here

all fall. And I'm so excited! So excited! I do so well in the fall because I live on

these. I can have. I just had this for lunch. That's what, that's all I had and

this is zero smart points. But I have to count it for one because I added the

seasoning on there. So that's a one smart point. It probably wouldn't even be a

smart point. But I'm going to count it for one, just to be on the safe side with

this. This is delicious and then my husband took the time to take the seeds

out and take all the goo out in between the seeds and cook them up. Check that

out!

These seeds are way better than pumpkin seeds, guys! They are so delicious and

those are also zero smart points. Especially if you could just put garlic

salt on them and pepper. So let's get to weigh-in. All right guys.

We have the weekly here. It's all about gratitude. And I am thinking that Weight

Watchers needs to look into this little pamphlet as well. I think you all may

agree with this gratitude. Appreciation for your members, appreciation for your

colleagues, appreciation for your family. Everything is in this little booklet.

Check it out, and check out Sandy's new channel. With let's get fit with Sandy,

she started her own channel now. A new one separate from the one her sister had

started. And check her out. I will list her channel down below, and I will put

the name of it right here as well. But her link will be down below, so check her

channel out. She doesfabulous reviews. That's why I don't do a review.

Because hers are so good. She just does a fabulous job. Way better than I

could do. So that's why I send you guys over there. Then let's get right to

weigh-in because I know you guys are wondering how we did.

We'll start with Cory's first, as usual. I tried talking him into doing the video

with me, but he was having none of that. He's doing his closed caption on his

video. So that's pretty cool too. You can do manual closed caption on your videos.

Which I've been trying to do because my son is deaf. You guys probably know that

about me. I have a deaf son and he lives in Texas. And the grandchildren that

I have here are his children. So he likes to watch my videos and it's kind of hard

for him. The captions kind of get messed up so I try to do manual and get them

all in there. Especially the ones with the kids, so he can watch them. So anyway

last week guys he lost zero pounds. He stayed exactly the same, which is

pretty darn good. This week,

it's kind of hard to read the writing, but he lost 2.4 this week. That brings

his total pounds lost to 146.4. Holy cow he is now at 209 pounds even. He is

catching up to me. I've got to get going because, yeah, he's catching up to me.

I say I don't care to him, but I kind of do so I have to get moving.

I started a new book. Obviously they did not take our booklets away yet because

they are still handing them out at our meeting.

So hopefully this little trial that they're doing at some people's meetings

will be a fail. Let's all get a hold of them and tell them we want to keep our

booklets. So my last week weigh in, I got to go to my old book to tell you that, and I

think I lost. Yeah I did.

So last week I lost 1.6 and this week

I lost 0.2, which I'm not gonna sneeze at because, guys, if I have a loss

I'm going to celebrate it. So I'm celebrating this loss and I'm going to

work hard next week to get another loss and get down below that 200 pound mark

again. It's like I bounce up, I bounce down, I bounce up, I bounce down.

I need to stay down below the 200 mark, and keep it there. Oh it's been so difficult!

It's been so difficult. But these little beauties are going to help me. I promise,

they are. I live on these things all fall and winter if I can get my hands on them.

I'm constantly buying these things out because I make them They last a long

time just sitting on your countertop because they are a fall squash, so they

last a really long time. weeks I mean we've had them on our counter for

weeks and they were fine. You just split them open. What I do is I split them open

this way. And I scrape out all the insides and then I lay it flat. Like lay

this flat. But it's cut right here, right? And then I slice it up into little

french fry looking things. So they'll be kind of horseshoe or half-moon shaped is

what they'll look like. But they'll be like thin as a french fry. That's what I

do with these things. Then I bake them for about 30 to 35 minutes at 450

degrees. And it's always perfection. It's just a little light brown topping. I wish

I would have recorded it because it looks so wonderful. It looks so delicious.

Really good. Really good squash. Similar tasting to sweet potatoes, but it's just ahhh,

it's just good. It's just, if you guys like sweet potatoes, you will love these.

These are the best squash ever. I got to stop talking about it now because I

could go on and I could talk about squash for an hour. Because that's how

much I like it. So that is our weigh-in results. I'm doing a what I ate today.

I will get that up tomorrow. I did not do it what I ate for Saturday, but I'm gonna

run through that with you really quick. I did go over by 10 points. I had my bag of

pea-chips that I always have. The... this is what it looks like. It's the

mango chili lime. They now have the new orange bag. It used to be, I think, a green

bag. But they've changed the color. Still tastes the same, thank goodness! Actually

maybe not thank goodness, because then if they change the flavor I probably won't

like them anymore. I 'd complain a lot, but it'd do me well.

I really would. But this is the best harvest snaps ever. I eat the whole bag.

It is either 9 or 10 smart points. depending on the weight, sometimes.

It says it's 3 ounces. Sometimes it's only like 2.5 ounces in here. So I always

weigh them out, because sometimes I can get away with

squeaking amount for 9 points instead of 10. But usually a whole bag is 10 smart

points. I count them. I move on and I have them every Saturday. One of my favorite

joys of Saturdays. So I had that and then I had I had a protein bar. That's only 2

points, so that's not so bad. We had bacon egg and cheese sandwich for

breakfast. What did we have for supper? Oh, we had a club for supper yesterday. I'm

gonna post that clip because I did tape that. That's the only thing I taped

yesterday because it was so delicious looking. I'm gonna post that clip next

here because it looks so good guys. I made the bacon and Cory put together the

sandwich, cuz he used to be a cook. He put those things together like a charm.

I will put that clip next, here, so you can see it. Very delicious, guys. And that

was so delicious! Oh my gosh, it was so good! I loved it! It was so delicious and

I was thinking about actually having it today again but we have other plans for

today, including eating this for supper. I forgot what we were making today for

supper. I don't know. I have a meal plan all made out though. I actually did a meal

plan because I plan on sticking to my tracker exactly 100% and like I said

yesterday I was 10 over. I'm gonna try to earn those points back this week

throughout the week and hopefully I can have a good loss come Saturday. Cory and

I were talking upstairs and I was... you know, he was kind of teasing me, not

seriously, but he was he was teasing me about how, he's... how I better get going cuz

he's gonna catch me and that. So, I said, "yeah I'm not too worried

about it anymore." But I do care, cuz I want... I don't want him to get below

me. So I was saying, you know, it's kind of funny because I'm not really worried

about getting there super fast, because I like my snacks guys. I have to have my

snacks or I wouldn't make it through this journey, at all. I know I wouldn't. He

is okay not having things like that. So he sticks to his plan 100%... 110% And then

on the days that he doesn't stick to it, he doesn't go way over. He doesn't even

eat all of his weeklies. He's like, if he'll splurge a day, he'll splurge by

going over like 20 points. Something like that. Cuz usually he's 5 to 10 points

under his target. Which is why he's losing so great. I mean he is 2 pounds

sometimes a week, 1 point something, sometimes even 3 pounds a week. So he's

losing at a steady pace every single week. Last week was the exception because

he did go over his points last week. But he still stayed the same but he planned

it that way. So that's the difference between him and I. I'm not ready to give

up my snacking, yet. I love my pea-chips. I love my protein bars. I love my Starbucks.

I have to have that in my journey, in order to make it to the end. So if I have

to go a little bit slower than he is, I'm okay with that. But it took me a long

time to learn that. To be okay with that because I would fight myself all the

time even though I was still eating these snacks, I would say "I'm not sure

why this is happening." But I knew in the back of my mind. I knew because I see

what he does. And he does so well, and he loses every week. I know if I do that I

could do it too, you know? There's no doubt in my mind that I would have a

loss every single week, if I stuck to my points. 5-under every single week, and I

think I'm gonna try that someday soon, guys. I would like to do an experiment

for two weeks soon. And I'm not sure when I'm gonna be ready for it. it means not

having these on Saturday for two weeks. I don't know. I'm... I... What I'm scared of, is

that it's gonna throw me way off track and I'm gonna just

eat everything in sight. That's what I'm scared of. If I don't allow myself these

snacks, that's what I do most of the time. But I think, if I get it in my mind that

it's an experiment for you guys, and I have to stick to it. Like the egg fast.

I was doing it for you guys. I knew I had to stick to it. And, guys, I lost so much

weight! I think I lost... like when I did this sample egg fast for like a day

and a half... I think I lost eight pounds that, just from a day and a half. And then

the when I actually did the egg fast I think I lost ten pounds. So it was crazy

and I only gained a little bit of that back. I didn't gain the whole entire

thing back. Because you will gain weight back from the egg fast because it's a

keto thing. Once you go off of it, you're going to gain a lot of it back I gained

probably half of it back. But over, you know, that ten pounds I think I lost a

total of five pounds. and on during the weigh-in

when I had my weigh-in results I actually had to put extra clothes on

because I did not want that whole ten pounds to show up on the scale. So I wore

my jacket. I wore a sweatshirt. I wore my shoes, you know. So I gained that five

pounds in order to compensate for the next week. Which it turned out it worked

out perfectly so it was it was a great week for me I I

couldn't have asked for about a week but I stuck to it 100% I did not go off

that egg fast one time I did not cheat on the egg fast one time so if you stick

to it it does work really well and it does shake up your system and you just

three days is all I would recommend going on it because it like I said it's

it's just eggs cheese and butter that's all it is and some people get sick of it

I never got sick of it I love eggs so much I never got sick of it and I love

cheese cuz we're from Wisconsin of course I love cheese there's so many

different cheeses here that the cheese is so delicious but I bet you we have

ten different cheeses up in my fridge right now and I could have a different

cheese and every meal during the egg fast and I was not bored that I used

less butter than they recommend in the egg fast because I wanted to stick to my

23 points I was able to do that with the egg fast I stuck to my 23 points exactly

maybe going under or over one to four but

Regine out it turned out perfectly so I was totally happy with it but I don't

want to do that too often because I don't want to get my body all crazy and

weird if I'm really struggling and on a plateau like a true plateau and a true

plateau to me is where you're doing everything perfect drinking all your

water walking and exercising and your scale is now budging that to me is a

plateau some people say oh I'm on a plateau where in reality they're licking

off the peanut butter spoon after you give it to your grandkids yes I say that

because I've done it every time you make dinner you're taking spoonfuls to taste

it because you want to make sure it's right okay this is another example that

I've done before cottage cheese into a bowl and you have

this little bit left in the spoon you put it in your bowl even though you were

right on all those little bitty things add up so be careful with those little

extras licks tastes and bites they take they say they it was what they are and

those things add up to quite a few points sometimes we're not really at a

plateau we just have to start weighing and measuring again and not eyeballing

some things like pouring cereal into a bowl where in reality you're having a

cup and a half versus a cup that's not a true plateau that's just a plateau from

your mistakes pretty much which is what I was on which is why I didn't want to

do the egg fast to kind of get myself over that I needed to work on what I was

doing in the kitchen versus trying to change things up again

I knew that it was my own fault that was not losing correctly I needed to

readjust my thinking getting things on that scale again not going over like

when I pouring my creamer and it's supposed to be 45 grams it jumps up to

50 and I'm like oh who cares well that's another point that I didn't pound I'm

back to perfect measuring hollow that stuff and I have to remind myself of

that a lot I tend to get over and then it's

okay I need to get back to this and I do that often and that's normal in a

journey that you just kind of keep getting back to it if you get back to it

you're okay but if you keep going on and on and on

and letting it get out of control over weeks and months then you're gonna be in

trouble and start gaining your weight back so stay on track when you goof up

keep back on track and just restart and reset so that is all for today guys

I hope this was helpful for you guys and I'm so happy that I lost something my

goal is to have all four weeks both pages full of losses I hope I can do it

I'm trying to do so much better and I still find myself licking that spoon of

that darn peanut butter and but I counted it this time I counted it like

yesterday on Saturday I did that with a knife I spread it on there and then

whatever was left I just licked off the night and I'm like I gotta stop doing

that but I counted I counted a point for it because it wasn't a whole lot that's

how I have to say I'm going overboard here and I want to get this video out

there and it's getting long so I will talk to you guys tomorrow thank you so

much for watching be sure like and subscribe if you haven't already and be

sure to share it if you think it may help anybody thanks for watching don't

like a squash so happy

where will I choose walking down the shore

Anni e Katrin 42 GZSZ sub Ita/sub Eng * SHE'S SO ROMANTIC * - Duration: 5:28.

J- What are you still doing here?

J- Now I call the police!

- In your place, I would be a little kinder.

J- What do you still want from me?

A- Will we see each other later?

K- I will try but I can't promise you anything.

A- Well, but you know I can promise you something.

J- Do not let me repeat it...

J- Get out of here right away or I'll have to call the police

K- And that is?

- Look...

- She's so cute

K- Yeah...Ehm... thanks. That's it then.

A- Yes fine.

J- Don't try to touch her, Keller.

J- My family must stay out of this business!

- I will not touch them unless you give me 25 thousand euros, and immediately!

K- Didn't you have an appointment in court?

J-Keller showed up.

K- What?

J- Well, apparently he defected somewhere.

J- Police has put him up for manhunt.

K- What now?

K- Are you now going to ask me what I'm thinking?

T- I lost.

A- Can I have a cappuccino please?

A- No actually I was going to ask "How was I"?

A- But ehm... since you've already mentioned it: What are you thinking about?

K- That this right now is quite beautiful!

T- Yes.

T- Can you prepare a Cappuccino for Anni, thanks?!

T- Ehy, blow here!

A- I warn you, if you win, I want half of the winnings!

T- Ah...!

K- And about the meeting with Mr. Wegner from the public construction authority.

A- She's so romantic.

K- I'd say efficent.

A- That's why I'm only getting those 45 minutes of your lunch break.

T- I do not believe it.

T- I won, I do not believe it!

A- UUUUU 5 euro!!

T- Yeah!

T- Offer the cappuccino to Anni

A- I would never take advantage of my luck!

T- Ehy let's talk about my luck!

A- Sure...

K- What counts is what you make of it.

K- Didn't you say that we're alone?

A- Uhm, shall I now tell my flat mates that Mrs Flemming would like some quiet or...?

K- You know how much I enjoy this. But...

A- Yeah alright. Now calm dowm again.

A- Nobody will get to know about our little shocking secret here.

S- It's always worse for me!

S- I always take your pillow.

S- But it's not smelling like you any longer,

S- Chris, you have to come very soon. 8 weeks is definitely way too long!

K- What are we supposed to do? I have a phone conference soon.

A- Well we'll wait for your helicopter pilot to throw a rope ladder through the window...

K- Haha...

A- Can you please purr elsewhere?

S- Just don't listen?!

A- Yeah, well, I'd like to, but it's even more annoying than my tinnitus.

S- Chris, hold on for a moment. I have to move. Anni is going on my nerves.

S- She desparately needs a woman!

A- Ahahah- FUNNY.

A- Yeah or option number two is you taking me piggyback, we'll then throw a huge dress over ourselves and if the girls ask about it, I'll say that I'm having a big hormone problem!

S- No, you are cute! No, you!

A- Did you wash your hair in there?

- Yes. Why?

A- Because you know what happens if I find hairs.

- Your mood will decrease even further?

A- Rules are rules. I'm not messing around!

- You're annoying!

A- Sorry girl!

A- You better check every tile!

K- Impressive.

A- Right.

K- We contacted him, to finish and realize this project and ...

K- He is a great artist.

J- 25 thousand euros in cash

K- We knew it could happen ...

K- We had to try to avoid it...

K- Jo contact the police.

J- I can't do that.

J- He is a really dangerous guy.

J- He threatened to hurt us, and also to Johanna...
