BREAKING News Out Of Texas…

Here's What We Know- Arizona State Involved – Nogales Station Border Patrol agents at

the Interstate 19 Immigration Checkpoint arrested a Mesa man after finding more than 46 pounds

of methamphetamine concealed in his vehicle Thursday morning.

Agents referred the 18-year-old male driver of a Nissan Maxima for a secondary inspection.

A subsequent search of his vehicle led to the discovery of 41 packages of methamphetamine

valued in excess of $140,000 hidden inside the vehicle.

Agents arrested the man for narcotics smuggling and turned the drugs and vehicle over to the

Drug Enforcement Administration.

Federal law allows agents to charge individuals by complaint, a method that allows the filing

of charges for criminal activity without inferring guilt.

An individual is presumed innocent unless and until competent evidence is presented

to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

And in PHARR, Texas, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO)

at the Pharr International Bridge seized $112,598 worth of alleged marijuana and cocaine concealed

within a commercial trailer.

"This interception of a significant amount of narcotics is a direct result of the outstanding

inspections work our CBP officers do on the frontlines every day to keep our borders secure,"

said Port Director Carlos Rodriguez, Hidalgo/Pharr/Anzalduas Port of Entry.

On May 2, CBP officers assigned to the Pharr International Bridge cargo facility encountered

a red 2015 Kenworth tractor-trailer.

A 29-year-old male Mexican citizen from Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico drove the conveyance.

After the conveyance was referred for a secondary inspection, CBP officers along with the help

of a canine team located the narcotics.

CBP officers extracted 14 packages containing 90.38 pounds of alleged marijuana and five

packages containing 12.26 pounds of alleged cocaine concealed within the trailer.

The narcotics have a combined estimated street value of $112,598.

CBP OFO seized the narcotics, arrested the driver, and turned him over to the custody

of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents for further investigation.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department

of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation's borders

at and between the official ports of entry.

CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while

enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.

Here's Why HDDs Suck? - Duration: 5:20.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel,

If you're using a computer and as long as you're unaware of how your computer works

and all the technical things about it,

I think you should watch this video till the end,

because There is something in your computer that

you'll probably never think of upgrading

but it still plays a major role in giving you a smooth working experience in your computer.

And that is the main storage drive.

Ok tell me in the comments section what will be the first thing you'll think

of upgrading, at the moment you feel like your computer

is slowing down?!

I'm damn sure you're thinking about getting more RAM or even changing the processor

to a much better performing one.

It is in fact true that, upgrading these two things will definitely make your computer

a lot faster in several different ways

but there is still one thing that will not get faster

and you will probably get confused at the moment you notice that.

And let me say one thing that, as long as you are not doing anything processor

intensive, like video editing,

3d graphic designing or anything like that,

you probably don't need to upgrade your processor.

If you just wanna use your computer for media consumption,

then what is even the point of upgrading the processor!?

It is absolutely going to have no big effect on your usage experience.

So I've been talking about the main storage drive.

So what is your main storage drive?

The main storage drive in most laptops and desktops are HDDs.

And HDD Stands for "Hard Disk Drive"

Speaking of HDDs, there is actually something special about

them.

Because they are the only remaining mechanical part

other than the cooling fans in your computer.

And guess what happens to your battery when it is used for rotating something at

super high speeds up to like 7200rpm?!

That is extremely fast for a physical rotation

but we're using that rotation for all those digital data transfers,

data reads, writes and everything.

But when you're talking of digital speeds, the 7200rpm that you'll only get from the

fastest available HDDs is still not fast enough

to give acceptable data transfer speeds.

This is the reason why you have to wait for a super long time

to search and find a certain file from a hard disk drive in Windows explorer.

It takes like forever at times!

You know you've waited for that green progress bar

on the Windows explorer to finish loading

to find a small file in your computer hard drive.

So at this point, I guess you understood what you should upgrade first!

I will not discourage you from upgrading your RAM

but I will not encourage you from upgrading the processor or motherboard.

And well it is terribly hard to get to the processor

and almost impossible to upgrade it

especially if you're using a laptop.

But even if you're using a laptop or a desktop computer,

there is one thing that you could easily upgrade.

Most cheap and mid range laptops come with a 2.5 inch hard disk bay and it is surprisingly

easy to get to.

So What I have to tell you is that you should upgrade your storage medium

to a faster Solid State Drive instead of upgrading

the whole motherboard, processor and all other expensive things like that.

I did this to my 4 year old Sony Laptop last year

and the results are amazing.

The solid state drives are considerably pricier than hard disk drives.

But as they use high quality flash modules, instead of those rotating mechanical parts

which you could find inside a hard disk drive,

they are like 5 or 10 times or maybe even faster than HDDs.

And understand one thing that HDDs are not bad at all.

and All I wanted to say is that HDDs are not so good

to be used as the main drive.

The main drive is the drive in which your operating system,

your favorite softwares, games, your images,

videos, musics and almost everything important is stored

on.

So having a fast main drive is really the best thing you could have.

And considering the costly behaviour of the SSDs,

you can definitely use an HDD as the secondary drive

to store more of your files.

At any point in this video, I didn't mean to say that HDDs are bad at all.

Even the biggest professionals use HDDs to store their super important data.

But they use it in a raid 0 configuration with more number of HDDs

to get better performance out of it.

And well they use a fast SSD as their main drive.

There are several different types of SSDs to choose from.

There is SATA SSDs which are the cheapest and the most compatible type

which means you can replace your current HDD with a SATA SSD

hassle-free because they use the same connecting interface.

There is NVME SSDs, m dot 2 SSDs and a lot more different varieties.

But they don't use the standard SATA Interface.

So I'm not talking about them in this video.

So let's conclude,

If you wanna speed up your computer, let it be a desktop or a laptop,

Consider Replacing your HDD with an SSD.

And if you can, also upgrade the RAM.

This will work the best for you and your money!

And I hope this video helped.

If it did, Subscribe to the channel and enable notifications

so that you won't miss any future videos.

See you guys in the next video.

And till then, BYE!

(ASIAN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2015 BRONZE MEDALLIST)

Wow!

(SPORTS SWAP

KARATE FENCING FENCING KARATE)

(FENCING HAS BEEN AN OLYMPIC SPORT SINCE ATHENS 1896)

How do you do? I'm Kenta Chida, nice to meet you.

Pleased to meet you too, I'm Hiroto Gomyo.

The starting stance is similar in both sports, but in fencing

you use the sword, and karate only uses the body,

but movement and speed are important in both sports.

(KARATE WILL MAKE ITS OLYMPIC DEBUT AT THE TOKYO GAMES)

Have you ever tried karate?

I have seen it, but never tried.

- Would you like to try it? - Yes, I'd love to.

I was shocked at how loud the voice was.

I can't do anything without a sword.

(THE KIT)

Hiroto, it suits you very well.

Thank you.

So today we're doing foil and this, the lamé.

You score a point if you hit this target.

Are there any sensors in it?

Yes, at the front and the back.

(LAMÉS ARE ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE JACKETS

(THAT RELAY HITS ON TARGET TO THE SCORING SYSTEM)

This is the mask for the foil.

This mesh is very strong and keeps you protected.

You can score points by landing on the silver bit

but not on the mesh.

There are three fencing events: épée, sabre and foil.

(EACH FORM USES A DIFFERENT WEAPON WITH SEPARATE RULES)

Today you're going to experience the foil

which is my event.

What a unique shape!

You will see how easy it is to grip.

Put your thumb here, like you're going to hand-shake.

That's right.

The karategi feels very light and thin.

It's different from judogi,

there's no grabbing, so it's thin to aid movement.

Yes, it's easy to move.

Next, these are for protection,

your feet, your shins and then for your hands.

(THE INITIATION)

Before we start, let me explain the rules.

If you touch on this silver bit there will be a coloured light.

Then if you hit me, the green lights up.

If you hit elsewhere, there will be a white light.

The white lights do not score points.

When we land at the same time,

it's whoever landed first that gets the point.

(FIRST TO FIVE)

Ready, go!

3-0!

Wow!

Wow!

How did you find that?

I thought I could do it, but it's very different to karate.

It was difficult to see with the mask on and to judge

the distance, so I couldn't control the sword.

I thought I was making scoring points,

but then I realised it was you that was landing.

I found the timing of the actions difficult.

The score is not really important, I feel positive.

Hiroto has a good shape and carries himself well.

I'll give you an example of kumite, have a look at this.

Why don't you give it a try?

It's too difficult for a beginner!

Don't worry, I'll just defend and you attack.

- Feel free to hit me! - Yes.

I managed to sense the distance,

but I couldn't hit you.

Even though he's a beginner,

when he was attacking, he stepped forward.

So when he learns the skills he can make points.

(THE BASICS)

(ATTACK)

- Let's practise how to attack. - Yes.

I will thrust my sword to you,

so can you parry my sword and riposte?

Yep, like that.

There are a lot of areas to target, for example here.

Or you can bend the sword, parry and flick.

Also it's easy to attack this lower bit,

so can you try and do that?

There are many different ways

of using the sword to counterattack.

You circle and riposte.

You circle and riposte. That's right.

To riposte from this side, how do I do it?

If you grip the handle loosely...

..then flick.

Is it better to do it gently?

Yes, you'll get more points that way.

Now I'd like to show the basic skills of kumite.

I'll demonstrate with my partner, so please have a look.

- Thank you. - Thank you.

This is Jodan Tsuki.

You can use either hand...

..whichever is OK to punch.

Next it's Chudan Tsuki, targeting the body.

You can get the point by hitting the opponent's body.

(KICKS)

Next, let's try kicking.

Usually you use your back leg to kick the torso...

..or the head.

Do it to the head.

I don't think I can reach that high!

(KIAI)

When you try to get the point and do it in silence,

it's not as forceful. So Kiai, with your movement.

Make the noise from your gut.

Your Kiai is getting much better.

Ha-ha! My arm movement doesn't match my voice.

(THE CHALLENGE)

(FENCING DUEL)

(FIRST TO FIVE)

Ready, go!

3-1.

3-2.

3-3.

4-3.

- Thank you very much. - Thank you.

I can see how much you've improved from our practice,

so it was very good.

I can now judge the distance and timing,

compared to the first go.

It wasn't by accident that he got three points, he meant it.

(30 SECONDS TO LAND A SCORING BLOW)

Now use your skills and let's see how you fare in fight.

Time!

How was it?

I still feel it's difficult,

but it's easier after your lesson.

Kicking was very difficult for me.

First of all, I never lift my leg like that.

Your movement is much better than the first fight,

because you're combining the skills.

(SHOWBOATING)

(WHO'S GOT THE MOVES?)

The InSight Lander Is Going to Mars! Here's Why: - Duration: 5:25.

[♪ INTRO]

From binary systems to solar systems,

things in space tend to exist together, like little families.

Stars will form out of the same parent cloud, many asteroids can come from a single parent body,

and even Earth has siblings in Mars and Venus.

And this week, we're on the brink of learning a lot more about one of our own planet's siblings,

and a new photo of a companion star is solving a mystery.

But let's start closer to home: at the time we're filming this,

the InSight lander is set to launch this Saturday from the

Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, weather permitting.

InSight stands for Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport,

and the mission's main goal is to learn more about the geology of Mars.

We've been visiting the planet for almost fifty years,

and we still know next to nothing about what's happening inside it.

We don't even know how thick Mars' crust is, for example.

Or the size of its core.

Or how much of its core is liquid.

So this mission is going to help us figure some of that out,

which should give us more clues about the planet's formation and history.

InSight is a lander, not a rover, so it's going to be staying in one place.

But it'll be able to do all kinds of science from that one place, using three main instruments:

HP3, RISE, and SEIS.

To figure out Mars' rate of cooling, HP3,

the Heat Flow and Physical Properties Probe, is going to drill 5 meters into the crust,

leaving behind heat sensors every so often along the way.

RISE, or the Rotation and Interior Structure Experiment,

is going to get really precise measurements of Mars's rotation and wobble.

Those tiny fluctuations in the planet's movements are affected by the stuff inside it,

like if there's liquid sloshing around.

So these measurements should tell us how big and solid Mars's core is.

Meanwhile, SEIS, the Seismic Experiment for Interior Structure,

is going to monitor Mars's seismic vibrations, telling us how active it is right now.

We know that Mars used to be geologically active, because it has all kinds of leftovers

from that time: volcanoes, remnants of hot springs, and lava flows all over the place.

And while Earth's geological activity is driven by our internal heat and plate tectonics,

for Mars, it's a different story.

Mars is still cooling down from its formation.

But it's a lot smaller than Earth, so it's been able to cool down faster,

and these days its tectonic activity is much more subtle.

A few times a year, the planet experiences "marsquakes,"

which are caused by things like cracks in its crust or meteorite impacts.

This will be the first time we're able to directly measure these quakes,

and we should be able to use the data to model Mars's interior,

just like we use earthquakes to model Earth's interior.

We're about to learn so much about our space sibling, and why it's cold and dead!

So stay tuned for lots of exciting Mars updates once InSight lands in November.

But for now, let's move farther away, and talk about dead stars!

Last week, the Hubble Space Telescope's website released a picture of the

star that's solving one of the major mysteries of supernovas.

When stars are about to die, they often become red giants: they puff out their outermost layers,

creating a fluffy, red envelope full of hydrogen and helium.

Then, if they're big enough, they go supernova.

But there's a certain kind of supernova called a stripped-envelope supernova,

where a lot of that fluffy blanket seems to be missing.

And when we look at the leftover cloud of dead star stuff,

there's way less hydrogen than there should be.

For about half of these supernovas, we think wind from the star blew away that

material because the star was so big and unstable.

But for the rest, the stars aren't quite massive enough to generate those kinds of

winds, so there must be some other explanation.

One possibility is that each of those stars was in a binary system.

The gravitational pull from the companion star

could have spun off a lot of that main star's outer envelope,

taking all of that hydrogen and helium for itself.

And in the process, it could have destabilized that main star, triggering its explosion.

If this is really what happens, then for a lot of these stripped-envelope supernovas,

we should see a companion star after the main star bites it.

We've taken some measurements of the light coming from stripped-envelope supernovas

that seemed to indicate a companion,

but those kinds of indirect detections aren't always the clearest evidence.

For example, there could be something between you and your target interfering with the observations.

But in a paper published in the Astrophysical Journal in March,

astronomers announced that they'd made a direct detection!

They were able to take an actual picture of a supernova's companion star,

and the photo released on the Hubble site last week.

Supernova 2001ig used to live in galaxy NGC 7424, about 36 million light years away.

Then it exploded spectacularly in, you guessed it, 2001.

And in 2016, the researchers used Hubble to look at the remnants,

and they found another star there.

The companion star is pretty bright and massive,

especially since it stole a whole bunch of matter off of its main star.

It probably survived the supernova because all the matter around it kind of

cushioned the impact of the explosion.

Before this, the idea that stripped-envelope supernovas might have had

thieving companions was a good hypothesis.

But now that we've directly detected a companion,

we know for sure that these kind of star systems do exist!

That helps explain the abundance of supernovas,

and especially the abundance of this type of supernova.

So this stellar sibling helped us solve a big mystery.

Although it also probably contributed to the supernova itself,

so it's both causing problems and solving them.

Which seems about on track for a sibling.

'Arrested Development' Season 5 Release Date: Here's What We Know | SML TV - Duration: 7:08.

'Arrested Development' Season 5 Release Date: Here's What We Know

Netflix has just released the Season 4 remix of Arrested Development, and fans are already wanting to know when we can expect Season 5.

Although Netflix has not announced a specific date, we do have some hints that point to Season 5 being released before mid-summer.

In fact, at least one publication has hinted that it might be released later this month.

Read on to learn everything that we know so far about when we can expect Season 5 of Arrested Development. .

Netflix hasn't yet announced the date for Season 5, but we know that it's coming really soon, and at least one publication has hinted that "really soon" means this month.

When he announced the remix release, the show's creator Mitch Hurwitz also said that Season 5 is going to be released so soon that you'll be surprised when it's available.

"Like real soon," he said on Twitter.

"Like, if you knew when, you would not be wrong to be thinking, 'Why are we all just hearing this now?".

Variety is hinting that Season 5 might be released later this month, which is far sooner than anyone else has predicted. Variety wrote: "A Netflix spokesperson confirmed the news about Arrested (Jeffrey Tambor returning to Season 5), which is set to return to the streaming service later this month." This story was published after the Season 4 remix was released on Netflix, so it is likely referring to the Season 5 release date. Some fans think that Arrested Development's Twitter feed is hinting at a Mother's Day release date.

Mother's Day is May 13.

Hurwitz's Twitter is one of the best places to keep an eye out for the show's release date.

He was one of the first to announce the Season 4 remix.

So if you follow him on Twitter and then choose to get mobile notifications, you'll hear immediately when he releases more details about the Season 5 premiere date.

You'll also want to follow the official Arrested Development Twitter account, and turn on mobile notifications for that one too.

Hurwitz also tweeted this Pop Culture story on May 1 and noted that "you'll get to see the wonderful Henry Winkler in the fifth season of Arrested Development WAY Sooner than the, again, wonderful Henry Winkler predicts in this article.

" In the article, Winkler predicted that Season 5 would premiere sometime this summer, later clarifying "midsummer.

So it looks like Arrested Development Season 5 is actually going to be released "way sooner" than mid-summer.

Since it's already early May, that means we might be seeing the show in a matter of a month or two, or sooner if Variety's source is correct.

Summer technically lasts from June 21 to September 22, making mid-summer happen late July to late August.

Jason Bateman provided one additional hint about the release date.

He said the season would release before Season 2 of his Netflix series Ozark. Season 1 of Ozark debuted July 21, 2017.

Fans are making their own predictions about the Season 5 release date too.

One fan thought (hoped) that Season 5 might be released on Friday, May 4, since the Season 4 remix was released a day earlier than expected.

(And the original Season 4 is actually still on Netflix too, despite what he thought in the tweet below.).

We've learned a few other tidbits about Season 5.

Ron Howard will return to do the voiceover.

And Jason Bateman said that Season 5 will return to the Fox format and pick up right where Season 4 left off.  He told Rotten Tomatoes: "I would recommend before season 5 starts for people to go back through that fourth season and try to refamiliarize yourself as best you can with that, because the first two episodes of the fifth season basically stitch into the final parts of the fourth season as a sort of a continuation and it kind of zippers the two together, then starting in episode 3, really starts covering all the new ground of this fifth season.".

Bateman has also said that Season 5 is going to be the best season yet for the show.

Apparently at least part of the season is going to have a murder-mystery format.

And it also may feature some prequels and actors playing younger versions of the cast.

Jeffrey Tambor will be back for Season 5, along with Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Jessica Walter, Will Arnet, Portia de Rossi, Tony Hale, Alia Shawkat, and David Cross.

Tambor was fired from Transparent after harassment allegations, but Netflix only commented to Newsweek that "Transparent is an Amazon show.".

When Season 5 is released, you can watch it on Netflix here.

'Presidential Test' – Here Are The Questions Robert Mueller Wants To Ask Trump - Duration: 15:11.

'Presidential Test' – Here

Are The Questions Robert Mueller Wants To Ask Trump

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has submitted a list of 48 questions to President Donald

Trump's legal team he hopes to have answered in a prospective interview as part of the

investigation into possible obstruction of justice and campaign collusion with Russia.

The New York Times obtained the list of questions, which are moistly related to a potential obstruction

of justice case against Trump.

Five questions relate to Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser who was forced

to resign on Feb. 13, 2017.

Eighteen questions focus on James Comey, who Trump fired as FBI director on May 9, 2017.

Eight questions center on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and 13 regard possible coordination

between the Trump campaign and Russian government.

Perhaps the most intriguing question regarding possible collusion is about Paul Manafort,

the former Trump campaign chairman.

"What knowledge did you have of any outreach by your campaign, including by Paul Manafort,

to Russia about potential assistance to the campaign?" one question reads.

"It is not clear whether Mr. Mueller knows something new, but there is no publicly available

information linking Mr. Manafort, the former campaign chairman, to such outreach," The

Times noted.

Mueller has indicted Manafort on money laundering and bank fraud charges related to his work

for a Ukrainian political party several years before he joined the Trump campaign in April

2016.

Rick Gates, a former Manafort business partner and Trump campaign aide, is cooperating with

Mueller's prosecutors as part of a plea deal.

It remains unclear whether Mueller is investigating Manafort's campaign activities.

But some of Manafort's campaign emails showed he offered to provide campaign briefings to

Oleg Deripaska, a Russian oligarch close to Vladimir Putin.

Deripaska and Manafort had been in a dispute over a $19 million business deal involving

a Ukrainian cable company.

On the Russia front, Mueller also hopes to ask Trump when he first learned of the June

9, 2016, Trump Tower meeting.

Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr., accepted the meeting with a Russian delegation after

being offered dirt on Hillary Clinton.

The meeting's participants, which included Manafort and Kushner, have claimed the meeting

was insignificant and a waste of time.

Mueller also wants to quiz Trump about whether he knew about Russian hacking during the campaign.

One of the unproven theories of collusion is members of the Trump campaign coordinated

with the Russian government to release emails stolen from the Clinton campaign and Democratic

National Committee.

"During the campaign, what did you know about Russian hacking, use of social media,

or other acts aimed at the campaign?"

Mueller's question reads.

Another question on the list deals with Trump's visit to Moscow for the 2013 Miss Universe

pageant.

Mueller specifically asks what communication Trump had with Russian government officials

and the Agalrovs, an Azerbaijani-Russian family who partnered with Trump on the pageant.

Aras and Emin Agalarov also helped arrange the 2016 meeting at Trump Tower.

Regarding Flynn, Mueller wants to know what Trump knew about the retired general's phone

calls with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to FBI agents about those phone calls, which occurred in

December 2016.

He was fired on Feb. 13, 2017 — purportedly because he lied to Vice President Mike Pence

about the phone calls.

The bulk of Mueller's questions focus on Comey, and Trump's conversations with the

ousted FBI director.

Mueller hopes to ask Trump the purpose for several meetings he had with Comey during

the early days of his presidency.

Comey wrote memos following those meetings.

Trump asked Comey to back off of the investigation of Flynn, the former FBI director claimed

in a Feb. 14, 2017 memo.

Mueller also wants to find out Trump's thought process in deciding to fire Comey.

"When was it made?

Why?

Who played a role?"

Another question on the list states.

Trump's legal team is reportedly undecided about whether he should sit for an interview

with Mueller.

John Dowd, who was the top lawyer on the legal squad, reportedly opposed an interview.

Mueller's team has reportedly told Trump's lawyers he is not a target of the investigation.

That would suggest charges are not expected against Trump.

But an interview with Mueller could open Trump up to perjury charges if he gives false statements.

Why Top Doctors Work Here | Kaiser Permanente - Duration: 2:07.

(upbeat music)

>> Timothy Jacobson, MD, Chief of Cardiology: - I knew that when I was a resident that I wanted to work

for this medical group, because it had the same structure

and setup as the physician group at Mayo Clinic did

that I was so impressed with in training.

>> Norma Steiner, MD, Gynecologic Oncologist: - The organization gives us the freedom

to practice pure medicine.

And we're divorced from the money aspects

so that doesn't factor into what we do.

>> Katie Deming, MD, Radiation Oncologist: - In private practice, as well, you'll have turf wars

where a patient with prostate cancer shows up

to a urologist.

The urologist is definitely taking that patient to surgery.

If they show up to the radiation oncologist,

the radiation oncologist is definitely going to treat

that patient with radiation.

In our system we have no incentives to do one thing

or the other for the patient,

so we see all the different specialists

and get all the opinions, and we help them make a decision

that's best for them.

And I think that's beautiful.

>> Abhimanyu Uberoi, MD, Cardiologist: - There's the patients that have been a part

of the Kaiser network for 30 years and they praise it with,

I've had nothing but great experience with Kaiser,

the nurses, the docs, every single person we've met

has been nothing but exemplary.

The second type of patient is the one

who is a little bit more skeptical

or for whatever reason joined Kaiser,

but once they see the high-quality work

and have the experience,

they would never think about doing anything

other than Kaiser-Permanente moving forward

for themselves or their family.

>> : - These outcomes are being made more public,

and as they're being made more public,

it doesn't surprise me at all that we're starting

to get very high rankings, the highest rankings possible

in many different domains.

I think it's just simply another way to tell a story

that's been present for a long period of time.

And so to the extent that it reflects

the quality we've always delivered,

and helps represent that in a different way,

I think it's great to be able to talk about.

But I don't think it's new.

I think it's something we've always done.

PUBG Xbox One: Update 13 patch notes REVEALED - here's everything that's changed - Duration: 3:26.

PUBG Xbox One: Update 13 patch notes REVEALED - here's everything that's changed Bluehole is continuing to improve PUBG on Xbox One.  The developer is now at its thirteenth update for the game and is continuing to optimise the title for use on pad and how it plays on Microsofts family of consoles.

As usual, the studio has put the new changes through their paces on the games test server and weve now seen them released into the wild in the form of a new big patch. Parachuting has been altered in this new patch, according to the studio, which means the early parts of the game should play - generally - better. Another big update is the inventory, too, which has been altered to prevent crashes.

There is still no sign of the Miramar map, however, though this is supposed to drop later this month. The optimisation and performance improvements have been proven to be effective on the PUBG test server, so we're bringing them over to live servers now, reads a Bluehole post. After long play sessions (three or more hours) on the standard Xbox One and the Xbox One S, the game sometimes crashes, the post continues. This has been a problem for some time, and we hope to solve it soon.

In the meantime, there's a simple workaround you can use. Simply restart the app every couple of hours if you plan on playing a longer play session. You can read the patch notes in full below.

Here are all the patch notes for PUBG patch 13 on Xbox One: PATCH CONTENT: • The free-fall and parachuting process has been optimized, leading to performance improvements during the initial stages of each game.

• World loading has been optimized. "Play-doh" and interior prop pop-in effects have been improved. • Movement data for nearby but out-of-sight players is now handled in a more efficient manner, resulting in general performance improvements.

• Similarly, when nearby but out-of-sight players equip or unequip items, this process is handled in a more efficient manner. This helps with performance and crashes throughout the game. • The inventory has been optimized, improving response time when opening it and solving some crashing issues. • Uninhabited boats and vehicles were causing some performance issues, and we've resolved this issue.

These optimisation and performance improvements have been proven to be effective on the PUBG test server, so we're bringing them over to live servers now, reads a Bluehole post.

Here's Why It's Not Good To Sleep After A Meal - Duration: 2:36.

You know that sleepy feeling you get after eating a really big meal?

Does it sound familiar?

All of us have been through this before.

If you feel sleepy after you eat, it's really normal.

After we eat, our body starts the digestion process and begins to absorb the food, using

all of its energy for this and directing the blood flow to digestion.

In today's video we're going to explain to you why you shouldn't go to bed right after

eating:

Acid Reflux People who suffer from acid reflux normally

feel discomfort and burning in their stomach, esophagus, and throat after meals.

This is due to the amount of stomach acid produced during the digestive process.

If you suffer from acid reflux and decide to go to bed after a meal, it may make the

situation worse because the valve from the stomach to the esophagus may stay open, causing

the acid to travel up your throat, initiating a burning feeling and burps.

Sleep Quality After a meal our body goes through a series

of steps to digest the food, using up a good part of our energy.

If you go to sleep during this process, it will directly affect your sleep quality.

It may take a while to get to sleep, you may wake up several times throughout the night,

or even have nightmares.

But one thing is for certain: your sleep will not be restful.

In other words, this habit will cause you not to be productive on the next day, you'll

be tired and sleepy.

If this repeats itself, the lack of quality sleep could have serious consequences for

your physical and mental health.

Now, to keep this from happening, here are a few important tips:

Try to keep your main meals in the first half of your day, and have a smaller meal at night.

Avoid foods with salt, condiments, and fat since they cause your body to bloat, make

you thirsty, and keep you up at night needing to pee.

Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before going to bed.

If you are very hungry before going to sleep choose a food that can be digested quickly,

such as fruit.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed.
