already know what this game is about but in case you didn't know this game is
about drilling and it's about extracting oil and it's about making a shit ton of
money and I like it a lot so we are revisiting it again with a new update
that it got very recently called the heat is on
so let's freaking go get some of that sweet slimy sticky oil money turmoil yes
I want the new DLC self I am an experienced player now over here you
know I'm just gonna pick my boy Joshua because he looks the most like someone
who has a sweet sexy cowboy voice alright start the campaign baby Town
Hall welcome to the town I'm the mayor it's good to see that you still had a
thirst for oil please join me in the town hall for the first plot of land
it's on the house okay thanks man he's over me a plot Lance oh here we got all
the plots of land that you can dig oil and you can choose and bid on them so
the first one we're gonna get for free but first let's meet our competitors
we got Isabel we got Blanche what's evil the shit and then we got Kay it looks
like you could tell you and feel nothing alright hey y'all let's go and I just
got the top one randomly so let's freakin go oh there's a train now oh

have your scanner and prospecting upgrades and here you have your like

like the are level with everybody else with all the upgrades and stuff so let's

and use our scanner to locate what the closet is and it is nowhere to be seen
what the hell is that thing I heard there's magma in this game so
that might be it okay I don't want to waste too much
money on scanners right off the bat okay I'm just gonna put this right here it is
not a very good start hopefully it fits right down here
because if not I am freakin screwed okay there we go we got alright now let's
talk some horses so they can carry our sweet sweet oil and sell it alright

this dude's oil deposit but I'm gonna make some money for now to be able to
paper the scanners is it like right here yeah it is all right let me just dude
this might be like a big waste of money cuz putting human

spillage fines or like a bad thing in this game you lose so much money if you
get a spillage mine it's ridiculous I also just sell I know the prices aren't

we had no oil spillage so we might be like on some pretty serious catamaran

Life Lessons From Video Games - FFXV - Grinding for Experience - Duration: 12:30.
Greetings Users and Programs!
This is Etari L1v1ngSacr1f1ce and today we are going to talk about how hard work and
effort beats talent everyday.
Let me just say this as we start out...
I love Final Fantasy.
I've played every single one of them all the way through except for the MMO ones at LEAST
once since the first one all those years ago.
It might very well be my favorite series of all time.
Some of the most important lessons I've learned in life came from Final Fantasy and other
RPG type games like World of Warcraft, Dragon Age and Elder Scrolls type games and I'm going
to share one of my favorite lessons with you today.
We see talented people everywhere all the time.
Have you ever though to yourself that person is so talented... how come they aren't further
along yet?
How come they aren't more successful?
How come some of these other people that AREN'T as talented as them are making more money,
have more followers or whatever the scale we are using to gauge their success is?
The fact is Talent is Never enough.
For example I know some people that are amazing at doing impressions and making up character
voices.
We think WOW they should become voice actors right?!
So we tell them DUDE you should totally become a voice actor you have such a knack for that
why don't you DO something with it?!
Well if they don't pursue a career in voice acting than making jokes with their group
of buddies will get them a lot of laughs...
They just won't ever make a living from it.
For whatever reason so many people hide their gifts from the world.
Maybe its fear... the thought of someone making fun of them or telling them they are stupid
for pursuing something outside the normal 8-5 job...
Who knows...
We will cover that topic on another day.
The fact is just because we are talented at something if we just keep it to ourselves
it will start and end with us.
If we don't play the game we have no chance of beating it.
Now someone out there is saying you don't seem to understand Etari I don't HAVE any
talent...
I'm not really good at anything...
Or I'm a jack of all trades but an expert at none is a phrase I hear a lot...
How does someone like me become successful?
That's a bunch of crap...
You ARE talented.
Everyone has talent.
You are comparing yourself to people that have either been pursuing something for years
or are trying to be something you aren't...
There are very few things that people need to be born with in order to excel at it.
Like if you aren't at least 6 foot plus tall it would be extra challenging to be a pro
basketball player or having a voice that was made for singing.
I'm not saying it can't happen you are just stacking the deck against yourself.
Also you don't have to be the BEST in the world at something in order to have a certain
degree of success.
Just look at Muggsy Bogues or Bob Dylan.
Bob Dylan will never be called the greatest singer of all time but man did he write some
good songs!
The first thing you need to do is PICK something you want to focus on.
The reason you aren't any good at anything is you haven't picked your specialty yet.
You have to pick your role in life...
Do you wanna be a healer?
Fighter?
Support?
When you are playing a game like Final Fantasy the characters are already created for you
and they already have an affinity towards a certain skill tree.
Once you've picked the role you want to play start putting your experience points into
the skill tree that will help you become better at that role!
After a time next thing you know you will have more success at the very thing that the
other person you thought was better... and technically IS BETTER than you but they NEVER
DID ANYTHING WITH IT!
NOW... on to the heart of todays lesson
Have you ever wanted to accomplish something BIG but you just feel like its SO BIG that
there is no way you could handle it and the thought of getting there is overwhelming?
Well you are probably right.
You WOULD be overwhelmed if you went straight into the end game of that dream TODAY.
That would be like trying to beat the last boss in any final fantasy game at level one.
We would get wiped out in moments.
No matter how many times we tried to beat that level 60 or 90 monster with our level
one experience it ain't gonna happen.
We NEED that experience.
Jack Septic Eye was on a talk show a while back called the LATE LATE Show and he did
an AMAZING job!
For those of you that don't know who JackSepticEye is he is one of the most popular Youtubers/Let's
Play Youtubers and I have just recently learned about him because I had never watched Lets
Play videos until I started doing these types of videos and making my own let's play videos
some some of my buddies said Hey you should check out this guy JackSepticEye.
He is one of the more popular ones and you should copy what he does and learn what he
does that makes him successful.
It was his first talk show appearance that I know of and he handled it so well that a
lot of people probably think "oh he was born like this or he was born for this".
Go back and watch some of his super early stuff on youtube.
It was ok.
Not bad.
Just not great.
He was a little awkward.
He tried to change his accent so he wouldn't sound Irish which made him second guess almost
everything he said.
Just like everyone else starting out he had to find himself and grow into the type of
person that he wanted to be.
If he had of gone onto the talk show when he first started without all the experience
of doing his live streams he probably would have absolutely bombed.
If you asked him if he would have been able to do the talk show as well as he did 6 months
or even 2 years into his career what do you think he would say?
He isn't the same person today that he was back then because of all the EXPERIENCES he's
had that he's grown from.
There is no shortcut to success.
There is no getting around grinding for experience.
You have to play the game and you have to play it yourself.
Most of us have dreamed of becoming rich and sometimes we think taking a short cut to getting
rich like winning the lottery would be AWESOME!
Have you ever heard the statistic that about 70% of lottery winners end up in worse financial
shape AFTER they won the lottery than they were before they had won all that money and
end up declaring bankruptcy within 5 years of winning?
How is it possible you ask?!
Well winning the lottery is like paying someone else to play the game for you to level up
and then when you try playing you have no idea what all the spells and special moves
are so you still die when you go up against that boss or take part in a raid.
When these people win all that money they don't know how to handle it because they never
gained the experience of HOW to handle money.
"Just because they now have a significant amount of money doesn't mean that they automatically
become a sophisticated investor."
They got handed a big sum of money but they never learned how to play the game.
If you are starting your first band and you have been playing your instrument for like
a year and your band tried to play in front of a couple THOUSAND people MOST of us would
choke and be so nervous that we would be booed off the stage!
I remember seeing an interview with I want to say one of the guys from Guns and Roses
and the interviewer asked him how does he explain his bands overnight success.
His response was hilarious.
He said something like "Overnight success my ass!
We've been sleeping on floors for 7 years playing in every dump of a bar across the
country before we got to this point!"
In the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell he talks about how the Beatles played EIGHT HOUR
gigs SEVEN NIGHT a week for 270 days a year for YEARS before they had their debut on the
Ed Sullivan Show.
They all grinded for that experience so when that opportunity came along they were READY
for it!
Preparation PLUS Opportunity equals success
I remember when I was really young playing the very first Final Fantasy and I ran up
against a boss that I couldn't beat at the time.
I tried multiple times and just couldn't beat him.
I was young and this was my first time playing an RPG in the first place so I had no strategy
to speak of...
And I remember realizing...
Wait...
What if I'm just not strong enough yet?
What if I go back into the world and gain some more experience points and level up some
more?
Well guess what...
After gaining a couple more levels handling that boss was easy.
Even though I wasn't very good at the game all I had to do was GRIND for experience and
nest thing you know I was a badass!
The key point I hope you are getting from this is that even if you aren't the best at
something if you do it MORE and learn how to get better along the way eventually you
will pass a LOT of the "talented" people (do you hear my air quotations) that want things
to just come to them and never pursue their dream!
Persistence and stick toittiveness are talents as well and they ARE learnable skills.
Listen...
We are all gonna do something with our lives...
Even if its NOTHING...
NOTHING is still something!
Jim Carey said "So many of us chose our path out of fear
disguised as practicality.
My father could have been a great comedian, but he didn't believe that was possible for
him.
So, he made a conservative choice and instead he got a job as an accountant.
When I was 12 years old, he was let go from that safe job.
Our family had to do whatever we could to survive.
I learned many great lessons from my father, not the least of which is that you can fail
at what you don't want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love."
We are all gonna have to grind at something in life anyways... so we might as well grind
at what we want to do in the first place!

The first would be Outliers by Malcom Gladwell, The second would be The Talent Code by Daniel
Coyle and the third would be Talent is never enough By John Maxwell and I recommend reading
them in that order and I'll have some links in the description.

How The Globalism Con Game Leads To A �New World Order�

When globalists speak publicly about a �new world order� they are speaking about something
very specific and rather sacred in their little cult of elitism.
It is not simply the notion that civilization shifts or changes abruptly on its own; rather,
it is their name for a directed and engineered vision � a world built according to their
rules, not a world that evolved naturally according to necessity.
There are other names for this engineered vision, including the �global economic reset,�
or the more general and innocuous term �globalism,� but the intention is the same.
The ultimate goal of the new world order as an ideology is total centralization of economic
and governmental power into the hands of a select and unaccountable bureaucracy made
up of international financiers.
This is governance according the the dictates of Plato�s Republic; a delusional fantasy
world in which benevolent philosopher kings, supposedly smarter and more objective than
the rest of us, rule from on high with scientific precision and wisdom.
It is a world where administrators become gods.
Such precision and objectivity within human systems is not possible, of course.
Human beings are far too susceptible to their own biases and personal desires to be given
totalitarian power over others.
The results will always be destruction and disaster.
Then, add to this the fact that the kinds of people who often pursue such power are
predominantly narcissistic sociopaths and psychopaths.
If a governmental structure of high-level centralization is allowed to form, it opens
a door for these mentally and spiritually broken people to play out their twisted motives
on a global stage.
It is important to remember that sociopaths are prone to fabricating all kinds of high
minded ideals to provide cover for their actions.
That is to say, they will adopt a host of seemingly noble causes to rationalize their
scramble for power, but in the end these �humanitarians� only care about imposing their will on as
many people as possible while feeding off them for as long as time allows.
There are many false promises, misrepresentations and fraudulent conceptions surrounding the
narrative of globalism.
Some of them are rather clever and subversive and are difficult to pick out in the deliberately
created fog.
The schemes involved in implementing globalism are designed to confuse the masses with crisis
until they end up ASKING for more centralization and less freedom.
Let�s examine some of the most common propaganda methods and arguments behind the push for
globalization and a �new world order��
Con #1: Globalism Is About �Free Markets�
A common pro-globalism meme is the idea that globalization is not really centralization,
but decentralization.
This plays primarily to the economic side of global governance, which in my view is
the most important because without economic centralization political centralization is
not possible.
Free markets according to Adam Smith, a pioneer of the philosophy, are supposed to provide
open paths for anyone with superior ideas and ingenuity to pursue those ideas without
interference from government or government aided institutions.
What we have today under globalism are NOT free markets.
Instead, globalism has supplied unfettered power to international corporations which
cannot exist without government charter and government financial aid.
The corporate model is completely counter to Adam Smith�s original premise of free
market trade.
Large corporations receive unfair legal protection under limited liability as well as outright
legislative protection from civil consequences (Monsanto is a perfect example of this).
They also receive immense taxpayer-funded welfare through bailouts and other sources
when they fail to manage their business responsibly.
All this while small businesses and entrepreneurs are impeded at every turn by taxation and
legal obstacles.
In terms of international trade being �free trade,� this is not really the case either.
Only massive corporations supported by governments are able to exploit the advantages of international
manufacturing and labor sources in a way that ensures long term success.
Meanwhile, economic models that promote true decentralization and localism become impractical
because real competition is never allowed.
The world has not enjoyed free markets in at least a century.
What we have today is something entirely different.
Con #2: Globalism Is About A �Multipolar World�
This is a relatively new disinformation tactic that I attribute directly to the success of
the liberty movement and alternative economists.
As the public becomes more educated on the dangers of economic centralization and more
specifically the dangers of central banks, the globalists are attempting to shift the
narrative to muddy the waters.
For example, the liberty movement has railed against the existence of the Federal Reserve
and fiat dollar hegemony to the point that our information campaign has been breaking
into mainstream thought.
The problem is that globalism is not about the dollar, U.S. hegemony or the so-called
�deep state,� which in my view is a distraction from the bigger issue at hand.
The fact is, globalist institutions and central banks permeate almost every corner of the
world.
Nations like Russia and China are just as heavily tied to the IMF and the Bank for International
Settlements and international financial centers like Goldman Sachs as any Western government.
Part of the plan for the new world order, as has been openly admitted by globalists
and globalist publications, is the decline of the U.S. and the dollar system to make
way for one world financial governance through the IMF as well as the Special Drawing Rights
basket as a mechanism for the world reserve currency.
The globalists WANT a less dominant U.S. and a more involved East, while the East continues
to call for more control of the global economy by the IMF.
This concept unfortunately flies over the heads of most economists, even in the liberty
movement.
So, the great lie being promoted now is that the fall of the U.S. and the dollar is a �good
thing� because it will result in �decentralization,� a �multi-polar� world order and the �death�
of globalism.
However, what is really happening is that as the U.S. falls globalist edifices like
the IMF and the BIS rise.
We are moving from centralization to super-centralization.
Globalists have pulled a bait and switch in order to trick the liberty movement into supporting
the success of the East (which is actually also globalist controlled) and a philosophy
which basically amounts to a re-branding of the new world order as some kind of decentralized
paradise.
Con #3: Nationalism Is The Source Of War, And Globalism Will End It
If there�s one thing globalists have a love/hate relationship with, it�s humanity�s natural
tribal instincts.
On the one hand, they like tribalism because in some cases tribalism can be turned into
zealotry, and zealots are easy to exploit and manipulate.
Wars between nations (tribes) can be instigated if the tribal instinct is weighted with artificial
fears and threats.
On the other hand, tribalism lends itself to natural decentralization of societies because
tribalism in its best form is the development of many groups organized around a variety
of ideas and principles and projects.
This makes the establishment of a �one world ideology� very difficult, if not impossible.
The first inclination of human beings is to discriminate against ideas and people they
see as destructive and counter to their prosperity.
Globalists, therefore, have to convince a majority of people that the very tribalism
that has fueled our social evolution and some of the greatest ideas in history is actually
the source of our eventual doom.
Nationalism served the globalists to a point, but now they need to get rid of it entirely.
This requires considerable crisis blamed on nationalism and �populist� ideals.
Engineered war, whether kinetic or economic, is the best method to scapegoat tribalism.
Every tragedy from now on must eventually be attributed to ideas of separation and logical
discrimination against negative ideologies.
The solution of globalism will then be offered; a one world system in which all separation
is deemed �evil.�
Con #4: Globalism Is Natural And Inevitable
As mentioned earlier, globalists cannot have their �new world order� unless they can
convince the masses to ask for it.
Trying to implement such a system by force alone would end in failure, because revolution
is the natural end result of tyranny.
Therefore, the new world order has to be introduced as if it had been formed by coincidence or
by providence.
Any hint that the public is being conned into accepting global centralization would trigger
widespread resistance.
This is why globalism is always presented in the mainstream media as a natural extension
of civilization�s higher achievement.
Even though it was the dangerous interdependency of globalism that helped fuel the economic
crisis of 2008 and continues to escalate that crisis to this day, more globalism is continually
promoted as the solution to the problem.
It is spoken of with reverence in mainstream economic publications and political discussions.
It receives almost religious praise in the halls of academia.
Globalism is socioeconomic ambrosia � the food of deities.
It is the fountain of youth.
It is a new Eden.
Obviously, this adoration for globalism is nonsense.
There is no evidence whatsoever that globalism is a positive force for humanity, let alone
a natural one.
There is far more evidence that globalism is a poisonous ideology that can only ever
gain a foothold through trickery and through false flags.
We live in an era that represents an ultimate crossroads for civilization; a time of great
uncertainty.
Will we seek truth in the trials we face, and thus the ability to create our own solutions?
Or, will we take a seemingly easier road by embracing whatever solutions are handed to
us by the establishment?
Make no mistake � the globalists already have a solution prepackaged for us.

Benelux Champion fighting Millenium - Initio Gaming at Gamers Assembly - Duration: 6:10.
We are here today in Piotiers to attend the
Gamers Assembly 2018. We are here to get
in shape for the upcoming Benelux League
and for the next upcoming open qualifier of the Challenger League.
What's unique about our team is we have
different nationalities; from the
Netherlands, Denmark and Finland. Which
gives us, in our case it's giving us a
very nice chemistry in the team that's
been there right for the start.
We got this guys, we fucking got this. I can feel it, come on.
Yeah, let's get it. We are working from a baseline
every map, every bomb side, we have
different base strats based upon how the
enemy team plays we adjust accordingly
and we try to win every round. So there
are 9 maps in the map pool when we play
best of threes we got 3 bans each team
basically you're trying to get rid of
their good maps so you are trying to
find out which maps they have been
playing a lot and be really dominating
so you can really like ban those maps
against them to get a map in your favor.
When we first saw the group-stage our
expectations were that we would
definitely be able to try make it
through towards the top eight.
Mockit was a hard team in our group that we
probably expected we were going to face
after beating Orks and Peak Esports.
We won both matches against Orks and Peak
Esports so when we were facing Mockit
we didn't really have any strats behind
us because we were already qualified for the playoffs.
In the end we lost the match with 5-2 5-3 but we
were really looking forward entering the
playoffs against Millenium.
Our expectations against Millennium were
that it was going to be a tough match
since they're considered the favorite
team in this whole tournament. We didn't
expect to win it but we'd expect to give
them a good fight. So when we heard we
were playing against Initio the first
thing I told my players was like those
guys are really good we should not
underestimate them at all even if
they're not even in Challenger League.
Because they're great players and they
perform very well in during the
Gamers Assembly. So going into Kafe we were
really skeptical because it was a map we
hadn't practiced a lot. We knew what to
do on it but it's not a map we have
played in a tournament before and
especially not against such a high Tier
team as Millenium. You don't play
that often. You have some base strats so
you basically have to see what's going to happen.
And I think that in a LAN it can be a
strength because if you play a map that
you don't play very often you play it
very freely. We were winning our gunfights
and that just basically got us the
victory on the first game and that was
one of the most amazing feelings ever
knowing that hey we can actually do this.
We got momentum.
They must be fucking tilted right now.
I would fucking be tilted.Let's do this.
We played way too greedy I guess sometimes. They punished the mistakes. So when you lost one or two
rounds on a clutch situation then after
that you can't do mistake anymore and
the map is lost.
So actually the fact that we
lost Kafe to you was kind of surprising
for us because it's one of our best maps.
Most people ban it against us because
it's really one of our main maps and
many people fear us on Kafe. We really
showed them and stand our ground. Mentally
like in your head when you lose
two clutches like that, one 1v4 and one 2v5
it really kind of upsets you. So you
usually go out of the map and just say
ok just go to the next and then we'll see
what happens. The first six rounds went
back and forth winning each defense for
both teams but not winning any attacks.
Until we turned it around
on the seventh round where won the
attack. So we got the score to 4-3.
And at that point we really
were like oh damn we're gonna get a 2-0
on Millenium. This is amazing. But
unfortunately we made some mistakes
which let us lose that round and from
there on it went a little bit downwards
and we lost the map 4-6.
We were just like okay guys just keep going now
we just keep going and we win this game.
Our objective was to win the Gamers
Assembly and losing to Initio wasn't an
option for us. So even though we lost the
third map we still got so much positive
energy from everyone watching. Because
none of the French people knew who we
were and we were here in third map with
Millenium almost beating them. We tried
to put up a good fight see every round
as a new beginning. It's like okay
guys we can still get it back. I think we
still did pretty good losing 3-5 versus
them on the third map and really GG's
to them. It was really nice to play them
and we learned a lot.
So after the game Millenium posted a video on Twitter
showing the team's reaction after
winning and that made me extremely proud.
Because they were clearly very happy
about the win. They expected it would be
a tough match as well but I don't think
they expected it would be that close.
It was the first match that we really
struggled. They were really happy about
beating a Benelux champion and we showed
a good Pro League team that we really
know how to play.
