that a new for those of you that are not welcome back to my channel so what I'm going to be

doing today is doing my 2018 new year's resolution goals so basically I'm

telling you guys my new year's resolution so I can help inspire you

guys with New Year's resolutions because I don't sometimes they're really hard to

keep up with and also I'm doing it so you guys can keep me accountable because

some of them are YouTube and social media related so I want you guys to help

with that as well so my first New Year's resolution is to

take notes more so that's why I have this book and also they're all written

in this book as well so my 2018 New Year's resolutions my first New Year's

resolution is to go to the gym because I want to and I know a lot of people are

like oh yeah I want to go to the gym I want to just like I feel a lot of time

they feel the pressure to go to the gym because I have a membership and I want

to like get my money out of it so I want to obviously get my money out of it but

also I feel like I want to go Jews to improve my overall health and well-being

as a person so yeah my second goal for 2018 is to post on YouTube more I feel

like I've been slacking this whole year and I apologize to you guys so that's

why I'm trying to post more regularly on YouTube I have a bunch of new ideas

coming for you guys in 2018 and I want you guys keep me accountable tweet me

snapchat me and tell me I'm not uploading just tell me I thought I need

to upload and yeah so I hope you guys keep me accountable

so I third goal for 2018 is to read my Bible more I just recently got about for

my good friend fist and here it is it's great and it has like a really cool

finish to it so I just want to really get into the Bible more and read the

Bible more because I want to get deeper into my faith and along with reading my

Bible more so number four would be getting deeper with my small group we

have recently joined our small group in september/october ich area and I would

just wanted to go deeper like get in the deeper spiritual connection with them

and so I feel like for Christians especially it is a very good to come

together in community and just a small group of like-minded Christians as a

good support system for your face so the next one is I want to get involved with

my family more like I am super involved with my family but

we don't like go out and do stuff together we're all just like sit in

chill which is a lot of fun but I want to go out and like explore like do

things with my family and just basically just spend more quality time with my

family and the next goal for 2018 is I want to read more books I feel like I

actually actually just did this I bought a book and I didn't read it because I

don't have time but I think I need to like make time in my day for reading I

don't think I actually know this I need to make time for reading in my day I

think reading is just really good for not only like your growth mentally but

also like helps you helps your vocab you go bigger and your imagination so here's

a goal for you guys maybe you can write this down try to read it like 10 minutes

a day if you guys are like into reading if you are maybe 30 minutes like that

that's something like that could be really really attainable because 30

minutes of your day they go out is not that much so try 10 minutes a day and

then work your way up to like 30 or 40 maybe if you try so yeah that's a goal

for you guys for 2018 and then if you guys are going to which I really really

highly recommend you do comment that down below what you guys are going to be

reading in the new year because I need a new book to read obviously because I

don't read that much so the next one is to be confident in my body and I know a

lot of people might be like well you have a good body book but I just don't

feel super confident in my body and I really want to work on that 2018 I did

in 2017 I think I got pretty good but I just want to like get to the point where

I'm like super confident my body I'm like don't care what people say about it

because I think I have a good body but like sometimes I'm like do I really so I

think that's really important just to have like a good self-image of yourself

and I think reading this will help me on that another one that I find is really

really important is you're just fine joy not happiness joy because joy is a

choice happiness is a feeling I want to find joy in the small things just like

everyday simple things like coffee in the morning or like reading my book or

small times alone I want to find joy in those moments because I think a lot of

us especially in this day and age of like social media like happening quick

and happening fast we don't take time for joy and like the little moments in

our lives so I really want to just appreciate all of little moments in 2018

which I know it's gonna be super hard to because oh like life moves so fast but I

just want to sit down and just enjoy the small moments and so my last goal for

2018 is to be on social media less and that doesn't mean posting less or doing

less that just means like when you post something

host it and then like get off social media for a little bit and do something

else maybe stalk somebody less because we all know we enjoy a good in stalking

maybe maybe spend less time on Instagram because I know I spend so much time on

the explore page was scrolling through and scrolling through like mindlessly

and I just want to like get rid of that and find time for other things like

maybe reading a book maybe reading a Bible like going out and doing something

that you find is meaningful that's like not in the social world that actually

like means something like in this world so anyway that is all I have for this

video I hope you guys really did enjoy it you guys got some goals for 2018 out

of it because I know sometimes goals are hard like I said in the beginning but I

hope this gave you guys a few ideas and maybe you guys took some of my ideas and

What Happens If You Lose Weight REALLY, Really Fast? - Duration: 3:07.

Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin.

In a world full of superheroes movies and shirtless scenes in our favorite TV shows,

it might wanna make people lose weight really quickly. It had me wondering, what happens

if you lose a bunch of weight super fast?

First off, how exactly does somebody lose weight? Well, it can be somewhat complicated

and the process can vary person to person. However, in general, it usually comes down

to eating less calories and/or burning more calories through things like exercise. It's

about having your body use more calories than you are taking in. A pound is about 3500 calories,

so you'd need to cut down or burn that much in order for the scale to start counting down.

In general, it is usually advised to try for slow and steady weight loss, at about a pound

or two a week, meaning about 500 to 1000 calories a day. And if it's fat that you just burned

off, a recent study found that you actually exhale most of it as carbon dioxide!

Even losing a little bit of weight can have some cool effects! The Center for Disease

Control reported that even a modest weight loss, at around 5-10 percent of your body

weight, is likely to have health effects, such as improvements in blood pressure, blood

cholesterol, and blood sugar.

But what if you lose weight super fast? Apart from it often being seen as an unhealthy or

unsustainable way of losing weight, rapid weight loss can have some side effects that

you probably don't want. When talking about losing weight, people generally mean they

want to specifically lose fat. This is easier to do with slower and steadier weight loss,

but rapid weight loss is more likely to cause you to lose water weight or even lean tissue,

like muscle.

Also, this type of quick weight loss can increase your risk of developing gallstones. Gallstones

are hard crystals that may form in the gallbladder and can be as little as a pebble or as big

as a golf ball! They are typically made of cholesterol and form when substances in your

bile join together. While you can have them and not have any symptoms, they can sometimes

lead to some pretty uncool things like pain and nausea in the abdomen. In some cases,

serious health problems can arise to the point that the gallbladder need to be removed.

Further problems can also arise, especially if you're restricting your calories during this time.

Things like fatigue, nausea, and constipation can occur. These are usually

not as serious and can improve in a few weeks, but if you're on a diet of fewer than 800

calories, the U. S. Department of Health and Services reported that it can lead to some

serious heart problems!

Losing weight can be a cool and noble goal, just make sure you're doing it for the right

reasons and in a healthy way. You wanna lose the weight at a rate that is best and healthy for you.

Remember to consult a doctor before you try anything, and also remember

you don't need to be a certain weight to be any more or less special.

VAN LIFE: Skin Care Routine ALL WEATHER 2017 | Hobo Ahle - Duration: 4:53.

So something that took me a long time to figure out that has to deal with living

in a car, was finding a good simple skincare routine. I really wanted like

one solid routine that I could use regardless of the varying weather or

environment and I also wanted to be able to keep the products to a minimum

because 1) storage obviously and also because 2) it's a little bit obnoxious

if you go into a public restroom or the gym to shower or wash your face and you

have a bunch of stuff with you. So I personally have very sensitive skin and

because of that, traveling and the weather changing pretty often has been

an obstacle for sure. Especially with all the hiking and climbing, which basically

means a lot of sweating. And on top of that, like I said, my skin is just super

sensitive so like even when I lived in a house or an apartment there were just so

many products that I could not use because they'll make me break out.

So finding items that work for my skin along with my lifestyle and inconsistent

environment, like I said, it's been a mission. But here's what I've come up

with that works for me regardless of the cold/heat/humidity whatever like I can

use this routine year-round. And I do this whole process twice a day. First in

the morning and then again right before I go to sleep. Okay and just a side note:

it is daytime clearly, clearly daytime, but I am going to be filming the process

that I do before I go to sleep just because it's a little bit different.

There's a little bit more steps, but for the most part it's the same thing and

throughout video like I'll explain what's what whatever so yeah-

So naturally before anything I have to get my hair out of my face. This definitely makes me

regret cutting my bangs, but now I am ready to start. So first: I cleanse my

face with a soap or face wash. So there's a few options here... No matter what, to

start, I just splash my face with some water and put the tiniest drop of dr.

Bronner's on my hands. My bottle is already diluted and even still a little

goes a long way. Generally I'll stop here for cleansing, but

sometimes there are special circumstances. In those cases...

If it's really humid for a few days my skin really struggles so this is where

I'll use Proactiv. I tend to try and not use this too much because it has a lot

of chemicals that are kind of overkill on a day to day basis, for my skin at

least. I ended up using it only a handful of times throughout the year, but it

always worked really well and cleared up my skin before anything progressed.

Another aspect to this cleansing step is washing my face with this Pacifica

Seafoam Complete Face Wash. I use this definitely way more than I use Proactiv,

but again not everyday. I pretty much only use this on days that I either wear

makeup or have been super active and as a result super sweaty.

2. Exfoliate once every two weeks. I personally use a mixture of sugar and water. It's honestly

worked better than most store-bought exfoliators I've tried. I just mix it in

a cup, pour some of it onto a towel, and then scrub. I do this as a means to

prevent blackheads and to just really clear my pores. This is one of those

steps that I will usually do as part of my nighttime routine, not so much in the morning.

3. Toner. I use an apple cider vinegar / water mix as a toner. Basically

it just removes oil and any dirt or grime that was left on my face after

washing. In this bottle I put about 1/3 apple cider vinegar and

2/3 water and just shake it up to mix it well before using. I put a little

on a cotton ball and apply it to my whole face.

4. Moisturize. This is different in the morning and at night.

In the morning I will use just a tiny bit

of coconut oil and apply it to areas of my face that usually end up dry and

that's really about it. At night I use this: Pacifica Youth Serum. I've

struggled to find a light moisturizer that I can use in the morning. Usually

they're too heavy so then if I'm active throughout the day, which is almost

everyday, sweating + the moisturizer is a recipe for disaster.

Last but not least 5. Spot Treatment. I am absolutely obsessed with tea tree

oil for a lot of reasons. The main one though is that it is perfect for an

overnight spot treatment for any redness or beginning problems.

So if there's anything starting to go wrong I just put some on a cotton ball

and apply it to the areas that need it. It's literally like magic.

So this has been my skincare routine for the entire year of 2017 and I gotta say, I really

like it. It's worked out pretty well. I am getting ready to switch it up however

just because I got some new stuff for Christmas that I'm really excited to try

and they should definitely help with the moisturizing aspect. I'll keep you guys

posted as to how that new routine works out, but for now peace out y'all.

Bahkan, ia juga mengaku tak kalah dari Hotman Paris Hutapea.

Dikenal sebagai sosok yang sama-sama kontroversial, ini perbandingan kehidupan antara Fredrich Yunadi dan Hotman Paris Hutapea.

Fredrich dinilai sering memberikan pernyataan yang kontroversial terkait klien dan kasus yang sedang ditanganinya.

Fredrich memiliki kantor advokat bernama Yunadi & Associates, yang didirikan sejak 1994 bersama 12 rekanannya.

Ia juga sering menangani beberapa kasus besar, seperti kasus direksi Bank EXIM tahun 1998, PT.

Inter World Steel Mills Indonesia (tahun 2000), dan pembebasan tersangka korupsi Wakil Ketua DPRD Sidoarjo tahun 2004.

Hotman Paris Hutapea merupakan pengacara kondang dengan berbagai julukan yang tidak lepas dari kemewahan,

seperti pengacara 30 miliar, Raja Pailit, dan dikenal sebagai pengacara selebritis.

Hotman pernah menangani sejumlah kasus besar, seperti menjadi kuasa hukum Nazaruddin,

menangani sejumlah perkara selebritis, diantaranya Manohara Odelia Pinot, Jennifer Dunn, Syahrini, dll.

Kiprah Keduanya di dunia Showbiz

Soal dunia entertainment, keduanya bisa dibilang sama-sama hijau.

Untuk penampilan di showbiz, sosok Fredrich baru jadi bahan pembicaraan pasca tampil di acara Youtube Catatan najwa.

Ia jadi bahan obrolan lantaran dianggap pamer kekayaan.

Pada Jumat (24/11/2017) akun YouTube @Najwa Shihab memposting wawancara eksklusifnya dengan Fredrich Yunadi,

di tengah pembicaraan, Fredrich mengungkapkan sejumlah kekayaannya.

Saya memang suka mewah. Saya kalau ke luar negeri, sekali pergi itu minimum saya spend Rp 3 miliar, Rp 5 miliar,

Sekarang tas Hermes yang harganya Rp 1 Miliar juga saya beli ungkapnya.

Ia mengaku suka bermewah-mewah lantaran memiliki sejumlah kekayaan dari kedua orang tuanya dan usaha yang mereka miliki.

Saya suka kemewahan, tapi bukan dari hasil kerja saya, dari orang tua saya,

uang ini kita kembangkan, usaha kita banyak, imbuhnya.

Fredrich mengaku tidak kalah dengan Hotman Paris Hutapea.

Bagi saya, kalau mau lihat saya, saya seperti pengacara yang sangat top kan, Hotman Paris.

Dia itu lebih dari saya, tapi saya enggak kalah dengan beliau, katanya.

Beda dengan Fredrich, Hotman memiliki program acara sendiri.

Baru-baru ini, Hotman Paris Hutapea bahkan memiliki program khusus di salah satu TV Swasta, yang bertajuk Hotman Paris Show.

Pada video promosi acara yang beredar, Hotman tampak mengenakan jam, cincin, hingga sepatu bling-bling yang khas pada dirinya.

Ia juga tampak mengendarai mobil mewah dalam video tersebut

Dilansir TribunJabar.co.id, Hotman mengaku pihak TV tersebut rela rela menaikkan tawaran mereka hingga beberapa kali agar dia mau menjadi host di acara tersebut.

Rumor yang beredar mengatakan jika bayaran Hotman setiap episodenya mencapai angka Rp 1 miliar.

Saat ditanya kebenaran rumor tersebut, Hotman tak membantah maupun membenarkan.

Tapi Hotman mengungkap jika televisi swasta itu rela menaikkan tawaran mereka hingga beberapa kali agar dia mau menerima pinangan mereka.

Hotman mengaku sebenarnya tidak mau karena kesibukannya sebagai pengacara.

Sehingga televisi swasta itu sampai lima kali menaikkan tarifnya agar dirinya mau menjadi host.

Perbandingan kekayaan keduanya

Fredrich mengaku digaji paling tidak 100 juta per kasus, untuk corporate lawyer.

Kalau ada 20 perusahaan dalam sebulan, saya bisa hidup nikmat, nyaman, sambungnya.

Ia juga mencontohkan saat menangani kasus sengketa tanah, bayarannya 50% dari nilai tanah yang disengketakan.

Yang menarik bagi saya, sejujurnya itu adalah sengketa tanah, dalam kasus sengketa tanah, saya tinggal bilang,

tanah dibagi dua mau gak, gak mau cari yang lain, kalau tanah 1 harganya 100 miliar,

bisa dibayangkan saya bisa dapat berapa miliar, ungkapnya.

Dalam sejumlah kasus besar yang pernah ditanganinya, Fredrich mengaku tidak dibayar, alias gratis,

sebagai gantinya, ia mendapat kepuasan dan pamor yang naik.

Termasuk dalam kasus Setnov, ia juga tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut terkait fee yang ia terima.

Soal kekayaanny, sosok Hotman Paris juga tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata.

Dia kerap tampil di muka umum dengan tunggangan senilai miliaran, seperti Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley dan mobil SUV mewah Hammer.

Punya saya semua, udah bayar (pajak), katanya ditemui di Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya, Jawa Timur, pada Rabu, 23 Agustus 2017 lalu.

Lalu berapa koleksi mobil mewah Hotman dan besaran pajaknya per tahun?

Gua lupa berapa unit. Satu gudang. Pajaknya berapa juga lupa. Kalau Lamborghini Rp 12 miliar, misalnya,

hitung saja berapa pajaknya setiap tahun, ujar Hotman.

Tak hanya mobil mewah, Hotman Paris juga memiliki tak kurang dari 200 unit ruko di wilayah ibukota,

60 diantaranya tersebar di Jalan Boulevard Raya, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.

Untuk membeli 200 ruko tersebut, paling tidak harta yang dimiliki olehnya harus 1 triliun rupiah,

dilihat dari harga per ruko 5 miliar rupiah.

Pernah suatu kali Developer Agung Podomoro meluncurkan proyek ruko barunya di daerah Sunter,

Hotman pun sontak memborong 15 unit ruko.

Welcome to Engineering Python.

This is a Python programming course for engineers.

In this video, I'll talk about how to customize MatPlotLib line colors, line styles, and markers.

I have already shown examples in two previous videos.

In this video, I'll showcase all the possible choices so you can use this as a reference.

MatPlotLib uses strings to define different colors when we do plotting.

The syntax is very simple.

We just need to assign the exact color string to the color parameter.

This image shows the most commonly used colors and their color strings.

Note that their names don't contain spaces.

Line styles can be customized by passing a tuple of numbers to the linestyle parameter

when the plot function is called.

Possible choices of line style tuples are shown in this image.

You don't have to understand what each number means in a tuple.

You only need to pick the right tuple associated with the line style you want.

For example, if I want to show my plot in densely dashed lines like this one, I just

pick this tuple, 0, 5, 1, and assign it to linestyle.

We can customize marker style and size using these two parameters.

Markersize if very easy to understand.

The marker can be a single character string.

It can also be an integer number.

For example, an integer number 9 will mark the data points using the triangles pointing

to the right.

A string with a plus character will mark the data points using the plus signs.

A string with a lowercase letter x will mark the data points using unfilled crosses.

A string with an uppercase letter X will mark the data points using filled crosses.

Now, let's see an example that uses these line colors, styles, and markers.

Before we start, we need to turn on the Jupyter notebook renderer so we can see all the plotting

results in this browser.

We need to import pyplot as plt.

We also need to import numpy as np.

Next, we create the data arrays we will use for this example.

X contains 15 points evenly distributed between negative pi and positive pi.

C contains the cosine values of X. S contains the sine values of X.

After all these preparations, let's create a figure.

The size is 5 inches by 4 inches.

The dpi is 80.

Next, we create four Axes using the subplot function.

2 rows and 2 columns.

In the first Axes, we plot the cosine function.

The line color is navy, the line style is a densely dashed line, the marker is a star,

the marker size is 8.

In the second Axes, we plot the sine function.

The line color is orangered, the line style is a densely dashdotted line, the marker is

a cross, the marker size is 8.

In the third Axes, we plot the negative cosine function.

The line color is darkgreen, the line style is a solid line, the marker is a circle, the

marker size is 8.

In the fourth Axes, we plot the negative sine function.

The line color is firebrick, the line style is a densely dotted line, the marker is a

plus sign, the marker size is 8.

The result is shown in Figure 1.

How do you do Kegel exercises?.

Stand up and adopt a posture as if you were sitting.

Contract all the muscles of the pelvic floor for 5 seconds, as if you were holding back the desire to urinate.

Relax the muscles for 3 seconds and then contract them again.

Do 3 series of 10 repetitions and increase the number of repetitions each week.

If you find this exercise difficult, you can try Chinese balls which will enable you to do these exercises in a simpler way, but with the same level of effort.

Caring for your body in a holistic way is essential to prevent the lack of happiness during menopause.
